Definitely not a 5* hotel for sure ( travelled with family )
1.hotel has a foul smell sometimes
2. All the hallway lights are kept off all the time it’s all dark throughout the day and night
3. Food is very limited I will attach pictures not much food that is tasty , very repetitive food.
4. All staff should be trained with safety precautions, INCIDENT that happened with my daughter cleaners kept constantly coming and mopping while we ate our meals and my daughter slipped and fell I think they should do all of this when the people are not present as it is not safe at all.
5. LOCATION middle of nowhere 2 hours away from airport
6. Room Cleaners are lovely and very kind and welcoming , however reception staff are not very welcoming and are all foreign speakers very hard to communicate with them
7. We wasn’t informed about any sort of events or anything about a theatre in block b ?
8. Some staff are very nice but very few more rude ones over nice I’d say
9. I was expecting a pool view as that’s what was advertised but we was given a very disappointing view , my kids was so upset with the view we got because they were excited for a pool view , we did try and resolve this but was told it was not possible . I don’t understand why the other side of view isn’t advertised.
10. Room service was good and fast
11. The service of WiFi is really bad in the rooms barely had WiFi. At all nothing loads only works well in the lobby
11. Overall i don’t think I would recommend or would go back

Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment with this hotel. It should be removed from the 5-star rating as it was a big scam and absolutely disgusting. Our family had an appalling experience which ruined our holiday from the first day. Upon our arrival at 4 AM after a long journey, we were directed to a location outside the hotel that was never mentioned during booking. It resembled a student hostel and seemed like a tactic to push us to upgrade. After a heated argument with staff who hardly spoke English, they agreed to move us to our original booked hotel but demanded extra money for each room, which was clearly a scam and we paid as a helpless encounter. The staff were arrogant, crafty, and cunning, solely interested in making more money. Despite moving to the correct hotel later that day, issues persisted. When my wife requested help as the TV in our room wasn't working, the staff blamed us, accusing us of breaking it. They then locked our all family's rooms and demanded €300, threatening to evict us if we didn't comply. Feeling blackmailed, we reluctantly paid to avoid further trouble. The food was terrible, with repetitive and old dishes. Even the desserts seemed outdated, and the salads appeared unappetizing. We will not return to this hotel and strongly advise against it, except for the cleaners and waitresses who were the only commendable staff members.
Also, the hotel is situated in a remote area with no markets nearby. The hotel is absolutely filthy and unorganized. None of the managers can speak English properly, which is surprising for a supposed 2-star establishment. It's no surprise that the hotel was empty, and the guests who were staying with us shared the same complaints and disappointment.
If you wish to ruin your holiday, choose this hotel ONLY.

This hotel is not 5 star. More like 3+ star. The food is 3 star. No WiFi (can’t even watch a film) only enough WiFi to receive a WhatsApp text. Entertainment only for kids(disco) 21:00-22:30.
The toilet in the room (even after upgrading for €70 for the better one) leaked and after numerous complaints still not got fixed. As the weather isn’t great (first week of April) it’s shame they don’t think of indoor entertainment or anything to keep visitors happy. Really disappointed with this stay. Not recommend it.

Make sure your room booking is in main building. They have another small building behind main building its call annex rooms. Do not get scammed by any online website. They charged us €60 to upgrade our room in main building.

I just returned from my stay at this hotel, and if this place is considered a 5-star establishment, then Greggs must be gourmet dining!
To start, 80% of the staff were unfriendly and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. The remaining 20% were only slightly better—definitely not what I expected for a supposedly high-end hotel.
Upon entering my room, I was greeted with dirt and, shockingly, shards of glass on the floor. After my young son got cut, I had to take matters into my own hands and call for a cleaner. This place is far from child-friendly; the low glass barriers on each floor pose a serious risk for young children who could easily climb over.
The state of the rooms was appalling. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, wallpaper was peeling, and various fixtures were falling apart. I was disappointed to find no kettle, iron, slippers, or bathrobes—basic amenities that are standard in any respectable 5-star hotel.
On a positive note, the food was decent with a good variety, but the bizarre policy regarding non-alcoholic mojitos was absurd. When my friend asked the manager why they wouldn't serve them, he claimed it was too much work. Really?
The pool was clean but overcrowded, and the beach was one of the worst I’ve encountered. The hotel’s location is terrible—right next to a busy road with no shops or restaurants nearby. Everything required a taxi ride.
Even during checkout, not once was I asked how my stay was or if I enjoyed my time. If it hadn’t been for the company of my friends, this trip would have been one of my worst vacations. Would I return? Only if they paid for my flights and gave me a free stay! Avoid this hotel if you can.
