stayed here 5-12th April. At first a bit miffed at Sol 1 was closed but we soon realised that that was no problem at all. Had to wait a short while to go to the room but were given AI bands straight away.
Room lovely, pool view, kettle and mugs, spotless, English Tv and good wifi. I thought the beds were comfy.
Food and drink were lovely. We chose to eat out a couple of nights just because we like too. No need to upgrade to gold spirits as you are given good measure and reusable cups are used on a token service. spirits can also be taken into dining room.
Pool freezing but refreshing! pool snacks are served in the main restaurant...you cant take them out but there loads of choice. fruit, fries, burgers, hot dogs, nachos...its amazing.
Staff are lovely and there loads of activities if you want to do them. Entertainment is ok at night but we amuse ourselves.
The location is amazing, out the back gate to Palma and 2 mins walk to sea and front of hotel is 7 mins walk to Magaluf strip.
Only fault and not the hotels fault really....the Sol 1 and big pool and children's pool were closed which is understandable if its still quiet but that meant the only pool was busy and closed at 4!! This was rectified though as people refused to get out one day so they had o choice but to keep it open.
It was a shame they didn't just open the children's pool and keep the hotel closed if not busy.
We loved it so much we are returning in October.

Pros: ENTERTAINMENT STAFF AND ACTIVITIES! Closeness to restaurants, beaches, transport and waterparks and other activities etc.
Cons: Food could be better, better communication with travel agents to let us know we weren't in the hotel we booked. An option for no white towels and bedding (but that's just a me thing, I think)
We weren't in the hotel we booked but that wasn't too bad, just slightly disappointing as most of the pools were closed apart from one, which was quite small.
The hotel was clean, although I still don't understand why we have white bedding and towels, it begs to get dirty... Luckily, I brought my own towels and that was fine.
The lifts were a bit of a tight squeeze for the amount of people who were staying at the hotel.
The food was good but not enough options for kiddies and vegetarians/vegans (except salad...)
Because we were in the sister hotel, Sol 2, we didn't have access to the gym, other pools, and the snack bar wasn't open either.
The hotel is a short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants and it's all flat, so it's good for people who aren't good on their feet. Katmandu Theme Park and Golf Fantasia are a walkable distance away. Western Waterpark and Marineland are short bus rides away.
NOTE: If you want a shortcut, go out the back gate by the pool and pingpong table (you'll need your room keycard to get back in) and it brings you out by the shops and restaurants (a bit creepy at night, so don't go alone)
What made our stay was the entertainment staff. They were great with the kiddies at kids club and had a range of different activities all day long, from young children activities (up to 4 years) to slightly older children activities (5-12 years).
They had adult activities throughout the day which were a lot of fun and silly, they were a great way to make new friends. I especially liked darts, 1 min to win, yoga, corn hole, sjoelen and jenga.
Evening entertainment was amazing too! They had mini disco for the little ones and then from 9:15pm each night they had either live music, dancers, magicians and comedians: we had the whole package. They also had an adults disco most nights where you can request a song and have a dance! The entertainment staff even taught us some Spanish dances too! It was incredible!
I cannot thank Jack, Alex and the other members of the entertainment team (interns included) for making our stay so memorable. They are so friendly and genuine. They have a way of getting you out of your comfort zone without being too pushy. They are a credit to the hotel and I don't think the hotel would survive without them! 10/10 for entertainment.

I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations for a £600, 7-day stay. Here are the key issues I encountered:
1. Arrival and Check-in:
There are two twin hotels, but one is closed with no signage to indicate this.
No directions to the correct (operating) building or reception. I spent a long time wandering at night trying to find the right place.
Check-in was time-consuming, despite there being only one guest (myself) and two staff members. This inefficiency explains the long queues seen during the day.
Reception offered zero basic information — no mention of Wi-Fi, restaurant details, layout of the hotel, or anything else.
Key cards didn’t work properly, requiring multiple trips between the room and reception.
No guidance about the two different lifts — this caused confusion and frustration, especially as people from lower floors blocked the lifts needed for upper floors.
2. Rooms and Noise Issues:
Rooms are extremely small and very basic, with no proper wardrobe — just open shelves.
Small balcony. Once I've been visited by ants!
Construction of the building amplifies noise from the pool and bar area.
Constant slamming of heavy metal entry gates and toilet doors created disturbing noise throughout the stay — day and night.
3. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Large numbers of birds in the bar area , with no signs discouraging feeding.
People fed birds with bar snacks, and birds were regularly sitting on chairs and tables — unhygienic and off-putting.
Tables were cleaned occasionally, but chairs were visibly dirty and clearly not cleaned regularly.
On several occasions in the restaurant, I saw staff drop paper cloths on the floor, pick them up, and continue cleaning tables with the same cloth — very unhygienic.
Glasses were often stored upside down directly on dirty mats under where the plates were placed — quite disgusting.
4. Food and Dining:
Food quality overall was very basic and repetitive — more like a canteen than a hotel restaurant. Mass production, zero soul or creativity.
Many dishes were bland and low quality. No seasoning. Other dishes were oily and very salty. Some better days with better food, but those felt like rare exceptions.
Especially sausages and black pudding were poor, and the fish was mostly tasteless and unseasoned. Spanish red sausage was good though.
Paella was regularly overcooked, burned, and overloaded with tomato sauce — with minimal seafood.
Salad selection was weak — no basic items like sliced tomatoes at breakfast. Salads often looked like leftover mixes. Salad bar each day was just sliced cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce, beets, carrots, spinach.
However, there were some positive points:
Nice selection of croissants (especially wholegrain and regular ones), waffles, pancakes, and a few tasty bits and pieces.
Food service ran until 11 PM, which was appreciated.
Between main meals, there were snacks like pizza, burgers, hot dogs, and nachos — a very convenient.
Still, for £600 per week, the quality did not meet expectations.
5. Staff and Service:
Most staff did not speak English; only a few bartenders and receptionists could communicate effectively.
Bartenders often mishandled drinks and were visibly careless.
Inconsistent and selective behavior — Spanish guests were treated warmly, with smiles and jokes, while others were treated rudely or ignored.
Jokes about charging extra for straws or passive-aggressive humor came off as unprofessional.
Tables often were left messy with ☕ while staff laughed and chatted instead of working.
A specific bartender, David, was repeatedly rude, served poorly poured pints full of beer foam, and he was constantly mishandling reusable cups! Gross!
6. General Impressions:
The hotel lacked any visible management or supervision — it felt like no one was in charge.
Hygiene issues, noise disturbances, inconsistent service, and a lack of care from staff left a negative impression.
Luggage storage open all day just next to the main entrance. Overall disappointing!!

All round great good value hotel.
Food wasn’t amazing but for the price you can expect it.
Beds not the comfiest, not the worst tho.
All the staff I dealt with throughout the stay were great, we ended up running into our bartenders in a local club, great guys!
Would come again for a long weekend.

I stayed in this hotel in Oct 2024.
We booked via On the Beach which was very easy. We reached the airport pretty late but then were delayed by transfers. We got to the hotel around 3:30am. There are 2 hotels next to each other, part of the same company. Once we arrived, we were told we're in the other hotel. Not great as our booking said one thing but we were told another, plus not ideal at that time when we had already travelled 10 hours!
The receptionist was nice, pleasant and got us into our rooms fairly quickly. Once we got into the room, we found 2 single beds! Firstly, we had booked a double room, secondly we sent an email in advance requesting a double bed and a confirmation was sent back!
We headed down to reception to find out and see if we could have the room we booked. We were told, we're fully booked right now and please come to reception at 9am to sort this out.
At it was now 4am in the morning, we didn't want to unpack as it was pointless. At 9am in the morning the reception team said they know nothing about this and couldn't help. This was extremely disheartening as we were told something else.
We then tried again later that day and the receptionist told us that they could sort something out - which was to push the beds together and place a double mattress over it. We accepted, it was better than nothing. They told us to wait in the bedroom and somebody would come up and sort it. Nobody came into the room, we actually repeated the above process for 3 days till someone came and sorted the bed out.
The housekeeping staff were nice, although they didn't speak English, you could tell they were kind and accommodating.
On our last day, we checked out and went into another hotel.
When packing, I come to realise that 2 pairs of my shoes were missing! I reported it to reception but they didn't care. I then sent an email after a day, but nothing. I decided to go back to the hotel and ask again, they were extremely rude and said no.
The staff in hotel 1 are much friendlier and helpful - even when we had issues with our flight, hotel 2 were not helpful and dismissive! All we needed was access to a computer, where hotel 2 should've said - there is a PC in hotel 1, they didn't!
The food was great some days and others it was like left overs. We actually dined out a lot more and felt like the all inclusive experience was a waste. Chefs coughing and sneezing, not enough variety for vegetarians or vegans.
The entertainment staff were absolutely amazing, always happy and mixing with the guests.
The entertainment was decent, nothing really stood out or kept us in the hotel. They accommodated children more.
They have a nice pool area, busy and entertaining.
It's also in a nice area, great walking distance to the main street and beach.
I spent a lot of time near the bar as the layout is nice. I found flies/insects in my drinks on 3 occasions and reported it back to the bar. Another lady that I became friends with told me that they were giving her dirty glasses - disgusting!
Would I go back? No
