The rooms are beautiful, clean and the beds are very mich comfortable and big. The management is my hero, polite and caring. The animation interested and interesting. The area is big, clean and just pretty, the beach lovely, the massages absolutely great. The stuff is well trained and complaints will be heard and solved immediately. For families an absolutely must be!

First and last time.
Where to start?! The hotel was generally nice, the rooms were clean and fairly modern, but the meals in the main restaurant were almost the same every day. The service in the restaurants was nice, but in the pool bars they didn't even try to be nice (some of them). !!!!!! But the way the touts on the beach (some of them) from Red Sea Sky were cheating was too much. One of them sold me a one-day diving trip. There were supposed to be two dives for 25 minutes each, lunch and a return to the hotel. Since this was my seventh trip to Egypt, I asked him three times (to make sure) if we were going ONLY for diving, of course he confirmed three times that yes. It turned out that there were two dives, only the total time was 28 minutes. I pointed out to the "instructor" that it was supposed to be 2 x 25 minutes, he became aggressive, saying that they couldn't have told me that when selling me this dive. Then they announced that we were sailing for an hour's stop to Paradise Island, which has nothing to do with paradise and which was not supposed to be in my and two other people's plans. Conclusion: please be careful with Red Sea Sky, if you buy something from them, ask for details, when diving check the time spent underwater.

I came for R and R and got exactly that. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would suggest a week isn’t long enough.
Although I was by myself for a few reasons, this is pretty much set up as a family resort and seems to cater well for that
The staff are very helpful and very polite and friendly.
Was a real pleasure staying here 😊

I had the pleasure of spending 10 wonderful days at the Aladdin Beach Resort with my family, and I can confidently say it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The resort offers many amenities and exceptional service, making it a great destination for anyone looking for a stress-free holiday.
----------
Rooms and Comfort
The rooms are incredibly clean, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job of maintaining them daily. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning works perfectly. This is especially important because, surprisingly, the nights in Egypt can get quite cold, even though the days are warm.
-----------
Dining Experience
The resort boasts five restaurants, providing plenty of dining options to suit every taste. The main restaurant is where most guests will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food variety changes slightly every day, so there’s always something new to try, though the overall menu doesn't stray too far from familiar offerings.
A special mention goes to two hostesses, Damiana and Hend, who greet everyone with warm smiles and always ensure guests are seated comfortably. Their cheerful attitude instantly lifts your mood, making every visit to the restaurant a pleasant one.
------------
Friendly Staff
The staff at Aladdin Beach Resort are very friendly and do their best to make your stay memorable. A standout is Mr. William from Travco, who helped us arrange some fantastic trips, including a visit to Mahmya Island—a little paradise that I highly recommend. William went above and beyond, staying in touch to offer advice and assistance even when we traveled outside the resort.
While the staff are kind and accommodating, the biggest drawback is the language barrier. Many staff members do not speak English well, which can make communication challenging at times. It’s something to be prepared for, especially if you need to explain something specific or ask questions. Thankfully William speaks a perfect English :)
-------------
Cleanliness and Room Service
The room service was excellent. Towels were changed daily, the rooms were cleaned thoroughly, and the fridge was always stocked with water bottles. This attention to detail ensures you always feel refreshed and taken care of.
--------------
Resort Amenities
The resort offers fantastic amenities for guests of all ages. There’s a large swimming pool, exciting waterslides, and a poolside bar for refreshing drinks. The private beach is another highlight—it’s clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying water activities. There’s always something to keep you entertained, whether you’re traveling as a family, a couple, or solo.
--------------
Fantastic Christmas Evening
The resort truly went above and beyond to create a fantastic Christmas evening for all guests. From beautifully decorated spaces to a festive dinner spread, everything was thoughtfully planned. The evening featured live music, performances, and activities that brought everyone together in a joyful celebration. It was an evening to remember, filled with holiday spirit and special moments that made it feel like a magical Christmas away from home.
--------------
Outside the Resort
One downside is the surrounding area outside the resort. Once you step out, the charm quickly fades. You’ll encounter construction sites, abandoned buildings, and persistent street vendors trying to sell items or offer rides. While some might find this part of the experience interesting, it can become overwhelming and even annoying after a while. If you plan to explore, be cautious and stay aware of your surroundings.

Final Thoughts
In a nutshell, Aladdin Beach Resort is a fantastic destination for a relaxing vacation. It offers great food, friendly service, and excellent amenities, all within a clean and well-maintained property. However, there are limited English proficiency among staff and the less appealing surroundings outside the resort.

The place is lovely however some of the staff just can not be bothered the rooms that are advertised are not the ones you will get unless you have booked the suite or you upgrade the food is plentiful but much of the same thing every day the room service is very poor twice I had to go to reception to ask for toilet role one bath towel was left one day for two of us the shower was leaking all over the floor the air conditioning was the loudest I’ve ever experienced but yeah the room was ropy to say the least the safe was not bolted to anything so you could just walk out with the whole thing 🤣and the floor wasn’t swept or mopped all week but like I say the complex is nice
