We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. The atmosphere was warm and collegial. The food was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour restaurant and the wide variety of options at the snack bar. The evening entertainment was both diverse and engaging, and being able to smoke shisha in the evening was a huge plus for me. The beach was also fantastic, with excellent drink service.
However, there were a couple of downsides. One side of the pool was always in the shade, so it wasn’t always possible to be in the sun. Additionally, the sea was quite dirty, and large rocks were scattered throughout, which was not only annoying but caused injuries to several guests. Because of this, I’m giving one star less.
Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend the hotel to others!

This hotel is not worth its price. It's in the same price range as Delphin (Be Grand) but is definitely not 5 stars like Delphin. I paid €3000 for 7 days for 2 people in August, but it’s worth no more than €1500-€2000.
If you don't know any better you will find it great. But it's not good compared to other 5 star hotels like Delphin.
This hotel is very German-focused. All the staff speak in German, and the entertainment is mostly geared toward German guests. It felt like we were on vacation in Germany, not Turkey. If I wanted a German vacation vibe, I’d just drive an hour to Germany. It was disappointing.
Arrival
Service at the reception was poor. They connected the wrong room number to our key card and forgot to give us our hotel wristbands. The bellboy had to run downstairs twice because the receptionist didn’t handle things properly.
Room
The room was very clean and spacious enough. However, the air conditioning was weak; the room barely cooled down, making it uncomfortably hot. Even applying skincare felt impossible without melting. The mini fridge was also warm, so drinks didn’t get cold.
The beds were very hard, so I didn’t sleep well, but that’s a personal preference. I liked that the shower and toilet were separate.
Housekeeping didn’t pay attention to details—we had to ask them to refill the soap, which had been empty for two days.
Pool
This is where the daily stress began, making our stay very unpleasant. Every day, all the sunbeds were taken early. Everywhere there were towels but no people. By 8:30 am, everything was occupied, and the staff didn’t help at all. They just said, “Everyone has the same problem as you.” Well, then fix it! They even posted notes in the elevator saying there were enough sunbeds for everyone—there were not!
At Delphin, if there are no sunbeds available, they arrange them for you immediately. That’s 5-star service. One day, we didn’t have a parasol and asked for one; they just said nothing could be done. I’ve never had this problem at other 5-star ultra all-inclusive hotels. Running for sunbeds in the morning isn’t a relaxing vacation experience—it felt more like a 2-star hotel.
Entertainment
Also mostly German-focused. I’m in Turkey; where was the Turkish music?
Towel Service
The towel stand is all the way at the wellness center, which is inconvenient. It should be near the pool or beach.
Food
The food was delicious but lacked variety, and we grew tired of it after three days. Breakfast was also very German-oriented, with baked beans, sausage, and similar items. Some desserts often tasted stale.
Service
The restaurant service was excellent; the staff worked very hard, bringing drinks quickly and clearing tables promptly. Service at the hotel bars was also very good.
For me, never again. This hotel was a waste of money, and I didn’t have a pleasant or relaxing vacation at all. Next time, I’ll go back to Delphin, where they know what 5-star service means for nearly the same price.

Just spent 10 days at this amazing hotel. I can honestly say I have never stayed at a hotel like this, everything to the last tiny detail is absolutely perfect. I love it here and will be returning every year now I have found this little gem. From start to finish the service and quality was second to none. Everything is of the highest quality. Friendly and attentive staff, such vast choice of amazing and delicious food and drink. Cocktails at the lobby bar are the best I have ever had. You will not find better than this in turkey 😍👌

Overall we had a lovely stay at Seaden Quality resort. The room was spacious and all the fittings were of a good quality. The bed could’ve done with being more comfortable, it was quite firm. We were upgraded to a swim up pool room when we arrived which was a nice surprise, however there was building work taking place next door which could be quite noisy during the day.
We had enquired about vegan options on the menu a few months prior and were told there was a vegan corner in the restaurant. Unfortunately this was not the case and there was a slight language barrier when it came to the understanding of vegan/vegetarian. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and it all became a bit heated and they were being very defensive. Nothing was clearly labelled and we suggested they could do more to make allergens clearer on the labels when serving food. After leaving the discussion, we were called by the front desk to apologise and they offered us a late check out as good will gesture, we were very appreciative of this and we never wished to cause a fuss, however if we had known our options would have been so limited, we may have reconsidered staying at this hotel. We just wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same issue as us. Like other reviews have suggested, this hotel mainly caters to Russian & German guests and it can be quite difficult making requests at the bar/restaurant when there is a lack of understanding. The pool area is great, the temperature of the pool is cold but you eventually get used to it and the service for drinks was very efficient on roller blades. Another thing I would like to mention is:
Gym - Personal Trainer. He tried approaching me on the first day, trying to offer me private lessons, which I politely declined and I just felt since then he had a problem. I found him quite intimidating and rude and on numerous occasions he interrupted me to say I needed to use a towel (even though he had no issue on the first day) that I needed to use plate stoppers on the bench press (even though no one else had to) I found myself trying to avoid him where possible.
The area of Side is beautiful, the old town is just over an hour walk away along the well laid out promenade. I would strongly suggest this hotel for a family or couple but if you are vegan/vegetarian I would suggest you look at another Country or Hotel as they haven’t quite grasped what veganism is yet.
