The place is exceptional for snorkeling. There are so many fish to be seen. Much more than in any other place I have been to, like Hawaii, south east Asia, Australia. The hotel is good. I would say more quiet for relaxing. I have been there three times and I will definitely come back.

If you love snorkeling and diving this is the perfect place. You can see corals and fish of all colors, turtles, rays, and if you are lucky you have chances to see the dugong, we where lucky to see it three times. The staff is very friendly and the lifeguards will help you discover the best places for snorkeling, Ahmed was very helpful and kind, help us with precious information about seelife nearby. We definitely want to come back!

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Dirt, mold in the room, every day we left a tip for the cleaners and it was never properly cleaned, only trash cans were brought out. Poor quality food that was not fresh caused us and other people severe intestinal problems and diarrhea. A few days into the stay there was no water at all. Food on rations, for example, the cook gives you only 1 slice of meat or 2 slices of watermelon and doesn't want to give more and looks sour. The only nice thing about this hotel is the coral with lots of fish.

I recently stayed here, and I must say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had , The staff were incredibly rude making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable , we also experienced water cut twice and this was unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality services, Our rooms was not properly cleaned, and we even found hair in our food during one of our meals and It was not only poorly presented but also it was rotten we ended up getting food poisoning, which made the experience even worse Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone It was a disappointing stay, Save your money and find a place that values its guests and maintains proper hygiene and service standards.

Their efforts to satisfy everyone are appreciated. The only suggestion is for the entertainment team to improve, as they seem inexperienced, which doesn't match the hotel's high standards. We just returned from a wonderful 10-day vacation at this beachfront hotel, and it met our expectations in many ways. The location is fantastic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Being right on the beach, we enjoyed long walks along the shore, soaking in the serene atmosphere. Although the sun loungers are placed quite close to each other. The service was outstanding, with the staff consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The variety of food offered at the all-inclusive buffet was very good, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. As for the alcoholic beverages, while not top-shelf, they were perfectly acceptable. For golf enthusiasts, the hotel offers access to a fantastic golf course just a short ride away on a golf cart. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the game in a beautiful setting. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking to combine beachside relaxation with a bit of golf.

Wonderful hotel. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much of a problem. Animation team make sure everyone is having a good time and create an uplifting environment for the guests. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size for a couple or a small family. The only downside is that the rooms can be a bit noisy, as you can hear people talking in the hallways. Service The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help with anything you need, whether it is recommending a restaurant or helping you with your luggage. I had a wonderful stay at the Jaz Makadina Hotel in Hurghada! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I had no issues during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Luckily I only had to spend 2 nights in this hotel. When we came in to check in, we had to wait 2 hours because the hotel staff lost track of the passports and had to yell our names to find the correct people. When we finally got our room cards some of them didn't even work. The bellboy begged for a tip which he already had gotten from our tour guide and offered me to change the money for smaller bills. I gave him 100$ but to my surprise he came back with only 95$ claiming he took the remaining 5$ as a tip. Taking the money without even asking is pathetic. The room was fine but the bathtub was dirty and when I was about to take a shower I noticed that two shampoos were empty (luckily the shower gels were full), the food was okay, but the coca cola I got from the pool bar tasted awfully, like a sweetened pool water. Also the wifi is paid. It's ridiculous that it's s almost 2025 and you still have to pay for the wifi in a 4* hotel on an all inclusive stay. Not to mention that even if you buy the wifi, it doesn't even work in the rooms. You need to be in a reception or near the pools to be able to use it. My first and last stay at this hotel.

Whilst the hotel offers aesthetically pleasing surroundings and many of the staff are friendly and accommodating it is upsetting to be presented with aggressive and dismissive front of house staff at reception. They clearly have no care or respect in dealing with holidaymakers to ensure that their holiday starts with and remains positive. In fact I would go as far as to say they show an element of resentment in having to speak to you at all!!! Lots of training needed here ! I didn’t pay luxury money so didn’t expect luxury during my star and I will always find something to eat wherever I holiday, this did prove hard work here but again I didn’t go hungry it’s just extremely repetitive. Bar staff at the pools are amazing and go out of their way for you. Hotel amenities states free WiFi this is not true you have to pay 1.00 per day to use it and only once you have purchased it, in my case 14 days for 4 people they inform you it only works in reception 😩 The water park is great but unfortunately only open 10.00-14.00 and then again 14.00-16.00 There are hidden extras to pay for in the restaurants but nothing major. Only all inclusive holiday I have ever been on 3 to 5 star where wine isn’t included but I’m On the gin so no bother to me !!!

Breakfast and Lunch is decent, Dinner however is horrible. If you get peckish, there are a lot of snackbars but prepare for the long queues. Try refrain from drinking soft drinks there because it tastes bleached. Entertainment staffs are lovely, but the receptionists are quite rude, and roomservice staffs would get offended if you’re on Do Not Disturb. Location is below average - literally at the northernmost point of Hurghada so you’ll be next to the wasteland, so you can’t do side quests outside the hotel whenever you want. Taxi fares to downtown will be pricier to other hotels due to its location

I had a chance to spend a week in El Karma Resort, my first experience in Egypt. Overall the experience was nice. Walking distance to the sea, many pools ( which is big plus) . Food was alright . Room was spacious. The most important was the hospitality of the staff. Front desk always responsive and friendly, animation team did everything to make us feel happy and entertain, lifeguards at the 1st pool ( Abdo and Ahmed) were very nice , friendly and helpful. Always there for the guests, especially kids ( laughing and playing with them). Respectful and polite with elderly people. Very good young men

Beautiful location, rooms were good. Amazing pools! Beach clean and amazing. The BBQ was amazing, but general daily food wasn't very good variety was ok but too much of the same foods daily. We went family to the holiday and stayed in this hotel . All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. My children’s loved the kids disco and all the extra activities. Everything was ok we are satisfied from our staying there. Maybe personal need to do at least little bit more efforts. Want to great the boys on the front desk they were extremely nice, polite and understanding. Food was good and plenty. We did love the fish. Convenient is that in the back exit of hotel you can find a lovely side walk with plenty of stores, and hotel is extremely close to the airport 35 min. walk, 5 min by car 🚗.

During my stay, I encountered a mix of positives and negatives. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff were generally unhelpful, with the exception of Abdullah, who stood out for his excellent service. The rooms were disappointing, particularly the bed, which felt sunken and uncomfortable, almost like lying in a grave. To make matters worse, the bathroom sink detached while in use. The following day, as I tried to rest after breakfast, a handyman came in to repair the sink, creating loud banging noises for over an hour. When I got up, I discovered the sink had been poorly fixed, glued together, and supported by a stick—hardly a professional repair. On the positive side, the food at the restaurant was good, the swimming pool was warm, and the slides were enjoyable. Poolside burgers and chips were a nice touch. Additionally, there’s a convenient shopping strip behind the hotel where haggling is a must. For shopping, I recommend Abu Ashara, a great spot for handy items and snacks, and Cleopatra, a fixed-price store that’s ideal to visit before starting your shopping spree.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, there was a major downside—loud music played until midnight or even later. This was especially frustrating since the hotel isn’t adults-only and there were many families with young children. The windows are old, not soundproof, so the noise easily made its way into the rooms, making it hard to get any sleep. The hotel doesn’t have direct beach access, and you need to take a shuttle bus to the beach. The driver waits for 20 minutes until the bus is full because he’s too lazy to make multiple trips, even though it’s just a 5-minute drive. He forces passengers to squeeze into three spots, crammed without air… He lets people board with open strollers into this small bus, even when there’s no space for people, let alone big strollers. In the restaurant, there is a children's section with small chairs and tables, but only one high chair for babies and younger kids who want to sit at the table with their parents, which is, of course, always taken because the restaurant is always full. The hotel needs renovation, and their citizens are always allowed to skip the line and are served first, even though we’re all waiting in line. Honestly, it’s not worth the money, nor the 5 stars it claims to have.

We spent in this hotel a whole week with my family and we had a super nice time. All of the staff were super professional, kind and did everything really quick for us. The hotel is really big, new and has a good design. The whole place is really big with a lot of pools, bars and restaurants. The own beach of the hotel is also really pretty and has a lot of good possibilities to snorkel in really shallow water because it has corals and a big variety of fishes. The food is tasty and for every meal we get a wide variety of choices. There’s always fishes,beef,chicken,a lot kind of side dishes, fruits, vegetables, breads, cakes…etc. So I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to spend a really nice time in Egypt.

This is a lovely hotel for a holiday. The service and friendliness is 5*. The staff can’t do enough for you. The wide choice of food is excellent. The rooms clean and comfortable. This hotel caters for families and adults. There is a pool area for all who enjoy the animation music, games etc, there are also more quiet and peaceful areas with easy access to pools for those who don’t. You don’t have to put your towel on a bed at 6am at this hotel which is great. There are plenty of sun beds all day long. I would definitely recommend and hopefully return soon.

Location: The hotel is in a great location, nearby many other hotels. Rooms: the rooms are a bit old, but it is well equipped, so nothing appears to be outdated, hence it is a large room. I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows. Service: 90% of the people are helpful and smiling, you must know that the resort was 100% in capacity, so every place was full of people, but you don't feel that you have any delays in service or food. Food: food was very good and have some varieties, I understand sometimes you don't find what you love, but I found that food was good. I have a concern for the breakfast, it should include more dishes. Snacks: were average maybe the pizzas were over average. Animation: is a bit repetitive, but they had some competitions in the beach and at the pool. Hence, there was a show everyday, except Friday there were 3 different shows in 3 different places inside the resort. I loved the foam party at the beach ⛱️ 😍 Pool: what I liked about the pool, that it was connected, so you have some passages to go from pool to another without getting out of the water. Disclaimer: it was more of a family hotel, if you're couples I suggest to search for another place, but for a family and kids it was on point. The sea tides were high at daylight, so you need to walk 200 meters or more to get of the shallow water. Lastly, we had a great time and we could think to visit the hotel again.

We have booked for the safari and boat trips which we are really looking forward to. The animation team are fab!! They keep everybody involved with activities which is super nice. We arrived at Jasmine Palace and were pleasantly surprised at the fantastic quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. I would like to in particular thank Paris, she is a breath of fresh air to Jasmine, she caters to all people and couples and groups and large families. We arrived as 4 connected families 17 in total and Paris was always checking on us and making sure that we were all happy and enjoying ourselves at all times. I highly recommend a stay here it is great value and if you get to meet Paris on her rounds meeting everyone you will benefit and be very happy with her charm, energy and enthusiasm 😊

We have had an amazing holiday so far. We have come for 1 week , we arrived on Christmas night. The room is great with an amazing view. The gardeners do a fantastic job , the gardens are just beautiful. Entertainment is amazing. Great dancers and lots of fun. My daughter loves watching the shows at night time. Food is delicious! If I could give more stars, I really would. Myself, my partner and our two children have spent the last week here and it has been amazing. A beautiful resort, with great pools and slides for the children, plus a park area and specific children's pool/splash area. A great choice of food also in a beautiful restaurant. I highly, highly recommend booking into the Mongolian grill restaurant where the food is outstanding and the staff are fantastic. We have been treated incredibly kindly by all staff here, the staff truly make this place incredible with all their hard work and kindness! We can't wait to return!

A really pleasant stay at this fine hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile at all times. The hotel is pristine and kept clean round the clock. I was fortunate to have a balcony facing the pool and was able to watch the beautiful Red Sea mountains in the distance as well as super sunsets. I came with my family and everyone enjoyed the facilities including the different pools, the health spa including a gym and the restaurant where there is large selection of food and drink. The airport is close by so you do get the sound of airplanes coming in for their final approach, but thankfully this is only a handful of times a day. Extreme caution to the shops inside the hotel as they charge tourist prices which means x10 what you should be paying. I would recommend the Senzo mall which is within walking distance where there is a large selection of everything you could want including Spinneys, which is a huge supermarket where you can find literally everything you could need at very reasonable prices. All in all a good experience. Note, if you are looking for excursions, it’s best to compare prices with tour operators before committing to the ones within the hotel. If you need a taxi, there is an app similar to Uber called In-Drive which is highly recommended. Avoid taxi touts as they charge extortionate rates

The hotel is generally quite nice, it’s a huge, with plenty of swimming pools. It doesn’t have a beach front, but they have shuttle to sister hotel which does have a beach front - a bit of a faff and it looks way better, which makes you feel even worse - but it’s okay. We live and we learn. The staff are really friendly, especially after you’ve sweetened them up with a few tips, so we’ve had no problems. The hotel on the whole is clean, though it is generally quite dated and could do with a redecoration. The food is a bit of let down, they don’t do anything well, it’s just all okay. My advice to the hotel would be to hire some international chefs, or atleast invest in some training for the staff. I’ve been to hotels in Turkey, Spain, Portugal… where the basics have been spot on. I can’t say the same here. I’ve also gotten ill from eating the food, and I was the healthy one in the whole family, eating all the veg and fruit. So just be careful - but I was up a day later - cue: chumbawamba. The last couple of nights, the entertainment has been going on until early hours of the morning… but I feel that was to be expected coming during Christmas 🎄 Also a word of warning regarding the sales men in the foyer, they’re generally more expensive. If you want to do the excursions for cheaper, download apps. The taxi service also is very expensive, we’ve just used a taxi app. 10 minutes walk down the road is a mall called Senzo. It’s brilliant. It has a super market to stock up on snacks for the little ones. If you fancy getting a Taxi, it shouldn’t cost more than e£100.

Beautiful all around. The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You can also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest.

Lovely place, great facilities could do with some attention in the rooms but we're lovely and clean. Fantastic staff very attentive 407 Mahmoud in the Lobby bar is just the best. His surprise cocktails are fab. Walheid or room guy was very good always available with refills and extra little bits like room spray our fridge and tea tray was stocked regularly. The pool bar guys and lifeguards were always happy to help. Drinks in the main dining room were slow and food plentiful even for me that's got a terrible palate. VIP breakfast is more civilised but not as big a selection. The staff are not the problem the rude customers are. The Spa and Trip guys selling their stuff are a bit of a pain but a firm no thankyou sends them on their way or a red flag on your parasol from the lifeguard station does the trick. The Chinese on beach side was nice but small portions. Mongolian was my favourite and we tried it twice. We stayed in a swim up room 3148. The pool was freezing and the room was in need of an update especially the bathroom but it was clean and very comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Titanic Beach Spa and Aqua Park in Egypt with my 12-year-old son, and unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. We encountered a significant issue right at check-in. Despite booking for 1 adult and 1 child (12 years old), the hotel insisted that their record showed a booking for 1 adult and 1 child (3 years old). I was confident that I made the correct booking, but since it was late in the evening, I couldn't immediately contact my travel operator. I asked if the hotel could allow us to check in for one night until I could resolve the issue in the morning, but they refused. Instead, they demanded that I pay an additional £895 directly to the hotel for my son as a full adult. This was nearly double the amount I had already paid for the entire 10-night stay (£650 for both of us). I explained that I only had £300 available at the time, and after some back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to charge me £300 and check us in. While this allowed us to stay, the staff was rude and unfriendly throughout the process, making the situation unnecessarily stressful. They also forced me to sign a paper agreeing to pay the remainder or check out the next day. Thankfully, the issue was resolved with the help of my tour operator the following morning, but it took until the last day of our stay to receive a refund, and even then, it was £7.50 less than the full amount, which the hotel attributed to their bank's refund transaction fees—something that should not have been my responsibility. As for the hotel itself, the food was average at best, with limited variety. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much more—I've had better experiences at 4-star hotels in Turkey. The selection of alcoholic drinks and cocktails was also limited. On a positive note, the room was cleaned daily, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, the poor handling of the check-in issue and the lack of customer service overshadowed our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel, as the experience was far more stressful than it should have been.

Fantastic evening entertainment, nice food, would recommend the Mexican we ate there on Christmas Day. Great facilities and lots to do in the day. Our Perfect Getaway at Desert Rose I recently had the pleasure of staying at Desert Rose Resort and I can confidently say it was one of the best vacations I've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. Food was great with different options and well-cooked. For me this was the highlight. There were many activities, which makes things more interesting. As an improvement, they should publish the schedule a day in advance. Service was outstanding by everyone. The room was a bit old and should get renewed, specially the toilet (no toilet brush or hose, hair drier without hot air). The place is well-maintained.

We had a lot of fun at the different swimming pools at this hotel. We enjoyed the various dishes which were served. We will definitely come back. Have fun, be happy and enjoy 🏖️🐫☀️

Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The interior is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The outdoor area is fantastic, with several pools, aqua slides, theme parks, and activities for both kids and adults. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety for every course, including meats, salads, fruits, and cakes. Kids enjoyed activities like water polo, dancing, carnivals, and games during the day, while adults could join yoga or water aerobics. Every evening, there was a different themed show, which was a great way to end the day. The only downside was the beach. Since it’s on a coral reef, swimming isn’t possible, but it’s great for snorkeling. Overall, this is a perfect choice for families with kids. Highly recommened.

Amazing hotel for anyone really just not people in wheelchairs , this is not a disabled friendly hotel , wheel ramps very small and not on properly and lifts break down easily , however apart from this amazing things to do from am to pm and entertainment will not disappoint ! Be aware to tip daily it is expected rather than hoped for and you will see a difference in the service you get if you do not tip ! Rooms are basic , but clean and the beds were a nice size and comfortable . Fun fair was great and the aqua park and pools kept the boys busy all day .

Fantastic for family’s or couples. There is plenty of fun to have with theme park/fair rides, water slides & pools for all ages. Staff are always on hand to help and friendly. In particular the legend who was to clean our room has been so friendly,helpful & nothing was ever to much for him. His work ethic is crazy if you had 5 of these people it would be a god send but we are so happy to have met him and for him to be our cleaner works non stop. I was in this hotel last October. The service was amazing, praise to the waiters and food in the restaurant! The location of the hotel is good, but the beach is not of the best you will see in the region. The rooms are okay, I would give them 3 to 4 stars, but they are clean and spacious. Hotel was great. Around 30 minutes from the airport. Lots of daily activities available, waterslides were great and animation team brilliant. In particular Michael. Drink quality was 'ok'. Soft drinks, and beer were as expected however cocktails were limited in choice and quality was poor. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Food quality was great at times and ok at others. Snack bars handy if you didn't want to go to the main restaurant. On check in we only had 2 beds for 3 of us - Hotel offered to bring a 3rd bed in (camp bed style) when we mentioned it but by this point we pushed the 2 beds together and made do. Overall a great holiday however some improvements needed by the hotel to achieve 5 stars.

A big thank you to our cleaner, Eslam, who always took extra care with our room, decorated it and bought fresh fruits and drinks. I cannot fault this hotel. Service: friendly and brilliant by ALL staff! Hotel: Stunning! Location: Perfect! It is kept clean throughout the day. If you spill a drink before you can go get a tissue, it will be cleaned up for you. Private beach, drinks and food accessible, for children and other fussy eaters. It's the perfect holiday destination for young families. If any, the only let down is the amount of sales reps that bothers you through out the day trying to sell massages to holiday extras which is annoying when all you want to do is just rest by the pool. Also used the new spa facility. My female masseuse was amazing! The experience was however short. They should allow you to rest post massage instead of rushing you out the door. So, it's very much of you paid, we massage, now leave lol They also allow guests to try few of the restaurants on site for free (one per night) which was good as it provides an alternative to the buffet meals, even though there is a daily theme. All in all, we had a great experience at this hotel. Thank you.

The entire complex is clean, well maintained and we felt very comfortable here. Our room on the first day did not have the sea view we paid for, so had to move on the second day. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Had to pay for sunbeds , spa facilities and the only cozy bar warm open at night. Quality of food was very average. The beer was ok but the std wine undrinkable so we had to buy our wine. Luckily it was only 700 EGP. We ate out after the first day or so as it’s so cheap in the restaurants outside. We would not stay here again.

The hotel is to small there is not enough sunbeds for everyone at the beach.. The worst experience.. At the beach there are a lot of man that are boring.. They want to sell you something that you don’t want.. And they come like every 10 times during the day.. You don’t have peace.. Beach is closing at 6 pm local time even tho there is still sun… I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL.. The people that work are not kind they are so mean you can see in their faces.. The worst experience.. 😑 There was no hot water in our room..You have to get up at 6am to find a sunbed otherwise you will have to stay in the bar. The food is not good, every day is the same food.. If you want something you must give them 1€ or 1$ to get the job done.. In the streets every one is offering you something to buy.. Every man on the street is looking 👀 at every women that go on the street..I just not feel safe..

Bad bits - Rooms are disgusting, in need of a refresh, terrible view of a wall, sticky floors, broken tiles, bad air conditioning. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Reception service is very poor, unfriendly and dismissive, wouldn't allow late check out, cut your wrist bands off at check out, didn't help when we told them about the air con not working. Our check out time was 12 but our flight was 10pm, they said we couldn't have a late checkout and took our bands off at 12. They said we could no longer use any facilities and couldn't leave the lobby. Pool is tiny and very crowded. No sunbeds free after 8am. Food is horrible and poorly labelled. Restaurant also very small and barely any seats. Day entertainment very sporadic and poorly planned. Evening entertainment not fantastic. Good bits - Bar service is good, friendly and they remember you which is nice. Cleaning service is also good, you can tell they care. Entertainment staff are lovely, but not great at shows... Beach is really nice, water is clear and clean, and the sand is lovely. Location is good if you want to be in the busy shopping area, close to the marina. Kids pool and club looked very good, and we would have used them a lot if we brought the kids.

MinaMark hotel is the best hotel in Hurghada. The food was delicious and there was nothing missing, the rooms were clean and cozy, the people working there were nice and helpful. I can't say a single bad word about this place. Next time I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Nice resort with quality in accordance with price. Very nice professional staff. Pool is for the bigger part of the day in the shade. Some room for improvement predominantly on food. More variety would help. Furthermore the Chinese Restaurant which is a la carte is not really a la cart but 3 menu options and the day we dined there, the food was not Chinese. But all in all the resort is a good place to stay and the Spa did have good massages and hamam.

All the sun beds are in varying states of disrepair, the beach towels have definitely seen better days & should be replaced, the room bath towels are not much better. everything is much more beautiful in pictures than in reality. I did not enjoy my stay here. When we arrived at the hotel (around 9pm and with a baby) we were impatiently waiting to receive the room key because we wanted to put the baby to bed, but the gentleman at the reception was waiting for money (€50) to upgrade the room, he seeing that we don't want to do this update and he gave us the key in the end. There is no internet, only if you pay for it! or you can buy your Vodafone cards from a shop in the hotel, that's what we did. Employees had bad jokes and hit on women. the terrace is full of crows and you can't eat outside at all because they steal the food, it's very disturbing. The water in the pool is excessively cold because there is more shade on the pool than sun and we couldn't swim in the pool, especially me and the baby.. every morning many sunbeds were already reserved by people even though it is clearly written on the posters that they are not reserved. but "for a small price" as the employees say, they reserve it for you.

Upon arrival, we were quickly assisted and received our hotel room promptly. The first impression of the lobby was fine, but when we entered our room, we were disappointed. The room was very old, and the shower didn't work optimally. However, the hotel staff was friendly, which was a plus. The food was terrible and monotonous; we had almost the same thing every day, and it was tasteless. Fortunately, there were some lovely servers, like Ahmed, who was always cheerful, and the guy at the drinks station was also a star. The beach was nice, but the pool was dirty and really needed cleaning. The fresh juice bar was a highlight, with super friendly guys like Osama, Otman and Muhammed, with whom I had a great time. The animation team was friendly, but the beach vendors were really annoying; they talked a lot, and you just don't want that on vacation. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The hotel is generally good, there is a volleyball court, billiards, table tennis, darts, etc. The animators do their job perfectly, in the evenings a dance group performs (it's incredibly cool), it's worth seeing. The hotel is undergoing a renovation of the rooms, those rooms that have not yet been renovated are of course not bad, but with their own nuances, everything depends on the price. In general, I really liked the stay in this hotel, all the staff is friendly, communicative, the food is excellent, varied. Special thanks to the hotel administrator, who is really interested in how the guests will continue their vacation and is always ready to listen and solve any problems that arise.

The location is great and directly connected to the beach and they offer drinks at several spots. The staff is friendly and trying their best. They have 3 pools, which is great. The food is really simple and good at the first days, but it’s not changing at all. It’s not a big variety so you pretty much have to eat the same things everyday, which is exhausting after a couple days. The Red Sky restaurant was a disappointment! The rooms are not modern anymore and the bathrooms are old, but the rooms were still clean. Housekeeping is doing a great job. Our cleaner over the week was Mr. Mahmoud Khaled and he was super helpful and asked us everyday if there is something he could do for us. He is also really friendly and did good work!

The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous views and very clean. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The private beach is fantastic with plenty of sun loungers about. There's a small selection of shops out the front of the hotel but nothing else around within walking distance so would need to drive/get a taxi if you want to eat out/go somewhere not part of the resort. Lots of available extras (boat trips, snorkeling, spa, quad bike trips etc) but these do cost extra.

I've been in Egypt 5 times so far. This hotel was the worst of the hotels I've been in Egypt. The location isn't too bad. It's about 45 minutes from Hurghada Airport. The sandy beach is nice. The Hotel is old. The reception area reminds of 50's/60's and is rather dark. The main restaurant reminds you of a bad cantine. The food options are mainly staple food and the visual presentation is bad. Moreover, the service is very bad. You have to go find your plate and the only thing waiters do is to despose of used plates. The room size is good. But the toilet smell and the hand soap dispenser was leaking. Animation was OK during the day, but rather dull. I wouldn't choose this hotel. Rather invest 200 more and go to a good hotel.

Returned home on the 20/11/24 from 10 nights stay. This was our 2nd visit within 6months and oh boy it did not disappoint, staff were as friendly as we remembered. Great food with plenty of choices and it was so nice to have more fresh fruit and salad available this time, the hotel was busier but made no difference to serve or waiting times, infact the staff kept the hotel running very smoothly. Hotel is kept immaculate, the ground staff do such an amazing job. Can't wait to return again next year.

It was a bit busy season so that everything was late. We'd paid for premium but till I raised an issue, the reception didn't give me the upgrade. Also I understood the reception was busy all the time, most of them were really helpful but ONE wasn't. I was very offended and had a complained, but she wasn't change. No bother. Just returned from here (19/11/24) not a 5 star hotel the room was lovely cleaned each day with fresh towels FOOD what can I say did not cater for anyone unless you were russian all I had was fried egg and bread for breakfast and chips and bread for lunch and dinner we went to the Chinese the food was cold the Italian was hot & enjoyable views of the gardens were lovely the pools caters for all lovely and clean, the beaches was fine lots of entertainment for all but you had to be early to get a bed the shops around the two hotels were ok but shop keepers were pushy. Come to checking out time at reception they tried to charge us for two key cards we were only giving one reception staff need more training on how to be polite. In all not what we expected ( poor really)

Not 5 star as advertised, more like 2 star. Food was terrible, whole family had upset stomach every day. All family's are placed at the very far end of the complex which is a 15 / 20 minute walk up hill just to get to reception or the restaurant, not good when you have young children and the temperature is over 40 everyday. Not for families with young children, nothing to do for kids during the day. Night time entertainment is some guy playing YouTube videos on a big screen and a 20 minute sing along for kids, and that is it. All inclusive selection of drinks is very poor and limited, anything decent you have to pay for. Wifi cost £100 for two weeks, don't even pay that much at home for 4 months of broadband- shocking! The male staff on reception during the day are unhelpful and very rude. They have an on site shopping mall in the reception which is just an over priced corner shops selling milk for £7.00 for a small carton and a small bottle of water for £5.50 rip off! Only positive is the staff who work on housekeeping, do an amazing job, and will go over and beyond to help you with anything. As for location, the complex is built next to the sea with nothing around for miles just sand and waste land, so no sightseeing if you wanted to explore the local area. Don't waste your money on this place and book somewhere else.

I would not recommend this resort. Booked 7 days during Christmas. Food is basic with not much options. Internet is poor even if you paid for it. Some staff are nice but most of them rude. Don’t book any activities from the resort as they are rip off. Beverages are basic . Overall not value for your money. Entertainment is basic. Rooms were basic. 90% of the staff rude. Food below average but the restaurants upstairs are nice but these have to be booked the in the morning. Alcohol was awful but I was told that about their own make so I grabbed a couple of bottles from duty free. Constantly getting pestered by salesman for massage, hair braiding, tattoos, etc. Very small shop inside with basic stuff with no prices so the charge what they want. Shops across the street. Not many with fake designer, pharmacy, souvenirs. Apart from that your away from everything. Need to get a taxi even to go get a restaurant as there's none close. I would not recommend this hotel and I'm honestly not that fussy. If you've not already booked please look at another hotel. I loved hurghada and will be booking for next year but not this hotel. Entertainment was okay for kids

Vacation in Pharoah azur was really exciting, the hotel is beautiful, staff are so welcoming and supportive starting from the Bell captain to the management. All of them are so friendly and nice to guests. Food is good, with different menu options every day that satisfy all tastes. Rooms are good, clean, and well maintained. The beach is rocky, but there is a pier to deeper water equipped with sofas for customers. The whole experience was lovely, my family and me will definitely come back.

Very nice animations, swimming pools always clean, field for playing water sports, slides, space for everyone, we never had problem to find place for us it was a lot of sunbeds near pool and sea. Beautiful view from room. Food was good and very big positive is that all 6 restaurants are available for all inclusive, so always is something to choose, would be very nice if it would be some fries during lunch and dinnertime but that was available only at marina from 3 to 5, also breakfast could be longer till 11 or something now it is till 10 what sometimes was to early. It was good overall experience The main restaurant is good especially during breakfast but the coffee machines are outdated and not all options are available except for one coffee machine which was new The lobby bar was nice but turkish coffee is for extra charge. Be careful of the lagoona restaurant which serves seafood, It was horrible, the food was cold with small portions and not even delicious. Waves restaurant which serves oriental barbecue is the best one. Couldn't try the Lebanon restaurant as it is only included in the hard all inclusive package, mine was soft all inclusive(meaning no alcohol for me) The pool is fun specifically for the kids, with few aqua games, three to be exact for adults The room was clean and well furnished with us ports in the wall to charge your mobile devices The staff was polite and helpful Hope to be back soon

I warn you about this hotel, it's dirty, the rooms are supposedly renovated but it's not, the air conditioning doesn't work properly, there's a constant power outage, the wifi doesn't work, it's not said that the hotel is divided into two zones, to go eat you have to cross the street to the other side, the food is a disaster for so many people, a piece of meat is first come, first served because after a while it's gone, you have to ask for cutlery or a tissue, glasses for juice are as big as for a child, generally a disaster, I don't recommend it and I warn you against coming here, the hotel advertises itself as 5 stars but deserves 1 because of the heated pool. cooking equipment (the pan on which the gentleman fryes eggs) a tragedy, black with dirt, old age is not difficult to get sick here, the rest of the equipment such as the toaster or coffee machine are from the 80s, they do not work or do not work properly, anticipating the manager's question whether it was reported to the reception, what was I supposed to report that the rooms are moldy and you will not do anything about it anyway. Many things could be added but it is a waste of words, I do not know where you get positive opinions from. be careful.

We had a lovely holiday here and the range of services was fantastic. We ate at the Italian restaurant for my mums birthday and the servers even came and sang happy birthday. The only issue here was that we had a 5 course dinner in 45 minutes. Some of us were still eating one course when the next course was being brought out. It was all a bit rushed. Our room cleaner Ahmed was amazing. Our rooms were left spotless every day. He even hung the decorations we had for the birthday and he did a wonderful job with them.

The hotel has a very good location by the beach with a gradual entrance and the turquoise color of the sea. The equipment of the rooms is older, they are cleaned daily. The food is perfect, a really varied selection of everything, vegan options and food for people on a diet. There were a lot of wheelchair users and elderly people with canes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay, the entertainment staff are really helpful good fun. The food was freshly cooked as you stood waiting for it. We were impressed with the constant supply of fresh bottled water in our room and constant supply of smaller bottles in big fridges on the beach front. The food festival was good fun and a lot of effort put in to it. Lovely beach beaches and safe shallow water and organised trips via the hotel.

I recently stayed at Jungle Aqua Park Resort, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The resort is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a truly relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of options catering to all tastes. A special shoutout to the animation team—they were full of energy and made every activity so much fun for everyone. From engaging games to evening shows, they truly brought the place to life! One suggestion for improvement: introducing an app that helps guests navigate within the resort easily (like finding the shortest path to various areas) and provides details about the activities would be a fantastic addition. This was one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The staff is amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Islam and Ahmed at reception were so helpful. The food quality was very good and facilities were very good. The water park was good but as we went in the winter - we couldn’t brave the cold water. The main pool and kids aqua park was heated and that was the best part given we went in winter. The rooms are good, spacious and clean. Great for families and will be visiting again surely.

Was amazing, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. We are a couple and had just as much fun as the families there. Next year we are planning on returning with more of the family, including a child as very family friendly. All ages catered for so really is for anyone. I loved the character statues, but I am a big kid at heart…..I want to thank the staff team for making our first visit to Egypt so perfect we have fallen in love with the country and resort!! Absolutely amazing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves we had an amazing time. The staff were amazing. The resort was amazing. The only downside is we wish we stayed longer than seven nights. We will be booking another holiday to this hotel and next time stay longer for minimum 12 nights because seven nights was not enough, we will definitely be booking this hotel every year from now on. Also, I would like to point out that security was impeccable. We felt very very safe both in the resort and out of it.

The reception is very unpleasant. They do not want to provide information. Check-out is until 12:00, the room cards did not work at 11:30, this is unacceptable. We could not get into the room. We received all the information from regular employees. The reception was like a punishment. They should change their attitude to tourists or replace the staff. The rooms are not new. The food is the same every day, but the attractions are great. Lots of slides, pools. The room service helped us a lot. Very nice people and helpful. You buy a trip through a travel agency, then you have to wander around for 12 hours because you have nothing to do, where to go with your luggage. Everything was fine, only the reception for exchange very unpleasant people, especially one cashier, it is scary to approach there. Zero culture.

We all had a great stay at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic. Staff very friendly and helpful can't do enough for you. Rooms could do with a little TLC but everything you to enjoy your stay is there. So many swimming pools and some adults only so if you a quiet time you can have that too. A sort trip on a golf buggy through the sister hotel and you at the beach, with your own beach bar serving food and drinks. The entertainment in the hotel is also very good from children's show to the later adults show which is around 21.00. All in all a great place for children and couples

Steigenburger Aldau is a great hotel as they offered us a free room upgrade to get a better view of the pool, and the drinks in the hotel mini fridge are fully complementary with your all inclusive plan. There aren’t many excursions the hotel offers, but if you go into town just a few minutes away you can get great deals with competitive pricing for day trips. I don’t know his name, but I assure you the bartender is a great guy who has a huge memory for remembering all the complex drink recipes you may request. The service is pretty good, and the hotel even offers 24/7 room food service over the phone, but I think that comes with a charge. However, I must warn: the spa and massage is pricey, so you probably want to go into town for a better deal. Oh, and one last thing, you can even go to the hotel across the road as it is owned by the same company, which allows you to use their water slides. Overall, a pretty good place that suits a large demographic. I visited in the winter, so there wasn’t many people.

The resort itself is excellent, has a very fresh and a refreshing feeling as you enter and is very welcoming. The swimming pools are of a good standard and enjoyable for all age groups. There are bars outside of the main restaurant which serve drinks and hot food, although I would mention that the food is an everyday repeat with nothing new. Small bars beside pools server usual drinks, chips, burgers and hot dogs, nothing else. The food in these small huts are the same food daily, no variety whatsoever. I would also like to stress that the main restaurant is not big compared to other resorts I've stayed at and it is always very hard to find a table and sometimes your have to wait ages for new plates to be put out again, leaving you hanging around for a while which is very unpleasant. The food itself in the main restaurant is of good quality though. The room I stayed in was a mega family room with two adjoining rooms and both had balcony overlooking the pool and beach which was excellent. Only thing I would like to add about the room is that the inside door handle broke and kept falling off and took ages to be fixed and was only fixed on our last full stay. The evening shows were not really good, very basic and short, nothing exciting compared to other resorts I've stayed at in different countries. The resort could make more of an effort in introducing good evening shows such as adding choreographed dancing, magic shows, stunt shows and various other shows that other resorts do. The resort itself is good but does have several points to improve on.

The hotel has various rooms with stunning views our room was good it needed a few adjustments. The main restaurant is very good with a variety of food with good quality and refill. Drinks are good and there is a coffee machine. The Asian a la carte restaurant is poor, I don't recommend it. Snacks are good but lacks variety and availability. Most of the staff are so nice and welcoming except for a few incidents. Really enjoyed our stay. Me and my girlfriend came for our first holiday and we loved it. The Asian restaurant is very nice. The sea food restaurant is also very nice and the worker Mina is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We went for a photo shoot and the photos were great but be aware of what price you get told and what price they will try to charge you once you have had the photo shoot. We was supposed to pay £45 for 15 photos but we was overcharged.

This place has a great beach, but everything else is terrible. The beach is very good with clear water. The food is tasteless, with barely one or two items actually edible at each meal. The restaurant has no ventilation, so it always has a bad smell. The AC is very weak in the rooms and even in the main lobby, so it's very hot. The lobby has literally six sofas, which is not enough seating for a fraction of the hotel's capacity of over 400-500 people. The staff are always grumpy. The beach area is completely closed and inaccessible from 6 PM to 8 AM the next day, not even available for walking. All of the beach guards whistle very loudly and annoyingly at exactly 6 PM to get everyone out of the water, even though the sunset is at 8 PM and it’s still very early. Overall, the experience is bad except for the great beach. Would not recommend.

Perfect if you want a quiet location for your stay near Hurgarda (45 mins away) . Hotel and rooms were basic and a bit tired but had everything you needed if not too fussy. Food - very much depends on your taste. If you're expecting a full english, pizza and chips, you'll be dissappointed as catered mostly for German and Russasin guests. However, if you're happy to try something different, there was some great fresh cooked options. Staff - were just brilliant, as a smaller hotel, you got to know the staff who couldn't be more helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and accomodating. Despite some initial reservations, the charm of Paradise really grew on me throughout the week and was very sad to leave.

Sold as all-inclusive but this only applies to some food and some drinks and one bar, however bar prices are low such as eur3 for cocktail and eur1.5 for coffee. Booked sea view room was not available at late evening arrival so was given dirty unprepared room at back of complex, it took until 2pm the next day to be moved to a better room but still not as on booking. Hotel staff very good and helpful, seems the problems are with the Eqypt travel agency.

I had an awful stay at this hotel. To start, there was no hot water in the room, which is unacceptable. I reported the issue three times to the front desk, but no one ever showed up to fix it. Taking a cold shower after a long day is not what I expected when booking this place. To make matters worse, the door to my room was broken and open. I reported this as well, and they assured me it would be fixed. However, no one bothered to address it during my stay. Had to use the back door and jump over the banister to enter the room. Completely unacceptable. The complete lack of responsiveness and basic amenities ruined what would have been an fine stay otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone considering coming. Been to Egypt many times and you can get far better quality hotels at the same price. Food was hit and miss but generally find something to eat.

The overall experience is really bad. Starting from the reception, we had to wait for more than 2 hours after 12 pm. to prepare our room. The room was comfortable, but there was no privacy as one of the housekeeping staff tried to enter using master key while we were in the room. He then apologized and mentioned that he didn't know we were there! The resort is disorganized with significant distances between everything. The restaurant is far from the rooms, requiring a 10-15 minute walk to reach the main pool and restaurant. The food and drinks are the worst aspects of this hotel. Everything in the restaurant is lower quality than the minimum standard. The pool is not clean, but the sea and the beach were good. The night activities are quite silly with bad music, dance, and poor animation. In general, I do not recommend this resort to anyone. Please choose something else that is worth your money.

I recently traveled to this resort in Hurghada hoping for a relaxing getaway, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The experience was awful on so many levels: The air conditioning was leaking terribly, soaking the floor. The TV is completely broken. We found rats in the chalet, which was absolutely disgusting! One of our group members nearly got electrocuted due to an electrical leak in the stove. The kitchen utensils were covered in mold. The shower cabin was clogged and unusable. A foul smell constantly lingered outside the chalet. Trash was everywhere, making the place feel filthy and neglected. The swimming pool was beyond dirty, with no proper maintenance. The water park was so overcrowded that you could wait over an hour just to slide once. The customer service was shockingly rude and unhelpful. This place is a disaster. Do not waste a single penny on this cursed resort! I deeply regret ever coming here.

For the price we paid, so is the resort OK, you cannot expect a high level of service, for the most part is the personal nice, you have to take in considiration that the employees of the hotel work all the time, in the two weeks we were in the hotel the same People work all the time. The food, yes the lack of variety is a problem but after a while you learn to pick what to eat. A huge problem is the bar, the bar is located in the lobby, besides the waterpark and in the beach. However the problem is the are very far from the mainpool area. The room is OK, the only time you are in There is when you are sleppning. If you are staiyng for more than 1 week, I recommend you to take aleast 3 excursion, The animation team is very nice but the music is the same songs day in an day out, they have one routine and it gets tiresome after a while, and the evening show is almost the same every night. But like a told you before, for the price you paid is OK. The beach is OK to. A lot of space the hotel have swings for the kids right in front of you. So to summary, the hotel is ok for the price. We paid 4000 € for 2 weeks and we where 3 adults and 2 children. PS We also buy a sim card 30g for 15€ that was worth the money. And tip alot

The food was repeated every day and there were just a few options to choose from. The employees didn't know English, you'd better communicate in German or Russian. The hotel is in the middle of the center, so you have everything close by. We also used the restaurant that the hotel has and it was fine, nothing special. The biggest disappointment was the entertainment. Their evening performance was terrible, every single one. Not to mention miss hotel, which downright humiliates women. The location is amazing, situated on Sheraton road, walking distance from Marina, Cherry street, El Mina Mosk, all the shopping area is there. Don't hesitate to loose yourself on the streets behind Sheraton road. You will find a lot of shops, local restaurants with a big vatiety of local food: fish, lamb, camel, cow, froot bars, locaal icecream, and amazing sweets. As per hotel, is very cozy, not crowded with a small private beach. There is the posibility to book your trips directly in the hotel. I come the 5th time in this hotel. The variety of food is not very big but is very tasty and can meet all the tipes of tourists: Vegan, non vegan, on diet. I recomend this hotel. The best period would be October if someone asks:).

Me & my sister stay at the Hawaii riviera aqua park resort for 2nights we live here in hurgarda & fancy a little weekend break on arrival all staff where friendly helpful we got an early check in which was fantastic reception staff went above & beyond for us he did say he would give us a good room with a pool & sea view & from open the room door the view was amazing food very good plenty of choices very very clean though out the hotel pools are amazing & they is plenty to choice from 😉all staff we met was fabulous we then decided to book for another 2 nights but unfortunately we had a family emergency & had to check out on the Sunday night night reception very help & also the night manager was so helpful on us checking out earlier we was very disappointed that we had to leave but we will definitely be booking to stay here again hopefully we can have are old room which was 2512😉thank you to all the staff here who work so hard look foward to staying again very very soon😉 Tracy & Nicola 😊😊

I chose this place based on the good recent reviews although if you don’t like to walk a lot this place is not for you (elderly people and babies) it’s huge place and everything is far. If your room is near to the restaurant you would need 10-15 min walk to the beach. There are cars from reception but still it takes a lot of time to go there and they are not available all the time. There are no phones working in the rooms in this spacious place you can’t call the reception to help you in anything. AC in reception, bar and restaurant is old you will feel hot all the time. During our time of stay there was water problem( no water for 2-3 hours although they are fixing that). The food is ok and there is a variety in launch and dinner nevertheless the breakfast is boring. Also my father was sick after eating fish so I don’t recommend it. Rooms are old. The greatest thing in this place is the beach the beach is huge and not crowded. There are two sides side for swimming and snorkeling where you can see beautiful corals and colorful fish and other side for relaxing. Also the staff is so helpful, cooperative and respectful. Room services is great. All inclusive drinks on pool and beach till 5 pm and in bar 24 hrs. The animation team is great all the day. At night there are nice shows that keeps everyone entertained. I only enjoyed the beach and the respectful staff otherwise I really was tired of walking and didn’t enjoy the food. I would never come back till these problems are solved.

I've just returned from a week at this hotel, firstly the beach is outstanding, no shortage of sun beds here and around the pools, with windbreaks on the beach as well, which to be honest, are needed, can be windy there. Both areas are extremely clean and tidy. The actual hotel rooms are in need of some TLC, rooms although clean are very dated. The bar staff and waiters are so friendly and attentive to everyone. My main problem is the staff on the reception, totally useless and most unhelpful, I hadn't had any notifications regarding my pick up time, and all my correspondence said if I hadn't had an email to ask at reception, which I did 48hrs prior to my departure and again 24hrs later, I explained to the member of staff and was told 'no I can't do anything and he walked away, the next day I tried again, a different member of staff, this time, and I was told very abruptly to look at notice board, absolutely nothing in English, so 9am on Tuesday 12th Nov, the day of my departure, I still didn't have a clue as to my pick up time, so again I went to reception, this time I was greeted with a smile by Mahmoul, I explained again my problem, he asked me for my transfer voucher which I passed to him, he rang 'Master Travel Service' and my pick up was 17-15, sorted as quickly as that, why on earth did non of the other staff on reception do that??? I must say it really spoilt the last couple of days of what was a brilliant holiday, I am a solo traveler so the pick up farce was the only thing on my mind, making it very difficult for me to relax as I lay on the beach or around the pool for the last couple of days of what had been a super holiday. Mahmoul, needs to train the rest of your staff on reception in customer care skills, he's a credit to the hotel.

Well !!! Having visited the coral each hotel 30 years ago when it had both a coral reef and a hotel, I was somewhat disappointed to bring my girlfriend for a day pass that effectively for $50 allowed you to wear a red plastic bracelet. The receptionist remembered to charge us the said fee but failed to give us our (possibly only entitlement) towel coupons. After a 15-minute trek to what is a beautiful turquoise bay, I was left to trek the way back as the cretinous receptionist had failed I. His only other job. There are some fish there, but there are s many anchors and snapped grey dead coral. The resort is nothing short of an unfolding horror movie! Most of the staff are nice and inept. The owners should be lined up and shot.

The location is great, right in the middle of Sheraton Street so easy access to everything you could want. The beach is very big with lots of space.

NO WIFI- big consideration when booking for some Hotel set in stunning grounds, beautifully kept. Great staff, all really helpful and friendly. Clean and quiet rooms. Food was tasty although repetitive. Clean beautiful beach on a quite private cove. Pool was not heated and was colder than the UK seas in winter- I know because I swim them. No idea how it didn't warm in the day with the sun. Took my breath away when I got in. The sea was much more pleasant! Clear, clean and warm! If it wasn't for the WiFi situation, I would come again

Avoid the place at any cost. Booked because the price was reasonable during Christmas. 75€/Night was too much. Room was big, but not clean. Bathroom was stinky and molded. Blanket in the bed had no cover and was, od course not washed..cleaning was not done without reminder and the was not changed, even after claim. The food was disgusting. For breakfast had just safe things like pastry, fruits, tea.. wouldn't disk the eggs. Even I did so, didn't feel well. Was skipping lunch and had dinner outside. The only positive is location at small pier for diving and excursions. The view from the premium room and the beach eas nice. But it was a very low season. Also quite good alcoholic drinks, what was surprising.. but thats not enough.

Bungalows and Estate well shaped, big selection of various food, beach is clean and service is available, we stayed here for some days to rest and we had a great time. Only the fact that people want to sell excisions and massage at the beach was annoying. The staff is very motivated and friendly and tries its best to satisfy your needs.

Upon our arrival we were issued 2 separate standard rooms after we had booked a family deluxe upgrade. The rooms were dirty and certainly not fit for purpose. After spending Christmas morning trying to get the hotel to allocate the correct accommodation we finally got what we had booked... although alot better and more comfortable the rooms were not as clean and deluxe as we expected..After a couple of days here we realised the restaurant doesn't really cater for English holiday makers, and we found ourselves eating at macdonalds over the road. Still here and haven't eaten anything from the restaurant and have found the new marina just 5 mins in a taxi away is amazing. Varied restaurants that serve very good food and at a very good price.. but spending extra money on top of our all inclusive deal!!! Hearing off people with the same problems as we're having. No hot water for showers last night Certainly not value for money Wouldn't visit this hotel again Staff and locals very friendly ,just a shame hotel is not up to scratch

I spent a week at this hotel and it was a week of super fun. Friendly staff, clean beaches, large territory, delicious food and everything you need for a holiday. The animators here are the best. Lots of interesting activities: volleyball, dancing, yoga. In the evening we went with the animators to the club and it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much for the pleasant time spent here.

Good overall impression considering the price. The rooms are spacious, decent and well equipped. They are cleaned every day, towels are changed. Terrace with a beautiful view of the lagoon or the open sea. The beach is excellent, those who like swimming have a lagoon, those who like shallow waters have a beach on the open sea. The food could be better. Not enough tables and a constant crowd, but friendly waiters, which cannot be said for the staff at the reception and the towel center (very unfriendly and unprofessional). Special praise for the animation team. They were great!

The hotel has a great location, rooms were dirty and worn. Housekeeping didn't do a great job. They haven't changed our bedding for the whole week. All restaurants were crowded and busy, and we couldn't get a table for an hour. Good entertainment team. Staff were very polite and helpful. But that hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars at any time . We had to pay to use wifi due to no access apart from the lobby.

Went to the spa for a massage. Asked for a Shiatsu massage, from a lady with strong hands and the lady said not a problem because their staff are trained. And then it went downhill. First I thought she was getting me tea to hit the points and for the heavy stuff but she didn’t know what she was doing. I asked her to go harder but she went to the manager and asked for a different person. A big lady came and just dug her elbows very hard into my back, in the same spot for 20 minutes only going up to my shoulders when I asked her. She didn’t know what she was doing either. Afterwards she asked me how it was and I told her it was very bad. She was shocked. The staff probably gets on the job training for a couple of days. Worst massage ever. And cost 30€. In Egypt!!!!

Most food is bland and boring (the spaghetti chef is the savior though), so is the included beer and the cola is often mixed with too much sirup. The staff can be really hospitable, and some of them are pretty great. But mostly they are underpaid working 25 hours a day having to put on fake smiles all the time. The hotel management closes the pool bar to save a few bucks in serving free beer in the evening (so you have to walk further). We really lacked somewhere nice to sit and relax with a beer. Overall it's pretty good if your standards are low and you want cheap all you can eat and drink, but it's all so so low quality we're not coming back. Also every one and their uncle is trying to overcharge you and sell you something, 4 salesmen steadily roam the pool and beach area up try and sell you events, then when you go, they try to sell you more when you're there.

In the resort you have everything you need: pool, private beach, restaurants, bars, massage or nails salon, shop and the possibility of buying boat tour or desert safari. In proximity there are other restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and and small bazars. The staff is very friendly and helpful, all of them are speaking English (other languages: French, German, Polish, Italian). The rooms are not what I was expecting, but are very clean. Our room had an amazing view to the pool and see and the sun was hitting the balcony only a few hours in the morning - in Egypt this is a good thing :)) The food is halal how I was expected, but everyone can find something good to eat.

Terrible and unacceptable experience with hotel and security staff being racist on two separate occasions to darker skinned men. Both were harassed, told they were lying, one of them told her could not come in because he's Egyptian despite his wife and friends already being inside. They claimed they had had a security incident with Egyptian men the previous month but there is no reason why they should bar some people from entering, allowing others to enter without questions asked, being rude and harassing others...everyone deserves to be treated with respect and be treated equally. If you have security concerns check everyone that comes in. This ruined our experience and we won't be back. I even spent two extra days there doing scuba diving but in future I'll ensure a different dive centre is used so I don't have to deal with such people.

The food was delicious, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. The activities were fantastic, especially for families. There’s an outdoor swimming pool and easy access to a beautiful beach, perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll along the shore. For families with kids, there’s a dedicated kid zone and a fun kids' dance party every evening—my daughter absolutely loved it! I stayed here with my family in the beginning of August everything here was lovely! The staff here was very attentive and service was great! From welcoming you and accommodating to your needs to making sure your comfortable during your stay the staff here was always on top of it! The food is delicious too and the kitchen staff work diligently no matter how busy it gets to serve high quality food and service. The animation team was wonderful as well Sam and the whole team had daily activities planned that we looked forward to every night. Lastly the beach was superb very calm and clean and beautiful. The sand is soft and there are no rocks in the water and the water is so clean you can even see little fish swim next to you. Great resort for families 10/10 would recommend!

One of the employees from a diving company collaborated with the hotel approached two minor kids from our group and asked them to dress up and met him at a bar, even obviously they were under age. First and last time. Where to start?! The hotel was generally nice, the rooms were clean and fairly modern, but the meals in the main restaurant were almost the same every day. The service in the restaurants was nice, but in the pool bars they didn't even try to be nice (some of them). !!!!!! But the way the touts on the beach (some of them) from Red Sea Sky were cheating was too much. One of them sold me a one-day diving trip. There were supposed to be two dives for 25 minutes each, lunch and a return to the hotel. Since this was my seventh trip to Egypt, I asked him three times (to make sure) if we were going ONLY for diving, of course he confirmed three times that yes. It turned out that there were two dives, only the total time was 28 minutes. I pointed out to the "instructor" that it was supposed to be 2 x 25 minutes, he became aggressive, saying that they couldn't have told me that when selling me this dive. Then they announced that we were sailing for an hour's stop to Paradise Island, which has nothing to do with paradise and which was not supposed to be in my and two other people's plans. Conclusion: please be careful with Red Sea Sky, if you buy something from them, ask for details, when diving check the time spent underwater.

While the staff are kind and accommodating, the biggest drawback is the language barrier. Many staff members do not speak English well, which can make communication challenging at times. Thankfully William speaks a perfect English :) ------------- Cleanliness and Room Service The room service was excellent. Towels were changed daily, the rooms were cleaned thoroughly, and the fridge was always stocked with water bottles. Once you step out, the charm quickly fades. You’ll encounter construction sites, abandoned buildings, and persistent street vendors trying to sell items or offer rides. While some might find this part of the experience interesting, it can become overwhelming and even annoying after a while. If you plan to explore, be cautious and stay aware of your surroundings. --------------- Final Thoughts In a nutshell, Aladdin Beach Resort is a fantastic destination for a relaxing vacation. It offers great food, friendly service, and excellent amenities, all within a clean and well-maintained property. However, there are limited English proficiency among staff and the less appealing surroundings outside the resort.

The place is lovely however some of the staff just can not be bothered the rooms that are advertised are not the ones you will get unless you have booked the suite or you upgrade the food is plentiful but much of the same thing every day the room service is very poor twice I had to go to reception to ask for toilet role one bath towel was left one day for two of us the shower was leaking all over the floor the air conditioning was the loudest I’ve ever experienced but yeah the room was ropy to say the least the safe was not bolted to anything so you could just walk out with the whole thing 🤣and the floor wasn’t swept or mopped all week but like I say the complex is nice

I started my stay at this hotel on December 22nd, filled with high hopes for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a series of disappointments that I feel compelled to share. First and foremost, on December 25th, the hotel inexplicably decided to put a roof over the heated pool—one of the main advertised amenities—rendering it completely unusable. Instead of enjoying a swim, we were left staring at an inaccessible, covered pool. To make matters worse, the hotel staff provided misleading information to tour agents, claiming the pool would only be unavailable from December 28th. This lack of transparency added insult to injury. But the frustrations didn’t stop there. Our room was in a dismal state, with a persistent stench resembling cat urine permeating the air from the moment we arrived. Furniture was broken, and when we requested repairs, the staff removed the damaged items without offering replacements, leaving us with even fewer comforts. The so-called "cleaning service" was a joke. After we reported the unsanitary conditions, we were promised a thorough cleaning, only to discover later that the stains on the floor had merely been hidden under a rug. The restaurant was equally appalling. I witnessed staff wiping crumbs and spilled food from buffet dishes with filthy rags, only to toss the remnants back into the serving bowls. The complete disregard for basic hygiene was shocking. By the time we decided to leave early, at least six other families had already done the same, unwilling to endure the unacceptable conditions any longer. Despite our early departure, the hotel refused to refund us for the remaining days of our stay, showing a total lack of respect for its guests. If you’re considering booking a stay here, I strongly urge you to think twice. This hotel is a masterclass in how to ruin a holiday.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are looking very good, especially after the cleaners were inside and left a surprise figure on the bed from the towels. Honestly , what made me the happiest is the service. Everybody is greeting, smiling and doing their job professionally. The guys in “The View” restaurant are always looking after you. The kitchen is delicious. The guys at the bar are very fast with the drinks and very creative. A few days ago I went to the bar and I asked a guy named Hamada to make me a sweet cocktail- this was the best cocktail I’ve ever drunk. I really hope these people get what they deserve

The people who have stayed at this hotel and rated it 5 stars have extremely low standards. Wifi is only permitted for 1 device per person per room, and doesn’t really work in the rooms anyway (only the lobby). Even worse, hot water does not work. I am currently waiting for staff to come check it but after swimming 6 hours in the freezing cold ocean scuba diving, it is devastating to not be able to even rinse myself off in warm water. Heater functionality does not work. Both my elderly mother and I caught colds. I want to go home more than anything else. Staff are also quite rude, they talk to you like you’re asking them for a huge favor, and I mean for simple requests like directions to where I exchange my towel cards . Worse yet, if you paid for an all inclusive package, some vendors inside of the resort are handing out drinks but they said they are not part of the resort, and you have to pay them. They don’t tell you this until after they handed you a drink you assumed was part of your package. Getting scammed inside a resort you paid an all inclusive price for us CRAZY

This hotel is suitable for absolutely everyone, the arrival was smooth, the rooms are clean and the food is very tasty. They take great care of the pools and the entire hotel, everything is clean and the staff are very helpful and kind. The beach is absolutely beautiful, suitable even for small children thanks to the gradual access to the sea. The animation programs are absolutely great from morning to evening, the children always enjoyed the mini-disco and the evening show was simply top notch. We will definitely be back again soon. I don't know where to start. How is it possible that you travel all the way to rent a flat on THE BEACH and don't get to use the beach? How is it possible that you see a very nice advertisment of a resort with a beach a spa, restaurants and have NONE of those? I do not kid you none of those. Oceans breeze does not offer you anything because it's still under construction, full of workers only pools with no chairs no umbrellas. Not only that but we discovered that the bridge we take to have a dip in the water is not oceans breeze's bridge, it's TROPITELS the resort next to us and ofcourse they didn't allow us. I can go on forever about the flat's Hygiene, the cockroaches we saw on our first day of arrival, to the noise we hear from workers everyday and them cutting off water and electricity so they can work :))) and the amount of things we faced but to spare all that just BEAWARE of Islam hafeez and his son Mohamed ibrahim hafeez but specifically Islam the person we rented the flat from is not a professional, not someone to be trusted. He's a typical sales person with the art of persuasion, he'll sell you comfort he'll sell you everything to fall into the trap of actually buying the idea and get screwed over. Just like he did with us. The amount of calls and complaints to Islam hafeez so he could do something are uncountable and he just gives more lies with his fascinating art of persuasion Thank you Islam for a Disastrous trip :) karma will come bite you

I spent 15 days in the resort and it's the largest resort we've been to. It's quite well maintained with a lot of greenery. The food is good with the highlight being the dinners - grilled meat of many types, fresh or sauted vegetables. The weak point for me were breakfasts as I did resort to mostly doing for egg omelettes, since the cheese, salami or sausages taste too unusual for us. The strong point of the resort is definitely the staff, all bar staff, waiters as well as the animation team. They all really strive to make everyone feel good and entertained with scheduled pool gym, regular stretching, volleyball and other activities, as well as just hanging around and finally there's evening events. As for the rooms, they're definitely on the smaller side, but as soon as you don't come here to sit in your room, you should be alright.

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax. Food was good, a bit the same most nights but it was tasty and we went out to Marina twice to break it up. Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff.

The food in the restaurant is good, it could be better, but the drinks are good too. We enjoyed the rest of the hotel, our room had been recently renovated. The entertainment team did a wonderful job, especially the Brazilian entertainer Jonathan. He was very friendly and attentive to our family. We will be back soon.

Me and my friends had the best time staying at Panorama!!! From the reception staff, through cleaning, restaurant and spa everyone was EXTREMELY polite, nice and very responsive. The bungalow we stayed in, as well as the rest of the hotel and the beaches are kept very clean and neat (even from a perspective of ex-housekeeping, and that means something 😂) The fact that the hotel is not too big makes it a perfect place to relax and chill, but also to make new friends and meet super interesting people. After spending there a few days you already feel like a family with other guests and staff, who are masters at remembering people's names 😁 Big shoutout to the animation crew, you guys were amazing! Despite not having too many people interested in daily activities they were always around trying to motivate everyone to move or play games, and they absolutely rocked the evening shows. The only thing missing for me was Christmas tree, decorations and lights. It would be amazing to feel the holiday vibe while chilling in the sun in 25 degrees. All in all, it wwas one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I'll definitely be coming back!

I left with wonderful memories from our family vacation! The resort offers a wide range of activities and amenities that cater to guests of all ages, making it a fantastic choice for a family getaway. Upon arrival, I noticed that while the rooms are a bit outdated in terms of decor, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness is definitely a priority here, which is something I truly appreciated during our stay. The are numerous pools around the resort bud sadly most of them are not heated. The beach, located just across the road, is beautiful and a great spot to unwind. Soft sand and clear water created a perfect setting for swimming and sunbathing. The shuttle service makes the transition from the resort to the beach seamless. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay, and while they provided excellent service, tips are expected. The servers were always eager to help and made dining a pleasant experience. Speaking of dining, the food was generally good and versatile. Overall, we had a nice experience.It provided a great balance of relaxation and fun, and despite some minor drawbacks, the attentive staff and enjoyable atmosphere really made our vacation special. I would recommend this resort for families.

Great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful throughout the resort, we had beautiful weather (beginning December) and fun trips were made from the resort. Rooms are neat with good beds and pillows. Service in the restaurant, at the pool and at the beach is also top notch, you are well taken care of. Would definitely come back here again. Besides the resort and some trips there isn’t much to do, but the resort has lots of thing to make sure you enjoy your time . Would not recommend if you like to explore a lot

Price/services/quality ratio I would give an 8 out of 10. Minus points: the room was small, the bathroom was clean, towels and linen always changed on time. The food is tasty, the drinks the same, the bar boy Mohamed 10 out of 10 super service. Unfortunately, we had a small problem with the room until we managed to talk to the manager who solved our small problem. Another minus would be the beach across the road.. However the boy who served us on the beach again left us a good impression Karim. We chose one of the evenings to go out to a party in Hurghada with the entertaining team. Disappointing unfortunately.. we arrived at the said location and found ourselves alone in a crowd of strangers. All in all, I would recommend the hotel for families with children because almost all the action is centered around them.

Nice hotel with great food but on the downside, to get to the beach you have to walk a lot, cross a busy 4 lane road and there are no corals nearby for snorkeling. The sunbeds are overcrowded. If you are looking to relax by the sea, this is not your place. The pool area is awesome for kids and there is great music. However, the bigger pools are cold. You have to pay extra to use the sports pool and cap.

The hotel is informal and the staff is friendly. Although it is close to the airport you can't hear the aeroplanes. The cute cats and the entertainers' funny alarm clock at 10am are our highlights. There are a lot of pensioners here, so it's not a party hotel. It was our second time here and we would love to come back.

The hotel is not very suitable for young couples. It is more friendly and suitable for old german couples, which is amazing but for younger couples, it will not be very fun. Some of the staff were not welcoming to Egyptians and their requests. It is a very old hotel. The rooms are very old. It is very quiet and boring in the morning (apart from night time for a few hours for activities done by the animation team). There is no food variety. The food is tasteless most of the time. They never serve you on the beach like all other all inclusive hotels. We didnt have fun. We will never come back again. Had so many friend looking forward to visiting the hotel but I will recommend them not to.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire experience so welcoming. The food was exceptional every single day, with a great variety to enjoy. The waitstaff in the restaurant were extremely kind and attentive. I genuinely enjoyed tipping them because they went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to others. Everything about it exceeded my expectations, and honestly, I can’t think of a single thing that could be improved. The rooms are large, but looking old and many parts have a "touch up" rather than being properly repaired. The gym is great. Great for strength and cardiovascular training. The food became boring quite fast and slowly everything started to taste the same. Some meat for example was always garnished the same...or left in the containers for so long that it was basically boiled (bland and chewy). I felt sorry for the workers as they appear to work non stop for 12+ hrs a day for 2 whole months and then get a small break. In spite of this they remained friendly and helpful. I was frustrated at the beach. The Vista guests are only allowed to occupy a pier with no direct access to the beach (this is reserved for guests with different coloured wrist bands). Also there is a shack of a bar only for us. Water left in the warm. Cheap coffee on offer. I went to one of the other restaurants and was told that I couldn't use the coffee machine for a flat white...seriously! You have people here filling their plates (eating half), leaving half drunken beverages everywhere or the best, little Russian children getting bottle after bottle of drinking water and pouring it into the sand! I mentioned this to a few staff members and they didn't care (but me getting a higher quality coffee is no no lol) Mixed emotions...the weather and gym were the highlights. Next time we try somewhere else and I suggest others compare with other hotels.

The food Was ok The hotel was good But the advertising people that walks arround begging the hotel visitors to come to for Spa and hair saloon with expensive crazy prices are annoying.. they don't stop talking.. and asking us to come.. I suggest to put a reasonable price list in every room.(this is how it's done in Germany and the US) The people working in the spa are very polite and nice.. but not the sales men. The salesmen have an unacceptable behavior it was not acceptable to criticize me and my husband. Not acceptable at all.

Hello! Finally have found time to write a review. We've spent a bit more than 2 weeks in hotel at second half of November. We are absolutely delighted with our wonderful holiday! We'd like to thank: Soprano Restaurant waiter Mahmoud Mohamed and his chef. Housekeeping - Ahmed and his chef. Pool area workers. Millenium Bar waiters! Reception - Ali! And of course Valeria! All minor problems were resolved quickly, friendly and promptly on the spot. The staff is BEST. They paid lot of attention to make our holiday perfect. The food was perfectly prepared, service at Soprano Restaurant was best, the staff were wonderful! There was not a single case of poisoning, also thanks to the fact that there was enough drinking water in the room. The cleaning of our room was 100 out of 100! Our room boy was simply magnificent - friendly, helped with everything, made beautiful figures on the bed for us, which made us very happy upon our return. Thank you, Ahmed!!! The gardeners do an amazing job, the whole area is incredibly well-kept, beautiful and clean! Every corner has beautiful palm trees and plants. Aqua Vista located close to Senzo Mall, which makes shopping enjoyable. Some of negative moments, unfortunately, below... The beach area of ​​4 stars on the beach is inconvenient, for guests there is only a concrete pier, so we did not use the beach. Absolutely terrible Spanish music all the time, the DJ doesn't know and don't care of tastes of guests and his job, the animation team - only half of it did their job, the other two ladies are boring and arrogant. Caraoke never started in time, many guests left bar after waiting. The sellers of SPA salon are somewhat aggressive, the prices are very high, so they don't have buyers for their services. The prices are the same as in Germany, so there is no point. But we took a course of massages with my husband, in the end we decided to receive a massage only from one masseuse Hala cause others were bad. Her colleague once gave me a very rough massage, sharply pressed on my spine. For several weeks now my back has been hurting in this place, although before that nothing hurt. Going to visit a doctor. Also, one of the employees at the spa reception is incredibly unfriendly and rude. We didn't understand what he is doing there. The hotel managers should work with the spa staff. And lower the prices for services - you will get more customers! Unfortunately, we had noise at night until 3 am from neighbors in the house. The reception staff is afraid of causing trouble to guests, so the problem was apparently solved only by the departure of these uncultured people. These moments left an unpleasant impression. We would also like to leave one comment. There are a lot of complaints in the reviews about tips. The employees fully deserve them, firstly, and secondly, we did not notice that anyone was ignored in service without tips! The complaint about Mahmud Mohammed in one of the reviews is a lie! This employee was never rude, he was absolutely always friendly and professional, and we wish him all the best! Honestly, I don't think that 10-15 EUR tips for whole vacation make you poor, guys. In whole EU waiters, houskeeping etc. getting tips. It's absolutely normal. People working hard and they deserve it. This was my third trip to Egypt, and it was by far the best experience I've had at a hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the gardens were lovely, the food was great, and the beach was large and beautiful. My family and me really enjoyed meeting and talking to all the staff there. From the gardeners and bartenders to the animators and beach workers, they're all really friendly and hardworking people, and they're a big part of the reason why we enjoyed our stay here. The location and the hotel are amazing. Facilities are good and staff are very attentive. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food which is very poor for the size of the hotel plus the number of restaurants it has. Very poor choices and low quality food. Chicken was served raw and undercooked had to complain which they brought us out a new fully cooked chicken but left the raw meat for others to have. Very limited choices of food and many days we struggled to get anything suitable. The hotel really is a 3 star if that when it comes to food. The red band is great addition to the stay and is a must as the sales people selling things is constant. These ref bands tell the sales people that you don’t want to be harassed but still some sales people ignore that and do still try. The pool is very cold when it comes to October they say it’s heated but it’s definitely not. Entertainment was made up of getting the audience to do stuff and was very low budget. It appears that hotel management try to do things on a shoe string budget so with the entertainment and food it is very poor which is ashame as the hotel is amazing apart from that.

Very nice hotel, with lots of vegetation, well maintained. We stayed in executive room, which was great, but be aware that the hotel next to this one was very loud in the evening. Animation team was awesome, fun throughout day and evenings. The only downside of the hotel is the food. We visited Albatros Citadel and Titanic Royal, and food was way under this level. Breakfast is always the same, and not much variety in the lunch and dinner offerings. Overall, a pleasant experience

The hotel is a great and safe place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pools. Despite having many of them, none are deep enough for a proper swim. The shuttle bus to the beach is efficient, but the beach is relatively small and often overcrowded. Additionally, swimming at the beach is restricted to about 50 meters from the shore. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent.

The food is amazing too we didn’t have one bad meal While we were staying here, in fact it was so good always something you can find to eat. The beach is very good too again the staff are amazing here. The pool party was one of the best I’ve seen or been to, my wife really enjoyed herself here. The rooms are okay but after 8 years they could do with a re vamp. I was actually surprised how good it was here. Would I recommend this hotel definitely yes! The food is good this is a massive thing when you go away on holiday. The hotel did have a few tiny things wrong but not many, some of the reception staff were a little abrupt not all them.

Had our honeymoon here, we had the best time! Met lots of awesome people and had a laugh a minute too! At the same time you could tell it was not a luxury holiday as food etc. was average. Teriyaki restaurant was incredible and the Chef was fabulous - unbelievable experience for an all inclusive hotel. That was the star of the show! Pools are lovely and hotel grounds are also. It does make for a brilliant stay! My only criticism is the amount of staff who hassle you around the pool for spa, massage, activities and entertainment team, particularly when it goes on every single day of your holiday! Overall this made for an excellent stay!

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Egypt and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home instantly. The hotel’s design masterfully combined modern luxury with traditional Egyptian elements, creating a unique and relaxing ambiance. Our room was spacious, meticulously clean, and offered stunning views of the Red Sea. Every morning, I enjoyed watching the sunrise from our private balcony—a perfect way to start the day. The private beach was another highlight. With soft, golden sand and plenty of loungers and shade, it provided an ideal spot to unwind. We also tried snorkeling, which was amazing; the underwater world here is vibrant and colorful. Dining was a memorable experience as well. The main restaurant served a wide range of Egyptian and international dishes, each meal full of flavor. Themed dinners were offered every night, allowing us to taste local delicacies like fresh seafood and grilled kofta. The hotel also provided evening entertainment, including live music and shows, which added a fun touch to each day. For anyone looking for a relaxing yet culturally rich vacation in Egypt, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, great service, and authentic Egyptian atmosphere.

Complaint Letter Dear Hotel Management I am writing this letter with immense indignation to formally complain about the utterly unacceptable discriminatory treatment I experienced at Arabia. As a consumer, I have every right to expect proper respect and quality service, yet this recent experience has fallen woefully short of such basic expectations. On the day of check-in, the front desk staff escorted us to our room. During a brief moment when we were inspecting the room, the staff member proceeded to sit directly on our bed without permission. Such behavior is a blatant violation of basic professional ethics and a gross intrusion upon our personal space, leaving me feeling profoundly uncomfortable and disrespected. It was as if my rights as a guest were being brazenly disregarded. Furthermore, when I approached the front desk to address some issues regarding our stay, the staff member displayed an appallingly poor attitude. They responded with obvious disdain, standing with their arms crossed and offering curt, impatient, and dismissive answers that lacked even a modicum of courtesy or professionalism. This demeanor was entirely unbecoming of someone in the hospitality industry. This discriminatory treatment not only soured my mood during what should have been a pleasant stay but also raised serious doubts about the overall image and management standards of your hotel. I firmly believe it is the hotel’s responsibility to regulate and hold its employees accountable to ensure every guest receives fair and respectful service. I hereby demand a reasonable and sincere explanation for this incident, as well as concrete measures to address and rectify these issues to prevent other guests from enduring a similar ordeal. Please be advised that I reserve the right to take further action if necessary and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory response. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I await your reply.

Beautiful location with sea and amazing coral reef with the most stunning fish. Good entertainment with singers, dancers etc. Good food and nice service. Hotel desk staff could have been more polite and still a bit of hassle when your relaxing by water but you can get a red flag to prevent this Lovely rooms, especially when you have a view! Make sure you fill up your water bottles. Huge though so have to walk a bit sometimes and can get lost. More signs would be good. Didn't venture outside the resort so can't say much of location

Arabia Azur hotel is not a hotel that we would recommend. The night we arrived at the hotel, they asked if we would like to have a better room, we said we were tired and it is exactly the same. They waited to get tips, which made it take longer to check in. Afterwards, when we got the key, it was broken. We did not get any information about where to go to find the room and what happens to the luggage. We went to the security and asked and said that no information has been given. We didn't know where to go. The guard contacted the receptionist and they said someone would come and help soon, then we got gifts at the very end when we had contacted the guards. There was one couple before us who got gifts right away. So those gifts seemed like a band-aid on the "no information" incident. Then we arrive at the room, which has neither a fridge nor a safe. The room is a long way, which means that you have to walk for 10 minutes to the pool and general area we will be in. The next day we will have breakfast, we kindly ask the reception where we should go. They also answer silly but annoyed as if they hate life, that they don't eat breakfast in Egypt on Sundays. The breakfast is a small selection, but with something most people find themselves eating. There is almost nothing at the lunch/snack bar. Sausages and buns from breakfast. Dinner/evening is the best food throughout the day. Hot pizzas that are fried and a little more fast food. We were also unfortunately witnesses to a guest finding something in the food. Head Barman is a self-absorbed asshole. No service or good mood in him, if he hates the job he should quit, scares everyone away. All the other staff who walked around the beach and pool fetching cocktails/drinks were super friendly and very service minded. Stupid that all of the tips they earn go to the idiot Head Barman, who probably makes more than them, when they themselves walk in over 20 degrees all day, in way too big shoes and long trousers. When it comes to Wifi/internet, it is only in public places, i.e. not in the room. Which many will probably find very annoying. The only positive thing about this hotel is the people who go around selling activities/trips. We bought a trip "SAFARI" super nice!! RECOMMENDED!!! Much cheaper than with a travel agency. We bought the trip from Hosan, a super nice guy who we wish all the best. Great explanation and not least memories for life. We will never return , we will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Little things like: A tile from the pool was gone and watch your hands during aqua-aerobics because the pool is broken at the edges/sides. Children beware! Another thing is how employees are towards each other. We have eaten several times and witnessed employees arguing or complaining/screaming at each other which is not acceptable. It is simply sad how young boys stand like they are in the military before dinner and get a lot of crap thrown at them. In addition, the fire alarm went off 3 times within a day. We understand that this is the winter season in relation to smaller amounts of food and such, but much of this is not about winter time. Turkey will always be above Egypt. Much nicer to go to Turkey, to people who actually want us to be happy and do a fantastic job regardless of the hotel. And to people who don't 💶🤑💰 want money for everything they do!

Most fantastic sweet, helpful staff: 10! Renovated luxury rooms with sea view: 10! Beach: 10! Amazing big sea turtles: 10! Diving /snorkeling school next to the hotel: 10! As for food, only really good bread is missing. That is quite tasteless if you are used to French bread. And muesli with nuts and raisins would be nice ;-). The sunbeds also need replacing now and then and a mattress on them would be nice. But that should not spoil the fun! We had a wonderful time thanks to the lovely staff.

A good hotel, even if the food is not as varied as in other places, it is very tasty (congratulations to the chefs!). The room is large, very clean and well organized. The reef was a disappointment, unfortunately the coral is mostly dead. However, there are many fish. The main attraction are the turtles, guaranteed to be visible in the morning in the bay (in the area with seagrass). Unfortunately, starting at 9:30 the place is overcrowded with tourists brought from other places especially for the turtles and the reef. The best snorkeling is very early, on the left side of the bay (farthest from the hotel) - safe from waves and with good visibility. The entrance from the pier is not worth it in my opinion.

We’ve booked for a sea view room but were given a bay view full of cruise ships. The WiFi really sucks in the room, so avoid staying at zone D or ask to change the room if you're allocated there. The food is pretty decent and hotel compound is good and really Greek-style.

The Hotel is just grate. Very beautiful rooms and so many nice waiters. All people are so friendly and kind. The meals are well prepped but sometimes unsalted but in generell very good. My personal highlight was the house reef and the gym. Often, especially in African countries, everybody is „friend“ and „bro“ with you, makes you compliments but only to sell you their stuff. This gets very annoying after a while. The bad thing is, that it is the same in this hotel. Though I think u can’t find I hotel without some people being like this. That’s their job so I don’t mid about that. But in the other hand their are people like Fady Adel. He‘s a waiter at the beach near the reef and I can tell you, i‘ve never met a more friendly and open minded person than him. I thank him so much for the great time and all these beautiful memories I could create through this man. It was so funny with him and me and my sister laughed a LOT with him. What is also recommendable, besides booking a trip to this hotel, was the snorkelling trip we took on our last day. We not only had the chance to see some wonderful coral reefs, besides the one in the hotel, but also we got the chance to see some dolphins. Big shout out to Red Sea (the company who does all these wonderful snorkelling/diving trips) for this wonderful trip (the meal was even better than in the hotel) So to put it in a nutshell, only recommendable for everyone. No matter if u like or dislike snorkelling, the Azur vibe will catch u anyways🙌

This is my sixth stay at the Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza, and each visit feels just as wonderful as the first. The weather is consistently beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff truly makes the experience exceptional. A special mention to Hana from the restaurant—she always checks in to see how things are going and is ready to help whenever needed. Her enthusiasm is evident, which makes us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for as guests. I hope to keep returning to this lovely place for many years to come!

It was a good time till it ended with a big thing, STOLLEN JEWELRY. That costs a huge amount of money. And the hotel management were not that much helping. Telling will keep u updated. Which was so weird as a reaction for such an accident. Asked to check the security cameras but always a ridiculous behavior. I guess they knew who did it and never wanted to mention who and our JEWELRY never showed up again. Even police made us signed paper that we found it just to let us and all the group go home. Security there is not as we were hoping. Even the idea of compensation was never mentioned from their side. So bad And we still want our stuffs back.

The Cascades Resort is a holiday haven in the Soma Bay complex. Highlights include pristine golf courses and a stunning sandy beach next to the Sheraton beach, just a five-minute shuttle ride away with shuttles circulating every ten minutes. There is easy access to a jetty that leads to a fascinating coral reef, perfect for snorkeling and diving. As a quiet golf hotel, the Cascades offers a beautifully maintained course perfect for enthusiasts with complementary intro session. The world-class spa and thalasso center provide rejuvenating treatments. On the cons side… Although the food selection is adequate, it fails to impress at 5* level. The entertainment is virtually nonexistent. The rooms are well maintained and clean but slightly dated. With its serene ambiance, friendly atmosphere and top-notch environment, the Cascades promises a memorable and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed of the customer service. I used the ATM to change Euros, however, the ATM couldn’t do so and didn’t return me the full amount. I asked the girl at the reception for help, left my phone number but nobody reached out to me. When I contacted the reception again, I was told to contact the hotline, and they cannot help me. Although I understand that this is in fact an outsourced service, I did expect some help as I can’t reach anyone and the hotel and a bank employee does in fact visit the hotel every day to refill the ATM as I was told by the reception. I asked them politely to then speak to this bank employee, but continuously they refuse to help. We are foreigners here, we do not have the connections during a vacation to call a bank that doesn’t speak English or is reachable. Please, I hope your management can contact me ASAP. My phone number is still with the lady of the reception.

The reception was very nice, excellent. It was my first time going thank God I was successful in choosing. I liked the dealings, the staff are wonderful and communicate with you 24 hours a day. The service is fast,excellent. Cleanliness, calm, comfort. The hotel was excellent, good selection of foods at lunch and dinner and rotated every day. The animation team are all very friendly and personable and make sure you feel included and encourage participation in many activities. The workers at the hotel are all happy to help and able to assist with any request. Situated in natural to ‘wild’ surroundings, the hotel is both beautiful. The staff work tirelessly to ensure you feel cared for. The food was great and varied throughout our stay. Today is my second day. First time in this resort. In a nutshell: Food is 5+, diverse, and good quality. Whatever you wish for, name it, it is there. Rooms are spacious. However, need better maintenance to keep the title of 5 star resort. The room doesn't come with an iron/ironing board. Spa-though advertised on booking, there is no spa in this hotel. There is a sister-hotel in the same complex. I find it hustle. I wanted to be pampered and to have everything in one place. Staff - the weakest point. GM should be aware of who is in the front desk. Yesterday, I had a feeling that I was summoned to the court. Today, I had a feeling that the receptionist in front of me was a member of the shooting squad. Not a bit friendly nor welcoming. I live in Egypt and got to know the warmth of locals everywhere I went. People will forget some minor technical problems if treated with respect. People come back for the great service, great people. Will I come back? No. There are a plenty 3 star resorts like this, some of which with better manpower.

Our stay at this supposed five-star hotel was a disaster from the start. We paid extra for a sea-view room, only to find dirty bedsheets, filthy windows, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The minibar, part of an "ultra all-inclusive" package, was laughably inadequate, stocked only once with two bottles of Coke and water during our eleven-night stay. Housekeeping tried to impress with towel arrangements, but it couldn't hide the dirty windows and poorly maintained room. The food was a major issue; my partner and I suffered from diarrhea for over five days, likely due to substandard meals. Even with an upgrade to executive all-inclusive, the food quality didn't improve. The hotel's approach seemed more focused on squeezing money from guests. Despite the all-inclusive package, we had to pay extra for fresh juice and fruit. Staff and vendors constantly pushed overpriced services and demanded tips upfront. On-site shops charged outrageous prices, such as 22 euros for a small bottle of sunscreen. The poorly soundproofed rooms made it impossible to relax, with noise from neighbors and maintenance staff. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we've ever had, feeling like a complete failure. We won't be returning and hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment.

A lovely hotel in a great location where you are made to feel at home the moment you walk through the door. The staff are amazing. So friendly and nothing is too hard. They will provide any particular food you request and being Vegan they couldn't do more to accommodate. Karem my cleaner leaves beautiful towel designs each morning. Rooms are very clear Bar staff are very entertaining and friendly. I holidayed with 2 other friends and we had a great time.

It’s a quiet hotel which we love, reception is also nice! The only downside is that we booked all inclusive but still had to pay for the mini bar. We liked this hotel very much! For the first time in my life, I had the experience of checking in and being told that we are staying in the best suite in the entire property. And it was great: a huge suite with a large living room, two bedrooms, two large bathrooms, walk-in closet and 3 balconies looking at the pool and the sea. The hotel is modern and well kept. The activities are nice, but the weather was a bit cold to fully enjoy the water park. Tennis courts were being repaired, and I had an injury, so we skipped playing, and the mini golf was a bit underwhelming. The beach is very nice and the pools are nice too. We spent most of the pool time in the heated pool. We also had fun playing pool, but were a bit turned off by the fact that it was a paid activity. Food was good, but at some point we got a bit tired of eating at a buffet. It would be nice to have an "a la carte" option. Drinks were not very good, as juices and alcohol used to make them was cheap and you could tell by the taste.

I stayed in Albatros beach resorts Hurghada with family and friends very recently. It’s an awesome, excellent location and resorts to stay. The staffs are very cooperative, friendly and supportive. The stay was very pleasant, enjoyable here and makes us to wish to extend our stay. The front office manager Amir’s service was excellent and he is completely supportive. Over all an amazing, entertaining experience. Really every penny worth here to spend. They give all inclusive which gives a complete piece of mind. We don’t need to worry about anything. We really miss this place and wish to come back. Everyone must visit and get experienced here.

POOL: We were there in early December. There was one pool that was sufficiently heated but all others were not. It was a shame that none of the children’s pools were sufficiently heated. HOTEL ROOM for family: Service was great and personnel very friendly. It was great that the hotel offered two separate rooms for a family of four, within the same apartment. FOOD: The buffet had lots of options but quality of food was not great, but I guess that’s what you get in an all inclusive buffet. PLAYGROUND: The playground was not spectacular.

The resort has a privileged position in a beautiful bay with a sandy beach, cristal clear water and a small but very rich house reef. Our room was beautiful, with a great side view of the sea. We were especially impressed by the cleaning and maintenance staff, hospitable but not obtrusive and highly professional and accommodating. Restaurants' offer was varied and abundant, cuisine on a very high level. The resort offers numerous activities throughout the day, however it is very quiet and peaceful after 11 pm which we highly appreciated! If we decide to come back to Hurghada, this is definitely the place for us.

the service cannot be considered 5 stars: i asked 3 times for a king bed for my parents before their arrival, they confirmed that yes their room has a king bed and once they have checked in, they got a room with 2 separate beds! the food was not very diverse. the restaurants served mostly the same food and the quality was not good. the service is the restaurants sometimes was amazing and other times very slow and the staff was rude. The location itself is amazing but service is lacking. and the sellers on the beach are HORRIBLE! ruining your vacation. you cannot rest 5 minutes without somebody disturbing you and if you tell them no they insult you! especially the boat excursion/diving man.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a holiday and had a mixed experience. First, let me start with the positives—the restaurant staff and waiters were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and made dining a pleasure every time. Their service truly stood out and made our stay more enjoyable. We had booked two twin rooms, but upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel had been double-booked. As a result, they kindly upgraded us for one night, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, both of the safes in our rooms were not working, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The next day, we were relocated to rooms that were quite a bit farther from the swimming pools, which wasn’t ideal, especially with young children in tow. To make matters worse, the safes in both of these rooms also weren’t functioning. I called the front desk to inform them of the issue, but no one came to address it, which was disappointing. On a brighter note, Mohammed 375 was an absolute gem. He was always smiling, incredibly funny, and made us feel welcome with his positive energy. His hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, while the location near the pools was convenient and the staff was friendly, there were a few issues with room quality and maintenance that could have been improved. Still, the warmth of the staff, particularly Mohammed, made up for many of the inconveniences.

We love Titanic Palace! Everything was amazing from the food, rooms and cocktails. The beach is only a short walk away from the pool and gives guests the flexibility to choose their setting. All staff are super friendly and happy to help and go above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come with a family or a couple.

The hotel is nice aesthetically. Unfortunately the food was abysmal. I was unwell due to undercooked chicken. This was raised with the kitchen manager who seen the food and was apologetic. However this didn't stop me being ill for 5 days as a result. I found the hotel manager unsympathetic and unhelpful to my needs and requests. It felt like the hotel as a whole was on sleep mode during my stay in December. A Lack of heated pools and the early closing of certain facilities means you cannot call this a fully running year round destination, and fails to meet the high praise the Neverland brand seems to champion themselves on. I have stayed at the Jungle 3 times previously and as little as 7 months ago. This was the first time at Alf Leila. I will not return at all to Neverland, I feel it has become too overcomplicated in its planning and lacks the personal touch, attention to details and quality it once had. Such a shame really.

For the family of four stayed from 25.09.24 to 04.10.24 the hotel was above the expectations despite its 4-star rating. The hotel can definitely beat their 5-star counterparts by offering a wide range of food to suit to all tastes, great variety of entertainments for everyone’s choice in the each corner of the hotel premises, let alone of water slides - a paradise for the kids, where they simply disappeared. Over the 9 nights stayed there we barely tested half of the things offered by the hotel. The beach and the sea are the points to highlight were we were ready to seek for the free sun beds and to see shallow water down to low tides, but to our surprise we were met by a cozy bay with a crystal clear water and plenty of vacant sun lounges. The beach entry is nice and clean with no need of any feet protectives. Transfer to the beach, a short-distance drive from the hotel at regular intervals didn’t make us boring at all. All in all our family staying was wonderful and we look forward to visiting this place again.

We very enjoyed our stay in Alf Leila Wa Leila. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean everywhere. The food was good, but could be more variety and also could be more nonalcohol drinks in the offer. The water in pools was a little bit too cold for us in October. Huge advantage for iced coffee with ice cream at the pool and for very nice aqua gym :) we saw that the animators made photos during water activities, but we don't know where it was published... I think it could be good idea to organize some small area for nonsmoker guests at the some pool ;) Program of entertainements/shows was very rich, but somethimes we had problem to find appropiate stage and it was a little bit annoying for us. On Neverland show should have to be more option with food for vegetarian. We heard that here there are some disco parties at the evenings but frankly speaking we couldn't find it 🙈 Thank you also for the fruits and beverages which we got in our room :) We spent here very nice week. We will be recommend this hotel for sure and probably we will come back here someday :)

A special mention goes to Yuliia, the children's animator, whose dedication and enthusiasm made a significant difference in our stay. The hotel was near enough perfect for me and my family in terms of the experience, service, the acres of spaces the hotel has where you can just walk around. The lobby area where we always hang out was comfortable to relax in and had a great ambience to it. The food was incredible, different cuisine every day with loads of variety and the lunch hall had loads of space. We were eating loads of food every 3 hours, breakfast, snack time they would service fish and chips or hotdogs, lunch and dinner and then after dinner they still continue to serve food! Basically all day long there's no shut off time for there restaurants. The service was excellent, bottled water any time you want, the staff never really said no, they were always accommodating for our every request which was amazing. Now and then we'd receive a call from a member of staff asking us if we need anything. The only negative I'd have to say are the rooms as they were average. The rooms had outdated furniture and the beds weren't exactly spotless. And there was no hotel soap or slippers or more extra stuff to make the stay better. We also encountered an issue with the key card for our room door which constantly was not working. They explained to us that this was because of magnets coming in to contact with our card however even after this we still had an issue we couldn't get into our rooms many times and the card would suddenly work 1 out of 50 attempts of putting the card in and out. This was quite frustrating but the rest of the hotel was amazing so I forgave them for this and they said they doing a project next year to install better cards.

We had a fantastic evening at the Magic Orient Restaurant in the Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hotel. Our waiter, Steven, was outstanding – attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. We ordered seafood and mixed grill, and both were absolutely delicious! The seafood was fresh and perfectly seasoned, while the mixed grill was tender and flavorful. The restaurant’s ambiance was cozy and beautifully oriental, which added to the overall experience. A big thank you to Youssef and the entire team – we will definitely be back!

Overall we are really satisfied with the hotel. Huge area to walk around, so many pulls for adults and kids. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Food is diverse and nice. Rooms are not the best and need some renovation. But we don't spend a lot of time in the room so it's not crucial. Just come from Sky restaurant where we had a dinner. Service was up to high standards, food is delicious, staff is friendly and thoughtful, atmosphere is relaxed. Highly recommended.

The hotel is set in a beautiful bay and the rooms and premises are very clean and well managed. Staff is super friendly and the food is varied and delicious. I particularly liked the buffet style food of the Orangerie restaurant because it allows you to try many different things. Even though it is a buffet the food options do not get boring. Their breakfast options are also amazing. Staff is professional and always ready to help. I gave "only" 4 stars for the position of the hotel, as it is a bit far away from everything, so if you plan on doing lots of day trips it may not be for you.

Exceptional!!! 1000000/10 Everything is just perfect!! Starting with the recently renovated rooms that have a pretty interior design. Staff are very very very friendly and helpful, they celebrated our anniversary, and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Restaurants have a variety of options, seagull restaurant view is breathtaking especially sunset!! Crystal clear sea water and snorkeling is amazing! I would 100% recommend it, if you are looking for a place to enjoy nature!

My partner and I visited this hotel for the second time now. We usually never go to the same resorts/hotels for the second time, but the first stay was so good, we decided to visit again. We were not disappointed - the stay was just exceptional. This is the most beautiful hotel we stayed in - absolutely magical atmosphere and beautiful architecture in Nubian style. This is the place you go to truly relax and enjoy peace and quiet, without cheap music, annoying party people, or children's attractions. All the other guests are very respectful. I cannot however compliment enough the hotel staff - the towel guys, waiters, the cleaning services, gym receptionists, the cooks... everyone was so welcoming and professional and took great care of us. We never experienced such service anywhere else before. The attention to detail is uncanny - the staff noticed I had a birthday during our stay and gave me a beautiful signed birth postcard. Not only that but during the special Romantic Beach dinner, they unexpectedly came with musical instruments and sang Happy Birthday and also brought a birthday cake, which was delicious! I was really touched and pleasantly surprised (thanks to everyone!). The food was absolutely delicious every day - we could not stop eating. I also appreciate there is a big selection of sports activities that we can select from. I very much enjoyed yoga with instructor Uli! We will definitely be back soon :)

I strongly recommend this hotel, especially'd you are looking for good food, a great place to snorkel and dive and good service. We stayed there for the first time and spent 7 days there. The rooms were modern, very nice and always super clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the soa and the medical massages were amazing; big thanks to Mona. Also the food at the main restaurant was really really delicious, fresh and good. We never missed anything fir breakfast or dinner and everything was perfect.

Absolutely amazing stay for my one week here, loved the staff and service extremely accommodating and friendly with a good sense of humour! Special requests for drinks are catered for and the snorkeling is amazing with a great team that make the whole experience so fun and safe. As a vegetarian there was plenty of choice of food most nights and the quality was good considering so many options. If I was being super picky I would say maybe the hotel could do with a refresh with some fresh paint and some new cosmetic changes, but cannot fault the service and the experience we have had here. Will have to return soon!

Rooms look is very strange. Opened storage units look like a dressing room.... very empty and poor rooms, honestly speaking. In the same time all hotel together making good impression, facilities are in a good condition, aqua park is very good,safe and convenient. Service is good too. During our stay, there were several aspects that we truly enjoyed. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Asem, who took great care of us from the start. While waiting for our room key, we were offered a refreshing and flavorful welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The hotel's amenities, such as the pools and rides, were fantastic and provided plenty of entertainment options. We also appreciated the diverse dining options, with seafood, Moroccan, and Indian restaurants offering fantastic cuisine. All the staff members were friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking sunrise we enjoyed every morning from the beautiful beach. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. We loved the opportunity to go snorkeling, where we explored small coral reefs and saw colorful sea species up close, making it a memorable experience. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. . The main buffet restaurant was often overcrowded, making it challenging to enjoy meals comfortably. We also experienced a water leakage issue with the AC in our room, which should be addressed promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent amenities and dining options, though there are some areas that could be improved.

Just returned 3 days ago after our first ever trip to Egypt.negatives- First impressions standard hotel nothing special when walking into reception basic large brown sofas everywhere no features to wow. Rude reception staff. Rooms very clean, although shower temp and pressure very poor. Quite pool brilliant although very scummy around one edge ruined my swim wear, pointed out to life guards who were very quick to clean didn't make much difference. Food overall good but cold, restaurant clean but full of birds looking for food inside and out, walking all over tables and chairs. Service received standard expected in a 2-3 star hotel unless u have a bottomless tip pocket, we felt as the only other English couple in the hotel for the first week we was completely ignored by waiters, no service offered to us that even justified a tip (because we was English not German) the language barrier a major issue they just don't speck English. Animation team was seen twice. The theater a waste of time for English as all about belly dancers and a man with a light skirt spinning around we didn't visit after that. Positive - the beach and sea is amazing the coral at the pier with all the fish made our holiday we spend 2 full days snorkeling and never got bored. The quite pool (relaxing pool) was just that no one under 13 allowed so no balls and splashing we spend 8 out of 9 days here. The family pool was good as well still relaxing and alot deeper than the quite pool, we always got a sunbed even later in the day. Towel service great the life guards set u up with sunbeds umbrellas table and ashtrays, however the pool bar is a bit of a walk for a drink. Special occasions don't go unnoticed even without prompts cake card and drums in the restaurant and then delivered to room. Biggest down fall both mysef and husband ended up very poorly after 5 days with diarrhea and sickness which has continued now home and I now have antibiotics. Over all I would give this hotal 4/5 cleanlines, 3/5 service, 3/5 food 2/5 for poor activity awareness 3/5 entertainment 2)5 hospitality We wouldn't return here

Just back from a lovely 2 week stay at this hotel. Had a really relaxing 2 weeks. The staff are amazing always smiling and friendly and can't do enough for you. Even the guys that tend the garden say hello as you pass. The beach is huge with plenty of sun loungers and shades and the pool is large and very clean. I particularly liked the spa pool which is smaller and quieter. The rooms probably need a little updating but they are spotlessly clean. Food is plentiful, tasty and well cooked. I spoke to so many guests that have been returning year after year which speaks for itself. I will definitely be making a return visit

This hotel is outstanding, service is second to none. The staff are what makes this hotel so special. Our daughter had a medical emergency, the hotel doctor was fantastic, she had to be transferred to hospital for 2 days with my partner, the hotel staff and reception staff were fantastic. They were very helpful and caring. The traumatic time was eased by the staff and their care towards us. The hotel is great, when we arrived around 2300hrs, the buffet was open to allow us some food after the long journey. Nothing seems impossible for them. The individual restaurants are first class, the pool is great and the beach is wonderful. Very child friendly place.

It was safe and they have cameras everywhere The gym was big and well equipped. The one and only thing I didn't like was the mattresses .. they were a bot too hard .. other than that everything was great Price was also very reasonable!

This is my second time in this hotel and I really love it! Everyone is very kind, respectful and they truly aim to please. Decor and cleanliness are amazing especially the beach. One of the nicest beaches I have ever been to. Food is very good, even though desserts were much better last year. Their Al a Carte restaurants are truly worthy of trying. This place is more than just a hotel, it’s an experience and coming back for a second time it’s confirmed. I will definitely be back. The ONLY reason I am not thrilled about giving 5 stars is because of the following: this hotel has an amazing area called the Peace Bay or Quiet Zone. It is a clearly marked and separated area where people who want to relax in peace and read a book can stay. There are clear marked signs that it is a quiet area with signs of no music, no loud talking etc. Wonderful lifeguards confirmed that it is a quiet area and peace should not be disturbed. This year it has been very bad, a lot of noise, people yelling, screaming, listening to music, drinking aggressively and yelling across at each other over the beach. We have asked them to keep it down since it’s a quiet zone and they ended up yelling at us. I was looking forward to relaxing and reading books in the quiet area but it has been a little difficult with the amount of noise. I suggest lifeguards walking through and reminding people it’s a quiet zone throughout the day. Other than that keep up the great work, I love this place!

Location is 5km far from the common busy area in Hurghada city but quiet and wide. Swimming pool is big and every day warm kept at 27 degree. Beach is also clean and always easy to get help from staff. Many restaurants choice in the hotel, breakfast is with good quality but coffee machine is a terrible spot (both taste and the operation). The room is fair with the price, but outages, such as showering system and the air conditioner. The staff are all nice and friendly, extrusion can be booked directly in the hotel then they come to pick you up, super convenient and with good quality.

The service here has been top notch. We felt really well taken care of and had plenty of activities to enjoy. The animation team have done a wonderful job coordinating these activities. One of our favorites are the weekly night events in the anaconda bar where you get to enjoy a quiz night or drinking games. It was always a shame when we missed it. Pool staff amazing, lovely beach, fantastic cocktails...a bit quite on the entertainment side, unless you went to the beach!.. Which was rather noisy! Plenty of fresh towels for the pool. Comfy beds around the pool, sometimes the music was very loud.

Everything from the staff to the restaurants and everything in between was nothing short of perfection me and my family had a wonderful time in Egypt and a lot thanks to the incredible luxury of the hotel that treated us very well. The hotel had everything that you could ask for kind understanding staff that spoke multiple languages a lot different restaurants all from Asian food to Italian food and also a restaurant with classic Egyptian food. Mini bars all around the hotel with alcohol and non-alcoholic options. Huge pools and direct access to the open ocean and if swimming is not for you the have everything from gyms to billiards tables and also a mini mall with clothes, luxury bags and real pure Egyptian perfume. The location is incredible right next to the ocean with rooms that have a beautiful view overlooking it. The hotel is very isolated from the main city so at night you have a very clear night sky undisturbed from the city lights where you can see a lot of stars and even some planets. The hotel itself like the actual building is also very beautiful and special. The first day when me and my family arrived it felt like we were walking into a palace. We had an unforgettable time and would recommend it to those of you that want to see Egypt and live like royalty for a week or two.

The room had a great view, but the service was disappointing, particularly for Asian guests. Despite being an all-inclusive resort, the food quality was poor. In the restaurants, waiters consistently ignored us, taking drink orders from everyone around us but not from us. This wasn’t just our experience; we noticed similar treatment toward other Asian guests. Staff would greet Western guests warmly but completely ignore us, even when we were standing right in front of them. This happened multiple times throughout our stay and seemed like an effort to prioritize Western guests, likely expecting tips due to the “one-dollar culture.” The bell captain was especially rude, telling us, “Can you be quick? I’m very busy,” as soon as he entered our room for the buggy service. Additionally, the location is far and not conveniently near the city. Overall, it is not recommended. Responding to the hotel response: We did not get any sort of questionnaires/feedback forms throughout our stay. And of course, after browsing through comments of the other Asian folks. We are very happy with this all- inclusive resort. It offers an amazing ocean and lagoon view mixed with a unique architecture style. The resort is gigantic. By our observation, building 2 & 3 are most centrally located, whereas building 1 has the best view. The staffs are friendly and polite. You will particularly like it if you like to scuba diving or snorkeling. The house reef right in front of the resort host abundant marine life. The resort has a diving center that offers both shore and boat diving. Many people take shuttles to this resort to do diving, so you will feel spoiled if you are a fan of diving!

Nice big hotel. Unfortunately drinks are not taste not good (made from cheap Egyptian alcohol - taste like perfume! Every drink or cocktail). Food not bad :). Animators for kids doesn't exist. Shows on 9pm make in small place, not enough for everyone in hotel. Clean rooms and showrrs. Plenty space to walk around. Nice beaches.

Some experience from my side: + Loved the coral reef in front of the beach. 5 stars for this. - 1. Rooms: we had got upgraded to family room (junior suite 40xx) with sea view. However with people walking right in front of the room, it was awkward to open the curtain at all. The sea view was useless at the end. 2. Service: most service staff don’t offer service to Asian guests in general. No/limited smile/ greeting except the life guards on the beach. Never got asked by the staff if I wanted any drink, except one time in the Asian restaurant when I couldn’t find hot water for tea, they saw me looking around then they asked me. 3. Food: food poisoning( vomit throughout the night and serious diarrhea) my husband and son got. We had to postpone our excursion. Buffet very average. We tried rock lounge, worse than the buffet. Quality/taste is not appealing. Some heads-up: Transport: it is a bit far from downtown Hurghada, where actually all activities happening. So be prepared to pay 3-5 times the local price for the transfer to downtown or the excursions offered by the hotel.

The hotel had everything you might need, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant offered 3 meals per day and with large selection of food including unlimited free alcoholic drinks (wine and beer). My room's balcony had amazing sea view and it's private beach was nice as well. The only thing I did not like that there was no electric socket next to my bed. The one available was at the other side of the room.

Everything is perfect in the hotel. The Hotel management is taking care of everything. The buffet is amazing with a variety of food. There is a variety of activities on the beach and beside the pool and the animation team is making sure that all activities are up and running. The sandy beach is perfect for anyone who loves to swim in a shallow sea. My only concern is the snacks in the snacks area beside the beach can be improved, the pizza was okay, but the burger and the steak were below expectations. Other than that everything is perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful and everyone in the hotel is making sure that you are having a good vacation.

Came with my husband on vacation ✨️ Transport brought us to the hotel, they checked us into a room that wasn't very good, we wanted and paid extra for a room with a sea view, but they gave us a room on the first floor 126, but in the end we resigned ourselves and stayed in this room on the first floor. The room was clean, I just didn't like the view, but everything else was super, cleaning, all the necessities in the room and water, and fanta, and tea, and coffee, and robes and slippers, everything you need. ✨️ The animation team entertains on the beach, the guys are very cool, they organize fun parties in the hotel. There is also gymnastics on the grass and in the water, in the warm suspect pool. There is also a very beautiful jacuzzi. Also warm ✨️ The beach is very clean, the guys clean it every day, they also clean the sea if any garbage gets in. ✨️ I really liked the food in the restaurant, everything was cooked very tasty. The food here is really top notch. There is a large selection, there is everything you want: sweets, fruits, vegetables, and salads ✨️ Every day there is a show program, dancers constantly perform, live music and dancing. It is very fun in the evenings 🎈 The downside is that it was already windy in the evenings at this time. I took a lot of dresses with me but it was already cold in them, but you could take blankets from the bar and sit in the warmth to watch the evening program. ✨️ We are happy with the choice, maybe we will come again I also liked that there are no children in the hotel, but there are also many elderly guests here. But nothing bothered us, we are happy with everything 🎈 I would like more music on the beach, there is not enough for us here

We stayed as a family in December 2024. Everything was superb. The check in and out process was very smooth, all our special requests regarding rooms allocation were addressed. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional, they are really putting a lot of effort and passion to keep everything at such a high level. Hotel facilities like pools (cold and warm) and aqua-parks are amazing and very clean. Rooms are of decent space, clean and beds are comfortable. Food is delicious, well prepared, is of great variety and available around the clock almost everywhere in the hotel. The hotel is huge with many neat facilities, this could make it a bit challenging for old people to get around but is somehow solved by the club car that gets anywhere and is available all the time. The beach is very shallow to the extent that a sea swim was not possible. The gym is very small and not well equipped and could open a bit earlier. The animation team is doing a good job to keep everyone entertained, day and night. Overall, this is a great place to stay and enjoy your vacation, especially with kids and family, definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel with lots of different places to spend the day and all are well spread out and clean. They have many pools and many slides which are really much fun. We are the first time here and like everything. The food and the cocktails are really tasty. The entertainment team and the daily program is amazing, you never get bored. Also they have every evening nice entertainment shows. So we are all in all very happy and will definitely come back. My wife has booked to bring our daughter in February !

This hotel came to the rescue when our plane broke, and not only managed to get the entire flight and crew in the same hotel, they did this quickly, graciously and with fantastic service. We were all greeted with a welcome drink, checked in within in 15 minutes of arrival ( with over 140 people, this can't have been easy)and shown to our rooms. Not only this, as it was so late in the day, normal dinner service would have been finished, so they organized a late dinner for us all from 10:30pm until 1 AM. Service was incredible, food was beautiful, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. If I ever return to Egypt, I won't hesitate to stay here. I didn't want to leave. They sorted us all out with a smile, even though they must have been shattered. Even our drinks were replenished as soon as we had finished them. Pure heaven. I am so so grateful for this hotel and the fantastic staff they employ. They made a bad situation into, probably the best experience of the whole holiday! ( Apart from swimming in the red sea with the fishes). A massive thank you to everyone involved. Faultless.

The waterpark has been really really fun. My daughter has enjoyed going down the slides and overall this is been a lovely experience taking me away from the horrible weather in London. Great and varied entertainment for adults and children. We got to know Jana and she was amazing with kids. All other girls from the kids club were very kind and engaged too.Overall very nice and clean hotel with many heated pools and a great water park. Unfortunately, I’ve got an acute intestinal infection from the all inclusive buffet and as I’ve heard about super high charges from the hotel doctor (even of thousands of euros for examining kids and prescribing antibiotics), I needed to take care of finding the medicine on my own. I recommend checking the pricing for the doctor services in advance or using the hospital if needed instead. I would also wish for the hotel to offer mineral and not filtered water, to avoid belly issues for the Europeans used to different bacterial flora.

We’ve booked the royal suite for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we’ve felt special. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was really smooth and fast. They gave us a quick tour and showed us into our suite. The royal suite was royal indeed, very spacious & luxurious. The best part about the suite was the private heated pool. We used it all the time even tho we were in December and it was cold. Food was amazing, and again the staff were very friendly and made sure we’ve got all what we need. From the moment you set foot in the restaurant, staff members come and ask you what you want to drink or if you need anything. Really overall great experience. The entertainment was also top notch. They run shows every night at the lobby. The animation team is really friendly and engages with the guests all the time to make sure they’re always entertained and having a good time.

We've been in the hotel for a week over the Christmas day. The hotel is very nice and the service staff very friendly. We had an issue with the shower in our room as the water pressure was far too low. After we complained three times the issue has been more or less solved. The water pressure was better but far from perfect. However it was enough to have a shower. Our return flight was in the evening at 9 pm. Therefore we requested to stay in the room until 6 pm. Firstly it has been offered to stay until 2 pm free of charge. However preferred to stay till 6 pm, as initially requested. In any case we were told that this would be charged with 53€. Which in our opinion is quite a lot for an additional 4 hours. Anyhow later we received a phone call and were told the they made a mistake and the charge would be 81€. Quite disappointing that situation especially that we had an issue with the shower for 2 days. In any case we would return to the hotel as we had a very nice time.

When we arrived, we didn't get the room we had booked. We were offered to move to another room and then switch to the correct one the next day. We declined because we wanted to relax on our vacation. We paid €280 for an upgrade to a double room. But otherwise, everything is great. We would love to come back."

Ok if you are fan of mass tourism. Rooms look fairly new. This season is pretty full means that if you come earlier than check in time it is less likely you will get into room before official check in time. Everything looks clean and well maintained. Service is good. Food is decent. One thing to remember is Egyptian 5* does not translate to international standards. but to be frank, hotel is not bad … it is 4* hotel. there are just too many people this season. i would not come here again, I prefer something less big and less crowded. One of many hotels in Hurghada that has nothing memorable. Also for some reason while landscaping they didn’t think shade is important. Final say: not worth 250 $ a day.

We spent the last week of September at the hotel and were absolutely delighted with our stay, both in terms of the infrastructure and the staff. The hotel is definitely up to European standards. We felt well taken care of in every aspect. The hotel grounds are very safe, and despite the large number of guests, it was peaceful. There are beautiful coral reefs near the hotel. The only downside to the hotel's location is the lack of direct access to the sea. Overall, we rate the hotel five stars and highly recommend staying here.

Actually a great hotel, but generally and especially on New Year's Day the music was extremely loud. Despite several warnings about the music being too loud, nothing was done about it. We had to leave the New Year's party with the children. It's a shame that so little consideration is given to future holiday guests.

- Food: Not up to European standards. Not the highest choice of primary ingredients and that made navigating through the buffet challenging. It looked like they are recycling a lot of yesterday’s food to the next day’s menu. Definitely not impressed. - Rooms: The first one we got had a very strong scent of something that smelled like insect killer. After three times of airing the room we finally had to switch to another one as it was giving a dyeing headache as well. Second room as excellent, spacious, newly done and clean. Happy with it after all! - Service: All the staff very kind and of course even more kind as soon as you offer a small tip. Although in the end they kind of are asking for it which is not very nice. - Services inside the hotel: Priced per European standards, not up to par to a 5* hotel experience. - Swimming Pool Areas: Very good condition, very good for the kids and they definitely will have a good time. Few water toys were not working but very small difference in the overall experience. - Animation / Entertainment: Very good show. Repetitive every day which allows the kids to get the e gist of it and everyday participate more and more. Congrats.

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful resort! Our room was nice and spacious with everything we needed to feel at home. The service was great and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. The food selection was great throughout the day. There was always a wide range of fish, meat and vegetarian options. The pool and beach areas were clean and had plenty of space with a good mix of sun and shade. We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to our next stay!

I think the resort is great for a short break. Food - 8/10 As good as 'buffet food' could be. Good variety and options to chose from. Staff - 10/10 Very friendly and extremely helpful Entertainment - 8/10 for children the kids club was great, although small. The evening shows were also enjoyed by the children. Activities - 8/10 Golf / a little park/ Volleyball / Ping pong table / some form of beach front gave some variety to the hotel. The pools and slides were great for the children. A lot of options that were thoroughly enjoyed. Overall the hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and getting around was easy. If any mistakes were made by staff during my stay they tried their best to rectify and accommodate.

Lovely shopping on the street outside. Food at hotel is nice but very little variety, if you don't like spicy then it's salad and chips or Pitza every meal. Rooms are nice and hotel is clean. Very loud music round the pool that you can hear even under the sea but it's not all day every day like most resorts these days, only for pool party or activity. Children's pools look fantastic with a pirate ship and a castle and loads of water things dropping and squirting at you it looks loads of fun. Beach is long plenty of sunbeds. Tourists are mainly German. Glass bottom boat £40 4 hours snorkeling and seeing sandbanks well worth it lovely chaps helping you enjoy. Evening entertainment is fine.Nov 2024 and sea is just warm enough to swim. Decor in all areas is very nice.Be aware paying extra for a sea view isn't worth it as you are above the pools and the sea is quite a distance.

My family and I stayed for a week here and it was incredibly fun. We came here before years ago before it was fully refurbished, but now it's even better! The beach had incredible waters at all times of the day and the pools were very refreshing. There are bars located everywhere so a person could take some refreshing drinks in the hot days. The night shows were a blast and all ages enjoyed it. Really recommend coming here!
