I spent my birthday at this hotel and had an enjoyable time. We focused on positives to avoid ruining our holidays. Although the rooms were not the most modern or new, it gave us the opportunity to spend more time outside, enjoying the fresh air and the sea. The view from the 7th-floor room was incredible, especially while drinking a Corona beer and relaxing on the balcony. The evening walks were amazing. However, I did notice that some guests, mostly Russians, were quite rude, reserving tables with their sunglasses, hats, and towels, arguing and causing issues with the staff and others. The cleaners didn’t come regularly and the reception was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They made us wait and even joked about it. After 40 minutes of waiting, we got angry and then they quickly took us to our room.

We came to the hotel for 10 days. And each day was wonderful. We liked the hotel in general. The food is delicious, the hotel is spacious, the activity areas are large. We were very pleased. Especially the animation team took care of us individually. We start the day energetically with yoga. We have a healthy body with water gymnastics. The evening programs are fun. Our holiday was not boring at all, we are thinking of coming again. We thank the animation team. We love you Liz❤️

Hi everyone i will rate this Hotel only 1 start unfortunately. First when we arrived guy from reception take our luggage bring our staff , show us room and ask for tip but i am said sorry mate i am just arrived i don't have money because i am still no withdraw from cash machine. so he didn't want to leave until i am said leave. Room honestly so bad smell.
Cleaner didn't clean this room properly only changes bags for rubbish , and towels that's. Empty fridge all the time. After when i reported we received some water and juice for kids after 2 days.
Food every day same , nothing changes at all. It's not 5 starts hotel!!!. Never ever again. Dishes dirty. Nothing around only motorway everywhere you want go you have to call taxi and so expensive. Bar after 11 is closed.

Our family spent a week holiday in Armas Pemar Hotel and this was one of the best experiences in my life. Real 5 stars. Comfortable rooms, good air condition system, all rooms have a balcony and almost all rooms have either sea or pool view.
The hotel is Ultra All Inclusive offering diverse food: meat, fish, pastry, fruit, cakes and drinks, including wine, juice, coffee. There is a beach bar at the sea where you can enjoy fast food and snacks like, fries, hamburgers and so on.
In the hotel there is a lobby bar, a terrace bar a pool bar and the bar at the beach, offering diversity of fresh drinks as well as spirits (whiskey, cocktails, beer, energy) At the pool bar you can enjoy drinks right in the pool.
Location is just great. Right at the sea with a private beach, sunshades and lounges.
As for entertainment, there is a table tennis facilities and water polo facilities. Also water park working from 10:00am-12:00pm and 14:00-16:00pm.

OMG! Where do I start with this hell hole! 1st of all if you are British then STAY AWAY! You will regret it so much I promise you. Me my wife and 5 kids 1 of who is autistic booked a week in this place and nothing has made me more sick to my stomach than this place. When we first almost arrived the driver decided to pull over to a midnight stop and tried forcing us to buy something from his friends shop when we refused he got a face on and took even longer . Once we arrived that's when the real ordeal started or shall I say there scam what they do to most British customers and that I know because I spoke to a few British families that were there and the same happend to them. On arrival we were greeted by 3 men who worked the reception. I showed them my paperwork that clearly showed i paid almost £2000 for 2 rooms for 1 week. He started off by saying.... oh no there is a problem! He said we have two very basic and smelly rooms on the ground floor and that we have to pay him 200euros if we want to upgrade? When I refused he git aggressive and pushy saying no no I have to pay. Wen I said I have already paid he started to haggle with me saying OK ok just give me €150. When I refused again he got aggressive and pushy. Now this went on for almost 30mins by which now it was almost midnight. Finally he agrees €75 and he gave us 2 rooms 1 on the 4th floor and 1 on the 6th . After settling half my family in the 4th floor we went up2 the 6th and guess what....there was only 2 single beds in the room! How were the remaining 4 of us going to sleep on 2 single beds? So I came down to complain but the guys who took my money magically finished shift and a new guy was on. I kicked off with him and he came up to my room with his friend and instead of putting a bed there he piled 3 mattresses on top of each other and said that's my bed. I made a video of that and have pics of them doing that so I will try and post. The nest morning I complained and they finally came but give me a single bed anyway instead of a double. After that we went swimming and when I came back to my room they left a note on my door saying come to reception. I thought maybe i was going to get a apology but nope far from it. Another man wearing a blue shirt claiming to be a manager asked me to pay him €250 because he said we were in rooms which were not for us and that we had to vacate and downgrade to the ground floor. Now I really kicked off and made a scene accusing him of trying to extortionate me and haggle me out if money infront of people to which he got embarrassed and said OK ok brother forget . I made it clear that they were not to bother us anymore or I would ring the local police after that they left us alone but made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. They wouldn't clean our rooms or top up the mini bar. They would ignore us if we asked for fresh towels or bed sheets. When I bumped into a few fellow bits they told me the EXACT same thing happend to them. Now to top it all off I had a feeling our return transport wouldn't show because I got a email from them saying they would send our return transfer details to the hotel reception but everytime I asked them they would say no we not heard anything amd I knew they were lying. I can go on and on but I will be here forever so il just say this......PLEASE PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM HERE I BEGGING YOU! It's a really bad place for British people you will be left to fell like dirt! I was told by a Russian customer that they DO NOT like British customers at this place only Russian. Now that I have returned I have put in a formal complaint with On The Beach about this place and my transfer. Do not believe the reviews on here they are fake and done by there workers. Please stay away or you will regret it.STAY AWAY! I give this place a 1Star and that's for Aibek who tried helping me in hotel relations he was good
