Let's start with the positives, the location is great. The resort is extremely large and full of pretty nature.
Most of the staff is friendly (quick note, some do not speak English)
There's decent choice in food during breakfast and diner aslong as your not a picky eater.
Drinks are made quickly
Now the negatives...
Let's start with the scam, the shop next to the lobby sold us a can of chips for €8 which is ABSURD. (Searched up the brand... it costs 1.50 a can, not even looking at bulk buying)
The food is not fitting for a 5 star hotel, more like a 3/3.5 star one. (Do have to note, I am a semi picky eater and this is different per person)
Rooms are dated & there is visible mold in the shower.
Good value for money? Yeah, but not a place I'd return to after one time.
(Edit, they checked the room where my name was registered to for mold and made pictures. Good to see they take this serious however, the mold was in another room that I am not registered on)

🏨 Hotel Review – Honest Experience
Overall rating: 4.2 / 5**
📍 Location – 5/5*
The hotel is in a great spot. Belek is just a short taxi ride away (around €7), and Serik is also nearby (€20 per person) — it’s a more modern village.
🛏️ Rooms – 3/5*
We stayed in the Nature Village rooms.
* The air conditioning worked well.
* Everything was functional.
But...
* The toilet clogged several times.
* The room was very dim with almost no lighting.
* Shower doors didn’t close, so water leaked everywhere.
Overall, not modern, but okay if you're not picky.
🧹 Cleanliness – 4/5*
* Bed and bathroom were cleaned properly.
- The floor was always sandy, no matter how often they cleaned.
Still acceptable, but could be better.
👥 Staff – 4/5*
* Most staff were friendly and helpful.
* Someone was always around if needed.
However...
* Reception was unhelpful and confusing.
* No clear info about spa, gym, or taxi prices.
* Toilet issue was misunderstood twice (thought it was a door handle).
* English communication was limited in some cases.
🍽️ Food – 4.5/5*
The food was surprisingly great despite the negative reviews we had seen beforehand.
* Huge variety at every meal — breakfast had over 20 cheeses!
* Always something tasty and fresh.
But there’s a catch:
* Even though it’s all-inclusive, there’s **nothing to eat between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.**
That’s a long gap, especially tough for families with hungry kids after swimming or activities.
💆 Spa – 3/5*
* Prices are negotiable — so make sure to bargain.
- I had 4 different massages with different names, but they all felt exactly the same.
Fine for a massage, but don’t expect variety.
🏊 Pools & Activities – 4/5*
* Three great pools, well-kept and clean.
* A lot of space and sports options, plus fun programs for kids.
- Waterslides only run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., which was disappointing.
Still, there’s always something to do around the resort.
👍 Would I recommend it? Yes!
Even with a few flaws — mainly the room condition, spa repetition, and food timing — I would return. The food (when available), location, pools, and daily activities made the trip enjoyable overall. Great for families, couples, and anyone looking for a good-value, activity-filled holiday. Also the wifi is amazing- works tru the whole complex

Let’s start with the good part, the resort is very big and with good potential, the staff and personal was very positive, friendly and helpful!
The Alacar Restaurant is fantastic very good service and great food nothing similar to the main restaurant!
Close to the beach, many swimming pools( but just have an idea that non of them are heated or with warm water, even those in the spa zone, that means if outside it is not sunny the pools will be cold) .
We was in that resort 3 years ago was named by (Aquaworld Belek) and it was much better! What do I mean, from the last visit standards are really low!
The rooms in the palace are quite good, but in the other building they are very smelly and with old furniture! The rooms really need a refresher for the 5 star hotel!
The food which they offer is the same every single day, and most of the time offered cheap stuff, and is very possible to get stomachache every single night! And also u are wasting from 10-15 min to get a table, especially for dinner if u go later you may not find all of the food which is offered!
The resort have very good potential if it is in the right hands! Just need to invest in it not only to get the money and lower the standards!

My first time at an all inclusive resort, I had a great time here and would recommend! Great food, drinks and service from all the staff. Super relaxing

Location is great by the sandy beach, good food but can get crowdy and air con in main restaurant stink from dump
Often long queues if u want something from grill or outside cooks
Aquapark only open 2hr in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon but still lots of kids climbing and sliding down creating danger for other pool users- lifeguards often couldnt care less to watch pools.
Rooms in main building were ok, enough storage space, big balcony with hanging lines, but bathrooms needs updating.
Also floors can be moped more frequently and bedding was changed only once per whole week stay.
Would I ever return? No thanks
