We spent a fantastic week here with my family. The resort was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the buffet on most days but found that there were not many chicken options. The evenings were filled with fun and laughter thanks to the amazing entertainment. The animators went above and beyond. Kids club was fantastic and a great opportunity for little ones to make friends and parents to have a few relaxing hours.

I took my wife for 5 days for her birthday, We stayed in the adult only part of the resort, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and there was a nice variety of food to choose from. The whole resort was so clean and tidy. all the staff were friendly and smiling. There were 3 different forms of entertainment each evening at the 3 different bars. We booked a spa treatment, which was very reasonably priced and It was fantastic. We only wish we would have booked longer, so much so we are booking again for next year and taking the whole family. The only negative thing we experienced was the mosquitos, but that is just nature and is no fault of the resorts whatsoever. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. It was absolutely amazing.. Thank you once again and see you next year.

The hotel is huge and a perfect location with an amazing beach and large pool. Unfortunately that’s the only good parts of the stay. The hotel itself is very tired and run down, we had 4 rooms and every room had maintenance issues, bathrooms stink of sewage and 2 of us had to swap rooms due to broken showers and mouldy mattresses. A la carte restaurants were fully booked for our 5 night stay so only option was the buffet which is awful. Very difficult to get a table, then when you do finally get one, good luck finding a staff member to clean it. The food itself is horrid, only positive is that I lost weight in n an all inclusive holiday because the food is not tempting whatsoever. On terms of the drinks you have a plastic token you have to keep all week to redeem for a plastic glass at the bars. Only local beers and spirits included. You can’t even get a decent coffee anywhere, the coffee machines in the buffet are terrible and the only bars that serve a decent coffee are charged. Would recommend to avoid this hotel in honesty. Such a shame as the location and beach are beautiful.

We had a lovely family holiday here. The highlight for us was that the hotel was right next to a gorgeous beach, where the sea was clean and clear. The food in the hotel was good, but it seemed to lack in variety from one night to the next. The rooms were fine and cleaned to a high standard. We had amazing sunset views from our balconies. The last day of our holiday was slightly stressful though as we booked and paid to have a late check-out of our rooms, but then we were informed at the last minute that we couldn't have these rooms so we quickly had to pack and move which messed up our plans. Also, we hadn't been given/couldn't find out information about our transfer back to the airport, and the reception staff couldn't help us with this. We know transfers are not their responsibility, but a bit of help working out what was going on would have been appreciated. Overall, however, we have very happy memories of our holiday at Sandy Beach, Corfu.

I recently stayed at Sandy Beach Resort in Corfu, and it was a great experience. The beachfront location is perfect for relaxation, offering beautiful views and direct access to the sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The resort staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. It’s a bit removed from busier areas, which is ideal for those seeking a quiet getaway. Would recommend!

Came here with my child and the place was filled with 60+ which wasn't the worst thing. Pros were that the rooms were spacious and that there was plenty of storage. Cons, why do you have to pay 20 EUROS to park inside and only 8 EUROS for a car park outside. The lifts were okay but they were tiny and when you arrived at your floor you would drop a little bit before the door slowly opens. My child went to the lobby to say that the WiFi wasn't working on the TV, it took them 40 minutes for them to come up before I called them. The toilet was leaking for the first 6 hours of our stay. They promised us complementary water on our arrival but when we called about the WiFi then they came with a bottle of water. The breakfast was very limited. The toaster wouldn't toast the bread on both sides, the croissants were burned, the drinks were watered down. The only good thing was the shops downstairs. On the last night me and my child went downstairs and couldn't walk down to the shops because a drunk man was sat on the stairs and so many people were surrounding him and blocking the way down. We had to wait for him to move. The shop was fine nothing special. I do recommend the fish spa next door. You could hear someone from the room next door talking. The floor felt dirty barefoot. The staff was nice and kept everything under control. The old people would stare at you when you would walk past and especially if you had something in hand. This made my child feel slightly uncomfortable but he said it was not that much. The cleaners do a good job everyday. JUST BE PREPARED if you go in the non-summer periods you won't be able to go in the pool. They said we would get a sea view but you would have to lean over the railing to see a tiny portion of the sea. Lets just say we won't be returning.

Hotel is dated in places - our room in particular Our room was also very basically furnished. Also although plenty loungers, again , a lot were very dated, torn in places. Great selection of food at all meals and plentiful. Good pool areas but the main large pool does not have signs showing the depth at the deep end and it is very deep. Entertainment wasn't great. The hotel has a free bus service to the beach. The beach is a good 30 min walk downhill. All the staff were lovely, very helpful.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here at the start of October. We were really impressed with everything. Rooms were big and balcony had a view over the pools. 3 pools in total. Pool bar was good with self serve beer and soft drinks. Location is a bit back from the front but complimentary bus is available. It is a 10 mini walk from the train station which is 3 stops from Málaga airport. Food is buffet style and a bit repetitive but is of good quality and always something there to your liking. we would recommend 100%.

We stayed there April 2024. The hotel is nice, more modern in the public areas but rooms are a bit dated but clean. Only major downside was the food was a bit limited and at the time we went, not kid friendly.

This is a lovely hotel. It is a little way outside town, but peaceful at night and they have a free shuttle bus to beach and centre. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. Food choices were excellent and the buffet food was delicious. Plenty of choices if you are on healthy/low-carb, but there is something for everyone. I was a solo traveller, but this hotel seems especially good for families. They have a great programme of entertainment, lovely gardens and swimming pools. Don’t miss the flamenco show. It is fabulous! The room was clean and comfortable. I can’t fault it at all. I hope to go back for another visit.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in September and ended up sleeping in three different rooms due to a range of issues that were beyond our control. The first room (625) regularly filled with the smell of cigarette smoke due to the couple in the room next door smoking on their balcony. There was a gap between our front door and the floor, therefore nothing to stop the smoke coming through. We did put towels down to try and block the smell but obviously this is not really a suitable solution to the problem. In our bathroom, there was a window which opened directly into the restaurant dining area. I’ve never experienced anything like this before but literally if you are in the shower or on the toilet, there are people on the other side of the window eating their breakfast / lunch. Aside from the constant noise of people talking / moving chairs / cutlery clanging that made our room feel like we were living in a Wetherspoons, from a privacy and standards point of view, it is pretty shocking. If you are assigned this room on arrival, I would recommend asking for another room. The balcony is also half the size of the other rooms for some reason. We were moved to room 644 where we encountered problems with a drunken hotel guest a few doors down. This person was extremely drunk for most of the day and would shout in the corridor, bang on his door in the middle of the night, spill his drinks all over the floor and walls and also leave plates of food in the corridor. This left the corridor in a disgusting state which we reported to reception multiple times, and we also felt unsafe in our room with this unpredictable guest causing a disturbance. We were moved to room 139 where on the first night, we were woken up at 5am by the air conditioning unit leaking all over our bed and on my partner. By this point we had 3 nights of our holiday left and asked for a refund so we could go and stay somewhere else but were told this was not possible. We were offered a late check out and asked to sign a document that confirmed we would not seek damages against the hotel. Positives of the hotel - the reception staff were kind and helpful in trying to resolve our issues; the food was average and there was always a good amount available; the quality of the food in the a la carte restaurants was good, I would definitely recommend booking these in advance; there are three pools to choose from and we never had any trouble finding sunbeds; the snack bars are handy although the attitude of staff is a bit hit and miss; there is an on-site shop but it is quite expensive. Negatives of the hotel (in addition to the above) - in general our experience was that the hotel is very dated and needs a refurbishment, especially the dining area; we believe the hotel is not 5 star as advertised; the drinks in the pool bars are served in small glasses and don’t taste very good, the beer in particular was very disappointing and the coffee was often cold; the hotel is a smoker’s paradise with every sunbed coming with an ashtray and ashtrays on every balcony with more guests smoking than not; we stayed in 3 rooms and had issues with all of them; the general cleanliness and standard of the rooms was disappointing with a layer of dust on one of our headboards, indicating it had not been cleaned for a long time, and random hairs on the floor and even in a ‘clean’ towel one day, the rooms need a refurbishment; staff regularly ask you to leave good reviews and ask you to name them in the reviews; the fridges in the rooms were only restocked every few days and twice we had to call reception as no bath towels had been left. Overall - this is the most money myself and my partner had ever paid for a holiday and it was the worst holiday we’ve ever had. We were really excited to visit after reading all the positive reviews, which we now know are manufactured by reception who ask you to leave a good review in return for Mitsis points (strangely we weren’t asked to leave a review). In the end we were very glad to go home.

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was stunning and everybody was so friendly. Mariana was lovely. The room was left spotless and she even left us flowers. Absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come here again. The building, pool and beach was amazing. Loved it here and we don’t want to leave!

Edi and the waiting staff in main bar working flat out with smiles on their faces at all tines to ensure we have the best time. Have been here 3 times now same hotel, the staff are all amazing and go out of their way to help with everything. Treated like family. Entertainment fabulous every night. We came here for a big birthday celebration and the staff and hotel couldn't have done more. Baking a cake and having all the staff sing happy birthday made my mothers day so special. All the staff are fantastic and even if you didn't leave the hotel there is so much to do there. The food is great it's has a bit of everything and always fresh.

The hotel is fantastic and best I’ve stayed in at Marrakesh. The rooms may be a little “tired” but they’re very clean and beds comfy. The food has been tremendous, the bars, gardens and outdoor spaces are so relaxing. All the staff constantly smiling

We had an amazing stay, the room was lovely and the food was great. The entertainment every night was very impressive, including a traditional Moroccan party. There is also a free shuttle to Marrakesh, which is very helpful! 10/10, I hope to come back again.

Great hotel lovely rooms and comfy beds also with a lovely view. Only had breakfast once as was out too late doing the Benidorm special but was great selection. Would stay again and perfect if your with family as not too close to the strip however it is within walking distance.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, acting as if guests were a burden rather than customers. They ignored our requests and were unwilling to help with even the simplest issues. The rooms were dirty, with stained sheets and a musty smell. The WiFi barely worked, and the breakfast was cold and tasteless. On top of that, the noise from other guests and the street made it impossible to sleep. Overall, a horrible experience—definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

What a fantastic hotel to stay in, from getting there to leaving the staff couldn't do enough for us, they where so friendly and polite. We had a first floor room because of my mobility,it was really nice clean and big and had a large walk in shower. Balcony was great with a pool view. The pool and the garden's around it were an absolute delight. The food was really good,even my wife who's a fussy eater thought it was good and hot. The reception staff were great and really helpful especially the lady on reception who I can't remember her name, sorry. The bar staff were so friendly and jolly and chatty. We couldn't complain about anything at this hotel,we would definitely go back in a heartbeat, hopefully soon. The area it was in has everything you could possibly need as well, from shops to restaurants and bars,and just a 10 minute walk to the beach,what more could you ask for. The place was spotless, classy and elegant. Well done Meliá benidorm,what a credit to your owners and all your staff,we love you all.

We did have a nice stay here but if it hadn’t been for the fantastic staff members, Selena and Rosa, our stay would be considered lacklustre. Without a doubt the wonderful Selena was so kind and efficient in taking care of our needs on The Level and Rosa was truly amazing in ensuring that club room was operating with efficiency in terms of food and beverage. My wife’s gluten free needs were met very well. Unfortunately, our room was very dated in terms of the stained and damaged furniture. It would have been incredible had the hotel updated damaged, dirty and stained furniture. At any rate, we liked our mini break to Benidorm and are grateful to met such fine people as Rosa and Selena!!

One of the bestest hotels in benidorm Everything runs smoothly and well Food lovely and lots of fresh ingredients and choices Staff attentive that's all staff from reception to food and drink Hotel a bit dated but the views are incredible from the rooms And the Rooms are clean and fresh Good quality toiletries in the rooms as well Good storage space and balcony size Hotel is huge but all maintained well Lifts work efficiently. Pool area is amazing. On site parking area Games area Wellness area Dining room is light airy tables set beautifully as well and good spacing between tables as well. All round great experience, highly recommend a visit pay slightly more to other hotels but you get what you pay for. Entertainment can be Spanish based but it still entertaining. Slightly out of main town but great service links Fabulous bars nearby, I would recommend rock and roll house across the road to the left of the hotel.

We have just come back from 5 days staying here. Staff were lovely and very welcoming, entrance is absolutely stunning and clean. We upgraded to a larger room with no problems. Our apartment was massive was very clean and comfortable little out dated but still very nice beds were very comfortable. Food was great could find something to eat on every meal with a few fussy eaters which was great. All in all a lovely short few days that went far to fast and we were sad to leave

Main entrance room looks great but that's it. Rooms dated, food very bland and almost cold. Entertainment was poor, entertainment team poor. Not much locally either as hardly no shops restaurants etc If your a plane spotter hotel is great as it's directly under airport flight path. Approx every 10/15min a plane comes over to land. Pool lifeguard was a young lad who looked like he'd just been pulled in off the street, he spent the day on his phone all day. I'd putt this hotel as a 2/3 star. We had good sunshine so not all bad

A 5-Star Disgrace – Barely Deserves 2! I had high expectations for this hotel based on its 5-star rating, but it was a massive disappointment. The rooms are old and outdated, with tired décor and a lack of maintenance. Cleaning is appalling, with dust, grime, and an overall feeling of uncleanliness. The bathroom was unhygienic, clearly neglected, and far below acceptable standards. The food was disgusting—bland, poorly prepared, and far from the quality expected at a luxury hotel. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the entertainment felt like it was from the Stone Age, outdated, uninspiring, and completely lacking in excitement or modern appeal. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this was a joke. It doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. Avoid at all costs!

Room was out of date. Needed an update and deep clean. Loose floor tiles, torn window curtains, windows wouldn't close properly, some windows screwed shut, rips in shower curtain. Bath and sink taps covered in timescale. Disgusting shower head. Bathroom smelt awful. Woke up with a bed louse on pillow. AVOID.

As per other reviews this is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. The staff were very friendly and the entrance is very grand. The breakfast was very nice and variable. The coffee was very nice. We were bed and breakfast so cannot comment on other food. The room was very dated however it was very spacious. You have to pay €20 for them to open the kitchen for 3 days. I have never experienced this in any other hotel. The kitchen is behind a locked door so the only place you have to wash any glasses etc is the bathroom sink. You have a fridge and kettle in the room. You also get a tea cup and very small glass in the room, but if you want anything else you have to pay for the kitchen. Also the cups and glasses didn't get replaced while we were there. The pool is quite small and it definitely didn't feel heated. The gym is also quite small and didn't have a lot of equipment. The spa looked really nice however you have to pay for it. Golf del sur is very quiet and there isn't really a beach but it's ok. Planes fly directly over the hotel which some might not like. Also the place you leave your luggage if you check in early etc isn't secure. It is a small room next to reception with no lock on the door. Also wifi is very bad. We weren't far from reception and had no wifi in the room. It is also open wifi so not secure.

A lovely oriental themed hotel. I like the vibe and the atmosphere. They have plenty of facilities and situated in a great location. The food is not the best Turkish food I have experienced but they do a decent job. The buffet is huge and having the bar opened all day is great. Affordable full board prices and staff are friendly.

Amazing hotel, great entertainment & disco afterwards. I loved the cocktails & the hotel cats. Teens can use the disco if traveling with older kids, teens must be aged 14 so it's a great hotel for older kids. They had a small bowling alley, indoor pools with water slides, & a great coffee bar that served all kinds of hot drinks especially Turkish coffee was my favourite. Any problems the reception sort of straight away I had a young football term that was noisy one night & the hotel reception moved me straight away the next day. If you book the Italian restaurant you won't be disappointed it was really nice. Staff worked very hard & were always friendly. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We chose Limak Lara Hotel for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the friendly welcome and attentive staff made us feel special. Since we were on our honeymoon, our room was beautifully decorated, and a lovely treat was waiting for us. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The pools, beach, and spa area were very clean and comfortable. Spending time in the jacuzzi areas with a sea view was simply wonderful. The food was incredibly delicious and varied. The animation team organized fun events throughout the day, and in the evenings, live music and shows added a special touch to our vacation. My family’s experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived with two small children and were shocked to find that harsh chemical products had been used in our room. When we expressed our concerns to the management, we expected understanding and a resolution. Instead, we were met with an astonishing level of arrogance. The manager was dismissive, insisted the chemicals were fine, and when we said it was unacceptable, we were told to leave immediately—no refund, no compensation, nothing. Do not waste your money and time in this hotel.

We have been returning to this hotel for the last 8 years or so - despite travel agents trying to get us to move to more updated hotels . No uk holiday companies organise packages here now. We have to get our agent to book the flights & rooms for us & we email the hotel to choose our rooms. The hotel is a bit tired & needing some maintenance really, but it is great for us. Positioned beautifully in the centre of Costa Calma beach & easily walked to down a prepared path. When the tide is out you can walk for hours along the sand. All bedrooms have big balconies and are a good size with large en-suites & cleaned daily . Only the 4th floor does not have a sea view - obscured by the other floors. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Food is a good selection of hot & cold buffets with most of the hot food freshly cooked in front of you. There are 2 big swimming pools & plenty of sun beds & outdoor poolside bars. Putting green overlooks the beach. Spa area has a small indoor pool & weight room , jacuzzi, sauna etc massage treatment etc hairdresser. Most clients are German & not youngsters & don’t tend to speak much Spanish or English . Very few children come here. Evening entertainment is good & tends to be outside in the sheltered bar area . Evenings are quiet . Most folk go to bed by 11 A small shopping centre is a 5 min walk away to get water, snacks, suncream etc

Please be warned that this hotel is next to a very loud street with music until 2-3am. The carousel music starts already in the evening and after that they have the party with a lot of bass. It makes the nearby building to shake and the windows to vibrate.

When I was booking this hotel, on the pictures available was different impression. All looked much better, newer. On the Internet was stating that it has entertainment, animation. However hotel is in much needed refurbishing condition. Only entertainment was 2 singers evry evening and they would finish at 10:30 pm. After that you could only go to your room or stay drinking at the bar, no music. Rather boring environment for a 4 Star resort. Little town outside of resort looked rather dull too as lot of facilities were permanently closed. Renta car in the hotel was quite pricey and rest of them outside of hotel were all booked. We went to Tenerife last year and it was different story. Hotel was as the pictures showed, there was a lot to do around and prices were very reasonable all around. We did had a good rest in Costa Calma Palace and good time chilling on the pool, also staff was good as well. But as a person who traveled around the world, I feel like this resort needs major updates or lower the starts to 3 as it's not fair to pay the price for 4****. Wish you success in future.
