This was our first family holiday. We were a family of 8 with ages from 6 to 20. The staff are brilliant, couldn’t do more for you. I loved the hotel and cleanliness. Our toilet had a bit of a funky smell but we didn’t mention it so not going to complain that it wasn’t rectified. Kids loved it, entertainment was on for both kids and adults and everything local was great too.

Nice hotel but the location is quite remote, no bars or restaurants in the locality if you don't like the food you only have options of dominos, burger king or McDonald's. All inclusive but cocktails aren't included and start at €8 each! I saw in the description there was a BBQ at the beach bar but in 7 days we never saw this at all! Although they did some variations at the main restaurant at times. If you want to relax you can stay by the adult pool where the entertainment team don't bother you. The adult pool sees very little sun due to location between the 2 buildings. Around the main pool was lovely but got loud with the entertainment staff sometimes and we couldn't understand some of what was being said. And some of the management were arrogant towards holidaymakers. I wanted to say it's a great hotel and it could be but with the location and poor food selections I can't. I really liked the beach bar but an all inclusive resort that only serves beer at the beach bar and ice creams aren't free only in the main resort. I think as a couple you could make it work but I wouldn't bring kids again due to the food.

I recently stayed here 21st to 28th September 2024 it was just myself and my partner to have a break from all the stress of work and home life. Up on arrival I was a bit disappointed until we walked through the gates and it was all beautiful 😍 the staff were all lovely very pleasant especially the bar staff and reception staff. We had our luggage taken up to our room. The facilities were great and we didn't mind walking under the under pass and walking down to the beach area were they had a swimming pool and sun loungers by the pool and on the beach. The beach bar could have a wider selection of drinks, as they only had beer or soft drinks available and I don't like beer very much. I prefer a rum and coke or a gin, but these were not available at the beach bar. And the snacks there could be more of too. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again. Wonderful all inclusive hotel for the family, food is good quality, rooms and hotel is very clean This is a family and child friendly hotel. We will definitely be returning, the children had an amazing experience. Very chilled and relaxed 7 nights stay. Staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Just got back from this hotel and we had the best time! Unfortunately it doesn’t help for a family over 4 ppl so we had to have two rooms. But they put us a few doors down from each other so that helped. The day entertainment staff was absolutely amazing!! They were so good with the children! So helpful and friendly; they really made the holiday with the water gym and polo. The food was good, I have very picky children and they ate the food there everyday. The only only downside to the food was breakfast was boring. Just eggs, bread and pancakes so if you like that great! Only few flaws… the bar staff was incredibly grumpy especially a man called Tunc and another man with a hand bandage who liked to slam your drinks down at you. They seem to have a problem with serving the children drinks at the bar, as you can only get coke extra at the bar. If they have waited in the Que the bar staff would ignore them and go to the next adult to serve them instead. Everytime my children came back from getting a drink they said he slammed the drink down and huffed at us! The beds are so uncomfortable, so be prepared, my room stunk of sewage told reception but they didn’t care much. The rooms wasn’t ever cleaned properly. They never cleaned the bathroom. My view was a dirty nappy! Haha We went out to a restaurant bar called Moods it was brilliant! They pick you up and drop you back for free. The entertainment there whilst having dinner is great and they involve the children. Definitely go down to the beach pool, we walked there which took 5/10 mins at 9.30 as the mini bus comes to pick you at 10 so we beat the rush: lovely bar and food with your all inclusive. We did really have a good time with our friends and made it to a great holiday
