HORROR HOTEL! Don’t book it!! This is DEFINITELY NOT a 4-star hotel! It’s more accurate to call it ‘Horror Hotel’. I was staying at this hotel with my two friends during the autumn break and we have NEVER tried anything SO bad before. The hotel gave us an unclean room with mold and a toilet that didn’t work!(See pictures). Therefore, we had to go to the reception every time we had to use a toilet. It was awful! We booked this hotel through Expedia and contacted them as soon as we got our “horror” room. We wanted some of our money back so we could check out, find a new hotel and have a nice vacation but the hotel refused to talk to Expedia (and us) and kept postponing our inquiry. They claimed that none of them could speak English, which was a lie because we talked to several of the people working there - in English! I even spoke German with a few staff members but they kept refusing to talk to Expedia and they didn’t even bother picking up the phone when Expedia tried to contact them. It was the most awful and depressing travel experience any of us have ever had. Expedia didn’t do anything about the situation either and we felt stuck and scammed.
On top of this awful experience there was a staff member who kept harassing my friend and make a move on her. He wrote her name on his hand and kept flirting with her the whole time we were there. She felt unsafe and was afraid to go past the reception…

Second time in this hotel and the last. The room was in a desperate state. Everything is old and unmaintained. The only good thing is that it was big. Wi-fi in the room was ok and it was for free. The bedding was not changed even once in 10 days. The room has not been cleaned once, except that the floor has been mopped 3 times. The food was ok, but quite repetitive. A small selection of fruit. The staff is very friendly. The hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars.

Recycled food, rotten cakes, nothing good. Rooms look terrible, sink dripping, friendly staff. Do not recommend if you have young children, they risk getting sick from the reused food at every meal, the cookies had mold. Rooms are small and unsanitary everything is old, furniture in the bathroom,

We visited the hotel at the end of June with the All Inclusive program.
A small hotel in the center of Alanya, close to the beach and the cable car station to the castle. Walking distance to the harbor and shopping and disco center near the harbor (about 15 minutes).
Smaller rooms with air conditioning and balcony, bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
In the middle, a smaller pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas, a few tables at the outdoor bar, next to the reception a small terrace with gutters and chairs.
Free WiFi throughout the hotel, worked without problems.
Friendly and helpful staff, daily cleaning of rooms and change of towels.
Turkish and therefore healthy food - stewed meat (chicken, mutton) with vegetables, sometimes grilled fish or fried chicken, as a side dish with rice, bulgur, pasta, sometimes fries. Lots of mixed raw vegetables that you can season with olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate balsamic or apple cider vinegar.
Desserts in the style of pudding cubes, variously flavored, some with nuts and pistachios.
In the bar near the pool (open 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.) local drinks (white and red wine, local low-grade beer and local alcoholic drinks free of charge). Self-service machines for tea, coffee, fruit post-mixes and chilled water.
The biggest plus of the hotel is the Turkish bath directly in the hotel with the possibility of various programs and massages.
