The territory of the hotel is large enough and divided into different parts. The pool area for smaller children is separated by a fence which seemed sensible and safe. Water tubing for the more daring is also quite close. A good solution if it is necessary to monitor the older and younger children of the family. In addition, there are quieter areas with pools for adults.Everything was perfect we really enjoy the shows and after show parties food was really delicious and a lot of options it’s our second time here and here is really fascinating great Mountain View and sea view at the same place next time we will definitely come here thank you for everything animation team

Nice staff. They are always there and make sure that the guests have everything they need. You can eat and drink from morning to night. The beach area is a short walk away, accessible over the bridge. In addition, there is a bus every 15 minutes.

At best a 3 to low 4 star! We visited Aug 2024 and it was beyond a disaster. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30am. The staff hardly spoke English. A family of 6, we were made to wait in the lobby area for 12 HOURS!!!!!! The 24 hour restaurant, was a small room of about 10 tables maybe, a small kitchen offering minimal options to. We had to sleep on chairs in the bar area where there were very drunk males leaching over me and my teenage daughters.
We were told by the night staff that our rooms would be ready by 11am, but conveniently the night staff left before that so when asked, we were told that wasn't the case. We were given our appaling room at 3:00pm !! Eventually, we were given our rooms (see photos). My husband and I were placed in a ground floor disabled access room, overlooking a flat roof, leaking airconditioning unit and no electricity. It was disgusting. Our children were in a room at the other opposite end of the hotel (it is a huge hotel) on the 3rd floor. They sent 2 engineers, one who looked about 17 years old, who came with a hammer and drill and proceeded to bang on the aircon under the impression that would make it work!! 2 older engineers came who spoke no english and just put the key card in and out several times. In the end they moved us. We were given another room, the same side of the hotel as the children but 2 floors below. The room was old, dated, had cracks and damage everywhere, a TV with no English programmes, a hairdryer that looked dangerous, a drawer unit that didn't close, and one top sheet for the bed that didn't fit the actual bed and was too small.
This holiday was sold by an English Travel Agency, yet there were no English guests at this hotel so the kids couldnt socialise with anyone. It was full of Russians, Easter Europeans and UAE visitors. All lovely and friendly people, but we had no one to talk to the whole 2 weeks except for the friends that came for 5 days. There were SO many drunk men (paraletic drunk) to the point that police were often called in the evenings and early hours to deal with the issues. There were guests throwing up in the communal toilets and it was just left in the sinks. Disgusting. The male staff at times were wholly innapropriate with my teenage girls and seem to just find young white girls of particular interest! Sadly, one of my daughters was sexually assaulted by one of the young male staff members, she was pushed into the toilets, into a cubicle and he tried to force himself on her, but thanfully she got away before he could go too far! The police were called and the hotel to be fair acted swiftly and said they dismissed the young man and he would not return to that hotel. The hotel itself, although grand and impressive with it's marble and chandelliers and shere vastness, is in most places dated and worn out. There was rust around the pool areas, cracks in the rooms, bad plastering, broken units, broke mini bars. The cleaners didn't really clean well. Didn't change the sheets. Put dirty towels back on the shelves even though they were left in the shower to take away. We asked for extra coffee once as we don't drink tea and we were told we weren't allowed more than our allocated 2 measured sachets a day!The piano bar, the man would turn up for a 20 minute set every night, and would play the same music every night, for 2 weeks! The bar staff were very friendly, the buffet restaurant was plentiful, lots of choice in all fairness with local variety options but it was often the same every day, which got boring. They had a grill outside the buffet restaurant, but they just did burgers mostly, or chewy minute steaks, and it was so smoky as their extractor fans didn't work and so you couldnt sit outside for the ploom of smoke you couldn't see through, and you came out stinking of it too. Very rarely they would serve a kebab or a piece of fish but generally it was burgers. Who goes to Turkey to eat burgers!! Please be mindful of this hotel. It was called something else before. I suspect it may have changed name to mask all the issues associated with it

Great selection of food , beach is very nice. The rooms are lovely and we also got a room with a swim up pool balcony. Ask for a map when you arrive as the resort is quite large and easy to get lost. If you check out the events posters it lets you know what is on (entertainment)in the different bars at different times.
