Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each day. Every meal felt like a culinary adventure, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an incredible job of maintaining a high standard throughout our stay. The entire property was well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, what really made our stay unforgettable was the animation team. They were full of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, making sure that guests of all ages had an incredible time. From morning activities to evening entertainment, the team went above and beyond to keep everyone engaged and entertained. Their passion and dedication truly set this hotel apart! Had a great time! Animation team is fabulous! EDIT: The animation team will hound you to leave a 5 star review and wait with you so they can take a picture once you've completed it. The animation team will also not stop trying to get you to take part in the hotels activities (zumba, step class, etc) throughout the day - I just wanted to relax with my friends and the constant interruptions through the week were a little frustrating. They also do review nights at the hotel where they go all out and it is good but will refuse to serve you drinks until you've left a 5 star review. The hotel was really nice and I enjoyed my stay, the dolphin trip you can book was great we saw lots of dolphins. I have removed 1 star from my original review because of the points above. I also think it's worth saying that the drinks are poured very freely so be careful they are STRONG! The food was very good! New food in the buffet everyday - There was a lot of flies in the buffet and in the snack bar, not necessarily the hotels fault but worth noting.

Great entertainment and good food. Cleaners are great and give great service and good towel statues. Lots of activities to do for a cheap price (£20-£50). Animation team give great mini discos for kids and live shows at night, fun filled aqua gym and water polo of a day time. Would recommend

Lovely hotel, brilliant country, everyone smiles! In particular the animation team are so friendly and have a great variety of activities, especially Ramos! If you get to meet him ask him to do card tricks! There’s a great variety of dishes in the restaurant daily, something for all tastes, but if you really cannot find something that suits you the chefs will prepare something else. Drinks service to the table for lunch and dinner instead of the typical bun fight at the beer or taps as with some all-inclusive locations. Would recommend this hotel and location.

We recently spent a week at a lovely hotel in Zante and had an overall great experience. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: Pros: • Cleanliness: The hotel was impeccably clean, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. • Food: The food was excellent with a wide variety of dishes, always offering something Greek to try. It was a culinary delight! • Room: Our room was spacious enough for two people, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. • Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which added a welcoming touch to our stay. Cons: • Room Amenities: Unfortunately, there was no water available in the room fridge. For an all-inclusive option, this was not acceptable and a bit of a letdown. • Drinks at the Main Pool Bar: The drinks at the main pool bar were disappointing. They tasted terrible, which was a significant downside. • Sky Bar: To enjoy a proper, nice drink, we had to go to the Skyfall Bar, which offered much better quality but came at a cost of around €10 per drink. Overall, we had a wonderful stay but hope that the hotel addresses the issues with the room amenities and main pool bar drinks. Despite these minor flaws, the excellent food, friendly staff, and clean environment made it a memorable vacation. Would we stay here again? Yes, but with the hope that the hotel improves on the mentioned cons to provide an even better experience.

Stunning hotel, fantastic staff and wonderful location. Travelling with dietary requirements isn't always easy but the staff are clued up and happy to help. The views from the rooftop lounge are simply breathtaking. 5 minutes walk to agios Sostis harbour, 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to laganas. Be sure to stroll down and check out Cameo island.

We didn't stay in the hotel but we went to the spa and booked the candle massage. It was very relaxing! The spa staff was really friendly and professional. The facilities were great - they also said we can use the sauna but we didn't have time. I definitely recommend the spa in this hotel!

The staff were brilliant and the hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The food was fantastic and the pool bar and pool areas were always clean. The location was a bit of an issue the shop across the road was nice but if you want more shopping you have to travel by taxi to laganas or Zante town and the walk to the marina is up and down an extremely steep hill. Apart from that I couldn't fault the hotel and I'll praise the staff for the hospitality and hard work.

Amazing hotel with clean rooms and fantastic facilities. The employees are incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are kept spotless, as are all the public bathrooms. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient and easy to navigate. The Boulevard of Laganos is just a 15-20 minute walk away, and the beach, along with boats to Turtle Island, are also within walking distance. Additionally, there's a shop right in front of the hotel that offers all the essentials you might need at reasonable prices. The restaurant was also very organized and well-maintained. There is a host who greets you at the door, seats you at a table, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The food was diverse, and even I, who usually have a hard time finding something to eat, found plenty of options during my week-long stay. Everything was warm, tasty, and served fresh. I give this a 10! On my last day, I decided to use the spa. A young woman working there helped me so well. Initially, I went to get my nails done, but I hadn't made an appointment, which was my mistake. After talking to the masseuse, I opted for a massage, something I had never done before. It was an incredible experience. She made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process. I wished I had done it earlier. If you need to relax and be pampered, I definitely recommend the spa. Lastly, we had drinks at the sky bar, and their cocktails are to die for. These were not included in the price of the all-inclusive package but were definitely worth it if you’re looking for a quality cocktail. I wish I had tried them as soon as I arrived. The bartender was very kind and professional. If you choose to stay at this hotel, I highly recommend trying the cocktails at the sky bar!

Stayed at Sol Lanzarote for a week. The good parts included a modern room, cleaned every day, 3 pools which were not too busy apart from the heated pool which is full of kids most of the day. I thought the food was decent and you do get a good selection everyday including meats, cheese, bread, fruits and vegetables, and desserts. The beer and wine is on tap so it's very easy to get yourself a drink whenever you feel like it. The hotel has very good beach access which is literally only a 30 second walk away from one of the pools. The only negatives I would say are the music is very loud and lively all day from about 10:00 am to about 22:30 pm at night. There are also a lot of children there who are quite loud as well. Overall it's a good hotel but I personally think it's more suited for a family with children than a quiet holiday getaway for a couple.

I'm just coming to the end of my 1 week vacation at Sol Lanzarote and I'm super sad to be leaving. This is my 3rd time staying here at it never disappoints. The staff are lovely, the rooms are really nice and the food is good too. Perfect location in a quieter part of the island. Not too far from PDC if you fancy a bit of wildness. I'm super impressed with the free booze that's on offer. All inclusive covers beers, wine, sangria and most spirits and also cocktails. Thanks for a wonderful time again. I'll be looking forward to hopefully returning again in the future.

The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and tidy and comfortable. Facilities excellent. Pool area was well furnished a large enough. Service was very good. Staff friendly and professional with good humour. The entertainment team were just amazing ( ran on Duracell batteries. They had so much energy).

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff cleaned it well. All staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was okay snack bar was pizza chips fruit hot dogs. Hotel was right on the beach which was so clean and beautiful. Pool area was nice but water is cold. Kids entertainment was great my kids really enjoyed it. Really enjoyed it.

Location is beautiful, situated next to the beach, the sea is calm with plenty of bed chairs to choose from. Hotal staff are very friendly and helpful The Rooms are spacious but dated but cleaned daily to a high standard. The food is cooked well and plenty of fish on the menu, only downside if you eat in daily it becomes limited for choice. Daily excursions is a must as there is plenty to do nearby, cabs booked by reception and arrive within 5 minutes. If you like sitting by the pool be prepared for sunbed wars, morning entertainment from your room is a great watch. In the afternoon there was always a bed with music playing all day. I would visit again as its a beautiful island but not the resort, not for a couple of years at least.

I had a chance to spend a week in El Karma Resort, my first experience in Egypt. Overall the experience was nice. Walking distance to the sea, many pools ( which is big plus) . Food was alright . Room was spacious. The most important was the hospitality of the staff. Front desk always responsive and friendly, animation team did everything to make us feel happy and entertain, lifeguards at the 1st pool ( Abdo and Ahmed) were very nice , friendly and helpful. Always there for the guests, especially kids ( laughing and playing with them). Respectful and polite with elderly people. Very good young men

Beautiful location, rooms were good. Amazing pools! Beach clean and amazing. The BBQ was amazing, but general daily food wasn't very good variety was ok but too much of the same foods daily. Needed more variety. More Egyptian foods. The service was great. We got what we needed when asked for it. Thank you for the hospitality El Karma.

Shocking experience my money was stolen from the safe I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very negative experience. On the last day of my stay at the hotel, 500 euros were stolen from the safe in my room, even though it was secured with my own code. It was very disappointing to discover that the safe here does not provide any real security. After the incident, I immediately went to the hotel staff, but their response was extremely disappointing. Instead of starting an investigation or offering any support, my problem was ignored without any solution being offered. It seemed as if the hotel did not take this problem seriously. This is in addition to the lack of cleanliness and disorganization. I would like to warn all future guests: if you decide to book this hotel, be very careful and think twice before bringing any valuables. It is unacceptable that such problems occur in this hotel and that the level of customer service is this poor.

Had a decent stay here for the first 3 nights until a rowdy, chavy family from Manchester checked in. Constant screaming in the night time from them, underage drinking and smoking and keeping other guests up of a night, typical Manchester behaviour. Staff just allowed it to happen for 7 nights straight very unhappy. Food is also not the best all inclusive restaurant was terrible only edible food was the burgers and chips from the beach restaurant that only open twice a day for an hour each time, very stingy on the tomato sauce though probably will not be returning as the reception staff were rude however the reps and the pool staff were very friendly

Well, I recommend the hotel 50/50, there's a few negative points. Starting from the staff at the reception, not helpful, very rude and not friendly at all. The rooms were okay in a way, clean, tidy, bathroom was fine, only issue if many people had a shower one after the other will run out of water. Food was awful, not flavour at all and no varieties, most of the days the same food for lunch and dinner. Swimming pools were very good, aqua park amazing, clean, organised, life guards around at all the time, but, the downside of it is the timing, only open for 4 hours a day I think is disgusting, if you are all inclusive should be All inclusive at all times. Vitamin bar for fresh juice, desert, ice cream we had to pay for it, again, it's not really all inclusive then (you should advertise that properly). The good and best about all of it is the members of staff starting from the room cleaner, restaurant people, bar, swimming area and entertainment people, they were absolutely amazing at all times and they were the ones making it all fun. If I ever go back would be for them only, and that's all .. Administration/Receptionist- need improvement on how to receive the guests, as they are the 1st people that we in contact as soon as we arrive and the last ones to see when we leave.

We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Filion- Sugar villa. Service was perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful, they accommodated with everything we needed. We had very beautiful view with mountains and sea. In the villa was really clean and we found everything what we needed, like kitchen utensils. There was also nice terrace with the private pool and the grill. The restaurant had amazing medetarian food, where you can choose everything from self service buffet. Really recommend the place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found all of the staff to be very kind and helpful, fixing any issues we had quickly. Reception, restaurant, bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly. Room was always left clean with fantastic views from the balcony. Only issue was WiFi connection was quite temperamental in our room. There are three pools to choose from with plenty loungers, with the one we picked very quiet but great to lounge or swim at. Food was perhaps a small selection but still enough. Grilled food was always excellent and always fresh salad available. Downside would be the location. While it is quiet due to being in the hills, this means the local town isn’t walkable but they do offer a free shuttle bus there and back. Overall, an excellent stay.

If I can give a score with a minus mark I would!!! Traumatising experience - I would never travel for tourism in Egypt and I am Egyptian!!!! I would not recommend for my worst enemies!!! For starter, no way this hotel is 5 stars, they display the 5 stars sign behind the reception counter, however it does not reflect the truth. The general state of hotel is tired and run down. In the room, the shower was broken, very tired and outdated interiors - looks like used furniture you buy from a charity shop. Talking about the service, it is attitude (take it as it is or leave it ) across the whole team. We never had a towels in the rooms despite asking for some several time and complaining to the reception. No one is willing to do anything for you as a guest. No communication skills whatsoever. The food is another thing, very basic, undercooked and you can tell they don't even have standards in this kitchen. No values for money of course, it was so bad we had to cancel the reservation 3 hours after we arrived. We made the reservation through booking - was totally misleading pictures and marketing to the verge it being freudulant-but was not allowed to leave review there as we cancelled the booking

Definitely not 5 star hotel. Broken a/c in multiple rooms. Hard beds, horrible room service. You call to order food to the room and they yell on the phone repeatedly what do you want. Once You tell them they just hang up on you. This the second time in 2 days I had issues with them. You definitely get what you pay for. I would suggest staying in genenia city. Alot of things to do there. Nicer hotels with endless food and shopping options. Nana inn hotel is the center of the fun. More modern and better service!

I don’t use to leave a reviews but I have to do it this time. I don’t understand how the resort has obtained 5 starts, actually that hotel is value not more than 2 start, horrendous food, rooms are tiny (I paid for family room, they put an double bed plus another single room and I can’t move in the room, I talked with the Mananger and reception and told me the all the rooms are the same) all furniture are dated and horrible, the towels are re wash thousands of time. I visited many countries around the world and in Sharm is my second time but this hotel is the worst that I have seen. I paid also the hotel taxi to collect to us at the airport, we wait 2 hours at the airport non body came to collect us, I called the company non body answer the phone. The air conditioner failed twice in a week. They won at the Worst and worst in the world.

Not a good one in my opinion. The room was bad. AC was too hot. Rest room water had a yellow-ish color. The shower drainage was blocked. Golf car is not available to take you to your room/reception anytime you’d like to. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel.

The worst treatment you could face in your life, they are not cooperative at all, and if you face a problem in the rooms, it is never solved. All the employees at the reception are uncooperative and speak badly to customers before leaving the hotel. They search for anything, anything, in order to pay fines. They do not know the laws or the types of residences in the passport office because they are not educated. I advise anyone not to come to this hotel because you will regret what you paid. Thank you.

everything is much more beautiful in pictures than in reality. I did not enjoy my stay here. When we arrived at the hotel (around 9pm and with a baby) we were impatiently waiting to receive the room key because we wanted to put the baby to bed, but the gentleman at the reception was waiting for money (€50) to upgrade the room, he seeing that we don't want to do this update and he gave us the key in the end. There is no internet, only if you pay for it! or you can buy your Vodafone cards from a shop in the hotel, that's what we did. Employees had bad jokes and hit on women. the terrace is full of crows and you can't eat outside at all because they steal the food, it's very disturbing. The water in the pool is excessively cold because there is more shade on the pool than sun and we couldn't swim in the pool, especially me and the baby.. every morning many sunbeds were already reserved by people even though it is clearly written on the posters that they are not reserved. but "for a small price" as the employees say, they reserve it for you.

Upon arrival, we were quickly assisted and received our hotel room promptly. The first impression of the lobby was fine, but when we entered our room, we were disappointed. The room was very old, and the shower didn't work optimally. However, the hotel staff was friendly, which was a plus. The food was terrible and monotonous; we had almost the same thing every day, and it was tasteless. Fortunately, there were some lovely servers, like Ahmed, who was always cheerful, and the guy at the drinks station was also a star. The beach was nice, but the pool was dirty and really needed cleaning. The fresh juice bar was a highlight, with super friendly guys like Osama, Otman and Muhammed, with whom I had a great time. The animation team was friendly, but the beach vendors were really annoying; they talked a lot, and you just don't want that on vacation. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in a sea view room but it was more like a pool view room. We were supposed to stay there for 9 nights but we actually ended up leaving 2 days earlier. When we went to check out at reception the receptionist went into a discussion/ argument with us about why we were leaving also. The room was old and dirty, cleaner only cleaned the room 2 times in a week period, we had to request toilet roll and fresh towels almost every day. We had mould in the shower, no cold water only lukewarm, toilet didn’t flush properly either. Hair dryer also not working at all. Light switches also damaged and not working properly, air conditioning doesn’t change tempo or temperature, blows dust out as it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed most likely, we and my partner both got really sick from the air conditioning and had to go to the pharmacy to get medicine. There were no toiletries in the shower and the shower wouldn’t drain fast enough either. The cleaner kept coming to our room knocking on the door and just walking in at random days of the day, didn’t speak English. You cannot lock the hotel door from inside so we had to put a chair against the door to stop the cleaner from coming in. Beds by the cleaner were not made properly, we had to remake them ourselves. Bed sheets filthy with stains all over them. Pillows hard and mattress old and disgusting. Floor also wasn’t cleaned at all. Couldn’t get any rest here, they played loud music at random times throughout the day and night. The food was also terrible, we ate the same thing each day and we actually lost a bit of weight there. Plates, glasses, cutlery also dirty and most of the time you have to wait on these things to be cleaned. The staff in the buffet area are quickly taking away your glasses and plates even when you’re not fully finished. You also need to pay for wifi in your room which is 20 euro for 7 days, when we got there they “didn’t have a 7 day pass available” so we could only buy a 3 day pass and the WiFi then only works on 1 persons phone then. WiFi in the lobby also pretty slow. The people from the hotel were really annoying when you were at the beach. Asking if you want tours and then quoting 100 euro for 2 people for snorkelling at one of the islands. We went outside the hotel and to a small street on the right side where we got the same tour for 15 euro per person.. the tours from this hotel are a big scam so don’t book with them, go outside the hotel!!!! Be careful at the beach directly outside the hotel, there’s big rocks there and loads of sea urchins, there’s no signs or anything to say that. I would recommend going to the beach from the Empire hotel which is a 2 min walk. The worker who was serving drinks was normally friendly but he refused to give my partner 2 drinks (one for me, one for my partner) because there was only 2 glasses left and there was a young lady standing behind my partner, the worker kept pointing at the girl, and not wanting to give the drinks to my partner. Eventually he gave them when my partner asked him what exactly was the problem.. On our last night (before we left early) at about 22:15 we were both sleeping as we had to leave early the next day. We were woken up by hard door knocks, someone standing outside our room with a piece of cake shouting “cake, cake”. My partner wasn’t wearing clothes and had to run to the door to hold it closed as they were just trying to open it and come in even when we said no. The people outside of the hotel also are really annoying and try to rip you off so make sure you shop around before committing to anything with these people. Even after this there are so many other small things, I really don’t understand where they got the 4 stars from.

Most of the rooms are old, not the best looking, smell funny and/or have something not working. I recommend taking the sea view rooms if you're going there, the rooms are nicer and have been renovated at some point. Food is OK, just not many options and sometimes it takes a long time for the trays to be refilled. The employees are super nice and friendly, they take extra care of the guests. The beach is really nice, but the one right in front of the hotel has very shallow water and coral reef, so I'd recommend walking 2 extra minutes to the beach of the sister hotel. The water there is clean and really good for swimming or a bit of snorkeling.

We booked this hotel as an all inclusive package. My mistake not to check the hotel upfront before booking. I will start with the good things. Staff is very helpful, no bad things to say. The swimming pool is very nice and the umbrellas at the beach area as well. That's about it. Here comes the story. When entering the lobby, my mood dropped to zero. If this is a 4 star hotel, then what is Hilton? The reception was a place decorated with very dusty Christmas balls. I wander why nobody is seeing all the dust? We got a very old key handed over. Made me think not so positive about the room. And so it was. We could hardly open our door. Had to push and pull to make our key turn in the lock. The room was on the top floor. All in the middle of debris. No soap in the dispensers. We arrived at 5am in the morning and cleaning service was banging the door at 9am. Weird service not to be aware of us arriving this early. No hanger was available to give notice to the cleaning staff. Wifi is a laugh. Only available within 5m range of the reception. You can by Wifi everywhere (insane for a 4 star hotel) for 20$ for 6 days. But they don't tell you there is no wifi available. They make you spend the money first. So, no wifi available at all. Buy a SIM at the airport or an eSIM. You are better off. The hotel has all small independent services trying to sell their stuff. It's pretty annoying having these people coming and ask for things to buy multiple times every single day. It's an all-in! I don't want to be bothered. It's a no go for me as a recommendation.

The location is fantastic. The views from the balcony of our bungalow were amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated. Cleaning of the rooms is not perfect, one can find some dust here and there with a bit of effort. On the other hand, there is a lot more fun stuff to do then check for dust. The food was good with sufficient choices. Entertainment was well arranged.

We had a great stay, very relaxing. The views are wonderful, it is in a quiet area just outside town with a nice walking path along the sea to the center. Food was varied enough and we always found something to enjoy (special mention to the lahmacun one evening). Staff was helpful and friendly. The room we got on the top floor of the main building (which was presented as an upgrade from the bungalow we had booked) was large but very dark and had very few power sockets available, one being just on top of the pillow in the middle of the bed, others requiring to unplug a lamp (even the kettle shared one with a lamp).

Beautiful central position, great for walks, no beach/sand but nice Waterfront. Can hop on a water taxi at the cost of 200 lira (£5) each way. Entertainment could be better but if you're staying and able try to secure a high room to be able to see the beautiful vista view

Hello holiday travellers. The hotel is nice to the beach not much walking distance and the rooms are also good. But unfortunately the service/ waiters at the restaurant place are very bad. Also the cleaning. They never ask you if you want / need anything. They only bring you water, but you have to ask that a several times also. For pepsi/sprite/alcohol and the rest you have to pick up by your self always in this hotel. Most waiters are rude not friendly at all. The food was on average. They are strictly with everything. Afternoon dinner finishes at 14:30 p.m. and evening dinner at 21:30 p.m. If you are 1/2 min later there is no food for you. So if you are looking for a luxe 5 stars hotel this is not worth your money. Better go to ideal prime beach or diamond hotel 5 minutes further. Have a nice day all!

The room was fine, albeit a little dated and could do with some refurbishment, we were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) the kids “beds” were the sofa and a pull out bed, not ideal but we pushed them together and the kids loved this idea. We also had an issue with our shower leaking into the bathroom which I have seen on other posts, we did report this and it was attempted to be fixed but to be fair to the hotel I don’t think it can be fixed without changing the door for the shower. The food was hit and miss, some nights very good variety and other nights not so much but I guess that is down to personal taste. There is not a lot of options for kids I would say but again I guess that depends on what your kid would eat. The restaurant doesn’t seem big enough for the amount of guests so it can be a bit busy but the staff keep the tables clean in a very timely manner so it’s not so bad. Pools are fine although in the busier summer months I can imagine it being a bit of a rush to get a lounger. Entertainment at night is good, kids disco at night keeps them happy. We stayed in the Mallorca building which has a great view of the stage from the balcony which is perfect if your kids don’t like loud noises too much like our son. Kids club was fun although we weren’t exactly sure what was happening and when until the second half of our holiday so we missed a lot of activities. The game room is very dated, some of the machines either aren’t on or don’t work, same with the rides in the seating area, the majority of them were off for the whole week we were there. All in all we had a good stay here and we enjoyed ourselves so I would recommend but maybe temper your expectations of a 4 star hotel because in reality I think Eurocalas is more like a 3 star for what you actually get but it is still a good hotel for a family to enjoy a holiday

Thank you so much HYB for a fabulous holiday! Our first time here and can’t wait to return next July for the bigger water park opening! Food has been amazing best all inclusive we have been too fresh pizzas for lunch we’re our fave and dinner was lush always something for everyone, and I have one fussy boy! Big shout out to animation team who are superb with the kids Chip, Nico Cecilia & jenny (sorry if I’ve missed anyone yous were all awesome!) We will miss you guys! And also Said the bar man knew our drinks after a day we didn’t need to say what we wanted. All staff are so friendly rooms cleaned every single day the house keeping staff do not stop all day and night. Thank you again for an awesome holiday we can’t wait to return next year 🤍 Xxx

For the money it's a 10/10. Wasn't happy with our first room being so high up. We were moved with no issue. Staff helpful. Food good, completely as expected in an all inclusive. No better no worse than previous holidays. Plenty of alcohol options, cocktails included and nice. Loads for kids to do. Loads of sunbeds and umbrellas, never an issue. Some reviews I've previously read are harsh. For the money you get what you pay for. Hotel is maybe a bit dated but it's clean and the staff are good, pools are great. Glad we came.

We recently stayed at the HYB Eurocalas on Mallorca’s east coast and had a mixed experience. The location is convenient if you’re planning to visit nearby attractions like the Dragon Caves and Dino Park, but the coast itself isn’t particularly attractive or easy to access by public transport. Also, Palma de Mallorca is quite a distance away, so if you’re planning to explore the island, you’ll need a car or be ready for long transfers. This hotel is definitely geared towards families who tend to stay on the property. The food selection is repetitive, and after three days, we were ready for a change. However, the evening entertainment is decent, though the kids’ disco lacks behind the variety we’ve seen in other family resorts. The hotel’s facilities are quite worn, and it’s clear that many of the attractions are over a decade old, giving the place an overall dated feel. The primary guests here seem to be families from the UK, which shapes a lot of the programming and food choices. On the positive side, the stay was affordable, so we felt we got what we paid for. Overall, it’s a decent budget choice, but I’d recommend it mainly for families looking for a simple, budget-friendly vacation without too many expectations.

We spent 7 nights all inclusive with my 3 year old son. I can’t fault it at all. When we were away it was my sons birthday and they had kindly left a lovely note and some special cakes to wish him a happy 3rd birthday. Lots of choice of foods, fresh fruit and plenty drinks choice. Absolutely 10/10. And I most certainly will be back . Even down to the pools , park and mini club.

Hi. I don't write reviews but today I have to. I have compared with many hotels. But this is the first time I've encountered such crap. The rooms are old, but relatively clean. The area surrounding the area is a garbage dump, an old unfinished construction site, a garbage dump, and dead palm trees. But the worst thing is the restaurant and food. Boring and tasteless food. My son said that prisoners probably eat better. There are no free tables in the restaurant, for lunch or dinner. You have to wait up to 30 minutes. When there was a table, there were no plates or forks. And inside there are groups of workers renovating the hotel rooms (I appreciate that the workers can eat there), but something is wrong when the hotel guests are standing in front of the entrance, waiting, and the construction workers are eating lunch. Bar and drinks failure, Vodka, Whiskey, beer and Coco Rum, nothing else. All other drinks are charged. I rate the three pools 3/5, but nothing special. We stayed in the Magnolia II House and had to climb 124 steps to get to the restaurant. If you are in poor condition or have mobility problems, you won't be able to live like this. We talked to a couple from the UK, they had cockroaches in the room, luckily we didn't. No music, no animation for children or adults. Boring. This is not a budget vacation, it is a waste of money. No more Blue Sea, second visit to this hotel chain and another failure. We came back yesterday.

We had an amazing time here. The staff are so friendly, I particularly liked Eduardo and Kevin. Great guys. The food was nice and what you would expect from a three star hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. The beach is in a walkable distance and the area is very peaceful and quiet. The cleaners came to my apartment in a team of five every other day. The evening entertainment on a Wednesday and Friday was brilliant. We would definitely come here again. Thanks to everyone at Blue Sea for making our holiday a great one.

Have a nice day, thank you for a great stay. We were there for 11 days. We arranged the stay ourselves with a super winter discount against travel agencies. Moving around the hotel was challenging, but again you keep fit. The rooms are clean, just would like to take the rubbish out of the toilet more often if you are not allowed to put paper in the bowl, it smells. The rooms are large - the great thing is that there is a living room and a bedroom (4 people). I also liked the kitchen and fridge, which is not usual. You can see that the furniture remembers something. The food was always a little different but similar - it was good - I might have differentiated the desserts more. I would also suggest more frequent cleaning of toilets by the pools, tables in the bar and around the pools. And I would also recommend no smoking by the pools, there are cigarette butts, cups with butts, there is a smell from smoking. There are noisy English groups flying around. Great staff, I suggest you respect them and pay them a lot!!!

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was older, but nice and adequate. The food was good and there is always plenty to choose from. Overall we have a good feeling about the hotel. The only thing that spoils the atmosphere are the British guests who don't know how to behave. Especially the younger ones, they make noise and eat like pigs, but that's not the hotel's problem. Everything else was fine.

Rooms have no air con. Had to pay €40 to rent a fan for 7 days! Mattress’s are solid. Used to twin beds being pulled together to make a double but ended up sleeping separately because the beds completely separated as soon as you got into them. Have to pay €1 for a cup, you do get it back unless you loose the cup. Find this a good idea but then seem to look confused when you want a fresh cup?! Food is extremely basic. Would hardly class rice, chips and chicken as “Spain local food” but that might be me. Entertainment is absolutely shocking. Not sure if I’m just being overly picky but after staying in a fair few all inclusive in my time this has to be worst. Not to mention been woken up almost every night with people jumping in the pool at midnight and being in there till 1am!!! This hotel is 100% not suitable for anyone who struggles with lots of walking or has a wheelchair/ push chair. There are stairs absolutely everywhere. Just to get to the restaurant I either had to go down a very steep hill or go down over 80 steps to come back up again Positives are lots of sun beds free so don’t need to get up early to get them. The option of three pools is quite nice because I’m not a fan of loud music. Location is perfect but despite lots of restaurant being around I think I found a total of about 3/4 places that do breakfast as everywhere is closed till later in the day. Lastly, In the little shop there are lots of information about activities outside the hotel with transport included and the women is very helpful explaining everything
