Hotel was clean and tidy. Receptionist upon greeting were lovely and very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff were great and Ruben in entertainment was amazing. He had time for everyone and provided what he could within control. Dino the lifeguard well….. aggressive, slapping his hands to guests when angry, don’t like British female guest. Falls asleep on his chair likes to close the pool early. Leaves the pool 20 minutes early so he can get changed so he can leave on time which means the pool is unmanned. Needs to learn to be professional.

During my recent stay at BLUESEA Lagos de Cesar, I found the experience to be acceptable, though far from outstanding. The hotel met basic expectations, but there were several areas where improvements are clearly needed. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory, but only just. The housekeeping staff seemed to do the bare minimum, with the rooms being cleaned enough to be presentable, but not sparkling. There were occasional missed spots, and the attention to detail was lacking. As for the food, this was a mixed bag. While some meals were decent, there were noticeable instances where the ingredients didn’t seem fresh. This inconsistency detracted from the overall dining experience. The breakfast, in particular, often featured items that appeared to be past their prime, leaving much to be desired in terms of flavor and quality. On a more positive note, the drinks and cocktails were free, which was a nice touch. However, their quality was very low, clearly made with cheap ingredients. While it’s hard to complain about free beverages, the taste left a lot to be desired, and they didn’t add much to the overall experience. In summary, BLUESEA Lagos de Cesar provides an adequate stay but lacks the finer touches that could make it a memorable experience. If you’re looking for a no-frills option where you can manage with the basics, this hotel might suit your needs. However, if you're seeking quality in both food and service, you may want to explore other options.

Not a four star at all. Alcohol was watered down, entertainment was not good enough , the room was far to hot to sit in, the bar staff were wanting to close early , the plastic cups were ridiculous , no seating outside , not allowed to vape in fresh air, nowhere to relax outside , the pool man was very rude , no atmosphere in the place , very regimental and not relaxing at all. Same music on low played every single day. Couldn’t sit by the pool after a certain time, food was basic. Only aqua aerobics on for activities in the day . You couldn’t take your baby in the kids pool because you were an adult, the Germans were very rude, not a good hotel if you are English . The sofa bed was awful to sleep on. Was clean, the single beds were very comfortable . That was the only positives

We absolutely love this hotel. Have been visiting 2 a yr for the last 16 yrs and have seen vast improvements. The staff right from management to cleaners are polite and friendly a great credit to Blue Sea Lagos de Cesar. The entertainment this last two visits was absolutely excellent, Dumi leaving will be a big loss to the hotel. It would be lovely to have drawer space in the rooms and air conditioning in the main bar, and although I understand the plastic tumblers round the pool it would be nice to have proper glasses in the evening, just adds a bit of class to our drinks. Apart from those wee issues the hotel is exceptional. We have already booked for next March and Sept and its 3 couples. Thankyou Shirley Wright

Last minute holiday booking. The hotel is well located for small shops, the beach (black volcanic sand) and restaurants. A very good, cheap, bus service was available at the bottom of the road. The hotel itself is very clean, simply presented with very polite and helpful staff. The bedrooms are simply decorated, with super comfy beds. Bed and bathroom linens were changed every other day. Rooms cleaned daily. Standard size fridge also in the room. We had a room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Wonderful view of the setting sun each evening. Pool area was very well maintained and there were plenty of sunbeds AND umbrellas. 1 umbrella or every 2 loungers. The pool area is closed overnight. No access in the morning (doors locked) until the restaurant was closed (10.00). None of that dreadful scrambling to put towels on the sunbeds at stupid o'clock in the morning. My husband was extremely impressed by this. The food was plentiful, always hot , if a little repetitive. Good amount of choice, catering for all tastes. We would certainly go again.

Had a really lovely stay here as a solo guest. Rooms are basic but clean and are cleaned every day. Food was good, plenty of vegetarian options. Didn't use the pools as I prefer the beach which is about 3 minutes walk away. Staff all lovely and friendly. As a person on my own I felt very comfortable and safe. Free bookable shower room for if you have a later flight. I would most definitely stay again. Bar area was great, lots of space.

Some small language barriers but admittedly I speak no Spanish so to be expected. Had issues one night with the electricity cut out in my room for a couple hours and communication was tricky - all I could get was it may be fixed 'tomorrow' which was less than ideal, but as said it came back on after an hour or two so good result to a tricky situation. Food was good. Not excellent but tasty - I did repeatedly go towards the end of the meals when it was quieter but understandably they had fairly consistently run out of a small number things by that point. Service and entertainment was top notch - no children for me, but plenty of things to do through the day including archery, rifle shooting, karaoke, some live musicians in the evening, alongside bingo and raffles. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed myself and relaxed as intended. Would recommend for a nice slow paced relaxing holiday.

The worst hotel I have stayed at so far. The only good thing about it is the location as it's quite close to the beach and the main center. The worst decision was getting all inclusive at this hotel. The restaurant is very dirty and the glasses have never been washed properly with juice bits stuck to them. The staff at the restaurant is very rude and will hit you with the trolley if you are in their way. We were looking for a place to sit and were forced out by a lady with the trolley because we were in her way. Another customer was pouring his drink when another another waitress hit him with the trolley cus he was in her way at the time. Many of the foods are reheated from frozen, some others are expired which unfortunately resulted in us getting sick for 2 days. All rooms are very dirty with holes patched up (or not), AC that's never been cleaned before, towels that you will be too scared to touch (see photos). Also, you may want to consider bringing your own extension lead or have €10 spare for a deposit to get one from the hotel as there is only one socket in the room to which the TV is connected. I don't think the curtains in the rooms have ever been washed, neither has the shower. When eating at the hotel make sure to double check your plates as well, as many of them have got dried food leftovers stuck to them. I have never thought that I'll be wishing to go home on holidays and that I'll have to be spending so much money on food elsewhere while paying for all inclusive at the hotel but unfortunately we did not have any choice. Also, be prepared to walk up the stairs to your room every day as there is only one small lift (the second one has been out of order for months now) which can only take up to 4 people at a time and there are 9 floors in the hotel. We spent about 15 minutes waiting for an empty lift to arrive so that we can go down to the reception with our luggage to check out. Also be careful about the stairs as there are a few that are broken

Room was very small unfortunately. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the catering staff, were faultless.. Food was nice, and always fresh and hot... The pool isn't as big as it looks on the picture, entertainment was good. And a good choice of alcohol drinks at the bar.. The snack bar, was how you expect it to be. Again fresh and hot. And the bar staff are very friendly and helpful... First time visiting Alcudia.. The beach was very clean. And everything is on the flat. Nice boutiques, bit pricey, and standard gift shops...

The hotel was as advertised. No disappointment there. Entertainment could have been better. It was aimed more at kids, of which there were few. The staff were the best thing at this hotel. Giod location, though.

From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door. The staff try to be nice but are quite dismissive, also they hardly speak English. The food was ok, better than other places in Turkey we've been. The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes. We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay.

Me and my partner visited for 6 days. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome a staff member helped us to our room and then told us there is a late supper on which we are welcome to go to. The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym. All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on. Multiple bars to get drinks from and one that is even open till 2am. The evening entertainment was brilliant. They had different acts on each night. The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge. The shops on site were great and we have definitely gone away with our moneys worth. Good information In main lobby of things you can do outside the hotel. The only issue we had was the food. We are not really picky eaters but some of the food was not great. Allot of the meat was very fatty and not nice. There needs to be more signs telling you what is what on the all you can eat buffet as if you had an allergy to something especially on the salad bar it has no signs to say what it is. The food did seem to get better as our week went on but I do think the food needs a big improvement as most of the time it was either cold or bland. All round great hotel worth the money and would definitely come back again.

If you want a nice friendly 5* hotel This is not the place for you tiles missing from the swimming pool floor,plastic plimps broken around the pool a few staff members really rude. No real first aid to speak of. Will not be going back. I'm only giving an honest view take it or leave it.

Food is perfect. As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious . Kids activities are pretty. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great .

I would rate the hotel no more than four stars. It has quite a small area outside, also there is nowhere to go outside for a walk. The food is not great, I missed vegeterian options, every time the same food. The good side of it that it has quite big beach with a bridge with leaders to get to or from the water. One more concerning things is security, it uses magnetic cards as a room key so it gets erased once it reaches an iPhone for example and needed to ask the reception to set the key and the problem was that the reception didn’t ask for any details about who you are, just programmed the key and that's it; so in that case you can have your key programmed to unlock any room.

The room and balcony were spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboard space for clothing etc. Clean towels and beds made daily (over our 5 days stay) Beds were comfy. The hotel and pool area are very clean. Plenty of sun loungers, but you do have to be quick to get the ones near the parasols (this happens at most hotels!) We didn't find the walk up/down the hill a problem. Hot or cold choice for breakfast, with fresh fruit and a good selection of bread, cheese, hams, pastries etc. Good location for supermarkets, eateries and bars. On the whole I think we made the best choice when booking this hotel. The grounds are so much nicer than others that we walked past and the sun shines on the pool all afternoon. The lifts are a tad slow (the only negative thing). All staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the attached apartments, which were very basic & certainly not 4 star like the hotel is rated. There seemed to be a leaking pipe (water dripping from kitchen area ceiling) which was reported but nobody came to assess or deal with it. We paid for a panoramic view with a glass balcony & got a concrete balcony. The panoramic view was lovely, but could only be seen if we were standing. There was no control or action in respect of the poor behaviour of other residents, despite it being reported, which included throwing things off the balconies, spitting over the edges onto other balconies, smoking in areas they shouldn't be & very excessive noise. The small pool attached to the apartments was neglected somewhat. We were able to use the main hotel pool, but it would have been nice to be able to use ours. Communication was poor & some of the staff were quite rude. There was also a €200 deposit which wasn't included in the information. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Friendly front desk staff, reception and pool area clean. Rooms tiny air con doesn't work bathroom could use a deep clean. We did know before going it was a 20 mins walk to the main strip however it wasn't manageable the hill was to steep so had to rely on taxis. Not expensive though

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely spotless, very obliging staff nothing a problem. Food was lovely. Hotel a bit out but free bus laid on to bring you up and down to beach. Downside it stopped at 8.30pm would still recommend a stay.

Food - excellent range. Nice and tasty. Location - free bus regular to the beach/ centre. Brilliant service. Even so is about a ten minute walk if you miss it. So not bad. But is hilly. Staff - friendly and helpful. Entertainment- regular and decent. Rooms- nice size. Cleaners come daily but sometimes had to ask for floor to be swept. But they did if asked. Hotel says no big groups when the weekend come there were lots of groups. Stags/ hens. Due to there behaviour lilos were not allowed in pool ashame for the children there. As soon as weekday came these groups had gone home. Overall good value for money.

I am an absolute foodie and was a bit worried about some of the reviews about the food. However, as far as all inclusive go the food is really good, the chefs are constantly cooking something fresh, and they’re usually huge fillets of fish. The sea rice & paella was delicious & there was always loads of options, unless your super fussy! The rooms were a little on the small side however, always clean and each day had fresh towels etc so perfect for the little time you spend in the room. Service was great from all staff, entertainment was also brilliant - I highly recommend pool cycling it’s hilarious!

This hotel was my first experience of an all inclusive package and I can’t say I was disappointed in any way. Every day was spent with a drink in hand by the pool relaxing before making my way in for lunch and dinner to some very tasty meal options. My favourite would have to be the pork cheeks, some of the tastiest food I have experienced. The staff were nearly always nice and helpful although the language barrier was there they understood all our needs and there was nothing to fault or complain about. I hope to be back to this hotel in the near future for another holiday of the same caliber.

Small rooms, minuscule beds and with poor noise isolation, hotel does not respect the noise rules having activities until 11pm and having guests making noise outside in the hotel area after 11pm, midnight. Some people had food poisoning. Not much variety if you have a more restrictive diet. Dishes/glasses were many times dirty when you picked them up. Hotel without gym or slippers for guests. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

First time abroad with our 6 year old. The hotel has an amazing kids club and kids entertainment in the evening , our daughter loved the staff. They were so friendly. Hotel is very clean. There is one main restaurant, lots of choice of food but it does become quite repetitive day after day. There was lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. Snack bar offered the same food every day. Our room was tiny, two single beds pushed together and our daughter had to sleep on a chair which pulled out into a bed. That wasn't made clear when we booked. We were expecting an actual bed for her. If you want a sun bed, unfortunately you have to reserve them with your beach towel. Something we hated doing and have never done before. People were reserving them at midnight for the following day. Very close to the beach, 2 minute walk. My daughter would happily come back again, I would if we had a decent sized room and it was less crowded.

Will start with the good things. The hotel is pretty well maintained and clean and the staff is very friendly. Food diversity was good and tasty. In case you are gluten intolerant you can fill a form where you pick foods that they will make in the gluten free version. On the bad side, the rooms are fairly small and the beds are terrible. The elevator is small and very slow. The beer and wine part of the all inclusive are pretty terrible.

We had a 4 night stay at this hotel in Oct 2024. Everything went well from customer service, pools, entertainment and the remaining facilities available to us. The only aspect which lets the resort down slightly is the food. Plenty of options available but in my opinion it was low on quality. Positives were the spacious and modern rooms, spa and wellness centre has some great people there, beach wasn’t too far away, cleaners can be seen all the time, pools and entertainment were good too.

We had a stay for 4 days, the property had a nice vibe along with the room. The issue we faced was with the housekeeping the other day. I have a 10 months old baby. Except the bed ,, The entire room, its floor wasn’t cleaned at all. Used napkins weren’t picked up and after complaining at the reception , they said “the staff is like that only” showing no signs to help. The major issue was not having options for vegetarian food. People can’t survive only with 2 options for vegetarian food (especially after paying so much where food is inclusive). The staff isn’t that friendly here as compared to other hotels that I visited in Istanbul and cappadocia

Do NOT bother staying at this hotel. Toilet and shower stunk for the entire week-stay and when we told them, a cleaner came in and sprayed air freshener down the drains and left. Majority of the hotel speak very little English which was quite unbelievable considering they’re located in the middle of tourism and having advertised as being able to speak English. No communication of what the hotel had to offer, where pick up and drop off points were. Had to figure out everything ourselves. Reception were very blunt and rude, no help at all. Towels always had stains. Food was horrendous, half of it was just salad, no flavour, chicken wasn’t properly cooked. We left behind a valuable item which never left the room, checked all our luggage as soon as we realised, rang them and said nothing was there. Find that hard to believe. On the plus side, had good variety of drinks at the bar throughout the day. Pool had nice views. The rooms were nice and spacious, clean and the location had convenience, located near shops and beach. Overall, the service and food was a downside and would not recommend this hotel

I spent 5 days at this resort, and it was a great holiday. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The decor is one of the nicest I've seen. It's a big hotel with friendly staff although not all staff speak English but for us it wasn't an issue. The food was a bit repetitive, and breakfast wasn't up to standard at all (who serves fries for breakfast) they have an outside cooking station but each night the chicken was pink so we avoided it. There isn't much in terms of table service, and it's quicker to go to the bar to grab a drink at meal times. It's hard to go hungry as they serve food multiple times within their summer concept. Pools are fabulous, and they have a good amount of sun loungers. Their private beach is phenomenal. This hotel has a great location for all the shops and steak house and taxis are at the bottom of the road. All in all, I would definitely stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel. The hospitality, the friendliness and the love and respect I received from everyone was amazing! I LOVED the animation crew, especially the way they entertained us was great. I especially love the care and respect from Mrs. Rose (guest relations expert). She really helps alot with every aspect of the hotel. would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who would like a clean and friendly environment with wonderful workers. The food was overflowing with huge variety of wonderful selection of authentic dishes. I guarantee you will be happy as a guest.

The location is fantastic. The views from the balcony of our bungalow were amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated. Cleaning of the rooms is not perfect, one can find some dust here and there with a bit of effort. On the other hand, there is a lot more fun stuff to do then check for dust. The food was good with sufficient choices. Entertainment was well arranged.

We had a great stay, very relaxing. The views are wonderful, it is in a quiet area just outside town with a nice walking path along the sea to the center. Food was varied enough and we always found something to enjoy (special mention to the lahmacun one evening). Staff was helpful and friendly. The room we got on the top floor of the main building (which was presented as an upgrade from the bungalow we had booked) was large but very dark and had very few power sockets available, one being just on top of the pillow in the middle of the bed, others requiring to unplug a lamp (even the kettle shared one with a lamp).

Beautiful central position, great for walks, no beach/sand but nice Waterfront. Can hop on a water taxi at the cost of 200 lira (£5) each way. Entertainment could be better but if you're staying and able try to secure a high room to be able to see the beautiful vista view

Hello holiday travellers. The hotel is nice to the beach not much walking distance and the rooms are also good. But unfortunately the service/ waiters at the restaurant place are very bad. Also the cleaning. They never ask you if you want / need anything. They only bring you water, but you have to ask that a several times also. For pepsi/sprite/alcohol and the rest you have to pick up by your self always in this hotel. Most waiters are rude not friendly at all. The food was on average. They are strictly with everything. Afternoon dinner finishes at 14:30 p.m. and evening dinner at 21:30 p.m. If you are 1/2 min later there is no food for you. So if you are looking for a luxe 5 stars hotel this is not worth your money. Better go to ideal prime beach or diamond hotel 5 minutes further. Have a nice day all!

My day one was a challenge and I started regretting but around 2hrs my issue was fixed. The stay there was actually amazing. My friend and I went for let’s say more of a fitness experience as we are both into fitness. The gym there was amazing as we we probably the only 2 people who used it. The equipment was spot on. Weights were in different levels for beginners or advance. For a hotel gym 🏋🏿‍♂️we were impressed. The area around the hotel was so beautiful too. Very unspoilt😇 if I may say so. I used my hover air x1 drone on my runs🏃🏿‍♂️. Scenery was out of this world. Spacious and welcoming. I ran everyday. Sorry I strayed a bit 🤣🤣🤣 the good at the hotel was awesome too. We went half board allowing us to eat breakfast and dinner. During lunchtime we rested but also ventured out. The sea 🌊 ventured walks were also on point too.

We stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room we had was lovely. It needed to be painted, but it wasn't a problem. We had a lovely balcony, with a table and chairs and somewhere to dry your clothes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't go in the pool, we preferred to venture to the beaches which there are 2 not far from the hotel - 25 minute stroll on the promenade. We did get some drinks by the pool, and you needed to pay a €1 deposit for a reusable cup. They give you a clean, fresh cup when you get a new drink, and you can just ask for your deposit back when you dont want to drink anymore. The food was plentiful and was definitely edible, a choice of salad, fresh food from the grill, and pizza occasionally. We ate there most nights and it was different hot food every night. The entertainment was a bit of a mixture. We enjoyed the karaoke and the comedy show. We didn't enjoy the quizzes so much as they just didn't give as much entertainment in our opinion. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at Blue Sea Costa Bastian.

My family and I had a very good time. The food wasn't amazing, but then we come from different cultures so that wasn't as big of an issue. 5 stars definitely go to the Animation Team. Amazing bunch of people. They have given my girls the best experience ever, as well as Bogi being absolutely amazing during the club activities.

The reviews left by some people have left me shocked but clearly they have unrealistic expectations. This hotel is exactly what it is advertised as if not better. It is a 4 star hotel, with a good selection of all inclusive food and drink and very friendly staff. The place is very clean and well kept. The rooms are slightly outdated but they are cleaned every single day, air con is working and there’s plenty of space for 2 people in the standard rooms. The selection of drinks of all inclusive was surprisingly large with something for everyone (many spirits, liquers and branded soft drinks) and the food was pretty standard all inclusive, but breakfast was always very very good with a perfect all round selection of hot and cold food, fruit and cereal and bakery items. The poolside snacks are always good, especially if you have young kids that want a hotdog and chips before dinner time. The entertainment team are absolutely fantastic, especially tine! They were all so friendly and run many activities during the day for everyone to get involved in and have fun. They run something during the day and during the evening, they barely stop! The pool is lovely and clean, and you can get a bed very easily if you’re not sleeping in until midday! People complaining about the coldness need to get over themselves as it’s not a heated pool but I don’t know what they expect in a holiday hotel and you acclimatise very quickly! The only slight downside to the whole place is the fact that you can’t have lilos in the pool and the lifeguard is quite strict even with throwing balls but it’s not the end of the world. My one and only comment for improvement would be getting some parasols or shade cover for by all the sunbeds as none of the beds have any shade which my dad struggled with slightly. Overall this hotel is lovely and well worth staying, myself and my boyfriend were very impressed with the price we paid and the quality of the hotel, definitely worth it for young couples or relaxed families to have a cheap, fun and comfortable holiday!

We stayed at this Hotel for a full week and it is the best experience I've had so far. The All Inclusive deal was 100% worth it! The food was also very interesting with all different types of food and even drinks on Tap!!!!! The Hotels pool was well designed with mix of shallow and deep areas as well as some islands to help create an obstacle for kids to swim through or around. The lifeguards were also very amazing, they prioritise safety and fun at the same time. I even spent ages talking to one of them. By far the best but of it all was the Entertainment, the entertainment crew were absolutely amazing! Not only were they hilarious but they were also incredibly friendly to us even calling us their favorite family at the time. If I had any regrets then they would be not tuning in to the entertainment for every second it was there!!!! Thank you so much to you and your lovely staff, I hope to see you all again :)

The rooms were immaculate and meticulously organized, showcasing attention to detail. The culinary experience was outstanding, with every dish exceeding expectations. We had the perfect family vacation at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool and kids’ area, which kept the little ones entertained. The on-site dining was delicious, with options for everyone in the family. The location was ideal, with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

The waitress are insulting us in Arabian and laughing at us! The worst hotel in whole Egypt! Our experience at this hotel began with a significant financial burden of €2500 for 2 infusions and a doctor's visit for my niece. This amount far exceeded the doctor's assertion that such costs typically range between €500 and €600 per visit. We visited him 3x and this still don’t make it 2500€. Unfortunately, it seemed like the hospital was taking advantage of the precarious situation of the patients, and the doctor displayed little understanding, engaging us in debates over the fees. This left us with many questions, especially in light of other reviews indicating that other guests paid substantially less. The doctor is in others hotel too, so be beware of it and get your medication with you. The culinary experience at the hotel was equally disappointing. Neither the regular food nor the à la carte options pleased our palates. Our children experienced stomachaches after eating, making the experience even more disheartening. The quality of service at the hotel was heavily dependent on tips. Without tipping, we often felt ignored, further intensifying the disappointment. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and we had to remind the cleaning staff multiple times that we needed extra towels. Their shocked reactions to these requests were inappropriate. The rooms were so dusty, the curtains were so dirty i didn’t even want to touch them, the bed Mattress was hard as a stone also the sofa in that room. My sister found some stains on the mattresses .. One of the most shocking moments was when we discovered that a member of the hotel staff had urinated in the pool at night. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. The hotel's hygiene was also a serious concern. Around 1-2 in the morning, an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of sewage, was present in the hotel. This was allegedly caused by watering the flowerbeds and they use recycled water. We almost puked from that smell. The cleanliness and effectiveness of the water treatment raised significant doubts. Everything at 2044 - 2020 will get u the bad smell. It is particularly disheartening to see that the hotel management seems to place little value on guest feedback, as similar issues were mentioned in reviews from two years ago without substantial improvements. In summary, our stay at this hotel was marked by financial exploitation, poor food, service contingent on tipping, inadequate cleanliness, and hygiene concerns. Given these experiences, we regretfully cannot recommend this hotel. I‘m back in Germany with stomach issues.

The entire complex is clean, well maintained and we felt very comfortable here. The 5 stars are of course a national category and correspond more to 4 stars internationally, but we are happy to recommend the Titanic Royal.

I cannot fault this hotel. Service: friendly and brilliant by ALL staff! Hotel: Stunning! Location: Perfect! It is kept clean throughout the day. If you spill a drink before you can go get a tissue, it will be cleaned up for you. Private beach, drinks and food accessible, for children and other fussy eaters. It's the perfect holiday destination for young families. If any, the only let down is the amount of sales reps that bothers you through out the day trying to sell massages to holiday extras which is annoying when all you want to do is just rest by the pool. Also used the new spa facility. My female masseuse was amazing! The experience was however short. They should allow you to rest post massage instead of rushing you out the door. So, it's very much of you paid, we massage, now leave lol They also allow guests to try few of the restaurants on site for free (one per night) which was good as it provides an alternative to the buffet meals, even though there is a daily theme. All in all, we had a great experience at this hotel. Thank you.

Location: The hotel is in a great location, nearby many other hotels. Rooms: the rooms are a bit old, but it is well equipped, so nothing appears to be outdated, hence it is a large room. I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows. Service: 90% of the people are helpful and smiling, you must know that the resort was 100% in capacity, so every place was full of people, but you don't feel that you have any delays in service or food. Food: food was very good and have some varieties, I understand sometimes you don't find what you love, but I found that food was good. I have a concern for the breakfast, it should include more dishes. Snacks: were average maybe the pizzas were over average. Animation: is a bit repetitive, but they had some competitions in the beach and at the pool. Hence, there was a show everyday, except Friday there were 3 different shows in 3 different places inside the resort. I loved the foam party at the beach ⛱️ 😍 Pool: what I liked about the pool, that it was connected, so you have some passages to go from pool to another without getting out of the water. Disclaimer: it was more of a family hotel, if you're couples I suggest to search for another place, but for a family and kids it was on point. The sea tides were high at daylight, so you need to walk 200 meters or more to get of the shallow water. Lastly, we had a great time and we could think to visit the hotel again.

This is a lovely hotel for a holiday. The service and friendliness is 5*. The staff can’t do enough for you. The wide choice of food is excellent. The rooms clean and comfortable. This hotel caters for families and adults. There is a pool area for all who enjoy the animation music, games etc, there are also more quiet and peaceful areas with easy access to pools for those who don’t. You don’t have to put your towel on a bed at 6am at this hotel which is great. There are plenty of sun beds all day long. I would definitely recommend and hopefully return soon.

Upon arriving we were told that we would be ‘upgraded’ and our rooms would be the new apartments. However they were very far away from the main hotel building which was very disappointing. We were then told we could pay extra to book rooms in the main building despite our booking reference stating that the rooms would be in the main building and have a pool view. There was a shuttle bus service that you could call to pick you up however they took a very long time to a point where you got tired of waiting and walked back and forth anyway. The staff at reception were very rude. Especially Adel Fayez. They act with a lot of arrogance and speak in their language so you are not able to understand. They act very smug and won’t help whatever your issue is. The buffet was okay and had a good selection, mainly fish, but had a kids corner which was very handy for those travelling with children. The restaurants had nice food and a better relaxed atmosphere. The car park was also quite a distance away from the main building. We saw a lot of people parking inside but they would not allow us to do so. They definitely prioritise quantity over quality in this hotel, as there are many rooms and a lot of things going on however delivery is extremely poor and half hearted. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned several times and for new towels everyday. They keep count of how many towels you use and keep in your room. They tried to accuse us of taking a towel with us at the end of our holiday 😂 what would I do with a cheap towel? However miraculously found it when we told them to look in the room properly. I feel like it’s all a money making scheme and they do all they can to earn a little more on the side. They had a good selection of swimming pools on the positive side. Not all were clean though. The restaurant staff were also very lovely. Wouldn’t visit again or recommend to those wanting a peaceful holiday.

Had the best week here. A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with a sea and mountain view. The food was delicious with plenty of choice and our 2 year old son loved playing in the pools. The restaurant staff are so friendly, the cleaners are amazing, our room was spotless every day and I loved the Jumbo club entertainment team, they were great fun! Just returned from the Beautiful Island of Crete, having enjoyed the beautiful weather & the hospitality awarded by the locals to our Family, Grand Children & Us Oldies! We stayed in the Elounda Water Park Residence and this place certainly was the "glue" which pulled everything together we expected from the island and truly made the holiday the relaxing experience we hoped. Arriving in the dark, we were amazed at the Stunning views from our rooms in the morning - we never tired of that view. The rooms we were given were 1st rate, very clean & modern. Cleaned daily to the highest standards. All the staff of the Residence were very attentive & hard working making sure everything was to be the very best it could be. The pools, bars, restaurants, animation team were great. This place really did provide a personal, homely feel that is not generally evident in the large all-inclusive complexes. It was like you were part of their family. The town of Elounda was a wonderful place to spend time if you choose to wander out - lovely bars & eating places, beaches all you could want but not swamped with people - very chilled. Would We return to Elounda and the Elounda Water Park Residence ? - Try and stop us!!!!

I don't usually listen to negative reviews and now it turns out that I'm doing it right. I read in some reviews that the entertainment team is very tuned in to the French, which we also experienced and I don't think it's good either. My son wanted to play in the water with the others several times and asked, but for some reason he was not invited. But fortunately, he didn't get bitter, so there was no problem and we didn't take the matter to heart. We had a fantastic week here. A wonderful view, great and varied food was really different every day, the staff was very kind. We really liked the lady in the shop (unfortunately, I don't know her name), she is always kind and smiling. My kids really enjoyed the slides and pools. We knew they had salt water in them, so we arrived prepared with goggles so it wasn't confusing. I was rather happy for that, because that way I didn't have to worry about normal water causing problems. Unfortunately, one of the slides injured my son's back, but after that he paid attention to only sliding on it while sitting down and it was no longer a problem. We were in room 118 and its location is really steep, but it was only difficult to get up the first two days, after that we walked up or took a taxi without any problems. Spinalonga is definitely not to be missed, even the children really enjoyed the historic place. Elounda cannot be called cheap, souvenirs and especially clothes are very expensive, but the restaurants are surprisingly cheap and cook excellently. Not sure if next year, but we will definitely come back here again with great pleasure.

I'll start with the positive the managers son was very accommodating and tried his best to help, but some of the reception staff were very dismissive. You would ask for something to be dealt with, and they would write it in a book and dismiss you by looking away. The food was average for all inclusive but found ourselves getting bored of similar food and eating out. The negative, we were put in a 1970s style holiday camp chalets with broken air conditioning, smelly bathroom, sockets hanging off wall and holes to back of other sockets. I was also unable to close the door to the balcony so any air conditioning was always going to fail. I complained and was shown another chalets in similar condition. I declined and was upgraded to a family room. This had 2 air conditioning unit but only 1 worked. I was promised it would be fixed. It wasn't until I call the tour company that this was repaired somewhat. The toilet had to be squeezed into due to the layout and a socket above the kitchen sink was hanging off the wall. The park is build on a hill side and has very steep walks to get to anything other than the top pool and dining area. The pools are salt water so if this is not your thing beware. The whole place is a bit run down but they are building new apartments which look very new. The bar doesn't open until 11 so I hope you don't get thirsty or you will need to buy drinks from the onsite shop. I could continue but please be aware this is not a hotel and 2/3 stars at very best. Would I recommend this place - NO and I'm easily pleased normally. Crete was beautiful outside and away from this hotel.

We stayed here with 11 of us in 3 family rooms, with a mix from ages 8 to 15. On paper this hotel could be brilliant but it’s lacking the extra touch. Some of the reception staff was unbelievably rude, we had to go numerous times to ask for our towels changing as the cleaners was very hit and miss, our beds was only changed once in the two weeks. When you told the receptionist they hadn’t been they had a shoulder shrug attitude about it, as if they were aware this was a problem! We had 3 family rooms but on arrival was put in two family and one twin, but after having to complaint and multiple trips to reception been asked to come back tomorrow this was sorted (this seemed to happen to lots of guests) the 3 rooms we had was all very nice in the new block. Our main problem with this hotel was the food, some of which was ok on a main not very good. The restaurants lacked care and presentation. The evening meal wasn’t set and was often sat around dirty tables. There was nothing that had a wow factor at all just all very average. The snack bar wasn’t horrendous but not great. Most of the chips/snack food was cold but they was stack the trays high and left it to go cold rather than filling little and often. One day I asked the staff member if the had and more chips because these was all flat cold she said yes they go cold fast, so went to get some and filled them on the cold chips 🤯. Lots of the staff were young summer jobs. And although polite they didn’t really seem to care. Two of the men and woman who worked in the day that worked on the top pool bar was really nice, had great hospitality! If the hotel was run by these it would be brilliant!! A older woman who worked on this bar was rude though, could be heard many times having run in with guests, I think she just had an abrupt manner. She gave me the wrong drink once when I said oh sorry I didn’t ask for that, she tutted and said go drink that come back for another. The all inclusive drinks were the worst I’ve had ever in a a 3*, the quality wasn’t great. Cocktails served in cheap tiny disposable cups. Unless you bought them. Glasses were like gold dust in this hotel. I understand that of your in a pool area it can’t be glass but if you bought the drinks they came in a nice beer or cocktail plastic cup but the all inclusive was terrible. Round the pool in the day not one cleans through the day round so you end up with lots of rubbish around. This hotel is n a quiet pretty town, it’s 15/20 min walk down to the town with children and a very steep walk back up so we got a taxi which wasn’t a problem. We ended up eating out lots and didn’t have a bad meal in the town was beautiful. The hotel is on a hill, so not underestimated how many steps and climbs there are. It’s not for the faint hearted! Pools are salt water so you need googles and don’t take white as it colours them. Entertainment was in French even if it had of been in English wasn’t great on a night. Highlights were the Greek night and BBQ night. There are plenty of facilities in this hotel, but the service, entertainment and food lacked.

The restaurant needs a deep clean. The coffee machines need to be descaled. There are NO kettles or complementary coffee/tea sachets in the rooms in this 4* hotel…the carpet in the hallway is filthy and needs to be changed. The lifts are ridiculously small considering there are mostly families staying. We had to wait up to 15 minutes for a free lift with a baby in a pushchair. At times I wanted to carry the pushchair down the stairs myself. Food is pretty decent. There are a few pools you can stay at which is nice. There are a few really nice spots to take pictures. All the staff is really nice. It’s really clear that this hotel operates based on quantity and not quality. My expectations were different based on how much I paid for this holiday. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, other negative reviews here are mostly true. We were told that the hotel was renovated recently but after seeing the hotel it hard to believe. The hotel is very dirty and falling apart pretty much everywhere. After arrival we noticed some cockroaches in hall and we were fascinated to see that it took almost full week to clean them. To make it even worse there were a lot of people complaining about thefts in the hotel. Regarding personal we have mixed feelings some were nice and helpful others not so. All inclusive is definitely not worth it as all drinks are from cheap water diluted alcoholic liqueurs and food was not so good either. Good coffee is not included in all inclusive, for safe you need to pay extra, even tea was not at room because you need to pay for it extra. Only good think what I can say about the hotel is location. The hotel is close to very nice beach and small city center but that is pretty much all.

Typical 4 star all inclusive. Room was spacious, clean, and cool. The food was always as good as it can be for typical all inclusive buffet style, always plenty of choice. Ignore those who moan about the food those people have champagne taste and lemonade budget! As for security, simply keep your balcony door closedand locked! It's typical of any resort that thieves hover anywhere you go. The air con doesn't work without balcony door being closed anyway! Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be trying other SBH resorts in the future!

Came with a party of 5, one a disabled partially sited OAP whom I care for and had specifically asked for 3 rooms close to each other as she needed extra guidance. When we arrived no arrangement had been met they had put her 21 year old grandson in the same room as an 86 year old woman and didn't see any problem doing that. In fact concierge attitude made me feel like I was being unreasonable as why weren't our rooms together rather than at the other side of the complex. . The satellite channels only cater for German and Spanish, 1 channel sky news in English. Rooms are very basic and they charge you ££4.50 euro a day for the safe, were most hotels in this area charge you much less. We are still here and will review at another time as to all other amenities.

The room size is great, and i liked having a separate living and bedroom. The pools were also great. Sunbeds were available at all times of the day around all 3 pools. The infinity pool was the most lively and busiest, but this is where the entertainment is during the day. The service from the reception desk was awful, and the layout of the hotel wasn't the best, on the first day, we had trouble finding our room following the instructions given. Food was awful, with the same food every night, and most of it was lukewarm. Pizza was the only good thing! Drinks regularly ran out from the drink machine at the pool and in the restaurant, and there wasn't a lot of choice to begin with. The surrounding area is pretty, but there doesn't seem to be a lot going on. I wouldn't go back to this hotel, but i know that's not everyones opinion.

This is a fantastic hotel . Staff are very lovely kind and friendly we had an Incident and they were marvellous at helping us out when unfortunately we needed hospital treatment. The hotel manager and the hospital relations manager visited us and provided complete support and help during this difficult time ( sent us a beautiful flower bouquet and a basket of fruit) provided full taxi service to and from hotel at no charge to us. Very genuine honest friendly staff throughout the hotel.

Overall good value and a great place to relax and unwind. The public areas are comfortable and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good, perhaps a little limited in choice at times but varies well day to day. The bar staff are friendly and happy to help you and being drinks to you and take table service orders as they pass. The rooms reasonably spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Housekeeping have made a different model on the bed with the new towels everyday 😅. The pools are clean (4 separate ones) two on the roof, at opposite ends so the adult relax pool is well away from the family one. For the two downstairs, the spa pool is mostly in the shade so good to relax in out of direct sunlight, the other in its own courtyard. The spa itself was excellent, the services were well executed. The Sauna, steam room, gym and Hamon were all clean and well cared for. But…. There are some rough edges here and there that make you question if it’s really a full five star experience. The bathrooms need a refurb. Everything works, but the caulking round the bathtub is cracked and bits missing, the shower head is clean but the holder/casing is fixed and showing its age. It’s a tub with shower so at 6,3” I had to almost bend in half to get under it. In the rooms, the cupboard doors are slightly out and don’t close neatly. The door card mechanism worked every time, but the mechanical part was a little warn and had a slight knack to open first time. The mini fridge works and is provided empty, and no option to have it filled. Water bottles are provided each day via housekeeping which are placed on the side so you need to pop back during the day to put in the fridge yourself if you want cold water for later/night. All small things that do add up at times and make you go hmm. But would I stay here again? yes I would happily.

I do not recommend this hotel, first of all, the room was not clean, there was a smell and there were hairs in the bed. All the chaise lounges in the hotel had such a dirty surface that it was impossible to lie down, the service staff was kind, but our vacation was ruined because of this hotel, we stayed for 2 days and then moved to another hotel in exchange for an additional payment. I don't know by what criteria they evaluate it, but it's not really a 5-star hotel, it's at the level of a 3-star hotel.

Me and my girlfriend are having an amazing time here !! Food is good! Service excellent! Animation group all kind and everyone is very caring and friendly!! Great! The beach also is good as you can just swim from the beach ,there is a side without coral barriers which you can easy go for snorkeling and there is a lot to see down there! The only think i can’t say I loved is the room cleaning , is not bad but doesn’t satisfy my expectations to be honest . Overall great place to be and thank you to all the people that makes it happen!

The sandy beach with a coral reef is great for snorkelling. There is a bar on the beach. Large pool in the middle of the hotel with its own bar. All meals are served buffet style, everyone can choose and all meals are delicious. Rooms spacious and cleaned every day. The whole hotel is covered by wifi. In terms of entertainment, I must not forget the animation team that organizes different activities every day of the week. I highly recommend this hotel.

i’m staying at this amazing hotel with my family of 10 for 12 days and I can't recommend it enough! The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. We stayed for 7days. The food was really bad. We’ve had half board and the food was really greasy and almost the same every day. Also the glasses that we were drinking were really dirty. We’ve stayed on the first floor, we didn’t have a balcony and it was really hard to dry our beachwear because no direct sunlight was entering that room. Beds and pillows really uncomfortable and the room was looking really outdated. Also, you can hear everything from the other rooms. Definitely the hotel needs an upgrade because it doesn’t look like a 4star hotel, every piece of furniture is really oldand looks bad. The pool and the location was nice.

The staff are really lovely and the location is idyllic but up a very steep entrance. The food is varied and well presented. For us, as older people, it stops there. The rooms need updating although the bed is comfortable. We have a room with a pool which would have been fab had it been deep enough to swim in. The water is up to my upper waist. The other 2 pools are very small and the pool bar very limited. This hotel would def only be 3 star if not for the to die for views. We are very dissapointed as the pool was the centre of our planning, mobility being limited.

We stayed for 7days. The food was really bad. We’ve had half board and the food was really greasy and almost the same every day. Also the glasses that we were drinking were really dirty. We’ve stayed on the first floor, we didn’t have a balcony and it was really hard to dry our beachwear because no direct sunlight was entering that room. Beds and pillows really uncomfortable and the room was looking really outdated. Also, you can hear everything from the other rooms. Definitely the hotel needs an upgrade because it doesn’t look like a 4star hotel, every piece of furniture is really oldand looks bad. The pool and the location was nice.

The staff are really lovely and the location is idyllic but up a very steep entrance. The food is varied and well presented. For us, as older people, it stops there. The rooms need updating although the bed is comfortable. We have a room with a pool which would have been fab had it been deep enough to swim in. The water is up to my upper waist. The other 2 pools are very small and the pool bar very limited. This hotel would def only be 3 star if not for the to die for views. We are very dissapointed as the pool was the centre of our planning, mobility being limited.

Me and my friend has a lovely week away. The San Antonio Hotel and spa was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. The food and drink was also beautiful! We paid for all inclusive plus once here and was definitely worth the money. The bar tender Puskar in the all inclusive plus lounge was so attentive and friendly and he's such an asset to the hotel. The hotel is situated in a really good place for travelling and there's good access to local transport. The massages we received at the spa were really good.

Lovely experience. The room could do with a bit of sprucing up, but otherwise, beautiful experience. They were able to upgrade my room when the love holiday app didn’t book us in. The meals were top tier. Especially loved the breakfast and Yushan restaurant. The view was extraordinary but bear in mind, it can’t be seen from the front of the building.

Nice week in general, the staff of the hotel is always very nice and friendly. Except certain people at the restaurant. The room was always vey clean and the shower was always refilled with clean towels. Thanks to Lila who add to tidy the mess of our children every day.

Really enjoyed the stay at dB San Antonio. Location was great and the staff helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable and room had Aircon that just worked. The facilities were pretty good, and I really enjoyed the treatments in the spa that sorted out some muscle issues. The cafe was great for playing cards in the evening and the on site restaurants had a good selection of food. Site has a lot of space so would really like to see a games room or some more activities to keep us occupied in the evening. A couple of pool tables, pinball machines, table tennis or arcade machines would be nice. Only slight mishaps that prevented a 5 star were the bathroom flooded a couple of times as the basin outlet wasn't connected and the ceiling fan didn't work. Nothing major. Would go there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline every day. The food was lovely, with a great variety that catered to all tastes. The surrounding area had everything you could need, from shops to cafes, all within easy reach. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Plus, the scenic views around the hotel added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing holiday at this hotel. We stayed 6 nights and could not fault the rooms, hotel and food! Entertainment in the daytime was fantastic. The aqua aerobic by Boris and colleague was really good and hard work! Darts fantastic. The gardens in the hotel are perfectly manicured and pool super clean. Hotel is literally facing two sandy beaches and I would run every morning on the broad walks. I have stayed in many all inclusives all around the world and the buffet food does get a bit samey wherever you go, so I highly recommend you booking the a la cart restaurants that were dotted around the hotel some a 10 min walk which was nice. It adds an element of going out for dinner which we loved. Loved the Japanese restaurant! 10/10

A fantastic hotel, the rooms are dated. However, they have all you need and are clean. Two pools and acess to the beach. Selected restaurants need to be booked when you arrive, I can recommend the Italian and Aqua restaurants, there is a good buffet restaurant, and you will always find something to eat. Entertainment is a bit hit and miss, but only 5 minutes to the strip and a 30-minute walk to the old town for a more sedate evening.

Great location and close to beach. Staff very helpful and good food choices. We just returned from a week’s holiday and will be back. A few things to note more umbrellas at pool on beach side Jacuzzi was out of order while we there Entertainment on stage rather than in a doorway where cannot see or hear properly.

We stayed for 10 nights. The price seemed expensive at the time, however we'll worth it. Guaranteed sunbeds at the pool and private beach area all free of charge, we only got bed and breakfast however the breakfast was great. Rooms cleaned every day and we were provided with fresh towels and soaps daily. The hotel also had a gym and spa, indoor pool all free of charge. The hotel was beautiful inside and well maintained. The room was ample size and the air con was a life saver! Only downside is that it is far from a decent sandy beach and far from the harbour with all the restaurants, however there are a few good restaurants nearby and it's only a 40 minute walk across. Definitely would come back again.

Expensive compared to other hotels but adult only & was fabulous. Rooms spacious, food great & alternative restaurants were excellent. Plenty of bar staff, entertainment each evening: singers, BBQ, magician etc. Plenty of sunbeds available. Lovely coastal path that you can walk to The Harbour 30 mins, lots of bars & restaurants & shops. Hotel staff lovely & friendly & was quiet during the day which is what we wanted. Would recommend

We were happy with every aspect of the hotel , the staff were friendly, the rooms and service were good & we even got a free upgrade to a suite with it being our honeymoon! The only downside of the hotel in our opinion was the vile pensioners who would tut and talk amongst themselves as my wife passed them in a bikini! Also at the dinner table if she decided to wear a nice dress. So the only negative part of this review is the guests. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was amazing. Defo recommended this place for a quiet and relaxing holiday, but if your young beware you will get stared and tutted at by the oldies!

We have stayed here twice before and have booked to return in May next year. Simply cannot fault this hotel for a relaxed adults only break. It is a lovely walk along the sea front to the harbour if you wish to dine out in the evening; if not then dining in the hotel won't disappoint either. Highly recommended.

We came for 11 nights as bed and breakfast, during our stay we have found the hotel clean and staff very helpful. The pools are good and there is plenty of beds. The gym is decent. Restaurants and drinks in hotel are expensive and it is slightly outdated but we would definitely come again. also the walk to the harbour can be hard in the heat

Had a great time! Animation team is fabulous! EDIT: The animation team will hound you to leave a 5 star review and wait with you so they can take a picture once you've completed it. The animation team will also not stop trying to get you to take part in the hotels activities (zumba, step class, etc) throughout the day - I just wanted to relax with my friends and the constant interruptions through the week were a little frustrating. They also do review nights at the hotel where they go all out and it is good but will refuse to serve you drinks until you've left a 5 star review. The hotel was really nice and I enjoyed my stay, the dolphin trip you can book was great we saw lots of dolphins. I have removed 1 star from my original review because of the points above. I also think it's worth saying that the drinks are poured very freely so be careful they are STRONG! The food was very good! New food in the buffet everyday - There was a lot of flies in the buffet and in the snack bar, not necessarily the hotels fault but worth noting.

Great entertainment and good food. Cleaners are great and give great service and good towel statues. Lots of activities to do for a cheap price (£20-£50). Animation team give great mini discos for kids and live shows at night, fun filled aqua gym and water polo of a day time. Would recommend

Lovely hotel, brilliant country, everyone smiles! In particular the animation team are so friendly and have a great variety of activities, especially Ramos! If you get to meet him ask him to do card tricks! There’s a great variety of dishes in the restaurant daily, something for all tastes, but if you really cannot find something that suits you the chefs will prepare something else. Drinks service to the table for lunch and dinner instead of the typical bun fight at the beer or taps as with some all-inclusive locations. Would recommend this hotel and location.

The rooms were clean, the one issue we had with our air con was fixed immediately, the food is absolutely delicious, to a high quality and with so much choice. That was our favourite part. The grounds are clean and beautiful and constantly maintained and pruned. The pools are both clean and not over crowded. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The entertainment team had a lot of energy although the night time entertainment wasn't the best except for on the Moroccan Night. There is a free shuttle bus but we never caught it as the timings didn't match up to our booked activities in Marrakech which is about 30 minutes away. But definitely much better being further afield. We had the best of both and I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone. I even tried to see if we could extend our stay I loved it that much but they were fully booked which figures! Iberostar truly are amazing! Thank you team for making our stay wonderful and memorable!

Great hotel with friendly staff and good entertainment. The staff were always smiling and kind to everyone as well as being good karaoke singers. Rooms were really nice and cleaned frequently. Also good options for food, loved the desserts. Really enjoyed my stay here, would recommend! :)
