The hotel is definitely not 4 stars, at most 2.
Room - nothing special, the bed was pushed against a wall with an old air conditioner above it, which dripped condensation directly onto your head.
Cleanliness - rooms were "cleaned" (just swept), and the bedding (which was wet from the air conditioner’s condensation) wasn’t changed for 7 days! We stayed for 9 nights, so I’m not sure how to rate cleanliness—probably not well.
Food - terrible. After trying lunch, we quickly realized we wouldn't be eating at the hotel. It was absurd, and we’re not picky eaters. The food was cold, with some unidentifiable chicken and mushy porridge. We only had breakfast, as it was the only edible meal (eggs, sometimes scrambled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread).
The staff wasn’t very friendly either. When we mentioned the coffee machine wasn’t working, they frowned and didn’t do much about it.
What was good? The hotel’s location—just a couple of minutes from the beautiful sea, and the city center was nearby.
We won’t take any more chances with hotels like this and don’t recommend it to you either! Wishing you good travels and vacations—just avoid this hotel.

The quality per price is good.
A big plus is the pleasant staff with care for the customer. Enough tasty and diverse food, you have all the time something to eat. Everything works in the rooms, all cleaning on time to everywhere. Two new elevators that work well, good and not agressive music. The sea a few steps away, shops, promenade, safe streets, bus station and Alanya center to two km.

This hotel is not 4 stars. One star definently. Rooms are not clean, toilets are filthy, smell is pretty bad, food is bad also. When we were in hotel last week , there are 40 people poisoned. They use tap water fpr machines, for cleaning salads and that is the reason are poisoned. Staff is not pelite, you have to ask for fresh towels, and you will get it three or four days after. I send inspectionf for sanatised conditions, and they made situatiin beter. If you want internet it is by person 30e per 10 days. In overal I would not recommend no one this hotel, food is not even eatable, cats are everywhere, it is ok, I like animals. In our 8 days I never seen a cleaning stuff. Then after poinsoning we moved in another hotel. And our problems were solved

Was sick the whole time I was there, not the only one either, one of the men who manned the front desk was very pushy and even tried to scam us out of 200 lira, not much choice in drink or food, and when I drank their cheap vodka turned me into a nasty drunk which I've never been so stopped drinking it, most of the wait staff were amazing though and couldn't do enough for us, a lot of the sun loungers were broken and unusable.would not recommended ever going here.

never again you have to pay for a internet, music just sometimes, people bring them own speaker to listen music , staff ia totally like a zombie no one speaks English, food is more vegan than nothing and every day same thing drinks are totally disgusting ( beer, some whisky ,votka and some wine that is disgusting , that Hotel must be 2-3 stars not 4
