The food was very good.
The animators have good energy and are very responsive. There were activities every night for children and adults.
I was impressed of their tricks.
The room are not very clean:)

Part two.
Showers don’t drain water, no one is gonna do anything about this.
1. Beach access is HORRIBLE, you cannot get into the sea from the beach, because of horrible conditions of slippery rock under water, and the dock is just super dirty, the sun beds are in awful condition, latter to get into the sea is metal, slippery and super narrow- if you have kids it’s extremely inconvenient.
You’ll be better off walking to Dogonay hotel beach, it’s less than a min on the left and get yourself a spot there because you can actually get into water from the shore.
Bar like I said is non existent, no kids playground like advertised, no kids club, pretty much there’s nothing to do there.
If you need extra blankets they’ll bring it to you 24h later and only because you reminded them. No one talk to anyone at the reception so when you ask them about something- no one ever knows anything. The most useless hotel staff ever.
Dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, dirty rooms.
And most annoying thing- people are allowed to smoke literally anywhere but inside the lobby.
You can be sitting outside and getting breakfast lunch or dinner and people are sitting smoking next to you. In the pool, next to your kids, at the snack area. There’s no designated areas for that.
Overall staff- rude as heck. No helpful and that was very disappointing

IF YOU ARE BRITISH AND WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT WHILE ON HOLIDAY THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!
On arrival at 2am we were given 2 rooms with 2 beds each for 7 people!! Given a 'family' room for overnight and the next day shown to more rooms of the same size we then had to pay out £1000 just to stay in the family room so we could all actually sleep at night.
Then came the meals, always catered towards the Russian clientele just disgusting mixed slop, always cheese and salads available that the flies have sat on. Chips were non existent until we spoke to a rep who asked the chef for them now you get them for breakfast and tea but not so often at 'snack' time or lunch. British style breakfast is a NO and no toast machine to give kids something to eat, cereals are like dry cardboard, you can get a fried egg every other day IF you are first in the queue cos when they are gone they are gone and don't expect them to make you anymore!! Don't expect snacks throughout the day like most AI holidays no they are provided once at 3-5pm which just so happens to be when the slides are back on so the kids have to choose to eat or enjoy the slides!! And when I say snacks I mean spiced burgers, onion rings and occasionally chips.
The 'slides' are turned on for 2hrs twice a day even getting turned off early, the pools have scum stains around the edges and there are constant flies and wasps attacking you.
The All Inclusive drinks are a joke you can have whiskey, vodka (of course it's for the Russians) or ouzo and the soft drinks like sprite, cola and Fanta are ALWAYS running out same goes for the fruit juice which is never available consistently at all bars unless you want apple juice which is just like a bag of sugar!!
Both my small children (5 and 2) have lost a considerable amount of weight in the week we have been here, the teens just don't eat so we have to go to the shops for 'snacks' just to keep them going!! We have eaten out 3 times so far and have another week to go!!
There is basically no entertainment and the kids club never opens the music at night is Russian you could however sit on your balcony and watch the shows provided by the neighbouring hotels if you are on the right side of the hotel and high enough up!!
Don't expect to find any restaurants, cash machine or chemist nearby NO that's a 400TL trip into town for any of that because the 'free' shuttle bus is nowhere to be seen
If you are disabled or of poor mobility getting to the beach or to the other side of the road for a bus to town forget it steep stairs down to the beach and a small spiral staircase to get back up to the road!!
We have spent a small fortune just trying to make the holiday so far bearable including £560 on trips to get away from the place which always costs more for merchandise and photos etc.
If you have an infinite amout of money choose somewhere else otherwise make sure you have the funds to pay for meals and trips because that's what you will need to survive this place.
It's like FAULTY TOWERS with the sun and the Manageress is a hard faced Mr Faulty!!

The beach was very rocky and was not suitable for swimming if that's what you wanted, wifi wasn't free, the staff were very rude and would immediately try to kick you out of the buffet when it was supposed to close even if you hadn't finished your food, and the toilet in my room smelled horrible.

Arrived at 12am and reception was very welcoming and offered to order us pizza due to being so late. Arrived in the rooms and fresh sheets and clean room. Food was fresh and plenty of through out each meal. The food did start to get boring as after 3 days it was repetitive. Not much English food as expected. Pool is clean and water slides are on for about 1 hour 30 mins twice a day. Decor all around hotel could do with a revamp but didn't affect our stay. The let downs of our stay are: Childs play area is broken or over grown and the kids club really needs a upgrade as there is nothing to do for children. The pictures advertised are nothing like what they are now. There is no night time entertainment. Only vodka and one brand of beer for night time drinks, NO COCKTAILS. There is nothing much around the location do to so you need to drive or get the taxi to different places. Market on site but nothing much bar from drinks, crisps and clothes. There is a market 5 min walk away. Beach is just across the road. Very rocky but still enjoyed the day. Coca cola, fanta, beer, hot drinks and juices through out the day. The gentleman who sorted us out when we arrived was very helpful with booking us a taxi for going into the town and arranging collection too. And ordering us a domino's pizza. Staff speak simple English but enough to understand you. Time centre is a good day/night which is a 8 min drive and there is loads of shops and bars. I ended up having to see the Dr in the hotel due to a double ear infection who were really help and wrote a prescription for antibiotics and I went to collect from the pharmacy which is a 8 min taxi drive. 3 of us also ended up with a stomach bug whjch ruined the holiday for 4 days. Taxi drivers are really helpful and will pick you up at your chosen time. Over all we enjoyed our stay in the day around the pool and beach but the night time was very boring and food was repetitive.
