Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not as pleasant as we had hoped. It seemed there were more managers than actual staff, which negatively impacted the service. Many employees appeared annoyed when asked questions or when issues were raised. Room cleaning was inadequate, with apparently only one maid per floor or even for two floors. During our week-long stay, our room was cleaned only three times.
The lobby was not air-conditioned, too dark, and even unlit at night. Dust everywhere, and the armchairs and sofas were not clean. Our room was good, but windows and mirrors were also not cleaned in the past month or more.
The restaurant offered a limited buffet selection with too many traditional dishes and few international options. Staff was also scarce here. We sometimes couldn't find a seat because the restaurant was full. The staff saw us searching but did nothing, even when we asked for help. This was especially stressful with a two-year-old child.
The bar had a very limited drink selection. There was no proper coffee, just instant coffee from a machine.
The gym was small but well-equipped. Unfortunately, the equipment had never been serviced since purchase and was not clean. The sport and entertainment options were limited, further restricting leisure activities.
The family-friendliness was mixed. There was a mini-disco, but it was very late and loud. The childcare area was not clean, with a sandy carpet, so we only went there once. The playground and children's pool were okay but not exceptional.
The hotel grounds were a highlight. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with enough loungers for all guests. The beach was also clean and well-equipped, though it got deep quickly and had many waves, which could be challenging for families with small children.
The location was advantageous for beach access but not ideal for exploring beyond the hotel, as public transport and attractions were hard to reach.
Overall, the hotel is okay if you are on a budget, don't drink alcohol, and enjoy traditional Turkish cuisine. However, due to the service and cleanliness issues, I personally will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.

I had a wonderful 8 day holiday here at the end of October. Weather was great.
The first thing to say is that this is not a five star hotel. My room was very spartan with cheap furniture.
The food is excellent if you like Turkish food (which I do) but is the same every day. Two weeks would have been tough.
Service at bars and reception first class.
Pool area and beach are great but the pool is very cold.
Cleaning of the room was mediocre and mini bar was not replenished as described.
WiFi is a disaster.
All in all I had a great time but serious room for improvement.

The hotel is looking very good, and is clean (although the cleaning servise every day came at 2-3 pm when the little kid where sleeping). There were some announced activities missing. The personnel does it's best to satisfy the guests needs, but don't interact too much with them. Some of them although really love kids like the photographer. The beach is just terrible because it's steep, rocky and very windy. The food is divers but every day is the same menu, nothing special. The cookies were good, the pool was clean, but the blue slide was pretty unconfortable for back. The overall experience was good, but i don't recommend this hotel for my friends.

A very good impression about this hotel. I had a very good vacation with my family. The staff is very nice and smiling. Place us clean. Very green and beautiful. We will come back for sure next year.

I’ve had a nice time there. Room and area very clean. The room comfortable. Food, breakfast, … everything perfect. However, there are three things that need to be changed:
1- being honest: when I booked in the description safety box was also included. When I arrived the reception charged me 2 euros for each night safety box!! I think for a five star hotel reputation isn’t nice to not be honest! I have been in many hotels so far and that was first time I paid for safety box!! For a five star hotel reputation isn’t nice to earn money in different ways like this from tourists.
2- all the stuff were very nice and respectful but the guy who works at the bar next to swimming pool two times had irrespective behaviour with me. One time I reported him to hotel’s reception but the next time I didn’t say anything anymore as I didn’t want to ruin my holiday.
It’s nice to teach to all the stuff that this is a must to behave nicely with all the hosts even though they have red bracelets!!!!
3- cocktails were included but I felt I’m drinking normal juice not alcoholic drink. For a five star hotel isn’t nice to using bad quality alcohol to save a bit more money in their drinks or adding just a tiny bit alcohol to save money.
Except these three things, I’ve had a nice time there and I enjoyed my time. Hopefully when I come back there I see improvement. 💖
