Decided to book this place for a last minute holiday. The hotel was very clean and accessible. The owner saeeda was absolutely lovely very accommodating and helpful always. The pools were lovely and the slides were so much fun. The food was on point and they did some great shows and entertainment. You can pay by card and cash and have in house massage service available, which was lovely. Quiet surrounding area with loads of local restaurants and shops and supermarkets. Overall, a great experience will return if possible in the future.

Lovely hotel, reception and staff very helpful. We had an apartment with a garden view not a pool view as we requested. The apartment is spacious, comfortable beds.
The food I've tried has been excellent although some people complained about the buffet style continental breakfast. The a la carte menu is excellent. You can get a full English on request at the a la carte restaurant. Two evenings a week Tuesday and Friday they have open buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
it's so peaceful,

Had a 2 week room only stay here in September 24.
Everyone has been gushing about how friendly and helpful the staff are but that's not my experience. The only person that offered anything other than a morose attitude or an inefficient/inept service was a blonde haired lady on reception, who's name I didn't get. The manager I found abrupt and rude and there was a old guy on reception who was just impossible to deal with and tried to charge me for the previous day's bill even though it had been paid. Took 2 days to resolve and no apology received.
It seems the sort of place that unless you are a regular returnee, they really are not interested in you.
We ordered food at the bar several times, which failed to materialise, the few meals we did order and receive took so long to arrive that we'd almost forgotten they'd been ordered!!
Rooms were ok, bathrooms recently refurbished to a good standard but huge design issue with the shower door in my room (316) which meant the bathroom floor flooded every time I showered 🤦
Pool area was nice enough though the sunbed situation was farcical 😂 there's a sign saying not to reserve sunbeds before 8am. So....instead idiotic people reserved the floor space for their sunbeds by sitting on their towels on the floor😂😂😂
There is a complimentary bus that takes you to Coppa beach which I found much more relaxing. However, the bus is always full and the last one often left Coppa beach before the advertised 4.30 time.
Plenty to do in the area, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and there's a market each Saturday practically opposite there hotel.
Nice enough hotel for what I paid but definitely won't be revisiting.

I stayed here for the first time in Turkey.
Good: Nice location to walk everywhere and local shops nearby for cheap food and drinks.
Breakfast is decent but did see some mouldy bread one time. Unsure what some of the options are as there are no signs.
The female receptionist is helpful and the younger male who is usually doing the breakfast or around the pool area.
Did not get much help from the older man and more of hello and bye ordeal.
Cats around if you like them. This can be good to bad but I'm a cat person.
Bad:
Pay for WiFi in the room (£1 a day) even though it says we have free WiFi which seems to be only available in the reception area.
Mosque nearby so it can be loud due to the prayer calls. I didn't mind this but some people may.
Music is played from around 10am till 12am and for some reason they do not turn the music down later in the evening so when you're trying to sleep around 10pm you can still hear the music playing loudly. Would be better if it was turned off at 10pm or at least turned down as it doesn't need to be so loud. Understandable if it's a weekend or they have little events but this is everyday.
Having to pay for Aircon £45 for the week. We thought this was included in our booking but it was not which it should be and same as WiFi.
Stay here again? Probably not. Only because my brother said they found a different hotel which was £10 a day that Included WiFi and Aircon.
So felt like we're over paying for our stay with the all inclusive we went for. I did not use the pool at all but my partner said it was nice.
Book excursions and things yourself through searching google and do not book through Omar as he overcharges and seems to leave you on read.
Only use shops that are priced with labels for food drinks gifts etc.

My stay at the Gazipaşa Hotel was an utter disappointment from start to finish. Despite my frequent visits to Turkey every other month, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The room itself was horrendous: the bed was as hard as a rock, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
To make matters worse, the hotel wanted to charge an additional €50 for air conditioning, a detail that was conveniently omitted from their website. On top of that, basic amenities such as WiFi and the use of the safe also came with extra charges. This level of nickel-and-diming is unacceptable and deceptive.
When I tried to raise my concerns with the manager, I was met with hostility. She was not only dismissive but also rude, blaming the issues on me rather than addressing them constructively. This lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking.
Overall, my stay at Gazipaşa Hotel was a nightmare. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this place unless you want to experience horrendous service, hidden charges, and uncomfortable accommodations.
