Amazing hotel! And staff! So friendly and helpful. Food is fab, and great service and selection of food. Great for kids too. Entertainment is brilliant every night and a fantastic kids club during the day . Room was clean and tidy. Spa was so relaxing.its a must! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place, amazing staff and brilliant service.. only issue was the lack of vegetarian food and the lack of knowledge about vegetarians.. it would be ideal to separate the vegetarian from the meat section and to also clearly label the food items as being vegetarian or vegan.. also, another pointer towards caring for our environment, stop using the little plastic water bottles, and put refil stations around the hotel. Use plastic glasses that can be washed rather than disposable ones..all in all, a great place with awesome activities for everyone to participate in! Thanks for the lovely break!

This hotel is very good. Staffs are always kind. The service is great, especially Salih, he takes care of you very well. pavilion service was great. Our children enjoyed it very much. everything is perfect. The drinks are of good quality. The food is very delicious. We will recommend it to everyone and we will come again.

I would highly recommend thus hotel. All the facilities are amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we have loved are experience and would happily come to this hotel. The entertainment is exceptional both the evening and day time activities will keep all ages occupied The private beach with all inclusive drinks is a very good attraction!

Great location, friendly and attentive staff especially bar staff who work really hard. Food is excellent. Recommend the a la carte restaurants for a change as really good quality food. Pools a little cold in October but well kept and lots of activities for children and family to keep us busy. Would recommend for family holiday.

Just got back from a 4 night stay. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfy, clean and have what you need. The food was lovely (hot if you get there when it opens) paella every lunch and fresh prawns one evening. A different selection of meats each day. The vegetarian options were also very nice. The beer was good as was the sangria. The hotel was busy but still quiet enough to be able to easily get a sunbed. The entertainment was good and the staff were friendly. No complaints at all and would definitely return. As for the reviews regarding flies - yes there was flies (not swarms) but you cant help nature.

This is our second time at this hotel this year. The rooms are huge, the beds are very comfortable, it is clean and spacious. The cleaning is regular. The food is very tasty, you will not go hungry, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. Food for every taste. The animation is great. The animation team is great! I would especially like to mention Gabriella❤️❤️❤️, she is very cool, she loves children, people and her job, she is very cheerful and kind, she leaves no one without attention. The hotel staff is very polite, good people work here. Thank you all very much!!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very hard working staff in restaurant. Housekeeping. Piano bar pool bar reception well done to you all. Always helpfool never seen any staff where ever we went doing nothing always busy pool staff done excellent keeping all areas clean and tidy. Food exceptional lots to choose from staff worked non stop cleaning tables ready for the next guests well done to the chefs in front of house and the chefs in the kitchens housekeeping staff you were brilliant reception staff thank you for all your help especially Maria who is a credit to front house staff incredible. Very clean. The staff were excellent - very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel - lots of options and all well prepared. Beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning is a lifesaver and says on throughout the day/night without the room card in the little slot. Rooms were serviced every other day (perfect) although they didn't change towels until the 2nd service (even though we put them in the bath as requested) but not a huge deal, everything else was kept very clean :) In all, very happy 💕

I am an absolute foodie and was a bit worried about some of the reviews about the food. However, as far as all inclusive go the food is really good, the chefs are constantly cooking something fresh, and they’re usually huge fillets of fish. The sea rice & paella was delicious & there was always loads of options, unless your super fussy! The rooms were a little on the small side however, always clean and each day had fresh towels etc so perfect for the little time you spend in the room. Service was great from all staff, entertainment was also brilliant - I highly recommend pool cycling it’s hilarious!

This hotel was my first experience of an all inclusive package and I can’t say I was disappointed in any way. Every day was spent with a drink in hand by the pool relaxing before making my way in for lunch and dinner to some very tasty meal options. My favourite would have to be the pork cheeks, some of the tastiest food I have experienced. The staff were nearly always nice and helpful although the language barrier was there they understood all our needs and there was nothing to fault or complain about. I hope to be back to this hotel in the near future for another holiday of the same caliber.

Small rooms, minuscule beds and with poor noise isolation, hotel does not respect the noise rules having activities until 11pm and having guests making noise outside in the hotel area after 11pm, midnight. Some people had food poisoning. Not much variety if you have a more restrictive diet. Dishes/glasses were many times dirty when you picked them up. Hotel without gym or slippers for guests. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

First time abroad with our 6 year old. The hotel has an amazing kids club and kids entertainment in the evening , our daughter loved the staff. They were so friendly. Hotel is very clean. There is one main restaurant, lots of choice of food but it does become quite repetitive day after day. There was lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. Snack bar offered the same food every day. Our room was tiny, two single beds pushed together and our daughter had to sleep on a chair which pulled out into a bed. That wasn't made clear when we booked. We were expecting an actual bed for her. If you want a sun bed, unfortunately you have to reserve them with your beach towel. Something we hated doing and have never done before. People were reserving them at midnight for the following day. Very close to the beach, 2 minute walk. My daughter would happily come back again, I would if we had a decent sized room and it was less crowded.

Will start with the good things. The hotel is pretty well maintained and clean and the staff is very friendly. Food diversity was good and tasty. In case you are gluten intolerant you can fill a form where you pick foods that they will make in the gluten free version. On the bad side, the rooms are fairly small and the beds are terrible. The elevator is small and very slow. The beer and wine part of the all inclusive are pretty terrible.

Hotel is well run, clean and overall good. Only reason to visit reception was to get information. Not central to Benidorm but well within reach on public transport. A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't. The food was nice enough and last night's food was really tasty. Coffee is not nice.

There are so many positives about this hotel but without a doubt their one strength is their staff - they were singularly amazing. They immediately made us feel at home - friendly, helpful and good fun. Well done to all of them but a special mention to Camila and Begonia. As always with these sort of reviews, if you're the kind of person who is polite, appreciative of people's hard work and treat them with respect, you'll love the staff here. The food is really good. Great variety, good salads, some cracking dishes and you're never far away from a good paella! We were here during Halloween and I have to say they went out on a limb here and really took care of the kids that were in the hotel with a massive trick or treat round of the hotel and a cool little homemade terror tunnel. Downside? Well, yes there was one. Our room was a little tired - 0501 in the smaller tower. We had a faulty shower, a dodgy cistern and some open cracks in the wall - it just wasn't what we have been used to from this hotel. We ended up being moved which took a couple of days and that took its toll a little. That being said, we came away having had a really good week. The staff in the hotel very much made it so a big thanks to them.

Our experience was magnificent, we were two couples looking forward to disconnect so we booked an afternoon in the Spa at their Wellness Beauty Center, Montse received us as we got out of the lift and after the Spa she offered us a glass of sparkling wine, there was a water fountain and tea in a little nook where we could sit and chat. We also had a massage the next day which was absolutely relaxing, Ana the masseuse is a grand professional. Apart from this great experience the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to repeat this getaway.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! WORST HOTEL TO EXIST! Staff are rude not helpful at all. I paid for all inclusive, the food is disgusting for the money you pay. The drinks are NOT included in the all inclusive, so you have to pay separately. In the reception they tell you that if you upgrade £14 to a premium all inclusive you will get all drinks you want for 24hrs which is a lie. We upgraded and still had to pay for cocktails!!!!! Bar staff are extremely rude, even got told “ I don’t care what you want” and some bar staff don’t even speak English. Do not come to this hotel as you will be disappointed.

For the price we paid we were pleasantly surprised with Sunshine Holiday Resort Hotel after seeing previous reviews. It is definitely a 'you get what you pay for' place and we were happy enough. All staff were extremely friendly and showed great service throughout our stay, going above and beyond. The food was just standard all inclusive food really. We always found something we could eat. They did a nice all inclusive cocktail.. just ask for the special cocktail! They did put rather a big amount of vodka in so do be careful 😉. Rooms and some areas could do with a bit of an update (ours had a leaky shower and the balcony doors didnt fully lock) but it wasn't anything too major, we were only there to sleep in the rooms and wash so it didn't matter to us much. The pool area was good. The location, although seeming far out was only around £4 to Hisarono and the hotel had daily shuttle buses at 11am til 4pm to go to the beach, with several little beaches just a short walk along. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Holiday Resort.

Wonderful hotel, great staff and a beautiful location. Stayed here for a week with family. Can't fault it. The food is excellent and there's always a good amount of choice. But as they cater for many nationalities, especially Turkish, don't expect a full English and shepherd's pie. The spicy breakfast scramble they served was a revelation! The staff were all terrific! Friendly, helpful and fun. I will add that we're a very polite family and thanked them each time they cleared a plate and joked about with them too. The location is away from the hustle and bustle and set at the foot of the mountains. The view from the pool is incredible. However it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the main street where buses run every 10 minutes. Last but definitely not least Sara the receptionist. She was so incredibly helpful and her English is excellent. Anytime there was an issue Sara made sure it was quickly resolved and always followed up. One night our 6 month old daughter soiled the blanket and I had to ask for a replacement. 10 minutes later Sara phoned the room to see if we had it yet. We didn't and she promised to get it sorted asap. A few minutes later the blanket arrived and 5 minutes after that Sara phoned again to make sure it was done and to see if we needed anything else. Absolutely wonderful service, I wasn't that well looked after in Vegas. I have read some of the negative reviews, I would say if you aren't the type to let a few small things ruin your entire holiday then you'll love it here. And if you are the type where one bad thing ruins everything for you then you probably won't be happy anywhere.

Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality at Sunshine Holiday Resort We had an exceptional stay at Sunshine Holiday Resort. Everything was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team was very kind and worked diligently. The room was spotless, and the pillows seemed brand new. We enjoyed the best 7 nights, and even after checking out, we were allowed to stay for an additional 8 hours until our flight, with full access to food and drinks as usual. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, thanks to the excellent work of the restaurant staff and chefs. The hotel offers uniquely beautiful views, with stunning mountains and incredible sunsets that made our stay even more memorable. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Muhammad (Mehmet). Additional gratitude to Ozzy, who was always around to help whenever needed. And thanks to Serjey for his kind attitude and care towards the guests. Your exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We will always remember you and hope to see you again next year!

Just got home after a week’s, all inclusive stay at sunshine holiday resort (which is rated a 4 star hotel). We booked through ‘On The Beach’ & flew with ‘Sunshine Express’. Not going to lie but after I’d booked I was really nervous as I came across some worrying reviews (we’ve always holidayed at least 4, if not 5 star). Anyway here’s my honest review, along with a few tips: -Yes the room was on the small side & pretty basic (we had a standard room). The room could do with a bit of an update but it was kept clean, so we were happy. Bed sheets could have been bigger & the pop up bed wasn’t ideal for a 5ft 8”, 13yr old boy, but he never complained. -Reception area, pool side, restaurant & the grounds were all kept clean & tidy & were in good condition from what we saw. My only criticism would be the fact the slide wasn’t open much. -The staff we dealt with were all A*, so no complaints there. They literally can’t do enough for you & are always happy to help! We had no issues with communication. Weysi, who worked in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. He’s always so happy & working hard to make sure guests are too. The man in the shop was really helpful as well. If he didn’t have what we wanted, then he made sure to get it in for us asap! -We were pleasantly surprised by the food, it all tasted good & we had no issues, other than maybe breakfast could of had a bit more variety on offer (there were a lot of eggs). Enjoyed the drinks & cocktails on offer. -Highly recommend Murat who runs the spa. We had an amazing experience & his staff are brilliant too (you can tell they have a lot of experience). Even if you get the ‘Basic Monty’, it’s excellent value for money & helps prepare your skin for the sun. -The entertainment was good, although the timings of things were a bit off (often things started much later than advertised). I feel like the entertainment could start a bit earlier in the evening & the stone seating area isn’t ideal & can get uncomfortable. It would be much better if they provided table and chairs but instead we used the sun lounger covers as cushions, so wasn’t too bad. The area itself isn’t that big & can get packed, so get there early if you want to actually see what’s going on! The fire show & acrobatics is what we enjoyed the most. -Get up early if you want to guarantee sun loungers & parasols! Some days were a struggle but other days not so much (but better to be safe than sorry). Probably not so bad out of season & we did always manage to get some in the end. -We booked all our excursions through Ismail who was our rep (everything we booked wasn’t too far from the hotel). Ismail is a great, honest & down to earth guy, who doesn’t rip you off. He goes above & beyond to help you & even sorted us out a dongle for a reasonable price (WiFi at the hotel isn’t great). We had a fantastic time on the jeep safari (highly recommend-although there’s a few extras not included in the price, so bring money), water park was also great & we enjoyed a trip to the beach & the market (bring plenty of spending money for that 🤣🙈). -We were a bit annoyed that ‘On The Beach’ advertised the hotel as having a gym but on arrival we were told it wasn’t open this season. Overall we had a fantastic time & would say the holiday was good value for money. We may have been lucky with our room, as I did speak to another couple who had problems with their air-con. However, after raising this with staff, they were promptly moved (they are very accommodating when you are polite). We would definitely like to return one day and would also like to say a big thank you to ‘Sunshine Holiday Resort’ for helping us create some unforgettable memories.

This was a horrendous hotel experience and it turned me off. Firstly, my family and I paid for a private coach to bring us to the hotel. After two hours from Dalam airport to the hotel, we entered the reception expecting to be greeted with a respectable and high quality establishment but we're greeted with a hotel reception that looks like it hasn't been updated for years; like it's from the 60's. Secondly, the food was not worth it. Every single day, it was the same food in the same place and there was nothing unique. It was so monotonous that I can tell U exactly what I ate for every meal of the day. Every day was Schnitzel, chips and some plain pasta. It was monotonous and extremely boring. Thirdly, the rooms were an absolute disgrace. The beds were filthy and the base was covered in some sort of brown marks (from what, I don't know). The room (I was in 6410) was an absolute filthy palace, like it was from a Brazilian prison. The showerhead was broken and was spraying the random directions, the drains in the shower stunk like a very horrid concoction; so difficult to describe but it stank and it wasn't natural, the room constantly had bugs and little critters. Furthermore, the stairs were stained and looked like they were never ONCE cleaned in a hundred years. There are so many things abt the rooms including the way the top of the room was angled at a slant so that everytime me or my family woke up, we would hit our heads. Fourthly, the lack of activities made the place so boring in comparison to other hotels I've stayed in. The activities were the same, use the pool... And that was it. Yeah there was a bar, but the drinks there were mid at best (if we ignore the fact it was mainly coke and horrible tasting coffee there). Fivethly, the hotel was far too distant from the local markets and store so I couldn't even exit the place and have fun looking around. Oh and the AC'S here weren't working AT ALL. In conclusion, this hotel is horrible and is only good for people who love cheap and crappy. These idiots also demanded we PAY £2 FOR THE SAFE A DAY. FOR THE LITERAL SAFE. WE DIDN'T PAY
