Just back from a wonderful 7 nights all inclusive. We had 3 rooms because of our grown up children being with us. We were on the top floor of block 1. The rooms were clean and tidy, there is air-con, room safe, Tv, kettle and a mini bar. Food each day was amazing, so much choice! In the morning there is a lady just outside cooking omelettes to order. Lunch can be had in the main restaurant or the pool bar. Water is available from the pool bar and indoor bar 24/7. The pool is lovely and the slides are fun. Don't panic about putting towels on beds, there isn't an issue. There is entertainment all day and a show each evening. The only criticism would be that it would be nice to have a bit of quiet time without music blaring by the pool for a couple of hours each day although you could just go down to the beach (a minutes walk) which is beautiful, the water is so warm. There are a few shops on site. There is also a beach bar just up from the beach a little. The entertainment crew were lovely. All the staff were great and yes we did tip the waiters (it is their culture). This just means they pay you a little attention and are happy to get your drinks for you. They work very long hours for not a lot. The cocktails are great, but powerful! We took a taxi to Side for the bazaar and then to see the ruins. Very reasonable and arranged for the driver to collect us as well.
There is a gym which I didn't know. It's in the wellness center and is free along with the steam and sauna all next to the indoor pool. We played tennis at €5 for two for an hour.
Thank you to all the staff, we really had a great time!🙂😎🌞

We had an amazing time! The food was great, proximity to the hotels beach access was awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only challenge we had was limited access to sunbeds by the hotel's pool side which I believe are not enough to cater for all the guests. This meant we ended up spending more time at the beach for a swim. Wish something can be done about this. Overall, the hotel offers great service and it's location to shops and beach is a bonus!

The location is beautiful. Service is bad. There are a few good servers but the rest brings the wrong drinks and food and are unmotivated and NOT friendly. Pool is nice. Beach is so so stunning. All in all I am disappointed.

We were here in July 2024, my wife and my 5y old son, and three other families.
With the experience of Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia i can tell Turkey is the best.
The hotel is nice, it could be a littel bit bigger, to have more spaces, a little bit crowded especially around the pool but it is acceptable. We arrived Sunday at 14:00 exactly when lunch was finished, but there is(almost every time) a snack bar, with a lot of varity of food: Pizza/hamburger/fish/spaghetti ...
The food at the hotel is ok, the services are ok, staff is ok! The room is clear. It could be a little bit bigger, .
The beach is a little bit far away from the hotel, and the worth thing is the bar is too far away from the beach. Cheap coffee, water and some bad orange/pineapple/lemon refresments you can have from a machine nearby the sun bads, but for a cocktail or a beer you have to go far away.
The sand on the beach is ok, the cleanliness as well. The sun bads was super.
Show time every night, one good, one bad. 2 times was a party at the nearby Alba Resort hotel, nothing special but it is worth to try.
We had a boat trip from Side to Manavgat Mendirek. It was super ok! 7 child and 8 parents for 500E with good food and cola/fanta/water.
Many people say that since Covid, Turkey is not the same as it was before, which I totally agree with, or maybe we just picked an inferior hotel, but in 2016 the Sunrise Queen hotel was much better in every way.
Overall I can recommend the hotel, clean, correct staff, good food, nice beach. The only inconvenience is that the beach is far away and there is no bar on the beach.

Since the very start of our journey, the restaurant was very nice with exclusive food, a variety of drinks, desserts and meals. Every afternoon and night, there was plenty of shows, for kids and adults. There were also bingo nights. The pool with the water slides were awesome. The pool was big enough for everyone, the beach was pretty close, 5-10 minutes from the hotel. The only thing that ruined our experience was the fire. In that time of the year, the fires were everywhere, the helicopters were flying everywhere and the sky was red. Except for that, I loved our journey and I would love to come back someday!
