From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door. The staff try to be nice but are quite dismissive, also they hardly speak English. The food was ok, better than other places in Turkey we've been. The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes. We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay.

Very disappointed 😞!! Dirty cats every where .. spoiled our Christmas treat !! No way this place is a 5⭐️ the rooms are dirty all damp we suffered with the cough and chest this 5 days on our visit ! the restaurant is full of cats walking everywhere all around the chairs and tables ( webpage says no animal friendly)and the night we arrived we left our cases in the lobby while we went for a drink one of the cats piss all over one of my cases all the clothes stunk very bad. rooms and toilets are mouldy. Indoor pool very disgusting 🫣 0 clean rate . Drinks at the bar are so cheap . Also no much entertainment as was christmas week and the place was busy .. the only good think was the massage treatment 😌.. but the rest very dissatisfied.. and poor 😢 PLEASE don't waist your money !!

If you want a nice friendly 5* hotel This is not the place for you tiles missing from the swimming pool floor,plastic plimps broken around the pool a few staff members really rude. No real first aid to speak of. Will not be going back. I'm only giving an honest view take it or leave it.

Me and my partner visited for 6 days. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome a staff member helped us to our room and then told us there is a late supper on which we are welcome to go to. The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym. All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on. Multiple bars to get drinks from and one that is even open till 2am. The evening entertainment was brilliant. They had different acts on each night. The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge. The shops on site were great and we have definitely gone away with our moneys worth. Good information In main lobby of things you can do outside the hotel. The only issue we had was the food. We are not really picky eaters but some of the food was not great. Allot of the meat was very fatty and not nice. There needs to be more signs telling you what is what on the all you can eat buffet as if you had an allergy to something especially on the salad bar it has no signs to say what it is. The food did seem to get better as our week went on but I do think the food needs a big improvement as most of the time it was either cold or bland. All round great hotel worth the money and would definitely come back again.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel! This is not even a 1-star hotel! Do not be fooled by the affordable price for a "5-star" vacation in an otherwise expensive Belek region! Keep away! You have been warned! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! We were initially given a room on the west side of the hotel, and the smell was unbearable due to the septic tanks located right outside. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a disgusting odor of sewage and mold. The air conditioning was covered in mold and hadn’t been serviced in ages. After our first complaint, the staff promised to clean the room thoroughly, but no one ever came. Following our second complaint, and after some help from a local contact, we were moved to a room on the east side. While the smell issue was resolved, other problems persisted. The east side rooms face a neighboring hotel with a summer kitchen that starts operating around 3 a.m., causing loud noises and conversations, sometimes even arguments. The hotel restaurant is filthy and serves the same bland food every day. If you aren’t among the first to get there, you’ll likely miss out on most of the food. The sunbeds are constantly “reserved” by people who either don’t show up until the afternoon or never show up at all, and the staff does nothing to address this. I even spoke with the owner, a man named Hussein, and his “right-hand” person, who both promised to fix the issue within minutes—yet, unsurprisingly, nothing was done. Any complaints made at the reception are passed on to “guest relations,” managed by a Russian woman who, frankly, does absolutely nothing. I believe that a picture says a thousand words - so judge yourself!

I rarely leave hotel reviews, however, after some of my belongings were stolen and experiencing some of the worst customer service, I felt inclined to do so. On check in I gave my name, the receptionist didn’t utter a word, a short time later I was handed my key card and a photocopied information sheet which was so faded I could barely read parts, I was pointed to the lift and told my room was on the 4th floor, then he walked away. Some basic information and layout of the hotel would have been helpful. The room was dated, wallpaper missing bits that had been ripped and not replaced, carpet not hoovered, I think Stevie wonder fitted the bathroom due to the uneven tiles and sloppiness of the grout everywhere. Towels and bed linen were clean, although the bed was rock hard. On arrival my fridge was stocked with 3 bottles of fizzy drinks, this was never topped up thereafter. I did order a sea view room, what I got was a view of the back end of a nicer hotel opposite with a small sea partially visible through a gap. The food is just bland and completely tasteless, the drinks are served in paper cups which become soft and awkward to hold after a few minutes. The pool and pool area was nice and well maintained. The staff at the pool bar are the most miserable people I’ve ever encountered, a smile or a courteous greeting was never to be found. I was to be collected by transfer on my final day at 3:30, as check out is 12pm, I asked for a late check out, I was told this would be €30, a bit steep but I paid. When I returned to my room at 2:15 to shower and pack, I was met with two housekeepers servicing my room, they looked perplexed that I was there. I quickly noticed most of my belongings were not there, I gathered that they had not been informed of my late check out and tried to explain this to them, despite my best hand gesturing the language barrier prevented the message getting across. After some time and with the help of Google translate they understood and my things began to reappear from the corridor back to my room. After showering I then noticed my expensive trainers, electric toothbrush and a few small toiletries were still missing, so I found the ladies and asked where my belongings were, they just continually shrugged their shoulders then ignored me and continued to work. I found another housekeeper and explained the situation, she was helpful and 20 minutes later my trainers returned. I checked out and explained what had happens to the receptionist, he told me to have a seat and he’d get the items returned to me. I sat there for 40 minutes, occasionally chasing him and being fobbed off with “soon” each time, until my transfer arrived and I left. I could have dealt with the dated appearance and bland food if the customer service was there, but all the staff were just appalling when it came to customer care. I’ve been all over the world staying in hundreds of hotels, but this place is officially the worst! Avoid like the plague!!

I do not recommend going to this hotel. The first bad thing was the room, as I opened the door and entered the room, a strong smell of mold hit me, and the ceiling was full of mold. The balcony wasn't cleaned on my entire stay. In the bathroom, the toilet lid was stained with yellow color, you know from what. This hotel has a big problem at the restaurant, it is small and because of this it is always formed crowded food. Stay for 20 minutes to fill a plate with meat, garnish and a salad... They also don't have what you want to drink at the bar. For example at the bar at the restaurant did not have pepsi max at all on any day out of 8, on the last day at dinner they did not have beer, and the coffee machine did not work, not even at the beach bar, so if you want to drink coffee on the beach you can't. In many other days in a row they did not have the ingredients for mojito and did not bring them so I had to drink something else. What did I pay Ultra All Inclusive for? To drink water?

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the price vs what we get was awesome. The food was nice- a lot if traditional Turkish dishes and produce, fresh fruits an vegetables. The rooms are well kept and the staff was very friendly. The managers as well, they made sure we were well looked after. Daily activities by the pool and at night. Over all a great holiday.

Here at the moment, in block B, floor 10 facing the sea, noise from karaoke across the road until 11.30pm but it's grand and good songs. Silent after that. Great night's sleep. Room lovely, very clean, beds made and cleaned daily. Whole place is spotless, ok carpets a bit stained but that doesn't affect holiday. We are all inclusive and food is amazing, huge variety. Food available from 7.00am until 9.15pm. Pool area and snack bar is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Little supermarket attached, as well as a great hairdressers/beauty salon, which I would recommend. Highlights, cut and blow dry is less than half the price of that in Ireland. Situated right on the beach and walk way. Would highly recommend this place and would return.

WORST NIGHTS SLEEP MONEY CAN BUY! If you enjoy a good night's sleep do not come here. As much as I appreciate the hotel can't control noise levels in the area they could at least make this apprent in marketing or try and sound proof the rooms. The noise is unbearable from the local bars and clubs. This hotel is only suitable if you enjoy going out at 11 pm, getting off your face on booze and coming in at 6 am in the morning, or are profoundly deaf. The only hours it is quiet is 8am until midday. The hotel will tell everybody that it's the vibrant area, but I don't think wearing earplugs every night and still hearing thumping bass from nearby bars and getting no sleep fun. Surely a fundamental point of a hotel is somewhere to sleep at NIGHT?! Just a warning do your local research as I clearly didn't. The hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment as it's very dated. Apart from that the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast wasn't bad at all. But never again...

Avoid This Hotel – Not Worth 4 Stars! I booked this hotel for my mom and son, wanting to give them a great experience, as it was my mom’s dream to visit Tenerife. Unfortunately, their stay has been a nightmare from the start. Upon arrival, they found: °Mold in the room (on the curtains) °A falling lamp that was never fixed °Dust and dirt everywhere °Extremely loud noise from outside, making it impossible to sleep My mom doesn’t speak English, so my son went to the reception in the morning to request a room change. The receptionist told him to come back in two days because they had no available rooms. However, when I checked online, I could still book a room—proving they were not fully booked. I called the hotel myself, explaining that my son has asthma, and mold exposure is a serious health risk. Even after speaking to a manager, they refused to move them, saying it was "hotel policy." Instead, they sent housekeeping, who only swapped one moldy curtain for another. I attached photos of both curtains, try to guess which is "new one" The lamp was still loose, and the room remained dusty. This is not a 4-star experience—more like 2 stars at best! The hotel’s lack of care for guests, especially those with health concerns, is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here! I got advice to contact OMIC if management won't do anything

This is my second visit to this hotel, and while my previous stay was enjoyable, this experience has been quite disappointing. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the entertainment is excellent, and the kids’ club is outstanding. However, my current stay has been marred by the unbearable noise from a karaoke pub adjacent to the hotel. For three consecutive nights, I have been unable to sleep due to the loud singing that continues until 3 a.m. This has made it nearly impossible to rest, particularly as I am traveling with my 9-year-old daughter. Despite my request to change rooms, I was informed that the hotel is fully booked, and no alternative arrangements could be made. I even purchased earplugs, but they have proven ineffective. It is crucial for future guests to be aware of this issue. If you choose to stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend requesting a room that is not on the side facing the karaoke pub. Without adequate rest, it becomes very difficult to enjoy what would otherwise be a great holiday experience. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from modernization to meet the standards expected of a hotel in this category. While I have stayed in many 4-star hotels, including Gala and Troya, and have never encountered such issues, the situation here has significantly impacted my overall impression. Unfortunately, I cannot see myself returning to this hotel unless improvements are made, particularly in addressing the noise disturbance, which severely detracts from the holiday experience.

Really nice hotel and close to the sea and amenities. We paid extra for a sea view which was worth it. It would have got 5 stars for the room, but I think it was missing a fridge and the shower was in a bath. However the cleaning lady did an excellent job keeping our room clean. We had an all inclusive deal, and I'd like to thank the bar staff and all the kitchen staff producing such a variety of good food.

Rooms are a bit tired, so are a lot of places, but great location. We had lovely sea view. 6 pools yo use. Friendly helpull staff especially Montse. The big pool is used by a few local clubs, triathlon etc, but not a problem. Would stay there again.

Spent Christmas 2024 here. Location is good. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was better than many say. Breakfast plenty of choice. Evening meal-lots of salad, hot dishes and fish or meat from the hot plate. Yes the rooms could do with a refurb, not as bad as some say though. Peaceful place not too much noise.

Great location. From our upstairs beachfront apartment we could see the sea as well as the hotel's lagoon. Apartment nothing fancy, but spacious and had all we needed. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Again, nothing fancy, but nice and with local as well as "international" dishes. Staff all friendly, despite being overworked at times. Particular praise to Juan, Noel and Veronica for their friendliness.

Easy 5 stars. We stayed in a beach front 3 bedroom room which was very very nice. The views of the sunrise are very good and I would advise waking up early for it. One thing about the room is that the wifi only allows two devices onto it and you need to put your passport number in which is a bit odd but I guess it is just because of people trying to access from the public. This would make sense because you get great access to the beaches and promenade into Costa teguise where there are a lot of restaurants to choose from, all of the ones we went to were great. The cleaning staff come round once a day and ask very kindly if they can clean your room. If you like total eclipse of the heart they play that about 5 times a day in English and spanish. We got to see an F18 and a helicopter fly past pretty low which was very cool.

Had a really lovely stay here as a solo guest. Rooms are basic but clean and are cleaned every day. Food was good, plenty of vegetarian options. Didn't use the pools as I prefer the beach which is about 3 minutes walk away. Staff all lovely and friendly. As a person on my own I felt very comfortable and safe. Free bookable shower room for if you have a later flight. I would most definitely stay again. Bar area was great, lots of space.

The worst hotel I have stayed at so far. The only good thing about it is the location as it's quite close to the beach and the main center. The worst decision was getting all inclusive at this hotel. The restaurant is very dirty and the glasses have never been washed properly with juice bits stuck to them. The staff at the restaurant is very rude and will hit you with the trolley if you are in their way. We were looking for a place to sit and were forced out by a lady with the trolley because we were in her way. Another customer was pouring his drink when another another waitress hit him with the trolley cus he was in her way at the time. Many of the foods are reheated from frozen, some others are expired which unfortunately resulted in us getting sick for 2 days. All rooms are very dirty with holes patched up (or not), AC that's never been cleaned before, towels that you will be too scared to touch (see photos). Also, you may want to consider bringing your own extension lead or have €10 spare for a deposit to get one from the hotel as there is only one socket in the room to which the TV is connected. I don't think the curtains in the rooms have ever been washed, neither has the shower. When eating at the hotel make sure to double check your plates as well, as many of them have got dried food leftovers stuck to them. I have never thought that I'll be wishing to go home on holidays and that I'll have to be spending so much money on food elsewhere while paying for all inclusive at the hotel but unfortunately we did not have any choice. Also, be prepared to walk up the stairs to your room every day as there is only one small lift (the second one has been out of order for months now) which can only take up to 4 people at a time and there are 9 floors in the hotel. We spent about 15 minutes waiting for an empty lift to arrive so that we can go down to the reception with our luggage to check out. Also be careful about the stairs as there are a few that are broken

Some small language barriers but admittedly I speak no Spanish so to be expected. Had issues one night with the electricity cut out in my room for a couple hours and communication was tricky - all I could get was it may be fixed 'tomorrow' which was less than ideal, but as said it came back on after an hour or two so good result to a tricky situation. Food was good. Not excellent but tasty - I did repeatedly go towards the end of the meals when it was quieter but understandably they had fairly consistently run out of a small number things by that point. Service and entertainment was top notch - no children for me, but plenty of things to do through the day including archery, rifle shooting, karaoke, some live musicians in the evening, alongside bingo and raffles. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed myself and relaxed as intended. Would recommend for a nice slow paced relaxing holiday.

Room was very small unfortunately. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the catering staff, were faultless.. Food was nice, and always fresh and hot... The pool isn't as big as it looks on the picture, entertainment was good. And a good choice of alcohol drinks at the bar.. The snack bar, was how you expect it to be. Again fresh and hot. And the bar staff are very friendly and helpful... First time visiting Alcudia.. The beach was very clean. And everything is on the flat. Nice boutiques, bit pricey, and standard gift shops...

Would highly recommend this hotel as it is in a great location. Only 5 mins to beach and 1 minute to all the best nightlife. Rooms spacious, modern, and clean. If you are getting the local bus from the airport, it drops you a 10 minute walk away which is very convenient.

Actually a really nice place to stay I think it a bit underrated lovely bar area and lovely pool the rooms have a nice size TV the only thing I can moan about is the wheels on the beds are a right pain in the arse when your trying to sit up in bed..... The food was banging.... The drinks you get with the all inclusive are terrible they all have this strange caramel taste the rum the vodka the brandy all like the same taste to them but good measures like just not very nice taste.

Obviously I walked here to see the hotel. Fantastic. In a cool area. We got the tram train from alacanti just to walk to this to say I have seen it. Benidorm is fantastic. Very lively if you like that kind of thing.

The hotel is two minutes from the main strip where all the lively bars are. Two lively busy bars virtually next door and several eating places plus an indoor market next door. Surprisingly you couldn't here any outside noise in your room. We had a family room even though there was only 2 of us but we upgraded to one with a balcony. Both rooms were good. My wife accidentally left her air pods in the room but only realized a couple of days later. The staff were really helpful and despite our fears they managed to locate them after a few days. Always seemed plenty of room round the pool and plenty of sunbeds. We was half board. The evening meals were good with plenty of choice however the breakfast wasn't great maybe because we was always up close to closing which is why we had breakfast out most of the time. Overall a good place and would go back 👍

Just came back from this hotel, and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on the holiday. But it's really good for a 3 star. Rooms are basic but clean. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. Staff are very helpful. Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could. The location is good as well. But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av.Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh.

Really good effort and energy from the team. I paid €30 to have drinks like water in the mini bar- bottles that came with bottle tops that need a bottle opener! 🤦🏻‍♂️ I've taken coffee from the restaurant to use in the room, but no milk sachets. Food is nice Service is respectful Location to the beach is brilliant! Edit: Christmas dinner was a disaster! Less said the better! Repeat again: Having water bottles in our room that need a bottle opener to open! No use to me or my 8 year old daughter when we are thirsty in our room at night? After paying €30 to have drinks in our room P.S. we are meant to be all inclusive

What can I say about this hotel except a week is not long enough. The staff are so so friendly, the food caters for all types of critics, the rooms absolutely spotless as was the whole area surrounding the hotel, walkways, stairways, pool area, gym and laundry area. There is a small shop located in the foyer but on the last day we discover a large shop connected to the back of the hotel. I seriously cannot fault one thing about this hotel. Located directly at the beach with some shops in the local area, as this is situated in Matagorda it is a good 45minute to hours walk to the main shopping area but sure when on holiday in the sun isn't the beauty of that in the walking and taking in the scenery. Looking to go back this year.

I returned yesterday from a last minute 5day trip with my mother. We went away to relieve stress, complete my assignments in peace and relax before my mother's spinal surgery next week. Unfortunately, the stress only got worse. I don't want to say the holiday was all negative. We did have a brilliant time meeting other guests and having a laugh. Staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately, I would not say the hotel is a 4star but more of a 3star. It was quite a basic hotel. Entrance was pretty but there's alot of updating that needs to be carried out. We paid for a superior sea view room. Cannot complain about the view although the rooms needed freshening up. They were very spacious though. I was disappointed that the hotel does not provide coffee in the rooms, this would have been a great touch. The poolside was nice, there was no arguing over sun loungers but the pools were absolutely freezing even though one was supposedly heated. It was a shame for families with children as they couldn't go into the pool. The beach was just outside a gate and across a path. Very beautiful too. The food was disappointing. Very repetitive and I do feel there wasn't much to choose from. It was also cold! There were microwaves to heat food up but this should not be expected. Food should be served hot. Staff were very quick to help clear tables and take away any used plates though. Let's talk about stress. I was in my room carrying out work for my assignment while propped up in bed. All of a sudden, part of the wall crashed down and hit me. Pictures do not do it justice, it was heavy! The corner of this heavy piece of wood smashed into my arm and laptop. The screen is completely smashed and slightly bent. As you can imagine I was angry, shocked and upset. Luckily, I was not sleeping as my head would have been in the same place my laptop was. Without sounding dramatic, I would have received some serious head injury if not worse. You do not expect to have health and safety issues like this when being on holiday. The manager was apologetic but I do feel it was brushed underneath the carpet. I was offered a massage for my troubles which I felt it was insulting. The jet2 rep was amazing and I could not fault her. She argued for me to have a laptop to continue my work which was finally agreed upon. This however did not happen as they could not source one for me. I was not asked once how I was even considering the wood hit me. I was upset and could barely sleep with fear it was going to happen again. I'm surprised there was no investigation as to how it happened, but rather it was 'quickly fixed'. I felt as though the hotel could not wait for us to leave so they did not have to deal with us any longer. Unfortunately, will not be returning and feel I need a holiday to recover from the stress this holiday caused.

Stayed at Sol Lanzarote for a week. The good parts included a modern room, cleaned every day, 3 pools which were not too busy apart from the heated pool which is full of kids most of the day. I thought the food was decent and you do get a good selection everyday including meats, cheese, bread, fruits and vegetables, and desserts. The beer and wine is on tap so it's very easy to get yourself a drink whenever you feel like it. The hotel has very good beach access which is literally only a 30 second walk away from one of the pools. The only negatives I would say are the music is very loud and lively all day from about 10:00 am to about 22:30 pm at night. There are also a lot of children there who are quite loud as well. Overall it's a good hotel but I personally think it's more suited for a family with children than a quiet holiday getaway for a couple.

I'm on vacation, but it's not quite what I expected. 😔 The place itself is alright, with several pools and a water park for kids. 🤽‍♀️ However, there's an entrance fee for the water park, which wasn't mentioned. I'll try to make the most of it and explore the surrounding area Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is essential for everyone's comfort. A tidy space contributes significantly to a positive experience. It's important for staff to be attentive and helpful to all guests. Offering exceptional service should be a standard practice, not contingent on additional incentives. Hopefully, these concerns can be addressed to ensure a more pleasant experience for all. the staff need give every time tips if not is looking to ugly to you and the same when ask one wine or juice ...and i have all inclusive

Stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Had issues with my door locking for 4 days strait and the maintenance guy could not fix it… on the 4 day the maintenance guy said he had fixed it but the door would not open so it was then not fixed again. The food was repetitive and didn’t taste the best although I did enjoy the breakfast. The alcohol didn’t taste good at all it was all off branded. They had one called el karma club which I’m guessing was supposed to taste like the brand Havana club?… the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to help you as they kept telling me tomorrow they will fix my door so I’m guessing they didn’t realise the safety issue at rise there. The vitamin bar staff were very demanding for you to buy more items than you needed. Some of the bar staff would pester you by asking if your married which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Not all bar staff was like this but just a few because some of them were lovely. When I complained to the guest service women she had no sympathy for me. She only offered me a late check out which was only about 3 hours later. The room service guy called youseff and towel guys were lovely and very pleasant people. The staff are overworked in this hotel. Don’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel as you will be disappointed. Apart from the water slides they do not have much to do for the kids also. Would not recommend this hotel!

Just finished my stay at this place. Honestly so disappointed the food was terrible very bland and very little options it was always just meat rice or pasta. They have a Chinese restaurant, nothing Chinese about it. And the Italian? Absolutely disgusting can’t even call the pizza a pizza it was raw. My boyfriend has also gotten food poisoning while we have been away. I urge you not to book with them unless you’re ready for disappointment. The rooms were very poor and dirty. The “spa” staff are constantly following you and trying to force you to buy there treatments. The “all inclusive” is not. You have to pay for water, wine and if you go to any of there “included restaurants” you have to pay for drinks. I am a wine drinker but have taken to the free beer since it’s £30 a bottle and they won’t let you just buy a glass. It was honestly the most disappointing experience. The pillows feel like you’re sleeping on a slab of concrete and the food is just as bad. I don’t know what else I can add to warn people but please do not book this hotel. They all beg for tips and pester you. Probably the worst holiday myself and my partner have had. Also so many works being done that half the resort isn’t accessible the whole place smells horrible and is dusty. Not to mention all the male staff looking at me like I’m an object I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my life as a young woman.

Rooms were dirty, everyone in my group complained about their rooms being dirty. Dust everywhere, hair in the bed, faulty furniture, a mess overall. Food was horrible, hardly found anything good to eat (and I'm not a picky eater) it wasn't worth getting all inclusive because I hardly ate. When I did eat, I got food poisoning and missed my excursion the next day because I was in the hotel room hurling my guts out. Even the drinks were awful, can't even get a decent cup of coke. The food is not easily accessible. I only enjoyed the £2.50 cocktails at the Shisha bar. Pool was disgusting and dirty, pool bar had an awful smell. NOT comfortable stay, I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. It's also in a terrible area, full of poverty.

I would say this 1 star is even too much, they promise good food, "shows and parties" every day, they need to look up the meaning of thoes things. I was there for a week, every night at a "kids party" they danced with kids for 20 min and aftet that with growups they did like birthday type games and that was the "show" there was 1 "party + 4 shows" they sold it as "party from 9pm-1am with 4 shows". The shows were 2 women doing freestyle dances with different outfits and 1 guy who had a full LED suit on that blinded you, that party ended at 11:45 they told everyone to leave, it cost me 19,79€ cause i had to take out 700 EGP thats 15€ per ticket, there was a random woman there who had better moves than the 2 "show" girls. You cant walk or sit outside without having to say "no" 20 times every 5 min, cause the sales ppl there wont leave you alone, after you say no to everything they offer, they will ask you why 20 times, at first the prices are 100-150€/$ per person, when u say no enough they will offer/force 10-50€/$ for 2 people. The food is tasteless, as in no flavor and gave me food poisoning. 3 days in a row i had to call the front desk cause our room service forgot to leave water (1 600ml a day per person). "New sheets" and bedding always had stains on them and were dirty, rooms had dust everywhere, told them the safe doesnt work, they are still coming to" fix it". Furniture was broken, pools were dirty, i saw some guy take water from the pool, throw it on the ground and then pushed all the dirt and stuff back in to the pool. I booked a pool view room, got the otherside that was just a construction area and garbage+in front of the water pumps that made noice 24/7 so it wad hard to sleep. I had all inclusive stay, free drinks were from 10am-11pm and tasted disgusting, most of the things they say are included, aint, late dinner costs, everyday the "kids party show people" invite you to a party/club 15-20€\$ to get in and small drinks are 7-20€/$ inside. Most of the staff doesnt understand english so you have to repeat alot or change the whole sentence, after a while i gave up trying to speak to them. They serve "burgers" thats just a bun and burned meat at the buffee or with a lil salad outside from 4-5pm, meat was under cooked or over cooked and dry af, in the buffee/outside 1 guy will offer you "fresh juice", tells a "special price just for u my friend" from 5€/$-2.50€/$ even tho the buffee wherr u can get drinks from, had a price list for 2€/$ all in all worst FIRST vacation ever, as i said even the 1 star is too much, they call themselfs a 5 star resort, id say 0.01 star on a good day, DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Area around was rundown and trash everywhere. Hala bar people were nice but also tried to scam you. I was there for 7 days. If you look at the 5 star feedbacks, u see alot of egiptian named so the locals are trying to bump it up

Someone FANTASTIC is Mr. Mohamed, who works as a bartender in one of the pools and collects orders from tourists sunbathing on deckchairs. An extremely kind and hardworking man. She prepares delicious drinks with various fruit decorations. He will be happy to talk or joke. What's more, it cares about the safety of tourists by tactfully but firmly refusing to prepare alcoholic beverages for customers who are already very intoxicated and just being in the pool is dangerous for them... Hi Reviewers & Visitors! My first visit to Crete was back in 2005 and it was a holiday of my lifetime! I fell in love with the island, its history and cuisine, and the people who are friendly, courteous and love children. So I just knew that my first trip with a baby would be to Crete. Rinela by Mitsis was recommended by a friend and this was a great choice! It was again a holiday of my lifetime but in a different way because it was with a 10-month old baby. Most of the guests were families with young children. We were welcomed with champagne by a friendly receptionist at 3 am (!) and our daughter got a wooden shape puzzle. We had a swim-up suite, which was absolutely gorgeous! We spent most of the time at the beach, which offered great sun beds and lots of shade and the beach bar staff made the best cocktails in the world! In the second half of the day we would come back to our suite so that we could practise some swimming & diving with our daughter in the shared pool. There's also a small terrace leading to the pool where we spent the nights watching some movies and enjoying the view of the stars reflecting in the pool. ;-) The staff were very friendly and nice, I can't praise them enough: the waiting staff, the cleaning ladies, who would drop in to ask if everything was ok, the beach staff. I was a little cautious about travelling with a baby abroad, but thanks to all staff at Rinela Mitsis, our first trip was memorable and would always stay in our hearts!

We’ve stayed at several hotels from this chain, and each time we’ve been thoroughly impressed. What sets these hotels apart is the exceptional quality of the food and drinks. There are virtually no queues at the bars, as waiters bring drinks directly to your table, sun loungers by the pool, or anywhere you wish. The hotel’s aesthetics are truly remarkable. Every bar, reception area, pathway between buildings – every corner of this place is a feast for the eyes. It is beautifully designed, and even the drink selection by the pool is outstanding. We spent two weeks here with our children, and we’re absolutely thrilled. The only downside we noticed is the main pool – while it’s large, it’s also very deep (2.5 m). At 168 cm tall, I lost footing as soon as I entered the water. If you’re planning to stay at this hotel, we highly recommend booking a room with a pool, preferably one with a sea view and a shared infinity pool. This is important because many rooms with shared pools are shaded for most of the day.

This was a very enjoyable holiday thanks to the brilliant team in the hotel. The staff and customer service helped us with our requests. Themed restaurants were delicious, and eating your breakfast by the sea is a vacation within a vacation. Great shows and entertainment. The sunset is amazing. Stunning. Simply stunning. The only disappointment were the photo team ladies, who on our last evening constantly jumped in the pictures and almost tried to push us out so they could take pictures for their clients. This was rude and unexpected. Especially since all other staff were extremely nice and careful. Rooms were nice and spacious, clean and well maintained. Overall, very very nice. Can only recommend.

Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, we felt very comfortable in it. We were given a room on the left and not far from the main building. We were accommodated on the first floor and so we did not have a pool, but in this case we came to the sea. There were fewer sun loungers by the beach and that was the reason why we lay by the pool. We experienced days when the wind blew more and so it was not possible to swim in the sea. We were accommodated in mid-September 2024. We did not have any problems, as some guests report. The food was plentiful and varied. Every evening was themed. We really enjoyed it there. We also recommend the ala carte restaurant. I do not say that we will ever return there, but we liked it.

The hotel definitely doesn't look like a 5-star hotel. The room – nice at first glance. The bathroom could use a complete renovation. The rooms could use a thorough cleaning (there was a significant mess under the bed and in the corners), the air conditioning worked, but sometimes it had a mind of its own. The terrace door couldn't be properly locked. However, the room looked nice. The restaurant – excellent, great food, and there's something for everyone (meats, salads, fish, pasta, desserts, fruits, and just about everything you can think of). Every evening, the dinner was in a different style (Italian, Cretan, Mexican, etc.). The staff was very pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. The pool – although they take care of the pool and clean it every evening, unfortunately, the pool was slightly cloudy the entire time, and the edges of the pool could also use a cleaning. (Maybe better pool chemicals or better filtration should be used). But overall, the pool and its surroundings were very nice and pleasant. There was a bar and an afternoon restaurant by the pool. The bar offered a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they were very good – prepared by a skilled bartender. The hotel is located right by the beach. The beach was sandy and clean, with the option to use the hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas for free. The sea in this area is very clean. Despite the fact that the hotel could use a bit of renovation or repairs, I highly recommend it, and these shortcomings are definitely balanced out by the excellent staff, location, and delicious cuisine. And you don't have to worry about getting bored at the hotel. Practically all day, from morning until night, there was some program organized in different parts of the hotel by the talented animators – beach volleyball, ping pong, guessing songs, pool exercises, etc.

The gardening is poor, bricks covering the walls are broken , it is an all included but lot of drinks are charged , very poor entertainment for children’s , no air condition in the public places like in the resultant. No water bottles given in the rooms and access to water is only in the restaurants . It is the 1st hotel world wide which is charging 3 euros per day for the safe inside the room!!!

Third visit to Jandia, first at this hotel. As with most hotels reviews mention cold food and issues with maintenance, I had no issues whatsoever. Pleasant check in, very clean room in a great location. Good selection of food in the buffet restaurant, as with any buffet food is not piping hot. Easy access to promenade, beach and mountain trails. Plenty of sunbeds and seats, no queues for drinks. Daily room cleaning was to a very high standard. The hotel was a typical Spanish 4 star hotel, not new but well kept. I would return to this hotel before others in Esquinzo and Morro Jable where I have stayed before.

I wish I could say this was a pleasant stay for our Christmas holiday 22/12/24-29/12/24 but this couldn't be further from the truth. Levels of cleanliness were absolutely appalling. Rooms not cleaned to a good standard and did not have that lovely fresh smell upon entry. 'Fresh' towels smell musty and bed sheets not changed once. We even had mould in our kettle! No coffee or tea left in rooms. Bins are left overflowing around the hotel, with rubbish and dirty cups left outside rooms. Shockingly, broken glass left on the floor, despite reading another review where somebody had cut their glass badly due to broken glass, clearly staff didn't learn! Hotel overall is tatty and needs tidying up, pool tiles and floor tiles cracked and broken. Paint peeling off the walls everywhere you look. Shockingly, the safes in the rooms are charged at €4.50 per day, which should be included for a supposed 4 star hotel. WiFi did not work the entire time depiste speaking to staff 4 times. We attempted to complain to a receptionist and his response was 'what can I do, I am only receptionist'. These staff have no care or consideration at all. Food is bland, cold or raw. You would expect turning up to dinner at the earliest time available it would be hot but no. Food is not fresh and nothing seasoned so everything just tastes bland. Pools freezing so cant even use them. They are NOT heated. The sea was warmer! Do not waste your money here! This is not 4 star standard. Photos speak for themselves.

A Low-Cost Chaos: Smoking, Drinking, and Disappointment This hotel is the epitome of low-cost chaos, with smoking everywhere, poor service, and an atmosphere that screams neglect – a mistake I’ll never repeat. The reception staff seem uninterested and detached, as if customer care is the last thing on their minds. The same applies to the buffet restaurant staff, who lack any interaction with guests and appear indifferent to the messy state of the dining area. The rooms are disappointing, with most overlooking either a noisy road or a shadowy gravel pit. The best rooms, as far as I can tell, are those facing the pool – at least they offer some sun and less road noise. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure is visibly crumbling, with neglected walls, peeling plaster, and poorly maintained doors and frames. The buffet restaurant is overcrowded, noisy, and uninspired. The menu repeats daily, offering bland food that’s barely enjoyable, even if you can hear yourself think over the 70-80 dB noise level. The lack of cleanliness is shocking – food scraps litter the floor, and staff seem oblivious. There’s also no outdoor seating, which makes the dining experience even less pleasant. It’s as if this hotel exists in constant rain, with no option to enjoy meals outside. The Christmas dinner was a catastrophe. Traditional dishes like duck, pork roast, red cabbage, and caramelized potatoes were replaced with poorly executed sushi and a dry, flavorless attempt at duck. To make matters worse, the red wine – supposedly a highlight – was of such poor quality it barely scored 2.8 on Vivino. The dinner was advertised as a “gift,” but calling it that is a joke. Evenings here revolve around drinking. While enjoying drinks is perfectly fine, the sight of adults overindulging in an environment with children feels inappropriate and out of place. Non-smokers, beware: Smoking is rampant throughout the hotel. Even in areas clearly marked as non-smoking, guests still smoke freely. It’s especially noticeable on the balconies, where smoking is common. The smell of cigarettes is everywhere – by the pool, in hallways, and in supposed no-smoking zones. It’s hard to escape the constant presence of cigarette smoke, even waking up to it in the mornings. The WiFi barely works, and when it does, it’s painfully slow – practically unusable. In 2024, this is simply unacceptable. The hotel gets one star for the house cat. In summary, this hotel is a cautionary tale of what happens when low cost meets low standards. From the crumbling infrastructure to the uninspired food and neglectful service, it’s clear that quality and care are not priorities here. Avoid this place at all costs – there are undoubtedly more dignified options elsewhere.

The room size is great, and i liked having a separate living and bedroom. The pools were also great. Sunbeds were available at all times of the day around all 3 pools. The infinity pool was the most lively and busiest, but this is where the entertainment is during the day. The service from the reception desk was awful, and the layout of the hotel wasn't the best, on the first day, we had trouble finding our room following the instructions given. Food was awful, with the same food every night, and most of it was lukewarm. Pizza was the only good thing! Drinks regularly ran out from the drink machine at the pool and in the restaurant, and there wasn't a lot of choice to begin with. The surrounding area is pretty, but there doesn't seem to be a lot going on. I wouldn't go back to this hotel, but i know that's not everyones opinion.

I visited the place with the family for the first days of vacation, cause of the water slides for the kids. First impression was good on our check in but after that for the adults was something like a nightmare! The room was so dirty that even I have videos I don’t want to upload them! After they changed our room it was way to better of cleanness! The kids had really fun at the water slides! The service of the staff was excellent!!! The hotel was full of Russians groups and it was a reason that all day long you were hearing loud almost all the time Russian music. Overall experience: the hotel needs a BIG renovation at the rooms! The staff was very helpful and polite. The kids had fun of course. The food medium.

Very happy with our stay here. Checked out yesterday. Hotel is beautiful your treated so well nothing is too much hassle. Beach is lovely food is lovely wide variety of dishes. The animation team can be a little bit annoying when you’re just trying to chill but I literally can’t fault this hotel it was a blast so many beautiful memories we have made. The staff were all excellent, without exception and the service was first class. The food was obviously local but catered to all tastes, and the standard of cooking was first rate, the steak pie just disintegrated off the fork it was so tender! The moment we arrived at the reception we greeted with a smile. Very welcoming. Quick and a smooth checkin. We arrived late at night and unexpected snacks sent to our room. The room was very clean spacious and had necessary amenities. Pleasant garden with tasteful sitting areas are situated between the swimming pools. All the staff are very friendly helpful at all times. Willing to assist with any requests. Their dedication to provide excellent service was amazing. The food offer was varied and good quality. Over all our stay in the hotel was very enjoyable.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights and loved it here! We plan on returning next year! The room we stayed in didn't have air con but we survived and the bed was two singles out together but it wasn't too bad. The views from our balcony were amazing though! We had all inclusive food and drink and it was so worth it, the food was well cooked and freshly topped up regularly. The drinks were all self service, including the alcohol!

Great view. Overall decent experience, however cleaning was nonexistent with dust bowls in every corner. Breakfast buffet is good but the dinner is embarrassing. We fortunately did not have all inclusive, would suck to eat that every night. Frozen pizza for 12 euros. The gym is nonexistent as well if you plan on doing any training. 1 fictional machine for strength training.

went on a seven day all inclusive holiday with my parents, little brother and partner in August 2024 and I was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. This hotel was absolutely amazing. Before going I saw some not so great reviews and my experience proved them review wrong. The buffet was always fully stocked with all foods during the meal times and there were many options to choose for especially for my partner who is a very picky eater. Between meals you have a snack bar which is also set up buffet style. The view from both pools and rooms was absolutely beautiful. The bar was all self service when all inclusive so no need to wait in long lines when wanting a drink. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and were cleaned regularly, unless asked otherwise. The staff were very respectful when you didn’t want them to go into the room and still offered clean towels and to take the bins out for you. Overall our experience as a family was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be returning.

Our experience with Altamar was horrendous. We arrived 22:30 and were told there was no room for us due to construction. We were never informed about this before arrival. They put us in their sister hotel, where the breakfast was cold and the grapes were mouldy. We paid extra for a sea view, which the other hotel didn’t have. We had to spend hours trying to get back into the other hotel. When we finally got back, the air conditioning didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. We chose a self catering apartment, no washing up liquid or a sponge was provided. We were woken every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 with building work. Didn’t get a relaxed lie in once while we were away. The cleaners came around at 8:30 one morning, knocking on the window three times and peeping in the bedroom window - very inappropriate. We were never given anything to say ‘do not disturb’. Took 3 days to receive any sort of an apology, and at that we had to go looking for it. We were ‘compensated’ with free breakfast. Very poor customer service skills from the manager. Spoke to us badly and argued with everything we said. Save your well earned and go elsewhere, plenty more beautiful hotels on the island.

I went to this hotel with my family and it is one of the best places I have ever stayed it, the location is lovely and I love the way that the hotel is build as the views are lovely too. One of my favourite parts of the hotel are the balcony’s as they are massive and always gets sun. The entertainment is brilliant as they have stuff on for all ages which we all enjoyed. The food is good and it has wasn’t too busy. For us we managed to get a sun bed everyday which wasn’t a struggle, There is a lot of steps in this hotel but there is a lift for anyone who needs to use it, the lift can be busy but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Europa centre is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel if you fancy going out for a meal which we did some nights and it was great as they have shops there aswell. Overall I would definitely go again and I would recommend this hotelto anyone considering going to Gran Canaria.

Hotel Sunshine Rhodes We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Rhodes and had a lovely experience, which I would rate as 4 stars. The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area. If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight. Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional. The variety was impressive, with fresh and tasty options that catered to all tastes. We especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt dips and the dessert section, which included delicious ice cream; we indulged in them every day! We stayed in room 105, situated in the first block. While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes. My husband suffered from the bites so severely we had to visit the pharmacy; installing a net on the balcony door would definitely help. Next time we'll know to be prepared. Despite these room issues, the staff made our stay memorable. From the cleaning ladies, who were always accommodating, to the reception team, who were incredibly patient and helpful despite the constant complaints from guests about the hotel's dated facilities, their friendliness truly stood out. Dining at the Mama Mia restaurant (part of the hotel experience included in the price of the hotel) was a mixed experience. While the food was okay, it wasn't as good as the main restaurant, and we had to ask for extra drinks. However, the desserts were delightful, and we ended up having a fun evening thanks to the company of a lovely English couple we met. The poolside snack bar was a pleasant surprise, offering great options served until 4:30 PM, which was perfect for lazy days by the water. The hotel provided plenty of activities, including darts, water aerobics, mini-golf, tennis, and more. The hotel bars offered stunning sea views, and the location is ideal, with many local markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Plus, bus connections to Rhodes Old Town and cheap car rentals made exploring easy. I only rate it 4 stars due to the room conditions, as the photos on the website can be misleading, showcasing newer buildings instead of the existing ones. While I understand the marketing strategy, it doesn't accurately reflect the present condition and has led to this negative review and disappointment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, returning relaxed and happy, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Just keep in mind that while it's not a luxury hotel, it has plenty of charm and benefits. I hope this review helps others in their decision-making!

More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer. Great location and is ideal for a quiet get away, if you want to explore the island you need to rent a vehicle.

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu. Overall an excellent place!

Stunning location Right near the strip. Full of beautiful restaurants bars and plenty of shops We had a family room The room was plenty big enough with a sea view. The bathroom needs tidying up. Sealant on the shower is full of mold. It rained for 2 days and the room got flooded. They font seem to fix the cracks and water damage. Just dry it out. Service is mostly very good. There are the odd ones that are rude. Especially one lady in the mama Mia restaurant. She was impatient and took our plates away while we were eating. Food was really terrible in there. The main breakfast lunch tea restaurant was lovely. Plenty on offer every day and lovely staff. Pool bar is lovely Set on the beach its a beautiful location.

In the fifth block of rooms, the rooms are nothing like the hotel photos. Mine was very spartan, which I wouldn’t have mind if it was comfortable and clean. But you can feel the coils in the beds (very uncomfortable). There is no mattress protector, just a sheet right on top of mattress. The bed linens and towels are worn down, faded, torn, and old. There are no hangers in the closet. The bathroom is gross, toilet is broken, and the shower and faucet must have been skipped in the cleaning. The buffet food bland; at minimum, in Greece, one would expect Greek salads to be fresh, tasty and bright in color. (It is not here.) They don’t tell you there is a cut-off time for pool/beach towels (5 pm). It’s not posted anywhere or conveyed at check-in. This is maybe a two star hotel but listed as a four star. That it is definitely not.

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel! The service was excellent , they fulfilled all our requests and were very serviceable. Although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation. The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. The hotel beach is just beautiful ! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our stay here! Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic! The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!

This wasn’t our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. There’s so much space and plenty of activities to enjoy, yet it never feels too crowded. The food is decent, everything is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is always vibrant and uplifting. What really stood out to us this time, even more than before, was just how hard the staff works to make your holiday as perfect as possible - everyone. They truly go above and beyond. Just one of examples - we had a minor issue when our daughter twisted a muscle, but the spa staff immediately found an available slot and worked their magic—she was back on her feet like nothing ever happened. You had to see how dedicated they are !!! Everyone in hotel deserves a big thank you for their dedication and effort. The only downside was the behavior of some hotel guests who were leaving a mess behind them. It's disappointing to see such disregard for others. However, they are minority. Despite that, we’re certain we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Please always smile to people who work hard there, and you will see the magic back !

If your planning to stay at this resort then you much know to only book bed and breakfast and don’t bother to book all included….. The all inclusive package only offers local drinks (limited per person) Also if your an vegan or vegetarian then be sure that nothing nice in the restaurant for you. The chef doesn’t care and will not make anything special for you, in fact they offered Bread, Plan Rice, Pasta and Salad that’s it….. basically food with no taste…. However if your non veg, then great food options repeatedly for lunch and dinner. For breakfast you will get hot English breakfast and continental breakfast which is very nice. Apart from all that the hotel is vintage needs updating but kept clean which in my view is okay to what your paying for. You will find rude staff especially in the evening, if anything is wrong with your room then don’t worry it would never get fix during your stay ( Room 109 A block ) • Lightbulb not working - reception don’t care • Toilet / bathroom door not closing - no carpenter in the hotel by reception • Door fob key keeps on disconnecting communication with the key and door which means you have to go to the reception and wait for an engineer to come and fix the issue, The whole process will take at least half an hour of your time…. • Telephone in room, but no information to how it can be used • Internet black spots that comes and goes but it’s okay. I would come again however my wife would not why, I’m non veg and it’s a great location with easy access to the beach and a lot to do nearby. For my wife, well she is an vegetarian that don’t eat onion and garlic, so for her the restaurant doesn’t cater for vegan people and from the chef it’s a full stop that nothing can be done. We had full packages and only had breakfast and dinner for me with takeaway from the high street restaurant for vegetarian options and wasn’t allowed to eat in the restaurant with the outside food.

Would not recommend this hotel avoid at all cost, upon arrival the older male staff at reception was very hostile and rude, the all inclusive option was very poor, the food was nasty, dry and not cooked properly. the soft drinks tasted like it had bleach in them and the alcohol drinks was limited with all inclusive wristband you had to pay for alcohol if you wanted any other one. The rooms was not up to standard in looks wise had a lot of mosquitoes flying around, towels were dirty, however the cleaning staff was really nice. This hotel should not be rated a 4* at all I had really high standards for this hotel.

Cannot recommend highly enough! I would love to say everything is perfect but there are tiny things that could be tweaked to make it perfect, however it is by a distance the best 3 star we have stayed at. The food is great and better than a lot of 4 star hotels, can't fault it. So much selection at all three meal times which should keep everyone happy. The room could do with updating however given the resort is three star you really can't complain. The house keeping staff even seen it was my fiance's birthday and left a bottle of bubbly in the room which was a lovely gesture. Could not ask for a better view from the balcony. The resort facilities are good, nice clean pool with lots of sun loungers (these could do with upgrading) lots of things to keep boredom at bay. The animations team are amazing in particular Mauricio who made us all feel so welcome and always made time to check how we are without forcing games on us. Every member of staff at the resort is a credit to the company, everyone is so friendly. Keep up the amazing work!

Great place for the price they ask. Its beach holiday resort. looking for sight seeing is not an idea when booked in there as Lisbon is 2.30 hours away. The resort has a vintage look and structurally appears old. But staff kept it very clean and tidy. All cleaning staff were very helpful ,though most of them don't know English. I would like to appreciate one staff member specifically who is in white uniform,I believe his name is ion. ( hair tied at the back). He was pleasant,funny, helpful and relieved our stress and apprehension after we had to deal with a front desk staff named Carla. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. The pool has indoor and outdoor pool. Not many people seem to use outdoor pool,could be the weather.pools are kept clean and water seems warm and clean. Indoor pool is well used. Only thing I noticed is, there is no allocated family pool time. There is mixed group in the pools and in my opinion sometimes I felt it's not suitable for small kids to be with adult group. Great choice of food on the menu. I normally don't eat fish ,but tried a few fish dishes there. We took all inclusive and the drinks were great and available most of the time. All in all it's nice stay. We would certainly recommend it for the price.

Perfect apart from hard to sleep. Greet location right next to the beach and lovely rocky walks. Unbelievable sunsets if the weather is good. Great food (salads, fresh fish / meats, breads, fruits and desserts. Nice staff, great free sauna and stream room (not many guests knew about it). They have a pool table, ping pong (both free) and activities on every day. The old town is ok which is 30 minutes walk along the beach or some free shuttles from the hotel. It was €20 uber form the airport. Perfect stay apart from lack of sleeping. In our room the mattress was very hard and the corridor light is bright so we tried to close the bedroom wooden door but if you need to pee in the night the door is hard to open and very noisy. Thank you!

We spent a fantastic week here with my family. The resort was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the buffet on most days but found that there were not many chicken options. The evenings were filled with fun and laughter thanks to the amazing entertainment. The animators went above and beyond. Kids club was fantastic and a great opportunity for little ones to make friends and parents to have a few relaxing hours.

I took my wife for 5 days for her birthday, We stayed in the adult only part of the resort, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and there was a nice variety of food to choose from. The whole resort was so clean and tidy. all the staff were friendly and smiling. There were 3 different forms of entertainment each evening at the 3 different bars. We booked a spa treatment, which was very reasonably priced and It was fantastic. We only wish we would have booked longer, so much so we are booking again for next year and taking the whole family. The only negative thing we experienced was the mosquitos, but that is just nature and is no fault of the resorts whatsoever. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. It was absolutely amazing.. Thank you once again and see you next year.

We had a lovely family holiday here. The highlight for us was that the hotel was right next to a gorgeous beach, where the sea was clean and clear. The food in the hotel was good, but it seemed to lack in variety from one night to the next. The rooms were fine and cleaned to a high standard. We had amazing sunset views from our balconies. The last day of our holiday was slightly stressful though as we booked and paid to have a late check-out of our rooms, but then we were informed at the last minute that we couldn't have these rooms so we quickly had to pack and move which messed up our plans. Also, we hadn't been given/couldn't find out information about our transfer back to the airport, and the reception staff couldn't help us with this. We know transfers are not their responsibility, but a bit of help working out what was going on would have been appreciated. Overall, however, we have very happy memories of our holiday at Sandy Beach, Corfu.

A nice hotel set off from the main road, making it less busy than those on the main promenade. The seaview rooms offer a stunning outlook and are worth the extra premium. The hotel itself could do with a re vamp, but our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. The staff were always pleasant and courteous. For the price, you really can't go wrong!

Lovely staff! Honestly, such a great team, they have been so helpful and kind. Room is spacious and good and beds comfy, gym is great and the view is beautiful. WARNING (not about the hotel, but worth mentioning) about the closest mini mart across the road DO NOT SHOP THERE - I bought two bottles of water, three beers, a pack of crisps, a small pack of pretzels some chocolate and some eggs, tomatoes and feta and an onion and three cartons of juice. It barely filled a backpack and she charged me €70 and didn't give me a receipt. I didn't realise til I got back to the apartment. I am very dumb. Don't be dumb like me. Daylight robbery from the mini mart across the road.

Nice hotel, self catering, good location extremely close to the sea, has a separate outdoor pool, gym, spa and an indoor pool. We visited at the end of September so it wasn't very busy. The temperature in Malta at that time of the year is perfect, still hot, all day sunshine and warm evenings. The hotel isn't luxurious but perfectly good standard. A few shops across the road and plenty of restaurants and drinking venues along the sea front. It's a close walk into the St Paul's area which is the main town. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you want peace and quiet and to be away from the busy areas.

We're a family of 5 and got back last week and stayed 11 days at the Sunny Coast Resort. We stayed in the apartment with what they call a partial sea view. It was a generous upgrade that we were not expecting. It's a maybe a side view of the sea, but a brilliant view none the less. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sofabed is also good and even pulled out the living area had plenty of space. The kitchen facilities had all the basics we needed (and we like to cook). We loved our stay in Malta and were out every day, but the idea of coming 'home' every day was lovely. The apartment was spacious, and all 3 kids quickly found their corner and took ownership. We took full use of the facilities with our daughter preferring the pool (i think a mix of chlorinated and sea water) and older boys and hubby walking through to swim in the sea. We all enjoyed the spa, although only discovered it in later days 🙈 our own fault. It was a lovely hideaway in the indoor pool (chlorinated) after a day in the sun. Hubby even booked a session in the sauna with our boys. On our walk, we discovered an automated laundry mate, literally next door from the main road, so we made use of that. It was clean and easy to use. We loved our stay and will be back.

My AC was broken and they fixed it just immediately. For bad things, poor equipment in the kitchen. My toaster was broken. A few pots but without frying pan. In the area there are only a couple of parking spots.

This hotel is simply magnificent! We have stayed here multiple times, and each visit has been a delight. We truly appreciate both the interior and exterior design, which create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. However, this time, we would like to give special recognition to the restaurant staff, who go above and beyond even during the off-season. Mr. Rafael, the administrator, and Mr. David, the waiter, create an unforgettable ambiance with their remarkable ability to connect with an international community. Their communication skills in multiple languages and deep understanding of different cultures make every dinner a special experience. For the second evening in a row, my day has ended on a perfect note, thanks to the outstanding service and warm hospitality of these two gentlemen. I kindly ask the management to acknowledge their invaluable contribution to the hotel’s service excellence. We will definitely return with our family again!

Spent a week here in November 2024, and what a lovely hotel. NOT 5* IMO, but with some upgrades and refurbishment in places, it definitely could be. Staff were amazing and worked such long hours but always had smiles on their faces, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was superb. The staff in the kitchen are a credit to this hotel. There was so much variety, and they were cooking for different themed nights every day. Always something for everyone, regardless of your pallet, allergies, or intolerances. And drinks were constantly flowing. Set in a beautiful location, with a private beach and overlooking a lovely little harbour, it's perfect for watching the sunset too. It's got a decent sized pool. The pool bar food was amazing. Can't really fault the place, it just needs some work doing to make it 5* rather than the 4* that it should be rated at at the moment. But the fact there are a lot of repeat returning holidaymakers tells you there is something special about this hotel.

We started coming to Kos in 1996. We still come back. In 2020 the hotel we usually stay at closed so we came here. We have returned three times and all I can say is it is what a fantastic place. The animation team are fantastic. The bar staff fantastic. The Maids kept our room spotless and the receptionists are so polite and helpful. The bus into town is punctual and very handy I will dare yogi to .not be impressed with the whole hotel. Ultra clean, food is so Good and drinks are great. Tonight the show put on was the best and I would recommend anyone comes to this beautiful place and enjoys their holiday. I wish we could stay longer. Two weeks of pure happiness and fun. Thank you thank you for the best time again.

Positives first We were in a suite with an upstairs downstairs and it was immaculate, cleaned everyday and the air con worked fab. The view was just beautiful and we got to hear the entertainment at night from our balcony watching the sunset. There was a whole variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner which meant most days the kids and adults were happy. Drinks are good measures 😂 too good maybe haha. The animator team are just awesome! My 4yr old son can be very challenging and they kept him entertained no problem, he fell in love with Miguel and Kevin and was so sad to leave them!! I'll be singing the sunshine song for the foreseeable! Plenty shaded areas for the kids, lots of shallow kids pools and snacks ice cream served throughout the day for them. The staff can never do enough for you apart from the old grumpy man who serves on the bar at the animator pool! Which brings us onto the negatives .... this man is so rude and grumpy it actually made us switch what pool we sat at because no one wanted to ask him for drinks, he huffed and puffed at us every time we asked for a drink, and God forbid you ask him if he was having a cigarette! I got my drinks slammed on the bar! The hotel shop is quite expensive but we found the shop down by the beach to be much more affordable so started using that. The drinks machines kept going out of order so had to walk up and down the dining room to find one that worked. But honestly they are the only negatives I could pick out of our 2weeks there. All in all it was a fabulous resort and we will most definitely be back!

The hotel is far away from everything and the service at the reception is not good. Only some of them can speak English and they how can speak English doesn't speak well. The service at the reception is not so well the information is not clear, sometimes incorrect and not at the acutall stand of time. The service at the restaurant is okay mostly the waiters are fast to take the dishes but it's quite normal that some people can't eat when they want because there are no seats left. The pools aren't heated and at a temperature around 15°C (the lake is warmer than the pools).

my biggest complaint about the hotel is one. it is generally dirty and you can see that the hotel needs renovation. a lot of flies in the restaurant, tables stick from dirt. ants in the rooms. traditional and Chinese food is good, other dishes especially the imitations of European average.

I bit out of kardemena, but service from waiters and waitresses was fabulous. The rooms get a lot of use and air conditioning is a bit noisy but they were well cleaned. Food was good it's very difficult to cater for lots of people but food was good. Highly recommend more sunbeds as people will always leave towels all day and not use them. Mermaid restaurant wasn't great, long waits and I understood what is trying to be achieved but it didn't really work out.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

We recently stayed at the Mitsis Ramira and had an overall enjoyable experience, though there were some areas for improvement. The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and unfortunately located in front of the hotel’s air conditioning engine, which made it less than ideal. The main building rooms could definitely benefit from some renovations to match the rest of the hotel's offerings. On a positive note, the food had a lot of variety and was generally good, though nothing stood out as exceptional. The service, however, was excellent. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a highlight—very clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to relax. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of a very nice beach, though it is a bit stony, so something to keep in mind. The animation team did a fantastic job keeping guests entertained with fun and interesting activities throughout the day. There was a dedicated crew for children, and activities like morning yoga and more, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if the room conditions improve with some updates.

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

Our trip to the hotel was lovely, all the staff are so welcoming and attentive. Cleaning staff kept up to providing us with fresh towels and drinks in the mini bar. Great variety of food each night with four themed nights but the buffet every night gives you good choice. The beach is clean and waiters are there to serve you with drinks at your leisure.

Location: Really nice. Close to the beach. Nice walk by the beach in both directions from the hotel. Rooms: Very simple but clean and smells good. Beds are quite hard. Blankets not super nice. Free shampoo and shower gel every day but no free water. Restaurants: We tried both the buffets and they were generally good. One day out of five I didn't find anything I liked. Breakfast is good. Tried the meat at restaurant Roma and it was terrible. Most of the other food was good. Staff: Really nice overall. The major downside with the hotel is the prices for water/soda/beer. In the end I was pretty annoyed with the high prices.

Just spent a week around Valentine’s Day not knowing what to expect after reading some mixed reviews of the hotel. The hotel is really nice Art Deco (ish)style building with an amazing frontage and a very welcoming foyer area. Our room was clean and tidy with a view of the pool and suited our needs completely as a basis to explorer the beach and local area. The friendly housekeeping staff provided excellent service. We only purchase bed and breakfast and the food was of good quality, the waiting staff were very attentive and very friendly. The Animation team were very friendly and full of fun around the pool and in the evening, special thanks to Jaguar, O’mama and of course Freckles. We will certainly be coming back to see you again soon Mick and Lavinia

We almost stayed here after booking.com messed up our hotel booking somewhere else, but after viewing the rooms and hotel we opted against it, there's a weird smell throughout the hotel and it's dark and erie in the corridors all that's before we viewed the room, when we got there same smell and no ac rooms look outdated everything old. So we moved on and got an actual 5 star hotel for much cheaper than this one on b&b which was worth it.

Stayed for a week in January. The hotel location is very good, next to the beach, and food places Mc D, Pizza Hut etc on beach front. easy to eat in or out. The room was a pool view and a good size, clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly across the hotel and helpful. The animation team always have a smile and chat. The food is good but could do with a variation in the week. Breakfast has very limited cereal options. I was half board and option to eat lunch by pool or evening in restaurant was good, There was always so much food. Next time I will go for room and breakfast for the flexibility. The pool I a good size and pool staff very helpful with towels, beds etc and no issues getting a space at the time I went. The hotel was mainly older retired people. the pool music was on the same playlist everyday which people were complaining about. Needs better music and a change each day. The evening was live singers catering for the senior people. There is a cash machine and bank device in the hotel. The cash machine charges a small fee to get money out. I noticed loud music on one night which seemed to be from outside the hotel the music inside the hotel was not a problem for my room so it was not an issue for sleeping. The one issue people had as the hotel charges a lot for water with the meal, when you can get water at the shop outside for a fraction of the price but can't take it into restaurants. I would have liked more Morocco option in the min restaurant as I did not want to pay a supplement to eat at the other restaurants. Seagulls are a problem especially if people order food by the pool the hotel needs to improve the seagull defense across the whole outside. WiFi it was ok, I needed to connect to a different network in different parts of the hotel but it worked fine when I did this..Overall the hotel provides value for money, people who have been several times said the standards had dropped but they still return. A good relaxing break for a week for me.

My stay at Agadir Beach Club was extremely disappointing. This hotel is focused solely on getting money out of guests without providing the quality or service you’d expect. The food was tasteless and lacked variety, leaving much to be desired. The service was abysmal – any requests took an unreasonable amount of time to be fulfilled. The rooms are overpriced, and the lack of internet is misleading, as their advertisements claim it’s available. You will need to buy a sim from a local shop if you want Internet. A particularly upsetting incident occurred when my daughter had an accident. I called reception for help, and instead of assisting, they laughed on the phone – an appalling and unacceptable response. I also saw a couple of cockroaches in the room and reported the reception but they did nothing about it. The only redeeming factor is its good location, and I did meet some friendly staff in the café. However, the hotel itself is old and uninteresting. There are far better options in the area for a lower price. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Lots of cats, which is a positive. The food was great. The most atrocious thing about this hotel, despite the great views, location and atmosphere, is that the noise level from 9:30-11PM was nothing short of horrendous! There was an indoor pool, though the jacuzzi was a no-show. Would recommend going during the spring and avoiding the summer season.

This hotel is great by name and great by nature. Had a quick winter break and the outdoor pool was freezing but that’s to be expected for the time of year, but there is a large indoor heated pool which is fantastic. Great staff , amazing views, food was nice . The only disappointment was the kids entertainment, I know the hotel is mainly aimed at adults out of season but the kids entertainer was not very engaging at all. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the main road in Protaras. Loved it, definitely recommend and will absolutely be returning in the summer!

For €128, this is the best all-inclusive deal in Cyprus. For this price, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, dinner, and unlimited drinks at the bar. The hotel offers dry and steam saunas, a heated indoor pool, an unheated outdoor pool, and a beachfront location with sunbeds. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the young man at the reception, who was very helpful. We were even given free early check-in and late check-out, as well as an upgraded room from a city view to a partial sea view. Additional amenities include massage chairs and billiards, available for an extra fee. While the furniture is outdated and some parts of the hotel could use renovation, the value we received for the price is unbeatable. I still rate this hotel a 10/10. Bonus: There’s a free tennis court available!

We were really looking forward to our first family holiday, to say this hotel is a disappointment would be an understatement! The photos are very deceiving! This hotel is advertised as a 5 star, it is more like a low end 3 star. The whole hotel is in need of refurbishment. It is very very dirty, stains everywhere! Cats everywhere even inside the hotel reception/foyer area Food is the worst ever experienced anywhere in the world. Dirty carpets with marks everywhere Bedrooms are old and very dated, stains everywhere A complete waste of money and time! Go elsewhere!

Looking great from the outside, beautiful beach. Birds flying around in the breakfast room / restaurant with food on display and cats walk in and out even during dinner. Food is average. The spa floor is dirty, tiles hanging off and only two showers available where the shower head is broken. Floor very dirty. The steam room is under renovation. ( February 2025) We got a bacterial infection after using the pool. Such a shame. I would say it’s a 3* hotel.

I’ve just finished the first of my three weeks here, and I have to say—what an amazing hotel with fantastic views! But the best thing about this place is the people. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming; it’s worth coming back just for them. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax, there’s no better choice. The hotel is right in front of the beach, offering breathtaking views, a delicious buffet, and an entertainment team always ready to put a smile on your face. I’m already looking forward to the rest of my stay!

A long transfer but well worth the wait! From the second we walked in everything was perfect! Used the online check-in facility which was easy to use and when we arrived at reception there was nothing to do other than start our holiday. The staff are incredible - friendly, welcoming and professional - nothing was too much trouble! They were amazing with our grandkids too! We couldn’t fault the food, plenty of choice everyday, service amazing! 🤩 the entertainment team were first Class - Ramos was fabulous! All the activities were great! We will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed with this hotel. Definitely not a 5 star. First of all, there is only one indoor pool you can use whilst the other one, which has a jacuzzi, you have to pay £17 per person for an hour. The outdoor pools were not in use and there was no warning about this. Granted the weather isn't great so people won't be using the pool but some days it was warm enough but outdoor pool was still out of use and one of them with tape barrier around it. Why not invest in a heated outdoor pool? Secondly, during our dinner we were asked to fill out a survey and once I filled out the survey, one of the head waiters or supervisors in a suit came up after I handed it in and pulled up my name on his device and shook his head and walked off. I gave "very dissatisfied" answer to the question about the pool and nothing to do with the food or service so not sure how he is allowed to pull up my name and see my results? Also, you can't use your room towels for pool which is a stupid rule as we can in other hotels. Finally, one of our pillows was so overused it wasn't comfortable and flat and one of the duvets in the cupboard had stains on it. Very disappointed overall with the experience and won't be returning.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We can not rate it highly enough. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is first class, especially the sweets, delicious 😋. Rooms are spacious, towels changed every day. There are shampoos, conditioner, shower gel all provided. The animation team were so friendly and tried to get everyone involved. There were so many activities we couldn't fit it all in. Lastly, the beach is probably one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been on. The sea crystal clear with lovely fine sand. I can highly recommend a visit to this lovely hotel.

From the time we arrived, the reception staff have been very attentive. The entertainment staff are very friendly and always have ways of getting everyone involved even the children. The bar staff have been exceptional, they always make us laugh and are very attentive. The dining room staff have also been so lovely they're also very attentive and happy to serve 😊. Cleaning staff leave our room and leave little decoration on the bed most nights 🌙. Thank you everyone for all your hard work everyone 😊
