I enjoyed 9 nights in early March 2025. There is a regular city bus that can take you into town. The wifi internet was good. I could hear neighbors sometimes but some of that is to be expected. I stayed in the main building. Food was good and plenty of options for vegetarians and people who eat meat. Beautiful sunsets on the beach. I was impressed with the very fast laundry service. Pleased with the price and my experience. Thanks to all the nice people at the hotel.

can't complain on this one, cheap as chips! food is very samesy everyday (just make sure you get the food at the time they serve it otherwise it gets cold and stale) outdoor pools are closed but the beach is lovely and chill and the indoor pool is great. alcohol is very good and the soft drinks taste spot on! room is stunning but a slight smell in the toilet (which will get masked after a nice shower) staff are lovely, food is ok, hotel lobby is a great place to get drunk! can't rate it a 5 star but it gets 4 star in my books!! also plenty of designer bags and perfume etc 😉

Honest review ? Bydget holiday dont expect miralces but at mot 3 star experience. Food variety same every day. Clubs for kods open certain days and times, room - good enough tp put a head down but had few issues... overall - okay for budget holiday... please note - about 15mins from Alanya - dont get a taxi! Use tunnel to beach and walk up on top of road - 45 lira for a 15min bus.

Very disappointed 😞!! Dirty cats every where .. spoiled our Christmas treat !! No way this place is a 5⭐️ the rooms are dirty all damp we suffered with the cough and chest this 5 days on our visit ! the restaurant is full of cats walking everywhere all around the chairs and tables ( webpage says no animal friendly)and the night we arrived we left our cases in the lobby while we went for a drink one of the cats piss all over one of my cases all the clothes stunk very bad. rooms and toilets are mouldy. Indoor pool very disgusting 🫣 0 clean rate . Drinks at the bar are so cheap . Also no much entertainment as was christmas week and the place was busy .. the only good think was the massage treatment 😌.. but the rest very dissatisfied.. and poor 😢 PLEASE don't waist your money !!

From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door. The staff try to be nice but are quite dismissive, also they hardly speak English. The food was ok, better than other places in Turkey we've been. The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes. We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay.

I rarely leave hotel reviews, however, after some of my belongings were stolen and experiencing some of the worst customer service, I felt inclined to do so. On check in I gave my name, the receptionist didn’t utter a word, a short time later I was handed my key card and a photocopied information sheet which was so faded I could barely read parts, I was pointed to the lift and told my room was on the 4th floor, then he walked away. Some basic information and layout of the hotel would have been helpful. The room was dated, wallpaper missing bits that had been ripped and not replaced, carpet not hoovered, I think Stevie wonder fitted the bathroom due to the uneven tiles and sloppiness of the grout everywhere. Towels and bed linen were clean, although the bed was rock hard. On arrival my fridge was stocked with 3 bottles of fizzy drinks, this was never topped up thereafter. I did order a sea view room, what I got was a view of the back end of a nicer hotel opposite with a small sea partially visible through a gap. The food is just bland and completely tasteless, the drinks are served in paper cups which become soft and awkward to hold after a few minutes. The pool and pool area was nice and well maintained. The staff at the pool bar are the most miserable people I’ve ever encountered, a smile or a courteous greeting was never to be found. I was to be collected by transfer on my final day at 3:30, as check out is 12pm, I asked for a late check out, I was told this would be €30, a bit steep but I paid. When I returned to my room at 2:15 to shower and pack, I was met with two housekeepers servicing my room, they looked perplexed that I was there. I quickly noticed most of my belongings were not there, I gathered that they had not been informed of my late check out and tried to explain this to them, despite my best hand gesturing the language barrier prevented the message getting across. After some time and with the help of Google translate they understood and my things began to reappear from the corridor back to my room. After showering I then noticed my expensive trainers, electric toothbrush and a few small toiletries were still missing, so I found the ladies and asked where my belongings were, they just continually shrugged their shoulders then ignored me and continued to work. I found another housekeeper and explained the situation, she was helpful and 20 minutes later my trainers returned. I checked out and explained what had happens to the receptionist, he told me to have a seat and he’d get the items returned to me. I sat there for 40 minutes, occasionally chasing him and being fobbed off with “soon” each time, until my transfer arrived and I left. I could have dealt with the dated appearance and bland food if the customer service was there, but all the staff were just appalling when it came to customer care. I’ve been all over the world staying in hundreds of hotels, but this place is officially the worst! Avoid like the plague!!

This is NOT a 5-star hotel! This is not even a 1-star hotel! Do not be fooled by the affordable price for a "5-star" vacation in an otherwise expensive Belek region! Keep away! You have been warned! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! We were initially given a room on the west side of the hotel, and the smell was unbearable due to the septic tanks located right outside. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a disgusting odor of sewage and mold. The air conditioning was covered in mold and hadn’t been serviced in ages. After our first complaint, the staff promised to clean the room thoroughly, but no one ever came. Following our second complaint, and after some help from a local contact, we were moved to a room on the east side. While the smell issue was resolved, other problems persisted. The east side rooms face a neighboring hotel with a summer kitchen that starts operating around 3 a.m., causing loud noises and conversations, sometimes even arguments. The hotel restaurant is filthy and serves the same bland food every day. If you aren’t among the first to get there, you’ll likely miss out on most of the food. The sunbeds are constantly “reserved” by people who either don’t show up until the afternoon or never show up at all, and the staff does nothing to address this. I even spoke with the owner, a man named Hussein, and his “right-hand” person, who both promised to fix the issue within minutes—yet, unsurprisingly, nothing was done. Any complaints made at the reception are passed on to “guest relations,” managed by a Russian woman who, frankly, does absolutely nothing. I believe that a picture says a thousand words - so judge yourself!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the price vs what we get was awesome. The food was nice- a lot if traditional Turkish dishes and produce, fresh fruits an vegetables. The rooms are well kept and the staff was very friendly. The managers as well, they made sure we were well looked after. Daily activities by the pool and at night. Over all a great holiday.

I do not recommend going to this hotel. The first bad thing was the room, as I opened the door and entered the room, a strong smell of mold hit me, and the ceiling was full of mold. The balcony wasn't cleaned on my entire stay. In the bathroom, the toilet lid was stained with yellow color, you know from what. This hotel has a big problem at the restaurant, it is small and because of this it is always formed crowded food. Stay for 20 minutes to fill a plate with meat, garnish and a salad... They also don't have what you want to drink at the bar. For example at the bar at the restaurant did not have pepsi max at all on any day out of 8, on the last day at dinner they did not have beer, and the coffee machine did not work, not even at the beach bar, so if you want to drink coffee on the beach you can't. In many other days in a row they did not have the ingredients for mojito and did not bring them so I had to drink something else. What did I pay Ultra All Inclusive for? To drink water?

UNSAFE and UNHYGIENIC. My friend and I are two young women who were travelling alone and decided to book here under the impression it is a 4 star hotel. It is clearly not up to that standard at all. We were awoken in the middle of the night by strange men from the adjoining room who had drunkenly entered ours. Although we had checked earlier to ensure the side door was locked, it has been unlocked and left open by the housekeeping staff enabling them to enter our room. We managed to chase them out but could hear them talking about trying to re enter our room and we felt very unsafe especially as the front door to our hotel room didn’t latch properly so we ended up having to change rooms in the middle of the night which was terrifying and inconvenient. We also saw cockroaches crawling over the plates at the buffet in the restaurant. The night concierge was kind and quickly changed our room but when we spoke to customer services in the morning she was unhelpful and kept telling us we should’ve made sure to latch the adjoining entrance door. She refused to give us a partial refund or cancel the rest of our stay and we just got a drinks voucher instead which was of no use to us after the awful experience we had. Furthermore the whole hotel is very dated and dirty, and you cannot sleep at night as there is no soundproofing. We could clear hear the loud music of the clubs as if we were outside and we could hear our neighbours talking, and doing other things in the night as clearly as if they were in the room with us. Not only did we feel unable to rest but we also felt on edge and unsafe the whole time. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your stay, especially for the prices this hotel charges.

I recently stayed at Sol Tenerife, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Positives: The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and good quality food. It was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable, providing a nice spot to relax during the day. The staff, especially those working during breakfast, were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the mornings even more pleasant. Negatives: One of the biggest downsides was the noise from the nearby bars, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The loud music and party atmosphere continued late into the night. The noise inside the hotel was also an issue. People—possibly not even guests—were knocking on doors, shouting in the corridors, and generally causing disturbances, which was frustrating. The rooms and bathrooms felt old and in need of renovation. While they were functional, the outdated decor and worn-out facilities took away from the overall comfort. Overall, Sol Tenerife has some great aspects, particularly when it comes to breakfast, pools, and staff. However, the noise levels and the condition of the rooms make it less ideal for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice.

WORST NIGHTS SLEEP MONEY CAN BUY! If you enjoy a good night's sleep do not come here. As much as I appreciate the hotel can't control noise levels in the area they could at least make this apprent in marketing or try and sound proof the rooms. The noise is unbearable from the local bars and clubs. This hotel is only suitable if you enjoy going out at 11 pm, getting off your face on booze and coming in at 6 am in the morning, or are profoundly deaf. The only hours it is quiet is 8am until midday. The hotel will tell everybody that it's the vibrant area, but I don't think wearing earplugs every night and still hearing thumping bass from nearby bars and getting no sleep fun. Surely a fundamental point of a hotel is somewhere to sleep at NIGHT?! Just a warning do your local research as I clearly didn't. The hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment as it's very dated. Apart from that the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast wasn't bad at all. But never again...

Here at the moment, in block B, floor 10 facing the sea, noise from karaoke across the road until 11.30pm but it's grand and good songs. Silent after that. Great night's sleep. Room lovely, very clean, beds made and cleaned daily. Whole place is spotless, ok carpets a bit stained but that doesn't affect holiday. We are all inclusive and food is amazing, huge variety. Food available from 7.00am until 9.15pm. Pool area and snack bar is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Little supermarket attached, as well as a great hairdressers/beauty salon, which I would recommend. Highlights, cut and blow dry is less than half the price of that in Ireland. Situated right on the beach and walk way. Would highly recommend this place and would return.

We was here last week, didn’t want to leave.The staff was very helpful answered every question. Our room was basic but had everything we needed, loved the shower and had the most beautiful view of the ocean, we could hear music most nights but it didn’t affect our sleep. And im a light sleeper, sea air must of knocked me out. food was lovely just I find the breakfast abit cold at times. But loads to choose from. We would definitely go back in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂

The rooms are definitely dated and need money spent on them to bring up to date. Cleaning not up to standard. Broken glass in dishwasher, mold in fridge, defrosted freezer left to leak everywhere, cobwebs in bedroom and more. Sliding doors are hard to open and the metal frames don’t do well in the heat. We were given the wrong keys to our room and the reception staff seemed to find it funny! Kept being told we were trying to get into the wrong room. One key worked, the other didn’t! The whole outdoors areas are tired and need bringing up to date. Shame as it could be really good. Needs a decent clean and ridging up before the main seasons starts.

This hotel has a lot of plus points, it has a free children's club from 10am to 1pm Mon to Fri, an onsite kids park, kids evening bingo, kids evening dance parties etc. There are numerous pools and you can use any of them, none of them are heated. It has it's own 'beach' which is handy, as the proper sandy beach is around a 15 min walk. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. The crazy golf and aquarium are around a 20 min walk. The hotel has a shop on site. The staff were friendly, although there was one guy on reception who was a little rude on check in, and didn't even tell me about the kids club etc. Onto the apartment itself.. they are very dated, they clearly haven't been updated since the complex was built. There is a large living area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom at the back. Make sure you take a small washing up liquid, sponge, and tea towel. You can cook in the oven as long as you have foil, as there are no oven trays. The tv has around 5 UK channels, you just have to keep searching through to find them! They came in handy with a 6 year old. We didn't spend that much time in the apartment as we are usually out most of the day, so, I didn't mind that the apartment wasn't modern. Saying that, I don't think I'd stay again. The window in the bedroom doesn't have a proper internal lock on it, just a clasp that didn't feel secure at all, I like to feel overly safe, so I made sure the window was secure myself. It rained once while we were there and the roof window over the kitchen leaked all over the floor. So, quite a mixed review overall.

Do NOT book! The smell of mold hits you as soon as you walk in the room. Worn down, looked likes it has not have had a touch-up since 1970. Sofa smelled terrible! Wet and insects in the kitchen. The pool area was also worn down, fake grass, 1-2 old dirty plastic sunloungers. Tried speeking with the supervisor, but no good. We had booked for 3 nights but couldnt stay there, lost our money, as they refused to refund us. But we chose health and safety first. Terrible place and experience. Do NOT book!

Amazing location, lovely rooms and very safe. Beautiful resort - absolutely spotless with cleaners who come in once a day during your stay. My one comment is that the evening meals at the buffet restaurant don't have any indication as to what they are. I asked if something was vegetarian and was told yes - only to realise when eating it was chicken! Would be 5 stars if it was not for the meal labelling at the restaurant. Would still come again. :-)

The welcome from the reception staff was exceptional, very friendly and efficient. Sadly the cleanliness of the room was appalling, the floors were filthy and there were hairs everywhere, in the shower on the toilet floor, the lounge, the bedrooms. There was crumbs on the one bed, centipede in the bath. The track for the sliding door to get in the room was disgusting, full of food and debris. Thankfully we were only staying for one night, can’t wait to get out of here!

Had a really lovely stay here as a solo guest. Rooms are basic but clean and are cleaned every day. Food was good, plenty of vegetarian options. Didn't use the pools as I prefer the beach which is about 3 minutes walk away. Staff all lovely and friendly. As a person on my own I felt very comfortable and safe. Free bookable shower room for if you have a later flight. I would most definitely stay again. Bar area was great, lots of space.

The worst hotel I have stayed at so far. The only good thing about it is the location as it's quite close to the beach and the main center. The worst decision was getting all inclusive at this hotel. The restaurant is very dirty and the glasses have never been washed properly with juice bits stuck to them. The staff at the restaurant is very rude and will hit you with the trolley if you are in their way. We were looking for a place to sit and were forced out by a lady with the trolley because we were in her way. Another customer was pouring his drink when another another waitress hit him with the trolley cus he was in her way at the time. Many of the foods are reheated from frozen, some others are expired which unfortunately resulted in us getting sick for 2 days. All rooms are very dirty with holes patched up (or not), AC that's never been cleaned before, towels that you will be too scared to touch (see photos). Also, you may want to consider bringing your own extension lead or have €10 spare for a deposit to get one from the hotel as there is only one socket in the room to which the TV is connected. I don't think the curtains in the rooms have ever been washed, neither has the shower. When eating at the hotel make sure to double check your plates as well, as many of them have got dried food leftovers stuck to them. I have never thought that I'll be wishing to go home on holidays and that I'll have to be spending so much money on food elsewhere while paying for all inclusive at the hotel but unfortunately we did not have any choice. Also, be prepared to walk up the stairs to your room every day as there is only one small lift (the second one has been out of order for months now) which can only take up to 4 people at a time and there are 9 floors in the hotel. We spent about 15 minutes waiting for an empty lift to arrive so that we can go down to the reception with our luggage to check out. Also be careful about the stairs as there are a few that are broken

Some small language barriers but admittedly I speak no Spanish so to be expected. Had issues one night with the electricity cut out in my room for a couple hours and communication was tricky - all I could get was it may be fixed 'tomorrow' which was less than ideal, but as said it came back on after an hour or two so good result to a tricky situation. Food was good. Not excellent but tasty - I did repeatedly go towards the end of the meals when it was quieter but understandably they had fairly consistently run out of a small number things by that point. Service and entertainment was top notch - no children for me, but plenty of things to do through the day including archery, rifle shooting, karaoke, some live musicians in the evening, alongside bingo and raffles. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed myself and relaxed as intended. Would recommend for a nice slow paced relaxing holiday.

Room was very small unfortunately. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the catering staff, were faultless.. Food was nice, and always fresh and hot... The pool isn't as big as it looks on the picture, entertainment was good. And a good choice of alcohol drinks at the bar.. The snack bar, was how you expect it to be. Again fresh and hot. And the bar staff are very friendly and helpful... First time visiting Alcudia.. The beach was very clean. And everything is on the flat. Nice boutiques, bit pricey, and standard gift shops...

Check in is a nightmare, the rooms have no kettle or water for guests. Also having to climb into a bath to get a shower,is unacceptable and dangerous for people like myself who have back and hip problems. Food is sometimes ok. Entertainment is rubbish. You can only use the pool from 10-3. The lifts are a nightmare. There is a female security guard who is positively rude, snapping at people demanding to see in your bags etc, in the bar staring at you. Very uncomfortable. The older barman Antonio, is also very rude until around 11.30 am when he starts to smile, that's because he stinks of alcohol. I believe the hotel needs a full renovation. Sorry can't recommend. Will not be back

I was excited to stay here, but was left so disappointed by how we were treated by the staff. Security woke us up in the middle of the night by banging the door, telling us to be quiet, they were very persistent, and intimidating, we explained we were asleep and weren't actually making any noise. An hour later the same thing happened again. We felt quite scared, we even suspected it may be a scam, as we weren't making any noise, so we didn't open the door. The next day, we received a note from the hotel, telling us there was complaints of noise, and if it happened again we would be asked to leave. We hadn't even been drinking, we were not making any noise. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as the staff threatened to kick us out for no reason whatsoever. It was an unpleasant and intimidating experience. The rooms are very basic, there is no chain or spyholes on the door, so we couldn't even see who was banging and shouting at us in the middle of the night. The breakfast is OK, but poor quality. Very disappointing experience.

VERY HARD BEDS. We just returned home from 1 week at Sol Lanzarote. The mattresses in the room were very hard and difficult to sleep comfortably. Woke to severe back and hip pain. The hotel is otherwise a very lovely hotel. Loved the decor of the room and hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive to their guests. The food selection was wonderful, we enjoyed all of our meals. I would love to return again and again IF new mattresses were installed in the guest rooms. Lovely pool and lounge area, again staff are wonderful keeping great care. The Ballywood show and poolside festival show were spectacular!

Nice to beach Still time to rectify my review Edit: 25/12/2024 Thank yin for removing the e scooters round the pool. Must say I'm impressed by the animation team. Really good effort and energy from the team. I paid €30 to have drinks like water in the mini bar- bottles that came with bottle tops that need a bottle opener! 🤦🏻‍♂️ I've taken coffee from the restaurant to use in the room, but no milk sachets. Food is nice Service is respectful Location to the beach is brilliant! Edit: Christmas dinner was a disaster! Less said the better! Repeat again: Having water bottles in our room that need a bottle opener to open! No use to me or my 8 year old daughter when we are thirsty in our room at night? After paying €30 to have drinks in our room P.S. we are meant to be all inclusive

Stayed at Sol Lanzarote for a week. The good parts included a modern room, cleaned every day, 3 pools which were not too busy apart from the heated pool which is full of kids most of the day. I thought the food was decent and you do get a good selection everyday including meats, cheese, bread, fruits and vegetables, and desserts. The beer and wine is on tap so it's very easy to get yourself a drink whenever you feel like it. The hotel has very good beach access which is literally only a 30 second walk away from one of the pools. The only negatives I would say are the music is very loud and lively all day from about 10:00 am to about 22:30 pm at night. There are also a lot of children there who are quite loud as well. Overall it's a good hotel but I personally think it's more suited for a family with children than a quiet holiday getaway for a couple.

What can I say about this hotel except a week is not long enough. The staff are so so friendly, the food caters for all types of critics, the rooms absolutely spotless as was the whole area surrounding the hotel, walkways, stairways, pool area, gym and laundry area. There is a small shop located in the foyer but on the last day we discover a large shop connected to the back of the hotel. I seriously cannot fault one thing about this hotel. Located directly at the beach with some shops in the local area, as this is situated in Matagorda it is a good 45minute to hours walk to the main shopping area but sure when on holiday in the sun isn't the beauty of that in the walking and taking in the scenery. Looking to go back this year.

I'm on vacation, but it's not quite what I expected. 😔 The place itself is alright, with several pools and a water park for kids. 🤽‍♀️ However, there's an entrance fee for the water park, which wasn't mentioned. I'll try to make the most of it and explore the surrounding area Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is essential for everyone's comfort. A tidy space contributes significantly to a positive experience. It's important for staff to be attentive and helpful to all guests. Offering exceptional service should be a standard practice, not contingent on additional incentives. Hopefully, these concerns can be addressed to ensure a more pleasant experience for all. the staff need give every time tips if not is looking to ugly to you and the same when ask one wine or juice ...and i have all inclusive

Just finished my stay at this place. Honestly so disappointed the food was terrible very bland and very little options it was always just meat rice or pasta. They have a Chinese restaurant, nothing Chinese about it. And the Italian? Absolutely disgusting can’t even call the pizza a pizza it was raw. My boyfriend has also gotten food poisoning while we have been away. I urge you not to book with them unless you’re ready for disappointment. The rooms were very poor and dirty. The “spa” staff are constantly following you and trying to force you to buy there treatments. The “all inclusive” is not. You have to pay for water, wine and if you go to any of there “included restaurants” you have to pay for drinks. I am a wine drinker but have taken to the free beer since it’s £30 a bottle and they won’t let you just buy a glass. It was honestly the most disappointing experience. The pillows feel like you’re sleeping on a slab of concrete and the food is just as bad. I don’t know what else I can add to warn people but please do not book this hotel. They all beg for tips and pester you. Probably the worst holiday myself and my partner have had. Also so many works being done that half the resort isn’t accessible the whole place smells horrible and is dusty. Not to mention all the male staff looking at me like I’m an object I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my life as a young woman.

Im staying in this hotel now and can honestly say it's one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Ive been coming to egypt for 25 years so know what is normal for egypt. I've also been in egypt since 14th Dec in other hotels which were the same price but world's apart with service. You can never get sun beds round the main pool which is the only heated one...all reserved by 7am but lying empty till late on with staff doing nothing about it. I paid for a pool view but overlook the spa roof...my room looked lovely...but broken door which I couldn't open ...broken aircon and broken phone so couldn't contact reception to get out of the room. The main restaurant has no lift you need to walk up 2 flights of stairs....the food is actually OK for an all inclusive but limited opening times. They advertise having other restaurants but none are open. Very limited choice of drinks...coffee and tea is basic...if you want hot chocolate fruit teas cappuccinos etc you have to pay.. No wifi either you have to pay 1 euro a day per person per appliance. It the only works in reception and some parts of the resort but not in the rooms. The entertainment team are all nice but mainly for kids .... Lots of drunks falling about and saw a few fights in the 4 days I've been here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And certainly would never return.

First day had to change rooms-room stunk of petrol couldn't sleep all night.gave us a better room with an actual kingsize bed and not 2 singles as I was with my 4,yrs old. Second room good,4th floor but party people drunk until 3am couldn't shut one eye,told staff they said security do nothing.5 fights in 7 days we been there,worst thing you want to see on holiday especially when they claim to be family friendly-THeyre NOT!they did nothing about people fighting,(were the same ones every time) instead they laughed and encouraged their behaviour.they charge you 1$a day for Wi-Fi and you can only connect one device,but they don't tell you. They're are no activties for kids and reception staff have no clue about the entertainment program you have to chase the team which are never there. The green shirt people (supervisors or managers) are sp rude,no empathy no respect,refused me entry to the room after 5 min I checked out for me to get my water.Bar staff hate people unless you tip them a lot and often they treat you like human,otherwise they look ar you like you're nothing and hate serving you. Food repetitive,and same old cakes,everything every single day,bad quality alcohol from wine to spirits-BAD. There is one heated pool with very limited beds (rest 3 pools are freeeezing waters) had to wake-up at 6am every day to put a towel on a bed. EMBARRASSING.the rest of pool empty as they're so cold you could have a heart attack. Lack of communication-every answer to question is 1 min at reception you end up waiting at least 30min for a simple question. They charge you for everything even if you have all inclusive. HIGHLIGHTS : guy at guest relations- sweet boy doing his best but scared he'll lose his job because of all bad reviews, Haney lifeguard and guy monitoring pool - sweetheart always smiling and listening to me and my complaints, another guy in restaurant always making sure my kid ate and he always acknowledged us,lovely girl at reception always smiling and willing to help and another older man,with good attitude. Stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Had issues with my door locking for 4 days strait and the maintenance guy could not fix it… on the 4 day the maintenance guy said he had fixed it but the door would not open so it was then not fixed again. The food was repetitive and didn’t taste the best although I did enjoy the breakfast. The alcohol didn’t taste good at all it was all off branded. They had one called el karma club which I’m guessing was supposed to taste like the brand Havana club?… the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to help you as they kept telling me tomorrow they will fix my door so I’m guessing they didn’t realise the safety issue at rise there. The vitamin bar staff were very demanding for you to buy more items than you needed. Some of the bar staff would pester you by asking if your married which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Not all bar staff was like this but just a few because some of them were lovely. When I complained to the guest service women she had no sympathy for me. She only offered me a late check out which was only about 3 hours later. The room service guy called youseff and towel guys were lovely and very pleasant people. The staff are overworked in this hotel. Don’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel as you will be disappointed. Apart from the water slides they do not have much to do for the kids also. Would not recommend this hotel!

We were in Villa. Rooms are with Old furnitures but clean. Daily cleaning with 2 bottles of water. In lobby bar is Very professional bar menager Mr Ahmad. He take care of guest and always ask is everything ok. Mario is Very Good waiter. In restaurant work the most positive man I've ever seen-Omar. He always smile and takes care of guests in the Best way. Josef from restaurant is the Bestseller. You must buy at least one juice from him. Breakfast are unfortunately always the same but lunch and dinner are Good. I recommend especially grill. We ate the best shrimps from grill. In the back is gate to promenade. In general could be much more better but they try to make everything Good.

I stayed at the Royal Lagoon 5-star hotel for 7 nights, and my experience at this resort was absolutely disappointing. As an Asian, I felt that I was treated poorly, while white guests and those from the European Union received much better service. Regarding the accommodations, the rooms were small and had a foul smell in the bathrooms. There were only one or two towels for three occupants in the room, which included myself and my two children. Throughout my seven-night stay, the sheets were never changed. When it came to the food, breakfast was always the same with no variety. There were different options for lunch, but I was out most of the day and did not have a chance to explore them. Dinner offered various kinds of food, but my experience with the service was lacking. One morning, when I asked for coffee, the server shouted, "What do you want?" He brought me coffee without sugar, which I requested, but he simply threw the sugar packets on the table. I found this behavior very unprofessional and not what I expected from a five-star hotel. On another occasion, I ordered whiskey with Seven Up at the pub but was served tequila instead. Upon realizing the mistake, I brought it to the bartender's attention, but he informed me that there was no whiskey available. I expressed that I should have been informed of the substitution. I was also offered a complimentary international cuisine meal one night. I ordered a Greek salad, onion soup, and mixed kebab, but did not receive the soup. When I inquired, I was told that the chef had discarded it. Moreover, while other guests received their mixed kebabs served in hot cast-iron plates, mine was served on a normal plate. I waited nearly an hour for my food while white guests, who arrived after me, finished their meals and left. Eventually, I left without eating anything that night. In terms of Wi-Fi, there was no service in the rooms; it was only available in the main reception area. I found this resort to be more accommodating for white guests than for Asians or Africans. The alcohol served was of poor quality, and if you wanted a recognized brand, you had to pay extra. The nighttime entertainment was also very lacking; management stated that it was not the proper season for good entertainment.

Rooms were dirty, everyone in my group complained about their rooms being dirty. Dust everywhere, hair in the bed, faulty furniture, a mess overall. Food was horrible, hardly found anything good to eat (and I'm not a picky eater) it wasn't worth getting all inclusive because I hardly ate. When I did eat, I got food poisoning and missed my excursion the next day because I was in the hotel room hurling my guts out. Even the drinks were awful, can't even get a decent cup of coke. The food is not easily accessible. I only enjoyed the £2.50 cocktails at the Shisha bar. Pool was disgusting and dirty, pool bar had an awful smell. NOT comfortable stay, I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. It's also in a terrible area, full of poverty.

Employees are very: committed to performing their duties, friendly, funny, helpful, cordial, kind, considerate, professional. Someone FANTASTIC is Mr. Mohamed, who works as a bartender in one of the pools and collects orders from tourists sunbathing on deckchairs. An extremely kind and hardworking man. She prepares delicious drinks with various fruit decorations. He will be happy to talk or joke. What's more, it cares about the safety of tourists by tactfully but firmly refusing to prepare alcoholic beverages for customers who are already very intoxicated and just being in the pool is dangerous for them... Full profess! Many Polish bartenders could take lessons in professional service and high personal culture from Mr. Mohamed. Best regards Misia&Kuba

Everything was ok we are satisfied from our staying there. Maybe personal need to do at least little bit more efforts. Want to great the boys on the front desk they were extremely nice, polite and understanding. Food was good and plenty. We did love the fish. Convenient is that in the back exit of hotel you can find a lovely side walk with plenty of stores, and hotel is extremely close to the airport 35 min. walk, 5 min by car 🚗.

Hi Reviewers & Visitors! My first visit to Crete was back in 2005 and it was a holiday of my lifetime! I fell in love with the island, its history and cuisine, and the people who are friendly, courteous and love children. So I just knew that my first trip with a baby would be to Crete. Rinela by Mitsis was recommended by a friend and this was a great choice! It was again a holiday of my lifetime but in a different way because it was with a 10-month old baby. Most of the guests were families with young children. We were welcomed with champagne by a friendly receptionist at 3 am (!) and our daughter got a wooden shape puzzle. We had a swim-up suite, which was absolutely gorgeous! We spent most of the time at the beach, which offered great sun beds and lots of shade and the beach bar staff made the best cocktails in the world! In the second half of the day we would come back to our suite so that we could practise some swimming & diving with our daughter in the shared pool. There's also a small terrace leading to the pool where we spent the nights watching some movies and enjoying the view of the stars reflecting in the pool. ;-) The staff were very friendly and nice, I can't praise them enough: the waiting staff, the cleaning ladies, who would drop in to ask if everything was ok, the beach staff. I was a little cautious about travelling with a baby abroad, but thanks to all staff at Rinela Mitsis, our first trip was memorable and would always stay in our hearts!

We’ve stayed at several hotels from this chain, and each time we’ve been thoroughly impressed. What sets these hotels apart is the exceptional quality of the food and drinks. There are virtually no queues at the bars, as waiters bring drinks directly to your table, sun loungers by the pool, or anywhere you wish. The hotel’s aesthetics are truly remarkable. Every bar, reception area, pathway between buildings – every corner of this place is a feast for the eyes. It is beautifully designed, and even the drink selection by the pool is outstanding. We spent two weeks here with our children, and we’re absolutely thrilled. The only downside we noticed is the main pool – while it’s large, it’s also very deep (2.5 m). At 168 cm tall, I lost footing as soon as I entered the water. If you’re planning to stay at this hotel, we highly recommend booking a room with a pool, preferably one with a sea view and a shared infinity pool. This is important because many rooms with shared pools are shaded for most of the day.

Best hotel for your summer vacation. Very nice rooms, stylish design of the whole hotel. Beautiful beach and a ton of options for food. This was a very enjoyable holiday thanks to the brilliant team in the hotel. The staff and customer service helped us with our requests. Themed restaurants were delicious, and eating your breakfast by the sea is a vacation within a vacation. Great shows and entertainment. The sunset is amazing. Stunning. Simply stunning. The only disappointment were the photo team ladies, who on our last evening constantly jumped in the pictures and almost tried to push us out so they could take pictures for their clients. This was rude and unexpected. Especially since all other staff were extremely nice and careful. Rooms were nice and spacious, clean and well maintained. Overall, very very nice. Can only recommend.

Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, we felt very comfortable in it. We were given a room on the left and not far from the main building. We were accommodated on the first floor and so we did not have a pool, but in this case we came to the sea. There were fewer sun loungers by the beach and that was the reason why we lay by the pool. We experienced days when the wind blew more and so it was not possible to swim in the sea. We were accommodated in mid-September 2024. We did not have any problems, as some guests report. The food was plentiful and varied. Every evening was themed. We really enjoyed it there. We also recommend the ala carte restaurant. I do not say that we will ever return there, but we liked it.

The hotel definitely doesn't look like a 5-star hotel. The room – nice at first glance. The bathroom could use a complete renovation. The rooms could use a thorough cleaning (there was a significant mess under the bed and in the corners), the air conditioning worked, but sometimes it had a mind of its own. The terrace door couldn't be properly locked. However, the room looked nice. The restaurant – excellent, great food, and there's something for everyone (meats, salads, fish, pasta, desserts, fruits, and just about everything you can think of). Every evening, the dinner was in a different style (Italian, Cretan, Mexican, etc.). The staff was very pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. The pool – although they take care of the pool and clean it every evening, unfortunately, the pool was slightly cloudy the entire time, and the edges of the pool could also use a cleaning. (Maybe better pool chemicals or better filtration should be used). But overall, the pool and its surroundings were very nice and pleasant. There was a bar and an afternoon restaurant by the pool. The bar offered a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they were very good – prepared by a skilled bartender. The hotel is located right by the beach. The beach was sandy and clean, with the option to use the hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas for free. The sea in this area is very clean. Despite the fact that the hotel could use a bit of renovation or repairs, I highly recommend it, and these shortcomings are definitely balanced out by the excellent staff, location, and delicious cuisine. And you don't have to worry about getting bored at the hotel. Practically all day, from morning until night, there was some program organized in different parts of the hotel by the talented animators – beach volleyball, ping pong, guessing songs, pool exercises, etc.

Loved this hotel. There is nothing of note to complain about it. It was clean, and the room was fab with a beautiful view. Plenty of food to choose from, fresh pizzas were lovely. The swimming pool on the upper level from the bar was quiet, and we never struggled to find a sunbed!!! It catered for my mobility issues. All in all, it was a great holiday, and we will definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at the SBH Maxorata Resort! The food was absolutely delicious, and the hotel itself is massive, offering plenty of space and comfort. What really stood out to us, though, was the entertainment program. We especially want to highlight the animator, Odil, who made our days and evenings incredibly enjoyable and memorable. Her positive energy, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service skills were truly remarkable. She’s an amazing animator, and thanks to her and the entertainment program, we were always engaged and entertained. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience!

We went in UK Feb half term. Great location for winter sun!! Hotel is not 4 star. But that's because they do have a staff shortage problem in busy holiday times, its a big hotel many people including large families. Staff do their best. I think it's not helped by tourists leaving their food and mess. At least try and create less work in busy times! For the price, you do get what you pay for. I think tipping helps too. I really liked the reception staff, tennis courts, location, very comfy beds. Great hot shower! Pool ok, little cold but it's winter!! I suggest exploring everywhere. Great shops, great walks, beaches.

Only reason for two stars is because of the friendly staff. The place is seriously lacking in general upkeep and maintenance. 80% of the sun beds are broken in some way or the other. Broken/cracked floor tiles everywhere including inside pools. Some of these tiles have been left as is and have sharp points and edges cause cuts to feet. The glass balustrades many of them have cracks or chips around them making them unsafe to keep. Water pressure in the bathroom is okay and no temperature fluctuations which is ideal with sun burnt skin. Staff were phenomenal and the only reason they get two stars, however management are to blame for lack of up keep. Its not always about the money.... invest in what you owe. Food is okay. Salads are probably stored next to fish cause there was a pungent fish smell coming from all cold dishes (salad, sandwich meats etc) Anyways. Overall an okay stay for price paid however but there are other places that would most likely offer more for the same price if not a little bit more.

Not a Five-Star Hotel – More Like a Three-Star at Best We recently returned from a seven-night stay at this hotel as a couple, and unfortunately, it did not live up to its advertised five-star rating—at best, it’s a three-star. Check-in was quick, but we were asked to sign a paper stating that our room was in good condition before even seeing it, which we found very strange. Upon entering the room, we were initially pleased with the spaciousness, but that quickly changed when we noticed how dirty it was. There was hair everywhere, and the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation. Taking a shower was a nightmare, as the entire floor flooded due to poor drainage. Housekeeping came daily, but rather than a proper clean, it felt more like a quick tidy-up, which literally just involved making the bed and replacing the toilet roll. On multiple occasions, they forgot to leave fresh towels, which was frustrating. The food was incredibly repetitive, and after a few days, we struggled to find anything appealing. As for entertainment, it was practically nonexistent. In seven days, we saw the same show twice, and evening entertainment only lasted an hour and a half. During the day, there was only one session of volleyball, yoga, or dancing, but the music on the beach was unbearably loud, making relaxation impossible. The hotel grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing, but the overall experience was disappointing. Finding a table that was already set was often difficult, and waiting for cutlery was a regular issue. The bar service was also poor, with long queues for drinks that often took five minutes or more. Lastly, the staff were not friendly, and most of them seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Given all of these issues, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly wouldn’t return.

The resort is very well kept very clean and very beautiful gardens it's a short walk to a lovely beach and clean clear sea. The food was good for a week we could always find something. 10 minutes from the airport which is very nice . We will definitely be coming back next year

I visited the place with the family for the first days of vacation, cause of the water slides for the kids. First impression was good on our check in but after that for the adults was something like a nightmare! The room was so dirty that even I have videos I don’t want to upload them! After they changed our room it was way to better of cleanness! The kids had really fun at the water slides! The service of the staff was excellent!!! The hotel was full of Russians groups and it was a reason that all day long you were hearing loud almost all the time Russian music. Overall experience: the hotel needs a BIG renovation at the rooms! The staff was very helpful and polite. The kids had fun of course. The food medium.

Great view. Overall decent experience, however cleaning was nonexistent with dust bowls in every corner. Breakfast buffet is good but the dinner is embarrassing. We fortunately did not have all inclusive, would suck to eat that every night. Frozen pizza for 12 euros. The gym is nonexistent as well if you plan on doing any training. 1 fictional machine for strength training.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights and loved it here! We plan on returning next year! The room we stayed in didn't have air con but we survived and the bed was two singles out together but it wasn't too bad. The views from our balcony were amazing though! We had all inclusive food and drink and it was so worth it, the food was well cooked and freshly topped up regularly. The drinks were all self service, including the alcohol!

Our experience with Altamar was horrendous. We arrived 22:30 and were told there was no room for us due to construction. We were never informed about this before arrival. They put us in their sister hotel, where the breakfast was cold and the grapes were mouldy. We paid extra for a sea view, which the other hotel didn’t have. We had to spend hours trying to get back into the other hotel. When we finally got back, the air conditioning didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. We chose a self catering apartment, no washing up liquid or a sponge was provided. We were woken every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 with building work. Didn’t get a relaxed lie in once while we were away. The cleaners came around at 8:30 one morning, knocking on the window three times and peeping in the bedroom window - very inappropriate. We were never given anything to say ‘do not disturb’. Took 3 days to receive any sort of an apology, and at that we had to go looking for it. We were ‘compensated’ with free breakfast. Very poor customer service skills from the manager. Spoke to us badly and argued with everything we said. Save your well earned and go elsewhere, plenty more beautiful hotels on the island.

went on a seven day all inclusive holiday with my parents, little brother and partner in August 2024 and I was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. This hotel was absolutely amazing. Before going I saw some not so great reviews and my experience proved them review wrong. The buffet was always fully stocked with all foods during the meal times and there were many options to choose for especially for my partner who is a very picky eater. Between meals you have a snack bar which is also set up buffet style. The view from both pools and rooms was absolutely beautiful. The bar was all self service when all inclusive so no need to wait in long lines when wanting a drink. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and were cleaned regularly, unless asked otherwise. The staff were very respectful when you didn’t want them to go into the room and still offered clean towels and to take the bins out for you. Overall our experience as a family was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be returning.

We've stayed here for a week and I can honestly say we've had a lovely time. Rooms are clean and towels changed every day apart from 2 days which we were told about. Bed linen was charged mid week, which was nice as it was so hot! No air conditioning but we had 2 good ceiling fans and they are midway installing air con. Food was average but a good choice each day for breakfast and dinner. All staff are pleasant and friendly especially the waiters, who were constantly tidying and making sure we were ok. All in all a pleasing stay! 😁 We were informed before our holiday that they were having building work done but we didn't hear anything and it didn't affect our stay at all.

Highly recommend Club Vista..Stefan at reception deserves a special mention for his professional, friendly manner. Situated on Montana Clara, the views are spectacular..very peaceful, beautiful, warm pool with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing at this wonderful location. Restaurant serves tasty meals, worth a visit. Our apartment had everything our family of four needed with great Aircon, a must in the warm temperature 😍 we had a late flight so were provided with a left luggage area and shower ffacilities after a last few hours at the pool..definitely worth a visit if you want a perfect break away in Gran Canaria

Hotel Sunshine Rhodes We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Rhodes and had a lovely experience, which I would rate as 4 stars. The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area. If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight. Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional. The variety was impressive, with fresh and tasty options that catered to all tastes. We especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt dips and the dessert section, which included delicious ice cream; we indulged in them every day! We stayed in room 105, situated in the first block. While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes. My husband suffered from the bites so severely we had to visit the pharmacy; installing a net on the balcony door would definitely help. Next time we'll know to be prepared. Despite these room issues, the staff made our stay memorable. From the cleaning ladies, who were always accommodating, to the reception team, who were incredibly patient and helpful despite the constant complaints from guests about the hotel's dated facilities, their friendliness truly stood out. Dining at the Mama Mia restaurant (part of the hotel experience included in the price of the hotel) was a mixed experience. While the food was okay, it wasn't as good as the main restaurant, and we had to ask for extra drinks. However, the desserts were delightful, and we ended up having a fun evening thanks to the company of a lovely English couple we met. The poolside snack bar was a pleasant surprise, offering great options served until 4:30 PM, which was perfect for lazy days by the water. The hotel provided plenty of activities, including darts, water aerobics, mini-golf, tennis, and more. The hotel bars offered stunning sea views, and the location is ideal, with many local markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Plus, bus connections to Rhodes Old Town and cheap car rentals made exploring easy. I only rate it 4 stars due to the room conditions, as the photos on the website can be misleading, showcasing newer buildings instead of the existing ones. While I understand the marketing strategy, it doesn't accurately reflect the present condition and has led to this negative review and disappointment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, returning relaxed and happy, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Just keep in mind that while it's not a luxury hotel, it has plenty of charm and benefits. I hope this review helps others in their decision-making!

More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer. Great location and is ideal for a quiet get away, if you want to explore the island you need to rent a vehicle.

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu. Overall an excellent place!

Positive: It’s a very beautiful resort. It’s very big making it perfect for walking after dinner or just to wind down. The view is also amazing and the staff is very kind. I love that you have multiple pools that you can choose from. I think that’s a must for a resort this big. Negative: The rooms are okay… not really what they look like on the picture. Maybe some of the newer renovated rooms do look like that but most of them don’t. The wallpaper is stained and there were a lot of smashed mosquitoes on the walls from previous guests I reccon. The blankets also have some little holes in them which I don’t think matches a 4 star hotel. The food is a little bland, not that much taste and some things were very oily. Also, when you shower, you have to open the bathroom window since it’s the only form of ventilation. But people walking by can literally look into the shower which is not really nice. Theres a private beach at the resort but literally almost every parasol is broken. You have to find a stick somewhere around the beach to squish it in the hole to keep it open. You are provided with free internet but it took minutes for a text to sent, so i was on roaming most of the time. You are also provided with one free use of the al a carte restaurant of the hotel. But the menu is literally one page, a front and a back. So not a lot of options. And again, the food was bland there too. The carbonara pasta i had tasted the same as the one in the normal all inclusive restaurant. Conclusion: I would say this is more of a 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel. A lot of things don’t really match in what you would usually see in a 4 star hotel. Would i stay here again? I don’t think so. All in all, it was okay but I stayed at Oceanis beach hotel last year and i found that to be better. Even tho the hotel is much smaller, everything else including the rooms and food were much better.

Stunning location Right near the strip. Full of beautiful restaurants bars and plenty of shops We had a family room The room was plenty big enough with a sea view. The bathroom needs tidying up. Sealant on the shower is full of mold. It rained for 2 days and the room got flooded. They font seem to fix the cracks and water damage. Just dry it out. Service is mostly very good. There are the odd ones that are rude. Especially one lady in the mama Mia restaurant. She was impatient and took our plates away while we were eating. Food was really terrible in there. The main breakfast lunch tea restaurant was lovely. Plenty on offer every day and lovely staff. Pool bar is lovely Set on the beach its a beautiful location.

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel! The service was excellent , they fulfilled all our requests and were very serviceable. Although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation. The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. The hotel beach is just beautiful ! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our stay here! Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic! The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!

One of the best holidays we have been on, which was made by the fantastic hotel and hard working staff. Our first time travelling late October and the weather didn't disappoint either. The ultra inclusive option of having branded spirits, a mini bar restocked daily was great. The entertainment was amazing and our 9 year old thoroughly enjoyed the mini games and football tournaments The food was exceptional and the spread that was put on for Halloween was amazing, we celebrate Halloween every year so being able to do that here with the buffet and party was wonderful The cats round the hotel were adorable, we will miss 'Ruby' and 'Smudge' but look forward to seeing our on back home If I had any criticism it would be the hair dryer in the room kept cutting out with it getting overheated, but that's probably because I have long hair. There was also often a smell that would be present early morning from the pool area, but both of these things do not make me score the hotel any less. Thank you for an amazing holiday and making the end of the holiday season special ❤️

This wasn’t our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. There’s so much space and plenty of activities to enjoy, yet it never feels too crowded. The food is decent, everything is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is always vibrant and uplifting. What really stood out to us this time, even more than before, was just how hard the staff works to make your holiday as perfect as possible - everyone. They truly go above and beyond. Just one of examples - we had a minor issue when our daughter twisted a muscle, but the spa staff immediately found an available slot and worked their magic—she was back on her feet like nothing ever happened. You had to see how dedicated they are !!! Everyone in hotel deserves a big thank you for their dedication and effort. The only downside was the behavior of some hotel guests who were leaving a mess behind them. It's disappointing to see such disregard for others. However, they are minority. Despite that, we’re certain we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Please always smile to people who work hard there, and you will see the magic back !

Just returned home after a 4 night stay, we had a brilliant time. I do agree with some reviews, the rooms are dated however they are spotless and clean, the hotel always had a clean smell to it. For a 3 star we couldn't believe how the food was as good as some 4 stars we have stayed in. There was so much selection and we enjoyed every meal. All the staff are really really friendly and could not do enough for us, this certainly made our break even more special. I would highly recommend this hotel and staying all in. But if you are a snob or expect more for what u have paid don't bother. The hotel is value for money and I can't wait to return 🙌 🤗

Please avoid, the hotel rooms do not look like those on the website, they are extremely dated as is the bathroom, water was coming out a browny colour from the shower over the bath. The rooms don’t have double glazing and can be noisy. Pool area is nice not so much the pool bar. Very basic food at lunch time in this bar, but you can go up to the restaurant. Entertainment in the evening was very poor. Would not use this hotel or others ones within the group.

If your planning to stay at this resort then you much know to only book bed and breakfast and don’t bother to book all included….. The all inclusive package only offers local drinks (limited per person) Also if your an vegan or vegetarian then be sure that nothing nice in the restaurant for you. The chef doesn’t care and will not make anything special for you, in fact they offered Bread, Plan Rice, Pasta and Salad that’s it….. basically food with no taste…. However if your non veg, then great food options repeatedly for lunch and dinner. For breakfast you will get hot English breakfast and continental breakfast which is very nice. Apart from all that the hotel is vintage needs updating but kept clean which in my view is okay to what your paying for. You will find rude staff especially in the evening, if anything is wrong with your room then don’t worry it would never get fix during your stay ( Room 109 A block ) • Lightbulb not working - reception don’t care • Toilet / bathroom door not closing - no carpenter in the hotel by reception • Door fob key keeps on disconnecting communication with the key and door which means you have to go to the reception and wait for an engineer to come and fix the issue, The whole process will take at least half an hour of your time…. • Telephone in room, but no information to how it can be used • Internet black spots that comes and goes but it’s okay. I would come again however my wife would not why, I’m non veg and it’s a great location with easy access to the beach and a lot to do nearby. For my wife, well she is an vegetarian that don’t eat onion and garlic, so for her the restaurant doesn’t cater for vegan people and from the chef it’s a full stop that nothing can be done. We had full packages and only had breakfast and dinner for me with takeaway from the high street restaurant for vegetarian options and wasn’t allowed to eat in the restaurant with the outside food.

Would not recommend this hotel avoid at all cost, upon arrival the older male staff at reception was very hostile and rude, the all inclusive option was very poor, the food was nasty, dry and not cooked properly. the soft drinks tasted like it had bleach in them and the alcohol drinks was limited with all inclusive wristband you had to pay for alcohol if you wanted any other one. The rooms was not up to standard in looks wise had a lot of mosquitoes flying around, towels were dirty, however the cleaning staff was really nice. This hotel should not be rated a 4* at all I had really high standards for this hotel.

This hotel is in an absolutely amazing location on its own headland with seacliffs and beaches on three sides. It’s a three star hotel and I would suggest it’s in need of refurbishment but it is clean. The food is very good and other than a few staff who struggled to smile(who knows what personal agony they were in) the staff were very nice. I would not recommend it for people with disabilities but for a reasonably priced comfortable stay in a great location. I would absolutely recommend it. I would also recommend either a car due to its location or be prepared to use Uber there is a shuttle bus but whilst we were there it was at 10 am 12 lunchtime and 4 pm that needs to be one at 2 pm as well which apparently there is during summer this bus takes you into the old town of Albufeira. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We spent a fantastic week here with my family. The resort was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the buffet on most days but found that there were not many chicken options. The evenings were filled with fun and laughter thanks to the amazing entertainment. The animators went above and beyond. Kids club was fantastic and a great opportunity for little ones to make friends and parents to have a few relaxing hours.

I took my wife for 5 days for her birthday, We stayed in the adult only part of the resort, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and there was a nice variety of food to choose from. The whole resort was so clean and tidy. all the staff were friendly and smiling. There were 3 different forms of entertainment each evening at the 3 different bars. We booked a spa treatment, which was very reasonably priced and It was fantastic. We only wish we would have booked longer, so much so we are booking again for next year and taking the whole family. The only negative thing we experienced was the mosquitos, but that is just nature and is no fault of the resorts whatsoever. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. It was absolutely amazing.. Thank you once again and see you next year.

The hotel is huge and a perfect location with an amazing beach and large pool. Unfortunately that’s the only good parts of the stay. The hotel itself is very tired and run down, we had 4 rooms and every room had maintenance issues, bathrooms stink of sewage and 2 of us had to swap rooms due to broken showers and mouldy mattresses. A la carte restaurants were fully booked for our 5 night stay so only option was the buffet which is awful. Very difficult to get a table, then when you do finally get one, good luck finding a staff member to clean it. The food itself is horrid, only positive is that I lost weight in n an all inclusive holiday because the food is not tempting whatsoever. On terms of the drinks you have a plastic token you have to keep all week to redeem for a plastic glass at the bars. Only local beers and spirits included. You can’t even get a decent coffee anywhere, the coffee machines in the buffet are terrible and the only bars that serve a decent coffee are charged. Would recommend to avoid this hotel in honesty. Such a shame as the location and beach are beautiful.

We had a lovely family holiday here. The highlight for us was that the hotel was right next to a gorgeous beach, where the sea was clean and clear. The food in the hotel was good, but it seemed to lack in variety from one night to the next. The rooms were fine and cleaned to a high standard. We had amazing sunset views from our balconies. The last day of our holiday was slightly stressful though as we booked and paid to have a late check-out of our rooms, but then we were informed at the last minute that we couldn't have these rooms so we quickly had to pack and move which messed up our plans. Also, we hadn't been given/couldn't find out information about our transfer back to the airport, and the reception staff couldn't help us with this. We know transfers are not their responsibility, but a bit of help working out what was going on would have been appreciated. Overall, however, we have very happy memories of our holiday at Sandy Beach, Corfu.

We were booked into wrong room on 7th floor overlooking a building visit and large crane! Upgraded ,as couldn't look at that for 6: weeks, to seaview which was nice but no sun at all on balcony so couldn't sit out there! Apartment was no ok but had a sort of shaft going down the side so no light in bedroom or bathroom even in the day. No English channels on TV only BBC world news!! Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Thought perhaps it was overdoing things, and certainly not good for the environment, that linen and towels and room cleaned every 3 days!! Overall quite good but wouldn't go to Malta again as just one large building site, over populated and too many cars!!

A nice hotel set off from the main road, making it less busy than those on the main promenade. The seaview rooms offer a stunning outlook and are worth the extra premium. The hotel itself could do with a re vamp, but our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. The staff were always pleasant and courteous. For the price, you really can't go wrong!

Lovely staff! Honestly, such a great team, they have been so helpful and kind. Room is spacious and good and beds comfy, gym is great and the view is beautiful. WARNING (not about the hotel, but worth mentioning) about the closest mini mart across the road DO NOT SHOP THERE - I bought two bottles of water, three beers, a pack of crisps, a small pack of pretzels some chocolate and some eggs, tomatoes and feta and an onion and three cartons of juice. It barely filled a backpack and she charged me €70 and didn't give me a receipt. I didn't realise til I got back to the apartment. I am very dumb. Don't be dumb like me. Daylight robbery from the mini mart across the road.

Nice hotel, self catering, good location extremely close to the sea, has a separate outdoor pool, gym, spa and an indoor pool. We visited at the end of September so it wasn't very busy. The temperature in Malta at that time of the year is perfect, still hot, all day sunshine and warm evenings. The hotel isn't luxurious but perfectly good standard. A few shops across the road and plenty of restaurants and drinking venues along the sea front. It's a close walk into the St Paul's area which is the main town. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you want peace and quiet and to be away from the busy areas.

We're a family of 5 and got back last week and stayed 11 days at the Sunny Coast Resort. We stayed in the apartment with what they call a partial sea view. It was a generous upgrade that we were not expecting. It's a maybe a side view of the sea, but a brilliant view none the less. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sofabed is also good and even pulled out the living area had plenty of space. The kitchen facilities had all the basics we needed (and we like to cook). We loved our stay in Malta and were out every day, but the idea of coming 'home' every day was lovely. The apartment was spacious, and all 3 kids quickly found their corner and took ownership. We took full use of the facilities with our daughter preferring the pool (i think a mix of chlorinated and sea water) and older boys and hubby walking through to swim in the sea. We all enjoyed the spa, although only discovered it in later days 🙈 our own fault. It was a lovely hideaway in the indoor pool (chlorinated) after a day in the sun. Hubby even booked a session in the sauna with our boys. On our walk, we discovered an automated laundry mate, literally next door from the main road, so we made use of that. It was clean and easy to use. We loved our stay and will be back.

DISAPPOINTING, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The hotel is very old, 2 star category, not 5 star as it is presented. The rooms are extremely degraded, the restaurant is old and unkempt, the staff is always bored and sad, frowning. The receptionists are very unwelcoming, unfriendly. The first room they gave me, no. 3521, was more suitable for storage than for living in, the furniture was swollen, peeled, there were holes in the tiles, it was very dirty. I requested a room worthy of 5 stars. The second room no. 1304 was on the top floor and when I entered the room there was an infernal noise like a helicopter on the roof, it was actually the hotel's central air conditioning unit. Only the third room 1220 was somewhat habitable but still worn and old. The unkempt yard, the only place that was ok was the green lawn where the sunbeds were, but from a distance, up close you could see many old napkins and other scraps in the grass. Broken sunbeds, old and rusty arms. Unkempt SPA, traces of dirt and unfriendly. An experience that I will never repeat with this hotel.

We started coming to Kos in 1996. We still come back. In 2020 the hotel we usually stay at closed so we came here. We have returned three times and all I can say is it is what a fantastic place. The animation team are fantastic. The bar staff fantastic. The Maids kept our room spotless and the receptionists are so polite and helpful. The bus into town is punctual and very handy I will dare yogi to .not be impressed with the whole hotel. Ultra clean, food is so Good and drinks are great. Tonight the show put on was the best and I would recommend anyone comes to this beautiful place and enjoys their holiday. I wish we could stay longer. Two weeks of pure happiness and fun. Thank you thank you for the best time again.

Positives first We were in a suite with an upstairs downstairs and it was immaculate, cleaned everyday and the air con worked fab. The view was just beautiful and we got to hear the entertainment at night from our balcony watching the sunset. There was a whole variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner which meant most days the kids and adults were happy. Drinks are good measures 😂 too good maybe haha. The animator team are just awesome! My 4yr old son can be very challenging and they kept him entertained no problem, he fell in love with Miguel and Kevin and was so sad to leave them!! I'll be singing the sunshine song for the foreseeable! Plenty shaded areas for the kids, lots of shallow kids pools and snacks ice cream served throughout the day for them. The staff can never do enough for you apart from the old grumpy man who serves on the bar at the animator pool! Which brings us onto the negatives .... this man is so rude and grumpy it actually made us switch what pool we sat at because no one wanted to ask him for drinks, he huffed and puffed at us every time we asked for a drink, and God forbid you ask him if he was having a cigarette! I got my drinks slammed on the bar! The hotel shop is quite expensive but we found the shop down by the beach to be much more affordable so started using that. The drinks machines kept going out of order so had to walk up and down the dining room to find one that worked. But honestly they are the only negatives I could pick out of our 2weeks there. All in all it was a fabulous resort and we will most definitely be back!

The hotel is far away from everything and the service at the reception is not good. Only some of them can speak English and they how can speak English doesn't speak well. The service at the reception is not so well the information is not clear, sometimes incorrect and not at the acutall stand of time. The service at the restaurant is okay mostly the waiters are fast to take the dishes but it's quite normal that some people can't eat when they want because there are no seats left. The pools aren't heated and at a temperature around 15°C (the lake is warmer than the pools).

I bit out of kardemena, but service from waiters and waitresses was fabulous. The rooms get a lot of use and air conditioning is a bit noisy but they were well cleaned. Food was good it's very difficult to cater for lots of people but food was good. Highly recommend more sunbeds as people will always leave towels all day and not use them. Mermaid restaurant wasn't great, long waits and I understood what is trying to be achieved but it didn't really work out.

Really enjoyed our time here. The place is in a very nice location, 5 minutes into town and there's a free shuttle bus. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, the many restaurants have lots of variety with the food choices, rooms are cleaned each day and the drinks in the frod replaced. The room was lovely and clean, with lots of space for 3 people. It's my second time stopping here and definitely won't be my last. Really nice place on the lovely island of Kos

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in September and ended up sleeping in three different rooms due to a range of issues that were beyond our control. The first room (625) regularly filled with the smell of cigarette smoke due to the couple in the room next door smoking on their balcony. There was a gap between our front door and the floor, therefore nothing to stop the smoke coming through. We did put towels down to try and block the smell but obviously this is not really a suitable solution to the problem. In our bathroom, there was a window which opened directly into the restaurant dining area. I’ve never experienced anything like this before but literally if you are in the shower or on the toilet, there are people on the other side of the window eating their breakfast / lunch. Aside from the constant noise of people talking / moving chairs / cutlery clanging that made our room feel like we were living in a Wetherspoons, from a privacy and standards point of view, it is pretty shocking. If you are assigned this room on arrival, I would recommend asking for another room. The balcony is also half the size of the other rooms for some reason. We were moved to room 644 where we encountered problems with a drunken hotel guest a few doors down. This person was extremely drunk for most of the day and would shout in the corridor, bang on his door in the middle of the night, spill his drinks all over the floor and walls and also leave plates of food in the corridor. This left the corridor in a disgusting state which we reported to reception multiple times, and we also felt unsafe in our room with this unpredictable guest causing a disturbance. We were moved to room 139 where on the first night, we were woken up at 5am by the air conditioning unit leaking all over our bed and on my partner. By this point we had 3 nights of our holiday left and asked for a refund so we could go and stay somewhere else but were told this was not possible. We were offered a late check out and asked to sign a document that confirmed we would not seek damages against the hotel. Positives of the hotel - the reception staff were kind and helpful in trying to resolve our issues; the food was average and there was always a good amount available; the quality of the food in the a la carte restaurants was good, I would definitely recommend booking these in advance; there are three pools to choose from and we never had any trouble finding sunbeds; the snack bars are handy although the attitude of staff is a bit hit and miss; there is an on-site shop but it is quite expensive. Negatives of the hotel (in addition to the above) - in general our experience was that the hotel is very dated and needs a refurbishment, especially the dining area; we believe the hotel is not 5 star as advertised; the drinks in the pool bars are served in small glasses and don’t taste very good, the beer in particular was very disappointing and the coffee was often cold; the hotel is a smoker’s paradise with every sunbed coming with an ashtray and ashtrays on every balcony with more guests smoking than not; we stayed in 3 rooms and had issues with all of them; the general cleanliness and standard of the rooms was disappointing with a layer of dust on one of our headboards, indicating it had not been cleaned for a long time, and random hairs on the floor and even in a ‘clean’ towel one day, the rooms need a refurbishment; staff regularly ask you to leave good reviews and ask you to name them in the reviews; the fridges in the rooms were only restocked every few days and twice we had to call reception as no bath towels had been left. Overall - this is the most money myself and my partner had ever paid for a holiday and it was the worst holiday we’ve ever had. We were really excited to visit after reading all the positive reviews, which we now know are manufactured by reception who ask you to leave a good review in return for Mitsis points (strangely we weren’t asked to leave a review). In the end we were very glad to go home.

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was stunning and everybody was so friendly. Mariana was lovely. The room was left spotless and she even left us flowers. Absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come here again. The building, pool and beach was amazing. Loved it here and we don’t want to leave!

Edi and the waiting staff in main bar working flat out with smiles on their faces at all tines to ensure we have the best time. We only stayed here for a couple of nights on b & b basus and we found it very nice, the staff was pleasant and the room was nice, yes it's slightly outdated but don't let that deter you. We felt it had everything we needed, the pool area was lovely, the beach is a stones throw and there are plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel if your prepared to walk, even considering coming back for longer.

Location: Really nice. Close to the beach. Nice walk by the beach in both directions from the hotel. Rooms: Very simple but clean and smells good. Beds are quite hard. Blankets not super nice. Free shampoo and shower gel every day but no free water. Restaurants: We tried both the buffets and they were generally good. One day out of five I didn't find anything I liked. Breakfast is good. Tried the meat at restaurant Roma and it was terrible. Most of the other food was good. Staff: Really nice overall. The major downside with the hotel is the prices for water/soda/beer. In the end I was pretty annoyed with the high prices.

Just spent a week around Valentine’s Day not knowing what to expect after reading some mixed reviews of the hotel. The hotel is really nice Art Deco (ish)style building with an amazing frontage and a very welcoming foyer area. Our room was clean and tidy with a view of the pool and suited our needs completely as a basis to explorer the beach and local area. The friendly housekeeping staff provided excellent service. We only purchase bed and breakfast and the food was of good quality, the waiting staff were very attentive and very friendly. The Animation team were very friendly and full of fun around the pool and in the evening, special thanks to Jaguar, O’mama and of course Freckles. We will certainly be coming back to see you again soon Mick and Lavinia

Cheap for a reason. I had the unfortunate treat of staying here for 5 nights from the 26/2/25 during the day reception area is very dark an uninviting and so are the staff behind the reception zero personality and not at all welcoming. I was staying in room 4439 overlooking the pool. The corridors to the rooms are again dark and tiered looking The room itself wasn’t the best either again old and very dated. Bathroom had a bath and a shower curtain again not ideal. If you want a towel for the pool You have to leave a 100 dirham deposit room safe is 20 dirhams a day, The pool is heated which was a bonus although the sun loungers are plastic and not very comfortable. The WiFi is an absolute joke you find yourself moving around the hotel trying to find a good signal trying to watch Netflix or YouTube is impossible, So let’s discuss food in the hotel restaurant, it was Absolutely horrendous I was all inclusive and ended up eating out locally. I’m sorry but there are some 4 star parts of this hotel but the room and restaurant and pool area is very much a 3 at best, I came here straight after a 3 week stay at the Riu takida beach hotel in Agadir and that’s a 4 Star hotel the difference between them is literally black & white my advice is pay the extra £500 and stay at one of the Riu hotels and eat decent food and have WiFi that actually works all over the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with a group of around 20 people, booking multiple rooms with breakfast included. Unfortunately, our experience was full of issues that were not addressed despite reporting them. Multiple rooms had broken AC, shower leaks, and inconsistent water temperature, but no one came to explain or fix the problems. In room 3134, we saw a live cockroach run into the ventilator. We also had a concerning incident in room 3132 when a couple randomly opened the door during the day while my 13-year-old nephew was in the shower. When he yelled out, they quickly apologized and left, but it seemed they were given the wrong key, which is a serious privacy concern and unsafe, especially for children. Additionally, we noticed during breakfast that the hotel simply wipes down used cutlery with a towel instead of properly washing it. This is a major health risk, as it could spread conditions like HIV, and is completely unacceptable. Overall, this hotel has serious safety and hygiene issues, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great location, great views, great beach. A few cats around For me was a bit of a it and miss with some stuff. The hotel beds are quite bad in my opinion with quite old bed sheets and mattresses and the rooms are dated not what I would expect of a 5 start hotel. The room was very clean tho, and the cleaning lady was always really nice. The staff are lovely, really nice, polite and helpful with any questions I had. I asked if it there was something we could do for my partners birthday and they obliged. The pool is good with a beautiful view with all working sun beds. However pool is not heated and was freezing early March! The spa gives you towels what is a big plus, but the facilities could do with some work, this is not a 5 star spa. The food was always really tasty. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week and we really enjoyed. Good choice for us, but we are not picky eaters if you are, you might struggle. Really well cooked and seasoned good and we really enjoy the national products. Really polite and good staff as well. Something that for me left me a bit meh was when we checked out, we were told that we had some drinks that were charged to our room. However, we didn't sign anything or had any other drinks that where not part of the all inclusive. This was resolved after checking the signatures, I would have thought there were more rigorous checks in place to ensure this does not happen.

Lots of cats, which is a positive. The food was great. The most atrocious thing about this hotel, despite the great views, location and atmosphere, is that the noise level from 9:30-11PM was nothing short of horrendous! There was an indoor pool, though the jacuzzi was a no-show. Would recommend going during the spring and avoiding the summer season.

This hotel is great by name and great by nature. Had a quick winter break and the outdoor pool was freezing but that’s to be expected for the time of year, but there is a large indoor heated pool which is fantastic. Great staff , amazing views, food was nice . The only disappointment was the kids entertainment, I know the hotel is mainly aimed at adults out of season but the kids entertainer was not very engaging at all. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the main road in Protaras. Loved it, definitely recommend and will absolutely be returning in the summer!

We attended a wedding here. All I can say about this hotel is in direct comparison to the Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel where we were staying. The Constantinos the Great is great in size. Immense and impersonal. The food was on a par with the Leonardo.....does that mean that our hotel was as good as a 5* or that this 5* didn't do so good? That's a difficult question. The ground floor was immense and the area set aside for the ceremony was quite a walk away from where we enjoyed drinks at a reception bar. Main problem for me is that I am disabled and get down stairs to the only toilet up at the ceremony end of the hotel. So, each time that I needed the bathroom I had to walk all the way back to reception again! Despite the size of the hotel and how many people were there, I found it incredible that there was only one toilet for women and one for the men. Not only that but it smelled vile and certainly not clean. The wedding was planned perfectly but I think that was to the credit of the planner and not the hotels. I wouldn't be interested in staying at this hotel.

The perfect place with excellent facilities like an indoor swimming pool, gym, and indoor playground. There is a lovely path for walking near the hotel, offering perfect views of the sea. The food is very good. While the carpet on the 4th floor could be cleaner, the hotel is generally clean overall.

I’ve just finished the first of my three weeks here, and I have to say—what an amazing hotel with fantastic views! But the best thing about this place is the people. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming; it’s worth coming back just for them. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax, there’s no better choice. The hotel is right in front of the beach, offering breathtaking views, a delicious buffet, and an entertainment team always ready to put a smile on your face. I’m already looking forward to the rest of my stay!

The experience here was great. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They serve with a warm heart, from cleaning of the bedrooms, service in the dining room and at the bar. Fares from the bar was exceptional. The only downside was the entertainments.. more could be done to improve.. like having a pure disco night where different nationalities can play their music, etc. The Zumba was great though.. Every one of the staff members here are incredibly friendly, professional, helpful and kind. I was slightly nervous as I read a few reviews about them being pushy but that wasn’t the case at all! I honestly couldn’t fault them and felt very safe and comfortable around the hotel as a young woman. The rooms are very clean and the hotel itself is beautiful. The food was also excellent. One thing I will say is be aware of people just outside of the hotel claiming to be staff members who are trying to lure you to a make believe “spice festival” in the city centre, we almost fell for it but I had a feeling something wasn’t right and found out later from other guests that this was a scam attempt, although this isn’t a fault of the hotel I feel like they could pre-warn guests of this as they seem to be aware of it. Other than that we had a brilliant stay here.

A long transfer but well worth the wait! From the second we walked in everything was perfect! Used the online check-in facility which was easy to use and when we arrived at reception there was nothing to do other than start our holiday. The staff are incredible - friendly, welcoming and professional - nothing was too much trouble! They were amazing with our grandkids too! We couldn’t fault the food, plenty of choice everyday, service amazing! 🤩 the entertainment team were first Class - Ramos was fabulous! All the activities were great! We will definitely be coming back!
