My boyfriend and I recently visited this hotel in alanya. After reading the reviews we were skeptical but we always take reviews with a pinch of salt... We stayed for 10 days and it was absolutely fantastic. It was excellent value for money, we spent 500 pounds each for flights transfer and all inclusive so we weren't expecting the Ritz but it was perfect for what we needed/expected out of our holiday. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and friendly and we miss them already. The rooms have mini fridges good air-conditioning and a decent balcony which is all the essentials for us. Whilst the pool was small it was always clean and the area was well kept. The food was always very tasty and exciting and we ate there most days. Its located only a 5 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches (kleopatra beach) and also a 5 minute walk from the cable cars to alanya castle. We went on plenty of trips that were easily accessible from the hotel which was great. Overall we loved remi hotel and alanya as a whole.

Second time in this hotel and the last. The room was in a desperate state. Everything is old and unmaintained. The only good thing is that it was big. Wi-fi in the room was ok and it was for free. The bedding was not changed even once in 10 days. The room has not been cleaned once, except that the floor has been mopped 3 times. The food was ok, but quite repetitive. A small selection of fruit. The staff is very friendly. The hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars.

HORROR HOTEL! Don’t book it!! This is DEFINITELY NOT a 4-star hotel! It’s more accurate to call it ‘Horror Hotel’. I was staying at this hotel with my two friends during the autumn break and we have NEVER tried anything SO bad before. The hotel gave us an unclean room with mold and a toilet that didn’t work!(See pictures). Therefore, we had to go to the reception every time we had to use a toilet. It was awful! We booked this hotel through Expedia and contacted them as soon as we got our “horror” room. We wanted some of our money back so we could check out, find a new hotel and have a nice vacation but the hotel refused to talk to Expedia (and us) and kept postponing our inquiry. They claimed that none of them could speak English, which was a lie because we talked to several of the people working there - in English! I even spoke German with a few staff members but they kept refusing to talk to Expedia and they didn’t even bother picking up the phone when Expedia tried to contact them. It was the most awful and depressing travel experience any of us have ever had. Expedia didn’t do anything about the situation either and we felt stuck and scammed.
On top of this awful experience there was a staff member who kept harassing my friend and make a move on her. He wrote her name on his hand and kept flirting with her the whole time we were there. She felt unsafe and was afraid to go past the reception…

This is not a 4 star hotel, at least not compared to Western European standards. I would say it deserves 2 stars.
Pros: The biggest plus of this hotel is its location, close to beach, stores, restaurants. The room I stayed in was ok and clean, even though a bit old (shower cabin was rusty but functional). The staff was nice and very friendly.
Cons: The food was not very good. Salad and cakes selection was ok, however the main dishes were of very limited selection. At each meal you get one meat option like: fried chicken, or fried sausages, or fried fish, and one vegetarian option: baked beans, or boiled vegetables, or fries, etc. Very cheap food for mains usually. It's true that this hotel is not very expensive but still they went overboard with savings on food.
The biggest problem though at this hotel is the hygiene. I saw on multiple occasions the guys at the bar taking used glasses and just rinsing them with a bit of water and then serving drinks in them. They are not using soap or high heat to disinfect. This is a big problem since people are at risk of getting all sorts of infections. Also plates and glasses at the restaurant were all scratched and worn out. I personally won’t visit this hotel ever again due to the hygiene problems I observed. This is also the reason why I gave 1/5. Putting peoples health at risk is unacceptable no matter how good other aspects are, or no matter how inexpensive the hotel is.

This is 1 star hotel, not 4. We were traveling as 3 adult persons and we got tiny room with 2 beds and 1 child bed. The room was so small, there wasn’t even enough space for our luggage. Also it was very dirty, old and damaged. There were holes in the walls, destroyed furniture, stained sheets and extremely dark and molded bathroom. We asked at the reception desk for another room, of course they said they didn’t have another one. Luckily next day we had a meeting with a resident of our travel agency and she argued with receptionist on our behalf. Suddenly they had another room in the newer part of the hotel! New room was big, with 3 normal beds. It was newer but still dirty and damaged (however comparing to the previous one, it was good). Another huge disappointment was All Inclusive. Honestly it’s not all inclusive but full board with drinks. There are basically 3 meals and so called “coffee and cakes” by the pool in the afternoon. It’s a joke because that’s just two kinds of dry biscuits next to coffee machine that is standing there all the time. So when we arrived at the hotel at 2 pm hungry and tired, we had to wait 5 h for another meal. That doesn’t sound like All Inclusive, right? The meals were tasty but quite monotonous. Sadly there are no “treats” you would expect in Turkey, like fresh delicious fruit, baklava, nuts or good quality juices.
My final thought of that place is that the management is trying to save as much money as possible but the results of that are tragic. For example, there is no air con in common areas, like lobby, corridors and even bar and restaurant. With summer heat, it’s very hard to stand it not only for the guests but also for the staff. Also the choice of food products are literally the cheapest and bad quality. Like there are no real juices, very little choice of fruit, many preserved and frozen food. As I mentioned, sheets and towels are also very old - dirty, grey and torn. It’s worth to mention that they make guests use many plastic and paper cups what is super not environmentally friendly!
Probably the biggest advantage of this hotel are cooks, waiters in the restaurant and cleaning ladies. They are working hard long hours (with no air con!!!) and they are always kind and friendly. They were always greeting us with a smile on their faces and kind words.
You can find much better hotels in Turkey. I don’t recommend this one
