There is really only one word to describe this hotel: vast. The place is absolutely huge and anyone without a good sense of direction will get lost at least once there. That being sad the place is gorgeous and the service is amazing. The interior design does need a bit of a refurbishment, but that does not affect the experience of the place. It has a ridiculous amount of swim pools and bars with snacks spread throughout so one does not need to move much to get food or drink. Some bars did go out of glasses far too quickly, but it is understandable the logistic to keep all bars stacked with glasses might not be so easy to achieve. The food was varied and did cater for most needs. Only constructive criticism is the he lack of allergens information on the dishes which could easily be done. Totally recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Decided to take my family here for Holiday. I am completely amazed by the quality of the place, the food was amazing, clean and loads of fun activities to do. Staff deserve praise, they are very kind and helpful, especially Anna who helped me and my family with enquiries and gave us tips on what should we do. Can't wait to come back and hopefully see Anna again, her customer service is on another level! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have great time.

Just spent a week at this hotel, ignore any bad reviews, myself and my children had the best time! Rooms are so big, very clean and have everything you need. Entertainment team are great! So much to do here! Food is no different to most all inclusive resorts, there's plenty to choose from! Water park is great and live that they have a private beach. 5 star review from us!

What an incredible place for holiday makers! The whole experience was really amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was delicious, lots of fun areas for kids. Would definitely comes back here and would recommend 100% to anyone wish to have a fantastic holiday.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was older, but nice and adequate. The food was good and there is always plenty to choose from. Overall we have a good feeling about the hotel. The only thing that spoils the atmosphere are the British guests who don't know how to behave. Especially the younger ones, they make noise and eat like pigs, but that's not the hotel's problem. Everything else was fine.

Stayed here for 2 weeks , had a lovely stay, room was dated but clean and tidy. Location was good bus stop local so could travel to other resorts. Food was ok but we had facilities to make out own food if we wanted to Staff were friendly and helpful We have booked to stay here again next year

Rooms have no air con. Had to pay €40 to rent a fan for 7 days! Mattress’s are solid. Used to twin beds being pulled together to make a double but ended up sleeping separately because the beds completely separated as soon as you got into them. Have to pay €1 for a cup, you do get it back unless you loose the cup. Find this a good idea but then seem to look confused when you want a fresh cup?! Food is extremely basic. Would hardly class rice, chips and chicken as “Spain local food” but that might be me. Entertainment is absolutely shocking. Not sure if I’m just being overly picky but after staying in a fair few all inclusive in my time this has to be worst. Not to mention been woken up almost every night with people jumping in the pool at midnight and being in there till 1am!!! This hotel is 100% not suitable for anyone who struggles with lots of walking or has a wheelchair/ push chair. There are stairs absolutely everywhere. Just to get to the restaurant I either had to go down a very steep hill or go down over 80 steps to come back up again Positives are lots of sun beds free so don’t need to get up early to get them. The option of three pools is quite nice because I’m not a fan of loud music. Location is perfect but despite lots of restaurant being around I think I found a total of about 3/4 places that do breakfast as everywhere is closed till later in the day. Lastly, In the little shop there are lots of information about activities outside the hotel with transport included and the women is very helpful explaining everything

Location is very much out the way however lovely little town just very little bars. If you’re wanting to go to the main parts of Tenerife it’s going to cost you a bomb in taxi’s. The rooms are extremely run down, food was a big let down. I normally eat anything however the selection here was shocking. Most dinners were just left over lunch.. the actual resort itself was massive and big pools. Unfortunately I can’t say we had a good experience here and really wanted suggest for kids, fussy eaters and just general hygiene of the hotel itself :/

We had an amazing time here. The staff are so friendly, I particularly liked Eduardo and Kevin. Great guys. The food was nice and what you would expect from a three star hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. The beach is in a walkable distance and the area is very peaceful and quiet. The cleaners came to my apartment in a team of five every other day. The evening entertainment on a Wednesday and Friday was brilliant. We would definitely come here again. Thanks to everyone at Blue Sea for making our holiday a great one.

Hotel is well run, clean and overall good. Only reason to visit reception was to get information. Not central to Benidorm but well within reach on public transport. A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't. The food was nice enough and last night's food was really tasty. Coffee is not nice.

There are so many positives about this hotel but without a doubt their one strength is their staff - they were singularly amazing. They immediately made us feel at home - friendly, helpful and good fun. Well done to all of them but a special mention to Camila and Begonia. As always with these sort of reviews, if you're the kind of person who is polite, appreciative of people's hard work and treat them with respect, you'll love the staff here. The food is really good. Great variety, good salads, some cracking dishes and you're never far away from a good paella! We were here during Halloween and I have to say they went out on a limb here and really took care of the kids that were in the hotel with a massive trick or treat round of the hotel and a cool little homemade terror tunnel. Downside? Well, yes there was one. Our room was a little tired - 0501 in the smaller tower. We had a faulty shower, a dodgy cistern and some open cracks in the wall - it just wasn't what we have been used to from this hotel. We ended up being moved which took a couple of days and that took its toll a little. That being said, we came away having had a really good week. The staff in the hotel very much made it so a big thanks to them.

Gran Hotel Bali located in Benidorm, Spain is quite spacious and family-friendly, boasting two swimming pools, a wellness center, and a variety of shops. It caters for all age groups. During my visit, there were more old age couples. One of the highlights for me was staying in a room with a sea view. Waking up to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and the refreshing breeze was delightful. However, there were a few areas for improvement. I was surprised to find that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms, and there’s no coffee or tea available either. If you want those beverages, you have to go down to the restaurant and purchase them. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, especially for those who don’t eat pork, as the selection was mainly pig-based sausages and meaty stuff. As a result, I found myself opting for eggs each morning. Moreover, while the Wi-Fi was complimentary, the connection wasn’t very reliable. Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable, but adding a few thoughtful amenities would have truly elevated my stay.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful breakfast. Pool is clean, room is okay. Not the best but will still come back here. Room is big. Good service. Good value for what we paid for. About 20 minute walk to the beach. In a quiet place but loads of shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Quite far to the main old town but we love walking so it's a good exercise for us.

Fantastic 4 star hotel in a wonderful town close to the beach with fantastic views. But what a shame it is mismanaged; the first shock was the welcome at reception by very rude and aggressive staff. No one seems to understand hospitality. The rooms are in a poor state of repair and signage/information is lacking. For example one of the main jets and the complementary drinks machine in the spa were not working (no one knew). There are 2 restaurants; the main one downstairs is not signposted, when it would be so simple to put a sign at the stairs or lift that leads to the restaurant and not directly outside the restaurant door - illogical. There are glass elevators that only work when the wind is below a certain speed - we have tried to use these elevators for 2 days now (no wind at all) and they never work! It would be a good idea to have a seating area by the lifts as the wait could be some time - seems as though they are not programmed correctly. Breakfast is a disaster - wastage like nothing seen before. To sum up WHAT A MESS

The location is fantastic. The views from the balcony of our bungalow were amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated. Cleaning of the rooms is not perfect, one can find some dust here and there with a bit of effort. On the other hand, there is a lot more fun stuff to do then check for dust. The food was good with sufficient choices. Entertainment was well arranged.

We had a great stay, very relaxing. The views are wonderful, it is in a quiet area just outside town with a nice walking path along the sea to the center. Food was varied enough and we always found something to enjoy (special mention to the lahmacun one evening). Staff was helpful and friendly. The room we got on the top floor of the main building (which was presented as an upgrade from the bungalow we had booked) was large but very dark and had very few power sockets available, one being just on top of the pillow in the middle of the bed, others requiring to unplug a lamp (even the kettle shared one with a lamp).

Beautiful central position, great for walks, no beach/sand but nice Waterfront. Can hop on a water taxi at the cost of 200 lira (£5) each way. Entertainment could be better but if you're staying and able try to secure a high room to be able to see the beautiful vista view

I spend few days in Labranda hotel for summer holiday. First of all I like the hotel, it's huge hotel, with many good fasilities. The location is very nice, quite far from city center, quiet , calm, nice seaside. The room was super ok, with balcony, clean everyday. During summer they have different entertainment every night. The food was ok actually but for 5 days we spend there seems not that much varieties , but still ok for sure. Some of the staffs I don't know when they knows you are local people they will treat you not as same as foreigners (more like not friendly I guess) which is funny , i am not turkish but I went there with my partner (and he is turkish) :) . Anyway, all things are absolutely awesome actually . Oh and one thing at least the housekeeping staffs are super amazing, smiling, and very helpful :) . On our arrival they didn't created that , but then the following days , (We were not on honeymoon ) but everyday they made lovely hearts interior from the towel , that's super sweet and lovely 😍. Well, overall I like the hotel, everything are awesome!! Thanks 🫰

Excellent in all areas, the rooms were cleaned everyday other than Friday (day off) rooms had everything you need for a family holiday. The grounds and upkeep were absolutely stunning. All staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant, nothing too much of an ask. The food was excellent and full of variety. The pools, absolutely beautiful along with the water park. If you are looking for a fun packed, family hotel then look no further, this place ticks all the boxes.

Came here for Xmas holiday and was shocked at the state of the place . Pools was freezing 🥶 and the food was not that clever had chicken sausages. Instead of pork ones on the breakfast, my autistic stepson was sick for 2 days and had the runs after eating his lunch. I felt like I was back in Manchester with the people staying here. we were relaxing by the pool, and there were all sorts of types arguing, getting pissed and letting their kids just run amok around the place. Also a canopy snapped and fell on my sister in law staff just wasn't bothered they can't cope with the sheer volume of people here maids don't clean rooms properly and are just rude when asked also my stepsons earphones went missing out of our room and we couldn't find them.We come to Lanzarote every year for Xmas and this hotel is by far the worst we have stayed at. On the plus side, the waterpark is great for the kids and adults too.Would not stay here again, I'm afraid to say

Great family holiday. Not posh and fancy but everything you need for a good time. Rooms spacious but basic, good variety of meals every night, with theme nights. The flambe bananas were amazing. polite staff. Good location to different trips/experiences. Kids splash park is everything you need to keep the little ones entertained. Kids entertainment is repetitive but they enjoy it though. Some of the beds are ridiculously hard, which has meant I've had minimal sleep. We've had 1 cockroach in the room, but look at the environment we're in, it's to be expected. Overall if you're looking for a nice family get away, this is for you. If you want loads of entertainment and luxury, this isn't for you.

Just returned from 10 days here all inclusive. The location is lovely, 20 minutes walk from a small beach. There is also a volcano walk directly across the road. The AI food becomes very repetitive, for example, we had Chinese cuisine 3 evenings over 10 nights. Snack bar offers burgers, hot dogs, fries and salad daily. Self service hot drinks and soft and ice cream is convenient. The rooms are basic but all you need for a base. Cleaning is patchy. Several occasions had to ask for towels and bed sheets as they hadn't been left or the beds not fully made up. There was dust from the air con unit that stayed on the floor for days, and with no sweeping brush in the room was unable to clean small messes yourself. I was grateful for the wipes I'd packed with me. If WiFi isn't included with your booking I wouldn't recommend paying for access in your room, it's not great and you have to be sat close to the router. Didn't reach the bedroom or sofa beds. The hotel itself is good. You do get the typical over indulgent AI guests, and these seem to be the ones that leave the mess around the pool areas e.g plates and cups. The water park is great fun and a lovely addition for young and old. However, the floor around the slides and the steps are very slippery. The same goes for around the pool bar. Would I return. No, but we didn't have an awful time, we did enjoy it whilst there. Just a few things as mentioned that puts me off.

A very average 3 stars. It's not a bad place, just a bit run down. Situated just too far from town for a quick shop. Costs around 4-5 euros in a taxi. There is a small supermarket next door which has a good selection but quite expensive. The hotel grounds are nice but can get messy with paper cups and plates. The rooms are okay, however they're very used. The small coffee tables in the living room aren't very child friendly though, as a few heads were banged often. The cleaners don't take any care with anything left on the floor. It will be thrown into a corner, or brushed under the sofa/bed with the rest of the rubbish. Very dusty floors, the air con unit kept leaking water over the floor, there's no dedicated second bedroom (just a sofa bed). Most of the staff seem quite resentful of the customers. They're not very chatty or helpful. There are a few exceptions though. The food is definitely catered to a typical English audience. Fry up for breakfast, Burgers for lunch and Pizza for evening meal. The food is probably the most disappointing part of the hotel. The restaurant can get very full and very messy. The water park is separate to the hotel but is accessed from the hotel grounds. Towels tend to be placed on sun loungers from around 6am but still some choice from 0730. The kids pool is the best choice for smaller kids, or if you want it a bit quieter. All in all, it's disappointing for the money paid. There are just too many people for the size of the site. Very popular with the 'Stone Island Crew'

Beautiful all around. The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You can also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest.

We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.

Beautiful, large and clean hotel. Very good food, daily themed dinners. Great evening show! It was something I looked forward to every day. And of course the mega friendly and helpful staff! Big thanks to housekeeper Mohamed who took care of our room every day and created such miracles with towels! 😍 Best regards!

Lovely place, great facilities could do with some attention in the rooms but we're lovely and clean. Fantastic staff very attentive 407 Mahmoud in the Lobby bar is just the best. His surprise cocktails are fab. Walheid or room guy was very good always available with refills and extra little bits like room spray our fridge and tea tray was stocked regularly. The pool bar guys and lifeguards were always happy to help. Drinks in the main dining room were slow and food plentiful even for me that's got a terrible palate. VIP breakfast is more civilised but not as big a selection. The staff are not the problem the rude customers are. The Spa and Trip guys selling their stuff are a bit of a pain but a firm no thankyou sends them on their way or a red flag on your parasol from the lifeguard station does the trick. The Chinese on beach side was nice but small portions. Mongolian was my favourite and we tried it twice. We stayed in a swim up room 3148. The pool was freezing and the room was in need of an update especially the bathroom but it was clean and very comfortable.

We booked as a last minute sunny holiday and the photos of the resort is what sold it to us. In the past we have been disappointed by the actual hotel based on the photos they advertise with but we were met with exactly the same beautifully refurbished rooms and clean pools. However the shower was not very warm in the room. The all-inclusive food in buffet style was much better than we have experienced before and there was always a large selection of freshly prepared food. The only downside was that there were no pint glasses for the tap beer so had to use wine glasses. The activities around the pool were great as well and got everyone involved and were well organised. The staff were so helpful and polite as well and you can hire beach towels for €10 each which I would recommend as it saves room in the suitcase and also cash on the last day paid for our taxi back to the airport. I would recommend not using the shuttle transfer from airport as this resort it only a 10/15 min drive away and cost under €20 each way. We also booked the Oasis Park Safari through the rep in the hotel and the coach did a return journey outside the hotel for €5. I would recommend the camel ride as well which you pay for separately. We wished that we had booked for longer!!

I am in love with this island. As a single mum traveling with three kids (16, 8 and 5), for the first time abroad, I was slightly apprehensive given some reviews. In reality the holiday was wonderful. The restaurant staff are amazing. One waiter in particular was very lovely and deserves recognition by the hotel manager (particularly for putting up with me and the kids practicing our Spanish). Unfortunately, I never got his name to be able to mention him directly and he left for a 33 day vacation half way through our stay 😞. However, it is fair to say it was not the same after he left. The food is excellent and even as vegetarians, me and the kids were not stuck for choice. The location is glorious and it is convenient for accessing the beach. I personally found the accommodation to be perfectly located and peaceful too. My daughter has sensory needs and can easily be overwhelmed by noise and that was not the case here. I think she only had one meltdown the entire holiday. The choice of pools is great but the poolside is slippery and my eldest hit her head, so be careful. Pools are clean and toilets, bar snacks and drinks are easily accessible. The accommodation was comfortable and fresh, it was cleaned twice during the stay to a very high standard. The cleaners even arranged the kids toys beautifully on their beds which made their day. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was nothing major. Also, the hotel accommodation is not spread out as far as some reviews make out. I found it quick and convenient to access pools/bars/restaurant. I also felt 100% safe on my own with three children, both in the accommodation and walking around site. I would love to return here again soon as I know we would be guaranteed a great holiday. I did thank staff at reception in person before leaving too. The only drawback to this holiday was the minority of other rude British holidaymakers who showed little respect to staff who work hard.

We arrived here on Tuesday evening the little bungalows are basic and cleanish.The floor is filthy. Needs a good mop with CLEAN hot water. Had to plug kettle in on the floor as no plug socket, get sachets of coffee from canteen as none in room.Breakfast is OK but dinner is not so good. Only 1 meat choice, 1 fish choice, plenty of veg and salad and bread. Entertainment not our cup of tea. The quiz was so hard everyone was using their phones for the answers . Would we come again? No. If you have walking issues you may have problems as its quite hilly. On the plus side the pool area is nice and the sun is shining, it's nice and warm

Me and my partner on holiday were seriously worried after looking at the reviews before went about the break ins and uncleanliness. On that we didn’t hear on any break ins while we was there our room was clean but some rooms look new and some looked run down. We didn’t hear multiple people complaining about there room and how there were cockroaches in there room we didn’t have one. The location was really close to town 5-10 minutes good location. All staff friendly the jet2 rep Carl was amazing with the things he offers. The restaurant looked like it was newly done owt and the food was good not many options but enough to choose from and that’s coming from a picky eater. But I will say be careful when picking up plates because nearly every time I got a plate I had to put it down to get a clean one. One thing that didn’t sit well with us is there are roads in between the rooms so anyone can just walk around your hotel rooms and you would never know. And also at c there was a disgusting smell near the drinks section

Not what we expected. No welcome drink. Room waited nearly 4 hours and only got a room when hubby got angry. Lots of un kept pavements and roads bar in complex b best part staff amazing not a lot of food choice in main restaurant. A long walk to area c for entertainment and not good if you have walking difficulties. Bars and restaurants nearby very good. Love this resort but won't be back in a hurry not to this hotel

Our stay at Bungalows Castillo Beach Park was very disappointing. The bungalow was old and had an unpleasant smell. Despite being self catering, we were given just one cup for three people, very little cutlery, and no knife for cutting – it was impossible to cook there. A hairdryer was also missing. On arrival, there were only two towels instead of three, and one duvet was missing for our child. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful, and the location was good. However, even for a budget option, we’ve had far better experiences camping. Definitely not recommended.

Been here few times. This time a bit disappointing but bear in mind 2 star. Shower came off wall few times and went everywhere! Toilet leaked, though we reported wasn't fixed during week stay and leaked everytime we flushed. Bed was horrific so husband and I slept on settee and pull out bed. We were self catering so can't comment on food. Pool area clean. Quiet location, we were room 17. No cleaners in the week so had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. Absolutely doesn't ruin holiday but bear you are booking a 2 star.

The pool area was lovely, everything else was less so.... If you're just after some very cheap and basic self catering and you're happy to be totally self sufficient then you're all good, but under no circumstances should you opt for the all inclusive option!!!! Also be aware that there are planes flying over every few minutes. We quite enjoyed this, but it may put some people off.

You get what you pay for. We arrived to check-in soon after our flight at 12 and only on arrival were told check-in didn't start until 3pm so we had to wait for 3 hours and once check in started it took another hour and a half to get our key. Food wasn't great but most of it was completely fine. The Room/Bungalows are spacious enough and decently comfortable, the kitchen space didn't really come with enough to cook anything and the freezer shelf was broken in the fridge. For the beds in the room we got 2 singles instead of the double we chose when booking but pushing the beds together worked fine. The pool was at moments the worst part, on the first day we arrived someone had thrown up in the pool but it wasn't cleaned until the evening of the second day and generally didn't seem clean duringour stay. Definitely could recommend as a cheap place to stay at and save on some days and go out others but it was just too inconsistent to be the central part as other all inclusive stays could be

Firstly I am not one to complain and write a bad review, but this really was misleading from the photos and the minute we got there. Firstly we was all inclusive and I’m not even exaggerating, the food was disgusting, reheated and the choice of food was appalling. We had to eat out for breakfast and dinners most nights as the food really wasn’t acceptable. We spent around 520 Euros on food whilst being there. I have an 11 month old son who was living off cold chips which was not acceptable. Second of all the waitress at the all inclusive bar was very rude. The bar closes at 10pm and she was refusing to make any drinks from 9:30pm. She was rolling her eyes and tutting at me and being disgustingly rude to me and other people that were around the bar. We didn’t have our room cleaned once since being there. My partner asked for clean towel and we didn’t get any. We also had ants in our kitchen area which we had to spray many of times. We had a problem with the pool. It had from what I can only explain as sick around inside of the pool. We told the staff there and it wasn’t dealt with for hours, we had to tell people to get out as it was so unhygienic. This has to be one of the worst places I have been. The photos on the website are dated and misleading.

Mum and I went on holiday here 11-18 October 2024 3 star hotel. Staff polite friendly and helpful Rooms needed air conditioning not just a unit which was very noisy only pool view get the units. Or you can pay 5 euro a day for it. Pool bar was great serves food and you can have any drinks after 11pm you pay shuts at 12am. Entertainment was wonderful in evening and in day also entertainment was great for all. Buffet food in dinning room A lot to chose from sometime it is cold but what do expect when it's a heated unit. Chefs keep checking to replace food quickly Tables get cleaned also quickly

My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

We are currently on our 5th night. From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days. Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful. Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. Most staff speak great English. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is inland, but a free shuttle is provided for the beach. Staff are friendly and hardworking. I do, however, have two complaints. Jet2 advertise the hotel as a family destination yet there is no gate on the children's pool area which would add a level of added security. We are travelling with 2 toddlers, yet we have been allocated rooms over the smoking area and the pool bar where nightly very loud entertainment does not finish until 11pm. It can be heard even with the balcony doors closed, which also makes sleep difficult as the air-conditioning unit is portable and needs to be vented through the open door! There is a ceiling fan, but this just circulates hot air. We have twice requested quieter family rooms only to be told the hotel is full and there are none available. This is despite an email request before we arrived, and there have been two changeover days during our stay so far. The hotel does not appear to be full, but maybe there are a lot of rooms with single occupancy. I therefore could not recommend this hotel as a destination for families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.

We spent a week at the Filion Hotel this September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some of the negative reviews (mentioning issues like cleanliness diminishing the further you were from the main areas, inconsistent pool maintenance, unenthusiastic staff, and hit-or-miss food), I felt the hotel delivered on its promise of a quiet and relaxing all-inclusive holiday (esp. when you consider the price). While the pools were relatively small, there were three to choose from, and finding a sunbed right by the pool was never an issue. It's worth noting, though, that the pool floors were not cleaned daily, and some debris could occasionally be felt at the bottom. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, with special recognition going to the reception team and the pool bar staff, who consistently provided excellent service. The main restaurant offered stunning views and a good variety of dishes, though the menu tended to be repetitive. You could expect to see the same main courses every two to three days. However, this allowed guests to focus on the better-quality options and avoid those that were less impressive. Some of the cutlery wasn’t always spotless, but the staff promptly replaced it when asked. Overall, while the hotel may have seen better days, it still met my expectations and provided the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Filion- Sugar villa. Service was perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful, they accommodated with everything we needed. We had very beautiful view with mountains and sea. In the villa was really clean and we found everything what we needed, like kitchen utensils. There was also nice terrace with the private pool and the grill. The restaurant had amazing medetarian food, where you can choose everything from self service buffet. Really recommend the place!

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Good Location it’s near where you can walk to shops or have lunch or dinner out or go out in the evening to have a drink

Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

Room cleaning staff unhelpful. Didn't clean room make beds regularly, left until we complained. Constant queues for the bar. No help with luggage and we had young children. Some rails around hotel and pool dangerously loose. Lifeguard only appeared sporadicly. No room refreshment topics. Supposed to be a 4 star hotel, wife rates it as a 2 star maximum. No entertainment for children.

Amazing family experience at the hotel We visited the hotel as part of a family vacation, and there are no words to describe our satisfaction. From the very first moment we received warm, courteous and personal service from the staff. The rooms were clean, spacious and cozy, with everything you need to feel comfortable and the location was perfect. I wanted to emphasize the special and personal treatment we received from all the staff at the hotel – from the reception staff, through the customer service team to the charming instructors in the children's activity room. Each of them made us feel welcome and important, and this certainly added significant value to our experience. We enjoyed the variety of experiences the hotel offers – the heated pool, the soccer and tennis courts, and my 10-year-old son especially enjoyed the Teens room, where he found fascinating activities and was enthusiastic about every moment. The staff even surprised us by organizing a personal birthday party for him, a lovely gesture that touched our hearts. The food at the hotel was great – high quality, varied and, above all, delicious. The main restaurant offered a selection of fresh, high-quality dishes at every meal, the American diner was beautifully designed and served great burgers, and the snack bar was the perfect place for snacks and desserts throughout the day. During our stay, we also enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, a pampering spa and professional massages, and in the evenings we joined the entertaining performances of the hotel's talented singer-dancer group, which made every evening a refreshing experience. We would certainly be happy to return to this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation with personal attention and unforgettable experiences.

Not great with small children, at least not off-season. We travelled with 20 month old and four year old and there is nothing to do besides the pool, which is not heated (our stay was during the winter). There is a playroom for children but they don't allow the parents to accompany children there. Our kids don't want to stay there without us, and observing how the staff interacts with them, I don't blame them. We are only allowed to use the playroom for 1h on Mon and 1h on Thu together with children. Most of the time the playroom is totally empty. Even when it is empty parents are not allowed in. Freaking waste of resources. Hotel could save a lot of money and provide much better experience by limiting the time of the day care service and provide more time for families to spend time there together. Now the only place for families to hang together is the lobby. All the staff in dining areas and everywhere has been great! Food has been amazing. Only complaint is the playroom that feels really frustrating. Service would be 5/5 if the playroom would work better.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Olympic Lagoon hotel in Pathos and I must say, the food was exceptional. From the variety of choices offered each day to the option of experiencing the three on-site restaurants, my taste buds were constantly satisfied. What truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived at reception to the interactions with everyone from guest relations through to the house keeping team, I was impressed by their professionalism and hardworking attitude. While the entertainment and drinks available at the hotel were top-notch, I did notice one area that could use improvement. As newlyweds, we were hoping to have a dance whilst enjoying the evenings, but unfortunately, it was not possible. It would be wonderful if the hotel could incorporate this into their offerings, perhaps with an hour of music and dancing following the final performance each evening. This small addition would truly elevate the overall experience at the hotel. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. The excellent food and exceptional customer service definitely made our stay memorable. I hope my feedback regarding the potential for evening entertainment is helpful and I look forward to returning in the future.

Just come back from a fabulous holiday in Paphos. Lovely hotel, the landscaping around the pools is beautiful...such a wow factor when walking around. The staff were v friendly and I genuinely felt that the different teams in the bar, restaurant, cleaning and entertainment worked as a team and ran a very slick operation. The food was superb....so many healthy choices and plenty of variety and different themes each night. Lovely promenade from hotel down to the harbour area and I fell in love with every cat I met along the way ☺️. Was googling on the flight home possible dates I could go back.

The weather the second week in May was unseasonably cool, and the hotel was cold. It was often difficult to find staff for service in the bars, especially around the pool areas. It lacks atmosphere and friendliness.

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas. I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

Great value hotel. We had a lovely holiday with the children here. If you arrive with you’re paying for a 3* hotel in mind you won’t have any issues, I think some people think they’re at a 5* when leaving negative reviews. The food was lovely with lots to choose from, there was always something to eat and a good variety of meats. There was plenty to choose from with the drinks so no issues there. Lots of pools to choose from which was great with the kids, a lovely beach a walk away from the hotel and a park on the resort. The place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel reception staff were great and very accommodating moving us room to one with a balcony upon request. My only issue with the hotel and our over all experience was the kids club staff, we found them to be very rude and some of the activities were at a charge, which is ok but if your don’t have cash there is no ATM on site. On our last day one of the kids club staff actually stood at the gate not letting anyone in unless they pay €10 for T-shirt making. There was no letting the children in just to play and not participate in the T-shirt making. I would have liked to of put 5* and resolved my issues at the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak with reception before my bus arrived. All in all we had a very positive experience here.

We got a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children which is fair to say wasn't adequate. Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks. Kids pool was really good and amazing way to spend a day, also the shuttle transfer to the beach was a plus, however any shops were about 25 minute walk away from the hotel and the shop in the hotel has barely anything in it so if you need something (which in our case was formula and nappies) it's some distance. Staff were trying to be helpful, particularly guys in reception, very good!

Very good overall experience! 1)Food & Drink Food was great and the menu is changing every day during the week. Plenty of meals to choose from and we always found something good to eat. (There is plenty of space for improvement in the desert section and also in the way the restaurant operates) Food was always tasty and fresh and also the restaurant working hours are a big advantage (you will never stay hungry or miss a meal). Variety of drinks at the bar Definitely worth it for the price and considering that this is a 3* hotel 2)Sometimes overcrowded The hotel has a very big accommodation capacity (rooms and beds for people to sleep) but during my stay there is seems that the services ( restaurant and bars and entertainment stage area ) are struggling to keep up. Staff working hard to please everyone and seen customers become a bit wild and inconsiderate by blocking other people's view. 3) Just as a suggestion towards the management next to the entertainment stage I would say that you need a few Bug/Fly killer ( electrical device to eliminate the bugs) 4) Entertainment Kids club/kids entertainment is absolutely amazing. The entertainment staff is great and the kids can have loads of fun and have plenty of activities suitable for all ages/genders. Loads of activities and competitions for teenagers and adults as well. Different shows every night after the mini disco and bingo. I've seen a lot of areas that would need improvement and would help the hotel improve their customer service and improve the way the hotel operates and could be helpful. Food lovely and lots of variety. Restaurant staff work really hard. It’s actual Pepsi Max provided at the bar and in the restaurant and is self serve. Pool at the back of hotel was warm which was great.. Room cleaned daily but I did get bitten by something. it would have been useful if they had provided with more explanations when checking in as didn’t realise the other pool was across the car park and the daily activities were shown on a screen near the stairs. Evening entertainment not the best.

Arriving at the hotel we was met at reception by a very blunt receptionist! He gave us wristbands and a little information we needed and went to our room! He wasn’t the most welcoming but we knew what we needed and was with 2 tired toddlers so just went to our room! Room was basic and small but ok for sleep! Our first morning waited for the bus service to the beach waited more than 50 minutes (arrived 9.20) and first 2 mini buses was full and then the driver kicked us off the bus for people that spoke Spanish! Along with another family we complained at reception and the man there was great he phoned the driver and insisted we would be on the next bus, then another Spanish woman (she spoke Spanish) physically pushed me out of the way in order to get on the 3rd bus so that ruined our day but she even argued with the driver that she was more entitled than us for that bus even tho we had been waiting 50 minutes at this point! We was fed up really! Food was basic but we all found something to eat everyday! The adult entertainment staff were amazing and got everyone involved in activities everyday we didn’t take our children to kids club so can’t comment on that! ALL the bar staff were also fantastic couldn’t be more friendly and helpful worked so hard all day I don’t have anything negative to say on bar staff and also the people in restaurant were fantastic polite and friendly! Pools were lovely always found a sun lounger and parasol! Overall had a great time!
