Honest Review – Pros & Cons
I’ll start with the cons, especially for families with young children, as this may be most relevant.
We travelled with five children aged 4–9, and unfortunately, every single one of them developed an ear infection from the pool, with two also ending up with bronchitis. While this could be partly due to the amount of time they spent swimming, the pool itself was clearly not well maintained. The dirt buildup around the sides speaks for itself, and it’s hard to dismiss the fact that all five became unwell.
• Daytime Entertainment: Very poor.
• Kids’ Club: If you’re used to all-inclusive resorts where staff actively encourage children to join in, this will be disappointing. Staff were nowhere to be seen.
• Evening Entertainment: Awful. Although the board advertises entertainment every night, it usually starts with two very poor karaoke singers, followed by… nothing. What’s listed often doesn’t actually happen.
• Food: Limited variety. Great if you’re happy with mainly Moroccan food, but if you’re expecting different themed nights, you’ll be disappointed. Very challenging to get the kids to eat. The pizza bar was a hit — but frustratingly, they only start cooking once the doors open, meaning queues of 30–40 minutes are common.
Now onto the pros:
• The hotel itself and the rooms were clean.
• Our air conditioning worked brilliantly.
• Staff were always helpful, friendly, and polite.
• Housekeeping did a fantastic job.
• There’s a free shuttle bus to the market square, which was convenient.
• Despite being a large group, we always found sunbeds and umbrellas without any arguments or stress.
• The waterslides were a real highlight for the kids — fun and safe.

We checked in on 08/06/2025 with our 1-year-old baby and had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful. We initially had a first-floor room, but due to the hot weather and low AC performance, we requested a ground floor room — they quickly arranged a calm and quiet one with a balcony, garden view, and great air conditioning.
We were provided with a kettle for a 100 lira deposit, which was convenient. Housekeeping was excellent — towels were changed daily and the floors were kept clean.
The entertainment team worked hard and did a great job. My baby especially enjoyed the activities during our 5-day stay. The food service was helpful and friendly. While the variety of food wasn’t huge, it was still good value for money.live cooking was so lovely ,especially omlette and piza
The pools were fantastic — clean and well-maintained, with fun slides that added to the enjoyment.
They have provided us free shuttle service to the city which was very convenient.
Highly recommended for families traveling with young children!

Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning. We were really impressed with the variety of food, we loved the freshly cooked pizzas! All the staff are very helpful and attentive.
Our only criticism is on a few occasions there were flies in the restaurant area, although I’m not sure how best to control this.
Overall, the value for money here is brilliant and we cannot wait to return.

The hotel staff were welcoming, very helpful and always friendly. Rooms were adequate but dated as is the hotel it doesn't seem to have had a refurbishment in a long time. The location is not good in the middle of nowhere with Marakesh a 20 minute car journey away. The food was good but caters more towards the French who I incidentally were the main tourist nationality staying in the hotel when I was there and they for the most part were incredibly rude.

Our recent stay at this resort was a mixed experience, particularly for families with young children. While there were some positives, several concerns stood out and may influence whether this property is the right choice for you.
Cons:
We travelled with five children between the ages of four and nine, and unfortunately, every one of them developed an ear infection after using the pool, with two also contracting bronchitis. While extended time in the water may have been a contributing factor, the pool’s maintenance appeared substandard. Visible dirt around the edges raised concerns, and given the number of children affected, it is difficult to dismiss the link.
The entertainment options were also disappointing. Daytime activities were minimal, and the kids’ club lacked staff engagement, leaving little incentive for children to participate. Evening entertainment was similarly underwhelming. Despite being advertised nightly, it typically consisted of two below-average karaoke singers, followed by a lack of further programming. Scheduled activities often failed to materialize altogether.
Dining options offered limited variety. The emphasis was primarily on Moroccan cuisine, which may appeal to some, but those expecting themed nights or a more diverse selection may be disappointed. Encouraging children to eat proved particularly challenging. The pizza bar was a highlight for younger guests; however, it only began service once the doors opened, leading to queues of 30–40 minutes.
Pros:
On the positive side, the hotel and rooms were consistently clean and well maintained. Air conditioning functioned effectively throughout our stay, and staff were unfailingly helpful, polite, and professional. Housekeeping service was excellent, contributing greatly to overall comfort.
The complimentary shuttle service to the market square was convenient and reliable. Despite travelling as a large group, we never encountered issues securing sunbeds or umbrellas, which made time by the pool relaxed and stress-free. Most notably, the waterslides were a highlight for the children — both enjoyable and safe, they provided some of the most memorable moments of the holiday.
Overall:
This resort offers clean accommodation, attentive staff, and family-friendly facilities such as waterslides. However, issues with pool hygiene, limited food variety, and poor entertainment programming make it less appealing for families with young children. With improvements in these key areas, the resort could provide a far more balanced and enjoyable experience.
