Checked out today, this place is great. Although it's quite far from the airport and city centre, everything you need is within the hotel! If you want anything else, a cab will be outside in a few minutes.
The entertainment team are great, Mady and Fabio are the best people ever and we were sad to leave them! They made it possible for guests who don't speak the same language to have such fun together.
The food is definitely not catered towards English people but why would it be? If you're in Turkey you should expect to eat turkish food. Which was also great!
Our room was cleaned daily and you see people cleaning to hotel, poolside and toilets ALL DAY. We even saw a sign fall down and it was being fixed within 5 minutes!
The beach is quite rocky as you enter the water but nice and sandy by the loungers.
Oh and don't be fooled into going to Land of the legends at night... its just a shopping centre. In the day may be more fun.
All in all, we'd definitely go back, and plan to bring our whole family next time :)

This hotel take it to a whole another level with every little detail it has. Good quality food, hygiene was alright but the service... It's beyond incredible. I would like to thank all of them seperately but the service staff in general were great. They were very caring, friendly, fast and neat. Literaly smiles were throwing in the air. They were the best part of our 10 days vacation. So a big thanks to the staff and the management but the biggest one is to the service staff and their chief🤗

Just came back from late vacation break. I’ve wanted visit turkey for the f1 race. Sadly I’ve not been so Lucky. But I’ve to got say this trip was amazing. Kudos to my Turkish (calico Maris hotel) host they know how to entertain and keep from access to the beautiful beach and amazing poolside accommodations. They truly know how to wow you. Most of the time going foreign places the food can be hit or miss. Surprisedly this hotel is really good as it had a good supply of food and drinks for both young and old. The staff while able to speak English surprised us as the can speaker polish and German and Russian also. The clients that I observed seemed to come from all over the globe. Views of the mountains are breathtaking. The rooms are very clean and maintained and very cool with A/C that are very effective at cooling the room quickly when need. So my final verdict is. I’ll definitely recommend you this hotel/resort. Oh just one more thing it is an all inclusive for food and drinks free wifi is included when we stayed. Do drop in and enjoy some Turkish delights..

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, avoid at any cost. This is not even a 3 star hotel. Food served is not fresh, rather reheated lunch for evening meal. Drinks served are made out of powder solution, same with coffee. Kids swimming attractions open late, with a break for lunch, where adults have been washing their feet after coming back from the beach. No one supervisors that. The ice cream are only served in specific hours, where queues are horrendous. Same with the pool bar. Finding seating during meals is almost impossible. Tables are never dressed on time, and food is served cold.

We stayed at this Hotel for 8 nights and had a pleasant time. The hotel was overall pretty clean and had everything we needed. The room was spacious and equipped with a minibar that was refilled with soft-drinks and water daily, a kettle for tea and coffee. Room service came daily to tidy the room and refill the mini bar, however, the floor and balcony were not thoroughly vacuumed or mopped during our stay, so it was a bit sandy towards the end. The beds were a bit too hard for our liking but it did not bother us too much. We requested more blankets which they got to us quickly.
As vegetarians, we were a bit concerned about the food choices we were going to have at the restaurant, but were pleasantly surprised. For every meal they had a variety of meat-free dishes so we found several delicious dishes every time. Besides multiple main dishes, fries, salads, and cheeses, there was fresh pide and grilled vegetables on the outside terrace and even a guy who cooked fresh pasta daily (which was super delicious)! Even the beach bar had several main dishes, and snacks like fries, onion rings, salads, and pizza daily from noon to 4pm. Unfortunately, we did not find any food options between 4-7pm, except cake, so we’d recommend to not eat lunch too early so you won’t be hungry in the late afternoon.
The staff and service were nice and helpful. Though some of them seemed a bit stressed at times, they make an effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible, fulfill your wishes and keep the hotel clean. Someone who stood out to us was the guy cooking pasta on the terrace during dinner time. He was always so kind and attentive and had a smile and a joke for every guest. He always explained to us what kinds of pasta he made so we knew if it was vegetarian or not.
The area the hotel was located in was not too nice, which didn’t come as a surprise to us, since we knew this before booking. As others have already mentioned, there is not much to do in the area. You can’t even go for a walk, since it is not very pedestrian friendly. There is a little playground down the street, but that’s about it. You can take a bus to Alanya or Manavgat, for example, which takes roughly 45-60 Minutes depending on where you go. The ride to Alanya cost us 3,50€ per Person and we had to get on the highway to stop the bus, which worked pretty well and several people did it. The highway, right in front of the hotel, did not bother us that much. When the window to the balcony was closed, we almost didn’t notice the traffic and the view on the sea was still very pretty. There are a few shops with snacks, clothing, shoes, bags, etc. a doctor, and a hairdresser in the hotel itself. The beach was rocky, so you might wanna bring water shoes or slippers to wear on the way to or in the water. Other than that, it was nice. There were enough sun loungers and the beach bar was also great. We visited the beach almost daily.
We did not really take advantage of the animation offers, but had the impression that numerous nice activities were offered.
There is a show at the arena every night. We only watched two shows (A dance show and a fire show), however, both of them were really well done and the artists were very professional.
Overall, I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable holiday with a clean hotel and good food. The price-performance ratio is great and if you are not planning on leaving the resort too often during your stay, this place is for you.
