There is really only one word to describe this hotel: vast. The place is absolutely huge and anyone without a good sense of direction will get lost at least once there. That being sad the place is gorgeous and the service is amazing. The interior design does need a bit of a refurbishment, but that does not affect the experience of the place. It has a ridiculous amount of swim pools and bars with snacks spread throughout so one does not need to move much to get food or drink. Some bars did go out of glasses far too quickly, but it is understandable the logistic to keep all bars stacked with glasses might not be so easy to achieve. The food was varied and did cater for most needs. Only constructive criticism is the he lack of allergens information on the dishes which could easily be done. Totally recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Decided to take my family here for Holiday. I am completely amazed by the quality of the place, the food was amazing, clean and loads of fun activities to do. Staff deserve praise, they are very kind and helpful, especially Anna who helped me and my family with enquiries and gave us tips on what should we do. Can't wait to come back and hopefully see Anna again, her customer service is on another level! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have great time.

Just spent a week at this hotel, ignore any bad reviews, myself and my children had the best time! Rooms are so big, very clean and have everything you need. Entertainment team are great! So much to do here! Food is no different to most all inclusive resorts, there's plenty to choose from! Water park is great and live that they have a private beach. 5 star review from us!

The holiday was wonderful. We are really happy, that we found this hotel. We are really lucky, that the week was a full of 100. The animation gave us such a happy feeling, they all were very nice and we only can say, we will come again :) It made our Heart smile:)

I have just spent a week at the Callao Gardens- fully inclusive. I was a tad reticent before we left due some of the negative reviews regarding the decor, food and stairs. The hotel is of its time (1990s) but more importantly it is very clean, tidy and the rooms are huge. The food has been amazing. Lots of choice, lots of variety and, well, lots. Back to the diet next week!! Yes, there are many stairs but not so many that it's a deal breaker. My mum, whom I travelled with, is 82 and she's managed them extremely well. In fact, we are both now fitter than we were when we arrived. Although, sadly it has not burned off all the eating we've managed. The location is lovely, the weather has been outstanding and there are 3 pools to choose from. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for but on this occasion, we got much more. Come to the Callao Gardens, if you want a quiet, chilled peaceful holiday. I did and would again😊

Just finished a 4 night stay here and, honestly, considering some of the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. There are a LOT of steps due the the nature of the location but they do help work off the calories following the perfectly adequate breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The food is reasonable and plentiful, if somewhat lacking in range/choice. The pools are great, the rooms, although dated, are perfectly acceptable and spacious. The one thing I'd suggest is they replace the coffee makers in the rooms with kettles although you can microwave water for tea/coffee at a pinch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning here again should we get the chance. The staff were fantastic!

Worst hotel I was ever booked in, and I have been in a lot of hotels. Our bed was completely broken on arrival, super old and hard as rock. The room was awful. Like 40 years old equipment, walls uneven and falling apart, everything smells old. Sofa in the room looked so disgusting i was afraid to touch. Bathtub rusty. Toilet so old it has changed shaped from all the people sitting on it and bad smell of sewerage in the bathroom. It should have been completely renovated like 20 years ago. Food bellow average but acceptable. But the worst part, we got money stolen from our room. They must have been watching us somehow because the money was left alone in the room for like 2-3 hours max. And it was gone, from a locked room during dinner. Hotel stuff didnt care. Just told us to go to police, not willing to even call them for us or do anything. It was like 1 hour of travel from the hotel to go to the police, and it was our last day. So we had no time to do that sadly. Not sure if it would be helpful since the hotel is so old that there are not cameras except reception. Please, AVOID this hotel. You will not enjoy your stay here.

It's a really nice place if you're going around Tenerife, like if you're going to Siam park or loro park it isn't far. Really nice, food is good a few options, same as room service, you can have breakfast or dinner if you want or make something there. There is also a bar and pools the people there are very nice

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Pros: The weather Plenty of sunbeds ( but old & in need of replacing), no towel reserving. Cons: Bath was rusty, chipped enamel, no grout, broken tiles. No window, fan or ventilation. No toilet roll on arrival. Furniture dated and shabby, peeling pain on walls. Wardrobe stank, smell so overpowering gave headache.Had to sleep with bedroom door open due to smell. Only one narrow, very high slit window in bedroom, with fixed closed shutters so no natural light and no means of emergency exit if required. Whole place smelt damp. 6 inches space either side of the beds so bang head every time stand up out of bed. Cleaned every two days and damp sheets put on bed every time. Kitchen area was old, broken and not enough utensils to cook with. Very limited food choice in restaurant. Most food cold. Those reviews who've said food good must have very low standards or like like cold, bland food. Salad OK. Very little to do in area, car hire recommended. We had low expectations given the price paid but would never stay here again. Have stayed in other 3 star bluesea hotels in Spain that were far far superior. Reported concerns to lastminute.com with photo/video evidence who offered change of hotel - however stopped responding when we said yes, please find us alternative.

My stay at this hotel was overall very good, for which I was pleasantly surprised. I booked last minute and was not expecting a lot for what I paid. How wrong was I.. the beds are super comfy, rooms spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel. My stay was in block 2 on the 33rd floor in room 2 which I thought was high until I realised it goes up to floor 43... I spoke to Elena the Guest Experience member of staff today and told her I was very happy. The food in the restaurant is very good, lots of choice and plenty of it. The restaurant staff are a bit surly but you can't have everything. The only gripe I have is, if you are not all inclusive then the water you order in the restaurant comes in glass bottles which you cannot take out of the restaurant. All inclusive comes in plastic bottles which you can. When I asked for a plastic bottle I was told I could not have one as I was paying!!! It didn't make a lot of sense to me. On the whole a great experience. 😁

This hotel clearly caters for an easily pleased client. The room are very dated with paper thin walls providing all night acoustics. The food was awful as was the customer service. This hotel should be iconic not ironic.

One thing I really dislike about this hotel is how the previous management took so many shortcuts with such a beautiful property. It’s absolutely grand, but you can clearly see and sense where the drive for profit started to overshadow quality. There are unfinished walls, cheap plastic chairs, and budget-looking blue bedding that detract from its charm. If the hotel were given the love and attention to detail it truly deserves, it could easily become one of the finest in Spain. I genuinely wish this for the hotel. While it is a great place to stay overall, the lack of attention to detail becomes apparent once you leave the lobby. The rooftop relies only on its views and even some rooms feel neglected. It’s shocking that a hotel of this caliber hasn’t invested in proper furniture or a full renovation. Instead, they focus on a few so-called "premium" rooms, which come at an extra cost but still feature cheap plastic balcony chairs and unfinished, chipped balcony concrete walls with no paint or care. On a positive note, the hotel has great potential, and everything else about it is promising. I just wish the management would invest & love their hotel as much as their guests do.

There are so many positives about this hotel but without a doubt their one strength is their staff - they were singularly amazing. They immediately made us feel at home - friendly, helpful and good fun. Well done to all of them but a special mention to Camila and Begonia. As always with these sort of reviews, if you're the kind of person who is polite, appreciative of people's hard work and treat them with respect, you'll love the staff here. The food is really good. Great variety, good salads, some cracking dishes and you're never far away from a good paella! We were here during Halloween and I have to say they went out on a limb here and really took care of the kids that were in the hotel with a massive trick or treat round of the hotel and a cool little homemade terror tunnel. Downside? Well, yes there was one. Our room was a little tired - 0501 in the smaller tower. We had a faulty shower, a dodgy cistern and some open cracks in the wall - it just wasn't what we have been used to from this hotel. We ended up being moved which took a couple of days and that took its toll a little. That being said, we came away having had a really good week. The staff in the hotel very much made it so a big thanks to them. Feb 2025 - rooms have been updated and are looking fresher!

Hotel is well run, clean and overall good. Only reason to visit reception was to get information. Not central to Benidorm but well within reach on public transport. A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't. The food was nice enough and last night's food was really tasty. Coffee is not nice.

The location is fantastic. The views from the balcony of our bungalow were amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated. Cleaning of the rooms is not perfect, one can find some dust here and there with a bit of effort. On the other hand, there is a lot more fun stuff to do then check for dust. The food was good with sufficient choices. Entertainment was well arranged.

We had a great stay, very relaxing. The views are wonderful, it is in a quiet area just outside town with a nice walking path along the sea to the center. Food was varied enough and we always found something to enjoy (special mention to the lahmacun one evening). Staff was helpful and friendly. The room we got on the top floor of the main building (which was presented as an upgrade from the bungalow we had booked) was large but very dark and had very few power sockets available, one being just on top of the pillow in the middle of the bed, others requiring to unplug a lamp (even the kettle shared one with a lamp).

Beautiful central position, great for walks, no beach/sand but nice Waterfront. Can hop on a water taxi at the cost of 200 lira (£5) each way. Entertainment could be better but if you're staying and able try to secure a high room to be able to see the beautiful vista view

I spend few days in Labranda hotel for summer holiday. First of all I like the hotel, it's huge hotel, with many good fasilities. The location is very nice, quite far from city center, quiet , calm, nice seaside. The room was super ok, with balcony, clean everyday. During summer they have different entertainment every night. The food was ok actually but for 5 days we spend there seems not that much varieties , but still ok for sure. Some of the staffs I don't know when they knows you are local people they will treat you not as same as foreigners (more like not friendly I guess) which is funny , i am not turkish but I went there with my partner (and he is turkish) :) . Anyway, all things are absolutely awesome actually . Oh and one thing at least the housekeeping staffs are super amazing, smiling, and very helpful :) . On our arrival they didn't created that , but then the following days , (We were not on honeymoon ) but everyday they made lovely hearts interior from the towel , that's super sweet and lovely 😍. Well, overall I like the hotel, everything are awesome!! Thanks 🫰

Having seen some of the reviews here, I was slightly apprehensive of our stay at HL Paradise Island. I needn't have been, we had a brilliant time. The hotel is nice. It needs a little bit of upkeep but it's still very pleasant. We stayed with three kids (7, 5 and 2) and they had the time of their little lives - the pools are great (yes, it's February, the water is cold!) but there is so much to do! There is a good variety of food at the all inclusive and the quality of the food is much better than I expected. The Asian cuisine is a particular highlight! The staff are great and the kids loved the mini disco each evening. Overall, a great stay and great value for money. We will be back! 😄

There was a large selection of water slides and a great children’s play area. There was also very good entertainment for children in the evenings🌇. Staff were very helpful especially the receptionists and the bar staff, Madeline and Jasmina. Cleaners came every day and the whole area was kept spotless. Our apartment was very pleasant. My family and I had an upstairs apartment with two single beds and one couch bed. The water pressure on the shower was excellent. We also had a spacious balcony with a great view of the water slides 🛝😊. There were a few onsite photographers who took amazing family photographs 📸 New Year’s Eve was an incredible night. Each person was given a party bag with party hats, streamers etc. The fireworks were fantastic and the experience overall was one to be remembered 🎉.

Rooms are looking a bit scruffy in places but the hotel is not generally treated well by guests. Staff work hard and are mostly polite and friendly. Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Entertainment is very noisy and quite late. Many guests smoke in public areas, leave food and rubbish all over the place and use the bathroom towels for sunbeds, leaving towels out on sunbeds when not in use. We emailed the manager via reception email address twice but never received a reply. Food was good mostly and varied and water park was good. We are not planning to return to this hotel.

Stayed here for a week all-inclusive. The hotel room was good but needed updating. There was a kettle and some cups but no tea or coffee. Nothing major. The food was a big letdown. They served more or less the same thing every day. The only difference was the cooked meats. Chicken pork and beef. Desserts were the same day in and day out. The only time you could get a hot drink with your food was breakfast. For all other meals, it was cold drinks only. The only other place to get food if the restaurant was closed was at the bar. If you weren't quick, you didn't have a chance. It was a sandwich or nothing. Plus was the staff were very helpful and attentive.

I knew this was going to be a great place to holiday from when they had us sit down and have something to eat and drink before we had even checked in! Hospitality is 10/10 the rooms are clean as well as the hotel as a whole. The food was glorious! And we had a different theme every night. Entertainment is also super! Both day and night there is always something to do. Both myself and my children have had our best holiday here and I can’t wait to return in the summer. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

But we all choose Egypt because we are attracted by their culture and music, but unfortunately it is not heard anywhere in the resort. Unfortunately, I did not listen to a single Egyptian song at the disco. I would have liked to dance to their music.

We booked this hotel for 4 adults and 2 kids. We should be here from today but after arrival they informed us about overbooking. They didn't have rooms for us so transferred us to different hotel. When we arrive to other hotel they said that they didn't know anything about our arrival. Spent few hours in lobby and finally we got room. That's unacceptable. It shouldn't happen. We booked holiday 5 months before and also contacted reception by email few weeks before so thought that all will be fine. Do not recommended this hotel to no-one.

Beautiful all around. The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You can also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest.

I spent two fantastic weeks at Titanic Beach Hotel in Hurghada as a solo traveller. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a hardworking and personable staff. I stayed in room 3318 and want to highlight my cleaner, Mohamed (Adam). He did an exceptional job, creating beautiful decorations on the bed and ensuring my room was fresh and spotless every day. Mohamed is friendly, diligent, and a true asset to the hotel. Thank you for your care and dedication! In the main restaurant, I’d like to give special mention to Thomas and Mahmoud. Before I even sat down, a bottle of water was always ready at my usual table. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood out. All the waiters were kind, professional, and friendly, and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Thank you for taking such great care of me! I also want to thank the beach waiters (whose names, unfortunately, I forgot) for their lovely service. They were attentive and ensured I was never without a drink. Additionally, Ibrahim, the lifeguard at the back and near the slides, was a kind and approachable person. All of them work incredibly hard, and I hope their efforts are recognized by the hotel management. However, I do want to point out a few areas for improvement. The food at the main restaurant was not very varied and, at times, lacked flavor. I’m not a picky eater, but I struggled to find dishes I truly enjoyed. The morning pancakes and waffles were delightful, and I did have a good meal with noodles and beef once, but overall, the quality and variety need improvement. Lastly, I’d like to address a sensitive issue: some staff members seem to assume that a solo female traveler is automatically interested in male attention. Please understand that friendliness and a smile are not invitations for pushy or controlling behavior. Respecting boundaries is crucial, and "no" should always be accepted gracefully. All in all, I had a wonderful time at Titanic Beach and am leaving with a happy heart and renewed energy. Thank you for the memorable stay!

This was my first experience of an all inclusive hotel…and it will be my last! Pictures are very outdated, pools, slides and facilities all need a good clean. The children’s club looks like it has never been cleaned. The hot water in the shower was hit and miss and the room was in need of some TLC, plug sockets hanging off walls, smashed TV, bad paint cover ups. We had a bad experience with some noisy neighbours (very aggressive domestic violence situation, fulled by alcohol and drugs). The hotel was very unhelpful claiming that they had no rooms to move us to. Eventually after I showed them that we could book a room online they accommodated us into a quieter part of the complex. My children were terrified. A terrifying experience made worse by the hotels lack of support.

A lovely hotel, plenty of food and drink. The only downside was that from our apartment to the restaurant, it was a good 5-minute walk, and if we were at the main pool area, it was an 8-minute walk. I was travelling with a 5-year-old and 14-year-old, so not fast walkers 🤦🏾‍♀️. Overall, we will definitely go back again. Our room had a view of most of Caletta De Fueste, so I loved it ❤️

We booked as a last minute sunny holiday and the photos of the resort is what sold it to us. In the past we have been disappointed by the actual hotel based on the photos they advertise with but we were met with exactly the same beautifully refurbished rooms and clean pools. However the shower was not very warm in the room. The all-inclusive food in buffet style was much better than we have experienced before and there was always a large selection of freshly prepared food. The only downside was that there were no pint glasses for the tap beer so had to use wine glasses. The activities around the pool were great as well and got everyone involved and were well organised. The staff were so helpful and polite as well and you can hire beach towels for €10 each which I would recommend as it saves room in the suitcase and also cash on the last day paid for our taxi back to the airport. I would recommend not using the shuttle transfer from airport as this resort it only a 10/15 min drive away and cost under €20 each way. We also booked the Oasis Park Safari through the rep in the hotel and the coach did a return journey outside the hotel for €5. I would recommend the camel ride as well which you pay for separately. We wished that we had booked for longer!!

I am in love with this island. As a single mum traveling with three kids (16, 8 and 5), for the first time abroad, I was slightly apprehensive given some reviews. In reality the holiday was wonderful. The restaurant staff are amazing. One waiter in particular was very lovely and deserves recognition by the hotel manager (particularly for putting up with me and the kids practicing our Spanish). Unfortunately, I never got his name to be able to mention him directly and he left for a 33 day vacation half way through our stay 😞. However, it is fair to say it was not the same after he left. The food is excellent and even as vegetarians, me and the kids were not stuck for choice. The location is glorious and it is convenient for accessing the beach. I personally found the accommodation to be perfectly located and peaceful too. My daughter has sensory needs and can easily be overwhelmed by noise and that was not the case here. I think she only had one meltdown the entire holiday. The choice of pools is great but the poolside is slippery and my eldest hit her head, so be careful. Pools are clean and toilets, bar snacks and drinks are easily accessible. The accommodation was comfortable and fresh, it was cleaned twice during the stay to a very high standard. The cleaners even arranged the kids toys beautifully on their beds which made their day. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was nothing major. Also, the hotel accommodation is not spread out as far as some reviews make out. I found it quick and convenient to access pools/bars/restaurant. I also felt 100% safe on my own with three children, both in the accommodation and walking around site. I would love to return here again soon as I know we would be guaranteed a great holiday. I did thank staff at reception in person before leaving too. The only drawback to this holiday was the minority of other rude British holidaymakers who showed little respect to staff who work hard.

Just back after 10 days In the sun,we had a great holiday 2 adults and a 2 year old, toddler loved the pirate kids pool would spend all day there,,sun doesn't come round until 11am but the pool is heated for them.. Food was great in the evening all freshly cooked and something for everyone 😋

My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

We are currently on our 5th night. From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days. Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful. Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. Most staff speak great English. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is inland, but a free shuttle is provided for the beach. Staff are friendly and hardworking. I do, however, have two complaints. Jet2 advertise the hotel as a family destination yet there is no gate on the children's pool area which would add a level of added security. We are travelling with 2 toddlers, yet we have been allocated rooms over the smoking area and the pool bar where nightly very loud entertainment does not finish until 11pm. It can be heard even with the balcony doors closed, which also makes sleep difficult as the air-conditioning unit is portable and needs to be vented through the open door! There is a ceiling fan, but this just circulates hot air. We have twice requested quieter family rooms only to be told the hotel is full and there are none available. This is despite an email request before we arrived, and there have been two changeover days during our stay so far. The hotel does not appear to be full, but maybe there are a lot of rooms with single occupancy. I therefore could not recommend this hotel as a destination for families with young children.

Mum and I went on holiday here 11-18 October 2024 3 star hotel. Staff polite friendly and helpful Rooms needed air conditioning not just a unit which was very noisy only pool view get the units. Or you can pay 5 euro a day for it. Pool bar was great serves food and you can have any drinks after 11pm you pay shuts at 12am. Entertainment was wonderful in evening and in day also entertainment was great for all. Buffet food in dinning room A lot to chose from sometime it is cold but what do expect when it's a heated unit. Chefs keep checking to replace food quickly Tables get cleaned also quickly

We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool area is well maintained. The location is not ideal if you prefer local shopping. My only criticism is lack of spoons in the dining room. Food is plentiful and available in the pool bar throughout the day. The room was very spacious and clean

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Filion- Sugar villa. Service was perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful, they accommodated with everything we needed. We had very beautiful view with mountains and sea. In the villa was really clean and we found everything what we needed, like kitchen utensils. There was also nice terrace with the private pool and the grill. The restaurant had amazing medetarian food, where you can choose everything from self service buffet. Really recommend the place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found all of the staff to be very kind and helpful, fixing any issues we had quickly. Reception, restaurant, bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly. Room was always left clean with fantastic views from the balcony. Only issue was WiFi connection was quite temperamental in our room. There are three pools to choose from with plenty loungers, with the one we picked very quiet but great to lounge or swim at. Food was perhaps a small selection but still enough. Grilled food was always excellent and always fresh salad available. Downside would be the location. While it is quiet due to being in the hills, this means the local town isn’t walkable but they do offer a free shuttle bus there and back. Overall, an excellent stay.

We spent a week at the Filion Hotel this September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some of the negative reviews (mentioning issues like cleanliness diminishing the further you were from the main areas, inconsistent pool maintenance, unenthusiastic staff, and hit-or-miss food), I felt the hotel delivered on its promise of a quiet and relaxing all-inclusive holiday (esp. when you consider the price). While the pools were relatively small, there were three to choose from, and finding a sunbed right by the pool was never an issue. It's worth noting, though, that the pool floors were not cleaned daily, and some debris could occasionally be felt at the bottom. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, with special recognition going to the reception team and the pool bar staff, who consistently provided excellent service. The main restaurant offered stunning views and a good variety of dishes, though the menu tended to be repetitive. You could expect to see the same main courses every two to three days. However, this allowed guests to focus on the better-quality options and avoid those that were less impressive. Some of the cutlery wasn’t always spotless, but the staff promptly replaced it when asked. Overall, while the hotel may have seen better days, it still met my expectations and provided the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week whilst visiting paphos. Tldr; Overall, I would give this hotel 3/5 stars, good hotel ONLY if you get it for a good price like we did. I wouldn't recommend it at all for young couples in their 20s and early 30s or anyone seeking anything other than sun, beach and being poolside. Rooms 2/5: the rooms are dated and not particularly well equipped. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are really poor. The air con in the room works fine, the TV is tiny, has about 8 channels that are all in greek. We got the sea view room and the view was good however depending on which sea view room you got your view could be amazing or awful. Our towels were changed daily and bed made with some light cleaning. Staff/service 3/5: once again it was just decent. The staff don't really talk to you or say much, they're not particularly friendly but not rude either. A very average service throughout. Food 4/5: the food was surprisingly good considering it was included, we got half board breakfast and dinner and both are buffet style. We were both surprised at the quality and the amount of choice. Notably the meat choices for the dinner service. I read a few reviews before coming to the hotel, that the food was poor however it is clear that those people were unrealistic considering this is a hotel on the cheaper side. Drink 2/5: I usually wouldn't write a section just for drink but this is important. They have the WORST selection of 3 beers and 0 cider options which was surprising to me. They do however get +1 star for the cocktails that although do not look great and are not made with any real care, are loaded with what I can only call "super measures" of spirits. Hotel environment. 3/5: once again it was very standard and nothing special. The pool is big with ample seating, there is a standard sized indoor pool and sauna and a TV room with a small TV. There is daily evening entertainment which is probably the worst thing about the hotel. It was either music or bingo or both, and the musicians could have been anyone they pulled off the street, furthermore you have no choice in listening to it and the windows are not soundproof. Local area 3/5: you're pretty far out from the centre of pathos but there are travel options very close to the hotel. There is a particularly good beach spot a short walk away but be advised, other than this beach there is nothing else to do locally that is not shopping or eating. There was no evidence of local crime or scamming going on and the area seemed safe and mostly clean.

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Good Location it’s near where you can walk to shops or have lunch or dinner out or go out in the evening to have a drink

Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

We definitely will be back, this is such an amazing hotel. The staff are a credit to the hotel. We loved to be able to sit out and enjoy a coffee or a beer when returning to the hotel the minute you sit down the bar waiter is there to ask you if you like a drink, all with a smile. Food delicious, cocktails are fantastic with a wide range of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing family experience at the hotel We visited the hotel as part of a family vacation, and there are no words to describe our satisfaction. From the very first moment we received warm, courteous and personal service from the staff. The rooms were clean, spacious and cozy, with everything you need to feel comfortable and the location was perfect. I wanted to emphasize the special and personal treatment we received from all the staff at the hotel – from the reception staff, through the customer service team to the charming instructors in the children's activity room. Each of them made us feel welcome and important, and this certainly added significant value to our experience. We enjoyed the variety of experiences the hotel offers – the heated pool, the soccer and tennis courts, and my 10-year-old son especially enjoyed the Teens room, where he found fascinating activities and was enthusiastic about every moment. The staff even surprised us by organizing a personal birthday party for him, a lovely gesture that touched our hearts. The food at the hotel was great – high quality, varied and, above all, delicious. The main restaurant offered a selection of fresh, high-quality dishes at every meal, the American diner was beautifully designed and served great burgers, and the snack bar was the perfect place for snacks and desserts throughout the day. During our stay, we also enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, a pampering spa and professional massages, and in the evenings we joined the entertaining performances of the hotel's talented singer-dancer group, which made every evening a refreshing experience. We would certainly be happy to return to this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation with personal attention and unforgettable experiences.

Loved this place. Very friendly and helpful staff from cleaners to bartenders, waiters and management. A big shout to the hard working entertainment team too. We stayed Christmas/New Year in weather that wasn’t too good, but with plenty of food and drink, nice people around and a great new year party. Would definitely come back here again. Recommended.

I recently stayed at Olympic Lagoon Resorts, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpfull and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The variety of food at the restaurants was impressive – fresh, delicious, and catering to all tastes. The pool area was very nice and clean with amazing view to the sea! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) HSM Canarios Park is a great choice for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway. The hotel offers good facilities, including spacious rooms, a clean pool, and a pleasant garden. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to meet guests' needs. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Although the breakfast is tasty, the variety is somewhat limited and can feel a bit repetitive during longer stays. Additionally, the restaurant can get crowded during peak hours, leading to slower service. Suggestion: It would be great to see more variety in the breakfast options and additional staff in the restaurant during busy times to avoid queues and delays. Overall, HSM Canarios Park offers good value for money and is suitable for a relaxing stay. With a few improvements, it could be even better!😊

Great value hotel. We had a lovely holiday with the children here. If you arrive with you’re paying for a 3* hotel in mind you won’t have any issues, I think some people think they’re at a 5* when leaving negative reviews. The food was lovely with lots to choose from, there was always something to eat and a good variety of meats. There was plenty to choose from with the drinks so no issues there. Lots of pools to choose from which was great with the kids, a lovely beach a walk away from the hotel and a park on the resort. The place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel reception staff were great and very accommodating moving us room to one with a balcony upon request. My only issue with the hotel and our over all experience was the kids club staff, we found them to be very rude and some of the activities were at a charge, which is ok but if your don’t have cash there is no ATM on site. On our last day one of the kids club staff actually stood at the gate not letting anyone in unless they pay €10 for T-shirt making. There was no letting the children in just to play and not participate in the T-shirt making. I would have liked to of put 5* and resolved my issues at the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak with reception before my bus arrived. All in all we had a very positive experience here.

We got a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children which is fair to say wasn't adequate. Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks. Kids pool was really good and amazing way to spend a day, also the shuttle transfer to the beach was a plus, however any shops were about 25 minute walk away from the hotel and the shop in the hotel has barely anything in it so if you need something (which in our case was formula and nappies) it's some distance. Staff were trying to be helpful, particularly guys in reception, very good!

Good value and nice for a few night stay, music and entertainment in the evening. Had no safe key and they ask for a deposit to have a remote to use your tv There are some reviews on bad food but as a picky eater myself, there was always something to enjoy for breakfast lunch and dinner. Don’t recommend the milkshakes but had some nice cocktails.

Food lovely and lots of variety. Restaurant staff work really hard. It’s actual Pepsi Max provided at the bar and in the restaurant and is self serve. Pool at the back of hotel was warm which was great.. Room cleaned daily but I did get bitten by something. it would have been useful if they had provided with more explanations when checking in as didn’t realise the other pool was across the car park and the daily activities were shown on a screen near the stairs. Evening entertainment not the best.
