Me and my husband had an amazing time while we were there. The staff in every part of the hotel was friendly, welcoming and they wanted to help with everything we needed.
The food was amazing, and even if we wanted, there was no way for us to try everything.
Hotel is very clean, the beach also. Rooms are so comfortable, we were really satisfied with our stay. The beach towels are provided, which is amazing.
Big shout out to the entertainment team, especially the Darts team, we had so much fun playing with them :)

We had never been to this part of Turkey before and so the hotel was chosen based upon its online reviews. I have to say it is lovley. We had an issue with our allocated room upon arrival but the front desk manager swapped us straight away.
The food is good, yes all inclusive does get repetitive but there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend the Italian a la carte, gorgeous. Drinks were fantastic, branded spirits and cocktails. Special mention to cigarillo bar staff they were amazing and always remembered our drinks.
Animation team are also in the go all day and night. We tend to not get too involved but the entertainment at night was good and the after disco in the bar was also good.
If you are looking for a hotel full of English people then this isn’t the hotel for you, but if like us you are happy to mix them it is a beautifully located hotel on the beach front and a short walk into town. X

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beach and a pier were amazing, the perfect spot for relaxing by the water. The food was delicious, and I appreciate the variety and quality.
Special thanks to Çem and Aidai at the reception for being so welcoming and helpful, and the cleaning staff for keeping everything spotless.
However, the service in the restaurant could use some improvement. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Hotel at a good level, accommodation and rooms fully adequate. The food was tasty, you could always choose something, just after a few days the offer was repeated, but that week it is possible. I was just bothered by the collection of dirty dishes on the cart next to the guests who were just having a meal. A dirty cart does not look good on guests. Carrying leftovers between tables is also not pleasant. Another big shortcoming is the lack of sunbeds both by the pool and by the sea. You just don't have a chance to find a free sunbed after breakfast!!! Either you have to get up early and go get a towel, or you're without a sunbed. Only water is added to the minibar. Wifi everywhere within range and free.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel, which in no way deserves its 5-star rating.
Pros:
• Beautiful Beach: The beach is nice, but the sunbeds are insufficient and placed very close to one another. By 8 AM, all spots are already taken. If you want more space or simply a spot, you are practically forced to rent one of the six available pavilions at €50 per day. This gives the impression that the hotel is trying to push guests into spending more money.
• The breakfast staff and housekeepers are friendly and helpful, which is one of the few positives about this establishment.
Cons:
• Reception: Half of the staff do not speak English, like the majority of their staff, which makes communication difficult.
We arrived at 2 PM for check-in but had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes before getting our room, unless we paid an additional €70 for a so-called "upgrade" to get the room immediately. After a long journey with an infant (4h flight et 2h bus), we had no choice but to pay this amount.
• Restaurant and Bar Service: The service is atrocious, not even worthy of a 2-star hotel. The tables often lack utensils and napkins, and when requested, the servers bring them with an unpleasant attitude. The bartenders seem reluctant to make cocktails and clearly show they do not want to work. I even had an experience where a server refused to serve me a drink, telling me to go directly to the bar, only to then serve other guests without any issue.
• Restaurant Experience: On three occasions during dinner, which ends at 9 PM, the staff turned off the lights on us at 9:10 PM while we were still eating, claiming that service had ended. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, even in a 1-star hotel.
• Food Quality: The restaurant feels like a crowded cafeteria. The food is repetitive, with dishes from the previous day being recycled into the next day’s appetizers. This lack of variety and quality is not worthy of a hotel of this standing.
• Drinks: The cocktails are poorly made and frankly terrible.
• Staff and Customer Service: I witnessed a scene where a beach security staff member insulted an elderly lady, telling her she was not welcome if she was unhappy. The welcome from the staff generally was cold and impersonal, giving a bad first impression. The staff seemed unconcerned about the well-being of guests throughout the stay. Moreover, the guest relations manager seems only interested in renting out the beach pavilions or avoiding bad reviews on Booking, without genuinely caring about the guests' well-being.
Conclusion:
In summary, this hotel offers a generally deplorable service, which ruined our vacation. I deeply regret wasting my time and money on this supposedly 5-star establishment.
