Amazing hotel. The animation team and all the staff are so friendly. I came here as a single mum with 2 children aged 5 and 12 and everyone couldn’t have made it more special, the hotel is a good size with everything you need. Everything is in a small space which makes it great for children.

Staff was really nice. I hurt my knee and they were very caring. Very helpful.
Food was OK, could be better. The room was cleaned every day.
We had a Superior room at the top, so the view was nice.
The sea was not that good; there were big waves every day. Not good for swimming or for relaxing.

The hotel is in an ideal location, close to Alanya with plenty to do and the hotel itself is set within beautiful grounds, of which are well maintained and clearly cared for.
The hotel is very clean and the food is generally good- typical all inclusive buffet style.
There are three pools to choose from, which is great because it means you can have space to be away from the “noise” of the main pool area. The baby pool near the spa is where we spent most of our time which was lovely and peaceful whilst also being fun for our little boy, due to the two small baby slides.
The beach was lovely and we always managed to get a bed.
We went on a family day out on a pirate ship boat run just round the bay in Alanya, this was a wonderful day out and I highly recommend for families.
- The lifts in the hotel are not ideal at all for families or parties of anymore than two.
- the animation team, unfortunately, were not to a standard that I would have liked; however, I think this is because this hotel is predominantly populated with German and Dutch guests, meaning that as the only British family on the resort, we (as a couple) and our two year old son were very much ignored, not encouraged to join in etc.
- the lady who ran the mini disco and mini club was very lovely and worked hard to entertain children, however unfortunately the rest did not seem at all overly child friendly, which I would expect in a family resort.
- we were there for 10 nights and ate in the main buffet restaurant every night, we were offered/asked for our drink order at the table on two nights only, the rest of the time, you had to get your own drinks, which may be normal for some, but not something we have ever experienced before.
- the waiting staff were always hard at work and clearly very busy, when they did get a moment to interact with you, they were polite and friendly, however generally, there was very limited interaction between waiting staff and guests.
-the rooms were nice, however the decor is outdated and I think they could do with a bit of a re-fresh.
The hotel is beautiful and we had a lovely time as we made it lovely. However, I don’t think this hotel caters to English/British families and had I have known that prior to booking, we would have gone elsewhere.

Very nice set up. Beautiful scenery. Green and serene. Lots of space either on the beach, on the grass or by the pools. Not much trouble with finding free sun beds or perfect spot to relax. Sea can be a little rough with sharp entry and rocks (need to have swimming shoes). Also nearby river introduces cold water which can be unpleasant depending on the direction of waves. Animation is nice and varied with different themes and performers every night. There is also kids entertainment. Alcohol is good, if you want stronger drinks they will accommodate. Rooms are clean but showing age. Towels and sheets changed daily. Shower is very erratic with pressure and temperature. Two biggest gripes I have are food and excursions service. Travel rep seems to have ignored us for the whole time and reception could not provide much help with this. The only time you can actually eat a kebab (being in Turkey mind you) is in A la crate restaurant where you need to book a table (one free entry per week) and choose a meal beforehand aka. three types of kebab. Other than that the food is plenty however can be bland. Props to the staff for being attentive and cheerful.

My family and me had a very pleasant experience overall. Sema from the entertainment team was very kind, and thanks to her, we also had fun playing darts.
The location is excellent, very close to the beach.
However, the rooms could use some renovation.
