I have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service is excellent, with staff always friendly and attentive to our needs. The food is delicious, offering a variety of dishes to satisfy any taste. The hotel have a great atmosphere, and everything from the rooms to the facilities is well-maintained and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Staying in this hotel a week with the family. So far the best thing was entertainment team who keeps arranging different activities whole day. Kids disco is fun my 2.5 year old started following dances. Evening shows really amazing! After show having best disco time. DJ is the best

The hotel and rooms were good. Very few choices to eat and some foods had no taste in them. Very dissapointed in drinks… they were the lowest quality and we had to wait in lines for long time every time we wanted something. Shower water was so bad one night it was all yellow, the beach was very bad and full of rocks I suggest you only use the pool that was very good. Also what made our stay at the hotel great was the animation team they made sure we were never bored, with the pool games and parties so if I would ever think of going back there again , it would be only because of them .

Very good hotel. I came here with my family for 1 week and we had a wonderful time. The hotel had offered everything a 5 star hotel should have. I loved the variety of foods and drinks it had, you had so much to choose from. Also , there was like this amazing smell coming from hotel hallways

Where do I begin? Our first impression of the hotel was nice then got ruined by the blunt and unhelpful receptionist. We were a group of 18 people and they refused to help bring our suitcases in until we checked in. They couldn’t find one of our bookings so they told one part of my family to find another hotel at 11pm at night!!! We managed to sort the situation after an hour or so, and then we entered our rooms. The rooms were so dirty and old, we had no pillows or blankets on the bed. The room smelt of rotten egg and the smell would not go. The hotel is old and damp and has a bad drainage smell. The restaurants are very, very dirty, full of flies. the whole place is a shambles. The pool has no lifeguards around, and one of the members of my family got hurt very badly in the pool and there was no one around to help us. The doctors and nurses were so rude to us when we went to visit the Doctors inside the hotel. One of the guys screamed at me to get out when there was no sign of patient being in there. The restaurant is filthy!!! Seats are torn and flies everywhere. Food is OKAY! The amount of rude behaviour we encountered from every member of staff in the hotel is crazy. I can’t name everything and every situation but it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in and it is not a five star hotel. I’ve never ever stayed in a place where people are so rude and absolutely don’t care about their customers satisfaction. The pool is nice but there is zero safety in place.
