The stay at Crystal Paraiso Verde was disappointing to say the least. Starting from the food (which on the surface seemed to have some variety) was terrible, especially lacking in vegetarian options. The labeling of the food was lacking as well (and some options that did appear vegetarian from the first glance were in fact not).
The quality of the service was lacking as well. It was hard to communicate with the staff as they mostly spoke Russian and the ones that did speak English were few so overall communication was rough.
The cleanliness standards of the hotel leave something to be desired: the food/dining were downright filthy at times, our hotel room bathroom was unclean as well.
Despite being an "ultra all-inclusive", many of the services in the hotel (spa, arcade room, restaurants, photographs, etc.) were not free, and frankly overpriced. Some of the employees were obnoxious and wouldn't take no for an answer.
Overall, would not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

i had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel. the staff, cleanliness and location is all absolutely brilliant. the animation team are so so wonderful, i loved every second that they were around. the games and activities that they do with the guests are so fun and they are overall very friendly.
the service is quite fantastic! however, there was one girl, the bar chef called Gülçin (i believe) wasn’t the friendliest, i think that her customer service and attitude needs some work as she lacked sincerity.
overall, such a lovely place to stay and will definitely be back in the future!

We have just returned from a week holiday at this hotel. We are a family of four, two adults and two 8 years old. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. But let’s start with good parts. Food was really great, there was always something new to try, great variety of everything in the main restaurant, ice cream, fresh fruit, sweets in the restaurants by the pool and at the beach, good quality of drinks…. But on the other hand too many guests around the pool, everybody carrying the food and drinks around, kids eating ice cream, dripping all over the place and no one to clean that …. You get a complete mess. Almost every sun-bed was “reserved” with a towel so it was always a struggle to find one in the pool area.
There was also a pool for smaller kids and it seemed less crowded and interesting for the kids.
Situation was better at the beach, not crowded, well organized, nice restaurant and a playground for the kids.
They had a beer garden area that was great, in a shade, with a bar, usually with an acoustic music performance, and with kids activities on one side.
They had different kind of entertainment during the day and in the evening.
But the biggest issue is hygiene and cleanliness. Our room was on the ground floor and in general it was spacious and well organized but not cleaned. We found stains that could had been easily removed with a wet cloth… The room smelled moldy. After three days we realized that they were not going to replace the towels nor clean the room. We also run out of the soap and toilet paper so we complained at the reception, where we were sent to the customer relations and they just asked us for the room number and told us it would be fixed. They did replaced our towels, made the bed(same sheets) but not the top one of the bunk bed, and we didn’t get the soap. No one cleaned the room for seven days. We have never experienced this and we were completely shocked.
Public areas were also dirty and in general the hotel was stained and smudged.
Definitely not recommended and we are not returning here.

Service at the hotel is great, all the staff are really friendly especially the waiters. Our room was cleaned every day with the bed made nicely. The food is fantastic especially for an all inclusive we really have no complaints about it. There's a huge variety of entertainment with singers, shows and activities throughout the day however the entertainment team could put in more effort when hosting pool activities and socialising with guests. Overall a really good holiday and excellent value for money.

I will start with the negative points of this resort. Having visited many resorts, but also being a hotel manager myself, I was able to spot the faults in Paraiso Verde from day one. The reception staff are not hospitality minded, which means they are not unfriendly, but they are not friendly either. They do not know how to welcome guests and many of them lack information when you ask for something. Here you can see a big gap in training and guidance. The staff who help you with your luggage on the other hand are very friendly and smile all the time, which at least makes your arrival a little more positive.
The biggest and most negative point about this hotel is the cleaning. This was the dirtiest resort we have ever been to. Starting with the poor cleaning of the rooms, the floor was so dirty every day that your feet would get black. We had a baby with us and it was not possible to let her walk in the room. One day it was so bad that we had to ask for the floor to be cleaned. The shower floor is not cleaned properly, you can see this from the fact that it is yellow, but also because it has accumulated soap from not being scrubbed. The pool floor is so dirty that you walk on food crumbs. I thought this was unacceptable, especially in the children's pool area. Also, the pool chairs are not cleaned, you can see this from the food stains you find everywhere.
The animation team is very forced, not natural at all. They always do the same routines but even that not with enough enthusiasm to motivate the people.
The positive points are mainly the food, very varied, good quality and available all day in different areas (the only place the food is not good is at the beach bar). There is also food for children, which I found very useful.
The riverside area is very nice to relax in the shade with live concerts. The beach area is nice, just on the water area there are too many stones, so you should have some shoes to go swimming, if not can be very uncomfortable.
Is a hotel focused in the Russian and Polish people, but I think most of them are nowadays. The evening band show is always Russian music, the staff mostly only speak Russian and Turkish and much of the information found is only written in Russian.
In general, it is not a bad resort, but not worth the price, there are some major faults that make you regret the money you paid.
The good thing is that we spent some family quality time in the sun with our baby daughter, so for that it is always worth it!
