Our stay at Granada was unfortunately far from the 5-star experience we expected. The service was shockingly poor, and it was clear that the management struggled with basic communication. This was most evident when we requested towels after using the pool; we were told they were out and would have to return after an hour. This is unacceptable for a supposedly high-standard resort.
Adding to our discomfort, the room setup was not what we anticipated. Instead of proper bedding, we were given a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The regular beds were no better, leading to restless nights for all of us.
The only redeeming factor was the kids’ pool, which the children enjoyed. However, even that couldn’t make up for the other issues we encountered.
The food was a major disappointment. There was a lack of variety, with the same dishes being served every day. For a 5-star resort, especially one in Turkey, you would expect a showcase of the rich Turkish cuisine, but it fell completely flat. Moreover, if you have any food allergies, beware. There were no clear signs indicating what the dishes or desserts contained, making it a risky experience for those with dietary restrictions.
To make matters worse, some areas of the resort had a lingering, unpleasant odor that made certain places almost unbearable. Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend it.

Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained.
The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great view from the balcony, which we enjoyed each morning. There are so many pools to choose from, and even though we’re not really into water parks, we found the one at the hotel to be really fun! The poolside service was great too—easy access to drinks and snacks throughout the day.
We also enjoyed the spa. It was very relaxing, and even though we didn’t go for a lot of treatments, just spending time there was a nice way to unwind.
The food was really good too. There were plenty of options between the buffet and à la carte restaurants, so we never got bored. The atmosphere at the hotel was lively but not too much, which made it perfect for a laid-back stay.
Overall, Granada Belek offered everything we needed for a great holiday
...comfortable rooms, good food, lots of activities, and a nice balance of relaxation and fun. It’s a great choice if you're looking for a mix of both!

I don't really understand the negative reviews, I stayed here late October 24 and had an amazing time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pools were clean. The food was tasty,
I liked how the lifeguards kept an eye on everything and were direct with people about safety, which was reassuring. It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all,
I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Granada Luxury Belek
We arrived at the Granada Luxury Belek on Saturday, 28th September, and sadly, our experience has been far from what we expected, especially considering the £5.5k we spent on this holiday, which we booked through Love Holidays.
To start, we paid for a garden room but ended up with a room that had a small balcony roof and a patch of grass—not what we were expecting at all. When we got to the room, it was also set up with one single bed and one double bed, which didn’t suit us at all. We requested one large bed and two cots for our twin babies, but this request was ignored. While we managed to overlook this, it wasn’t the best start.
The worst part was when we were putting one of our babies down for a nap and found a white capsule pill in their cot. It didn’t look like a common pill like paracetamol, and if we hadn’t noticed, the outcome could have been catastrophic. When we brought this to the hotel’s attention, it felt like they brushed it off and didn’t take the matter seriously, which made us furious.
On top of that, five out of the seven people in our group have come down with diarrhea and sickness. We informed the reception, but they tried to claim it wasn’t related to the hotel. However, we encountered another family who had the same symptoms, and we even saw a young girl vomiting in the dining area during dinner. This has completely ruined the trip, and now our children refuse to eat in the restaurant because they believe the food is unsafe.
To make matters worse, we found out that the à la carte restaurants, which we thought were included, actually weren’t. Now we’re having to go off-site to eat, adding even more hassle to the situation.
On top of that, none of the pools are heated, so our babies can’t even swim comfortably. To add insult to injury, we paid £100 to pick our seats on the flight, only to be moved with no compensation or refund offered.
While the hotel looks great and most of the staff are friendly, the overall experience has been a complete disaster. We should’ve listened to the reviews and chosen Mexico instead. We can’t wait to go home. The resort and activity's are great for kids but certainly not a 5 star resort. Room 1040

I recently stayed at the Granada Luxury Hotel Bebek and had a mixed experience. While the hotel offers great pool amenities and well-maintained leisure facilities, there are a few drawbacks to consider.
The biggest issue was the location—it’s quite far from the convention center, which made commuting inconvenient. Additionally, during heavy rain, the area seemed ill-prepared, causing some discomfort. The rooms themselves are poorly designed, offering only twin beds and showing clear signs of needing renovation.
Overall, while the amenities were enjoyable, the distance to key locations and the condition of the rooms leave room for improvement.
