A friend of us was there while we were at a 5 star, typical Antalya swamp ; This hotel can be compared to Indian hotels 😂 Turkia is becoming India number 2, trash, dirty, disgusting food and people. swamp

recently stayed here no problems we were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival
the hotel can do with some improvements like putting more litter bins around the pool area but we did not have a problem with this as we asked in the shop for a bag put our rubbish into it and on the way to our rooms we would put the bag in the bin unlike some.
got on well with the food as we would try anything however it amazed me how guests would pile their plates high then have a couple of mouth fulls and waste the rest.
entertainment was good for the children and staff worked hard to please them
a little gripe about the music during the day poolside same music and loud but thats the way it is.
language did not pose a problem and managed to communicate with the staff.
yes there were problems with the wifi but i am one that does not care about that as i am on holiday to enjoy my self.
finally its a budget hotel and not a five star would i stay here again definetly we as a family of six we had a great holiday and my grandson asked could we go there again next year

Booked this holiday as last minute, read the reviews and was seriously thinking what have we done. However we could not have been more wrong staff are friendly, approachable, and although English is an unknown language for over half the staff, guess what, my Turkish is non existent and I managed, ask yourself, why is language a barrier? Because some people let it be, is language a barrier for kids does it stop them playing getting along and being happy, definitely not. I felt that it was my responsibility as a visitor that I should have known the basics, not the other way around. Having read peoples comments about the poolside being slippery, it’s water, my son had an accident whilst on holiday smacked his head on the poolside cut his head open and needed stitches, whilst some would put the responsibility upon the hotel my reaction is that as a parent I should of been more observant of his actions, I took my son to the manager and all I could say was doctor and show her my sons wound, to which we were ushered to her personal car, soaking wet, bleeding, and bordering on unconscious, she beeped her horn the few miles to the the doctor, took us in and explained for me, got me water, and stood by my side all the time, then took us back to the hotel and even offered to send out for Burger King. That is definitely not uncaring staff etc, etc that comes across in the reviews. If you want 5***** first class accommodation, then pay for it when it’s advertised and then you might have something to complain about. Yes there are improvements that everyone visiting could recommend, I’m also sure that if someone visited my establishment there would also be improvements in someone else opinion. The entertainment staff along with all other staff I guarantee that when you arrive for breakfast they will be there ready to serve, smile and assist in trying to make your holiday perfect and when you leave the communal areas at night the same staff will still be there day after day, the work ethics, smiles on their faces and attempts to understand your needs are continual. The maids will clean your room anytime they are asked, even if your room is not on the rota for cleaning, do you change your sheets at home everyday? Do you get out of bed and expect someone else to make it? If that’s is the case you obviously have your own maid, and the money to pay for such service, so go book the five star hotels that will provide for your needs. I have spent the most amazing two weeks seeing and appreciate an alternative lifestyle and custom to my own in the company of amazing people, thankyou to all the staff who have made us feel so welcome that when the kids left last night they cried, saying they were sad as they were never going to see them again. I sincerely hope that other families encounter just some of our experience, we went expecting nothing but received everything.

Had a terrible experience . Room was clean and cleaned daily. Hotel was dirty food awful and the same every day. Why reuse food left by others . Queing for meals with rude Russians and being served by unhappy staff .
Bar ran out of Beer twice and spirits once during the 2 week stay. Staff thought it funny to hit drunk Russian guests. Pool was not cleaned until we complained had white sticky foam on swimwear not good. Pool when cleaned cut my foot on sharp tiles at least pool was cleaned . Did complain to mangement less then helpful.

Bad is not an understatement. Food really is that bad, hygiene is not great. Rooms not cleaned, beds made but that's about all. Staff are too young to care and have no idea how to look after guests. On site shop charge 150% over normal price so be advised to walk next door and be given curtious friendly help.
Not worth going all inclusive or full board.
