Amazing hotel! The all-inclusive stay makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The variety and quality of the meals are impressive — everything is fresh and well-prepared. The snacks available throughout the day are a real highlight: they start around 10 a.m. and go until midnight, ensuring you’ll never go hungry. The drinks are also very diverse, ranging from water to whisky, catering to all tastes. The location is another great advantage: the hotel is very close to both Alcúdia’s center and the beach, making everything easily accessible. There’s also a bus stop right next to the hotel with direct service to the airport. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to relax, as it provides everything you could possibly need, with the beach and town center just a short walk away. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Clean rooms, 1 either side of the bed and one on the dressing table, which was to my surprise after reading the reviews! Pool is nice, food is excellent with different themed nights, always being attentively refilled and plates being cleared as soon as you’re done. Unlimited drinks at the pool bar and snacks in the daytime too, and a great location to have a wonder around. I think the people who are leaving bad reviews are expecting to have champagne on a lemonade budget. Would 100% come back

Loved this hotel. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Last year i had a holiday in 4* in Alcudia and wasn't worth the money so I decided this year to go for 3 *, could always eat outside and spend time on the beach if i don't like it. But I couldn’t fault any part of this hotel. It was spotlessly clean. Always cleaners cleaning the main areas and restaurant, pool area. Great location - walking distance to the beach, to the yacht port and promenade. I saw some people moaning about the food but to be honest there was always something to choose from, the Mexican themed dinner was fab. All the staff been great, helpful and always smiling, pool bar staff were so busy and still providing great service. Thank you and hope to see you again.

The hotel and location was lovely. However the female lifeguard made our time in the pool not very enjoyable as she wouldn’t allow jumping in the pool, handstands or flips, ball games or to wear t-shirts so basically only wanted you to stand still. However me and my sister were in the pool and helped a little girl who was struggling to get to the edge and the lifeguard was stood on her phone in the shade not in view of the pool so was unaware of what happened even though that’s her job to help people struggling. She spends all her time eating in the snack bar sat on her phone watching videos to take any notice of the pool and when she does she tells you off for stupid stuff but also allows other people to do them same things without consequences. However the male lifeguard was amazing and what an actual lifeguard should be like.

My experience was dreadful. Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to share your room with cockroachs. I found a large cockroach in my shower and had to spend all night down in reception as reception said he would put a note on computer for day staff to change my room. The day reception Miguel said there was no room for me and told me to go home. When the manager came in, the receptionist Miguel called me a liar.i was so upset as my husband had just passed away and this holiday was for my daughter and me to just spend some time together as she is a hard working nurse. My holiday was a nightmare and I felt so uncomfortable. The worst holiday I have ever had. I will be taking this further.

I came to this hotel on 16th August for 1 week and The rooms wasn't cleaned properly only the beds and that's it also the room was full of ants,cockroaches and also saw a lizard in the balcony. Staff are extremely rude and one of the bartenders had a go on my FOURTEEN YEAR OLD son shouting at him like he's an animal I couldn't get his name since he didn't have his name tag on. The old block was very worn out the elevators were so slow and I had to use the staff elevator so I can get down the toilet of room number 619 that I stayed in was very old and dead looking I couldn't even flush the toilet properly without the plastic cover falling off and if I was lucky enough to flush the sound of the flushing system wouldn't stop and it would keep on going non stop without me having to punch it many times for it to stop making noise also the light kept on cutting out in room 619

Our first time in Turkey and we weren't sure what to expect but we would 100% go again to this hotel. We traveled as family of 4 with 2 children.Everything was fantastic from the food, entertainment to the staff. Special mention to shaban who was our hotel rep and burkay, the animation team and yosef from the hotel shop who was such a lovely man. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is the slides and pools weren't open but that's to be expected when not in season. I highly recommend booking the spa package which includes sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and massage. I came out of the place like a new woman 🙂 we found the food to be excellent with plenty of choice. Even myself as a fussy eater never went hungry and plenty of options for children too. The beach is beautiful, no need to fight for sun loungers and there is entertainment and a beach bar with a buffet on most of the day. We booked excursions through our lovely rep which were the pirate ship and buggy safari both of which were well worth the money and the highlights of the holiday. Alcoholic drinks aren't included on the ship so you can take your own on and if you go on the buggies make sure you wear old clothes as you get soaked and very muddy! If you come in march the weather isn't always hot especially on a night so warmer clothes is a good idea. All in all one of the best holidays we have had and we would definitely do it again

We stayed at Beach Club Doganay Hotel from 1st April 2025 for 5 nights, and overall, it was a good experience with a few areas for improvement. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Daily cleaning was provided, and bed covers were changed regularly. A 24-hour phone service was also available, which made things convenient. Beach & Pool Area: Both the beach and pool areas were well-kept and enjoyable. However, I did face an issue with one of the pool cleaners whose attitude was sometimes unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this to ensure a fully welcoming environment. Food & Drinks: The food offered a good variety, especially the desserts and cakes, which were excellent if you're on an all-inclusive plan. However, I would suggest the hotel consider adding a few spicy food options, as not all guests prefer mild tastes. Some variety in spice levels would enhance the experience. Staff & Service: Most of the staff were cooperative, and the service was generally good, though there's still room for improvement in responsiveness and attitude in certain areas. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel had a kids' club, a kids' pool area, and nightly shows for children, which were great. Information about daily activities was clearly displayed on notice boards. Wi-Fi & Facilities: Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and the indoor pool area was a nice bonus. The beach area was also a highlight. Concerns: The outdoor beach was closed for the first two days of our stay and opened afterward. I strongly suggest the hotel prioritise maintenance and make all key facilities available from day one to avoid disappointment, especially for guests visiting for a short holiday. Tips for Visitors: If you're planning to go shopping, I highly recommend using the local bus service to visit the nearby bazaar. It's very convenient — the bus stop is just across the road, and it takes only 5 minutes to get there. Final Thoughts: Yes, I would recommend Beach Club Doganay Hotel. Everyone has different preferences, and while this review reflects my honest experience, others may have different expectations. Overall, it's a pleasant place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

We returned from vacation yesterday. I was in this hotel for the fourth time but it's already the last. I understand that it may not be the season yet but assessment is a maximum of one point. The room is still bearable but the carpets in the elevator stink, dirt everywhere (old block). I took a photo of the carpet near the elevator. In the dining room there is a bad smell in places, similar to cat urine, the food is poor but I understand that this hotel does not meet 5 stars so I'm not even talking about it. The only big plus is their spa. The girls from Thailand are super. This time I was only there for 4 days so it didn't ruin my vacation but I definitely don't recommend it to anyone who pays a lot of money!

I stayed at the Beach club Doganay Hotel for two nights in December 2023. Many of the hotel facilities were closed, the equipment in the room and the hotel lobby was very old. The food was almost the same but it didn't taste bad. The receptionist answered questions and gave me directions, thank you. The hotel is spacious and connected to Yakhl via an underpass, and the surrounding scenery is very beautiful. But the worst thing that happened to me at the hotel was buying a Turkish bath and massage package for 25 euros from a Kyrgyz agent who was stationed in the hotel lobby. I bought it with her advertisement during a market downturn, but it was very short and fast, in less than an hour, the bath and massage were over. I protested that my package was 90 minutes, but it was of no use and I told the receptionist about the matter, who said that unfortunately the bath and massage are rented by a contractor, however, he said that he would pass the matter on to the hotel manager. But why should a 5-star hotel not have supervision over the performance and behavior of the spa staff is still strange to me and for this reason I do not give a full score. Overall, I do not recommend the hotel to anyone with this management style. The decision is yours.

Stayed here for around of 6 days. Wonderful hotel. Starting with the food, absolutely perfect. The variety is great, a bit of local such as Paellas for lunch and dinner, a lot of food for kids all day long, fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner, classic breakfasts (also full of variety). During these 6 days the soups and additional were never repeated, so variety is fantastic. A lot of seafood, desserts and drinks. Lovely system of snacks and drinks during the day, you get the coins of the hotel by arrival, when taking a drink they take a coin from you, when you give the cup back, the coin is returned to you. Shows that the hotel is sustainable, as the cups are reused, and always clean. Another star for sustainability. Staff, absolutely great. Always optimistic, communicative and positive. There are always programmes for kids, teens and adults available. And they are not just playing tag or hide and seek, but actually engaging and creative. Staff is careful and polite with the kids. Staff speaks English well, therefore there might be only minor misunderstandings, which are solved quickly. Every evening there is a new performance, either by the staff as acting, dancing or singing, or by the guest performance such as circuses or acrobats. By the arrival the room was very clean and are cleaned daily. The room was big enough for three people, also with a balcony. In the canteen the tables and dishes are clean as well, as the staff is engaged while the breakfasts, lunches and dinners keeping everything clean and tidy. The beach is a 7 minute walk away, which is extra comfortable Overall we really enjoyed the stay and it was a very relaxing vacation! Thank you!

Absolutely shocking service from the hotel staff. We requested to move rooms due to problems with ours,we had a shower what couldn’t stay at a set temperature and would scold you very quickly I have a 6 year old child, also so many other issues, We checked in the Sunday and was told to come back Monday morning and a new room would be sorted out, again straight No we are booked come back Wednesday and promised to sort us a new room and there would be no issues, came back Wednesday to be told if we want to change rooms we have to pay €16 a night! Would rather the honesty instead of being messed around. The bar staff were rude, only decent people were the entertainment team. The hotel is overly subscribed by too many people which the hotel can’t accommodate to, food is repetitive and never changed, and it wasn’t the cleanest, our rooms only ever had a quick mop down and same bedding was kept on for 7 days..YUK and not even a wipe down of the sides,mirrors or bathroom which was even worse. We came 3 years ago to Sol and happily enjoyed, this time it was awful, standards have dropped and would not rate this hotel a 4 star, definitely not worth the money at all!

Room was fine , even though it was described to us as a room with a double bed when in reality it was 2 single beds pushed together but that was fine. The staff were awful, rude, unhelpful and just unbothered. I paid a good amount of money for all inclusive for 8 nights. I had to pay for bottles of water, I was asked to pay for towels. One night the safe in our room broke and we couldn’t get it open as it showed an error message. When we called reception I was told there’s nothing they could do as “ there is only 1 technician for 600 rooms.” So I went reception in person and went to a different staff member, they were then able to very easily open my safe for me so it was just pure laziness from the first employee. Then 2 days before our checkout I asked if it would be possible to get late checkout as our flight wasn’t until later, I was told yes no problem I just had to pay €40. That was no problem , the night before I confirmed that we were able to get late checkout and the staff said yes just come at 9am and pay the fee and that will be fine. I came at 9am and was told to come back at 10, then I was told to come back at half 10, and then finally I was told that late checkout was no longer an option so we had to leave in an hour. One morning a cleaner came into our room while we were sleeping and opened our curtains. Hairdryer in room didn’t work and was told there was nothing they could do. Shame the staff were so useless because the hotel and location is nice .

On our last night of our week stay here. We’ve generally had a really lovely experience. Food is pretty decent, good drink options, brilliant entertainment throughout the day and at night. Our rooms were cleaned effectively daily, and only saw one cockroach in the lobby but that didn’t bother us. Fantastic location, beach and lovely restaurants within walking distance, and we got a short bus ride to a water park. We had to wake up early to secure a sun bed but that’s to be expected. We came as a couple, but it was definitely very family orientated and lots of children/children’s entertainment. Only negatives would be that the rooms didn’t have actual double beds, just 2 singles put together and the AC in the room was quite noisy and not that strong. Really enjoyed our stay overall and would happily come back!

I went on holiday with my husband and our 7-year-old son at the end of July. I was a bit scared about what I would find, given the comments that customers leave about this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was contrary to the comments left by clients. The cleanliness is up to standard, and the food is varied even if some dishes were repeated, which didn't bother my family at all. On the contrary, we had something to choose from every day. The food is very tasty and fresh. It is a hotel I gladly recommend and to which the malicious comments do not do justice.

We checked in at this hotel after spending two nights at another hotel in Side after being extremely disappointed and unwell due to a bug we all picked up at the Side Moon palace on the very first day. All I can say is that the Wind of Lara is a beautiful hotel, The staff are so friendly and polite, especially the cheeky skater bar boy by the pool and the guys in the lobby bar. The food in the restaurant and the pool snack bar has been delicious every day. The fresh pastas & food every evening by the pool has been amazing. Rose from guest relations is an absolute angel & All I can say is, I have stayed in many hotels and sometimes h Guest relations can bypass any concerns you may have but Rose went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back here to stay again.

i had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the animation team – they were full of energy, very creative, and made every activity so much fun for guests of all ages. Their shows and games really added to the holiday atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Had a five night stay here with husband and toddler. Communal areas of the hotel are well maintained and clean. The bathroom in our room could have used a bit of extra attention. Bar staff in lobby were not kind towards Muslim guests who asked for non alcoholic drinks, making weird faces to several of us (Tahsin). Pools were a good size and sun chairs easily available. Food and snacks throughout day were good. Desserts were very tasty. Overall, you get what you pay for.

I recently stayed at Wind of Lara and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every day. One of the most charming parts of the hotel was the friendly cats around the property — they were so sweet and added a cozy touch to my stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient transportation to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea without any hassle. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The view is beautiful and the location is great. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The lifeguards are attentive and ensure beach safety. Unfortunately, some people break the pool rules, but the lifeguards are vigilant. More thorough cleaning of the common areas would be helpful. The hotel needs renovations. However, the food selection is limited, as it's almost the same every day. Everything seems to have been reheated hundreds of times, so it's not very fresh. Overall, it's not the best value for money.

I really like this place—I’ve stayed here twice already. The undeniable advantage of this hotel is its location and some of the wonderful people who work here. The hotel itself isn’t brand new and could use a bit of a refresh ;) But I can see progress compared to last year, and it’s great that the hotel listens to guests’ suggestions and tries to improve. As for the food, I think it’s really good—there’s always plenty to choose from. I try to eat healthily, and there were always lots of vegetables, greens, and good quality meat available. The gentleman who makes delicious omelets for breakfast always brightened my mornings 😀 Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name. In general, the staff in the main restaurant really go above and beyond 👌🏻 The atmosphere at the hotel is perfect for relaxation—beautiful views, nature, plants, and a peaceful area. The pool is great for people who like action, music, and entertainment. Personally, I loved spending time by the sea—there was no loud music, just the sound of the waves and a wonderful view of the bay, plus professional lifeguard supervision. Especially The lifeguard Mahmut working at the sea is very professional, his work on the beach gives a lot of confidence 👌🏻 People like him really create the unique vibe of this place :)

We have just checked into this hotel and unfortunately we are very disappointed. We received a room without a balcony even though we paid for a standard one, and a miserable apartment. The sewage smell is unbearable, and the conditions are no more than 2 stars! They also charged us an extra €35 per night for our dog, even though this is not specified on the website. I have stayed at over 30 hotels in Turkey, but this one is by far the most disappointing! Be careful to avoid this resort!

Extremely Disappointing Experience Not Worth a Single Star I rarely write negative reviews, but my stay at La Branda Mares Hotel in Marmaris was beyond unacceptable. The room was shockingly dirty — thick dust everywhere, even inside the closet and drawers. The windows were so filthy they were barely transparent, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. The bed sheets were stained and covered in hair, clearly not changed after the previous guests. We asked for housekeeping multiple times and were told someone would come — no one ever did. The bathroom was in a disgraceful state, with dirt and grime that made it feel unhygienic and unfit for use. As for the food, it was honestly terrible. Poor quality, no variety, and not worth the risk. This hotel does not reflect even the most basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality. Avoid it at all costs there are much better options in Marmaris for the same price or less.

We had a great holiday in Marmaris but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. First off: the food in the main restaurant is not very good. The same dishes again and again, the meat dishes are tasteless, overcooked. The meat dry. The service is badly organized, the tables dirty, you have to look for cutlery yourself. The young people working there seem not to know what they are doing. Our room was nice and cleaned regularly but the main lobby in the afternoon was always dirty. Tables and chairs covered with crumbs of food and spilled drinks, that nobody cleaned. There were not enough sun loungers by the pool and beach so people were putting their towels there already in the middle of the night. I got up once at 5 am to get a spot at the beach but i was on holiday and not ready to get up that early every day so that was my only time at the beach which is a pity. The servers at the lobby bar did not know how to make drinks and their work was also badly organized. Even if there were few guests they had trouble keeping up with demand. Generally you had the impression that the hotel couldn't cope with the number of guests. My husband wanted to participate in archery which was continuously advertised for the afternoon but during our 2 week stay did not take place once. Once the target was broken, another time suuposedly the animator had an accident. The list of excuses was endless. Although i would not call staying at the Labranda Mares a bad experience, i would not repeat it. Mainly because of the food. We rented a car and drove around the region and ate out a lot. And the food was fantastic which made the contrast with the hotel food even greater. It can't be that hard to cook meat properly. The animations in the evening were also not for me, but many people seemed to enjoy them, provided they'd find a place to sit as there were not enough tables and chairs for such a large number of guests. In general: the Labranda could be a great hotel, but it needs renovating, larger facilities and better management. Less chaos. The way it is now it is not a 5-star hotel.

The room, wow! Stayed at SBH chain hotels 3 times now as we love them, but this hotel room was definitely the best standard and cleanliness we’ve experienced. Very modern, clean and fresh. The sun beds have to be paid for, which is fine, but….. the hotel staff do not stop people coming down. We paid for the beds, for the day and were told very clearly no under 18s, and they have to be paid for. Not one staff member checked through the day and there were loads of people in and out etc. They can’t be blamed as it isn’t signposted or hotel guests made aware that the area is private. But the staff did not keep a check on this, and was pointless to pay for it. The food, standard all inclusive I guess. The quality of the food was not the best. Having stayed at other chains, the quality in this one was far below the standard SBH has set at other hotels The dining room was always busy, to be expected when the hotel is so big and so busy, but never struggled to find a table in there. The all inclusive was fine, the only thing we struggled with was that the snack bar had one staff member at the bar and it was so busy, that they should have opened up the pool bar or put another staff member on, as it was quite chaotic down there a lot of the time All in all, there were good and bad points like all hotels and all inclusive resorts, it was a great distance away from the beach and shopping so always had something to keep occupied.

The only good things, which I can say about this hotel is good localization, nice views especially from infinity pool and modern room. Apart from that terrible food which tasted really bad and looked unappealing. The staff did their so called very basic job but it lacked attention to details and warmth, which should be a standard in 4 stars hotel, but not in this case. We had a room with seaview and needed to change it 3 times, wasting holiday time to get what we paid for. The common places were very dirty and disgusting, after 48 hours I called the reception asking if they could do something with dead cockroaches on corridor (I am praying to do not bring unwanted guest/s home). Our ask to change bedsheets was ignored even though I left a tip and card written in english and spanish). What is surpsing me is that almost all staff do not speak english what shall be an aboslute minimum skill to work in every hotel (not mentioning the one which pretends to have 4 stars). Also during last day someone took our hats which we bought in Morro Jable - they disappeared together with bunch of dirty plates and glasses, which were left on a table for hours and I kept eye on our stuff while playing billard. It was matter of minutes, so strange coincidence. The reception told us it not their job to help us while just simple action like checking who is on a day shift cleaning the common area could be helpful. In my opinion nothing was done and it is a shame. I definitelly do not recommend this hotel especilaly in comparison to Barcello Occidential Jandia Playa. The price does not differ much but you will feel huuuuge difference.

Avoid at all costs!! This was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was absolutely disgusting – filthy rooms, inedible food, and not even bottled water available. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and made no effort to resolve any issues. The conditions were completely unsafe and unacceptable. The public toilets around the hotel you simply could not use them absolutely disgusting! There is cups, plates of food left around as soon as you open your room door just laying there for days sometimes, bug and ant infested rooms! Booking through Love Holidays made the situation even worse. They showed no care or responsibility, and after everything, only offered a measly £80 refund. This is an insult considering the health risks, distress, and appalling standards we were subjected to. Do yourself a favour – avoid this hotel and think twice before booking through Love Holidays. They do not care about their customers’ wellbeing or safety.

Think this place is great, its very big, ideally located just a short walk from main centre so bit quieter and local shops slightly cheaper. Nearly all rooms are sea view and it's just literally over the road from the Golden Beach so couldn't be nearer. Nice to see so many manned life guard stations along the beach too. It has 3 sets of pools, one is an infinity pool but this tends to be the busiest and bit louder than the others. Food good, buffet style with plenty of choice for all pallets. Drinks ok - local cheaper alcohol on all inclusive (pretty standard) but more premium brands if paying. Glasses on the small side so may have to make more trips to the bar. Plenty of soft drinks, tea/coffee available through the day. Happy with the room, good size, tea/coffee making facilities (have to provide your own) and small fridge. Effective air con and comfy beds. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Good size sun trap balcony. Evening entertainment very good with variety of quality acts from guitar duet to acrobats, jugglers, karoke, ECT... Hotel had experienced some staffing issues so had a couple of days when room wasn't cleaned but didn't mind as understand they would need to prioritize. Reception had spares items when needed. Knocked off 1 Star for this because the bar also had long ques at times but again I believe due to some staffing issues. Those who were here, work very hard. Went to the tapas meal which is included but has to be booked separately. Didn't like this as much as lots of things we're not labeled so didn't know what it was but that may be because we were used to the buffet which is good? Saw quite a lot of mixed reviews for this hotel but our party of 4 think it's good for the above reasons.

Not as bad as reviewers say. My experience here was somewhat decent. Most of the food was good, Waiters, shopkeepers and cleaners were nice. There was a nice selection of rooms with different characteristics and some great views. Very easy to get to the beach as all you really have to do is exit through the roadside entrance, cross the road, and walk to the beach. Pools were kept clean and i had a nice time here. Overall, It was decent, and i reccomend it if you like going to the beach and relaxing at the resort.

The hotel has nice, spacious rooms and a beautiful sandy beach. The service is excellent — everyone is very kind and friendly. The food is delicious, with plenty of choice. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. The animation is not intrusive, the rest is comfortable, I liked the yoga.

Just come back from an amazing getaway with my family. the pool is huge and amazing very clean and clear, the animation team are very engaging even have kids activities and magic shows for kids. the towel guy on the beach and all the life guards are very helpful they assisted me before even asking. The beach bar staff are extremely helpful and always cheerful. The Housekeeping is super and cleans the room in no time. really enjoyed it and definitely will come again

Large rooms, fabulous walk in showers, cleaned daily. Staff are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Food plenty of variety at every sitting. Animation team work very hard and the fire show is a must see. Amazing snorkelling and huge pool! Highly recommend.

These apartments are a great place to stay — amazing view, excellent service, and clean, comfortable rooms. Everything is well-maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only downside is that without a car, it’s not very convenient. Walking to and from the beach or town can be long and tiring, especially in the heat. Still, the quality and comfort make it worth the stay. If you have a car, it’s a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.

Rooms are large, with nice kitchen area, plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable, good big TV, and the shower was very good. The balcony cones furnished with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. The pool area was nice wirh enough beds to go around and had great views over Amadores beach. Downsides, the apartments don't get any sun that I could see, there are some north facing ones looking out over the road, these in particular get zero sun, and if you are unlucky enough (like me) may end up in a ground floor one. The entrance is directly via the terrace doors which just left me feeling insecure, and we had no vista. In fairness the lady at reception did what she could to move us. Area wise, there's a few bars a short 5-10 minute walk away, but a fair hike down to the beach, not for the fainthearted. A car is a must, there is street parking right outside. A better situated apartment and I think this would be a comfortable option.

Highly recommend Club Vista..Stefan at reception deserves a special mention for his professional, friendly manner. Situated on Montana Clara, the views are spectacular..very peaceful, beautiful, warm pool with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing at this wonderful location. Restaurant serves tasty meals, worth a visit. Our apartment had everything our family of four needed with great Aircon, a must in the warm temperature 😍 we had a late flight so were provided with a left luggage area and shower ffacilities after a last few hours at the pool..definitely worth a visit if you want a perfect break away in Gran Canaria

This hotel was quite a unique experience. The staff at the checking were a little bit rigid, with the exception of the bellboys , who were very decent. The animation team were great and very engaging with all of the guests. Very fun ,very decent crowd. The room were very neat and clean. The housekeeping staff were also great and lovely. Again the alcohol was terrible, all local produce included, no decent alcohol was in the all-inclusive. With the exception of Kingston gin everything else was .... Just ok. Some of the waiters were very very nice. Son of the bar staff were very weird and arrogant. Water in this place again was an issue. The gym was terrible, completely dated , machines creaking. No water for anyone who wants to work out. The restaurant.... The same food was repeated almost every day, would not say it was five star quality with the exception of the pasta stand. The fresh grilled food was decent. The waiters and the service staff were decent. One exception was the fresh fruits, I normally eat a handful of dates every morning, one serving the dates will completely infested with dead insects.... When I brought this to the attention of the staff they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry better luck next time. Don't expect this from a five star.... Therefore I would give this place more of a four-star rating.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very good experience, although there are a few areas that could be improved. Pros: •Beautiful and well-kept hotel grounds with lush greenery. • Brand new, comfortable sunbeds by the pool. • Clean and well-maintained swimming pools. • Delicious food with surprising touches like homemade fries and freshly baked croissants for breakfast. • High-quality desserts, far above the usual all-inclusive standard (no cheap cream-and-gelatin combinations, but real, tasty ingredients). • Well-stocked shops on-site, very convenient. • Friendly and helpful hotel staff, always willing to assist with a smile. Cons: • The beach was disappointing: dirty, poorly maintained, and with much worse sunbeds compared to the hotel grounds. There are about 3-4 sunbeds for 1 beach umbrella which take all the free space on the beach. If you want to get 1 sunbed you will have a stranger „neighbour” 20 cm next to you. • Too few elevators for such a large hotel, leading to long waits.

The hotel was beautiful, with a great view. We had a garden room, though, and every night we could hear noises coming from the roof. There were also a lot of insects in the room — many ants, spiders, and bugs — even though the room was cleaned every day. Apart from that, the room was quite nice and modern. The view was really beautiful, with mountains and a lovely sea, although the beach was rocky, and in the evening it’s quite dirty. The food was very good and diverse, and there was also a wide variety of food available outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and respectful. Overall, I enjoyed everything, except for the insects in the garden room and the noise from the roof, and because of that I couldn’t really feel comfortable in my room.

Staying at Dosinia Luxury Resort was a real experience. Beautiful rooms that the staff cleaned every day. Endless choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And not only that, there is the opportunity to have many other foods in the outdoor area all day long. A large selection of delicious drinks and coffee. The area is really large, there are several outdoor pools and attractions for children, so families with children will love it here. Animation programs for adults and children are also very rich. The staff outside is always cleaning to make sure everything is in order, I praise the cleanliness of the entire facility. The staff is very hardworking, nice and helpful. I recommend staying here to everyone. You will not regret it! The sea was very pleasant in June, warm, the water crystal clear. We always found free sun loungers and umbrellas. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Dosinia Luxury Resort! I believe this is not the last time we have been here.

The hotel overall was great. The entertainment team work hard all day and night and keep the guests entertained. There was always sunbed available, but the popular ones that were in the sun went very quickly. The food in the restaurant was ok. There were a few nights we ate out as they don’t really cater much for the English. The snack bars during the day were amazing really good choice from burgers, waffles, pizza. Fish and chips, pasta. Mexican and Kebabsand kids corner which included sweets and milkshakes, there was also jacket potatoes which was near the beach. The water sports on the beach are a bit too expensive but had a great time doing jet ski and Mable. You can get a bus into kemer to the main resort to eat out or look round the shops, we are out at Leon’s and Brother restaurant really nice food, they offer pick up service from your hotel and when you have finished they return you back to the hotel. The water slides were on between 10 and 12pm then 2pm and 5pm our kids loved using these, plus they also had a games room, PS5, pool table etc. this was only open from 10am till 6pm. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly some do not and need to work on smiling from time to time. Overall has a brilliant holiday.

Booked a week for our family holidays with a couple of our friends coming along, resort is conveniently located cca 1 hour from airport and situated in a beautiful coastal area. Rooms are kept to a very high standards, spacious and cozy. Plenty of pools for kids as well as swimming pools with rich programme throughout the day, beach strip is great and conveniently situated just across the road with bar open until late at night. Food hall is a real treat for everyone with wide variety of local specialities, grill, pizzas and amazing selection of fruit, veggies, cheeses and splendid desserts. It gets overcrowded at times and guests feel entitled to leave the hotel towels on deck chairs to get it reserved for themselves for the whole day, which, at the end of the day, is just bothersome at all resort across the globe. We have had a wonderful stay, looking forward to visit Turkey again soon.

This is a brutally honest review. From a couple that love a little luxury but also want a good deal. ROOM/HOTEL/SERVICE Every member of staff here was super helpful. From reception to cleaning, everyone said hello and was always happy to help. The room… We upgraded to a swim up and was fantastic. The weird bridge in the photo is a little annoying as you feel kinda link a zoo animal with people walking past constantly checking out the swim up rooms. Nevertheless, the room was clean, spacious, amazing. Couldn’t ask for more. Except privacy, maybe some privacy. We had room 820 but if you have 815 or lower in the swim ups, the bridge (and therefore privacy) isn’t an issue. FOOD The food is the ONLY reason why this review is a 4* and not 5*. We booked via Love Holidays and it was made to seem that the “Street food Area” (Burgers/Pasta/Mexican/Fish/Kebab etc) was open all day. It wasn’t, it was only 12pm till 4pm. The buffet restaurant is open the other times of day and it is actually the worst choice of buffet options from any all inclusive holidays I’ve ever stayed at. The street food is amazing. Fresh, hot, tasty.. everything you could want. The buffet was horrendous and the selection is very sparse for how much is there. The drinks are great, the English pub and Irish bar are nicely themed and great fun. I think they bars could be a little quick but the drinks are all inclusive and people wanna drink, so a que is expected. A great hotel. My only suggestion would be to remove the buffet or scale it back and just open the street food in the evening too. Problem completely solved and this would be a 10* review easily.

When we got off the plane, my children and my wife were very hungry and we had missed lunch time. After check-in, we went to the restaurant and it was closed. We said We are too hungry that at the restaurant door AURELIO, the lovely person asked us “Do you like Chicken and Chips?” We said Yes, so come on the kitchen, he said, We got very happy. He is an angel and very friendly man. And the hotel is 3 stars because the rooms furniture is Old fashioned but no problem for me. Very clean, very delicious food and walking distance to the amazing beach and it has 3 big pools. Affordable prices. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in overall need of renovation; the rooms are more suited to self-catering. The pools are nice, but there are no sun loungers. The service is excellent. Housekeeping is a disaster for four people. Only two towels every other day over seven days. The bed linen wasn't changed at all. All they did was mop the floor and make the beds. The food is very repetitive, with a limited selection, but tasty. Coffee is only for breakfast!!! But if you drink alcohol, you can drink it by the liter.

Rooms were large and spacious, they were cleaned regularly and fresh towels. Reception staff were helpful and bar staff friendly. There was plenty of space around all the pools. Lifeguards on Duty most of the time aswell. The hotel says no entertainment but there was around the bar each night 9-11pm, dancing, bingo, karaoke. Food choice was very limited but clean. Lots of steps and only one bar at the bottom of the hill by the main pool.

We did not expect much, but we're hoping for better. When we first arrived, the area looked great. The lobby was very nice and looked quite fancy, actually. The guy at the front desk was okay could be friendlier but overall okay. Major downside is that the wait for your rooms to be ready was actually ridiculous, but we managed to convince them to give us at least one of the rooms early. The food is mediocre at best. Most of the meat was dry and was basically the same thing every day. Cocktails were good, but they demanded cash for the cup, and if you didn't have it, then sorry you're not getting anything. One barman was particularly nasty about this rule for no good reason. There was no entertainment despite advertising otherwise, and the location itself is quite remote and quiet, with all the good spots being 10-20 min away by car for 1+ hours away by bus. Also, the cleaning was non existing they make your bed every other day and mopped the floor that hadn't even been swept. One day, we didn't even receive towels after they took the old ones away. Overall, don't expect much.

Amazing Holiday – Highly Recommend! We’ve just returned from two amazing weeks at Vikingen Infinity Hotel, and we had such a fantastic time! The rooms are fairly standard, but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all we spent very little time there. The cleaning staff were brilliant, always making sure the room was spotless and fresh every day. The food was great with plenty of variety, offering something for everyone. There’s food available pretty much all day and night, which was super convenient. The drinks were okay not amazing, but decent. I found the cocktails a bit too sweet and syrupy for my taste at first. That said, I got used to them over time, or I’d simply ask for extra juice or a bit more alcohol to get them just how I liked. The bar staff were happy to accommodate, which was a bonus! 👌 One thing we really appreciated was how clean the hotel was throughout. Staff were constantly collecting plates, cups, and keeping things tidy. The entertainment was excellent during the first week—really fun and engaging. The second week felt a little repetitive, but still enjoyable overall. A lot of people complain about it being too late, but we actually found the timing ideal. We adjusted our routine so the kids could rest beforehand, and it worked out perfectly. There are so many pools and slides—something different for the kids every day, which kept them happy and never bored. The staff were lovely and friendly. A simple “good morning,” “please,” and “thank you” goes a long way. They're working hard in hot and busy conditions—be kind and appreciate them! The location isn’t the best—there are some shops about a 10-minute walk in either direction, but nothing too special. The local supermarket was very handy, especially since the hotel shops were, as expected, overpriced. One big plus—no early morning rush for sunbeds! There were so many loungers and umbrellas that it was never a problem. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would return in the future. Remember, a holiday is what you make it—relax, enjoy, and don’t be miserable!

Spent 7 days here last week, initial impression of the hotel was wow it looks good.. didn't last long. The rooms weren't clean when we arrived stains on walls etc and dirty towels and also seemed dated, during the day the staff were very friendly, however asoon as evening rolled around the bar staff were incredibly rude. Out of the many staff that worked the bars on different days I think there was maybe 2 who were always smiling and seemed happy. The food was average at best. If you have a family I wouldn't waste your time with the main hotel for food or even pools, go across the road to they're beach area as there's play area for kids waterpark type thing, the staff seemed happier down there loads more sunbed space and the food was nicer down there. Hotel is in a decent location tho lots of shops and bazaars nearby on our final night we visited a steakhouse 5 minutes up the road and the food was fantastic. All in all it was a okay holiday but for the price of it I feel like it was too much for what we got etc, which is a shame.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Viking Infinity in Turkey – it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very safe and comfortable environment for both adults and kids. There were plenty of food options and activities to keep the little ones entertained, which made it a great choice for families. The staff were incredibly helpful – always nearby when needed, yet never intrusive. One experience that really stood out was an early morning walk I took alone by the seafront. I was dipping my feet into the sea with no one else around, and after a few minutes, a staff member discreetly showed up just to ensure my safety in case I decided to swim. That small act left a big impression – it showed how attentive and caring the team is. Despite the hotel being quite popular and busy, it never felt overcrowded. There was always enough space and plenty of food – their buffet selection is fantastic, with something for every taste. Overall, Viking Infinity is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Clean, safe, family-friendly, and with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Just came back today and me, the wife, and 2 boys aged 10 and 12 absolutely loved it, the cleanliness is second to none, which I have not seen in England and the food was very varied and fresh was also lovely. Staff are very polite from cleaners to bar and entertainment team. Some not great English but your in turkey and you manage to communicate. I was skeptical on the 5 star rating just because it's a large hotel and read some reviews which isn't always the way forward. However home now and I would say it's 5 star and if your thinking of going I certainly would recommend 👌

Where do I begin….we stayed at this hotel for 8 days and they continuously disappointed us. To start, we checked into our room and it absolutely STUNK of sewage and death. No matter what we did, the smell did not go away. We told the front desk about the terrible smells and they didn’t do anything to accommodate or help. So unfortunately we were stuck with a disgustingly smelly room for our whole stay. Next the buffet food - absolute worst we’ve ever experienced. All the same stuff everyday, no flavor, very random combinations that don’t cater to everyone, cold, undercooked, overcooked, dirty plates and glasses. Let alone the cooks didn’t even know what they cooked when we asked them (since barely anything was labeled) The drinks - didn’t expect the best since it’s an all inclusive but most cocktails were just juice and sugar, barely any alcohol or good taste. The wine tasted like vinegar or apple juice, barely even wine. The beer was the best thing. Activities - there was a lack of things to do. Though we weren’t expecting anything crazy, they don’t cater to adults in anyway. Aside from the water aerobics in the morning, they barely play music by the pool. They spring “darts in 5 minutes” upon you but it all just seems lazy, outdated, and boring. The entertainers are good with the kids for the day and mini disco, but the adults entertainment at night is very tacky, effortless, and disappointing. Cleanliness- our floor had crumbs and pretzels from the person staying before, the sheets and pillow cases had stains, the bathroom absolutely stunk of sewage, the shower was old and moldy, & the balcony looked very outdated with cracks in the paint/ceiling. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The staff wasn’t very helpful. We had to chase down maids. The whole resort itself needs a big update and more up keep.

The worst hotel in my life. I have been with my family for 7 days in this hotel and i can say I DO NOT RECOMMEND it at all. If you care about your health do not book. Is not safe at all. Food is horrible, bugs everywhere around food, hygiene is zero. In 7 days never our bedding was not changed, bugs in the room, bugs on my baby’s bed, it was horrific to stay there. We ended up in A&E with my baby with a very bad infection because of the hygiene. We wanted to book a fly and just leave but unfortunately we didn’t find any, we tried to change the hotel and everywhere was booked so had to stay there and eat just from outside the hotel.

Not sure where the 4 stars came from – maybe they meant in a galaxy far, far away? The only nice thing I can say about this hotel is that the rooms are spacious. That’s it. Everything else feels like a masterclass in disappointment. Let’s start with the “all-inclusive” food situation. You have about a 30-minute window after lunch or dinner starts to get something edible, otherwise you’re left with scraps – and by that I mean bread and butter. Literally. If you're not in the queue early enough, your main course is watching someone else eat the last piece of grilled chicken. It's laughable. Calling it “all-inclusive” is like calling a vending machine a fine dining experience. Now, if you’re travelling as a couple – great, they’ve got you covered. But families? Good luck. 90% of the tables are for two people. If you’re hoping to sit and eat with your partner and kids, you’re in for a logistical puzzle every mealtime. The service? Mixed at best. Some of the waiters were lovely, and clearly trying their best. But the guy at reception – wow. Rude and unhelpful doesn't even begin to cover it. It was like we were bothering him just by showing up. Basic manners don’t cost a thing, and yet somehow they still felt too expensive for some of the staff here. Drinks? You’ll need to queue 20 minutes for a watered-down beer. They have one bar open for what felt like 500 people, and only one poor soul working behind it. Honestly, we ended up going out every evening just to get a decent meal and a drink that actually tasted like what we ordered. Yes, it’s a cheaper option, but if you’re hoping to actually enjoy your holiday, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Unless, of course, you're in the mood for bread, queues, and being ignored. In that case – this place is perfect.

Definitely not a 4 star as advertised... The whole place is severely run down. The hotel is filthy, we had 2 different rooms which weren't cleaned throughout our 7 day stay.. Neither had working air conditioning. The pool is dirty with algae stains around it, there's also lots of broken tiles round the pool which makes it dangerous. The food choice is bland and sometimes very undercooked. The bar only has 1 member of staff working meaning the queues are sometimes massive and they frequently run out of cups/glasses. Overall, The hotel needs major refurbishment to bring it back to its 4 star rating and definitely needs more staff to cope with the amount of guests they have. We certainly wouldn't return.

However hotel was little bit dirty (the corridors) but rooms were cleaned almost every day. Huge minus for cleaning swimming pool only once a week(?!). Food was okey - large selection, fresh fruits and vegetables. Good resort for kids. And really good connection to the ocean - very good localisation. I recommend as average quality.

Rooms are a bit dated but the cleaners are wonderful. The pools are absolutely fabulous. The food is good, something for everyone, lots of fresh salads, rice, pasta, pizza for the kids! Bar staff are brilliant. Entertainment staff were good. The kids disco is too competitive and should just focus on dancing, it left our little one in tears more than once, so we stopped going, he just wanted to dance. Over all we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend the hotel.

Me and my family have had a wonderful 7 days at the hotel and really enjoyed it, the rooms are basic but fine, the beds were comfy and the air con worked really well. It's a ten min walk down a lovely path to the beach, the sea is lovely and clear you can see fish by the rocks and also jump into the sea from one point on the cliff. The food was varied and very tasty the staff work really hard cleaning the tables and topping up the buffet, we never had any trouble finding a large table. The pool area is massive and the pool never felt really crowded and they also put on some excellent entertainment around the pool, we did not have any problems getting enough sunbeds for a lovely relaxing day by the pool eating and drinking plenty lol. The staff all work really hard so thank you for a really lovely week's holiday which we will never forget.

This is my fourth day of a solo holiday just for a break in the sun. It’s a large hotel with 3 different buildings. One large dining room, pool bar and couple of others on an evening. It’s spotlessly clean the staff work tireless and I’ve encountered them friendly and helpful. The food is fine, typical 2 /3star buffet always fresh salad, bread and fruit in hand. Wine on tap in the dining room as well as juices etc. Menu is changed daily and again spotlessly clean. Sunbeds are fine they are comfortable but bring a pillow as they don’t sit up. The little shop sells blow up wedges for them. Sunbeds washed down every night and pool area cleaned thoroughly. Also bear in mind it’s a budget hotel and there are lots of families with children. Don’t leave reviews moaning putting people off when you expect cordon bleu meals for this price. Ignore the bad reviews it’s not that bad! Plastic cup situation yea cool idea but I like a nice glass. Check in could be easier and faster too

Just back from a few days in this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised. Rooms are clean and bright and airy and just what we needed. Food is plentiful and there really is something for everyone. Pool area is clean and tidy and you will always get a sun lounger which can be troublesome in other hotels. Cleaning, bar and entertainment staff were grest. The only reason I knock off a star is because of the attitude of most of the reception staff. There were a couple who were friendly and helpful but the majority were abrupt, rude and unhelpful. Such a shame as it really let's the place down. We would probably come back as the pros do outweigh the cons. Go with an open mind and you won't go wrong!

We stayed for 6 nights here with our 5 years old son. They give us an 1 bedroom flat,the furniture was a bit old and the air con did not work. We did not spent much time in the room so it was ok fir us. The food was delicious,i did not know what to eat first,the cakes very nice,lots of fruits,lots of choices. The stuff was very friendly and my kid loved Leo and the other guys at the Disco party . We enjoyed our stay here and i would come back.

Very dated hotel. From the rooms to the sunbeds it definitely needs updating. Sunbeds were filthy and broken. Food was buffet style..bit repetitive but ok. Rooms were basic. Shower was broken. View was good as they had put us in a 2 bed apartment when we had booked 2 rooms, it was on top floor with uninterrupted view. Entertainment team lacked enthusiasm and was very geared towards other nationalities. Nothing much going on around the pool area. Wouldn't go to this hotel again unless it was massively refurbished.

Absolute disgrace of a place outdated hotel falling apart. Only one bar to get drinks from which is over the otherside of the hotel. Food below standard and repetitive hotel aimed mostly at other European countries avoid if your English. Soft drink machine switched off in the morning but it's okay for chefs to come over and switch it on after handling raw food with there gloves on touch glasses and then switch it off. I watched one chef who was handling raw chicken come over and touch glasses and drink machine then go back to cooking spoke to reception and he to told after I said it is disgusting he told me f@#£ you wouldn't get the manager either. Entertainment is poor and the place is in disrepair. Avoid at all costs better places for the same price. Love holidays and tui should not be using this place. Also avoid if you don't want food poisoning

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel with my family a couple of times a year, but this place was just a nightmare. If you’re reading this – honestly, don’t book it. We had to wait for hours in the heat to check in, didn’t get the room until 6 pm. The room was in bad shape, the food was awful, and the pool… disgusting. There was literally poop floating in the water. Sunbeds around the pool were broken too. Nothing good to say about this hotel. Total waste of money.

This was our second time visiting Evita Resort, and once again it was absolutely amazing! The food was fantastic with so much choice, the service was excellent, and everything about the resort makes for a perfect holiday. What really made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment crew – especially Sam. His energy, friendliness, and the way he gets everyone involved made such a difference. He truly went above and beyond to make our holiday special, and it wouldn’t have been the same without him. Evita Resort never disappoints, and we’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great service, and an all-round brilliant experience!

A really nice all inclusive resort. Plenty of activities. The Faliraki beach is great for snorkeling, but full of rocks. If you would like to relax on the beach I would recommend the other beaches in the south. Only negative thing is related to the cocktail bar and the pool. You are allowed to swim in the pool only between 10 AM and 6 PM, what I find nonsense. Also the all-inclusive package ends at 11PM. But maybe this is the case for every resort in the area. Many of the negative comment here are unjust.

I recently stayed at Evita Resort in Faliraki and while the hotel itself had some positives, I was really disappointed with the restaurant. The food in the main restaurant was extremely poor – very little variety and the same options repeated night after night. On top of that, the food often looked unappealing, which made it hard to enjoy. For a hotel advertised as all-inclusive, this was definitely not up to standard, especially considering the price paid. That being said, I have to give credit where it’s due – the men at the snack bar running from 12-4 every day were fantastic. They made the best gyros and pizza I’ve ever had.

We’ve just got home from our week stay at Evita Resort. After reading reviews before coming, I was hopeful to what to expect. We arrived late at night, and the paper and pen was given to us to fill out before a hello. We were then told we needed to pay 35€ tax (which we expected) and the all inclusive bands were put onto us. We were then told all of the facilities at this hotel. But told we are to wait for a taxi to take us to Evita Alegria as the resort was full. We were told that they don’t have all inclusive but we can still have it and that they will pay for the taxi. I asked to speak to manager who wasn’t working, I asked to speak to the supervisor who also wasn’t available. I then asked for the situation to be put into writing and I was told that the reception staff had no authority to do this and that someone would get in touch the next day to discuss compensation!!! And a manager would be available from 11 am the next day. I asked to be sent to another equivalent hotel to what I had paid for when Petros (a very rude receptionist!) began to raise his voice and just tell us he has no authority and we have no choice but to go to Alegria and the taxi is waiting. The taxi left as we were taking too long trying to get an alternative to which Petros wasn’t happy about at all. When the reception staff refused to let us speak to a manager and had no authority to do anything else. We went to Alegria where the staff were incredible. They made us feel so so welcome and greeted us with a smile. The next day we came back to the resort, and Mika on reception had a brilliant manner. She told us (at 11:47) that no manager was available and the compensation should have been discussed with us at check in 🤔 . We then spoke with the excursion desk and were offered a car for free for 3 days (of our 7 day holiday) for compsentation. We refused this and said we need a room here or another equivalent hotel. Then at 2 pm, with the travel agent involved, we had a room at the resort! After an overally disappointing start and first day! We finally felt ready to start the holiday. We had a clean and spacious room. Perfect facilities and everything is close to the main areas of the resort. They say no sun bed reservations but they don’t monitor this, so by 9am you can’t get a bed by the pool. But we stayed at the smaller one and it was perfect! Food was always hot and fresh. The gyros and pizza from the snack bar were great. Neither of this can be faulted. Staff were all so kind. Petros at reception was the worst staff member we came across. Not friendly, not helping us out. No customer service skills whatsoever.

The reviews for this hotel tend to be either extremely positive or very negative. I was genuinely curious to see for myself. After spending five days here, I can sum it up in one sentence: I would definitely come back. Yes, the rooms may not be luxuriously renovated — they’re modest and show clear signs of wear — but they’re spacious, the terrace is lovely, the view is phenomenal, and the location is excellent. The pools are spotless, the food is delicious and varied, and the staff is incredibly kind. If you're not overly spoiled or expecting five-star luxury, you’ll likely enjoy this charming hotel as much as I did.

I stayed here Aug 20-22, 2025. I am an Expedia Platinum member, showed the front desk staff. Got put in the worst room they had, on the first floor, right above the lobby and taxi drop off, super loud. I requested about 5 times to speak to the manager to change rooms, the manager was "too busy" each time I was told by the front staff. The elevators are under massive repair/upgrade, something not mentioned on their website or Expedia. It took on average 5-10 min for the elevator to come down, and lots of people for each elevator, total mess. The room was terrible, broken wooden closet, cheap sheets that didn't even cover the mattress (pics), AC was non existent. The only thing that was good with this hotel was the location, pool, and good breakfast buffet. Note to the manager on duty during these days, if you are too afraid to speak to your paying customers, you probably should be demoted back to the mailroom. Absolutely pathetic customer service due to the so called "manager" on duty. I hope he/she gets fired and I may come back to stay another time.

When going to this hotel I was questioning my decision booking it as the recent reviews are very mixed and I wasn’t sure what to expect however it did not disappoint. To start off with the positives of the stay, the room was very clean and spacious we had a nice little balcony good room service and trusting cleaners/staff.The breakfast was decent with a wide mix of selection and a bit for everyone it wasn’t the best quality food but it was nice enough. The facilities were good a nice chill pool outside to cool down when sunbathing and the bay right next to the hotel which you could swim in which was nice and refreshing and nice for people who prefer to swim on holiday. The “fitness room” wasn’t great but good enough to get a good enough workout in for on holiday. Now the negatives of the stay most of the staff that work in the bar and the poolside were quite rude as they had no manners and were a bit dull and miserable. And forced all the umbrellas closed by the poolside which was annoying because we couldn’t sit in the shade, as there reason was the “wind was to high” which they just forced us to move in the shade instead of swapping us one of the more sturdy umbrellas which was rude. Overall this wasn’t a bad stay and I would probably recommend as the location is great and very “picturesque” and plenty of stuff to do nearby.

The Hotel was amazing food was even better always something new. The sweets like cake, icecream were very good. I loved it. The rooms were cleaned every day it was always clean and smelled good. The Architecture was something diferent i have never seen something like this before. Every day something fun to do mostly at night music stops at 11pm so it's perfect if you wanna sleep. Our plane was late so we came after diner but we still got food. There was always someone by the pool or by the beach to feel safe. When you arive at the beach the people that work there find you a place to sit. Drinks as much as you want.

This hotel is far from being a 5-star resort – I would rate it as 3 stars, or 4 low-quality stars at most. The entire hotel is under construction, and we had to cross unsafe areas with construction materials scattered on the ground just to get to our room, which could be dangerous especially for children. Our room was big enough for three people but not very clean, with visible damage especially in the bathroom. The food was extremely repetitive – mostly two types of chicken and a few beef dishes. Shrimps were served only twice in 15 days, and you had to queue more than 5 minutes just to get 3 pieces per person. Another very uncomfortable issue: almost every staff member constantly tried to sell something, offer paid services, or even ask to change their coins for paper money. It felt like we were approached every few minutes, making it hard to relax. The pool was fine, but the bar next to it had a strong, unpleasant smell. The only really good part was the animation team, who were fun, energetic, and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless your main goal is to enjoy the shows and activities by the animation team. Everything else needs serious improvement.

I don’t normally write a review but this has been the worst All-Inclusive Holiday We’ve Ever Had. I just wanted to share how disappointed we were with our recent stay, as it was honestly the worst all-inclusive holiday we’ve ever had. Yes, the pool looked nice, but we could barely enjoy it because we were constantly pestered by staff trying to sell trips — not just once, but three or four times in the space of half an hour. Mealtimes were a nightmare too: nowhere to sit, long queues, and when you finally did get food, it was really poor quality. The service from the staff was terrible. I genuinely don’t understand how there are positive reviews, unless they’re from staff or people who just didn’t experience the same things we did. This holiday was such a letdown and definitely not what we were expecting or promised. Never coming back to this hotel .

Amazing Stay in Egypt! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and were regularly serviced every day. One of the best parts was that we didn't experience any food poisoning, which can sometimes be a concern when traveling. While the food options weren't overly extensive, we certainly didn't go hungry and found something to enjoy at every meal. Another highlight was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, no insects or mosquito bites during our stay, which was a huge relief. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, Overall, a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt!

Everything brilliant. I was here in January during building works and had a great time then. Now works are completed, even better. Staff, amazing, food amazing.Entertainment every night. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff here are truly wonderful — very attentive and caring people. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from something I ate outside the hotel, and during that difficult time, the hotel staff showed real professionalism and compassion. Unfortunately not the best experience for myself and my family. I ended up very sick with gastrorntitis requiring intravenous drips and antibiotics. Seen staff members eating food while cooking it, seen a staff member kicking his finger and wiping a dirty mark off a plate. The hotel is not clean toilets very dirty in the lobby and spa. Drinks undrinkable, food average. Management team on the whole very attentive but only when a problem arise eg my gastrorntitis. Would never visit again

Just got back from the most incredible week at the Altamar Hotel in Gran Canaria, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! ☀️🌴 It was our first time staying there, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is spotless, the views are absolutely stunning, and every single member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We love going away as a family, and finding somewhere that ticks all the boxes isn’t always easy but Altamar completely nailed it. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the entertainment, or just soaking up the views from our balcony, every moment felt perfect. The food and service in the restaurant were amazing too!such a good variety and so well looked after. It’s in a brilliant location, surrounded by lots of lovely things to do and the beaches aren’t far either, which was a big bonus! It’s safe to say this definitely won’t be our last visit!!! We’ve already decided this will be our go to hotel every year for our family holidays. If you’re thinking of visiting Gran Canaria, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Altamar enough. Just had one week here, all inclusive. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the views amazing over the bay. All the hotels in this area are on steep hills so even though there are lifts you will find yourself walking up steep stairs.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were lovely and spacious. The meals were all Hot and Cold buffet style meals. We found there was plenty to choose from and it was excellent. There were 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds. There was a well stocked shop in the Reception, massage chairs and a Hairdresser and Beauty Salon. You could book the trips in the hotel foyer, taxis were available outside the door. There was entertainment each evening, however it was a reasonably quiet hotel and this suited me very well.

It's a good hotel. I got the all-inclusive package, and the staff are awesome, super respectful and helpful. The food was good, had a goof variety of food. My only problem was the showers, all the water spills out and gets the toilet floor all wet, and there's no mop, so it's a mess. I didn't enjoy the swimming pool. I saw two guests (a couple) spitting and blowing their nose in the water. I had to get out. Also, people enter the water without showering first. I would suggest that someone checks that people have showered before getting into the water.

Average hotel. Disappointed with lack of facilities and evening entertainment but hotel itself I have had no faults. One of the lifts has been broken for the entire time we have stayed and has been apparently for months prior to this which meant it was constantly cramped and had to go to all levels even though at max capacity. If you struggle to walk or have mobility issues there are taxis available but apart from that everything is a long walk away at least 30 mins to get to a beach.

To start off, the location of the hotel is perfect for an ocean view & beautiful sunsets & the restaurant in our hotel does have lots of fun events like karaoke & kids club. There is also a mini SPAR store in case you need to buy anything & free parking. However, in terms of our room service, when we arrived to our room there was a razor left from the previous guest & soap which I find quite disgusting. Then, when we did get room service, the person who cleaned our room left a cloth full of dirt in our sink which we then had to throw away. The first night, as a family of 4 we all needed to take a shower, and we expect warm water. Out of us 4, only one got warm water because the boiler is VERY small capacity. Meaning, to have a warm shower, it would be around 3-4 minutes. after that the water just turns completely cold. A few days later, we bought food & some sweet snacks which we left on our table, completely sealed. The next day in the morning there were little bugs & red ants crawling all over the table, food, floor & BEDS. I have Insane bug phobia & cannot handle even tiny bugs so therefore this was SO disappointing. To add, the beds in the bedroom feel cheap & the pillows are not comfortable at all, therefore if you are booking this hotel, bring your own!!! Also, we had to ask for duvet covers because they did not have them when we first got here. Additionally, each time they clean our rooms we are left with no towels. Just very small ones made to clean our face. We even left our towels outside to dry but they took them too. There are lots of ants crawling at the front of our room door & LOTS of cockroaches, and because of my fear I cannot even sit on the chairs or relax. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but this is just super disappointing. I can tell that they have focused on how the hotel looks on the outside in terms of the restaurant, pools & sun chairs but the room service & inside? ❌

Great place, great service . Staff was very nice and hospitable. They went out their way to help us. We enjoyed everything. Food was ample and everyone was welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay . The room was clean, airy and really spacious. Children enjoyed the daily shows which was an excellent way to connect to overall holiday spirits. I will really like to say they gave great service for people/kids with special needs which was admirable. Overall very nice atmosphere ,staff and hotel.

Food was not great, very basic, not many options. Actually, the food is terrible, just went another round at the buffe, 4:th day here and i’m always disappointed, for example; Paella with only rice in it. A older staff in the only open restaurant was actually very rude at dinner today when we tried to take our own forks because there was no prepared table. Dinner area usually always chaotic, no lines and really messy around the food and drinks, not the best breakfast, it’s just not appetizing, long lines for the a la carte, 20 minutes standing in line and waiting just to get in to the restaurant, 10-15 minutes in line to get a fresh egg and pancake at the a la carte, crazy. Room was clean and very friendly cleaners. Old rooms that were fixed up, not new but it works. Reception staff were excellent. The show artists and the show is awesome! Pool area was always full, not many chairs available, extremely many people in the pool. Does not feel like a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel, at the most. Elevators are so old and are jumping so much at every stop, kids were very scared of this, and we took the long stairs everytime. Kids had fun, but there are better hotels for this money, won’t come back.

Really good value family hotel. Room was clean and well presented, good bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, dinner was fine with plenty to eat but nothing special. Restaurant staff friendly and very hard working (as were all the staff actually). Free shuttle bus to town good but for us a little bit of a downside that we were not a stroll to town. We did walk it but in the heat not so pleasant. Not keen on the pool set up. Large pool with fantastic splash pool next to it and small kiddies pool alongside. Entertainment poolside. Smaller quieter pool also taken over by children jumping in and using inflatable toys. Even as a family hotel I just thought the guests without children might have been given some thought regarding having the chance to cool off and relax without having children jumping in beside you. That’s my only negative to an otherwise great stay at the Aluasun Costa Park.

The staff all work so hard, yet are always so friendly & helpful. We had a 30 min deep tissue massage st the massage parlour on site- genuinely one of the best massages we've had in our life!! Would happily recommend and return.

Just got back yesterday from this lovely hotel. We had a huge room, we did book a junior suite as we had a toddler, so we needed the room with the pushchair etc. Definitely recommend, modern and big. Food was good, plenty of options in the buffet. Lovely friendly staff. Hotel was spotless. Only silly downside and I’m not moaning at all, was we had a room overlooking the main pool, yet with a pushchair there was no access, so we had to go down in the lift, through the shopping mall, then back in another lift to get to the pool. So had to either carry her down steep steps, not sure why they don’t have a small ramp down from the entertainment area? Like I say she could be carried down, but anyone in a wheelchair probably wouldn’t be possible, so maybe something to improve on. Good kids entertainment. Lovely stay. Thanks ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at the Allegro Hotel in Agadir. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the food offered a great variety with delicious local and international options. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the pool and gardens are beautifully maintained. What really made my holiday special was the amazing animation team. They were always full of energy, friendly, and welcoming. They organized many fun activities during the day—like games, sports, and dance lessons—and the evening shows were entertaining and professional. The team managed to create a great atmosphere without ever being pushy, which I really appreciated. Thanks to the staff and especially the animators, the hotel felt lively and warm. I would definitely recommend Allegro Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun holiday in Morocco.

We visited this resort end of June 2025. It was overall a great experience. Most of the bar staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team shone through, their efforts with guests was great. The waiting staff were excellent, the food was exceptional. I would revisit this resort without hesitation. Great weeks holiday. Pool staff need to chill out a little, lots of 'dont does'.

The Allegro Agadir is an excellent 3 star ⭐⭐⭐ hotel and value for money. There can be some improvements to be made to make it become a 4 star hotel in the beautiful area of Agadir. We have found the hotel staff friendly who work really hard to make your stay comfortable. The Bravo animation team were amazing. House keeping do an excellent job and can't do enough for you and your room. We had an issue with the room we were given in block 2 with the smell of damp and we made them aware of this and soon were given another room in the same block. The room 2305 was clean with a few problems: the mini fridge (which doesn't come stocked) not working and the bathroom fan constantly running with noise but this didn't stop us to enjoy our stay. The gardens are lovely and well maintained, the pool area is ok could do with some work - it can be slippy walking round and have some extra sun loungers which can be used in the gardens as it gets full around the pool very quickly and some people prefer to be away from the pool but still be in the hotel. The food in the restaurant was fine, some dishes were better than others with freshly made delicious pizzas most nights which was popular with us and all the guests. The dishes become repetitive for our stay but we always found something to eat. We enjoyed our stay and had a nice time in Agadir which we fell in love with. I would come back to the Allegro for a second stay for sure as it was a great value for money.

Definitely recommend going all-inclusive, it’s worth it. Only downside: drinks could be better. Cocktails were weak and not allot of choice. We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Filion. There is nothing bad to say about our experience. The rooms are lovely and well attended. The food was a great variety and pleased all of the family - even the fussy eaters! The location is stunning and there is lots to explore in the area. We were looking for a quiet fuss-free family holiday in Crete and this is exactly what we found. Everyone at Filion Suites was warm and welcoming. They were friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was exceptional. The rooms are cleaned daily, spacious and look out over the olive trees. There are 3 pools and they are never too busy. There are plenty of sun-beds, and everyone in the pool bar is friendly and quick to serve. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are server in the main restaurant and the food is very good, and there was always something we liked. Although all the staff cleaners waiters and barmen were excellent, we wanted to highlight Regina on reception who greeted us with a smile and addressed all our questions with a typical warm Greek hospitality.

We expected 5 star as that’s what was advertised but wasn’t uk 5 star at all however having said that the location although remote was beautiful. The staff worked so hard and were very pleasant especially Regina in reception who sorted our room out! The room on arrival was not as expected, dirty shower, air on not working fully, issues with lights however the next day as soon as Regina knew she changed our room which was better. Knowing what to expect we would go again at the right price as it was so peaceful.

Perfectly adequate but do not expect a 5* if you've not paid 5* prices. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and amazing views from the rooms. Nice staff. Tons of food selection and all fresh/tasty. Delicious desserts which makes a change for an all-inclusive. Good selection of drinks. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, but it's not the 5* experience you'd hope for. Location: stunning but a car is highly recommended. Bali is very quiet and the beach very average. Entertainment was mostly terrible so be prepared to get out and about.

This hotel is not really 5 star, maybe more like 2 or 3 star. Food is very basic, not much choice. They say cocktails are available, but staff don’t seem trained to make them properly. Bar staff were not friendly, no eye contact, no welcome. One bartender, Diego, was unbelievably rude. I had to speak to management at reception. They said they will look into it, but I am not sure anything will happen. Rooms are old and need renovation. No entertainment at all. I can accept simple food or old rooms, but not bad attitude from staff. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, maybe this is not the right place for them. DISAPPOINTED. Not suitable for families, better for stag or hen party groups. If you are in holiday with kids, I recommend avoiding this hotel.

Not 5-Star Quality – Poor Conditions and No Deposit Refunded I stayed at the Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club and was very disappointed with the overall experience. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it’s honestly more like a 3-star at best. To begin with, I paid a €100 (£90.04) deposit, which was supposed to be refunded on 15/07/2025, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve followed up with no response from the hotel, which is unacceptable. The condition of the room and facilities was far below what I expected. Doors had visible holes that had been poorly covered over, and the bath was stained. The pool wasn’t even on the same property—it was located in another complex, which wasn’t clearly communicated. I was also placed in a completely different complex of apartments, not the main hotel. While walking back from the beach through the hotel at night, we saw numerous cockroaches, and our balcony was infested with ants. Worse still, when we checked in, the ants had already entered the kitchen inside the apartment. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, pest problems, and poor communication—not to mention the missing deposit—made this stay very frustrating. Definitely not 5-star standards, and I would not return.

We stayed at Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club in July 2025, expecting a 5-star holiday, but in reality, this hotel barely meets 3-star standards. The reception staff were abrupt, unfriendly, and not welcoming at all—not even a smile at check-in. The room was outdated, with very old, unattractive furniture that clearly hasn't been updated in years. It felt tired, basic, and far below what you'd expect from a so-called luxury resort. The restaurant was small and offered very limited food options, especially considering we were on an all-inclusive package. The quality was average at best. The bar had restricted opening hours, and worse, the bar staff made all-inclusive guests feel like a burden—drinks were served with an obvious lack of interest and even visible annoyance. To make things worse, there was absolutely no entertainment or animation at all—no evening shows, no music, no daytime activities, nothing to create any kind of atmosphere. It felt completely lifeless for a supposed resort. On top of that, the extra charges were unacceptable: €20 per person for a beach towel, plus a €10 deposit. Additional fees to use the beach sun loungers. These hidden costs made the “all-inclusive” label feel like a bad joke. All in all, this hotel is falsely marketed as 5-star. The service, facilities, and overall atmosphere were all disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I’d strongly suggest others look elsewhere if you’re expecting anything close to a true resort experience. Another absurd policy: if you accidentally damage your wristband, they charge you €25 to replace it. How they even came up with that amount is beyond me—it’s just a flimsy band, not a designer bracelet.

It's hard to believe the Grand Muthu advertises itself as a 5-star hotel. The entire property feels dated and neglected. There are no complimentary hotel loungers on the beach; instead, guests must pay extra. Hotel-provided beach towels can be hired for €20 each, with only €10 refunded upon return. Our room was worn-out and showed signs of poor maintenance, including some areas that weren't properly cleaned. The bathroom fixtures appeared to be decades old, well past their prime. Access to the themed restaurants required advance booking, but they were already fully booked for the next two days when we checked in. The drink selection was underwhelming—beer was the only decent option, and even that was served in small plastic cups. There were also signs and rules posted saying things like no loud music from balconies and that towels left on loungers would be removed if people were trying to “reserve” them. But none of these rules were actually enforced, so people just did whatever they wanted. It made the place feel kind of chaotic. The outdoor pool was pleasant when groups of people weren't playing there own music loudly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. That said, I won’t be looking to stay at any Grand Muthu property again soon.

We were here mid-May. We had booked an apartment. The view was beautiful, the apartment spacious and complete. Nice finish, very spacious balcony, good beds. The location is great. And altho the hotel is near the Strip, it was a very quiet location. Right on the beach and shops also close by. The indoor pool was nice and quiet. Unfortunately we didn't use the spa, because the steam sauna was broken. So no need to go there. What i didn't like was that you can't take a decent shower anywhere after checking out (we specifically asked for it and they insured us that it was possible, but after checking out they said you can't!). So..it isn't a five star hotel, but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. The only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the rooms during the stay (like the floor was not wiped even once in a week).

I would give the hotel 3.5 stars. Our room was very basic, with the bare essentials like a fridge, T.V., hairdryer etc but this was fine. The room was also very clean. However, our shower was poor - the holder for the shower head was rusted, so came away from the wall a couple of times which could be frustrating. Alongside this, the showerhead was also similarly rusted/damaged so all of the water would come out of the side of the head. This isn't something we mentioned to the staff as it was bearable, but is a shame it hadn't been picked up prior to our stay. The bedroom had a lovely balcony overlooking the main pool and the air-conditioning in the room was great. Sheets/towels are changed every 3 days, which from a sustainability perspective is excellent. The food was okay - their was a good selection of foods to choose from, including salads, stuffed vegetables and plenty of meat/fish options also. The food was quite basic but was tasty, although at times was samey and I was ready for a change by the end of the week. It would be good if the foods could be labelled with allergens as my friend is gluten intolerant, although I'm completely understand that this is a small business so this likely isn't possible. I wasn't a huge fan of the ice-cream, and the wines weren't particularly nice, although the cocktails were very good as were the soft drinks options. We enjoyed the location - there is a beach just a short walk away from the hotel. There are plenty of local shops & restaurants by the beach also, a couple of which we tried and enjoyed. There aren't many bus connections available - there is one bus that goes to Corfu town (A7), that you need to pre-book tickets for at Alexandros Bikes which is by the beach and is €4 each way. There is another bus but I can't remember where this goes! There is also a sulphuric smell, particularly sitting in the outside seating area, however I don't think this is something the hotel can control and is likely due to the older plumbing on the island. The staff are also very friendly & willing to help - multiple times we asked the reception staff for help and the woman manning it was really helpful, answering all our questions and helping us navigate the buses & our trip to Aqualand! This made us feel very welcomed and did really come in handy when it came to getting out & about. Overall, I have to say this didn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! - our room was basically falling apart ; shower constantly leaking onto a slippery floor, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, hinges broken on all cupboards. - The food was cold, overcooked, some was okay such as the chips and plain pasta. - all inclusive but the bar shuts at 11:00pm? - the drinks machines always needing to be repaired - smell of sewage everywhere you go - the swimming pool is literally falling apart - most of the staff looked miserable - cheap plastic cups for drinks this is not a 4 star hotel at all!

Do not go to this hotel, I have just stayed here with my family for the past week and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The smell off sewage was everywhere due to there being a waist plant behind the rooms. The food was dreadfull. There power supply is cooled using a motor fan out front and the swimming pool was falling apart. There page says there is wifi through out the hotel witch is not true as it isn't in the rooms. My bathroom was caked in mold. The service was ok apart from one off the lady's at the reception was rude. One off our rooms has a broken shower and open drain cover. My nan is a severe lung problems and is in a ventilation unit and she was sleeping in a room that smelt off human waist. There was a fire in the electric unit because black smoke was pouring out but they tried to play it off as if there was no issues. Due to the smell off human waist we all got eaten alive by mosquitos. Myself having 25 bites on my back alone. And the elevator is broken the room is cracked with wires showing. And the toilet in are room is rusted. The hand rails om the stairs rock witch is unsave and my lamp was tapes with maskin tape to hide wires. There was also a fire in the electric station. They man hole covers doe the swedge was also open .the swimming pool floor was also falling apart .Do not stay at this hotel

The hotel is in a good location, situated on a hill with a nice view, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. However, there are several downsides that made our stay less enjoyable. One of the biggest issues is the very strong smell of sewage around the hotel, especially near the dining area. This was extremely unpleasant, particularly when eating. Transportation is also quite limited – the only bus connection goes directly to Corfu Town, so getting around without a car is difficult. The rooms are clean, but not very functional. The shower is very small with a curtain that constantly sticks to you, and there is no space to put toiletries. There are also no wardrobes or shelves in the room to store clothes, which makes longer stays inconvenient. The dining room is small and often overcrowded. Breakfasts are repetitive, and desserts were frequently missing. Drinks are served in single-use plastic cups, which is shocking and environmentally unfriendly. There is very poor mobile reception and the Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms, so staying connected is a challenge. On a positive note, the staff are kind and always willing to help.

I had a lovely break from start to finish! We arrived late at night on 27/07/25, after 10 PM. Even though dinner time had finished, Loretta at reception kindly offered us dinner. She is such a lovely and welcoming person – thank you, Loretta! All the hotel staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard – thank you to the housekeeping team! Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. My son and I also really enjoyed using the gym and sauna – everything was fantastic. The food was amazing – honestly some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. I felt completely relaxed and was able to make the most of all the facilities, which meant a lot given how busy my life usually is. This was truly one of my most unforgettable holidays. A very nice hotel that I would definitely love to return to!

The only shame is that in the evening you can hear the music quite a bit from the hotel room... and regarding the meals, a little more variety would have been great, but it's still super good, so not too disturbing. Otherwise, having booked on Booking.com, we were told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, but on site there isn't all that... it's a shame... but otherwise GREAT

The hotel has wonderful facilities and potential; the staff seemed to do their absolute best with what has been offered to them. The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

Room was nice and tidy. Cleaners was wonderful. Staff members Keya, Kawsar and Asif really stood out providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The pool was great and the hotel is located near the coral bay beach which is wonderful. This review is a 4 star and not a 5 because 1: the gym opening hours are not available before or around breakfast or around dinner. The opening hours are strange as people will be busy doing other stuff during 10am-6pm. 2: whilst hotel suggests beachfront, not the best beachfront and cannot access the water as surrounded by stones and rocks. 3: barman by the poolside needs to work the bar more fairly by seeing who arrived in what order to the bar so customers are served fairly.

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. We had a great time spending 10 days at the Hollywood Mirage. Staff were very good, welcoming and helpful. You get a small cleaning pack containing washing up liquid and cloths which is a nice touch. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our room had a spiral staircase up to the bedroom., it wasn’t the widest but it was fine for us. We chose to use pool 2 out of the three we could choose from. It gave as the most shade during the hottest times of the day. We will look to come back and stay in the future.

We stayed at Hollywood Mirage for a week. Place looked great at first, but not for long. On the second night of our stay we have discovered the place is full of cockroaches. You could see them on the halls and in bathrooms.The place looks great on the outside but the rooms are not too clean. You could see dust all over the room. We had a cleaning lady come in once during our stay to change the sheets and give fresh towels. On the positive note, the hotel gives you free bus connection to the beach. The hotel is located on a hill, so taking a bus directly to the hotel is a huge plus. Food was average as it usually is in hotels, so no complaints here. If you want to try nice Spanish cuisine, go to a restaurant.

Had a fabulous stay here with family and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Would come again and select particular rooms in advance. We were content with the three pools on offer and appreciated the different vibe to suit how we were feeling each day. The breakfast was good for us, with lots of variety. The little shop on site was super handy! We didn’t mind the location of the hotel and made use of the free busses down to the coast. We could still see the sea! I really enjoyed the entertainment night with the BBQ food by the pool and the aqua gym class was a lot of fun each day! The rooms were spotless and clean, with plenty of space. Exceptional value for money!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lifeguard Victor at the Beverly Hills pool is the best. Was here for a week mid July and One of the worst stays from a comfort and chill point of view. Why cant they have one of pools for adults only? GOOD: Reception staff, free bus, decent supermarket 2 minutes away down the road, rooms we big and decent air-conditioning, kitchen facilities and beds we hard but okay. BAD: Pool! Never went in any of the pools once on our entire stay! Too many people, all pools kids taken over, hardly and sunbeds you had people queuing early morning lined up with their towels!! Never been away before when we couldn't use the pool ever this was the 1st. Distance to resort was huge!! Maybe walk down in 30 minutes but back up take you for ever if your legs didn't fall off 1st..Couldn't grab a coffee from the pool bar was told to move along and couldn't sit down even though most of the tables were empty and even if we decided to grab some food that put us off and didn't make us feel like guests of that hotel.

When you first arrive at the hotel, the reception staff greets you with a smile and quickly completes your transactions and directs you to your room. The front office manager, Suat Bey, will immediately deal with any problems you may have and do his best to quickly resolve them. As for the cleaning of the rooms, your rooms are cleaned every day. There is all kinds of food in the restaurant, all delicious. We are looking forward to having our holiday at Club Mermaid again.

We recently stayed at Club Mermaid Village. Overall, the hotel is fine — the rooms are clean, the facilities are decent, and the general atmosphere is pleasant enough. However, there are two things that really took away from the experience. First, the music at the pool area is excessively loud. It’s not just lively — it’s blasting to the point where you can barely hold a conversation or enjoy a moment of peace. If you’re hoping to relax by the pool, this can quickly become overwhelming. Second, while I understand that guests want to have fun, it’s frustrating and genuinely unsafe when people play with a hard volleyball around the pool. There are plenty of guests trying to relax, yet large goals are set up right next to sunbeds, and balls are flying dangerously close — or directly into — people. I was hit in the head with full force, ended up with a black eye, swelling, and had to spend an entire day in my room with a headache. What’s particularly frustrating is that there’s another pool nearby, next to the water slides, which is closed every day from 12 to 2 PM. It would make far more sense — and be much safer — to allow ball games in that area during that time, rather than in the middle of a crowded poolside filled with families. All in all, Club Mermaid Village has potential, but some basic changes to noise levels and a serious rethink of safety around the pool area are needed.

Still at the hotel but what a big disappointment. The staff is unfriendly and short. The rooms are minuscule and dated, shower head is blocked, cockroaches in the room. Only 2 swimming pools and quite small, people blocking seats since the night before and no one doing anything about it. Floors are slippery everywhere even in your own bathroom, Wifi is 17eur per person, can’t even share because they ask for your phone and put in the code themselves. Music is super loud everywhere. A la carte restaurant is closed while in high season. Hotel gives an all-over worn impression, we payed quite a big sum to stay here, and when you arrive you see this old hotel, what a bummer. Food is ok, not too bad but showcased in a way it really does not inspire your hunger. Very chaotic at meal times. Beach is 15min walk away and quite ok, snacks at beach are not included however, so if you stay the day you have to keep going back and forth. Antalya center is 15kms away, 1hr in public transport, so no center at walking distance, only a few bazars with very unpleasant personnel. We booked through Sunweb and had a 3 hour drive from the airport. With a stop in between where they charge you enormous amounts in Turkish Lira for eating something (we had to eat since our flight was delayed for 3 hours and it was already passed midnight and we hadn’t eaten in forever) 7eur for a very small kebab and 7eur for a really small portion of fries. So beware!

The best part was definitely the staff, especially the Animation Team and Kadir – they were very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything.We also really liked the evening activities! The food tasted good, but the main dishes were a bit repetitive.

Great location 5 minutes walk from loads of shops and bars. All inclusive drinks were nice and easy to get served. Entertainment was good on evenings. Different cuisine every night (Mexican, Spanish, Italian, Chinese) and lots of food options so you'll find something you will enjoy. Staff were all great, friendly and helpful, and the cleaners did an excellent job every day Rooms were absolutely fine in our opinion, comfy beds and a nice lounge area Only downside was the sports bar. The bar was open with lots of different sports showing, but you had to get drinks from outside and take them into the sports bar.

I invited on the holiday a person who became drunk and violent. This was unexpected and scary for me as I was also with my 9 year old autistic son. I was hesitant but I asked reception at 4 am to be moved because I could not bare it anymore. My son couldn't be at peace either. The way the security man and the director responded was immediate and efficient. I was moved to another room temporarily for the night and then I was back in our room when the other guest was removed from the premises. The staff at the bar Ivis, her husband Leicer, Mario, Iona and Antonio, even the bar manager Alejandro was the loveliest person to talk to. I felt supported and not alone for the rest of the week. I also want to thank Rosa at the restaurant for allowing my autistic son to take food out from the buffet when he didn't want to go in. The chef Juan (Cuban ex professor) was also very kind and friendly, made sure to let me know what was going to be on the menu so I could plan. There was a cleaning lady who went above and beyond, not only cleaning but also supporting me emotionally when she saw me cry. Her name is Liliana, I feel she deserves a raise. I haven't met such an honest and loving woman who made me feel at home. Everyone was so amazing I left tips for all of them.

We are just coming to the end of our holiday and we loved it. This is a budget hotel, however there are many perks. The location is perfect with lots of shops and a lovely area. There isn't a great deal of choice of food, however the food that is available is beautiful, especially the breakfast. The rooms do need an update, however they are comfortable and clean, also how long do you actually spend in your rooms on holiday?... If your looking for a cheaper holiday this ticks all the boxes.

Hotel review Great location, staff super friendly especially Antonio and Daniel, food was consistent and always ample, swimming pool was nice and clean, accommodation is dated but everything was clean and tidy but no air con (we left our front door open and this was ok) there was 2 fans in the room and a tv and a little fridge, everything was in good working order. Bear in mind the checkout is at 12.00 and the all inclusive stops then. Overall we had a lovely holiday but we did explore outside the hotel most days and would recommend a car for at least a couple of days (3 days fully inclusive of extra insurance was less then €100 at eurocar, would highly recommend then as the service was excellent) There is also Baileys gym next door which do a week pass for €20 pp and there is no age limit (Alfie is 14 and he could go on anything)

I am here now & nearing the end of my holiday so feel I have had enough time here to write a review. Firstly we aren't a fussy family & went with this hotel for many reasons ( near to airport, in the area we wanted & for all inclusive) The complex is lovely, its not built up & just looking at it is nice. The rooms are basic but they are clean ( as clean as they can get them) towels were replaced daily & although they only provide one pillow for each bed they are happy to supply more ( just pop to reception & ask) The staff are lovely, always say hello & are very friendly 😀 The whole place is constantly being cleaned and maintained. The pool bar (which i believe to be the only bar other than in the restaurant) is lovely I do feel a bit confused with the all inclusive. I have never been to an all inclusive where you dont get ALL INCLUSIVE. There are pizzas you can buy chips, club sandwiches & burgers etc ( these are meals not snacks & NEED to be paid for) You do however get bar snacks during the day ( crisps, burgers, hot dogs, onion rings & some pasty items) if you want anything else you have to pay The restaurant food id say is 'ok' breakfast is the best for me & plentiful. Lunch is good for chips sandwiches with salad etc but there is a decent variety for a smaller hotel Evening meal has been good. They do theme nights, last night ( tue) was 'indian night- it couldn't have been further from an Indian & out of the whole weeks food i can honestly say I was dissatisfied. There isn't much for fussy eaters- bread , chips & pasta- so bare this in mind if you have fussy eaters with you or are a fussy eater. The pool to me has been the highlight ive never really found it too busy & even when it has been more busy there are plenty of tables & chairs so you can still sit by the pool. The pools are decent ones baby pool a pool which is 1.3m going to 1.7 in the deeper end & another which is 2m deep. They are lovely, cleaned daily & warm. There is a lifeguard on from 10am-6pm daily. You can swim before and after this but ar your own risk ( as long as its not being cleaned) you can use floatiies too which is also good In terms of entertainment id say it's very lacking. But if you want to relax then this is it. They also have a washer and dryer at the back which is like 6 euro ( very large drum) dryer (a separate cost) Also the restaurant is never busy it's so nice to walk in without queuing.

Had a fantastic stay, staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble. I have been on a fare few holidays and the food here was amazing, so much variety and good quality. The rooms are a little tired but very clean so not a problem. We did yoga aqua fit and step and the fitness and entertainment team were so very good. I would like to thank you for a wonderful stay along with 9 other other members of my family. Would definitely recommend it.

You get what you pay for. The staff and entertainment is 1000/10 genuinely super funny and friendly there is a show on every night and it is always and I mean always great. If you love experiences this is the place for you! The food is great cannot complain the rooms are standard but are still great and quite big the sea view is amazing. Had an amazing holiday for 8 nights I would really recommend!

Spent 4 nights here. When it comes to the rooms, you get what you paid for. They could do with more thorough cleaning, though. The pool area is small considering the amount of rooms there are. Food is okay - plenty choices, hot & cold. And snacks are good too. The plates and cutlery were quite dirty. Drinks are decent. Tokens given during the day for reusable cups and then glasses in the evening. Two shops on the complex which are well stocked. 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Staff are friendly. Very accessible too. Slopes and lifts to get around easily.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The food was fine, especially if you like fish and eat pork, but the variety was limited for those who don’t. There were snacks available almost all day, which was very satisfying, and the bar staff were friendly and quick to serve whatever you asked for. There was entertainment throughout the day and evening, and everyone could join in. The animation team did an excellent job, they were engaged, interacted with the guests, and made the stay significantly better. A special thanks to Alvaro and Wilson for their great work.♥️

The food was decent, although there wasn’t much variety — it was mostly fish or pork, and quite repetitive from day to day. Our room was comfortable, but unfortunately, there was no fridge to store drinks or snacks for the evening. We also had cockroaches in our room, and the bathroom had a leak, so after showering, water would spill across the floor and even seep through the wall. The highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team. They made the experience so much better and are the main reason I’m rating the hotel 4 stars instead of 3. The entertainment was fun, lively, and well-organized, and Alvaro and Wilson, in particular, did an amazing job at getting everyone involved and making guests feel welcome.

This hotel is lovely and as long as you are going with the expectation that you are staying in a 3* hotel and not a 5* hotel you should have a wonderful time. Pros- Clean and spacious hotel. Housekeeping are wonderful and keep rooms/communal areas clean to a high standard. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy to help and friendly. 3 different pool areas to suit everyone NO FIGHTING FOR SUN LOUNGERS, you can find one at any point in the day as people don't leave their towels on all day and only use it for an hour. Food plentiful and fresh. Room adequate for the amount of time spent in them. Cons- Any local shop is around a 20 minute walk apart from the on site shop which is rather expensive. Food can be a little repetitive. Childrens entertainment can be a little rubbish depending on which staff is doing the mini disco which is only half an hour long at 20.30 which is a little late. Unless your child is put into kids club during the day they are not included by staff on an evening. The bunk beds are not adequate for a young child to sleep on top as there is only half a bar that stops them from falling off. (My 10 YO didn't feel overly safe up there)

Stay as far away from this hotel as possible! Everything about mine and my friend’s experience here was awful, start to finish. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor, the carpets throughout the hotel lobbies and stairs are covered in stains, both the inside and outside the tables were hardly ever clean and the reusable cups aren’t cleaned properly, they’re just sprayed and rinsed, no proper cleaning or sanitation of the rims of the cups where you drink from, and the bar staff were always annoyed whenever we asked for new cups. The staff in general had an appalling attitude towards us, reception staff were blunt and not helpful, the bar staff were always annoyed whenever you asked for anything, the beach transfer driver had no regards for safety and would constantly overfill the minivan. The only shining light of the staff was the lovely woman in the hotel shop, she was always smiling and happy and would dance and joke with me and my friends whenever we entered her shop. The manager, who told us his name was GM, was the most unprofessional and rude person we encountered. He demanded us into his office, and originally only tried getting the girls of the group in the office with him and refusing to let the boys come in with them. We refused this and all went in together, where he was extremely aggressive and nasty in tone towards us and our complaints about the quality of the hotel. He was condescending and confrontational and was trying to abuse his power over us asking questions like “do you know who is the one giving the orders here? Me.” The whole conversation he was arguing with us against our complaints and not being cooperative to resolve any of them, and using it being 3 star hotel as an excuse for all the faults rather than wanting to improve our experience. He also stereotypes us from the beginning of the conversation, assuming we came for a party holiday and to be clubbing, when all we were looking for was a relaxing poolside holiday. The pool area was also disgusting, the first day we arrived the pool was taped off for “cleaning purposes” but there was no cleaning happening, it just reopened and nothing had changed about it. The food was always freezing cold, even the hot food had no warmth at all, we tried the beans, sausage, and bacon and they were all stone cold. The bread rolls were the only thing we ate after this and even they weren’t the best. We saw countless other reviews from the last month about how the food was making people ill and after visiting the hotel, we can see exactly why it made them so ill. The hotel is also full of bugs and animals, we saw a rat scurrying around the pool bar, and found silverfish, ants, earwigs, and countless other bugs and creatures in our hotel rooms. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly, they are full of stains and black mould, and feel extremely dirty to be in. I had some sort of slime come off the door and stain my finger, as well as the lights coming out of the wall, flooding bathrooms, and the no locks on the door. Everything about this place made me and my friends feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Definitely not a family friendly hotel and definitely not a place to ever consider staying.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and my experience was disappointing. The hotel is very old and not well maintained. Despite being on 6th floor, there were ants everywhere. Food was another issue. Although there were always some options, the quality was poor and often felt like it was made from leftovers from day before. As a vegan, I was told before booking that I would be accommodated, but in reality the kitchen staff were not very helpful. The one positive was that fresh and tasty melon was available every day. The most ridiculous thing is that you get a plastic cup for the drinks and have to carry them with you all the time for your all length of stay. They staff just rinse it before pouring the drink. The pool area was the biggest letdown. The hotel is overcrowded. It was always dirty with floating hair and rubbish, and I never saw anyone cleaning the pool area during the day. The hotel is also far from everything, which we were aware of before coming. To my surprise The hotel is located near sewage, which made the stay even more unpleasant. It smelled horrible from every part of the hotel. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and my kid enjoyed the slides at the pool and the mini golf. Overall, for the high price we paid, I really regret booking this hotel. I cannot recommend it, and I wish I had chosen another place to stay in Mallorca.

Just back from a week at HSM Canarios Park with my Wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. We all had the best time. This hotel is ideal for families with kids. The food is good, nothing fancy but plenty options for the kids and fresh fish or meat cooked at the buffet every day. The restaurant is open for long periods which makes it easier to plan your day and means you can avoid busier times. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to the overall experience of feeling welcome at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned so thoroughly and beds were always made up and room tidied and cleaned throughout the day. The staff would even make the kids beds and then lay their teddies on top. There are 3 pools at the hotel so always space to find a couple of sun loungers. The kids pool was great, so shallow so easy to relax and not have to worry. There are shuttles into the town but we always opted to walk as it's a straightforward route that's pleasant and safe to walk - about 20 mins or so. The tourist markets in the town are great and well worth the walk. Some nice bars and cafes too. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave so I think that says it all!

I recently visited HSM Canarios Park with my friends for a nice memorable holiday. However it wasn’t nice at all and memorable for all the wrong reasons!! When we first arrived we were greeted by reception and when we checked in we were given a sheet of paper which was for a single cup for drinks for the WHOLE HOLIDAY!! I found this appalling as we paid for an all inclusive, so having to have one cup the whole holiday shouldn’t be right and definitely not very hygienic. On our first day we made a complaint to the holiday company we flew with as the hotel was not how it was described when we booked it and VERY unhygienic. The tables were dirty, our food was cold at breakfast, the ceiling in our bathroom had mold on it (which was unsafe for me as i have asthma), the bathroom would flood after one use of the shower, the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from the room next door, stains on the bed sheets and around the room, there was no inside lock on the door and there was loads of bugs in our room (ants, silverfish on my bed, A RAT, and other creatures). We then got called in the managers office and the way he spoke to us was appalling!!! We were a group of 3 girls and 2 boys and in this ‘meeting’ he only wanted to speak to the girls!!!! This was because he was trying to single us out and saw us as easy targets. When we finally argued that we aren’t going in without the boys he let us all in. When we were in there he singled me out made me sit down on a chair and asked me condescending questions like ‘do you know where you are?’. Throughout the whole meeting he was very condescending, unapologetic, unprofessional and just out right rude treating us like children and constantly stereotyping us! We never stayed in the hotel as we didn’t feel safe we was only there to sleep and shower. In the day we would take the beach shuttle to the beach which was VERY unreliable. The man driving the 8 seater van would try and fit around 15 people in the van which was very unsafe! And he said to me and my friends if we didn’t squeeze in the van, which already had 15 people in there we would have to wait for an hour! This was RIDICULOUS as when I spoke to reception they said he should come back until there is no one waiting, which was a lie! Overall all of the staff made us all feel extremely uncomfortable the whole trip, the staff was talking and pointing at us all the time and just being very unhelpful! The only member of staff in the entire hotel that was kind, fun and made us feel welcome was the lady in the shop! She would dance with us when we would enter, and had amazing energy! She deserves all the praise and deserves better than working in that dump!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I understand that the hotel is only listed as a three star, but some of things we experienced during our stay wouldn’t even qualify for a one star hotel.

Came here with low expectations, and they didn't exceed them, you definitely get value for your money but I feel like a little more effort could make the experience more enjoyable. For instance, the rooms weren't cleaned everyday only the bed was made but the bathroom wasn't ever cleaned they just fold the towels. Also, I feel like the beach towels and gym should be free of charge as this is an "all inclusive". The food was okay depending on what you get, it changes everyday which is nice and the ingredients could be better quality but it was good! The drinks however unless you are getting beer the cocktails are just way too sweet and their alcohol is mixed up with water because no matter how much they put, it doesn't change anything, so you end up drinking a lot of them and then getting a stomach ache because of all the sugar. Anyway you get what you pay for and it was a nice stay!

What a brilliant resort, especially if you have kids. All inclusive service was great, food, drinks, ice cream on tap for the wee ones. Really great, hard-working entertainment team as well that really help you out, even with the little things! Food was well done, great variation and the chance to try a lot of local dishes. It was well catered for and the staff were always very hard at work, especially given how hot it has been. Hats off to them all. Really friendly and welcoming. Can't praise this hotel enough. Would happily come back. Ignore the egits who've moaned, sorry but when you go abroad it will be different! That's the whole point. 💯 👏 👏 👏

Cito on the animation team was brilliant with our little girl. Reception always helpful and a private little gym on site ran by Mick which was brilliant. Could do with a few more sunbeds for the busier months

The food was rubbish out of 8 nights away, I only enjoyed the Mexican night. The food was only slightly warm never got anything hot. I wouldn’t return to the hotel purely based on the food.

First time I have stayed here. I was issued an apartment above the pool bar with a fantastic sea view. The food in the restaurant was not to a mitchlin standard but I tried many of the items served and the food was good. They offer a good variation to cater for all types. The scrambled eggs was amazing. I wasn't bothered about the lager/beer being served on the all inclusive or the evening entertainment but other than that I would not hesitate to stay here again. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping staff were very polite and showed quality in their work standards. How this is only a 3.9 rating on trip advisor is completely wrong in my opinion. It takes a good team effort and they are certainly doing it right here. If anybody was to ask for a negative I would say stay well clear of the on site supermarket. All the prices were double what they cost in the spar down the road. (10 minute stroll).

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I felt well taken care of right from the start. The room was beautiful with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the fresh linens to the complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant Asian, Greek, and Mexican food, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return the next time I’m in the area. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

We have just got home from our holiday here. First holiday abroad with our kids (10,8,5). We have had an amazing time. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was a family room and we found this perfectly adequate with 5 of us in there. Lovely views over the sea. Beds comfortable and all nice and clean. Plenty of storage with safe provided and mini bar stocked I think every day. The food was delicious and to be honest careered for every taste. You couldn't think of what more they could have offered, the range was brilliant. The beach is literally on the edge of the resort with beach bar, toilets and loungers all on the beach. There was a bus stop directly outside the hotel which was very convenient for any sightseeing and the concierge kindly provided information on the timetable for this. Highly recommend this hotel, we were all sad to leave after an absolutely amazing week.

The food and staff were fantastic. We had such a wonderful stay and the location to the beach was brilliant. We were able to snorkel straight from the beach and see lots of fish. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return. The one thing that could have been improved was the bathroom. The hotel did try to rectify our problems with a leaking shower, but it really needs a complete refurbishment of the bath area.

Just back from a very hot and sunny week here in Rhodes. The positives for me are the great location overlooking the sea and the grounds of the hotel are kept beautifully. The room is a decent size and the balcony is lovely too. The bar staff and the lady making the amazing crepes were also friendly and happy to help. I found the other staff to be very hit and miss - some of them really looked like they didn’t want to be there at all, especially on reception. I do not know how the hotel secured its five star status - it’s more of a three star I think. Improvements are definitely needed: - the bathrooms are old and our shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. It’s just a dated shower over a bath system - the main restaurant is very busy and the air conditioning units are no way enough to cover the size of the room so it was always uncomfortably hot. - I think for the amount of guests, a 3rd pool is needed. The sunbed/towel situation every morning was pretty annoying and the sunbeds themselves are old and whack you in the head whenever you sit on them! - trying to secure a late checkout was very frustrating and again the staff weren’t especially helpful I enjoyed my stay as I was with family but I would not return here.

Absolutely amazing experience at the hotel's main bar! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the elegant atmosphere and the warm, welcoming staff. The bartenders Elias & Efi were not only friendly and professional but also incredibly skilled — every cocktail we tried was perfectly crafted and delicious. The ambiance was perfect for both relaxing evenings and lively nights out. The music was always at the right volume, and the seating was comfortable and stylish. We especially appreciated the wide selection of drinks, from classic favorites to creative signature cocktails. It truly felt like the heart of the hotel — a great place to unwind after a long day or start off a fun evening. We looked forward to coming back every night. Highly recommended!

The positives: the food service is excellent — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good. The dining hall staff are outstanding: the man who greets you at the entrance is always so welcoming, and the lady with red hair who clears tables has such a lovely smile that brightens the whole room. A special mention goes to Barkeh, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. He always did his best to resolve any issues and made us feel very welcome. However, there were several downsides. Room service didn’t happen for two days, and when it finally did, very little was actually done. The Wi-Fi, which is advertised, didn’t work in our room at all, and large parts of the hotel had no coverage either — unfortunately, no help was offered to fix this. The gym looks abandoned, with equipment that doesn’t work. In our room, the AC was unreliable, and the main light didn’t work, making it difficult to get ready in the evenings. Lastly, while most of the staff were fantastic, the lady serving drinks at the bar wasn’t very friendly compared to the rest of the team. Overall, this hotel shines because of its dining services and wonderful staff like Barkeh, but the lack of reliable Wi-Fi, poor room upkeep, and neglected facilities really let it down.

I really wish I had read the reviews before booking. Unfortunately, the room we were given was in very poor condition. The toilet had unpleasant stains, the room lights and AC didn’t work properly, the WiFi wouldn’t work, even around most of the resort and the room service phone was out of order. There were no duvets provided. Housekeeping only came once during our entire stay, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the food was quite good, and most of the staff were genuinely lovely - especially the receptionist who checked us in and the ladies who took care of the dining area. Sadly, the bartender was the opposite and she left us with a bad impression. If you enjoy the pool and want a nearby beach to relax at, the resort can be okay. However, location-wise, it’s not ideal- thankfully, we had a rental car, which made it easier to explore attractions, but without one, we would’ve felt quite stuck.

The hotel itself is located I would say 25 min walk from the nearest beach. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to the beach throughout the day. The indoor pool was not available. The staff were really nice and kind though. All very polite and professional, shout out to Max, the Entertainment guy, he is such an amazing person, ! He talks to everyone, he gives the best tips about what to do around the area, he ensures everyone is having a great time, he is also a very smart person with whom you can discuss literally about anything and he is quite funny. He made our stay more enjoyable.

Initially it is a lovely hotel, the views are incredible. But due to the fact, the food is flavourless and awful, the pool shuts at 7, after 11pm you have to start paying for drinks, the lingering smell of poo by the pool, having to witness managers yell at staff, the fact that you are constantly missing on eating anyway if you don’t wake up crazy o’clock in the morning, i understand they have a schedule but we got in from our flight at quarter to 11 and we were starving but there is no food not snacks or anything, they also just lay out the same things pretty much everyday anyway, finally the wifi is shocking, it doesn’t work in rooms but sometimes in common rooms. Right but apart from that the pools are lovely, our room had a great view with a balcony, beds were comfortable and showers were nice plus there’s loads of little freebies you get, a 10 minute massage in the first 2 days and a free professional picture. Also bring your hiking boots or be prepared to pay 4-5 pounds for a taxi every time you want to go to town and back, the road leading to the hotel is windy and STEEP walking down is bearable but going up i have never done something so challenging

We got put in a room across the pool and down some steps so can’t comment about the main hotel rooms. Our room was big, the bed was really comfortable and the aircon was fab. However the room was shabby, finished poorly and smelled like a drain (we went out and bought air freshener it was so bad) the shower was massive but never got properly warm and the shower head was angled weird so you had to hold it all shower. The view from the panoramic bar is stunning, but let down by crap drinks (pina coladas are good when they actually have the stuff to make them) the bars are understaffed so make sure you get more than one drink at at a time. All the staff we came across were pleasant and spoke reasonable English. On the first day we were pleasantly surprised by the food by the fourth day I literally couldn’t stomach it. The same flavourless stuff every meal time. We ate out half of the nights (and spent a fortune) , incredibly disappointing considering it’s meant to be AI. The grounds of the hotel are lush and well maintained. The pool is lovely, plenty of sunbeds but be prepared to get up and save one if you want a specific place, no thumping music, if anything we hoped they would play something to add some atmosphere. No entertainment at all, you make your own fun. Town is a two minute taxi ride away which cost 200 lira, beware the hill. Beach is lovely didn’t use the bar there but was told only soft drinks and coffee. Overall we had a lovely holiday, made by the people we met, the town and surroundings are great but would never return to the x life hotel.

Just got back from our week away here and it exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent and close to main Bugibba bus station which allows for easy travel around the whole country. Even the hop on sightseeing buses stop outside! The food for breakfast and dinner provided a lot of variety which meant there was something for everyone. The facilities were excellent. We used the roof pool during the morning (no need to run to claim a sun bed as there was plenty for everyone). Then in the evening if we had been sightseeing, we went and used the indoor pool and jacuzzi (hardly anyone was using it!) Our room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping were excellent. The staff here were all friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay here and we are even thinking about rebooking for next summer.

Had a great week’s holiday at the Hotel Santana. Staff are friendly and attentive. I have coeliac disease and each mealtime I was able to speak with the chefs and have a plate made up from the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. We also used the pool bar and cafe. Room was large - with fridge, safe and two balconies. Beds were comfortable. Roof top pool and spa were lovely. Didn’t struggle to find a bed. Great location near to 24 hour shop, supermarket, bars and bus station. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere comfortable and convenient for onward transport and local bars.

It’s situated in a very convenient location as there is a 24hr shop next door and the sea front is minutes away by walking. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Drinks were reasonably priced. Rooms are cleaned daily, always fresh and tidy. The reception handles everything efficiently. The food is tasty and varied, so everyone can find something they like. At first sight, the hotel looks amazing, but once you settle in, the issues become apparent. This hotel barely meets a 3-star standard. A 5-star hotel would provide all basic toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, etc.), but this hotel provides none of these. The rooms are poorly maintained, and the air conditioning barely works. The food is absolutely disgusting, with the same repetitive menu every day, and there are flies around the food constantly. The drinks are very cheap quality, and the glasses are washed without any washing liquid, which unfortunately led me to catch a cold sore. You won’t find proper coffee anywhere in the hotel; it’s just unacceptable. The staff are relatively nice, but the management is very rude. Entertainment options are quite limited. There are no shops nearby, so if you need to buy anything, you’ll have to go into the city. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we spent on this holiday. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Just got back, arrived at 11am and was told to have lunch and come back and the room would be ready but wasn’t ready until nearly 3.30pm. Got to the room and it was a twin room instead of a double, and they told me to check for a room change yet it didn’t become available. Would not have booked if I knew it was two single beds pushed together. Bathroom is dated, limescale so bad on the sink tap it can’t lift properly, bath plug was broken, paint chipping off the bath (not sure why it’s painted), counters and everything just damaged, old and in need of replacing. Cupboard doors not on hinges properly in the room. Cleaners never actually cleaned the room, just made the bed, didn’t give toilet roll when asked and would take the towels out the room and not replace them until much later. Massages in the spa were okay, other than the male masseuse making weird noises throughout the entirety of my partners massage. Animation team seemed good with everyone else but didn’t take no for an answer which could be very uncomfortable. If you fancy an early night, forget it, it’s all very loud and then the early starts or you don’t get a sun bed because there are not enough. Beach is tiny and dirty. They state they have cameras but when i had an issue pool side, lifeguard told me they don’t actually face down. Food was okay apart from some undercooked chicken and breakfast croissants hard enough to knock someone out with. Pool is very clean and was probably the best part.

Stayed in 3 stars which are much better. Rooms are very outdated, bathroom smells of mould. Took ages checking in, first they make you fill out the tourist tax paper work then you queue up to pay for your tourist tax and then you get your room key and you only get one room key. You have to pay for the gym, so does the description show there’s a gym when it’s not included! Everything is mid match in the bedrooms and curtains need a good old wash.

Nice hotel but not a 5 stars for these reasons : Hotel needs renovation. It must been a nice hotel in its early days. Room are very spacious and bed every comfortable but cleaning could be better. Luvkmy room was ready when i checked in but smelled paint and i realises the bath was painted and my feet full had white paint on when i went for a shower 😅 Too many staff doing nothing; no toilet tissue or hand wash in the communal toilet. when you ask staff they look at you like they don't know what you are doing. No direction/ trainning for the job. Food was OK but no flavour. Too much options with no taste/flavour; could been better to have few option each day but nice and tasty. Cakes tasted like a normal bread with sugar. Some staff are too friendly. If you are a single women you feel uncomfortable of them trying to chat to you and asking your number. Very few staff are genuinely friendly and very caring for the guest without waiting for a tip. Pool bar staff specially the guys with glasses ( can't remember his name ) is very rude. No bath gown or sleepers for a 5 stars hotel available in the room, no shampoo and body wash hard to come out from the dispenser No shops/restaurants/ coffee shops etc near the hotel and then you have to pay £35 to access the gym. Spar and massage are over priced too. At least the GYM should be available gir hotel guest.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, 3 pools and outdoor seating around the full complex. The staff were all amazing and very attentive. The food and drinks were good, the food always varied so you have options. The re was a transfer to the beach every 30 minutes from hotel where you can enjoy the food truck and bar at no extra cost. The rooms were cleaned daily and never had any issues. Would 100% come back.

Wonderful hotel! Service is amazing, staff are so friendly and accommodating! Food and drink selection is excellent and varied! Breakfast selection very similar to lunch/dinner. The location is only a short shuttle away from the beach. The rooms are lovely and refreshing, just a little touching up is needed, but otherwise this hotel has been a joy to stay in! We would say there is only a small amount of performances/entertainment in the evenings, would have been lovely to see more.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely excellent – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety every day. The staff, including the animators, chefs, and waiters, were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The drinks were also top quality, with a wide selection and great taste. Another big plus was the large variety of à la carte restaurants – there’s something for everyone, and each one offered a unique dining experience. The only small downside was the distance from the beach, but it’s really not a big issue since there’s a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes, making it easy to get there and back. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come here one more time !

Arrived here 4 says ago, the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Islam is the main guy and runs the entertainment side of things and speaks to everyone around the pool daily. He's absolutely brilliant and I look forward to our daily chats. The rooms are comfortable and based on a 3 star is lovely. The rooms are cleaned daily. It helps to offer a tip, not essential but very much appreciated by the staff, they work tirelessly and deliver drinks to youthroughou the day if you do. You look after them, they look after you, but as stated not expected by them. Always nice to be nice in my view. If you're questioning booking to stay here, don't, just book you won't regret it!

As a father in my 40s traveling with my wife and two kids, we were looking for a budget-friendly hotel that still offered fun activities for the whole family. Tivoli Aqua Park met our expectations. The hotel is located in Hadaba, not far from the Old Market. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the water slides, and the evening entertainment was a nice touch. During our stay, we wanted to explore more of what Sharm El Sheikh had to offer. We booked a desert safari through a local tour website called PyraSafari. The process was straightforward, and the experience was unforgettable. We rode quad bikes into the desert and came across a life-sized pyramid replica. It was a unique experience that added a special touch to our trip. Overall, Tivoli Aqua Park is a good choice for families on a budget. The combination of hotel amenities and nearby attractions made our stay enjoyable.

Honestly, for the price there are much better hotels in Sharm el Sheikh. I regret staying here — save your money and book elsewhere!

The rooms were not clean at all — dusty, old furniture, and unclean. We asked for 1 double room but we got 1 twin room ! Service was terrible. The staff were unhelpful and slow to respond to any request. The sunbeds of the pool are unclean and our towels were stolen out of sudden. The security didn’t do anything to solve the problem! You have to pay for WiFi access and it didn’t work properly, and mobile signal inside the hotel was weak too.

My partner and I stayed at Tivoli Hotel in February, and I would describe it as a budget-friendly option. The rooms, while somewhat outdated, were still good for the price range. The food was decent, though it did feel repetitive at times, especially since we opted for the all-inclusive package. The highlight of our stay was our housekeeper, Rada. He was incredibly attentive, checking in on us every day to ensure we were comfortable. His kindness and dedication felt genuine, as he went out of his way to help without any expectation of a tip—which made us all the more eager to show our appreciation at the end of our trip. He truly deserves recognition for his hard work and service.

The pros: - lobby looks nice - great WiFi - good airconditioning in the room - food from the buffet is nice (and warm enough) - gardens are well kept - staff at the reception is friendly - the Balinese beds are free - enough and sufficient working elevators (the building has 8 floors) The cons: - the hotel is averagely situated, if you want great views, book a high situated hotel in Puerto Rico - even though the policy says reservering sun beds isn't allowed, people do it and nobody removes the towels (there's towels and empty alcohol bottles and left overs from yesterday at one of the Balinese beds as we speak - it's 12:25 in the afternoon) - the staff apart from the reception isn't very friendly, especially at the pool bar where they sometimes don't even notice you because they're on the phone or simply aren't around at all - not enough recycling stations for empty cups and not enough waste bins outside - the food in the snackbar near the pool is repetitive (the tuna sandwich is nice but some variation would work) - I don't find the hotel very clean around the pool. The stairs to the solarium and Balinese beds are dirty and sticky. They haven't been cleaned during my stay so far. They've cleaned the solarium floor (with buckets and mops) this morning but this needs to be professionally done to be hygienic. Mops and a bucket don't do the trick when it's used by many people spilling drinks and food. - the lobby looks renovated but from the pool area looking up to the hotel you can see it's an older building. That's not something bad but you can see it. The corridors look dated too and the room bathroom and balcony too. - no privacy on the balcony, especially when you're staying in a corner room - I asked for a quiet room but I was placed in a room directly next to the elevators. Also, the airconditioning (even though it works good) makes weird, hard noises with intervals. Sleeping with it on wasn't possible. It's just an ok-stay. I've been in two other hotels on Gran Canaria the last years and found them to be remarkably better value for money.

Pretty good. And I don’t mean that from a bad perspective; it’s actually a pretty good place to stay. So, to be clear, I would definitely stay here again. As usual, I’m traveling on business, and I chose this hotel based on recommendation from people I met on the last project in Madrid. Grand Canary seems to be a massive tourist destination for Germans and British. I’ve heard about all-inclusive hotels over the years, but I’ve never actually stayed at one, simply based on what I thought they’d be like. But based on a recommendation from my customer on my last job, I chose this hotel. When booking online, I chose the all-inclusive option. I work long hours and when I come home, I just want to get something to eat and go to bed if there’s nothing really to do. The rooms are just big enough for me, with all rooms looking over the pool and leisure areas, including the Breeze bar and the restaurant. Housekeeping is hit or miss though with the first 3 days being pretty poor, and now the last few days being spot on. I guess it depends on the housekeeper versus a hotel standard. Doesn’t matter, I’m not a slob so, ok fine. All meals are great: there is so much food, the first thing that it reminded me of was a cruise. Beer & wine included with my all-inclusive package, and three squares a day. If you missed a meal, there’s always some nook or cranny to find a snack, cold drink or espresso. After work, I always passed by the Breeze bar for a few draft beers before dinner. Good luck with finding a sunbed by the pool, as the usual European offenders throw their towels on the sun beds at eight in the morning and leave them there all day long - all English & German tourists. Beyond that, the hotel is a good one to stay at. Not a 5* hotel by any means, but it doesn’t market itself to be one. So, value for money - I got what I expected. Again, I would stay here again no doubt.

Great hotel complex with fantastic service and very well maintained gardens. Concider upgrading to the Royal Level if you're not travelling with children as this section is adults only with it's own pool, gym and restaurant areas. Some very nice beach areas with shops and restaurants a short bus, coach or taxi ride away. If you book via one of the main tour operators, they'll tell you which shuttle buses are FREE!! There's also a handy Spar supermarket accross the road with a good selection of essentials should you need anything.

Small walk to beach just under 2km. Hotel nice but didnt warn us that we were not allowed in certain areas. Gym equipment poor or dangerous. Sun loungers reserving was terrible. Had to be by the pool by 9.30 to get one. Food was good but poor for vegetarians and vegans. Nice and clean and rooms spacious. Snack bar and trolley at reception were great.

Stayed with a friend at Barcelo Margaritas April 2025, All inclusive, lovely hotel, and a brilliant stay. Pool (1 of 3) by the breeze bar nice and warm, pool towels are provided, we did not try the family pool up the steps. Pool entertainment staff, Deya, Maya, Savana lovely girls got everyone joining in with different nationality guests with different games every day, bingo, etc. Bar staff Diego, Josh, Alexander, all lovely. Snack bar breeze had hot dogs, burgers, toasted sandwich, salad, pasta, ice creams, very good selection. Restaurant good selection of hot food, themed nights, i.e. chinese, mexican, plenty of fresh fruit, pastries etc. Again all staff at cooking stations very attentive, soft drinks and wine. free bus to the beach, walking distance to main shopping area, but only 3.95 euro taxi if you need. Room: We were on floor 7 lovely views, but lifts to each floor, if you can not manage stairs. Spacious room, toiletries in bathroom, Cleaners/maids very good will change anything you ask and provide a very good service. Evening entertainment some very good and some not so good, but after lounging by the pool and eating all day my very comfortable bed was calling my name. I would say this hotel is more for couples rather than families with children. Would I stay again: Absolutely, you will not be disappointed.

First of all, thank you to all the staff and management that work so hard daily to make this hotel a great experience! We read so many mixed reviews before our holiday here. To our surprise, the hotel was just brilliant. The food was amazing with plenty choices on display. I kept telling my wife how sad it is for people to go online and try to tarnish this hotel’s reputation. Like my 9year old daughter pointed out, ‘it might be people from other hotels/agencies trying to badmouth this place’. Or simply people that didn’t get their way. If you want a 5 star hotel? then pay the big bucks. This was just a nicely priced holiday. I understand there are rooms for improvements, like everything else in life. And I’m sure the hotel are aware of these and working hard to improve on them. Please ignore the naysayers online. Keep an open mind and give this place a try. We’ll definitely be returning here in the future. All the best!

The staff are very hard working (cleaners, handy men etc…) the reception staff not so much. Some of them can be quite helpful while others couldn’t even understand English. The restaurant staff were also very nice and friendly including Francisco and the woman with the very short blonde hair. We wasn’t keen on the food. It was either seafood or Chinese food. So we were very limited in what we ate. Lastly the guests were very snobby! A lot of them looked down their nose at us when they didn’t have to! We still enjoyed ourselves and it’s a lovely area by the beach

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel (3 at best). We have never come across such miserable, unhelpful reception staff. We were unable to contact the hotel by phone so sent an email but didn't receive any response. When we arrived at the hotel we were told the rooms we requested (an option of 4 rooms) were not available and the car park was full (a nice welcome, all without a smile) In the 6 days we were there we never saw the car park full once. We were not advised of the safe arrangements, meal times or pool towels. The rooms are in need of refurbishment, holes in the curtains and very dated. Air conditioning was not working as we were told they were changing from winter into summer so we were advised to open the balcony door! Breakfast was basic with cereal in containers all mixed together. There was a good selection of pastries. All in all not v clean in the bedroom or dining room. The hotel is in an excellent location on a beautiful beach. As there is no direct competition for them I cannot see them updating this hotel although it is badly needed. We will not be staying here again, extremely disappointing.

Overall: Great experience. Longer story: We checked in and mentioned we read bad reviews about the air conditioning and that was important to use. They gave some pointers and assured us it would be fine. The first room we went to it didnt work at all. We went to the front desk and they gave us a new room, no issues! I would say most of the hotel is pretty dated, the room was clean but I wouldn't say the same for the halls and common areas. I definitely think this has a lot of potential but for the price and location it was great!!

Overall a lovely place to stay the food is very nice for an all inclusive hotel, the restaurants are a nice touch and very convenient location with a nice private beach section, WiFi was okay, the problems start with the unprofessional reception staff, on check in being under prepared, then when trying to book restaurants and the spa they were so unhelpful and out right rude, trying to cancel appointments and say we needed to come another time, the bar staff and other employees are great but a clear favouritism towards European guests as they would get priority service and glass wear with British guests served last and in paper cups. To conclude a lovely hotel with in a great location let down by the lack of service training with staff.

The room was comfortable and we were glad it was to the rear of the hotel, less noise from the entertainment at night. Good variety of food, lots of veg and Morrocan cuisine. Pool beds went very quickly so we had to do what everyone else did and put out towels before breakfast. You can access the beach at the back during the day. We booked a local taxi driver for our trips which worked out well. The hotel is looking a bit tired but is in a good location with good customer service. Enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at a hotel in Agadir for 5 days with my family and it was really great! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help if we needed anything. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we had a nice view of the pool. Breakfast was delicious every morning with lots of options. The hotel was also close to the beach, so we could walk there easily every day. Definitely a place I would recommend if you want to relax.

We visited again as we were so impressed last year and this year was no different. Check in room 15 minutes, but we arrived at 10pm so it was quiet. The reception team are friendly and helpful. The room was kept beautifully clean and it was modern in comparison to last years room. I especially love the waterfall shower. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The food was fantastic, the shakshouka was amazing! There was plenty of choice and variations of meals over the week. This year there were allergen labels on food, a great improvement! The waiters and kitchen team are very friendly and will always stop to say Salam! The mint tea in the morning is a must try! The bartenders are very generous with their measurements and really appreciate if you try speaking Arabic to them. The entertainment is second to none! A new animation team greeted us, and what a wonderful group of people they are! The singer (who was there last year) is really good and very engaging with the crowd. The magician blew our minds, very funny and very good at his tricks! We enjoyed Yoga, archery, darts, pool games, water aerobics, beach volley ball and Arabic lessons during the day and had some fun in the evening with karaoke, dancing, quizzes and the Moroccan wedding. Our 6 year old loved kids club, she played games, watched cartoons, made pictures was offered face paint, mini disco and much more! Thanks to, Abdo, Bono, Enzo, Hassan, Abdul, Fifi, Oumaima, Sara, Rihab and Nazim the wonderful Animation team! Thank you Dunes D’or, we will be back again in 2026!

After reading reviews before we went I was a little worried but when we got there it is a lovely adult hotel situated in a great location, close to the main street and seafront of Hersonissos. Clean and tidy rooms, with comfortable beds, bathroom was a little small but at the end of the day it is adequate for the purpose. We found the staff friendly and helpful, and they had prepared some food for us as we were arriving late at night, which was a very nice touch. Food and drink was pretty good but we did eat out too to try the Greek restaurants. All in all, we had a brilliant stay here, and the hotel served as a fantastic base for us to get out and explore the island. We would definitely return.

We have had a fantastic holiday in Crete, The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very well maintained and very clean. Room service comes everyday and a good supply of fresh towels are never a problem. There has never been a race to the sun beds. 2 pools have enough for most sun bathers. Although the pool around the back is cold compared to the main pool. The bar staff are fantastic, well done to George, Paulina and Manos for having a smile and a joke with us. You helped make the holiday enjoyanle. No one can complain about the food, the selection was good and it changed every lunchtime and evening. The deserts are fantastic 😍. Again the staff in the restaurant was helpful and polite. And even at busy times there was enough tables. The all Inclusive drinks are standard fayre, drinkable without being fantastic. You can upgrade to named drinks but it didn't look value for money. The hotel is well presented , clean and tidy with air con in the rooms and reception area. It's us located a few minutes walk from a multitude of shops, cafes , restaurants and bars. With the beach oy a fewinutes more away. The bar which is by the main pool has snacks during the day including ice-cream. It stays open quite late but all inclusive stops at 1pm. It could do with some of the sun beds being moved and a few more table and chairs being put out in the evening though. Friday night is BBQ night by the pool with traditional cretian dancing which we enjoyed. Definitely had value for money here and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of this hotel, definitely book. Very happy with our experience at City Green . Thank you very much.

Great location just minutes from the beach, basic hotel but clean and tidy. The food is a bit repetitive and for my friend who is coeliac there was just salad, salad and more salad!! Food was good though. Drinks, including soft drinks were all local. Two swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds. I would recommend bringing earplugs, it is very noisy. Noise from outside and from guests walking to and from their rooms it's was very echoey, it was also noisy from the rooms either side and upstairs. Tea making facilities in the room (no coffee), rooms are not massive but very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Very strong smell of drains! Nice and friendly staff. No bottled water in the hotel and could do with a snack machine.

Location was great - quick walk to the "strip". Service - Staff were helpful amd attenpted to solve the issues we had. Rooms - Double room booked For a 4 star Hotel you would not expect a double bed to be 2 singles pushed together with separate sheets. The room had a cracked toliet seat lid and a leaky tap from the U - bend ehuch was discovered once a toliet roll was found satuated under the leak. Guests - For an adult hotel they accept 18+ however some guests were loud on the night, we were woken 4 times in 2 nights by banging, shouting and arguing - called reception on both nights to assist. Pool rules were not adhered too for example some guest were jumping into the pool, splashing water over others who were trying to relax - this was unchallenged by staff present. Food - Overall food was good, plenty of variety. Personally, as this is supposed to be adult only but the accepted behaviour from younger guests unchallenged by staff I would not stay here again.

Stayed here for a week with my extended family. Loved the villas, very clean and everything provided. Even the TV had RTE and the shop had Barry’s teabags. Gas, definitely an Irish influence going on. The pools, just so nice, loads of loungers and very clean. We went half board so breakfast and dinners but 1/2 of the staff in the restaurant were just absolutely awful to us. I don’t know what was going on but breakfast was fine as long as we avoided them. Then dinner would take 3 hours. We are nice people, no demands, just wanted courses without an hour in between. And the horrible attitude, always commenting that we were ‘inclusive’. So would come back I guess, kids loved the villas and the pools.

Outside of apartments, very picturesque and good swimming pools. Restaurant on site by reception very good caters for breakfast lunch and dinner and staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment spacious but in need of repair in areas. Downside on arrival receptionist not helpful and lighting at night could be better, suggest take a torch. Was left to find own accomodation on arrival in a large complex at midnight. Supermarket outside of complex is well stocked and reasonably priced.

The place is nice however, the apartment is far from each other which means if you don't drive it hard for you to connect to everywhere and the receptionist can be unhelpful when it comes to transport. They give you attitude, tho they have a van to transport you but they rather speaks down on you to make you feel worthless. I had proper argument with them last night. I will never come here unless I have a car but it a great location and a nice place to visit ☺️

This place exceeded my expectations. We booked a superior apartment, it was recently refurbished to a high standard & very spacious. Pools & grounds were lovely. Spar just around the corner. Only downside for my was the 5pm check in time. We have just re booked for next month.

Very surprised at the quality of the apartment. Very clean and every item that u would need to enjoy your stay. Kitchen fully stocked as was the bathroom with plenty of towels toilet paper etc. Probably the best stocked apt we have visited on our travels. Two balconies with sun loungers, clothes stand and table n chairs. If there were 6 stars I would ward it. The restaurant serves a really top class club sandwich. Def go back there. Lication is a short taxi ride to both new and old town. Two shops near by to get food.

We had a wonderful stay at Amour Holiday Resort. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and they truly took great care of us throughout our holiday. The manager is absolutely the right person for his role – he genuinely puts the guests’ well-being first, and you can feel that in every detail. The resort itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well maintained. The private pool was such a treat, perfect for relaxing in peace. The location is also excellent – just a short walk to the charming Amour Bay and the stunning Apokritipi Beach. This is the perfect place for anyone who doesn’t enjoy huge, crowded hotels but instead wants a pleasant, quiet, and welcoming atmosphere. We can wholeheartedly recommend Amour Holiday Resort, and we’ll definitely be happy to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the whole team was always friendly and professional. I stayed in a junior suite, which had been recently renovated – everything felt modern, fresh, and beautifully designed. The food was very good and matched my expectations, so I have absolutely nothing to complain about. While the hotel is not located directly on the beach, everything you might need is close by, making the location very convenient. Overall, a great experience that I would gladly recommend.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is spotless and clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The all-inclusive food was a major highlight—probably the best I've tasted abroad. We loved the five pools, especially the kids' slides, which were a huge hit. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, staying cool even without the A/C, and we appreciated the fresh towels and made-up beds daily. The location is also a major plus, with a supermarket and shopping mall just a short walk away. Plus, it's very convenient to have taxis available directly from the hotel. Overall, a great experience and a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Mayfair Hotel in Cyprus and had a great time! The food was really good, and the dining room service was excellent — especially George, one of the managers , who was super helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were perfect for kids, and the pool was a lot of fun. The water in the big pool was a bit warm, but to be fair, the weather was very hot during our stay. We came as a family with three small children (all under 6), and they really enjoyed it. The only downside was the room we got — it was in one of the older buildings and felt a bit outdated, with not enough lighting. But I’m sure the hotel also has more renovated rooms available. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They even solved a few issues for us quickly and professionally. There’s food available all the time with the all-inclusive package, which was great. Overall, we had a lovely vacation and would definitely recommend Mayfair, especially for families with young kids.

Our room was basic but the beds were comfortable. We only used the room for sleeping and getting ready for dinner. The entertainment was great, all of the entertainment team were approachable and engaging. Me and my 6 year old daughter loved the evening entertainment! If your going here would recommend the hotels provided food best of the best same with the staff-couldnt get nicer- George the restaurant manager is diffeent to others he is kind,welcoming, respectful, caring and much more I could say just about him! And after all that your not even getting to the hotel part, it is clean,calm and very comfortable the rooms are fabulous they have big,small,no kids rooms the lot.Then the entertainment team! WOW they are so calm and understanding with the kids even when they need some help! And this hotel is in a great spot right around the corner is kings Mall not only that it’s connected to Mayfair gardens they have 3 amazing pool an arcade and more there is also the flying pig witch is half apart of the hotel but u have to pay even thought u have to pay it’s worth it the service is best of the best the food and drinks are amazing! I wouldn’t asked for more I’ve stayed for 11 days wish I could stay more but have definitely enjoyed this so much!!! Lovely hotel with great amenities. Fantastic for families as there is so much for children to do. Entertainment is available everyday for children and adults. The hotel is clean and very well managed. The staff are helpful and friendly and nothing is too much for them. The food is excellent with a vast choice so something for every taste. Stayed here for 4 nights in June last year. The hotel interior was nice as was the room. The balcony area could definitely use some TLC. The hotel was very busy but it wasn’t noisy in the hotel during the day or night. The pool area was nice and picturesque. The breakfast was terrible would not recommend- book hotel only. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by and the strip is just down the road - I liked that you couldn’t hear the noise from the strip from the hotel too. The staff were nice - Fernando at check in was very helpful.

Stayed twice at this hotel, however 2nd stay (today) we went to have a go at the pool table downstairs, no sign of it being out of order and many groups of people playing pool game after game, it was our turn we put money in and nothing happened tried another euro nothing, complained to desk and they said it was out of order, they didnt give us money back and staff was a bit rude. Hotel itself is nice and clean air con makes a massive noise and lifts are a nightmare, take forever for doors to shut, good views of the pool however hotel can get very busy.

Brilliant location. 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the main nightlife strip. Rooms and hotel were clean. Food was a great selection and fresh everyday. There are several pools, the main pool busy and lovely and then a smaller pool on the other side of the building which was chilled and relaxed. Plenty of bars to get a drink. Barely heard any noise from the street. Great stay, value for money and would stay here again.

Mayhem!!! The only word for this hotel. If you are looking for a good nights sleep or relaxing holiday then dont book this hotel. Been here one night and we want to leave. Rooms are clean enough but need upgraded. Several things not working in the room. The hotel itself looked good when we arrived late last night. Looked quite different when we stepped outside to reception and main entrance today. Definitely not the holiday or hotel we were expecting. The pool area at the main bar is dirty. Reception gives everyone one token each for a drink which you get back when you return your cup. The pool has a strong dirty drain smell. Very unpleasant place to relax.

The food was shocking – clearly just microwaved and reheated throughout the day. Nothing fresh, nothing appetizing. The hotel room was filthy. To make matters worse, we had no running water for an entire night, and when it finally came back on, it smelled awful (like sewage) and was a disgusting brown color. While most of the staff were friendly, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The doors in the rooms don’t even lock properly, so be careful about security. One night I even got stuck in the lift – and when it does work, it takes ages and makes noises like it’s about to break down. Around the main pool, tiles are broken, so you risk cutting your feet. The smell by the pool is absolutely appalling. The outside pool snack bar is a complete joke. Most of the time there’s no food available because they’re prioritizing people who have paid extra, not those who’ve already paid for all-inclusive. And don’t expect condiments – ketchup is usually gone. The fizzy drinks machine? The syrup is always empty, so unless you’re a fan of sparkling water, you’ll be disappointed. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
