The best thing about this hotel, as well as most others in the area, is the variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. I have never seen so much food in one place.
Another great aspect is the extremely friendly and hospitable hotel staff.
However, I think the hotel lacks better indoor pools, more space and activities for children, as well as better saunas and hammams. The hotel is more suited for sunny days.

We went in February half term, we was hugely disappointed with the amount of things that was shut. Almost all of the outdoor activities was shut. The pier was removed and all Pools and water parks was shut. Even the fair ground was shut, this put a huge disappointment on our holiday. The only thing that was positive was the kids club. The ladies in there saved what was left of our disappointed holiday. My youngest two was in there every day. My teenager was bored every day as there was nothing for him to do at all. Only thing for adults is a few activities or sit around and drink all day and go on phones. The kids club in the evening was amazing they got my children up and dancing and they loved the candy floss and popcorn. The evening entertainment always seemed to be dancers not much verity. I wouldn't stay here again during February. This is a hotel that needs the sun for it to be worth going. Thank you again mini club you saved me from going mad with my children moaning how bored they are. You are the best thing to have at delphin!!

The worst experience of our life. I came to spend the holidays and New Year's Eve here. This hotel should have one star, not 5 stars. I took a stay for 2 weeks with 3 small children. As soon as I arrived, they gave me 2 rooms with only one bathroom and told me if it didn't suit me to go home. The person who made the reservation at the hotel, I simply could not talk to her at all. The people at the reception very disrespectful all the time. The room smelled very bad, I had to go to the reception 3 times until they came to clean it. It was raining in the hotel, the food was very bad, the same food, the same desserts every day. I sent my clothes to the laundry, they burned them, I went to the reception, they told me that I also have to pay. I talked to the manager about everything that was happening, he said he would talk to me at the meeting, but for 2 weeks I didn't receive any solution, he didn't even respond telephone. There were no towels at the sauna at the pool, my children got out of the pool and were shivering from the cold, during which they sent me to 4 places to look for a towel but they didn't have any. The children caught a cold, they make temperature that evening, I went with them to get them treatment at pharmacy. I told them after 3 days with more than a week in advance, to return the difference in money to go home because they ruined my vacation, I paid over 4500 euros. They told me that yes, they will transfer me. On that day, I went to the manager to tell him that I was leaving today, he forgot to make the transfer and I was simply stuck in this hotel waiting for the days to pass so I could go home. At the playground you have to pay, at the play station you have to pay 7 euros for 30 minutes. At bowling you pay. A la carte restaurants 50 euros per person, very bad food. The spa has only two saunas and a pool inside. The jacuzzi doesn't work. Cocktails are colored water. It's the first review I've written in my life, because I didn't want anyone else to go through what I and my family went through. Many people here were dissatisfied just like me.

Oh, what a wonderful place! Great to relax and chill! Delicious food and kind staff. The waitress Rara at the Conceptual cafe is such a sweet and lovely girl! She listens, offers cocktails and does everything she can to make you feel like a queen in this place!

We stayed at this hotel for a week in mid-November 2024, booked through Check24. Initially, everything was great, and the hotel service was excellent. However, a day before check-out, we received a call in my room from someone claiming there was an issue with my accommodation payment.
We went to reception and were told there was an issue with our tour agent, and our airport transfer might not be provided. Back in our room, the same person called again, demanding we come down. He claimed the tour agency had gone bankrupt and insisted we pay for the entire trip (flights, hotel, and taxi) otherwise he will canceled it and demand to sign in unofficial paper. Very fishy! I explained everything was already paid, just check in to return flight. It’s so funny yet annoying cause we had this situation on the last night!
My concerns:
1. How could a stranger access our room number and call directly? I saw him holding a list of guest names and room numbers—how did he get it?
2. Why did the hotel allow an unknown person (possibly not even from the agent) to approach guests and ask for money?
This was a disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel. The lack of security and guest privacy is unacceptable. Please improve your operations, especially for international guests who rely on English communication. This was far below 5-star hotel standards i ever been!
