The stay at Crystal Paraiso Verde was disappointing to say the least. Starting from the food (which on the surface seemed to have some variety) was terrible, especially lacking in vegetarian options. The labeling of the food was lacking as well (and some options that did appear vegetarian from the first glance were in fact not).
The quality of the service was lacking as well. It was hard to communicate with the staff as they mostly spoke Russian and the ones that did speak English were few so overall communication was rough.
The cleanliness standards of the hotel leave something to be desired: the food/dining were downright filthy at times, our hotel room bathroom was unclean as well.
Despite being an "ultra all-inclusive", many of the services in the hotel (spa, arcade room, restaurants, photographs, etc.) were not free, and frankly overpriced. Some of the employees were obnoxious and wouldn't take no for an answer.
Overall, would not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

i had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel. the staff, cleanliness and location is all absolutely brilliant. the animation team are so so wonderful, i loved every second that they were around. the games and activities that they do with the guests are so fun and they are overall very friendly.
the service is quite fantastic! however, there was one girl, the bar chef called Gülçin (i believe) wasn’t the friendliest, i think that her customer service and attitude needs some work as she lacked sincerity.
overall, such a lovely place to stay and will definitely be back in the future!

Service at the hotel is great, all the staff are really friendly especially the waiters. Our room was cleaned every day with the bed made nicely. The food is fantastic especially for an all inclusive we really have no complaints about it. There's a huge variety of entertainment with singers, shows and activities throughout the day however the entertainment team could put in more effort when hosting pool activities and socialising with guests. Overall a really good holiday and excellent value for money.

To begin with, this hotel has most of the features you would expect from an all-inclusive stay - free breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as free drinks at the bar, but the quality of the food and service was horrendous. The food was not tasty and sometimes even disgusting, the tables were not being cleaned regularly, and usually we couldn't find any cutlery to eat the food with - we would have to go ask the personnel, many of which couldn't even speak basic English.
Lots of services at the hotel also required extra fees, such as the spa and arcade, which was definitely not expected in a ultra all-inclusive hotel! Some of the free-to-use facilities seemed abandoned, especially the fitness center, as half of the equipment was not working there!
At the bar, the quality of the drinks varied quite heavily, depending on who was making the drinks, suggesting a lack of training and inconsistent standards among the staff.
The main positives for me were the big outdoor pool as well as the daily concerts and performances. Some of the employees in the hotel were friendly and helpful, but I couldn't say the same for all the staff.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here and I won't be coming back.

I was "asked" to write a "good review" on our second day, now that I am home here is my honest review.
Staff - either rude 60% or very friendly. On arrival the front desk was very nice. On check out another person took our room keys and said something in Turkish, that's it. Literary. 90% of the staff do not speak English, although this didn't bother us, it did bother others and even heated arguments from what i saw.
Breakfast - one of the worst I have Ever seen, again very rude staff. When guest relations asked me I was honest and his answer was "some times staff are not morning people". I have done city breaks with continental breakfasts that were better than this, they were 3 star hotels. We were told by the nice staff members to skip breakfast, have a long lie in and get food from the snack bar by the pool. "you will enjoy better"
Snack bar - food was good and 40% was fresh likes Pizzas etc. we never went for the lunch part as the snack bar by the pool was good.
Dinner - same food every night, we were there for 5 nights!! Sometimes, just sometimes some of the stations had 1 thing new which ended up being our game, searching for new dishes.
Selected Restaurants - Don't go if you are a foodie, simple. we ended up going to the evening buffet as the food was so average.
Night entertainment - OK/Good. We had Shisha a couple of night while enjoying the music.
Spa - We were getting forced to get a treatment, after repeatedly pushing us which I found pathetic, we actually just waked away from him. Again very rude.
Maid - she only fixed the bed, we had to ask her to change the sheets as it was hot, she then mopped the fool then demanded a tip, saying she only wanted "paper" meaning notes.
Rooms - Good size. Good walk in shower.
Pools - Good and the reason we picked this hotel. If you have young kids you will see why we picked this place. Pool is right next to snack bar which was a bonus.
This review will probably get deleted but I would not stay at this 5 star hotel again. Basing on the other All Inclusive hotels I have stayed at, I was shocked with the over all experience.
