I’ve been back for over a month now and I miss this place very much!! The staff were lovely, the entertainment every night apart from Sundays were great. The Turkish nights especially.. going to another country I like to see the culture and traditions and that night brought absolutely that. The pools were always clean (no fighting over sun beds 😂) kids club does need a little more excitement… but there’s so much to do with the kids that I guess If you aren’t relying on a kids club then you’ll be fine. The food was delicious! There was so so much food… sometimes it felt a little repetitive but the sushi night was great. The kids loved that! Also a little hidden secret is that you can go once a week to have a meal served to you in the restaurants right by the arcade. With kids this was just a treat! Overall the best weather.. a lovely team of staff… the room was spacious and always kept cool. The staff didn’t clean my room everyday though… and sometimes I noticed it was more of just making the beds as the bathrooms weren’t clean (I always had the sign up on the door)
Ps: go on the pink panther safari excursion it was the best day ever!

Kind helpful staff who are attentive. It is noisy at night with cleaning staff. We asked for an extra bed which was provided quickly. Nice water park. Advertised as having an indoor heated pool but there wasn't one. The catering for gluten free isn't great. Only some items labelled and staff not helpful with this. The air con in the room isn't great. We were told when we arrived we can change rooms if needed.

I have to say, the team at Astoria Hotel Belek does an amazing job and works really hard to make guests feel comfortable. I’ve honestly never seen so much food in one place — and everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The variety is incredible! The whole resort is very clean, which I really appreciate.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our room attendant was such a lovely person — always smiling and keeping everything spotless every day.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. I didn’t like that some cats were inside the restaurant — I love animals, but I don’t think they belong where people are eating.
Another issue was our check-in experience. We arrived very late, around 2 a.m., exhausted after a long trip with my kids. The receptionist (a young man) insisted I pay one night in cash because of a mistake in my daughter’s birth date — even though it wasn’t my fault. He wanted euros, but I only had Swiss francs. He even suggested keeping my daughter’s passport until I paid, which made me really stressed and upset after such a long day. In the morning, I went back, and his colleague was kind and helpful, immediately saying everything was fine and I didn’t need to pay anything.
Despite this, I have to say that the food, beach, and pool are all fantastic — truly beautiful and well-maintained. The value for money is excellent , and overall, we had a great time.
A big thank you to Zeynep from the reception — she was so kind and helpful throughout our stay! Another big thank you to the lovely and hardworking Gülu, who was always ready to serve us with a smile and, of course, delicious ice cream! 🍦
I also have to say that this time, the Turkish men were very respectful and professional, even though I was alone with my kids.
The bathrooms were always sparkling clean, and in the restaurant I didn’t see even a single drop of food on the tables were the food was— everything was spotless.
I would definitely come back, especially for the food, cleanliness, and overall comfort. With just a few small improvements in staff attitude and restaurant management, this hotel could easily be perfect. 🌴☀️

We stayed at the hotel for five days and overall had a great experience. The rooms were clean, and the food was absolutely perfect every day. Although I wasn’t satisfied with my first room, the staff quickly responded and arranged a room change without any hassle. What stood out the most was how incredibly friendly and helpful all the staff were throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you for everything!

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and I can say that we had a very pleasant experience.
We visited in mid-October, so it’s hard to fully evaluate the hotel, as the atmosphere at the end of the season is certainly different from what it’s like in the middle of summer.
We stayed in the main building with a sea view, and perhaps that’s why our impression was so positive. The rooms are a bit dated, but they have a nice atmosphere and are cleaned thoroughly every day.
The territory is large, spacious, and green. Some areas could use more maintenance and landscaping, but overall everything was tidy and well kept. For families with children, I would definitely recommend staying in the central building or nearby blocks, as the more distant ones require quite a long walk.
The staff were responsive and kind — never intrusive, but always helpful when needed. Special thanks to the lovely girl who checked us in upon arrival. She’s an angel.
The beach was excellent — wide, clean, and with plenty of free space, so no one had to compete for a sunbed. The sandy beach and gentle entry into the sea are especially pleasant for families with children.
Food was available in the main building and several snack bars around the property. Overall, the food was good and there was a decent variety. The pizzas were especially delicious — just like in Italy! Starting from October 20, the food selection became smaller and some outdoor kitchens were closed, but that’s understandable at the end of the season. We’re not very picky eaters, so everything was perfectly fine for us. The only thing we missed were donuts in the mornings — but maybe that’s for the best, otherwise we’d come home with a few extra kilos!
Sports facilities were excellent — 8 tennis courts, several football fields, badminton and basketball courts, and 2 beach volleyball courts. If there were also beach tennis or padel courts, it would be perfect for those who enjoy an active lifestyle.
The kids’ club was nice, with friendly staff and a variety of creative and sports activities.
There’s a lovely coffee house with cakes — I would prefer a stronger coffee, but if you order a latte with an extra espresso shot, it’s great.
Several water slides are available for both younger and older children.
Evening entertainment was quite good — live shows and music in the lobby bar.
The spa is very pleasant, with three different saunas and two pools. The staff are kind and helpful, especially the lady at the reception.
Wi-Fi works well throughout the property.
Our children loved the squirrels, turtles, and the cat house around the hotel grounds. The overall atmosphere was very nice, and the guests were mainly from Germany and the UK, with fewer from Russia.
The à la carte restaurants were lovely. The menus in all three were almost identical, but it was a plus that you could dine there every evening.
What could be improved:
• The gym clearly shows its age and needs renovation.
• The animation team seemed a bit tired and less active, likely due to the end of the season.
• The reception lobby felt rather dark and gloomy, which doesn’t give the best first impression of the hotel.
• Both spa pools were cold — it would be nice if at least one were warmer.
• All outdoor pools were also cold; at least the children’s pool should be heated.
• The air conditioning didn’t work, as the cooling mode was already turned off in mid-October, making the room rather warm.
