Amazing time, really enjoyed it. I was well looked after as a disabled person. Gizem was very helpful and entertaining. A little chilly in some public areas in winter, especially near the windows in the dining area. Rooms are excellent. Would come again.

The friendlines of the staff make this hotel really worthwhile to go. Good variety of food, which was very nice just the deserts look pretier than taste. Nice spacious rooms. The hotel was clean, well looked after, many areas where you can relax and you don't feel crowded. Close to the sea. I will definately come back.

Location - close to the beach( 3 minutes walk), but not on the beach. This is readon
Cleanliness - very clean hotel. no issues whatsoever.
Room Cleaning - excellent. Sedat Akil was outstanding.
Restaurant Waiters - helpful and efficient.
Food - wide variety of foods available at every meal. Food was well prepared, and I always found something to my liking.
Minus points - external grounds (Gardens) are very small in area. As a result, the outside swimming pool is relatively small in size.
Reception Staff could be more helpful with regard to advising how to use local transport.

Stayed at the hotel 13.06-23.06.2024
1. Location. The hotel is not on the first line. To get to the sea, you need to walk for about 10 minutes at a brisk pace and climb some stairs. There was a shuttle from the hotel to the beach, but it operated very rarely, so we didn’t use it during our stay.
2. Sea. The entrance to the sea is covered with slippery stones, making it dangerous to walk in. Even if you manage to enter carefully, you have to wade quite a distance before the water is deeper than your knees.
3. Beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included in the hotel’s price, but the lack of control over smoking on the beach made it impossible to enjoy. Towels were provided in the spa area, but they were usually thin and worn out, making it unpleasant to use them.
4. Pier. The hotel pier was open from 7 AM to 7 PM, but there were almost never any free spots. Guests would leave their towels on the loungers, so even when they weren’t there, it was impossible to use them. This should definitely be managed by hotel staff.
5. Room. The furniture was old, and the lighting in the bathroom and shower was poor. The glass doors in the toilet and shower were uncomfortable and impractical; I can’t imagine who would find that appealing. Towels were worn out, there were stains on the bedding, and no slippers were provided. As for toiletries, only soap, shower gel, and shampoo were available. Upon arrival, the bottles were half-empty, and when they ran out, they weren’t replenished, so we had to request more shower gel.
6. Spa. The spa service was overly pushy in the first few days, making us feel uncomfortable. However, since we had planned to spend time in the spa, we eventually used their services. The hammam and Thai massage were great, and we also enjoyed the steaming areas and a small relaxation zone. Unfortunately, by the end of our stay, only one sauna was operational.
7.. Entertainment. During our stay, we didn’t notice any interesting entertainment options. We used services from a tour operator, but it wasn’t affiliated with the hotel.
8. Staff. The staff seemed distant and uninterested in helping guests. Our request to be notified when our parents, who had no way to contact us, arrived, was completely ignored. Additionally, it seemed that the staff mainly catered to German-speaking tourists, and it was difficult to get information in English.
9. Alcohol. We had an ultra all-inclusive package, but only local alcohol was available to us. There were just 3-5 cocktails on the menu, and the ones we tried tasted awful.
10. Food. The food was very repetitive. The dishes under the signs didn’t always match the descriptions, and the recipes for soups and other meals were quite strange. The desserts all tasted the same and weren’t of good quality. Yogurts at breakfast were left out in the dining area without refrigeration for long periods. The freshness of many items was questionable at best, with salads and cold cuts often dry and stale. Fruits seemed poorly washed. The waffles were delicious, but they were only available for a short window of about two hours. Ice cream was available near the beach, but it was often melted inside.
11. Food Poisoning. I suffered severe food poisoning on the last day of our trip, with all the typical symptoms. I felt very unwell on the day of our flight as well.
This was our first vacation in Turkey, and we’re unlikely to choose this destination again for a long time.

Gizem from the Animation team was so excellent and made our stay wonderful.
I hope that she is there next time we visit.
Her singing is amazing too.
