Tried to find faults but have to say the Be Grand is pretty good. Has something to suit all. Lots of little quiet places to hide or get fully involved. Reception were great with room allocation regarding an autistic daughter. Staff are incredible throughout. Choose your level, pig out or take it easy, the hotel caters for all. Sorry to leave (weather improves next week too 🙄). Will be back next year.

This in my view is one of the best hotels in the Antalya region especially if you have kids. The facilities in the hotel are amazing - including a heated splash park which is a blessing when sun is not shining and an amusement park. Nasim from the Guest Rlearions team went out of place to help us with food options as we are vegetarian. Highly recommend the hotel!

Lovely clean hotel. Lots of choice of snacks. Staff are lovely. Kids club inside is a bit plain and looks a bit empty but staff do entertain the kids well.
Food at breakfast is excellent, lunch and dinner are basically same. Food on way to beach is nice if u want to skip lunch in main restaurant. Drinks excellent choices available. Beach is very clean.

Unfortunately, I can only give this hotel an overall 3 star rating.
I am not keen on buffet restaurants, so I picked this hotel based on the number of A la carte restaurants. We managed to book all the free ones and paid for the Teppanyaki one at 40 Euros per person.
I couldn't fault all the free A la carte restaurants they were lovely, but I was very disappointed with the Teppanyaki. We had booked it for 18.30, and was told it was on the same part of the hotel where all the other restaurants are. We got there at about 18.25 to be told sorry it's not here it is at the beach. So then we hurried along as fast as we could to the beach area to be then told no it's in the main hotel block. Arrived there again, to be then told sorry it is on the beach. I was not happy at this stage as it was now 19.00 and our reservation was at 18.30. I questioned were they absolutely sure, and they confirmed it was at the beach. By the time we found out where it was and sat down it was 19.15, 45 minutes late.
We were given no menus, and had been given no information.
We were given some salad, which we ate whilst waiting.
We were then asked did we want some chicken soup, which we both agreed to, and when that came, it certainly was not chicken soup at all. It was a brown clear soup which I can only assume was Miso soup, which wasn't very nice.
We were then given a plate each with rice on, and a dish with like mixed peppers and onions. I asked were we getting something else, and was told we would be getting further courses shortly.
My husband and I had eaten most of the rice, and vegetables, and then we were given 2 big plates each, 1 with beef on, 1 with chicken. The 2 plates would have been enough for both of us, as there were loads.
We started eating the beef and the chicken, and then was given 2 further plates each, 1 with prawns on and 1 with salmon.
At this stage my husband and I were full, having eaten as much as we could of the beef and chicken.
I ate 2 prawns, and did not touch any of the salmon, which was a shame, as they would have been the 2 courses I would have enjoyed the most.
If we had known we were going to be getting chicken, beef, prawns and salmon, we would have only eaten a little bit of each. As we didn't get a menu, and weren't given any options to choose from, we got full pretty quickly.
I complained that night in the restaurant, to the waiter, and 2 other men who seemed to be managers.
I then left there, and called at Guest Relations by the pool and aired our dissatisfaction there too. I was given 3 small bags in 3 different colours by way of compensation, but I said I don't really need any bags.
I also next morning, went to the Guest Relations Desk within the main hotel, and raised it with the girl who we had booked it with. She said she would speak to the Head Chef, and asked me to pop back after breakfast.
He came to talk to us, but he didn't speak English, so it was difficult.
The result of that conversation was that in future they would make sure that everyone would have visibility of a menu.
I said I would like to receive a full refund for the meal, and she said I would have to meet with a manager to do that, and she said he was in a meeting until 10.
I said how would I know when he was available, and was told he would contact me.
I didn't hear anything, so next morning, I went back to Guest Relations and said I didn't hear anything yesterday, and was told he was expecting me at 10 yesterday. I said I thought he was contacting me.
He was not now available, as it was Sunday and they were all off. I would have to leave it until Monday.
I went to Guest Relations on Monday at 10, and spoke to a manager, who would not take any responsibility at all for what happened in the restaurant. He said you should have complained that night, which I said I had and at Guest Relations twice. I was offered
the Sushi Restaurant but that is a free restaurant, that is no compensation for what we'd paid. Eventually I was offered a late check out on our room. This unfortunately was very bad customer service .

The best thing about this hotel, as well as most others in the area, is the variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. I have never seen so much food in one place.
Another great aspect is the extremely friendly and hospitable hotel staff.
However, I think the hotel lacks better indoor pools, more space and activities for children, as well as better saunas and hammams. The hotel is more suited for sunny days.
