Avoid at all costs! Absolutely appalling service from the staff. We ended up leaving the hotel after the first night due to the hostile behaviour. Day 1, 3 members of staff came up to us and asked us to leave in under an hour with 3 children as the hotel management did not want us there due to complaints we raised about the rooms. We were locked inside with a technician as the doors stopped working and another room had no air conditioning, they could not move us or even downgrade the room so sent in a technician at 3am. When our provider questioned why they wanted us to leave they completely rejected what they said. Insulted us in front of other guests. Will be taking legal action against this hotel! If you fancy embarrassing yourself go ahead and book it! We have video evidence of the incident that occurred where they came up to us whilst we were having breakfast and telling us to leave. I’m happy to share.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant and at the bars. Excellent food, we appreciated the variation of vegetarian dishes. The staff is always helpful with dietary restrictions, we would especially like to thank Chef Ramazan. Rooms are spaciously and practically designed, clean and nicely tidy every day. Hotel is on the beach, there are plenty of sunbeds on the sandy beach and pier. The beach and pier is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Also during the high season, the swimming in the sea is not "overcrowded", because it is private beach. Sunbeds are available also by the pool where there is entertainment during the day with an animation programs. You can also enjoy foam party etc. On Saturday evening there is a luxurious thematic party at the pier. We felt very safely there. I recommend this hotel, because staff wants to fulfill your wishes.

Wonderful, caring staff. They tried to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The animators were cool , i loved them . In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone. What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros). We work on our own in Albania with this job and the price was a maximum of 50 euros, we did not like that value. We don't think of going back to that Hotel as it seemed like a scam to us. Was to far from the airport. rooms: On Monday there were to many people came in the hotel and the cleaning lady did not make to clean my room, i had to do it myself . She also told me that there was no pillow cover ,and this was not good for a 5 star hotel. But on the other days they cleaned my room every day Security" The lifeguard was not available all the time. One of us risked drowning and I had to save her myself, fearing that I wouldn't make it, but I did. Food There wan NO suitable food for babies . Only 1 kind of HIPP , my son did not like it . He ate only yogurt for 7 days , the all day . I really appreciate the chef , he tried to cook something for him , but he did not like it , it didn't have the thin, creamy texture for a baby , but i appreciate that he tried There was to much spicy food (i can not eat spicy) , but there was a lot to choose

I'm currently enjoying my holiday at Sirius Deluxe Hotel, From the moment I arrived, the service has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay is perfect. My room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the sea. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided are top-notch. I especially appreciate the luxurious spa and well-equipped fitness center.

Lovely hotel with good rooms and pool. Beds made every day and if you leave towels on floor in hallway they will change them which was a good service. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection you could want. Poolside snacks daily. Evening meal had a variety of food which we found as we had a party of 10 there was something that everyone could find to eat. There is a few shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance but not loads in this area. Great holiday with entertainment every night.

A lovely holiday at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and it was good not to pay extra for the safe. There was a wide choice of food at all meal times but I did find the speciality Italian meal a little disappointing. Great pools and we never had a problem getting a sun bed whatever time of day I found the location to be good as there was a variety of walks from there but some may feel there's not much around if wanting night life. The free shuttle bus was very handy.

Just returned from a 7 day holiday with my two daughters ( 7 & 22months) and my mother. There are so many lovely things about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There was lots of wardrobe space, a TV and a nice big bathroom. There was tea and coffee facilities and a big safe. I cannot fault the room whatsoever. There are 4 pool areas you can access therefore there is enough space for the many guests staying at the hotel. We went down to the ocean view pool but found it to be colder than the others and was too deep for my young children. The rest of the week we spent by the kids pool which has different water features in for them to play with and was only ankle deep meaning they were safe to play. The main pool was always really busy but there were at least 3/4 life guards walking around the pools all day. The main pool had lots of activities going on all the time and had a nice atmosphere. The first evening we went to the Terra Cafe which is the biggest of the buffet restaurants, it was extremely busy which meant food was cold by the time you go back to the table after waiting in the queue. We opted to eat at the ocean cafe the rest of the week, it had a much calmer atmosphere and no queues. There was entertainment every night which varied from live music to acrobats. I cannot fault the entertainment that was provided and the staff. They got everyone involved and every evening started with a mini kids disco. My family had a great time every evening, my daughter made friends and played in the arcade. The hotel felt safe and staff were always around talking to guests and interacting with the kids. The staff overall were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The bar staff were also brilliant and remembered our drinks order every time! My only gripes with the hotel would be the flies, they became frustrating especially during lunch when trying to get snacks at the bar. The main buffet restaurant could also do with opening earlier to stop the rush of people going in between 19:00-19.30. The entertainment started at 20.30 every night for the children and if you didn’t get there early enough, you wouldn’t be able to get a seat therefore, everyone rushed the restaurant at 19.00 when it opened. For the sheer amount of people in the hotel, they could do with larger buffet areas. Would recommend this hotel especially if you are going with family. Our overall experience exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely choose to go back when we return to Golf Del Sur!

Very good location if you're looking for a quiet and chilled holiday. Food was great and something new every day. Staff was great, always smiling and willing to help. The only down side was shutting the pools down at 6pm and poor entertainment. If you don't have full inclusive there are restaurants to choose from that are affordable too as the whole island is approx 20% cheaper than the rest of Europe.

We recently stayed at the Alua Atlantico Golf Del Sur and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel was impressively clean, and the music around the pool area added a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere to our days. However, there were a few drawbacks. The main restaurant had a noticeable issue with flies, which was a bit off-putting. On a positive note, the smaller buffet restaurant was much better, offering a more pleasant dining experience. The pool bar, although a nice spot, was often busy, and there was a noticeable lack of replenishment of snacks, which was disappointing. We also found that the All Inclusive Plus package wasn’t worth the extra cost, as it didn’t offer significant added value over the standard all-inclusive option. Despite having a good time, we’ve decided not to return to this hotel. Instead, we’re keen to explore other options in the Golf Del Sur region for our next trip.

We got a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children which is fair to say wasn't adequate. Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks. Kids pool was really good and amazing way to spend a day, also the shuttle transfer to the beach was a plus, however any shops were about 25 minute walk away from the hotel and the shop in the hotel has barely anything in it so if you need something (which in our case was formula and nappies) it's some distance. Staff were trying to be helpful, particularly guys in reception, very good!

Great value hotel. We had a lovely holiday with the children here. If you arrive with you’re paying for a 3* hotel in mind you won’t have any issues, I think some people think they’re at a 5* when leaving negative reviews. The food was lovely with lots to choose from, there was always something to eat and a good variety of meats. There was plenty to choose from with the drinks so no issues there. Lots of pools to choose from which was great with the kids, a lovely beach a walk away from the hotel and a park on the resort. The place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel reception staff were great and very accommodating moving us room to one with a balcony upon request. My only issue with the hotel and our over all experience was the kids club staff, we found them to be very rude and some of the activities were at a charge, which is ok but if your don’t have cash there is no ATM on site. On our last day one of the kids club staff actually stood at the gate not letting anyone in unless they pay €10 for T-shirt making. There was no letting the children in just to play and not participate in the T-shirt making. I would have liked to of put 5* and resolved my issues at the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak with reception before my bus arrived. All in all we had a very positive experience here.

Food lovely and lots of variety. Restaurant staff work really hard. It’s actual Pepsi Max provided at the bar and in the restaurant and is self serve. Pool at the back of hotel was warm which was great.. Room cleaned daily but I did get bitten by something. it would have been useful if they had provided with more explanations when checking in as didn’t realise the other pool was across the car park and the daily activities were shown on a screen near the stairs. Evening entertainment not the best.

Very good overall experience! 1)Food & Drink Food was great and the menu is changing every day during the week. Plenty of meals to choose from and we always found something good to eat. (There is plenty of space for improvement in the desert section and also in the way the restaurant operates) Food was always tasty and fresh and also the restaurant working hours are a big advantage (you will never stay hungry or miss a meal). Variety of drinks at the bar Definitely worth it for the price and considering that this is a 3* hotel 2)Sometimes overcrowded The hotel has a very big accommodation capacity (rooms and beds for people to sleep) but during my stay there is seems that the services ( restaurant and bars and entertainment stage area ) are struggling to keep up. Staff working hard to please everyone and seen customers become a bit wild and inconsiderate by blocking other people's view. 3) Just as a suggestion towards the management next to the entertainment stage I would say that you need a few Bug/Fly killer ( electrical device to eliminate the bugs) 4) Entertainment Kids club/kids entertainment is absolutely amazing. The entertainment staff is great and the kids can have loads of fun and have plenty of activities suitable for all ages/genders. Loads of activities and competitions for teenagers and adults as well. Different shows every night after the mini disco and bingo. I've seen a lot of areas that would need improvement and would help the hotel improve their customer service and improve the way the hotel operates and could be helpful. Arriving at the hotel we was met at reception by a very blunt receptionist! He gave us wristbands and a little information we needed and went to our room! He wasn’t the most welcoming but we knew what we needed and was with 2 tired toddlers so just went to our room! Room was basic and small but ok for sleep! Our first morning waited for the bus service to the beach waited more than 50 minutes (arrived 9.20) and first 2 mini buses was full and then the driver kicked us off the bus for people that spoke Spanish! Along with another family we complained at reception and the man there was great he phoned the driver and insisted we would be on the next bus, then another Spanish woman (she spoke Spanish) physically pushed me out of the way in order to get on the 3rd bus so that ruined our day but she even argued with the driver that she was more entitled than us for that bus even tho we had been waiting 50 minutes at this point! We was fed up really! Food was basic but we all found something to eat everyday! The adult entertainment staff were amazing and got everyone involved in activities everyday we didn’t take our children to kids club so can’t comment on that! ALL the bar staff were also fantastic couldn’t be more friendly and helpful worked so hard all day I don’t have anything negative to say on bar staff and also the people in restaurant were fantastic polite and friendly! Pools were lovely always found a sun lounger and parasol! Overall had a great time!

It is true that the hotel was the most affordable option in Benidorm at the time of my reservation, and I was prepared for a less-than-ideal experience based on some of the reviews I had read. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay. While it is certainly not a five-star establishment, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even allowed guests to leave their keys behind the desk when going out for drinks, which was a great way to ensure that keys were not lost. Although some reviews have mentioned the small size of the bathroom, I personally did not find this to be an issue. After all, who would want to take a long, steamy bath in the beautiful weather of Benidorm? Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Clean, central comfortable. That's the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. Spent a week there and got very little sleep. Walls & ceilings are made of paper. I could actually hear the next room opening the zip on their suitcase. Breakfast was not good and they don't have a restaurant or serve food in the bar as per their website. Avoid avoid, avoid.

Good to sleep at and shower .....no amenities in the room I had ....no fridge ..no kettle....no iron . Apparently could rent a kettle but after asking the first 4 days got fed up with the "we'll try and find one" excuses.... You get what you pay for ...not the worst I've been in ...oh and noisy depending what neighbours you get

Read a few negative reviews and was worried about what to expect. We arrived, and checking in was great. The guy behind the check-in was friendly, funny, and helpful. Now a few people have complained about the rooms. Yes, they were basic but comfortable and very clean. We were 3 lads sharing a triple room. It was ideal for what we wanted. Right in the heart of the bars, restaurants, and shops of the old town. The hotel is tucked away town a side street so although it's near everything, it was very quiet. Breakfast again was a basic mix of cold meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, breads bacon, beans, and sausages, and the staff in the Breakfast room were friendly too. For the price the hotel is very good value.

Just had a 5-night holiday with two young children 3 and 6 in late October 2024. What I like about this place: 1. WiFi available on beach (but the coverage is not great) 2. Great view 3. Good ice cream and milkshake from 1100 to 1800 everyday. 4. There is real coffee from the coffee corner 5. The hotel offers a good value one day boat trip to some great places to swim and casual dive. 6. There is a path by the beach - great for relaxed and quiet walks to two nearby towns. 7. Take away from food court is handy. What I dislike about this place 1. Quality of food is not very consistent - two dinners basic and nothing special and two dinners above average. 2. There is a long queue everyday during dinner time. 2. No food between 2100 and 2300. 3. Gym closes at 2100 and opens at 0900. No chance for a morning or evening workout. 4. Uncomfortable beds and pillows 5. Kids club is basic and can only take 4+ 6. Lots of mosquitoes by the three outdoor pools. Overall, will I recommend this place to friends? This place is not perfect but can be shortlisted. Will I return in the future? Probably no.

Nice sea facing rooms at extra, otherwise, inside road facing road are not bet. Nice staff, shame that English are not great at Customer relations, I mean why put them there if they cannot communicate with most European visitors. Allen inclusive restaurant have sufficient selections of food at reasonable quality. The combination could be a bit strange on certain days but should be able to find something nice. Breakfast is the weakest as there is no Pork at a Muslim country understandable but it's just repeat different varieties of tomato, cucumber and cheeses. However, bakery was great, nice bread and pastries. Main meals are OK, but the deserts are dire, all looks good not not much flavour, just sugary. However the local Turkish deserts are very nice and so they should be. Overall, 3 to 4 stars. Oh, air conditioning in rooms are weak, have to keep it on all day even when not in room. Best bit that saved the hotel are the private beaches.

Beautiful location, clean and tidy, as a veggie/pescatarian I loved the food, so much choice, the salads are devine. Always somewhere to sit on the beach/pier. Saw some fab acrobatic shows and enjoyed the boat trip from the hotel. Hotel a bit old fashioned but that's not an issue for us. Our grandson had a wicked time. We would return. Would be great if the hotel could supply reusable cups and water chillers rather than water in plastic bottles.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel, visiting at the end of the season with our two children. It is quite a shady spot, so I imagine in very hot weather it is perfect, but at the end of the season the pools were quite cold. However, the sea was lovely for swimming and there is a good indoor pool with a great Turkish spa. Some reviews don’t rate the food, but we thought it was fab. Loads of choice, all cooked well and very tasty. When it’s busy the buffet area could be quite crowded. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our bathroom looked like it had recently been re-done. Great shower. There isn’t a beach, so for young children there isn’t an option for playing on the sand and paddling. We didn’t use the kids’ club but it didn’t look very inspiring when we visited. Entertainment in the amphitheatre was ok but not much on as end of season. Imagine it’s much better in height of summer. We opted for the Asian meal as our a la carte option - I strongly recommend not to do this as it was quite bad. Of course we should have gone for Turkish in Turkey! Staff were kind and attentive, the kids loved our waitress Eva. Overall we loved this hotel and would recommend.

Girls for the Coffee Corner 👍👍👍excellent coffee The hotel's amenities were fantastic— beautiful pools, a clean and well-maintained beach. It was so relaxing to know that everything was included, from meals to entertainment, without having to worry about extra charges. Our chose family 2 very spacious rooms,the housekeeping service was prompt and thorough, ensuring we always had a comfortable and clean space staff at the all-inclusive hotel truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant servers and housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. The service was consistently outstanding. The restaurant staff were attentive, quick to accommodate any special requests, and always provided service with a smile. The entertainment and activities staff were energetic and made sure guests had fun What really stood out was the personal touch - staff remembered our names, Especially Sherhan very king and polite quick to help us every time preferences, and were always available to offer help or advice with a friendly attitude. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction made our experience unforgettable. We felt truly valued throughout our stay, and it's clearly We recommend this Hotel 1000% So we will be back

Excellent in all areas, the rooms were cleaned everyday other than Friday (day off) rooms had everything you need for a family holiday. The grounds and upkeep were absolutely stunning. All staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant, nothing too much of an ask. The food was excellent and full of variety. The pools, absolutely beautiful along with the water park. If you are looking for a fun packed, family hotel then look no further, this place ticks all the boxes.

Food quite good. But when it comes to the cleanliness of the facility, there is one big but... for me this facility should not have 4 stars, but 3. The standard in the rooms is tragic. The rooms are old. Few attractions for children. I do not recommend and I would definitely not choose this facility again. The only plus is that it is close to go for a walk to Marina Rubicon.

A very average 3 stars. It's not a bad place, just a bit run down. Situated just too far from town for a quick shop. Costs around 4-5 euros in a taxi. There is a small supermarket next door which has a good selection but quite expensive. The hotel grounds are nice but can get messy with paper cups and plates. The rooms are okay, however they're very used. The small coffee tables in the living room aren't very child friendly though, as a few heads were banged often. The cleaners don't take any care with anything left on the floor. It will be thrown into a corner, or brushed under the sofa/bed with the rest of the rubbish. Very dusty floors, the air con unit kept leaking water over the floor, there's no dedicated second bedroom (just a sofa bed). Most of the staff seem quite resentful of the customers. They're not very chatty or helpful. There are a few exceptions though. The food is definitely catered to a typical English audience. Fry up for breakfast, Burgers for lunch and Pizza for evening meal. The food is probably the most disappointing part of the hotel. The restaurant can get very full and very messy. The water park is separate to the hotel but is accessed from the hotel grounds. Towels tend to be placed on sun loungers from around 6am but still some choice from 0730. The kids pool is the best choice for smaller kids, or if you want it a bit quieter. All in all, it's disappointing for the money paid. There are just too many people for the size of the site. Very popular with the 'Stone Island Crew'

Great family holiday. Not posh and fancy but everything you need for a good time. Rooms spacious but basic, good variety of meals every night, with theme nights. The flambe bananas were amazing. polite staff. Good location to different trips/experiences. Kids splash park is everything you need to keep the little ones entertained. Kids entertainment is repetitive but they enjoy it though. Some of the beds are ridiculously hard, which has meant I've had minimal sleep. We've had 1 cockroach in the room, but look at the environment we're in, it's to be expected. Overall if you're looking for a nice family get away, this is for you. If you want loads of entertainment and luxury, this isn't for you.

We got a great value for the full family with all inclusive so this holiday was really a good price. But if I was to pay the normal price I would be very disappointed. The room was spacious with nice view but the room service was very poor the cleaners barely cleaned the floor was dirty even after the service was in the room so I take they didn’t really do much. Good really good two restaurants with lots of choices. Main pool area really great but again the pools were not cleaned - it’s a 4* hotel I would expect a little bit more we stayed in another hotel and staff cleaned pools every morning my husband got hurt because there was something sharp in the kids pool. With the safety a kid got injured in the restaurant smashing her finger because the chair was broken- although she screamed so much none of the staff came over or even got interested. The water park is really great but again so much dirt in there and surface very slippery around the kids area. I find this hotel really nice with so much to offer but for the family hotel I would expect a little bit more consideration of safety and cleanness. For the evening shows very simple but it was fun. We experienced better entertainment in other hotels that we were really looking forward to. I would still give 4 starts overall but again for families I think my points should be considered.

Everything was ok we are satisfied from our staying there. Maybe personal need to do at least little bit more efforts. Want to great the boys on the front desk they were extremely nice, polite and understanding. Food was good and plenty. We did love the fish. Convenient is that in the back exit of hotel you can find a lovely side walk with plenty of stores, and hotel is extremely close to the airport 35 min. walk, 5 min by car 🚗.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, there was a major downside—loud music played until midnight or even later. This was especially frustrating since the hotel isn’t adults-only and there were many families with young children. The windows are old, not soundproof, so the noise easily made its way into the rooms, making it hard to get any sleep. The hotel doesn’t have direct beach access, and you need to take a shuttle bus to the beach. The driver waits for 20 minutes until the bus is full because he’s too lazy to make multiple trips, even though it’s just a 5-minute drive. He forces passengers to squeeze into three spots, crammed without air… He lets people board with open strollers into this small bus, even when there’s no space for people, let alone big strollers. In the restaurant, there is a children's section with small chairs and tables, but only one high chair for babies and younger kids who want to sit at the table with their parents, which is, of course, always taken because the restaurant is always full. The hotel needs renovation, and their citizens are always allowed to skip the line and are served first, even though we’re all waiting in line. Honestly, it’s not worth the money, nor the 5 stars it claims to have.

Had a 1 week family holiday, and WOW what a blast we've had, I have never met such friendly, kind hearted staff, everyone we had the pleasure to meet was so lovely, and wanted to chat, nothing was ever too much, food absolutely plenty of choice we never went hungry, room was fantastic, pools an beach amazing. Staff from security, to reception to bar and entertainment staff to the life guards and the hotel photographer 😁, we love you all and can't wait to see you again. Bar man, George and the life guards you will always have a special place in our heart

Where to start… we stayed in the hotel one week. Couldn’t wait to go home. We paid for a superior twin room and upon arrival we were told that we were upgraded for FREE to a better room- ultra superior (looking at their website there is no such a thing). I suspect this theatrical move was a trick to get a tip. Like everything else they expect tipping: opening the umbrella at the pool (you can’t do it yourself because there is a part missing), bringing a drink to your table etc. etc. This hotel supposed to be 5 star but the quality is like 3 European star hotel. It’s supposed to be all inclusive but you have to pay for fresh juice(the guy who sells the juice is harassing all the guest all day long). If you fancy ice cream or popcorn get €4 ready. Also some parties are free but you have to pay for drinks. They run out of ice or snacks on daily basis. Many staff don’t speak English. Those who do will want to scam you and get you booked on overpriced excursions, photoshoots, massages etc. etc. Food is horrible. Very small selection of dishes. The same food everyday. Fruits very limited, musty cakes. They take your plates as soon as you stop chewing. Hotel is outdated, needs a proper refurbishment. Towels have holes, rooms are dusty. Pools need to be cleaned as there is vegetation on the bottom between tiles. At the kiosk in the main reception, the prices vary depending on the day and who serves you. Everyone wants to sell you something, there is no genuine kindness. I don’t mind tip those who provide a service but not everyone just for doing their job. We felt like we were just walking wallets. Entertainment was mediocre and no real effort was made to make it interesting. You can go to the beach by shuttle bus which runs every half hour. It is only 10 mins drive. Remember to take the towel from the hotel with you. You are entitled to 2 water bottles per day. Our freezer wasn’t working properly- needed defrosting. I would not recommend.

Let's talk about the good part. The room was large and clean. The aqua was for both adults and kids; even though, it is considered kind of small and mediocre. The food was of good quality yet wasn't that varied. Probably changed 2 items off the menu but that's it. They have almost the same menu daily. The beach was clean and the water was amazing once you crossed the first bit that had pebbles on it. Now what I didn't like mainly was how they favoured the foreign guests over Egyptians. Most waiters were hovering over them seeing their needs. I had to help myself out usually and when I needed their assistance, it was late. I hated that their menu was almost set. Either for breakfast, dinner or lunch. The drinks weren't the best. I believe, they don't like to add much milk to their drinks and I have to regularly ask for extra. The animation was really not that good. They usually have a half an hour show and not daily. Felt like their activity was limited unlike other hotels I have been to. All in all,it was a good experience, yet I think I might try a different hotel next time.

I spend 9 days with my family on all inclusive. The hotel was very nice and spacious. The food was good and the service was also very nice. The choice of food and drinks was impeccable. A big plus is the sunbeds on the beach and a small bar, a very nice way to spend time. The downside is that most of the activities were conducted in French and not always translated. The hotel is generally worth recommending .End of season lots off sale and much more quiet. Weather 23 degrees and not much sun in that part of Create.

I was with my partner on a week's holiday, I definitely do not recommend this hotel if someone suffers from asthma. The entire hotel smells incredibly of chlorine, which made it hard to get out of bed in the morning plus a sore throat. I will also add that people using wheelchairs or the physically disabled will have problems getting to the hotel or moving around on its premises. Apart from that, the hotel is really nice, nice views and we got a nice room (for an additional fee of course). Hotel service at a high level so there was nothing to find fault with. Animation only in French so if someone wants to go to this hotel with children, please keep that in mind. The drinks at the bar were very weak, the wine from the restaurant was much stronger, strange. Souvenir shops at every turn are a big plus, two supermarkets right next to the hotel are also a plus. The sea is about 200 meters from the hotel, so very close. Greetings to the entire hotel staff and management! 🩵

We had an exceptional stay at this lovely hotel! The dining options were impressively diverse, featuring a wide variety of meats, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts, and delicious ice cream. The restaurant, with its cozy atmosphere and stunning sea view, was a highlight of our experience. Access to the beach is very convenient, The beach area was pleasant, with sun-beds available. The hotel maintained two beautiful pools, both featuring a lively atmosphere with music and breathtaking views. There’s also a designated shallow area for children, along with a gaming room to keep them entertained. The staff was friendly and engaging, providing excellent service - multilingual, speaking German, French, and English. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist in any way. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic all-inclusive experience!

We stayed at this hotel for a week in May. Our feelings about the vacation were mixed, but for the price, it was probably reasonable. The place is beautiful with great views, but the room was not as it appeared in the booking photos. The room cleaning was superficial: the toilet was a bit dirty, and there was hair and dust in the bathroom. However, the rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily as well. The cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. The food seemed okay at first, but with each passing day, it tasted less fresh, and later we had stomachaches. However, the waitstaff was also attentive and friendly. There weren't many activities at the hotel. There were evening shows, but only in French. The drinks at the bar were mediocre, with a strong alcohol taste. The hotel has two large pools and sun loungers, but on the beach, there often weren't enough loungers for everyone. Overall, this hotel is suitable for those who enjoy a quiet vacation and don't expect luxury.

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Everything you need. Beds were comfortable, mini fridge stocked up on arrival and a bottle of wine. All appreciated when we arrived later in the evening Staff were lovely especially Angel on reception. Food was good. Pool area was always kept clean and tidy. The beach was a little walk away but well worth it, you do have to pay for the sun beds. All in all a lovely hotel staff food nothing to complain about at all.

Never saw a negative review until we arrived. Having to pay 20 euros for beach towels, if you would like a clean one it's another euro per towel. Safes are in rooms but you have to pay 25euros to use. Tokens are given to you for plastic cups to get drinks. This is not a 4star, but very clean rooms, needs a proper refurbishment. Tiles are painted in tooms and is all peeling off. Poor Internet connection for all of the holiday. After speaking with more English people they felt how we did, so we were just not over thinking. Staff were rude at reception. Pool is very run down, missing tiles. Music is loud round pool and not very relaxing. Beach very clean and bar atalaya was our safe haven. Feeding the Chipmunks 🐿 was enjoyable.

There is a quite walk till the beach (not very suitable for kids) The animation is very focused for French guest, but we have Sara from the international which is excellent, very friendly and happy. She make our journey very fun and we felt really welcome. The hotel is very clean, we do not see dirty cups or foods and on the floor around the pool as in other hotels.

The hotel has stunning views, clean, nice food and plenty of swimming pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size with big bathroom, the cleaners came everyday. You can walk to close beach but steep hill walking back up. The towns with shops and beautiful beaches are a bus ride away, which you can catch 5 min walk away, only cost £1 each way. The only downside was, it was very windy. I’d love to go again

I like the fact it is also wheelchair and accessible friendly. The pools were great and I love the fact that even at 10am there were plenty of sunbeds available due to the notice on each one. Their enthusiasm truly enhanced the overall experience. The variety of food available was impressive, with options catering to all tastes, every meal was a delight. The facilities were clean and everything was kept to a good standard including rooms, pool facilities, restaurant and the gym. Finally, big shout out to the ‘animacion’ team who ran the activities throughout the day. We really enjoyed getting involved with some of the different sports and games.

Me and my partner stayed here in July. We were greeted with big smiles. Very clean throughout. The bedrooms were a great size and kept very clean throughout our stay, the cleaners were always very nice and polite. The food is what you would expect for an all exclusive, although we did have some days where there were a lot more options than other days, the snack bar is a nice little addition. The drinks are great, good selection to choose from and the staff always happy to chat. The pool area is really nice, two good size pools. One negative is people reserve the beds very early. We unfortunately found this out on our first day. People had towels out on beds before half 7. One other thing is that there is nowhere near enough lifts. There are only three, so you are constantly queuing and for four days of our holiday one of the lifts broke which caused fun time at dinner, taking the stairs when you’re on the sixth floor isn’t fun especially after dinner!😂 I would recommend the hotel as the positives and the experience definitely outweighs the two very minor negatives. It’s in a great location, 10 / 15 minute walk from the beach / shops / bars. And was only a 30 minute drive from the airport.

They were always willing to be of help, and service was extremely fast. The hotel was always kept clean and tidy and our rooms were cleaned everyday. The spa was a delight, we had facials and other treatments which were definitely worth the money! The food was very good, with various options each night. The hotels location is perfect with just over a 10 minute walk from the beach and is close to many shops and restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely love to come again!

Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Great food, comfortable rooms, massive pool and great entertainment on offer. We stayed for a week, and was never bored with what was on offer. I would love to thank the entertainment team, everyday there was fun activities on offer, and they were all friendly during our stay. Throughout our stay, there was always at least one out of three lifts out of service, during peak times you did have to queue quite a while for these. On occasions, two were out of service, so be prepared to walk on foot to your rooms. We paid for all inclusive plus package, which gives you access to premium and labelled spirits. However, when ordering drinks, you had to ask for these specifically. Even with a different coloured wrist band, the bar staff did not always use these spirits. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rodos Maris, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with every detail, but a few highlights truly stood out. Firstly, the food at the hotel was another memorable aspect of my stay. Each meal was delicious, with a diverse range of cuisines to try. The real stars of the culinary experience, though, were the sweets! Each dessert was like a work of art, both in presentation and taste. The beach was pristine with crystal-clear waters, and the gentle waves created the most serene atmosphere. We stayed in the resort for 7 nights. It was our first time at this place and the welcome impression was the most disappointing. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. For example, she didn't inform us about things like fitness with Angie? I found this info here on Google reviews. She made a fuss to answer any question. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Another thing is that we didn't have electricity in our bungalow. So on arrival we couldn't have a shower, stayed in the dark room with not working minibar, without air-conditioning or couldn't charge our phones. It really made a really bad first impression. It took 2 full days to get to the point where the mini fridge actually started to work! Above all we also had to pay tax upon the arrival for the every day stay at the hotel. Also, our son didn't get a proper duvet just some old blanket to cover. Although we couldn't complain about the food or drinks. Those were really good. The stuff and management of the restaurants- truly 5 stars.

Absolutely wonderful octobee half term holiday. We had 17 family members ( 5 family units) 7 children and 10 adults. We had a mixture of family rooms and bungalows. The staff were very helpful and responsive if there was a problem. We had a beautiful room and the food was delicious. The pools were a bit cold for the kids so we spent most of our time all together on the beach. They water was warm and the bar staff very good. Sunbeds are a bit rubbish though. Great holiday would definitely go again.

We loved our stay at Cooks Club. The hotel is in a great central location with easy access to all the great bits of the island. The hotel has been designed beautifully inside and out. Not only that but it's very clean and there were always pleasant staff to greet you. The lobby, dining hall and grounds are all immaculate and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are a decent size and ours overlooked a mountain which was lovely! The bed was very comfy and the room was nicely appointed. It had a luxury feel. The app that they use to order food works seamlessly. There was a good choice every night and it wasn't all the same stuff. There was a good choice of Greek cuisine too. This is no buffet, food is delivered beautifully to your table. The a la carte restaurant is amazing. The best food we had on the island! Don't be afraid to order something a bit different! There is a good array of drinks too. You don't feel hemmed in by the all inclusive at all. So summary- great hotel! I would visit this one and the others in the group. Don't hesitate to book!

Beds are amazing. Room was good, not keen on toilet and shower being combined with room with glass doors that don’t shut properly. Only 2 small bottles of water in fridge daily. Bar staff at best didn’t want to be there. Food was good, pizza especially. Al a carte grill was good but lots of added charges if not careful. One choice of steak. Everybody bitten by gnats in corfu, everyone we spoke to! Not sure if this is time of year? But was bad. Had a great time but wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

Amazing hotel, incredibly clean, friendly impeccable service & lovely food. The interior decor is very boho and noticeably high quality furnishings which is evident the minute you walk through the door. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the room maids are very quick and efficient, we set our room to be cleaned and when I returned 1 hour later it was already done with fresh towels. The only negative is that the toilet in the room is incredibly non-private, fine for a seasoned couple or very close friends. We also paid extra for a swim up pool which was a lovely extra for a little romantic dip at night however we did not get direct sun light from 11am onwards. This turned out to be a very insignificant issue as the main pool area was fabulous, playing relaxed tropical/funk house music throughout the day at a very considerate volume - ideal for reading, chilling and sunbathing. I was worried it was going to be a noisy/party hotel but it was the complete opposite, incredibly chilled, relaxing and overall DREAMY which was perfect for a couple. The pool was a great temperature and was very clean. The main restaurant served a great buffet selection for breakfast and a “made to order” for your table at lunch and dinner all ordered via an app. We tried probably 70-80% of the menu each day with the majority being very tasty for an all inclusive. The pool bar serves an array of burgers, sandwiches and salads which were all great. Cocktails selection was also lovely, majority of spirits being included in the all inclusive also. We also tried the À la cart restaurant one night (1 meal included in price) we upgraded an paid extra for steaks, this whole meal was delicious and worth waiting for the last night like we did. We noticed the guests were probably 30% same sex couples which was nice as a same sex couple ourselves. You can get a 15 min bus journey straight to Corfu town from right outside the hotel which was handy for day trips.

The terrace is lovely with sunbeds on, the hotel is clean and lovely and the all inclusive is great, the meals are really good. Had no issues at the hotel whilst we were there. Nice hotel. We enjoyed a weekend break. The evening entertainment was perfect, with great dancers and singers. Room was clean and spacious. Our balcony was overlooking the internal courtyard. Breakfast was abundant. Buffet dinner in hotel's restaurant was superb. Pool area was a bit crowded at times (peak season). Recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights and at best had a mediocre stay. There were some real highlights, the variety of restaurants was fantastic and the restaurant staff were very kind. However, some inexcusable incidents. The most disappointing and frankly dangerous, being that my friends and I got trapped in a lift on the 12th floor, this was absolutely terrifying. The lift was moving repeatedly up and down between floors with the doors not opening. No one answered the loud alarm which we rang multiple times and no one picked up the emergency line we were calling. The lift managed to fix itself, no thanks to the absolutely useless reception staff. We no longer felt safe in the lifts for the rest of our stay (this happened night 2) so didn't get to enjoy the roof top pool/bar. We went to reception to notify them of what happened and the staff were rude and dismissive. I highlighted this was a huge safety incident and I was completely brushed off which unfortunately came to be a common occurrence. The second issue was the reps. They were fun however very insistent and wouldn't let you relax by the pool in peace, they were always pestering you to join in even when you said no. Our room was a good size for 4 of us and exactly as described however often our towels weren't changed and we weren't given a hairdryer. We had to ask 3 times for a hairdryer and when someone eventually came to the room to give us one he wouldn't let us have it until we showed him every draw (where the hairdryer should have been) was empty. This was unnecessary, uncomfortable and invasive given we are 4 young women. We also were woken at 8am with someone dropping off towels that we'd asked for multiple days prior. Communication between reception and maintenance/housekeeping was evidently very poor. The variety of restaurants was fabulous however the way this works on all inclusive should have been better explained by reception. You get to visit each restaurant once, we tried Luma and the new Asian restaurant which were both lovely and the staff at both were fantastic. However it would have been nice to know prior to dinner what was/wasn't included with our all inclusive but I can't fault the restaurants themselves! Unfortunately we had multiple rude interactions with the hotel reception staff including when I handed my towels card back in for a €10 refund. I paid in card and expected this to be returned in card. Instead I was given cash which would have been nice to know in advance as I returned my card at the end of my holiday and don't use euros back home. I asked if I could get a card refund and the receptionist was rude and dismissive, often answering me back in sarcastic comments. The final let down was check out. We'd charged some extra drinks to our room and when I asked for a copy of the bill before I pay we waited over 20minutes (missing our bus) to then not be given a copy of the receipt. In the end we agreed to pay but again this highlighted the poor communication between the reception and other areas of the hotel. Photo pictured shows the downstairs pool and how close the hotel was to the sea which was ideal for a dip. Overall the stay was average, it was a good location near lots of buses and bolts around the island are cheap. However, I will never be staying again.

The hotel has 3 restaurants and a buffet restaurant. They have a rooftop pool as well as one by the sea on the ground floor. The rooftop pool is adults only which is nice. The animation team did a great job with the evening shows. The hall they have for it is stunning. I could carry on and on about the Qawra Palace resort and spa

Rooms very dated, and a strange smell in the room. Not a lot going on for the kids, kids entertainment is pretty much non existent, 20 mins of songs at 20:00 which is pretty late. Kids club advertises archery and all sorts but they don’t adhere to it. Children are just left to their own devices in the soft play. When questioned, the man said he doesn’t have any of the equipment, and that he’s been asking management for months. Upon check out at 11:00, the all inclusive then stops. So if you have a late flight, you then need to pay for your own lunch and dinner. I’ve been to many other all inclusive resorts and never come across this before. Disgraceful. Although the food and choice in the buffet was very good.

Incredible experience for our kids 5 and 8 years old. The pool was fantastic 2 slides and a diving board. Located on the beach it was perfect We were all inclusive and the food was very good with an amazing variety 10/10 from all our family.

Very, very disappointed. The whole property including the rooms and common places are outdated. The rooms were clean and we had no problem with the staff that cleaned them, but the couch and kitchen appliances were probably 20 years old and never changed out. For the most part the pool and pool area were clean but the pool chairs were all broken. We booked the all inclusive and it was HORRIBLE. The breakfast and lunch at AQUA were not good. We could not get to any of the other restaurants that were supposedly including in the all inclusive package due to them being on a different property requiring different key cards. We tried Jacks one night for dinner and were so disgusted we left after one bite. This is not a five star resort. It does not own the beach in front of it but you can access it from the mgm property. We will not be returning and we’re upset with the price we paid for our disappointing stay.

Whoever rates this place at more than 2 starts clearly had to be drunk. The hotel is outdated throughout, and the room is from 1990 at the very best. Whoever thought about giving this hotel 4 starts clearly has no clue about what they are doing, and 5 stars sight at the entrance to the reception. It is a silly joke. Food option for all-inclusive is shocking at push, you get the same 3 option buffet in the morning and although you can book yourself a dinner in one of many restaurants which they own, we left the place after 15 mins as I wouldn't feed my dog with what was served. I have automatically cancelled all reservations which we had for the rest of the week and when chatting to the receptionist, he just knocked his head and said that he knows how poor it is and there is nothing he could do about it and simply apologised. 3* Hotels in Spain seem to be luxurious to this, and although we are only 3 days in our 7, I would already book a plane back if I could only get the money back.

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Positives: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean (but cold). Outside is better than the inside and the grounds were well kept. Negatives: We went for 5 days. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedding wasn't changed nor did we get clean towels until I complained - twice. There were also cockroaches in the room. The food was disgusting and lukewarm and flies kept landing on it all as it wasn't covered. For a 4* hotel I expected the food to be at least adequate but it truly wasn't. The entertainment wasn't the best but we were out of season. It is located on the beach but there is no access directly and its very rocky. The indoor pool is even colder than the outside which seemed odd. The all inclusive drinks don't include Latte, milkshake, hot chocolate etc and u have to pay separately for those. To keep it's 4* rating it needs completely refurbishing inside and new chefs/food choices.

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Good Location it’s near where you can walk to shops or have lunch or dinner out or go out in the evening to have a drink

Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was stunning and everybody was so friendly. Mariana was lovely. The room was left spotless and she even left us flowers. Absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come here again. The building, pool and beach was amazing. Loved it here and we don’t want to leave!

First of all we had a private pool and all of the pools are a clear blue colour, the pools are very clean. They do food pretty much 24-7 do you don't need to worry about missing food too much. There is a kids pool with slides a general swimming pool and if you have a one a small private pool, it is very cold and there is a button at the back for bubbles but it doesn't warm up the pool. Everything looks really pretty and it has amazing vegetation. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to stay in kos!

This resort is great. We were there last week. And though the rooms are dated & the food average (but the range of options at the buffet, and almost 24h availability is beyond generous)…the staff are fantastic and make up for any shortfalls elsewhere.

Had such a wonderful holiday with the girls at this hotel. Every employee was so polite and accommodating. The hotel is so clean and pretty, great facilities and the beach near by was lovely for morning walks. Would happily come back and would recommend to families or groups of friends. It’s in a great location and has lots of lovely bars and restaurants near by. You feel really safe and welcome in the hotel, we were all at ease and could really relax. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel and staff are amazing. So happy and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. It is wheelchair friendly and accessible. Pool has shallow steps to get in and out and a good handrail. We were given a pool level room, which was great for getting around. Lifts up to reception and restaurant, no problem. room was lovely, clean and fresh, and serviced every day. The food was amazing, so much choice, The fresh doughnuts at 4pm were to die for. Great choice of drinks and good cocktails waiter service if you want it. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the evening entertainment. Whilst the dancers are very good, it's the same thing every night with different costumes. Needs more variety and interactive things. There is a guy singing on the terrace who is very pleasant to listen to but again gets a bit samey and it gets very crowded so you have to be there early to get a table. There is nowhere really to dance and let loose. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Amazing stay, lovely staff and amazing food!! Staff are very welcoming and is child friendly, have multiple sports to choose from to play as a family and have activities for children all day long. Big buffet with loads of different food. Close to the beach and overall recommend.

Reasonable pricing for the luxurious facilities. The location is right on the beach and it has a beautiful pool with several food and drink options (it’s an all inclusive). Worth a stay! The staff are very cheerful and happy to help.

My wife and I had 5 nights at the Sol Oasis. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. Plenty of activities to choose from. Food was very good. The entertainment was also really good. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! Always on hand to top your drink up!can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a great holiday! Also, a fantastic Halloween show with themed coctails, food and decorations!

We stayed at Sol Oasis for a week with two young twin boys and had a great time. The food was varied with something for everyone. The rooms were spotless. There is a range of activities for everyone of all ages from kids club which we used everyday (we had to supervise because the children were under 4), to activities like Tennis, Football, Archery, day time entertainment by the pool and a gym on site. Best of all, were the staff - nothing was ever too much effort, they went above and beyond time and time again - we would not hesitate to stay here again!

I can't recommend Sol Oasis Marrakech enough. The rooms were clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, however they were quite small, this wasn't an issue for me and my girlfriend but some might have an issue. The food and entertainment was excellent, a mixed of local and themed dishes every day. Every meal has a wide selection of choice for both taste and dietary preference. The bars were both quick and efficient, the inside barman made especially good cocktails The staff for the hotel went above and beyond at every turn. The entertainers were working long days and always friendly cheerful, going above and beyond every time. Bar staff and waiters and kitchen staff were all great. We liked the location outside of Marrakech, but with easy access via shuttle bus or taxi.

I haven’t even finished my stay at Sol Oasis yet but I feel compelled to leave this review. The past 6 days have been absolutely amazing. The rooms were very nice and frequently cleaned. The bar staff were especially friendly - a member of the team called Moshine made my family and I feel very welcome and went the extra mile to take care of us during our stay. The facilities are great and the nearby excursions were amazing. Will definitely be coming back

This was the second time in Marrakech and from the minute we arrived we are were in awe of the amazing entrance and greeting we received. Wow e Our room was spacious, clean and the Air Conditioning was perfect. When we came down after unpacking our bags it was evident straight away that this was going to be a fun and entertaining holiday ... All of the staff were happy and so polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurants were amazing with a wide variety of fresh cold and hot food every day. A big shout out to the bar staff who were amazing and offered various bespoke cocktails The animation team were the best that I have ever experienced and it really was great fun and the Yoga classes and Water Aerobics were fantastic. We can't wait to come back and even thinking about coming back in December I can't thank all of the staff enough for our amazing holiday

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each day. Every meal felt like a culinary adventure, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Had a great time! Animation team is fabulous! EDIT: The animation team will hound you to leave a 5 star review and wait with you so they can take a picture once you've completed it. The animation team will also not stop trying to get you to take part in the hotels activities (zumba, step class, etc) throughout the day - I just wanted to relax with my friends and the constant interruptions through the week were a little frustrating. They also do review nights at the hotel where they go all out and it is good but will refuse to serve you drinks until you've left a 5 star review. The hotel was really nice and I enjoyed my stay, the dolphin trip you can book was great we saw lots of dolphins. I have removed 1 star from my original review because of the points above. I also think it's worth saying that the drinks are poured very freely so be careful they are STRONG! The food was very good! New food in the buffet everyday - There was a lot of flies in the buffet and in the snack bar, not necessarily the hotels fault but worth noting.

Great entertainment and good food. Cleaners are great and give great service and good towel statues. Lots of activities to do for a cheap price (£20-£50). Animation team give great mini discos for kids and live shows at night, fun filled aqua gym and water polo of a day time. Would recommend

Lovely hotel, brilliant country, everyone smiles! In particular the animation team are so friendly and have a great variety of activities, especially Ramos! If you get to meet him ask him to do card tricks! There’s a great variety of dishes in the restaurant daily, something for all tastes, but if you really cannot find something that suits you the chefs will prepare something else. Drinks service to the table for lunch and dinner instead of the typical bun fight at the beer or taps as with some all-inclusive locations. Would recommend this hotel and location.

It was a bit busy season so that everything was late. We'd paid for premium but till I raised an issue, the reception didn't give me the upgrade. Also I understood the reception was busy all the time, most of them were really helpful but ONE wasn't. I was very offended and had a complained, but she wasn't change. No bother. Room was clean itself but bed was a bit smaller than normal. Resort was big enough so many place to play. Food is under expectation. 😱

Not 5 star as advertised, more like 2 star. Food was terrible, whole family had upset stomach every day. All family's are placed at the very far end of the complex which is a 15 / 20 minute walk up hill just to get to reception or the restaurant, not good when you have young children and the temperature is over 40 everyday. Not for families with young children, nothing to do for kids during the day. Night time entertainment is some guy playing YouTube videos on a big screen and a 20 minute sing along for kids, and that is it. All inclusive selection of drinks is very poor and limited, anything decent you have to pay for. Wifi cost £100 for two weeks, don't even pay that much at home for 4 months of broadband- shocking! The male staff on reception during the day are unhelpful and very rude. They have an on site shopping mall in the reception which is just an over priced corner shops selling milk for £7.00 for a small carton and a small bottle of water for £5.50 rip off! Only positive is the staff who work on housekeeping, do an amazing job, and will go over and beyond to help you with anything. As for location, the complex is built next to the sea with nothing around for miles just sand and waste land, so no sightseeing if you wanted to explore the local area. Don't waste your money on this place and book somewhere else.

Strong non-recommendations for Hotel Stella Garden!!! The service is very unfriendly, the internet is extra, and if you paid all inclusive, all the services in the hotel are extra, they refuse to let the drivers enter the yard to pick up the guests if they need to go to the city, the hotel taxi, also the excursions are 5 up to 6 times more expensive than locally, for example to Senzo Mall local uber charges 2e, hotel taxi charges 15e, the food is terrible, inedible, has a disgusting smell and taste, it is not emphasised that the restaurant you have the right to visit 2 times a week is actually in Stella Beach , to which you have to go by bus, food on the beach also disgusting, the glasses are dirty, the hotel market charges a higher exchange rate than the real one, charges for things that you can find in the market outside the hotel for 0.3e, they charge 2.5e, the entrance to the beach is 500m long and all this without exaggeration! we have been to other 5 star hotels, this is nothing like it. unlike those hotels, this hotel is not for more than 3 stars. The safe in the room is constantly broken, the refrigerator does not work, for the repair of such things, we waited for them for 20 minutes for the safe even though we emphasized that we urgently need to leave the room, we begged them for 3 days for the refrigerator, they changed it only after we threatened that we will have to change the room! all in all, for this price you can find much better hotels, with much better service.

The hotel is reasonably priced but as per the other comments the restaurant is pretty awful, it’s always so busy you have to jump in someone’s seat when they leave, queue for drinks and the hot plates and the food was mediocre at best. The pools are pretty good and the grounds were clean and well kept but we definitely wouldn’t be going back.

There's nothing terrible about this hotel, but nothing great about it either, It is average at best. Food bland, dry and not very tasty, But it is adequate. You won't starve. Staff a mixed bag, some really helpful, others look like they'd rather be anywhere else on earth but here. Hotel is very clean, that is one positive. But there are few others

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel! The service was excellent , they fulfilled all our requests and were very serviceable. Although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation. The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. The hotel beach is just beautiful ! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our stay here! Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic! The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!

We had a lovely stay at The Princess Andriana. The hotel is beautifully appointed, offering an all-inclusive experience that exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was good with plenty of variety, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This wasn’t our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. There’s so much space and plenty of activities to enjoy, yet it never feels too crowded. The food is decent, everything is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is always vibrant and uplifting. What really stood out to us this time, even more than before, was just how hard the staff works to make your holiday as perfect as possible - everyone. They truly go above and beyond. Just one of examples - we had a minor issue when our daughter twisted a muscle, but the spa staff immediately found an available slot and worked their magic—she was back on her feet like nothing ever happened. You had to see how dedicated they are !!! Everyone in hotel deserves a big thank you for their dedication and effort. The only downside was the behavior of some hotel guests who were leaving a mess behind them. It's disappointing to see such disregard for others. However, they are minority. Despite that, we’re certain we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Please always smile to people who work hard there, and you will see the magic back !
