Decided to take my family here for Holiday. I am completely amazed by the quality of the place, the food was amazing, clean and loads of fun activities to do. Staff deserve praise, they are very kind and helpful, especially Anna who helped me and my family with enquiries and gave us tips on what should we do. Can't wait to come back and hopefully see Anna again, her customer service is on another level! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have great time.

Just spent a week at this hotel, ignore any bad reviews, myself and my children had the best time! Rooms are so big, very clean and have everything you need. Entertainment team are great! So much to do here! Food is no different to most all inclusive resorts, there's plenty to choose from! Water park is great and live that they have a private beach. 5 star review from us!

There is really only one word to describe this hotel: vast. The place is absolutely huge and anyone without a good sense of direction will get lost at least once there. That being sad the place is gorgeous and the service is amazing. The interior design does need a bit of a refurbishment, but that does not affect the experience of the place. It has a ridiculous amount of swim pools and bars with snacks spread throughout so one does not need to move much to get food or drink. Some bars did go out of glasses far too quickly, but it is understandable the logistic to keep all bars stacked with glasses might not be so easy to achieve. The food was varied and did cater for most needs. Only constructive criticism is the he lack of allergens information on the dishes which could easily be done. Totally recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Hi. I don't write reviews but today I have to. I have compared with many hotels. But this is the first time I've encountered such crap. The rooms are old, but relatively clean. The area surrounding the area is a garbage dump, an old unfinished construction site, a garbage dump, and dead palm trees. But the worst thing is the restaurant and food. Boring and tasteless food. My son said that prisoners probably eat better. There are no free tables in the restaurant, for lunch or dinner. You have to wait up to 30 minutes. When there was a table, there were no plates or forks. And inside there are groups of workers renovating the hotel rooms (I appreciate that the workers can eat there), but something is wrong when the hotel guests are standing in front of the entrance, waiting, and the construction workers are eating lunch. Bar and drinks failure, Vodka, Whiskey, beer and Coco Rum, nothing else. All other drinks are charged. I rate the three pools 3/5, but nothing special. We stayed in the Magnolia II House and had to climb 124 steps to get to the restaurant. If you are in poor condition or have mobility problems, you won't be able to live like this. We talked to a couple from the UK, they had cockroaches in the room, luckily we didn't. No music, no animation for children or adults. Boring. This is not a budget vacation, it is a waste of money. No more Blue Sea, second visit to this hotel chain and another failure. We came back yesterday.

We had an amazing time here. The staff are so friendly, I particularly liked Eduardo and Kevin. Great guys. The food was nice and what you would expect from a three star hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. The beach is in a walkable distance and the area is very peaceful and quiet. The cleaners came to my apartment in a team of five every other day. The evening entertainment on a Wednesday and Friday was brilliant. We would definitely come here again. Thanks to everyone at Blue Sea for making our holiday a great one.

Have a nice day, thank you for a great stay. We were there for 11 days. We arranged the stay ourselves with a super winter discount against travel agencies. Moving around the hotel was challenging, but again you keep fit. The rooms are clean, just would like to take the rubbish out of the toilet more often if you are not allowed to put paper in the bowl, it smells. The rooms are large - the great thing is that there is a living room and a bedroom (4 people). I also liked the kitchen and fridge, which is not usual. You can see that the furniture remembers something. The food was always a little different but similar - it was good - I might have differentiated the desserts more. I would also suggest more frequent cleaning of toilets by the pools, tables in the bar and around the pools. And I would also recommend no smoking by the pools, there are cigarette butts, cups with butts, there is a smell from smoking. There are noisy English groups flying around. Great staff, I suggest you respect them and pay them a lot!!!

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was older, but nice and adequate. The food was good and there is always plenty to choose from. Overall we have a good feeling about the hotel. The only thing that spoils the atmosphere are the British guests who don't know how to behave. Especially the younger ones, they make noise and eat like pigs, but that's not the hotel's problem. Everything else was fine.

Rooms have no air con. Had to pay €40 to rent a fan for 7 days! Mattress’s are solid. Used to twin beds being pulled together to make a double but ended up sleeping separately because the beds completely separated as soon as you got into them. Have to pay €1 for a cup, you do get it back unless you loose the cup. Find this a good idea but then seem to look confused when you want a fresh cup?! Food is extremely basic. Would hardly class rice, chips and chicken as “Spain local food” but that might be me. Entertainment is absolutely shocking. Not sure if I’m just being overly picky but after staying in a fair few all inclusive in my time this has to be worst. Not to mention been woken up almost every night with people jumping in the pool at midnight and being in there till 1am!!! This hotel is 100% not suitable for anyone who struggles with lots of walking or has a wheelchair/ push chair. There are stairs absolutely everywhere. Just to get to the restaurant I either had to go down a very steep hill or go down over 80 steps to come back up again Positives are lots of sun beds free so don’t need to get up early to get them. The option of three pools is quite nice because I’m not a fan of loud music. Location is perfect but despite lots of restaurant being around I think I found a total of about 3/4 places that do breakfast as everywhere is closed till later in the day. Lastly, In the little shop there are lots of information about activities outside the hotel with transport included and the women is very helpful explaining everything

Hotel is well run, clean and overall good. Only reason to visit reception was to get information. Not central to Benidorm but well within reach on public transport. A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't. The food was nice enough and last night's food was really tasty. Coffee is not nice.

I thought this Hotel was lovely. No problems at all. Ana behind reception was very professional, friendly and polite. Food was plentiful and a great range of range catering for all. . The views from the cocktail bar were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful breakfast. Pool is clean, room is okay. Not the best but will still come back here. Room is big. Good service. Good value for what we paid for. About 20 minute walk to the beach. In a quiet place but loads of shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Quite far to the main old town but we love walking so it's a good exercise for us.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! WORST HOTEL TO EXIST! Staff are rude not helpful at all. I paid for all inclusive, the food is disgusting for the money you pay. The drinks are NOT included in the all inclusive, so you have to pay separately. In the reception they tell you that if you upgrade £14 to a premium all inclusive you will get all drinks you want for 24hrs which is a lie. We upgraded and still had to pay for cocktails!!!!! Bar staff are extremely rude, even got told “ I don’t care what you want” and some bar staff don’t even speak English. Do not come to this hotel as you will be disappointed.

There are so many positives about this hotel but without a doubt their one strength is their staff - they were singularly amazing. They immediately made us feel at home - friendly, helpful and good fun. Well done to all of them but a special mention to Camila and Begonia. As always with these sort of reviews, if you're the kind of person who is polite, appreciative of people's hard work and treat them with respect, you'll love the staff here. The food is really good. Great variety, good salads, some cracking dishes and you're never far away from a good paella! We were here during Halloween and I have to say they went out on a limb here and really took care of the kids that were in the hotel with a massive trick or treat round of the hotel and a cool little homemade terror tunnel. Downside? Well, yes there was one. Our room was a little tired - 0501 in the smaller tower. We had a faulty shower, a dodgy cistern and some open cracks in the wall - it just wasn't what we have been used to from this hotel. We ended up being moved which took a couple of days and that took its toll a little. That being said, we came away having had a really good week. The staff in the hotel very much made it so a big thanks to them.

The location is fantastic. The views from the balcony of our bungalow were amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated. Cleaning of the rooms is not perfect, one can find some dust here and there with a bit of effort. On the other hand, there is a lot more fun stuff to do then check for dust. The food was good with sufficient choices. Entertainment was well arranged.

We had a great stay, very relaxing. The views are wonderful, it is in a quiet area just outside town with a nice walking path along the sea to the center. Food was varied enough and we always found something to enjoy (special mention to the lahmacun one evening). Staff was helpful and friendly. The room we got on the top floor of the main building (which was presented as an upgrade from the bungalow we had booked) was large but very dark and had very few power sockets available, one being just on top of the pillow in the middle of the bed, others requiring to unplug a lamp (even the kettle shared one with a lamp).

Beautiful central position, great for walks, no beach/sand but nice Waterfront. Can hop on a water taxi at the cost of 200 lira (£5) each way. Entertainment could be better but if you're staying and able try to secure a high room to be able to see the beautiful vista view

Hello holiday travellers. The hotel is nice to the beach not much walking distance and the rooms are also good. But unfortunately the service/ waiters at the restaurant place are very bad. Also the cleaning. They never ask you if you want / need anything. They only bring you water, but you have to ask that a several times also. For pepsi/sprite/alcohol and the rest you have to pick up by your self always in this hotel. Most waiters are rude not friendly at all. The food was on average. They are strictly with everything. Afternoon dinner finishes at 14:30 p.m. and evening dinner at 21:30 p.m. If you are 1/2 min later there is no food for you. So if you are looking for a luxe 5 stars hotel this is not worth your money. Better go to ideal prime beach or diamond hotel 5 minutes further. Have a nice day all!

Excellent in all areas, the rooms were cleaned everyday other than Friday (day off) rooms had everything you need for a family holiday. The grounds and upkeep were absolutely stunning. All staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant, nothing too much of an ask. The food was excellent and full of variety. The pools, absolutely beautiful along with the water park. If you are looking for a fun packed, family hotel then look no further, this place ticks all the boxes.

Food quite good. But when it comes to the cleanliness of the facility, there is one big but... for me this facility should not have 4 stars, but 3. The standard in the rooms is tragic. The rooms are old. Few attractions for children. I do not recommend and I would definitely not choose this facility again. The only plus is that it is close to go for a walk to Marina Rubicon.

We got a great value for the full family with all inclusive so this holiday was really a good price. But if I was to pay the normal price I would be very disappointed. The room was spacious with nice view but the room service was very poor the cleaners barely cleaned the floor was dirty even after the service was in the room so I take they didn’t really do much. Good really good two restaurants with lots of choices. Main pool area really great but again the pools were not cleaned - it’s a 4* hotel I would expect a little bit more we stayed in another hotel and staff cleaned pools every morning my husband got hurt because there was something sharp in the kids pool. With the safety a kid got injured in the restaurant smashing her finger because the chair was broken- although she screamed so much none of the staff came over or even got interested. The water park is really great but again so much dirt in there and surface very slippery around the kids area. I find this hotel really nice with so much to offer but for the family hotel I would expect a little bit more consideration of safety and cleanness. For the evening shows very simple but it was fun. We experienced better entertainment in other hotels that we were really looking forward to. I would still give 4 starts overall but again for families I think my points should be considered.

This is a public heath warning , this place is a dive please do not spend your hard earned money coming to this hotel. They are branded as a 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in better hostels . 1. Food cold , inedible . 2. Room was cleaned once in 7 days . 3. Rooms are filthy . 4. Hundreds of paper sprite cups littered all over the hotel . 5. Cutlery filthy and plates chipped . 6. Someone’s room got broken into and they stole all their belongings . 7. Bedside cabinet fell off wall mount nearly injuring my son . 8. Ferrel kids running around unsupervised touching food with their snotty fingers . 9. Raw burgers served for lunch 10. Cockroaches everywhere. If you like camping in a landfill on your holidays this is the place for you .

Great family holiday. Not posh and fancy but everything you need for a good time. Rooms spacious but basic, good variety of meals every night, with theme nights. The flambe bananas were amazing. polite staff. Good location to different trips/experiences. Kids splash park is everything you need to keep the little ones entertained. Kids entertainment is repetitive but they enjoy it though. Some of the beds are ridiculously hard, which has meant I've had minimal sleep. We've had 1 cockroach in the room, but look at the environment we're in, it's to be expected. Overall if you're looking for a nice family get away, this is for you. If you want loads of entertainment and luxury, this isn't for you.

We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.

I recently stayed at the Titanic Beach Spa and Aqua Park in Egypt with my 12-year-old son, and unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. We encountered a significant issue right at check-in. Despite booking for 1 adult and 1 child (12 years old), the hotel insisted that their record showed a booking for 1 adult and 1 child (3 years old). I was confident that I made the correct booking, but since it was late in the evening, I couldn't immediately contact my travel operator. I asked if the hotel could allow us to check in for one night until I could resolve the issue in the morning, but they refused. Instead, they demanded that I pay an additional £895 directly to the hotel for my son as a full adult. This was nearly double the amount I had already paid for the entire 10-night stay (£650 for both of us). I explained that I only had £300 available at the time, and after some back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to charge me £300 and check us in. While this allowed us to stay, the staff was rude and unfriendly throughout the process, making the situation unnecessarily stressful. They also forced me to sign a paper agreeing to pay the remainder or check out the next day. Thankfully, the issue was resolved with the help of my tour operator the following morning, but it took until the last day of our stay to receive a refund, and even then, it was £7.50 less than the full amount, which the hotel attributed to their bank's refund transaction fees—something that should not have been my responsibility. As for the hotel itself, the food was average at best, with limited variety. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much more—I've had better experiences at 4-star hotels in Turkey. The selection of alcoholic drinks and cocktails was also limited. On a positive note, the room was cleaned daily, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, the poor handling of the check-in issue and the lack of customer service overshadowed our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel, as the experience was far more stressful than it should have been.

Got moved from a promo room to a room with a balcony. The rooms are clean and large. The hotel is beautiful in the lobby etc. The food is amazing there's loads of choice and different restaurants you can eat in. The water park is amazing with not big queues. The drinks are local alcohol but good. The staff are lovely. There's loads of sunbeds everywhere. The entertainment is good. The hotel is connected to the Titanic palace so can use both.

The worst experience in my life. I went in many places but here is the worst experience ever. Every single worker asked for tips and if you didn’t give something you would’ve get all the stuff (anything from food to drinks) really slow. Every single worker looked at girls like they never saw one. I was afraid to let my girlfriend walk alone in the resort. They were whistling at girls like they were on the street. The guys who did our room never truly clean our room, but they built swans from the sheets. It was kinda nice, I must say, but in the end you want your room clean, right? It was not clean! Everywhere dirt on the floor. We had an altercation with another group, and the manager apologized and told us they will give us a present. What was the present? 2 apples and 2 bananas. WE ARE AT ALL INCLUSIVE WE CAN PICK OURSELVES FRUITS UP. I felt like they were mocking us. Yes, I should’ve complain about the workers for all the things above. But what would’ve happen? They would’ve sent me some more fruits. No thank you. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!

We booked as a last minute sunny holiday and the photos of the resort is what sold it to us. In the past we have been disappointed by the actual hotel based on the photos they advertise with but we were met with exactly the same beautifully refurbished rooms and clean pools. However the shower was not very warm in the room. The all-inclusive food in buffet style was much better than we have experienced before and there was always a large selection of freshly prepared food. The only downside was that there were no pint glasses for the tap beer so had to use wine glasses. The activities around the pool were great as well and got everyone involved and were well organised. The staff were so helpful and polite as well and you can hire beach towels for €10 each which I would recommend as it saves room in the suitcase and also cash on the last day paid for our taxi back to the airport. I would recommend not using the shuttle transfer from airport as this resort it only a 10/15 min drive away and cost under €20 each way. We also booked the Oasis Park Safari through the rep in the hotel and the coach did a return journey outside the hotel for €5. I would recommend the camel ride as well which you pay for separately. We wished that we had booked for longer!!

Hotel is ok but would not return. It is laid out across a large area. Pool areas extremely slippy and rubbish left everywhere. Location is up a hill which is fine for people who are able to walk etc with ease. Shop/Amenities all close by along with a few pubs/places to eat.

I am in love with this island. As a single mum traveling with three kids (16, 8 and 5), for the first time abroad, I was slightly apprehensive given some reviews. In reality the holiday was wonderful. The restaurant staff are amazing. One waiter in particular was very lovely and deserves recognition by the hotel manager (particularly for putting up with me and the kids practicing our Spanish). Unfortunately, I never got his name to be able to mention him directly and he left for a 33 day vacation half way through our stay 😞. However, it is fair to say it was not the same after he left. The food is excellent and even as vegetarians, me and the kids were not stuck for choice. The location is glorious and it is convenient for accessing the beach. I personally found the accommodation to be perfectly located and peaceful too. My daughter has sensory needs and can easily be overwhelmed by noise and that was not the case here. I think she only had one meltdown the entire holiday. The choice of pools is great but the poolside is slippery and my eldest hit her head, so be careful. Pools are clean and toilets, bar snacks and drinks are easily accessible. The accommodation was comfortable and fresh, it was cleaned twice during the stay to a very high standard. The cleaners even arranged the kids toys beautifully on their beds which made their day. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was nothing major. Also, the hotel accommodation is not spread out as far as some reviews make out. I found it quick and convenient to access pools/bars/restaurant. I also felt 100% safe on my own with three children, both in the accommodation and walking around site. I would love to return here again soon as I know we would be guaranteed a great holiday. I did thank staff at reception in person before leaving too. The only drawback to this holiday was the minority of other rude British holidaymakers who showed little respect to staff who work hard.

Not what we expected. No welcome drink. Room waited nearly 4 hours and only got a room when hubby got angry. Lots of un kept pavements and roads bar in complex b best part staff amazing not a lot of food choice in main restaurant. A long walk to area c for entertainment and not good if you have walking difficulties. Bars and restaurants nearby very good. Love this resort but won't be back in a hurry not to this hotel

Me and my partner on holiday were seriously worried after looking at the reviews before went about the break ins and uncleanliness. On that we didn’t hear on any break ins while we was there our room was clean but some rooms look new and some looked run down. We didn’t hear multiple people complaining about there room and how there were cockroaches in there room we didn’t have one. The location was really close to town 5-10 minutes good location. All staff friendly the jet2 rep Carl was amazing with the things he offers. The restaurant looked like it was newly done owt and the food was good not many options but enough to choose from and that’s coming from a picky eater. But I will say be careful when picking up plates because nearly every time I got a plate I had to put it down to get a clean one. One thing that didn’t sit well with us is there are roads in between the rooms so anyone can just walk around your hotel rooms and you would never know. And also at c there was a disgusting smell near the drinks section

Firstly I am not one to complain and write a bad review, but this really was misleading from the photos and the minute we got there. Firstly we was all inclusive and I’m not even exaggerating, the food was disgusting, reheated and the choice of food was appalling. We had to eat out for breakfast and dinners most nights as the food really wasn’t acceptable. We spent around 520 Euros on food whilst being there. I have an 11 month old son who was living off cold chips which was not acceptable. Second of all the waitress at the all inclusive bar was very rude. The bar closes at 10pm and she was refusing to make any drinks from 9:30pm. She was rolling her eyes and tutting at me and being disgustingly rude to me and other people that were around the bar. We didn’t have our room cleaned once since being there. My partner asked for clean towel and we didn’t get any. We also had ants in our kitchen area which we had to spray many of times. We had a problem with the pool. It had from what I can only explain as sick around inside of the pool. We told the staff there and it wasn’t dealt with for hours, we had to tell people to get out as it was so unhygienic. This has to be one of the worst places I have been. The photos on the website are dated and misleading.

I am very disappointed with my stay here. I felt very unsafe to the point I had to change hotels as people are trying to climb into your room and steal your belongings. I would advise people not to sleep with any windows or doors open. Furthermore, the rooms are dirty and have a bad smell of wee and bins. The bedding and towels are already stained. The food is not great, one night the chicken was cold and pink inside. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Poor! Yes you get what you pay for. Well not really! No cleaning or bedding and towels changed. Bins overflowing in room with no spare bags. No washing up equipment or even a bar of soap!! Worst thing was drug dealers living just up the road and touting people in the complex. Also living it up with a woman tourist next door. Who had kids!! Loved this place 20 years ago. Won't be back!!!

DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS. The scariest stay I’ve ever had abroad! We booked this holiday as a surprise holiday for my mums 70th we were in a group of 16. the holiday started off amazing and we were so excited, rooms were not the best but was very happy with mine as it had aircon. I was in the room alone with my partner and my son, we are a same sex relationship so two females and a 4 year old. It came apparent very quickly that we were opposite a drug den at number 12, we were in room 49. You couldn’t walk the streets without being offered drugs. I read some reviews which was a big mistake and saw that somebody had been r worded a few weeks before, our second to last day my partner had gone to the shop and I was showering my little boy, when my dad called me and said get in the bedroom and hide, I looked out of the window to see two men with guns pointing at my next door neighbour throwing massive rocks that broke the pavement outside my appartment, absolutely petrified as a young girl with my four year old alone in a room with people outside with guns. We went to the reception they couldn’t move our room they said they would have security patrol the street and also police presence all throughout the night… they didn’t. And all you heard all night was shouting and fighting coming from number 12. Very on edge all night (didn’t have money to move to another hotel so wasn’t an option) DO NOT STAY HERE. They have no security, and quite frankly do not care. What was meant to be the holiday of a life time with my whole family turned into hell. Cleanliness doesn’t exist The room had an ant infestation and we were told they would clean our room in the morning they didn’t, we were given bug spray to sort it ourselves. Food, poor selection amazing if you only want chips and onion rings. Just avoid. Completely!

Dirty disgusting lifeless soulless place worst holiday of my life I had to endure people smoking drugs next door we couldn’t open the door because of the smell. People playing loud music in the early hours and brawling drunks. This place needs total refurbishing woodworm dirty floors bath toilet old beds dirty broken patio furniture pillows had more lumps than the desert the sofa bed stank inadequate fans it was so bad we hired a car just to get away from the place. Had to ask for clean bed linen and towels. This is only the tip of the iceberg and I could go on and on about rude staff giving wrong directions and a gate key but no key to the accommodation and everything else that’s wrong with the place. I’m not into big posh hotels the only thing I expect is clean room bed bath towels and bedding to be changed on a regular basis (2-3 times a weekit had none of these I’ve stayed in many two star places as well as five and four star hotels and of all the two stars this is the worst it doesn’t deserve 2 stars it should be unrated and if I could have given a minus score then I would have .

My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

We are currently on our 5th night. From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days. Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful. Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. Most staff speak great English. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is inland, but a free shuttle is provided for the beach. Staff are friendly and hardworking. I do, however, have two complaints. Jet2 advertise the hotel as a family destination yet there is no gate on the children's pool area which would add a level of added security. We are travelling with 2 toddlers, yet we have been allocated rooms over the smoking area and the pool bar where nightly very loud entertainment does not finish until 11pm. It can be heard even with the balcony doors closed, which also makes sleep difficult as the air-conditioning unit is portable and needs to be vented through the open door! There is a ceiling fan, but this just circulates hot air. We have twice requested quieter family rooms only to be told the hotel is full and there are none available. This is despite an email request before we arrived, and there have been two changeover days during our stay so far. The hotel does not appear to be full, but maybe there are a lot of rooms with single occupancy. I therefore could not recommend this hotel as a destination for families with young children.

Mum and I went on holiday here 11-18 October 2024 3 star hotel. Staff polite friendly and helpful Rooms needed air conditioning not just a unit which was very noisy only pool view get the units. Or you can pay 5 euro a day for it. Pool bar was great serves food and you can have any drinks after 11pm you pay shuts at 12am. Entertainment was wonderful in evening and in day also entertainment was great for all. Buffet food in dinning room A lot to chose from sometime it is cold but what do expect when it's a heated unit. Chefs keep checking to replace food quickly Tables get cleaned also quickly

Great facilities from the pool bar to the snack counter. I can't really find anything bad to say. The animation team were always around and the evening entertainment was way better than expected. A free bus shuttles you to maspalomas beach. The rooms are somewhat tired and would benefit from some TLC. Our bath plug had enough mastic sealing it you could have used it to plug the hole in the titanic. Overall a good hotel and with a little TLC would be a great hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool area is well maintained. The location is not ideal if you prefer local shopping. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Filion- Sugar villa. Service was perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful, they accommodated with everything we needed. We had very beautiful view with mountains and sea. In the villa was really clean and we found everything what we needed, like kitchen utensils. There was also nice terrace with the private pool and the grill. The restaurant had amazing medetarian food, where you can choose everything from self service buffet. Really recommend the place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found all of the staff to be very kind and helpful, fixing any issues we had quickly. Reception, restaurant, bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly. Room was always left clean with fantastic views from the balcony. Only issue was WiFi connection was quite temperamental in our room. There are three pools to choose from with plenty loungers, with the one we picked very quiet but great to lounge or swim at. Food was perhaps a small selection but still enough. Grilled food was always excellent and always fresh salad available. Downside would be the location. While it is quiet due to being in the hills, this means the local town isn’t walkable but they do offer a free shuttle bus there and back. Overall, an excellent stay.

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Good Location it’s near where you can walk to shops or have lunch or dinner out or go out in the evening to have a drink

Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week whilst visiting paphos. Tldr; Overall, I would give this hotel 3/5 stars, good hotel ONLY if you get it for a good price like we did. I wouldn't recommend it at all for young couples in their 20s and early 30s or anyone seeking anything other than sun, beach and being poolside. Rooms 2/5: the rooms are dated and not particularly well equipped. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are really poor. The air con in the room works fine, the TV is tiny, has about 8 channels that are all in greek. We got the sea view room and the view was good however depending on which sea view room you got your view could be amazing or awful. Our towels were changed daily and bed made with some light cleaning. Staff/service 3/5: once again it was just decent. The staff don't really talk to you or say much, they're not particularly friendly but not rude either. A very average service throughout. Food 4/5: the food was surprisingly good considering it was included, we got half board breakfast and dinner and both are buffet style. We were both surprised at the quality and the amount of choice. Notably the meat choices for the dinner service. I read a few reviews before coming to the hotel, that the food was poor however it is clear that those people were unrealistic considering this is a hotel on the cheaper side. Drink 2/5: I usually wouldn't write a section just for drink but this is important. They have the WORST selection of 3 beers and 0 cider options which was surprising to me. They do however get +1 star for the cocktails that although do not look great and are not made with any real care, are loaded with what I can only call "super measures" of spirits. Hotel environment. 3/5: once again it was very standard and nothing special. The pool is big with ample seating, there is a standard sized indoor pool and sauna and a TV room with a small TV. There is daily evening entertainment which is probably the worst thing about the hotel. It was either music or bingo or both, and the musicians could have been anyone they pulled off the street, furthermore you have no choice in listening to it and the windows are not soundproof. Local area 3/5: you're pretty far out from the centre of pathos but there are travel options very close to the hotel. There is a particularly good beach spot a short walk away but be advised, other than this beach there is nothing else to do locally that is not shopping or eating. There was no evidence of local crime or scamming going on and the area seemed safe and mostly clean.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Olympic Lagoon hotel in Pathos and I must say, the food was exceptional. From the variety of choices offered each day to the option of experiencing the three on-site restaurants, my taste buds were constantly satisfied. What truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived at reception to the interactions with everyone from guest relations through to the house keeping team, I was impressed by their professionalism and hardworking attitude. While the entertainment and drinks available at the hotel were top-notch, I did notice one area that could use improvement. As newlyweds, we were hoping to have a dance whilst enjoying the evenings, but unfortunately, it was not possible. It would be wonderful if the hotel could incorporate this into their offerings, perhaps with an hour of music and dancing following the final performance each evening. This small addition would truly elevate the overall experience at the hotel. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. The excellent food and exceptional customer service definitely made our stay memorable. I hope my feedback regarding the potential for evening entertainment is helpful and I look forward to returning in the future.

Big shout out to Elena the bar tender in the swim up bar, you truly are an asset to the hotel. First, let me point out that my experience was not during school holidays. Huge shout to Antonio in reception, Ludmila in housekeeping, Dora in the buffet restaurant, Olga in the spa, and the great team in the You and Me bar. You guys gave the best service and made our days. (Apologies for spelling mistakes in your names). I loved the resort. Our room was pool/sea view and a delight. I only wish for: handles on the outside of the balcony doors so I could save my nails; a light for the table on the balcony when the sun went down. (Spectacular sunsets, BTW). We only managed to get into the Captain's Deck and Seven Orchids restaurants - highly rate the Orchids!!! Book on your first day as the tablets go fast. As for the buffet - the most I can say is that the food was edible. Unfortunately, it lacked flavour and didn't really address the themes they were going for. The pasta station made a fab arabiatta sauce for me, though; my favourite meal was breakfast. Please do go to the Rock and Roll cafe - apart from the Orchids, this place has the best food. One warning: the hotel uses a particular lime scented cleaning agent and sometimes the food, and even the drinks, carried the taste of it - don't be shy about sending it back. There's obviously an issue with their rinse cycles. The pools were really only used by a few children, and so were lovely calm oases. The sea was divine. Easy to get to, within walking distance of the harbour, and a quick taxi ride to the old town. We didn't use the gym, or the entertainment areas, but could hear the singers that were on the patio of an evening. Considering they had just finished high season, the place was almost immaculate, with just a few bits that needed touching up - the maintenance crew had done a great job. Please do thank the wonderful maintenance teams if you see them, as they keep the place looking great. Highly recommend it. We might go back if the piggy bank fattens up. 😁

- We booked our holiday in 02/ 2024 directly via your booking office, we wanted rooms with sea view but we received rooms with inland view, we were informed that we are not going to have the rooms with sea view the evening before departure to Cyprus via email. We received family rooms, we didn't need four beds. The view from the room was disgusting. It was noisy, it stunk because of the kitchen ventilation, awful. - There are way too many sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. In the garden there were mud because of the watering system of the lawn. - The hosteses were mostly very serious and not hospitable. When there were weddings in the resort, their music was louder than the music in the restaurant. I waited on a queue to take some food because there were so many people. The empty plates stayed on the table for a very long time. definitely not a 5* hotel experience. There are way better 5* resorts than this one, so we are not coming again.

This is a large, clean, stylish and modern hotel, but is lacking in the personal touches customers would expect, with this star rating. The weather the second week in May was unseasonably cool, and the hotel was cold. It was often difficult to find staff for service in the bars, especially around the pool areas. It lacks atmosphere and friendliness.

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas. I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

We got a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children which is fair to say wasn't adequate. Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks. Kids pool was really good and amazing way to spend a day, also the shuttle transfer to the beach was a plus, however any shops were about 25 minute walk away from the hotel and the shop in the hotel has barely anything in it so if you need something (which in our case was formula and nappies) it's some distance. Staff were trying to be helpful, particularly guys in reception, very good!

Great value hotel. We had a lovely holiday with the children here. If you arrive with you’re paying for a 3* hotel in mind you won’t have any issues, I think some people think they’re at a 5* when leaving negative reviews. The food was lovely with lots to choose from, there was always something to eat and a good variety of meats. There was plenty to choose from with the drinks so no issues there. Lots of pools to choose from which was great with the kids, a lovely beach a walk away from the hotel and a park on the resort. The place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel reception staff were great and very accommodating moving us room to one with a balcony upon request. My only issue with the hotel and our over all experience was the kids club staff, we found them to be very rude and some of the activities were at a charge, which is ok but if your don’t have cash there is no ATM on site. On our last day one of the kids club staff actually stood at the gate not letting anyone in unless they pay €10 for T-shirt making. There was no letting the children in just to play and not participate in the T-shirt making. I would have liked to of put 5* and resolved my issues at the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak with reception before my bus arrived. All in all we had a very positive experience here.

Very good overall experience! 1)Food & Drink Food was great and the menu is changing every day during the week. Plenty of meals to choose from and we always found something good to eat. (There is plenty of space for improvement in the desert section and also in the way the restaurant operates) Food was always tasty and fresh and also the restaurant working hours are a big advantage (you will never stay hungry or miss a meal). Variety of drinks at the bar Definitely worth it for the price and considering that this is a 3* hotel 2)Sometimes overcrowded The hotel has a very big accommodation capacity (rooms and beds for people to sleep) but during my stay there is seems that the services ( restaurant and bars and entertainment stage area ) are struggling to keep up. Staff working hard to please everyone and seen customers become a bit wild and inconsiderate by blocking other people's view. 3) Just as a suggestion towards the management next to the entertainment stage I would say that you need a few Bug/Fly killer ( electrical device to eliminate the bugs) 4) Entertainment Kids club/kids entertainment is absolutely amazing. The entertainment staff is great and the kids can have loads of fun and have plenty of activities suitable for all ages/genders. Loads of activities and competitions for teenagers and adults as well. Different shows every night after the mini disco and bingo. I've seen a lot of areas that would need improvement and would help the hotel improve their customer service and improve the way the hotel operates and could be helpful. Whilst it was lovely to get some time away there were issues experienced at this hotel, our time there was september 15-22, first 2 days there were pretty good but come the Wednesday my friend had been ill after the fish that was served at the restaurant buffet. The hotel rooms were small cold and not sound proof whatsoever resulting in constant banging every night from neighbouring rooms, the entertainment along with the food was not the greatest and repetitive. The amount of bugs including ants that we found in our hotel bathroom floor and towels was found pretty much every morning roaming around not hygienic at all. On our last day there we weren't aware that our checkout was at noon as no one at reception told us that when we checked in and also there was a man on holiday bit wasted who went up to reception desk asking the receptionists questions that they could not understand as he was clearly intoxicated, as he was leaving they did the right thing on checking to see if he was alright but then proceeded as they were coming back to laugh and mock this gentleman for how he was which is utterly disrespectful and shows lack of customer service. I will say on the other hand of the bad things there was a lovely lady who worked in the local shop in the hotel who couldn't be kinder and more sweet, and bar staff were also polite and respectful.

More remote than I thought, but in a lovely location. Close to some nice walks and also close to the small town (walkable in about 20 mins). Service: Cleaners do an amazing job. My room was spotless and they are lovely and friendly. I wasn't overly impressed by the service at reception when checking in (I checked in after midnight when I arrived) and check out (I checked out at 3am). They seemed ok at other times, the younger members were more pleasant. The canteen; I found them all to be rude with the exception of a young girl. She couldn't be more helpful. I wish I got her name, but she was absolutely lovely. The bar staff were all great and the life guard was helpful, giving me a plaster when I needed it. Drinks were fine and there was plenty on offer throughout the day. What was disappointing was the food and the entertainment wasn't my cup of tea, but you can't please everyone! I did overall enjoy the holiday and would go back again.
