Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel
This hotel is, at best, a 2-star establishment, nowhere near the advertised 5-star rating. Our experience started off poorly and only got worse from there.
On the first day, we arrived to find no towels and no water in the room. The mini-fridge was stocked with water only once during our entire stay. At the bar, only small 0.2L cups of water were available—no proper water bottles, which was incredibly inconvenient.
Room cleanliness was a major issue. They only vacuumed but did no deep cleaning. The shower was filthy, with mold on the walls that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Our friends faced an even worse situation—dirty pillows with bodily stains on them, towels that hadn’t been replaced, and even worms in the shower. They had to repeatedly ask at reception for basics like towels, toilet paper, and shower gel as the housekeepers didn’t provide them.
The entire hotel felt unclean. The carpet near the bar smelled like vomit, and the odor lingered the entire week without anyone addressing it. The food was mediocre at best, with a limited selection, and the majority of dishes were served cold.
If something in the hotel breaks, don’t expect it to be fixed. They simply ignore it. On a positive note, the shows were decent. However, that’s about where the positives end.
The hotel was overwhelmingly full of Russian tourists, and most of the staff barely spoke English and were generally unfriendly. In the hallways, guests were expected to step aside for staff, which felt incredibly rude. The only friendly and helpful staff were the Turkish employees and the man at the hookah station. The Russian staff, in contrast, were lazy and impolite.
The beach was a disaster. It was far from "private," with broken sunbeds and trash everywhere. It felt more like a dump than a place to relax.
On the plus side, the harmony massage at the spa was excellent. Unfortunately, that was one of the few highlights of the stay. The à la carte restaurants charged extra, unlike other hotels, which felt like a rip-off.
Lastly, the rooms had terrible sound insulation—you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Overall, this was a highly disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true 5-star experience.

I was scared when I read the reviews, but when I got there the welcome was very nice. The staff was nice and very helpful. The food is delicious. The drinks at the bar are very delicious, prepared with great love especially by Mehmet, Chief and Yunus. I had a great vacation, I came back here anytime!

Food is inedible, beverages are dreadful, the room reeks so much of mold i think it's a health hazard and the same room has swarms of mosquitos like it's a swamp. Beach is a bit above bad though. And the nearby mosque's whining is deafening. Best visit your hometown than spend your hard-earned money here

WARNING!!!
You should avoid this hotel. full of ill-mannered Russians, chaos in the dining room, the pool, the beach, the bar, etc. They have never learned suck queue system.
The spirit is their drinking water.
Abuse of women is a very common sight.
Getting beaten is inevitable.
The hotel lays flat for the Russians regardless, when you complain.
This hotel is not even worth 1*.
Avoid!

Disappointing Experience - Choose Wisely When Staying in Antalya
During my recent stay at the Throne Hotel in Antalya, I had a highly unsatisfactory experience. Unfortunately, this hotel left me with unpleasant memories. The food quality was extremely poor, and it even led to a severe case of food poisoning, causing me to vomit due to badly prepared and unpleasant meat dishes. The kitchen staff appeared incompetent, and the owner's attempts to downplay the issues were far from satisfactory.
Moreover, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was non-functional and only available in limited areas. The beachside experience was equally dreadful, with burnt and undercooked döner and appalling service. It's hard to believe that this hotel claims to be a five-star establishment when it falls far short of even basic standards, resembling more of a youth hostel.
Adding to my disappointment, the rooms were inadequately cleaned, and the internet speed was frustratingly slow. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff's lack of courtesy only added to my dissatisfaction. The hotel's temperature was uncomfortably warm, and the rooms were too cramped for a family of four. In retrospect, I wish I had opted for a more expensive hotel with better amenities and friendlier staff.
The food quality raised significant health concerns, with everything being undercooked and poorly prepared. I strongly urge health authorities to investigate this matter, as the hotel's unhygienic conditions are unacceptable and could pose risks to guests' well-being.
Additionally, the beach area was far from ideal, scattered with pebbles, and the food options there were also disappointing. Considering all these shortcomings, I highly recommend against choosing the Throne Hotel and instead suggest exploring other options that may cost slightly more but offer a much better experience. This budget-friendly hotel may not be worth the money.
The hotel's overall design was also disappointing and did not reflect the high standards I expected. As a Turkish person, I felt embarrassed by the condition of this hotel. I strongly advise considering other hotels in Antalya, as there are plenty of better choices available that offer satisfactory service despite slightly higher costs.
In conclusion, my stay at the Throne Hotel in Antalya was anything but pleasant. I implore everyone to avoid this place and opt for more reputable alternatives. For a delightful stay, I recommend considering Seher Sun in Side Antalya or Dreamworld Hill in Manavgat. Both hotels offer well-equipped rooms with air conditioning and a much more enjoyable atmosphere. Take my advice and spare yourself the disappointment and frustration that may accompany a stay at the Throne Hotel.
