Tried to find faults but have to say the Be Grand is pretty good. Has something to suit all. Lots of little quiet places to hide or get fully involved. Reception were great with room allocation regarding an autistic daughter. Staff are incredible throughout. Choose your level, pig out or take it easy, the hotel caters for all. Sorry to leave (weather improves next week too 🙄). Will be back next year.

Absolutely fantastic!
Travelled on 7th April 2025 4 adults with 3 children (boys) aged 9, 5 & 3, who were all well entertained and loved every minute.
Rooms were a bit small for 2 adults n 2 children but Arzu in guest relations was brilliant in helping us get a slightly bigger room. If you are in a similar situation ask for a room in the towers if available. Oh and leave your toiletries at home as all is provided including cream, toothbrushes & paste.
Weather was 19c with wind so heated pool, indoor pool and splash park was used heavily. The little funfair opens 3pm till 5pm was perfect for 8 and under but 9 year old wouldn't come off the bumping cars so was an afternoon winner.
Staff service was good, always someone about to help guide you to the right places (as its massive) . Unfortunately there were a couple of occasions where we got different answers from different staff, probably due to miscommunication. For example milk-tea in place of Mint-tea & strawberry milkshake not strawberry mojito.
Evening entertainment for children was great with the mini club staff always full of energy & passionate about including all the children. 8pm mini disco was highlight of the evening only issue i can find, was they only sang German songs so maybe need to include "hokey kokey" to the track list. Water park and football pitch was brilliant for my 9 year old. He wanted to visit the cinema but it coinicided with the mini disco.
Food and drink options were plentyful and always available. Its good to note, 1am to 6am room service is free therefore if you are getting in late like us, then I'd recommend a good pizza & burger at 2am which came swiftly.
The theme nights in the restraunts were ok, but only told on the day therefore a little advanced notice would be nice and more variety of themed nights if I'm being critical.
As this was our first visit to delphin be grand, it was incredible and exceeded expectations as it was much more extravagant than the 2 previous all inclusive holidays we have been on with children.
Oh I also had to use the services of the Dr as i had a gout flare up, which was apt due to my gluttony. The process was very efficient informative and the receipt/invoices were clear enough for my insurer to refund me.
Thank you to all at BE Grand we really enjoyed our stay and will be back should we visit Turkey again.
Thank you for reading my review.
Hope you enjoy your trip wherever you may go.

Lovely clean hotel. Lots of choice of snacks. Staff are lovely. Kids club inside is a bit plain and looks a bit empty but staff do entertain the kids well.
Food at breakfast is excellent, lunch and dinner are basically same. Food on way to beach is nice if u want to skip lunch in main restaurant. Drinks excellent choices available. Beach is very clean.

Unfortunately, I can only give this hotel an overall 3 star rating.
I am not keen on buffet restaurants, so I picked this hotel based on the number of A la carte restaurants. We managed to book all the free ones and paid for the Teppanyaki one at 40 Euros per person.
I couldn't fault all the free A la carte restaurants they were lovely, but I was very disappointed with the Teppanyaki. We had booked it for 18.30, and was told it was on the same part of the hotel where all the other restaurants are. We got there at about 18.25 to be told sorry it's not here it is at the beach. So then we hurried along as fast as we could to the beach area to be then told no it's in the main hotel block. Arrived there again, to be then told sorry it is on the beach. I was not happy at this stage as it was now 19.00 and our reservation was at 18.30. I questioned were they absolutely sure, and they confirmed it was at the beach. By the time we found out where it was and sat down it was 19.15, 45 minutes late.
We were given no menus, and had been given no information.
We were given some salad, which we ate whilst waiting.
We were then asked did we want some chicken soup, which we both agreed to, and when that came, it certainly was not chicken soup at all. It was a brown clear soup which I can only assume was Miso soup, which wasn't very nice.
We were then given a plate each with rice on, and a dish with like mixed peppers and onions. I asked were we getting something else, and was told we would be getting further courses shortly.
My husband and I had eaten most of the rice, and vegetables, and then we were given 2 big plates each, 1 with beef on, 1 with chicken. The 2 plates would have been enough for both of us, as there were loads.
We started eating the beef and the chicken, and then was given 2 further plates each, 1 with prawns on and 1 with salmon.
At this stage my husband and I were full, having eaten as much as we could of the beef and chicken.
I ate 2 prawns, and did not touch any of the salmon, which was a shame, as they would have been the 2 courses I would have enjoyed the most.
If we had known we were going to be getting chicken, beef, prawns and salmon, we would have only eaten a little bit of each. As we didn't get a menu, and weren't given any options to choose from, we got full pretty quickly.
I complained that night in the restaurant, to the waiter, and 2 other men who seemed to be managers.
I then left there, and called at Guest Relations by the pool and aired our dissatisfaction there too. I was given 3 small bags in 3 different colours by way of compensation, but I said I don't really need any bags.
I also next morning, went to the Guest Relations Desk within the main hotel, and raised it with the girl who we had booked it with. She said she would speak to the Head Chef, and asked me to pop back after breakfast.
He came to talk to us, but he didn't speak English, so it was difficult.
The result of that conversation was that in future they would make sure that everyone would have visibility of a menu.
I said I would like to receive a full refund for the meal, and she said I would have to meet with a manager to do that, and she said he was in a meeting until 10.
I said how would I know when he was available, and was told he would contact me.
I didn't hear anything, so next morning, I went back to Guest Relations and said I didn't hear anything yesterday, and was told he was expecting me at 10 yesterday. I said I thought he was contacting me.
He was not now available, as it was Sunday and they were all off. I would have to leave it until Monday.
I went to Guest Relations on Monday at 10, and spoke to a manager, who would not take any responsibility at all for what happened in the restaurant. He said you should have complained that night, which I said I had and at Guest Relations twice. I was offered
the Sushi Restaurant but that is a free restaurant, that is no compensation for what we'd paid. Eventually I was offered a late check out on our room. This unfortunately was very bad customer service .

This in my view is one of the best hotels in the Antalya region especially if you have kids. The facilities in the hotel are amazing - including a heated splash park which is a blessing when sun is not shining and an amusement park. Nasim from the Guest Rlearions team went out of place to help us with food options as we are vegetarian. Highly recommend the hotel!
