Me and my husband had an amazing time while we were there. The staff in every part of the hotel was friendly, welcoming and they wanted to help with everything we needed.
The food was amazing, and even if we wanted, there was no way for us to try everything.
Hotel is very clean, the beach also. Rooms are so comfortable, we were really satisfied with our stay. The beach towels are provided, which is amazing.
Big shout out to the entertainment team, especially the Darts team, we had so much fun playing with them :)

We had never been to this part of Turkey before and so the hotel was chosen based upon its online reviews. I have to say it is lovley. We had an issue with our allocated room upon arrival but the front desk manager swapped us straight away.
The food is good, yes all inclusive does get repetitive but there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend the Italian a la carte, gorgeous. Drinks were fantastic, branded spirits and cocktails. Special mention to cigarillo bar staff they were amazing and always remembered our drinks.
Animation team are also in the go all day and night. We tend to not get too involved but the entertainment at night was good and the after disco in the bar was also good.
If you are looking for a hotel full of English people then this isn’t the hotel for you, but if like us you are happy to mix them it is a beautifully located hotel on the beach front and a short walk into town. X

Hotel at a good level, accommodation and rooms fully adequate. The food was tasty, you could always choose something, just after a few days the offer was repeated, but that week it is possible. I was just bothered by the collection of dirty dishes on the cart next to the guests who were just having a meal. A dirty cart does not look good on guests. Carrying leftovers between tables is also not pleasant. Another big shortcoming is the lack of sunbeds both by the pool and by the sea. You just don't have a chance to find a free sunbed after breakfast!!! Either you have to get up early and go get a towel, or you're without a sunbed. Only water is added to the minibar. Wifi everywhere within range and free.

Rooms were renovated, well maintained and cleaned.
Food was also good and plenty.
We were welcomed by the receptionist replying that they're busy when asked how they're doing back.
Service was the worst, workers in all positions were working all day and night obviously stressed, grumpy and tired, barely speaking. We saw a waiter crying, another waiter reacting throwing utensils, a bartender reacting throwing ice in anger and frustration etc
The beach is extremely small and busy, impossible to get a place unless you reserve one early before sunrise at 5-6AM
The pool was dirty with algae growing, the workers would clean the surrounding area where the sunbeds were with buckets of water picked from the pool to clean bird droppings, cat litter and cigarette buds back to the pool.
Cats were also seen in the restaurant and lobby littering.
SPA services were extremely overpriced and we had to go through a whole sales pitch every time we'd get our beach towels returned, after a while we just kept the towels to avoid the pitch.
Beverages were really low quality and bad serviced with no word replied back by the bartenders.
Overall the experience felt like a scum of a 4 star hotel booked from ITACA as a luxury resort all inclusive but the standards were extremely low overall with bad service, and very low levels of cleaningness.
The package of ultra all inclusive costed 1.7K EUR for 7 nights including flights. I would not recommend the place even if I was the one getting paid to go through this.

The hotel is great!!! The best in Kemer. The stuff is so friendly and kind, rooms are so clean, modern and beautiful! There is plenty of food variety, local sweets, fish. Entertainment for everyone and every age. The evening program is sooo good. Every person that works here does a great job!
