Loved this hotel for friendliness of staff, loved food during the day. Plenty to do and short walk to beach. Stayed in deluxe family room, very basic, big living area could do with dining table, curtains In twin room too short so when sun up, so are u, could do with a long mirror or two, only mirror we had was in main bedroom and bathroom and main bedroom poor lighting, extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. I would stay again but would be prepared for basic, dated room

We arrived yesterday, this hotel is high quality. There is plenty of staff, check in was smooth and fast. The WiFi is unbelievably good. Possibly the best I’ve had at a hotel for a while. The food is literally available all the time you will not go hungry. Plenty of sun beds, the staff are lovely and very helpful. This is the best value hotel I have ever booked in the 34 years I have been alive. Looking forward to the remainder of our holiday. Thank you grand park Lara!

I am currently at the hotel and loving it, however, I really am not happy with the Holly Hock Bar because the DJ continues to play Rave music constantly. You can request Motown or other music to no avail he likes the Rave music. This is a family bar not a night club and has families and customers of all ages in there. The music should be for everyone and mixed, which is fair. The DJ needs to be told by the entertainments management that this should be rectified. The entertainments team have been told about this and requests made for more reasonable music to be played but they seem to enjoy the constant rave music as well.

Fantastic holiday. All staff very nice and attentive, nothing is a problem, very helpful. My family all enjoyed the food there is something for everyone. My youngest son is a fussy eater and always found something to eat. Sunbed situation really only happens at the main pool. We managed to get sunbeds on the grass everyday in a good spot. Entertainment was fine, the drifters and the party night were the best to watch. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and botttled water in the fridge. I was the only one out of 4 of us that had got bitten, 3 bits on my feet. Overall this was a great holiday and we would visit again!!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a disaster from start to finish. To begin with, the food was awful. There was no variety, and what was offered was bland and repetitive. They didn't even have simple options for children like pizza etc at the main restaurant—just the same spaghetti every day. The staff were incredibly rude, including the cleaning staff, who showed no respect for our privacy. Housekeeping would knock and then barge in within seconds, which is completely unacceptable. None of the staff could speak or understand English, making communication extremely hard. I decided to get a manicure at the hotel's spa, which was another disappointment. The lady doing my nails was rude and dismissive. After applying the nail polish, she told me to go outside and hold my hands up to dry them—ridiculous and unprofessional! The rudeness didn't stop there. The security personnel and bell boys were also impolite, laughing and making jokes amongst themselves while ignoring guests. The hotel lacked basic amenities like air conditioning in the corridors, making the entire experience uncomfortable. We had to change rooms multiple times because things in our rooms were either broken or unsafe. No one apologized or made us feel welcome. We weren't even informed about breakfast timings or locations upon arrival. To top it all off, finding a sun lounger was nearly impossible unless you woke up at 6 am. Which is not a relaxing holiday! I’m Addition there is a horrible sewage smell outside by the pools which is really off putting and not pleasant to be smelling. Having traveled to Turkey a few times, this experience was by far the worst. This hotel is unprofessional and not worth the money, especially if you're coming from England. I would strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. We will not be coming back.
