We arrived late in the evening and check in was quick, we were chauffeured to our room by a buggy which was great as we have younger children and the hotel covers a lot of ground.
However on arrival at our room there was only one bed when we booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. We went to reception and they didn’t end up coming for a good hour.
The room wasn’t overly clean either as we found an opened sanitary product under the bed…
The grounds are nice to look at and if you like animals there’s lots of cats and kittens that wander and play. The gardening was kept on top of and there is lots of pops of coloured flowers and plants throughout.
The public toilets were definitely neglected and unhygienic, smears on walls and empty soap. The smell was off putting too as there is toilets right by the food court.
There is multiple pools and slides in 2 of them, child friendly too. Pools weren’t the cleanest and had a lot of things floating around (tissues and litter) even early in the morning. Around the pool (especially with the biggest slides) was dirty and felt slimy to walk on. Life guards were sometimes distracted too!
There was a lot of food options at each meal times with hand made pizzas at lunch times which I thought was a nice touch. Drinks quality could be improved- cocktails and coffee machines in particular.
Overall, we did enjoy our holiday but we most likely won’t return!

The spacious garden with numerous pools and slides invites relaxation. The rooms are also adequately furnished. However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn.
The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying. The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired. However, the food was quite good and offered plenty of variety.
The well-organized events, such as the Oktoberfest, are a positive highlight. The beach area is also very nicely designed and offers a good selection of food and drinks.
A major drawback is the towel policy. The daily collection and delivery of bath towels is an unnecessary hassle for guests and is handled much better in many other resorts.

Early October stay. Good value and nice hotel. Plenty of food and drink.
Would not hesitate to use the hotel again.
For what we paid for flights and stay here you could spend more camping in the rain and eating at the local pub in the UK.
Enjoyed our stay!

Nice secluded resort, nice friendly staff, rooms old needs urgent refurbishing. Beach pebbly hurting on feet. Superb swimming pools. Plenty of good food and drinks. Agent says the resort is 58kms from airport but it takes 2 .5hrs to get there.

I don't know even where to start. I know our holiday in Turkey is 5 star allinclusive, and we didn't expect to be perfect, and we didn't expect this 5 stars, but I will never give this hotel even 2 stars. This is ridiculous. The mess, this all service is horrible. When we arrived male reception didn't even spoke with me, only with my husband. Our room is next to general pool toilets where the smell of feces is horrendous. Our room for 6 days had just emptied one bin once! We was few times on reception to begin for cleaning because you can imagine after 6 days what was in toilet, how bad towels was etc. Cleaners come back to clean, but of course the service was done just poorly to shut our mouth. Bedding is dirty and floor never swipe or mopped. Only Russian clients are important on this hotel, only they are served. Rooms next to us (Russian rooms) are regularly cleaned.
It is our 8th day and our bedding didnt been changed evern once.
Mini bar in room never added any water our others drinks. They smoke cigarettes everywhere, even on "non smoking area". Dirty bars, canteen, dishes, cutlery, floors, tables. If you want coffee you need to "fight" and looking for any cups around whole canteen, but if you will find working coffee machine (8 machines) you will be happy just for moment, because it will be empty very soon.
People occupy sunbeds early in the morning and don't show up all day. Others take those towels down onto one sunbed and those towels lie in a pile for 3 days.
Floor never cleaned, swimming pools never cleaned ( bottom is full of sand).
Forget about the deck chairs on the pier.
Staff don't speak English ( hubby asked where is toilets, and the guy just run away 🤣).
Very often around 1pm there is no ice in the bar and most of the alcohol is gone, only vodka.
The only good thing is the area which is big, bottled water available everywhere, various pools, but in the +16 adult pool they come with children and the staff doesn't care about it.
