The hotel is lovely. However, some of the staff are rude and very unhelpful, especially the lady on main reception. The lady Zahra on the guest reception is absolutely amazing, though. The food at the buffet is more or less the same every day, and they do nothing for kids other than chips. I had booked a family suit but was given a standard room in a different building to the main hotel and struggled with my baby twins coming to the main hotel every morning. I had to pay extra to move to the main hotel and into a family room because the manager was adamant. I didn’t book a family room to begin with even though I showed my booking details. I managed to haggle the room price down from 120 euro to 70. The guys from the spa follow you around trying to sell you the massage services. The guys on the bar are very friendly and we're always happy to serve our drinks. The pools are clean and well looked after but they do close the pools at 18:30 which I thought was too early. Overall we did enjoy our holiday but if we didn't have the above issues it would have been even better.

The apartment we received, in the main hotel was very used and in a poor state. The view from the balcony paid for inconvenience. Our children got room in a new small hotel in the resort which had its own swimming pool, bar - this was fantastic. Main swimming pools are nice. Food is good and changes little from day to day. Waterslides are super. Drinks vary, depending on how tired bartenders are ;-) Communication by resort shuttles works very well. The people working in the hotel are nice and helpful. We are generally satisfied and recommend this place!

Stayed here with my family which they was 10 of us. Pools was great & cleaned well. Food was average which we all agreed. Staff very rude, moody & not helpful. When we arrived at early hours in the morning rude attitude & didn't even show us to our room just gave us a map! Security ruined our holiday picking on our kids & kept interrupting our night which after we complained to the manager he left us alone after. Water park was great & only a 5 min walk away. Starbucks was a nice addition for a iced latte. Elevators never worked & inside needs a lot of work doing. Aircon was not good & broke twice while we was there which first time the reason it broke it because the grill was caked in dust. Overall we wouldn't come back & didn't have the best experience there & wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Overall fabulous stay here. The bar manager, bar staff and buffet staff were amazing. If it wasnt for them, my score would be 2 for service.They made us feel so welcome and literally did so much for us. The reception staff require some training on customer services. We were put in the wrong room as they had double booked us. We had no apology or offer of compensation. We were basically just told to put up with it. The room we were put in for the night had no bed linin, the air conditioning didn't work and nor did the key card reader. When we eventually got to our room it was nice. Little dated but clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was lovely and the views were stunning. Sadly our room wasn't made up every day and when it was made up, dishes were not removed and coffees etc not replaced. The towels are in the spa area. We ended up keeping the same ones as each time you went down they tried to sell us a massage. It was a little off putting. The location was a little isolated and not really great if you like a little strip to have a wander down in the evening. I would say this hotel is best suited to couples and to parents with really young children or with older teens who are happy to just be by the pool all day. If you like to go out of the complex I would advise looking elsewhere.

First of all I'd like to thank all the staff and employees. We have a great time here. You guys made our holiday really nice. Second of all. I saw some reviews which said the hotel was pretty outdated. This is not true. It's looks modern, clean and even though the hotel was build around 2012 next to the sea, it still looks decent. Alright next up the review: ROOMS: are clean. We have the suit. We booked for a normal room, but we got an upgrade. So that was pretty nice. Didn't have to pay extra or whatsoever. We got airco, dishwasher, kitchen and also a washing machine. Which is pretty nice. Only thing is that springs of the matress comes a bit thru. So the first night I didn't really notice, but after a few nights our backs start to hurt really bad. We put some extra blackets on the matress to avoid this. FOOD: the food is okay. In my opinion the chicken is sometimes a bit overcooked. There's a lot of variety to choose from. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is always decent for a all inclusive hotel. ENTERTAINMENT AND SWIMMINGPOOLS: Entertainment is great. Great shows and also the swimming pools are REALLY clean. The people who work here are working really hard and will do everything in their power to give you an unforgettable holiday. It's actually too much to write about haha. They even take care of the cats which live here. THEY GOT A CATHOUSE!! WiFi is available everywhere in the hotel and also at the swimming pool. WiFi is really strong and I can actually play games on my phone which need a real consistent and stable network. The hotel provides free shuttles to and from the beach. Shuttles to and from alanya are available for €3, $3 or 100 lira. Every hour a shuttle will leave. ----------------------------------------- -WITH ALL THIS COMES ALSO A FEW (SMALL) DOWNSIDES.- There's no atm available in or around the hotel. You gotta take the shuttle bus to the beach and then walk for 10 minutes to get to an atm. The grocery market in the hotel is SUPER expensive. The restaurant where they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner can be really full of people at peak times. There's limited space and tables so you gotta choose the moment when you're going to eat. Which is pretty logical. We have so much fun and have a super relaxing holiday. I love the people and we will definitely come back next year.
