I was bit skeptical at first glance, but soon all of my worries were blown away. Well, soon after checking in, because guys at the reception were not friendly, rude, arrogant and generally not helpful (after turning down their offer, they tried to upsell us an upgrade to Eftalia Blue hotel just after we wanted to check in). Rest of the staff was top tier - whole hotel is really clean, staff is (except receptionists) really nice, friendly and helpful, sometimes even striking a conversation just to talk about things around here or where to visit etc and doing their work really good. Food served here was really delicious, especially dinners and desserts. I wasn't exactly that satisfied with breakfasts, not that many things were to my taste, but other than that, everything was really good, fresh and tasty. The room we've got was pretty big, clean and in really good shape. Our room (for two people) had one double bed, one single bed and one extra, folding bed. Everything was cleaned daily, towels were changed daily too.
The inside waterpark is in good condition, pools were clean and there always were several lifeguards on duty. I can't really tell much about kiddie pools and water slides, as I didn't use them, but they seemed fine and fun. Minus one star because of rude receptionists.

Nice enough hotel. Staff were very helpful. Shop downstairs is very overpriced. Food was OK, not amazing but can't really complain about the quality. Entertainment was of a good quality and the kids enjoyed the pools, play park and kids club.

Let’s start with the good as its not all bad. Eftalia Splash is a lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and there is always something to do for adults, kids and teens. The water slides are amazing and as a family of 5, with young kids we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and slides. The evening entertainment was also amazing, along with the mini disco every night. The food is good, can get repetitive, but there is a huge selection at all meals, also burgerland that is open outside of meal hours for a quick bite to eat. Snack bar during the day near the pool was our fav, they had waffles, pizza, chips and nuggets. Also a great play area for the kids. They responded very quickly whenever we had an issue with our room and offered us an upgrade that we declined.
Now, for the downside, its definitely not all inclusive. It is inclusive, as there is so much more at an added cost. Ice cream during the day, cocktails (fizzy drinks, gin, whiskey, vodka and juice are included) at night time there is a selection of activities and snack for an extra cost. Food isn’t labelled correctly nor are allergens, which was very annoying when it came to eating as 3 out of us is allergic/sensitive toIt wasn’t too annoying, until we booked our excursions at the hotel with Leo who promised us a “good price” we did the panther Safari and buggy tour. I will keep it short here and go into more detail on the tour providers review. But, what is advertised as part of the tour is not what you actually get without and added cost. Which I think is ridiculous if I already paid for an excursion and the material to do the excursion is an added cost. The buggy tour was a buggy experience where you go around in circles or make a u turn in the road to go back the same way. You stop off after 20 mins to a shop with over priced snack and drinks then start riding again for 20 mins. There is no one giving information on the landscape, heritage or culture of Turkey.
The beds were really uncomfortable in my opinion, extremely firm and felt cheap. Our cleaner for the room started great and then stopped cleaning properly or putting an effort into the blanket decoration, especially after we didn’t leave her a tip every-time. Our room was facing the camels/waste land. Wasn’t too fussed.
I dont think our holiday would have been so bad if we all didn’t get sick. Every single night of our 7 days holiday at least one of us was vomiting, sometimes with a temperature. I can only assume from the food. Speaking to other people they also had the same issue.
My overall whole experience of Turkey has left me feeling scammed. Everyone is lovely till you dont want to eat at their restaurant or have their service or give a tip. Never have a felt like walking money. A guy stopped a bus for us and wanted a tip!!!
The area Turkler isnt much, lots of clothing stores and restaurants, but no culture. A bit disappointing as I do enjoy learning about the people/culture when travelling.

This place is amazing!
Service is convenient and useful
Rooms are nice and have great views and overall just good,
Water slides are thrilling and food tastes amazing with tons of options,
One problem: tiles
The tiles look nice but the problem with them is they get super hot and they are slippy, i have seen atleast 15 accidents outside and in the shower, i almost broke a bone as i slipped on the granite tiles, but overall it was good

The room: Was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and when we asked for extra pillows it was no problem and they were brought to the room quickly. It was billed as a large room for a family however it probably could have been a little bigger for the four of us (two adults and two kids, one 9 and one 12). There was a large dresser for cosmetics, chargers etc and a large mirror and stool for getting ready. The wardrobes had space for hanging and shelves and a full length mirror. There were also a few drawers but on the whole I'd say not enough space for a family of four to all unpack into wardrobes and drawers. There was a balcony with two chairs and a low table, and rails for hanging wet clothes / towels at the end of the day. The view from the balcony was a building site on which camels seemed to live over night. The bathroom was again very clean, the shower was lovely. A little small but on the whole there was enough room to get ready.
The hotel: Was lovely, spotless and lots of staff always on hand to help with any queries. Reception was a lovely place to sit with a drink, having a bar and a cocktail bar. The bottom floor has the main restaurant and a couple of shops which weren't that much more expensive than out of hotel shops - it cost my son £10 for a (fake obv) Turkey football top sized for a 9 year old. The lifts are very slow so worth taking the stairs if you can.
The pools: Were fab, three pools on one side of the hotel for the kids with load of slides and fun to be had. Lots of sunbeds around the pools - we never had any trouble finding four beds to put together. The other side of the pool has a bigger and deeper pool without any slides and is better for just chilling. Again there are lots of sunbeds around the pool. In the middle of the two pool areas is the pool bar where you can get cold soft drinks and alcoholic drinks all day, there's a spring water machine and a coffee machine. Also beside that is the snack bar which is open over the lunch and afternoon times for burgers, chips and other such snacks along with a waffle stand.
Trips: We went on a pirate ship trip which was amazing, it was a four and a half hour trip including lunch, swimming in the sea, seeing caves around the shoreline and generally just a lot of fun. The kids loved jumping into the sea from the sides of the ship.
