I stayed at this hotel for six nights in a family room in late September 2024. The resort is located in Cide City, near Antalya, and is easily accessible to the bazaar and other street shops, either on foot or by mini-bus.
There are many positive aspects of this hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the pools and water slides provide a fun and relaxing environment for families with children. Additionally, there is an adults-only pool where you can relax without any disturbances from kids.
However, I did notice some negative points during my stay. Firstly, the dishes and cutlery were not properly washed; we found stains and remnants of food on them. The variety of foods and fruits in the main restaurant varied from day to day, with some days offering less choice than others. Moreover, room cleaning services were occasionally skipped, and the mini-bar in our room was not refilled, nor was the paper towel in the bathroom replaced.
Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, the resort still provides a fantastic experience for families, and the price for the stay is reasonable.

We've been here for the second time, last time was 2 years ago and the second time was last september this year. But we won't be come here another time. The pool is beautiful, and there is room for everyone, but you do have to get up at 7 am to reserve a place with your towel. The floor around the pool doesn't get cleaned enough in our opinion. The room is nice looking and space enough, but when you want to shower, you only get little bits of water out of it. I can understand that the staff won't get treated the way they should, but a smile here en there to the people who do treat them right would be better. But there was 1 bartender in particular that was amazing, Murat from the adult pool/ relax bar. He is a lovely guy who will make a small chat, bring you your (great tasting)drinks and deserves a raise😉 thanks Murat!

It was AMAZING! GREAT Food and amazing variety! I 10/10 recommend to come here and it was a joy to stay here 👍
The rooms were clean and the cafeteria always had amazing food. Rooms had free mini bars with many drinks.
Room service is great and they were all helpful.
Pools were nothing but SPECTACULAR . They had a inside pool with noone in there so you could have a pool to your self. But I warn you the inside pool is cold but a good cold .
They had shops in the hotel which were good but not great.
The location was great there was a market (Manavgat) with good stuff for young children and adults .

VERYYYY BAD quality, not fresh and the worst taste of food I ever ate. Cleanliness of dishes you can see on a video🫣
My baby and me badly poisoned so half of our “holiday” we spent in a room trying to heal ourselves.
My partners watch “disappeared” we reported to reception but nobody care.
Most of Staff not friendly even I would say ignoring.

Pools are cold we couldn’t use any.
I see so nice potential in that place, but so disappointed
Unfortunately not recommend at all especially if u choosing 5 star hotel with such a service🤕😓🥴

*** outstanding *** we have stayed here 3 times, 1 stay we have 25 people with us, we had the best holiday,we have visited a lot of other hotels around turkey and this place will not beat any, the time and effort they all put in is fantastic… we are looking at booking again this year… we hope it is just as good 👍
