cheap but not so cheerful.. I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds as i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table 🫠🫠 surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! as we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return .

The hotel is about as 3 star as it gets. Nothing too fancy, but nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. Rooms are nice and practical but don't have air conditioning which makes them very hot. Balconies and views are nice. Food wasn't the best and a couple of staff were a little bit rude. It''s also a lot of hill walking to get back from the town which isn't ideal in the heat. Overall, if you're looking for a budget holiday destination, it's a great choice. There's certainly more luxurious locations in the area, but I enjoyed it. Pool was great.

After reading some reviews of this hotel before coming here I was very nervous and it put me off, however after arriving I was put at ease as we had no major problems whatsoever. You get what you pay for, it’s basic and has everything you need in the rooms, we were lucky to have a balcony and the view was amazing especially the sunsets in the evening. The rooms were clean, cleaners came every two days to clean our room gave us fresh towels, bedding and cleaned the floors. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel, reception were helpful at calling taxis for us. The food is basic, but we only went half board so ended up eating out most the time. The location is very convenient as it’s close to lots of nearby attractions and has a shop right next door. The hotel is on a big hill which was probably the biggest negative it can be hard to walk back up the steep hill in the heat but there are scooters available if anyone would prefer that.

Our recent stay at this hotel in Tenerife was disappointing and fell short of our expectations. The receptionist at the front desk was unprofessional and dismissive. When I reported an issue with opening the veranda door, she had a very bad attitude and even laughed at my concern. Although she assured me the problem would be resolved the next day, it was not addressed at all. The restaurant staff were also unpleasant. We felt unwelcome, as they seemed eager for us to finish quickly, and every time we went for extra portions, our table was cleared, including our drinks. The food was not so good!! The was a smell of oil in the restaurant. Tea & coffee only at breakfast!!! There was also misinformation about cleaning. We were told the room would be cleaned every second day, but this was not the case. However, we want to express our gratitude to the cleaning staff, who worked very hard and did an excellent job of providing us with a clean and comfortable room (except the bra under the mattress). Unfortunately, these issues have left us with a negative impression of the hotel and affected our overall experience in Tenerife. We cannot recommend this hotel to others.The receptionist at the front desk was unprofessional and dismissive. When I reported an issue with the veranda door, she laughed and showed no urgency to help, saying it would only be resolved the next morning

From an 11 year olds point of view, all these reviews are a bit misleading the cockroaches are very few we only saw 2 and we stayed here for a week . For the room, no air conditioning I was annoyed at because it gets pretty warm in late September. The location is quite annoying when you are going out every night for food and activities because of the steep hill and can be hard work in this type of heat. Reception didn’t seem happy when we wanted more towels and told us to talk to house keeping where we eventually got some from the following day. The pool was huge with some salty water but not too strong, the floor of the pool was slippy and food was decent in the grounds. Overall, the apartments are decent at best but could do with air conditioning to ensure a better sleep

Beautiful place, amazing staff and brilliant service.. only issue was the lack of vegetarian food and the lack of knowledge about vegetarians.. it would be ideal to separate the vegetarian from the meat section and to also clearly label the food items as being vegetarian or vegan.. also, another pointer towards caring for our environment, stop using the little plastic water bottles, and put refil stations around the hotel. Use plastic glasses that can be washed rather than disposable ones..all in all, a great place with awesome activities for everyone to participate in! Thanks for the lovely break!

This hotel is very good. Staffs are always kind. The service is great, especially Salih, he takes care of you very well. pavilion service was great. Our children enjoyed it very much. everything is perfect. The drinks are of good quality. The food is very delicious. We will recommend it to everyone and we will come again.

Great location, friendly and attentive staff especially bar staff who work really hard. Food is excellent. Recommend the a la carte restaurants for a change as really good quality food. Pools a little cold in October but well kept and lots of activities for children and family to keep us busy. Would recommend for family holiday.

Stayed at Sol Lanzarote for a week. The good parts included a modern room, cleaned every day, 3 pools which were not too busy apart from the heated pool which is full of kids most of the day. I thought the food was decent and you do get a good selection everyday including meats, cheese, bread, fruits and vegetables, and desserts. The beer and wine is on tap so it's very easy to get yourself a drink whenever you feel like it. The hotel has very good beach access which is literally only a 30 second walk away from one of the pools. The only negatives I would say are the music is very loud and lively all day from about 10:00 am to about 22:30 pm at night. There are also a lot of children there who are quite loud as well. Overall it's a good hotel but I personally think it's more suited for a family with children than a quiet holiday getaway for a couple.

I'm just coming to the end of my 1 week vacation at Sol Lanzarote and I'm super sad to be leaving. This is my 3rd time staying here at it never disappoints. The staff are lovely, the rooms are really nice and the food is good too. Perfect location in a quieter part of the island. Not too far from PDC if you fancy a bit of wildness. I'm super impressed with the free booze that's on offer. All inclusive covers beers, wine, sangria and most spirits and also cocktails. Thanks for a wonderful time again. I'll be looking forward to hopefully returning again in the future.

The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and tidy and comfortable. Facilities excellent. Pool area was well furnished a large enough. Service was very good. Staff friendly and professional with good humour. The entertainment team were just amazing ( ran on Duracell batteries. They had so much energy).

Hotel was right on the beach which was so clean and beautiful. Pool area was nice but water is cold. Kids entertainment was great my kids really enjoyed it. Really enjoyed it.

Location is beautiful, situated next to the beach, the sea is calm with plenty of bed chairs to choose from. Hotal staff are very friendly and helpful The Rooms are spacious but dated but cleaned daily to a high standard. The food is cooked well and plenty of fish on the menu, only downside if you eat in daily it becomes limited for choice. Daily excursions is a must as there is plenty to do nearby, cabs booked by reception and arrive within 5 minutes. If you like sitting by the pool be prepared for sunbed wars, morning entertainment from your room is a great watch. In the afternoon there was always a bed with music playing all day. I would visit again as its a beautiful island but not the resort, not for a couple of years at least.

We loved our stay here, the food was okay, had enough of a choice not to get bored. The nearby beach isn't the greatest and it's an hour's walk from the grand bazaar or about a 8 min cab ride for about 8 pounds The best part about this hotel to be honest was the staff, we had our infant son with us and everyone was super accommodating. The Spa staff especially were excellent and so kind so much so I would return just because of them. Low points about the hotel were, no iron provided you had to rental from the on site shop and the WiFi wasn't the greatest.

Stayed here for a week commencing 19.05.24. 12 family members including 6 children and it was the 2nd time at this hotel. Great experience once again. It has a sister hotel on the beach which is newer and more expensive but according to friends who have stayed at both this is better. Great variety of food and free ice-cream for the kids. Rooms are average but regularly cleaned and no extra cost for Internet or safe. 2 large swimming pools and slides + children's pools. They have a foam party once a week and daily evening entertainment for kids and adults. 10 minutes walk to main road near the beach with plenty of shops and seller's of excursions. Hotel can get very busy. We all had a great time.

***WOULD AVOID*** Green Nature Resort in Marmaris offers some positives, but overall, it falls short of the experience expected from a 4-star hotel. Our room (Room 4000) was spacious, but noise was a constant issue, with guests running and shouting late into the night, making it hard to rest. When I inquired about packed lunches, the response was condescending, as if I had made an unreasonable request. The dining experience was also frustrating. Staff would clear food and shut off drinks machines right as mealtime ended, even if guests were still serving themselves. Lights were turned off, and tables were cleared around us, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. A little flexibility would make a big difference. Bar service was inconsistent. While most staff were okay, one young bartender was rude and careless in preparing drinks. Thankfully, a senior waiter provided attentive service, which was a refreshing contrast. Security was another concern. We found the safe open and our room door left ajar, and only upon returning home did I realize that two of my designer t-shirts were missing. When I rang the hotel, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I had already left and would need to report it to the police if I was still there. The representative implied that it was my responsibility to check my luggage before departure, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The on-site shop experience was disappointing as well. My young daughters (2 and 6) were testing some toys, and the shop owner began shouting at them for making noise—even though we were planning to buy the toys. A friendlier approach would go a long way. The tattoo shop delivered good work, but prices were inconsistent. Initially, I was quoted £95 per hour, then later £80, which felt unprofessional. While the result was fine, I could find more reliable and consistent artists back home. Overall, Green Nature Resort has potential but lacks the service and security to live up to 4-star standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Loved our stay at green nature. The rooms were a bit smaller than imagined but functional. They were also tidy but didn't think they were adequately cleaned. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Food there was always a variety of food and different each day. The had a theme for each night in the main buffet hall. Outside was a lot of different grilled meat and fish as well as pizzas. Reception staff were friendly. Waiting staff were really friendly and helpful. Engaged in conversations which was nice. Kids club is good my children loved for all the days we used the service. They did the t shirt painting and neon disco etc. Their spa is 10/10 I loved the experience. The massage and facial is well worth every penny spent. Staff in the spa were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The on site shop is a bit overpriced for certain things better to buy outside the resort if needed or bring extra from home(£25 for sun screen is extortionate). Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I wouldn't mind staying there again in the future.

It's a really nice hotel, the location is great. About 900 meters from the beach and mountains in the background. You could go with the bus to the beach which comes every day. Food is good, sometimes little bit cold but overall good. The hotel is mostly English so most of the food and drinks are from English culture. For the waiters on the other hand, they were mostly talking to each other and didn't do much. If you are sitting on one of the furthest tables chances are small that they are coming to ask for drinks. And for the tables, some big tables are reserved every day. Little bit weird. Swimming pools are great. Fun waterslides. Some extra things that the resort could change are: animation costs, some activities costs money. Like the bingo and pizza making. For a all inclusive resort this could be changed in the future. Overall this is a great resort and we had a lot of fun!

A dream vacation. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, excellent food great variety. The beach is accessible via stairs but there are handrails to hold on to. The beach is so beautiful, lots of space, which makes the walk down the stairs definitely worth it. Rooms are outdated but very clean , like the entire rest of the place, bathrooms, pool , restaurant etc . Highly recommend if you don't mind the outdated rooms, I sure wasn't in my room enough to have this be an issue. Will definitely come back.

It's a lovely hotel but could do with improvements here and there. The hotel needs updating, only minor things but they could make such a difference. There isn't a lot to do and not enough information regarding excursions. The breakfast menu could do with a little boost. The dining area is a bit dull as well. Maybe soft music in the background would help and have pictures that are lively on the walls. The main pool also could do with music in the background at all times. Then for those that want peace and quiet, the middle pool and the kids pool could do with no music. An activities coordinator would be beneficial for the hotel as well. There were a few games at the main pool but they were not lively enough. The snooker/pool tables are randomly at the end of this open space. Not very inviting and there are no instructions as to how you play. A notice on the wall telling guests what is needed would be nice. This hotel has so much potential and just needs the right people with the right attitude to make it an epic hotel.

Great place, nice vacation overall. The hotel is a bit old, but fine in compromise to the scene and place and all the efforts and friendliness of the personnel. Everyday cleaning the rooms, very very accurately. Everyday new towels. Food could be a bit more diverse. For a long staying can feel the same everyday. Downsides: Too many people smoking at outside cafe/bar area...felt disgusting for a non-smoker/allergic person... And there should also be a kind of a note that the beach is CO(clothing-optional) especially for families travelling with kids.

Before choosing this hotel, I read a lot of reviews, both positive and negative. Many of the same issues and highlights kept coming up, so I’d like to share my family’s own experience at this hotel. I'll start with the positive aspects and then move to those that were less pleasant. So: 5/5 ***** - Service: The staff was extremely friendly, always kind, and ready to assist. We felt genuinely welcomed by every member of the team. 4.5/5 ****½ - Entertainment Team: They brought incredible energy and joy. My kids loved them, and their activities made a big difference in our stay. 4/5 **** - Rooms: Although quite old-fashioned, the rooms were very clean, and sometimes the staff would even surprise the kids with little animals made from towels. On the downside, we only had two power outlets in our room, which felt inadequate given today’s technological needs. A big plus, though, for the air conditioning, which worked seamlessly. However, we did miss having a light on the balcony. 3/5 *** - Hotel Ambience: The hotel itself has an old-school vibe. Built in 2007, it doesn’t appear to have changed much since. There are a lot of empty spaces, which, at times, made walking down the corridors feel a bit eerie, especially with the lack of clear signage. We also noticed quite a few maintenance issues, like hanging lightbulbs, and there wasn’t always timely upkeep from the staff. 3/5 *** - Pools: The pools are beautiful—two large ones in total—but only one was accessible, and it was located far from the snack bar. The other pool, closer to the bar, was unfortunately closed. The open one was quite a walk away and quite cold, so we had to make compromises. 3/5 *** - Snack Bar: It was closed more often than open, and when it was open, it mostly served lunch food, which left us with limited options between meals. 3/5 *** - Drinks: Drinks quality varied significantly. If you tipped, you’d get a decent drink, but overall, it was hit or miss. The drinks were inconsistently prepared, often weak, and didn’t meet the standard expected for a four-star hotel. 2/5 ** - Food: The biggest disappointment was the food. It was practically the same every day for seven days. By the second breakfast, I already knew what would be served. Lunch was underwhelming, and while there were occasional variations at dinner, presentation and quality didn’t quite hit the mark. Limited cheese options (one type, for example) and drinks from the dispensers tasted off and would often run out, even early in service. Morning coffee tasted generic, and tea and coffee were not available during lunch or dinner, except occasionally at night. For a four-star hotel, it was quite underwhelming. I'd also like to mention that the food often lacked clear labeling, with sauces or other condiments left unidentified. 2/5 ** - Games Room: One of the key criteria for choosing this hotel was having an enjoyable games room where I could spend time with my children. Unfortunately, this was a letdown. Of the three pool tables, only one was working and poorly lit. The air hockey puck was too damaged to use, and most of the other machines were unplugged. The ping-pong table was usable but in an extremely stuffy room. One final point is that there was only one lifeguard across all pools, often on his phone. Overall: We spent seven days at this hotel, actively trying to focus on the positive, and we managed to find it. We got away from our daily stresses and soaked in some breathtaking views. The beach was stunning—probably the best I’ve ever been to. We ate, drank, and made memories. In the end, we enjoyed our break and will remember this holiday.

The views are breathtaking, and the hotel itself is expansive with plenty of options for activities. The food was excellent, offering different dishes each day. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is fantastic, all the staff are very friendly. The gym is a decent standard. The tennis courts look very good. The food generally is good. The sunset from the beach is incredible. It’s unfortunate the beach bar isn’t open later. The rooms are good and beds are. You get delivered to your room on a golf cart with your luggage. If you want premium spirits they are included you just have to ask. It’s about half an hour walk to the nearest town, which is a wash with bars along the shore with good places to eat and drink and everything you could need.

Excellent first holiday as a family here. The staff are very polite and helpful. They always tried to entertain our baby too which was lovely. Especially the cleaner and lady who welcomed you into the main restaurant. We had a shared pool which was amazing with us having a ground floor bungalow. I’d definitely recommend requesting ground floor if you’re paying extra for a shared pool. The place was spotless and everywhere in and around the hotel looked beautiful. The only downfall was I’d say the food isn’t 5*. It was nice, but the individual restaurants weren’t top notch food and the portions were small. We ended up going to the buffet some nights even after a meal. Other than that, would definitely recommend!!!

They provided food service to our room and were able to help us with unexpected health situation even in the middle of the night. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our stay despite the illness.

Maria from the bar at Delphinia pool deserves a special mention, she went out of her way to make our time special! We will definitely be returning and trying out other Mitsis resorts

The hotel is low budget and you get what you pay for, in need of some TLC and renovating but it's a nice building and the views from top are amazing. Our room was alright but again bog standard. Shops are nearby and lots of places to eat and the swimming pool was decent. The beach isn't far away and the bus station isn't neither to get around to different places! Overall an average place and nice staff..

I stayed at the Corona Roja Hotel about ten years ago, and back then, it had a reputation for being cheap but very dated. I didn’t expect much this time either, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much has changed. The hotel is clearly being modernised, and my overall experience was great, especially for the price. It’s still affordable, but now it feels like it’s catching up with the times. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception is staffed 24/7, and the younger lady who checked me in on the 11th floor was particularly welcoming. The hotel itself is a tall building with about 140 rooms. The reception area is a bit random in design, with a mix of shops and stores, but everything was clean and tidy. There’s also a supermarket and a small pharmacy attached to the hotel, which is super handy. The deluxe studio room I stayed in was one of the newly refurbished ones, and it was fantastic. The beds were really comfy, the bathroom was spacious and modern with stylish lighting, and the kitchen was bright and functional. It had a fridge and microwave, which were great, but no kettle, which would’ve been useful. The TV was a flat-screen but still coin-operated, which feels outdated, though I didn’t really use it. The balcony, however, was the highlight – it had a table, chairs, and an incredible 180-degree view of the sea and shoreline. For one or two people, the room was more than spacious, and being on the 11th floor, it was really quiet too. One feature I wasn’t aware of before was the rooftop solarium, which was a great surprise. It’s accessible during the day and early evening and has loungers, tables, and chairs. While there’s no bar up there, the views over Playa del Inglés are absolutely stunning and probably some of the best you’ll find in the area. It’s not something that’s heavily advertised, so it could easily be missed, but it’s definitely worth checking out. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a baby pool, which looked well-maintained, though I didn’t use them. There’s also an indoor pool, but it seemed out of action. Renovation work was going on during my stay, but I didn’t hear any noise or feel disturbed at all. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout, and room cleaning was done five times a week, with towels changed twice and bedding replaced twice as well. The only downside for me was breakfast. There was a decent variety – cooked items, yoghurts, cereals, meats – but it’s very canteen-style, cooked in bulk, and the quality just wasn’t great. The coffee, from automated machines, was disappointing too. I mostly stuck to a bowl of cereal and coffee to take away. I didn’t try dining at the hotel outside of breakfast, as I prefer exploring local restaurants, but I heard the all-inclusive meals can get repetitive. The fridge in my room was handy for keeping drinks and snacks, which suited me better anyway. The location is another strong point. It’s really close to the beach, and most rooms have either sea views or views of the mountains behind. It’s about a 20–25 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre and 30 minutes to the Cita Shopping Centre, which was fine for me as I enjoy walking. Taxis are everywhere and super affordable, usually between €2–€4 for a short trip. There are also plenty of public transport options nearby and loads of shops and restaurants within a 5–10 minute walk. Considering I stayed during Winter Pride week, which is one of the busiest (and often priciest) times, I found the value for money to be excellent. Prices are even cheaper outside of peak times, so this is a great option for anyone looking for an affordable stay without compromising on comfort. I’d definitely recommend the Corona Roja to budget travellers, solo visitors, or even small families who want an affordable all-inclusive option. There are a few areas for improvement – offering kettles or air conditioning units for hire, removing the coin-operated TVs, and improving the breakfast quality would make a big difference. But overall, it’s a solid choice!

Having read some of the reviews of this hotel prior to going, I thought it was just people being picky...WRONG..I should have listened..arrived here after 9pm so no food or snacks available..ok..was asked for a €20 euro deposit for towels, not beach or pool towels, but for the room, ! we went to our room which looked nothing like any photo’s we’d seen, it looked like it had been burgled.!! Plaster was peeling off in the bathroom, it didn’t look the most hygienic place, also the towels..looked like they belonged n a dog groomers...a couple of plates and tiny mugs in the ‘kitchenette’, we had to go and buy a kettle the following morning too, other small niggling problems with the room too. We asked the following morning for a room change, not a problem but had to wait till following day. Made do with next room purely for the view and it was cleaner, had to pay for tv’s in rooms too, €1 euro an hour..I’ve been all over the world and never expected to do that there... Food., breakfast is the ‘best’ meal of the day, lunch and dinner,. even if you get to the buffet first you’re lucky if it’s lukewarm, we went AI..total waste as we spent evenings eating out at extra cost to us, bar service was ok, unless you were unfortunate enough to be served by Roberto, total personality bypass, unless you happened to be female, one step away from getting the drinks thrown at you, even other staff complained about him while we were there... To be honest we couldn’t fault any staff other than him, reception staff were always helpful., but to be honest.... This place,...FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE , and it’s not 2 star, it goes by keys..

After reading all the negative reviews we went with an open mind to find out for ourselves. We arrived around 8.30pm for 10 nights, and check in was easy. The reception staff were all very helpful and polite. There was a €20 deposit for the room refunded on departure. We were in room 910 which hasn't been refurbished yet but we had a sea view and the room is huge, cleaned well by the army of cleaners when it was our turn. Yes, the room does need a refurb, like cock-eyed sockets, stiff front door, the odd cracked tiles. The TV has a coin meter on it but we never used it as we had a radio when sat on the balcony. BUT, you have to remember this hotel doesn't sell itself as anything but a 2 star hotel and it was clean and everything worked as it should. The food was average to very good. In our opinion the breakfast was good, having bacon every 2 days I think it was, but english sausages and an array of other foods to choose from. The lunches beat the tea time food hands down. For lunch there was steak and chips one day for example and we tried to make a point of going for lunch when we were there. Ice cream was always available with 3 or 4 flavours on offer. The tea time selection wasn't brilliant but we always found something to eat and never went hungry. I believe this to be because a lot of people tend to go out for a meal etc on an evening due to there being no entertainment on. Bars and restaurants were nearby so only a short walk away. The bus station is 5 minutes walk away and we highly recommend using them as they are cheap as chips. The pool area was great, as we would walk out on a morning when we returned there was always sunbeds to be had. It is a great sun trap. The bar is close to the pool so not far to go for refreshments and all the barmen and women work tirelessly to keep everyone happy. In summary if you want 5 star don't book, but if you want a great value all inclusive holiday in a budget hotel that makes a great base to explore the island then this is for you, yes there are niggles, but it is an older hotel. The staff in this hotel will in my opinion bend over backwards for the guests. Just treat them as you expect to be treated. The whole experience was great for me and my wife and we will definitely be returning.

Visited early November 2024: Excellent location, just 30mins walk along the beach to Albufeira Town which includes a few nice refreshment stops along the way. The other way, there is a nice walk along the beach which also was very quiet, due to the time of year. The hotel has the end of the beach, which was very quiet when we visited. The outside pool is quite large but we didn't choose to use it as every morning the bathing seagulls filled the pool with feathers, of which the staff did clear out every day, besides having access to the sea was much more desirable. The indoor pool was an adventure to find, for some reason the signs in the hotel are not correct. The rooms are semi-modern and ours on the third floor was in need of a bit of a revamp. There is next to no soundproofing so expect to be woken up by late night party goes, non the less the bed was very comfortable and we were able to drift back to sleep. All in all, very good base to get around a few places and leasurely walks to town. There is a party strip up there road from the hotel so expect it to be busy during peak seasons. The staff were excellent, very attentive and helpful. The male attendant at breakfast in the morning made an effort to welcome us and say "good morning". Breakfast was a standard affair, full English seemed to be the most popular but there was a good selection of fresh fruit.

Incredible experience for our kids 5 and 8 years old. The pool was fantastic 2 slides and a diving board. Located on the beach it was perfect We were all inclusive and the food was very good with an amazing variety 10/10 from all our family.

Very, very disappointed. The whole property including the rooms and common places are outdated. The rooms were clean and we had no problem with the staff that cleaned them, but the couch and kitchen appliances were probably 20 years old and never changed out. For the most part the pool and pool area were clean but the pool chairs were all broken. We booked the all inclusive and it was HORRIBLE. The breakfast and lunch at AQUA were not good. We could not get to any of the other restaurants that were supposedly including in the all inclusive package due to them being on a different property requiring different key cards. We tried Jacks one night for dinner and were so disgusted we left after one bite. This is not a five star resort. It does not own the beach in front of it but you can access it from the mgm property. We will not be returning and we’re upset with the price we paid for our disappointing stay.

Whoever rates this place at more than 2 starts clearly had to be drunk. The hotel is outdated throughout, and the room is from 1990 at the very best. Whoever thought about giving this hotel 4 starts clearly has no clue about what they are doing, and 5 stars sight at the entrance to the reception. It is a silly joke. Food option for all-inclusive is shocking at push, you get the same 3 option buffet in the morning and although you can book yourself a dinner in one of many restaurants which they own, we left the place after 15 mins as I wouldn't feed my dog with what was served. I have automatically cancelled all reservations which we had for the rest of the week and when chatting to the receptionist, he just knocked his head and said that he knows how poor it is and there is nothing he could do about it and simply apologised. 3* Hotels in Spain seem to be luxurious to this, and although we are only 3 days in our 7, I would already book a plane back if I could only get the money back.

You can tell this hotel used to be a 5 stars back in the day but it’s currently feeling like a 3 star, needs updating. Staff in general were friendly. Our first impression arriving with one grumpy, rude night receptionist he started the vibe off not good. He could do with some training.

Hotel room wasn’t clean - a lot of scum and mildew on toilet and shower surfaces. If you’re doing All inclusive - save your coin . Limited food options. Food was tasteless and bland. Snack bar was limited in options. The timings of the breakfast, lunch and dinner was disappointing. Especially as food options were inevitably tasteless and repetitive. The drinks were alright. The hotel pool was small for the size of the hotel. The sun lounges were already reserved from breakfast even though people weren’t supposed to do that. The staff hospitality was a hit and miss. Partly as most of them did not understand English to a proficient degree to communicate well . Even those who said they understood English. I guess, it was enjoyable for children as they had some fun activities for kids and senior citizens. Overall , my 9 days was sub-par and I personally wouldn’t advise my loved ones to come here even if it were free.

Food is also very good quality just not the best if your a fussy eater

I was so happy that this was amazing experience as this was one of my first holidays. Everything about this resort is just the best especially the entertainment team they are always so energetic and fun, and when it comes to the even activities like the party's they are there dancing and vibing with you. Right next to the resort is a beach just across the road with lots of waves and warm water.

Staff are excellent, really accommodating and brilliant entertainment during the day. The entertainment team have multiple activities during the day, I personally really enjoyed the yoga the Bravo team did, I found it really really relaxing. The food is gorgeous too, and have multiple food culture nights, which allows you to dive into different cultures foods

The rooms are absolute quality with huge,.comfortable beds, possibly the best I've slept in. The Hotel is a great location and very clean and the food is nice. The Bravo/Entertainment Team are tremendous, always have activities/games goin on and mixing with guests. All staff are polite and friendly.

The reception is absolutely amazing. We come around 11 our check in at three because we have wheelchair, they give us one room straight away for the wheelchair, hire recommended the hotel thank you so much for the reception for the Bar stuff and for the guest relation

There is nothing that me and my family didn’t like about the hotel. The staff were amazing and very friendly and welcoming. They did everything and more for you, the accommodation and where it was situated was perfect. The water slides were a massive plus for my teenager (14) it was her first holiday abroad and she loved it!! I definitely plan on coming back here to this hotel again, the bar staff especially at coco bar was brilliant. I would highly recommend this place

Amazing experience the hotel was nice clean and good staff service. Location wise it is far from the medina so you will need to get taxi if you want to go out at night. But in the day you can get the hotel shuttle for free and the driver is good. Overall the hotel, spa and facilities good.

We have just spent a week staying at Labranda and it has been amazing! All the staff were so friendly and really helpful. We booked a tour through Mohammad and everything went smoothly! Omar at reception was fantastic and was lovely to be greeted by him everyday! We celebrated my birthday whilst staying here and Omar organised a bottle of wine and a birthday cake for the room. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Marrakech 😊
