I would have given 0 star if I could. feel sorry for the owner. What a nice hotel with a beach but reception people will ruin it. While I checked on the 25th of October early in the morning, I had a very bad experience with the reception guy ,he was actually bell boy. All of the reception people rude and not helpful. This resort has no entertainment for kids and adults as well. No heated pool. So book it if you are only for eat and sleep also food is not good.

A very nice hotel for families. They have various swimming pools for adults and children, with or without slides. Exit to the beach from the hotel garden. A huge restaurant with different food every day. It is a good and cheap choice for what it offers. Very nice staff. But the small businesses in the hotel, like shops, have too high, exaggerated prices, as well as the shops and restaurants outside the resort. And the fact that wifi has to be paid separately is a minus.

Unfortunately, the worst hotel I've stayed in my entire life. On the first day we were unable to do absolutely anything because we had to go to the reception 6 times to complain about the same thing. This is because, in my second room that I booked was for my 19 year old daughter and my 9 year old son none of the doors were locking, neither the main door nor the balcony doors, when the room (5607) is literally 20 meters from the main road and on the ground floor level, and more, with no light available in the corridor, it's really unsafe. The first time we went to reception to complain about this situation was before 8:00 (AM) and the last time at 11:35 (PM). On the penultimate time, we asked to speak to the manager as no one at reception resolved the situation all day, but however the manager came to the reception and didn't pay us any attention, he spoke Turkish the whole time with the receptionist, ignoring us completely. Finally, around midnight, I gave an ultimatum, either give me another room or call the police. In less than 5 minutes they found me another room, which in my first visit the reception they said they were absolutely complete full until the end of the week.
Another miserable point is the Wifi. I had to pay €15 per person for a week, which would’ve been alright if it had worked however it only worked from time to time... and more, having to pay for two in the same room?!
Luxury Hotel Bar with just 5 basically similar cocktails and without ice most of the time, vodka with a very strange taste, which my wife and I even got sick with just one vodka each….
Animation?! Very very poor without creativity….
All inclusive?! Bottled water was often denied just filter water available, orange juice had to be paid €3….
Pools?! Dirty with plastic cups inside, before 9am all the pools were empty of people but without space as they were full of towels….
The television in the room does not work….
English?! Only a few receptionists talk a few of English that makes us struggling for ask for anything… staff very grumpy!
In conclusion, I really don't recommend Horus Paradise, I'll say more, I strongly advise you not to make reservations at this hotel…. really poor!

Do not expect any luxury or paradise things, as the name says "paradise luxury" is sooo far from any lux. So, in this "luxuryous " hotel ,you will have no liquid soap, no shower gel, no slippers, no nothing....just bring them from home. Also bring your own inflatable, as there are 5,6 for all the slides, and you can only go once, and then have to give it to someone else. Also expect almost zero baklavas....they bring only at dinner, something like 2 trays, which finish instantly. Expect loooong waiting time for pancakes and brezels. Almost no Air conditioning in the eating area.also expect: no bananas whatsoever, no croissants, no donuts, no puff pastries...only some undefined, tastless pastries. Only water in the minibar...no custom mase omelet in this "5 *" hotel...never ever again here. The only food thing ...the sea, which is not very abrupt..

Please avoid!
This is a 5 stars hotel and the quality is absolutely rubbish. I'll start with the pros because they are only a couple:
Pros:
1- it's in located in a good area, close to everything.it is only an hour from airport.
2- great swimming pools and close to the beach ( 5- minute walk).
Cons:
1- there's no WiFi in rooms, you have to pay for it; I've never been to any hotel without Internet inside rooms. We were told that the free Internet is in the reception area and next to the pool, but the signal was so weak.
2- there were no lifeguards whatsoever. Kids are swimming without any attendance from a professional. I can see incidents can happen quite easily in this resort. The only lifeguard I saw was on the top, where the slides are and he didn't pay attention since he was busy texting on WhatsApp!.
3- the rooms were dirty. Despite leaving the cleaning sign on, the only thing they did is changing bed sheets. Carpet was disgusting and toilet was not even cleaned once.Generally speaking ,all carpets in this hotel need replacing. They are worn out .
4- food quality is not the best. I saw fish and chicken left out for few hours on room temperature! We ended up with food poisoning..all of us.The cold meat ( such as sausages and turkey slices) were left outside the whole day and you can see the color changed which means they became poisoning.
5- restaurants hygiene ie below zero...all cups ,dishes and cutlery smelled! Absolutely disgusting. They need to pay attention for extra cleaning.
6- I don't think that they heard before about gloves!! I haven't seen a single staff wearing gloves while handling food! No wonder how we suffered from food poisoning.
7- the language barrier was a problem. I'm not expecting local people on streets to speak English ,but if you work in tourism industry, you must have a good knowledge of English in order to communicate effectively. The hotel management needs to invest more in English lessons.
8- the animation staff were lovely. However some of the contents are not appropriate when kids are around. The contents were for +18.
Am I coming back? Absolutely not
