A fantastic place, a wonderful holiday.
The highlights
- Hotel in a good location, 5 minutes walk from the beach
- The hotel was renovated in early 2024
- Hotel service of the highest standard, professional and very friendly
- Room standard is fantastic
- Food very good, sometimes even amazing; however, after time it can get boring
- The hotel is for children, however it is not suitable for them
- There are a few things missing from the all-inclusive offer
We arrived at the hotel in the morning where we were immediately greeted by the staff, our luggage was taken care of and we were accommodated. Also throughout our stay the hotel staff were very helpful and polite, I am really impressed with the professionalism and kindness.
The room we spent our holiday in was a Deluxe double room with mountain and city views. The room in this hotel is very impressive. The bed is large and very comfortable, the mattress soft. The bathroom is spacious, a very large shower. The balcony is also spacious, it was possible to spend time on it in two people. The room has air conditioning which works very well. I really liked the idea of mounting the TV in a large mirror, it looks fantastic with the lights out. The only downside to the room in my opinion was that there was not enough space for clothes, a small wardrobe would have been useful.
After checking in we went downstairs to lie by the pool and have a drink. The pool is relatively small and there aren't many sun loungers either, but we were always able to find a spot. As for the bar, the bar is located in the hotel lobby, but it also has a window by the pool so you can order drinks without going inside. The all-inclusive option offers a choice of : from soft drinks : cola, cola zero, fanta, sprite ; from alcoholic drinks : white and red wine, whisky, gin, brandy, vodka and beer (which was exceptionally good).
After the pool we went for our first meal. There is no shortage of food at the hotel. From 8am to 10am there is breakfast, 12.30pm to 2pm is lunch, between 12.30pm and 4.30pm is the snack bar by the pool, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm is ice cream and from 7pm to 9pm is dinner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style, every day something different to eat, there is something for everyone. We enjoyed the food very much, although towards the end we were a little bored with it.
We were most positively surprised by the snack bar where pizzas, burgers, onion rings, nuggets and fries were served. The pizzas were made from scratch (their own dough and sauce) and were really good.
It is now worth talking about what we did not like :
The hotel is supposedly intended for families with children, but I think it is not designed for this. Children have their own paddling pool at the pool, but it is too small and too close to the sunbeds, there was often a situation where the children were playing so ‘intensely’ in the water that the water flew onto your sunbed.
At the canteen you could also feel the presence of children. There is a lack of space and special areas for families with children, sometimes the crying and running of the young inhabitants of the hotel was unbearable.
If the hotel wants to host children it should adapt better to this.
It is also worth mentioning the all-inclusive option we had, as the name suggests all-inclusive should include everything. However, it does not include everything. In the room if you want a safe you have to pay for it, sun beds on the beach are extra paid, special drinks are extra paid. Of course we were aware of this when booking the hotel, but I think this practice on the part of any hotel is just not right, if you have the ALL IN option you should basically have everything the hotel offers.
In conclusion, would I recommend this hotel for a holiday? Absolutely!

The hotel is great, well-kept. The food and the way it is served are phenomenal. The eyes eat because you can't try everything. The disadvantage is the evening music played by the hotel DJ - sad, boring, old and in strange performances. The DJ takes the easy way out, with no panache or initiative. I suggest changing the music because the hotel is not an old people's home. The lack of separation of smoking and non-smoking areas is a problem, especially during meals.Overall, I recommend it.

Our little family of five from South Africa came to this hotel for a family vacation. What a treat! The rooms were clean and cleaned daily on your request. Staff are beyond friendly and polite and all too eager to help. The food is a work of art from the presentation to the over all flavours and variety. We ate like kings. I would recommend this amazing adventure to any family who wants to get away from the busy life. The hotel has events during the night and games during the day. I really commend the staff for their hard work it really shows.

A Fantastic Experience at Cleopatra Hair Salon in the Hotel**
I recently visited Cleopatra Hair Salon in the hotel and was thoroughly impressed. My hairstylist, Abdullah, listened carefully to my requests and provided excellent advice on what would suit me best. He was meticulous and professional, and the result exceeded my expectations.
The salon was clean and modern, using high-quality products. I also received great tips on how to care for my hair between visits. I highly recommend Cleopatra Hair Salon in the hotel and look forward to my next visit!
