From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door. The staff try to be nice but are quite dismissive, also they hardly speak English. The food was ok, better than other places in Turkey we've been. The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes. We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay.

Me and my partner visited for 6 days. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome a staff member helped us to our room and then told us there is a late supper on which we are welcome to go to. The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym. All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on. Multiple bars to get drinks from and one that is even open till 2am. The evening entertainment was brilliant. They had different acts on each night. The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge. The shops on site were great and we have definitely gone away with our moneys worth. Good information In main lobby of things you can do outside the hotel. The only issue we had was the food. We are not really picky eaters but some of the food was not great. Allot of the meat was very fatty and not nice. There needs to be more signs telling you what is what on the all you can eat buffet as if you had an allergy to something especially on the salad bar it has no signs to say what it is. The food did seem to get better as our week went on but I do think the food needs a big improvement as most of the time it was either cold or bland. All round great hotel worth the money and would definitely come back again.

If you want a nice friendly 5* hotel This is not the place for you tiles missing from the swimming pool floor,plastic plimps broken around the pool a few staff members really rude. No real first aid to speak of. Will not be going back. I'm only giving an honest view take it or leave it.

The hotel and the rooms are clean and come with good beds and excellent showers. İt’s all a bit dated though. Since one spends most of the time outside that didn’t disturb me much. It’s and all-inclusive hotel with ample restautants and bars. The overall quality of the food was good, as was the variety. The beer was good, the wine undrinkable. What I really disliked were guests who apparently thought that the drinks and food provided by the hotel was the last food on earth. Food was piled so high on their plates that there was eternal snow on top of it. The concept of sharing and behaving normally seemed to be lost on them. I also did not like the absent-minded zombies with watery eyes at eleven in the morning trudging continuously from beachbed to bar and back holding as many beer glasses as they could at every beer run. But hey, that’s me!

Food is perfect. As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious . Kids activities are pretty. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great .

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the price vs what we get was awesome. The food was nice- a lot if traditional Turkish dishes and produce, fresh fruits an vegetables. The rooms are well kept and the staff was very friendly. The managers as well, they made sure we were well looked after. Daily activities by the pool and at night. Over all a great holiday.

I do not recommend going to this hotel. The first bad thing was the room, as I opened the door and entered the room, a strong smell of mold hit me, and the ceiling was full of mold. The balcony wasn't cleaned on my entire stay. In the bathroom, the toilet lid was stained with yellow color, you know from what. This hotel has a big problem at the restaurant, it is small and because of this it is always formed crowded food. Stay for 20 minutes to fill a plate with meat, garnish and a salad... They also don't have what you want to drink at the bar. For example at the bar at the restaurant did not have pepsi max at all on any day out of 8, on the last day at dinner they did not have beer, and the coffee machine did not work, not even at the beach bar, so if you want to drink coffee on the beach you can't. In many other days in a row they did not have the ingredients for mojito and did not bring them so I had to drink something else. What did I pay Ultra All Inclusive for? To drink water?

This is NOT a 5-star hotel! This is not even a 1-star hotel! Do not be fooled by the affordable price for a "5-star" vacation in an otherwise expensive Belek region! Keep away! You have been warned! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! We were initially given a room on the west side of the hotel, and the smell was unbearable due to the septic tanks located right outside. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a disgusting odor of sewage and mold. The air conditioning was covered in mold and hadn’t been serviced in ages. After our first complaint, the staff promised to clean the room thoroughly, but no one ever came. Following our second complaint, and after some help from a local contact, we were moved to a room on the east side. While the smell issue was resolved, other problems persisted. The east side rooms face a neighboring hotel with a summer kitchen that starts operating around 3 a.m., causing loud noises and conversations, sometimes even arguments. The hotel restaurant is filthy and serves the same bland food every day. If you aren’t among the first to get there, you’ll likely miss out on most of the food. The sunbeds are constantly “reserved” by people who either don’t show up until the afternoon or never show up at all, and the staff does nothing to address this. I even spoke with the owner, a man named Hussein, and his “right-hand” person, who both promised to fix the issue within minutes—yet, unsurprisingly, nothing was done. Any complaints made at the reception are passed on to “guest relations,” managed by a Russian woman who, frankly, does absolutely nothing. I believe that a picture says a thousand words - so judge yourself!

We come away with are 15 year old girls and from arrival to departing we had a great experience. Staff were polite, with a positive attitude. To be right on the beach with a see view you would normally pay a premium and with a gate straight on to the promenade this was great for shops, bars or a nice stroll away from the teens. Food was plateful and available from morning to night, with a great choice even for fussy teenagers. Yes: I would definitely return if i was to come away as a group or kids, teenagers. if you were looking for a quite lazied holiday if may not be a great choice for you. But if you looking for something central, with plenty going on this would be the place.

Visited march 2023- review based on then Sol Tenerife is a dated hotel in need of a spruce up. The staff here are lovely and the food is alright. What lets the place down is the dated rooms, lack of noise deadening (even from within the hotel you can hear the rooms next door far too much especially in the bathrooms) I’m not going to complain about location noise, if you book a hotel right next to the Veronica’s strip you should know what you’re in for in that respect. Unfortunately during my stay due to the lack of a lifeguard, a man had sunk to the bottom of the pool unnoticed. When a lady spotted him the entertainment staff did not hesitate to jump straight in and pull him out. They immediately began CPR and called an ambulance. After a long while of shouting and screaming the ambulance arrived. I have no idea if the man died or not, he was unresponsive when he left so we don’t know. This was a traumatic experience to watch and it should not have happened. Where were the lifeguards supervising the pool? This is a family hotel, health and safety precautions need to be taken and they need to be stricter. I would still like to give credit to the fantastic entertainment and bar staff who did make a lot of our stay entertaining, but I shall never return to this hotel.

The hotel was in the center of Las Americas. the hospitality of the staff is very good and the service from the staff is very good. the hotel should renovate the rooms, and a solution should be found for the bed in the pool because many people sit on chairs. the outlet to the sea was very close. very good food. The big problem was the loud and local music that was in the centre, which goes on until 4am

POSTING This is the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life!!!! I have been to Tenerife over 9 times and decided it would be nice to try a new hotel, well I was wrong! All the bad reviews are correct and I don’t understand how this hotel has any positive ones. On check in the First Lady that we spoke to was nice however our experience went down hill from here. The toilets in the room don’t even flush and when I asked about this we were told that “all toilets in the hotel have this problem” the women then stopped her self and said “there okay you just have to flush a few times”. The rooms have 2 sockets and have terrible outdated decor. We were on the 11th floor and our bed sounded like it was in the middle of the club, don’t get me wrong we knew that it would be lively but that was to far. The room got cleaned once no mop just a sweep of the floor. The maids went into our room even though we asked them not to and told the staff “our room was too messy to clean”. We got a phone call to the room saying this in which we laughed as the only mess was open suitcases on the floor as we were getting ready to pack, and a few empty bottles of water etc.We had to get a new mattress due to bites all over my skin, when we asked to move rooms the manager laughed in our faces and told us that there is no room. I have read before that this hotel has bed bugs and I am awaiting a doctor to review my bites.As soon as the bed was changed I mysteriously woke up with no new bites .when the maid lifted the mattress there was a tampon, i was horrified as I don’t use them for medical reasons and when I confronted the manager she told me it must be mine and laughed in my face once again.On our second to last night I explained that the room air on doesn’t work and the rude women looked at us blankly. This hotel is the worst i have ever stayed in; there is no way in this world that this hotel is a 4 star. The food is also absolutely awful and the pool tiles have all came off the floor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Amazing location, lovely rooms and very safe. Beautiful resort - absolutely spotless with cleaners who come in once a day during your stay. My one comment is that the evening meals at the buffet restaurant don't have any indication as to what they are. I asked if something was vegetarian and was told yes - only to realise when eating it was chicken! Would be 5 stars if it was not for the meal labelling at the restaurant. Would still come again. :-)

It's upsetting when your holiday is ruined immediately because 1. Your room has no fan or air conditioning. 2. The telephone in rooms don't work, and so to call reception for help ( with 2 children) you have to pay international rate from phone. 3. The room is set up with 4 singles instead of 2 singles and a double 4. And the reception says they can't do anything about all of the above because they only have 2 bedrooms left and not 1 bedroom beachfront apartment. They won't allow us to stay there for a night so they can fix our room in the morning. No common sense! The sensible thing to do is to put us in the 2bed for one night and sort out our room in the morning. Or at least get a fan from the available room.

Great place. Been here two weeks with the family on the beach front apartments. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Service is top marks. Very clean. 6 pools and a private beach front and the kids had fun trying them all. There is also a 25m pool for lane swimming which was free to use for guests. We were full board and the family found the food to be very good. Read a lot of bad reviews before we came but they are all wrong. Must be people that just like to complain. Will definitely come back again. We had a car hired while we stayed here and the hotel provided free parking next to entrance of hotel.

I am coming back to Sands Beach the second year now. And every time I really enjoy it. I am an athlete and all I need is good food, tranquil sleep and good facilities to train. You get all of this at Sands Beach. On top the team is really really friendly and always welcoming. The 25m pool is great for exercising and all the other pools great to relax. Even though the whole place has its age, it is really well maintained. I will definitely come back again, as for me Costa Teguise is also a great place to start my runs and bike rides. Overall very satisfied and can definitely recommend! Thanks to JC and his team

We have just returned from our holiday at Sands Beach, Absolutely fantastic place!! The location is perfect - right on the seafront on the edge of the resort. The apartments are spacious with good facilities. Yes, they maybe a little dated but they have everything you need. And let’s be honest and realistic here - if you are one of those that want 5* facilities for a 3* price, this isn’t the place for you. We paid a modest £800 each for 10 days and it was well worth it. So much so we have booked for next year! The apartments all have their own private patio most of which look out onto the pool. The staff are fantastic too, especially David who was very courteous and helpful. Costa Teguise is a gorgeous resort. Very clean and lots of lovely restaurants and shops just a few metres away. Oh and the onsite Jet2 rep was excellent - very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a blast and are counting down to returning next year!

Had a really lovely stay here as a solo guest. Rooms are basic but clean and are cleaned every day. Food was good, plenty of vegetarian options. Didn't use the pools as I prefer the beach which is about 3 minutes walk away. Staff all lovely and friendly. As a person on my own I felt very comfortable and safe. Free bookable shower room for if you have a later flight. I would most definitely stay again. Bar area was great, lots of space.

The worst hotel I have stayed at so far. The only good thing about it is the location as it's quite close to the beach and the main center. The worst decision was getting all inclusive at this hotel. The restaurant is very dirty and the glasses have never been washed properly with juice bits stuck to them. The staff at the restaurant is very rude and will hit you with the trolley if you are in their way. We were looking for a place to sit and were forced out by a lady with the trolley because we were in her way. Another customer was pouring his drink when another another waitress hit him with the trolley cus he was in her way at the time. Many of the foods are reheated from frozen, some others are expired which unfortunately resulted in us getting sick for 2 days. All rooms are very dirty with holes patched up (or not), AC that's never been cleaned before, towels that you will be too scared to touch (see photos). Also, you may want to consider bringing your own extension lead or have €10 spare for a deposit to get one from the hotel as there is only one socket in the room to which the TV is connected. I don't think the curtains in the rooms have ever been washed, neither has the shower. When eating at the hotel make sure to double check your plates as well, as many of them have got dried food leftovers stuck to them. I have never thought that I'll be wishing to go home on holidays and that I'll have to be spending so much money on food elsewhere while paying for all inclusive at the hotel but unfortunately we did not have any choice. Also, be prepared to walk up the stairs to your room every day as there is only one small lift (the second one has been out of order for months now) which can only take up to 4 people at a time and there are 9 floors in the hotel. We spent about 15 minutes waiting for an empty lift to arrive so that we can go down to the reception with our luggage to check out. Also be careful about the stairs as there are a few that are broken

Some small language barriers but admittedly I speak no Spanish so to be expected. Had issues one night with the electricity cut out in my room for a couple hours and communication was tricky - all I could get was it may be fixed 'tomorrow' which was less than ideal, but as said it came back on after an hour or two so good result to a tricky situation. Food was good. Not excellent but tasty - I did repeatedly go towards the end of the meals when it was quieter but understandably they had fairly consistently run out of a small number things by that point. Service and entertainment was top notch - no children for me, but plenty of things to do through the day including archery, rifle shooting, karaoke, some live musicians in the evening, alongside bingo and raffles. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed myself and relaxed as intended. Would recommend for a nice slow paced relaxing holiday.

Room was very small unfortunately. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the catering staff, were faultless.. Food was nice, and always fresh and hot... The pool isn't as big as it looks on the picture, entertainment was good. And a good choice of alcohol drinks at the bar.. The snack bar, was how you expect it to be. Again fresh and hot. And the bar staff are very friendly and helpful... First time visiting Alcudia.. The beach was very clean. And everything is on the flat. Nice boutiques, bit pricey, and standard gift shops...

The hotel is two minutes from the main strip where all the lively bars are. Two lively busy bars virtually next door and several eating places plus an indoor market next door. Surprisingly you couldn't here any outside noise in your room. We had a family room even though there was only 2 of us but we upgraded to one with a balcony. Both rooms were good. My wife accidentally left her air pods in the room but only realized a couple of days later. The staff were really helpful and despite our fears they managed to locate them after a few days. Always seemed plenty of room round the pool and plenty of sunbeds. We was half board. The evening meals were good with plenty of choice however the breakfast wasn't great maybe because we was always up close to closing which is why we had breakfast out most of the time. Overall a good place and would go back 👍

Just back from a week's holiday. Check-in with David was great. We went with family and booked two rooms, unfortunately 1 room was on floor 3 and 1 room was on floor 8. 5 lifts, so it's not too bad. Rooms basic, but clean. There's a fridge in the room. Food is not too bad. Always had something to eat. The animation team, especially Miriam, was great. Having read previous reviews, I was a little concerned, but honestly, it is a great hotel. Would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is a family friendly hotel it has so many different things going on for the kids during the day. The kids club staff are brilliant can not fault them. My eldest son has been coming to at least one/two activities a day since we have been here just a shame we have to go home tomorrow after a brilliant ten days we have all had a brilliant time even when we have had bad weather we have always found things to do.

My review is mostly for the animation staff who did great for my 3 years son, especially Paula who went above and beyond to keep him entertained, allowing mum and dad some precious relaxing time by the pool. She really created a strong bond with our son. He will definitely miss her. Loved the food with plenty of choices to make happy all kind of dietary. The front of house lady at lunch was very kind by punctually pointing out the desserts suitable for my late pregnancy. Pool area is very nice, lot of space where you can relax. Only found the water too cold for this time of the year, so I avoided it. It would be good if sunbeds and other equipments could be modernised a little: everything look quite aged, including rooms very basic and ordinary. First impression of the place was not good because of the queue at the reception. The check in process felt like taking forever, making the experience a little stressful. This should definitely be reviewed by management.

We stayed in this hotel the ocas side for 4 nights recently and we found the hotel was pretty decent, there were many pools to choose from. The rooms were a bit of a squeeze with 3 beds in and the other bed was a put up bed with a gap at the back of it with no headboard so the pillows kept falling down, other than that the room was clean with a balcony, fridge, decent space in the wardrobe and a good sized bathroom ours had a shower in the bath as it was classed as a family room. The check in was very slow and we didn’t find the reception staff very friendly. We couldn’t keep the room on as we didn’t fly till late as the hotel was fully booked but we booked the courtesy room (which you have to do the day before). I’m not sure why they were many complaints over breakfast as we always found it decent and there were lots of things to choose from.

I'm just coming to the end of my 1 week vacation at Sol Lanzarote and I'm super sad to be leaving. This is my 3rd time staying here at it never disappoints. The staff are lovely, the rooms are really nice and the food is good too. Perfect location in a quieter part of the island. Not too far from PDC if you fancy a bit of wildness. I'm super impressed with the free booze that's on offer. All inclusive covers beers, wine, sangria and most spirits and also cocktails. Thanks for a wonderful time again. I'll be looking forward to hopefully returning again in the future.

We've just had a 10 day all inclusive stay here and it was fantastic! The food was great, plenty of variety - the white chocolate doughnuts were incredible!! Rooms were modern and spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day by midday. Staff were so friendly and helpful, kids loved the entertainment! The life guard was great and very attentive. Sunbeds were not a problem to get throughout the day which was good as its very annoying when they all get reserved early. Overall we had a fantastic holiday, I'll recommend to friends/family and would 100% book to stay here again. Thank you!!

Overall the hotel was fantastic, we loved the view from the room and the room itself was comfortable. The pool area was clean and plenty of sun loungers. There was no queuing for loungers in the morning, we went for breakfast and at 10am got our loungers somewhere around the pool. We enjoyed the variety of drinks but the variety of food was not great. Found about 80% of the staff were great and friendly but there was about 20% of the staff who were a bit rude and not helpful.

I had a chance to spend a week in El Karma Resort, my first experience in Egypt. Overall the experience was nice. Walking distance to the sea, many pools ( which is big plus) . Food was alright . Room was spacious. The most important was the hospitality of the staff. Front desk always responsive and friendly, animation team did everything to make us feel happy and entertain, lifeguards at the 1st pool ( Abdo and Ahmed) were very nice , friendly and helpful. Don't recommend it! We book the all inclusive and when we arrived just noticed a lot of things were pos-charged. There is no free WiFi, and although you pay for it, it just will work on the reception area! When we arrived, did the check in, and the reception guy just told us to wait a bit in the reception lounge... we waited for 2 HOURS! Bed clothes, towels and the room in general were dirty. Food is not good at all...

We won't be back. Avoid unless you just want sun and a pool / built-in water park, and beach (but only for sunbathing) and don't care about anything else. This place has so much potential but spoilt by greed and bad management. The complex itself is amazing: so many pools and something for all ages, and the grounds are maintained beautifully. Unfortunately, that's where the positive stop. Negatives aplenty, I would particularly highlight: the terrible food, constantly being bothered by hotel staff trying to sell you extras, and the measures the hotel go to minimise the (already not great quality) all-inclusive package. The beach is sandy but soon turns to rock in the water and remains shallow for a long way out. It is well provided for with loungers. There is a jetty to walk out past the rocks and then steps into the sea for a swim but there is nothing there to snorkel for, considering it's the Red Sea.

Everything was ok we are satisfied from our staying there. Maybe personal need to do at least little bit more efforts. Want to great the boys on the front desk they were extremely nice, polite and understanding. Food was good and plenty. We did love the fish. Convenient is that in the back exit of hotel you can find a lovely side walk with plenty of stores, and hotel is extremely close to the airport 35 min. walk, 5 min by car 🚗.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, there was a major downside—loud music played until midnight or even later. This was especially frustrating since the hotel isn’t adults-only and there were many families with young children. The windows are old, not soundproof, so the noise easily made its way into the rooms, making it hard to get any sleep. The hotel doesn’t have direct beach access, and you need to take a shuttle bus to the beach. The driver waits for 20 minutes until the bus is full because he’s too lazy to make multiple trips, even though it’s just a 5-minute drive. He forces passengers to squeeze into three spots, crammed without air… He lets people board with open strollers into this small bus, even when there’s no space for people, let alone big strollers. In the restaurant, there is a children's section with small chairs and tables, but only one high chair for babies and younger kids who want to sit at the table with their parents, which is, of course, always taken because the restaurant is always full. The hotel needs renovation, and their citizens are always allowed to skip the line and are served first, even though we’re all waiting in line. Honestly, it’s not worth the money, nor the 5 stars it claims to have.

Had a 1 week family holiday, and WOW what a blast we've had, I have never met such friendly, kind hearted staff, everyone we had the pleasure to meet was so lovely, and wanted to chat, nothing was ever too much, food absolutely plenty of choice we never went hungry, room was fantastic, pools an beach amazing. Staff from security, to reception to bar and entertainment staff to the life guards and the hotel photographer 😁, we love you all and can't wait to see you again. Where to start… we stayed in the hotel one week. Couldn’t wait to go home. We paid for a superior twin room and upon arrival we were told that we were upgraded for FREE to a better room- ultra superior (looking at their website there is no such a thing). I suspect this theatrical move was a trick to get a tip. Like everything else they expect tipping: opening the umbrella at the pool (you can’t do it yourself because there is a part missing), bringing a drink to your table etc. etc. This hotel supposed to be 5 star but the quality is like 3 European star hotel. It’s supposed to be all inclusive but you have to pay for fresh juice(the guy who sells the juice is harassing all the guest all day long). If you fancy ice cream or popcorn get €4 ready. Also some parties are free but you have to pay for drinks. They run out of ice or snacks on daily basis. Many staff don’t speak English. Those who do will want to scam you and get you booked on overpriced excursions, photoshoots, massages etc. etc. Food is horrible. Very small selection of dishes. The same food everyday. Fruits very limited, musty cakes. They take your plates as soon as you stop chewing. Hotel is outdated, needs a proper refurbishment. Towels have holes, rooms are dusty. Pools need to be cleaned as there is vegetation on the bottom between tiles. At the kiosk in the main reception, the prices vary depending on the day and who serves you. Everyone wants to sell you something, there is no genuine kindness. I don’t mind tip those who provide a service but not everyone just for doing their job. We felt like we were just walking wallets. Entertainment was mediocre and no real effort was made to make it interesting. You can go to the beach by shuttle bus which runs every half hour. It is only 10 mins drive. Remember to take the towel from the hotel with you. You are entitled to 2 water bottles per day. Our freezer wasn’t working properly- needed defrosting. I would not recommend.

Let's talk about the good part. The room was large and clean. The aqua was for both adults and kids; even though, it is considered kind of small and mediocre. The food was of good quality yet wasn't that varied. Probably changed 2 items off the menu but that's it. They have almost the same menu daily. The beach was clean and the water was amazing once you crossed the first bit that had pebbles on it. Now what I didn't like mainly was how they favoured the foreign guests over Egyptians. Most waiters were hovering over them seeing their needs. I had to help myself out usually and when I needed their assistance, it was late. I hated that their menu was almost set. Either for breakfast, dinner or lunch. The drinks weren't the best. I believe, they don't like to add much milk to their drinks and I have to regularly ask for extra. The animation was really not that good. They usually have a half an hour show and not daily. Felt like their activity was limited unlike other hotels I have been to. All in all,it was a good experience, yet I think I might try a different hotel next time.

My husband and i had a wonderful experience at Mitsis Rinela. I highly recommend Sea Front view room, we had an incredible view ans a lovely balcony to enjoy wine from free mini bar at evenings. The restaurants were very good, so we arranged all reservations before arrival, its easy from the website, and enjoyed all of them. The location is convenient, directly on the beach, and short transfer from airport, and public bus to the capital from the hotel. Would love to come back!

Best hotel for your summer vacation. Very nice rooms, stylish design of the whole hotel. Beautiful beach and a ton of options for food. This was a very enjoyable holiday thanks to the brilliant team in the hotel. The staff and customer service helped us with our requests. Themed restaurants were delicious, and eating your breakfast by the sea is a vacation within a vacation. Great shows and entertainment. The sunset is amazing. Stunning. Simply stunning. The only disappointment were the photo team ladies, who on our last evening constantly jumped in the pictures and almost tried to push us out so they could take pictures for their clients. This was rude and unexpected. Especially since all other staff were extremely nice and careful. Rooms were nice and spacious, clean and well maintained. Overall, very very nice. Can only recommend.

This hotel is impeccably presented, with a staff that is 100% professional. The location is extremely convenient just 15 minutes from airport. Our recently renovated room was spacious and quiet, boasting great furnishing and decor, as well as a very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel should be proud of their staff. From housekeeping and waiters and front desk staff, everyone we met was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. My family and I enjoyed immensely our holidays in Bella Beach Hotel! We had a spacious family room with view to the sea with comfortable beds and balcony from where we could gaze at the wonderful sunset. Mrs. Elena, the cleaning lady, did a great job cleaning our room every day. Meals were just great, this was probably the best food experience we ever had at a hotel restaurant so far! I also visited the spa and booked a massage with a young therapist there, which was really relaxing and rejuvenating. I totally recommend it! My daughter spent much of her time participating in the activities of the animation team at the pool and at the beach and had a great time with the other children there! This is the perfect hotel for family holidays by the beach: safe, easy going, hospitable, with the most dedicated, helpful and smiley personnel you will come across ever!

The hotel definitely doesn't look like a 5-star hotel. The room – nice at first glance. The bathroom could use a complete renovation. The rooms could use a thorough cleaning (there was a significant mess under the bed and in the corners), the air conditioning worked, but sometimes it had a mind of its own. The terrace door couldn't be properly locked. However, the room looked nice. The restaurant – excellent, great food, and there's something for everyone (meats, salads, fish, pasta, desserts, fruits, and just about everything you can think of). Every evening, the dinner was in a different style (Italian, Cretan, Mexican, etc.). The staff was very pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. The pool – although they take care of the pool and clean it every evening, unfortunately, the pool was slightly cloudy the entire time, and the edges of the pool could also use a cleaning. (Maybe better pool chemicals or better filtration should be used). But overall, the pool and its surroundings were very nice and pleasant. There was a bar and an afternoon restaurant by the pool. The bar offered a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they were very good – prepared by a skilled bartender. The hotel is located right by the beach. The beach was sandy and clean, with the option to use the hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas for free. The sea in this area is very clean. Despite the fact that the hotel could use a bit of renovation or repairs, I highly recommend it, and these shortcomings are definitely balanced out by the excellent staff, location, and delicious cuisine. And you don't have to worry about getting bored at the hotel. Practically all day, from morning until night, there was some program organized in different parts of the hotel by the talented animators – beach volleyball, ping pong, guessing songs, pool exercises, etc.

The Hotel is not looking like a 5 stars hotel. The gardening is poor, bricks covering the walls are broken , it is an all included but lot of drinks are charged , very poor entertainment for children’s , no air condition in the public places like in the resultant. No water bottles given in the rooms and access to water is only in the restaurants . It is the 1st hotel world wide which is charging 3 euros per day for the safe inside the room!!!

The restaurant needs a deep clean. The coffee machines need to be descaled. There are NO kettles or complementary coffee/tea sachets in the rooms in this 4* hotel…the carpet in the hallway is filthy and needs to be changed. The lifts are ridiculously small considering there are mostly families staying. We had to wait up to 15 minutes for a free lift with a baby in a pushchair. At times I wanted to carry the pushchair down the stairs myself. Food is pretty decent. There are a few pools you can stay at which is nice. There are a few really nice spots to take pictures. All the staff is really nice. It’s really clear that this hotel operates based on quantity and not quality. My expectations were different based on how much I paid for this holiday. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, other negative reviews here are mostly true. We were told that the hotel was renovated recently but after seeing the hotel it hard to believe. The hotel is very dirty and falling apart pretty much everywhere. After arrival we noticed some cockroaches in hall and we were fascinated to see that it took almost full week to clean them. To make it even worse there were a lot of people complaining about thefts in the hotel. Regarding personal we have mixed feelings some were nice and helpful others not so. All inclusive is definitely not worth it as all drinks are from cheap water diluted alcoholic liqueurs and food was not so good either. Good coffee is not included in all inclusive, for safe you need to pay extra, even tea was not at room because you need to pay for it extra. Only good think what I can say about the hotel is location. The hotel is close to very nice beach and small city center but that is pretty much all.

Typical 4 star all inclusive. Room was spacious, clean, and cool. The food was always as good as it can be for typical all inclusive buffet style, always plenty of choice. Ignore those who moan about the food those people have champagne taste and lemonade budget! As for security, simply keep your balcony door closedand locked! It's typical of any resort that thieves hover anywhere you go. The air con doesn't work without balcony door being closed anyway! Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be trying other SBH resorts in the future!

The room size is great, and i liked having a separate living and bedroom. The pools were also great. Sunbeds were available at all times of the day around all 3 pools. The infinity pool was the most lively and busiest, but this is where the entertainment is during the day. The service from the reception desk was awful, and the layout of the hotel wasn't the best, on the first day, we had trouble finding our room following the instructions given. Food was awful, with the same food every night, and most of it was lukewarm. Pizza was the only good thing! Drinks regularly ran out from the drink machine at the pool and in the restaurant, and there wasn't a lot of choice to begin with. The surrounding area is pretty, but there doesn't seem to be a lot going on. I wouldn't go back to this hotel, but i know that's not everyones opinion.

We loved our time at the SBH Maxorata - the hotel was beautiful and so close to the beach! There is enough variety at the buffet every day to ensure that there will be something to suit everyone and the food is all extremely fresh. The pools are kept really clean and there is just the right amount of poolside entertainment. Where our room was (-5), we had a sea view from our balcony and the way the rooms are set up, we never heard our neighbours and there we couldn't hear any noise from the bar where we were. Our toddler also really enjoyed the splash park which was perfectly pitched at the little ones.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this hotel. I will start with the positives and say that the room we had was very nice but we did get a free upgrade on arrival which was kind. However speaking to other people staying closer to the sea, the rooms were old and unsatisfactory. The swimming pool was great and the grounds in the hotel were well kept. The staff were very kind and helpful, no complaints towards them. However, the food was not good. It was mostly the same for the whole week we stayed there and just was bland. In the restaurant, there were multiple occasions that there was no cutlery, no glasses for drinks, no plates or tables. I completely understand when it’s busy but this was most days all at different times. Same with the bars, it was common to have to wait 5/10 minutes at the bar as there were no glasses. The alcohol drinks I don’t think had alcohol in them, you could drink and drink and not feel tipsy at all. The bartenders were very nice, especially if you tipped them. The lobby bar was the best one for the drinks and normally had glasses as it wasn’t that busy. The animation was poor. The team were friendly but especially in the evening it would be a half an hour disappointing show and then a few dances that they wouldn’t even invite people to join in, just watch them for 5 minutes. Then they would go around and ask people to come out to a club and pay 25 dollars for a transfer to a club. Or pay 7 dollars for a foam party on the beach that consisted of 30 mins of watching the animation team dance, a quick fire shows and a belly dancer. Things like that should be the standard not an extra. There was aqua gym and your normal volleyball but the evenings were just boring. We had a problem with a tour that was booked with a company on the hotel premises which turned out to not be what they sold us. It was a waste of a day and a 100 quid on a couple however after we told the hotel manager he did apologies and offered a different free tour which was nice. Overall, I would not come here again. There are so many better options for the price. Not all of it was bad, but a lot of the main things need to be improved to actually be a 5 star hotel.

Our personal experience of this hotel and staff have been absolutely amazing. We have been so well looked after. As 2 women travelling on our own we have felt so safe. The staff, especially Nagy the security manager has gone above and beyond for us. The life guards, pool manager, reception staff have all been superb. The food is good, the activities are really good. The animation team have been amazing with us too. I really can’t fault this hotel at all and so pleased we chose to stay here. The Hotel itself is excellent. It had big pools, great entertainment, a nice beach with corals, amazing food, amazing staff. The biggest let down is the rooms. A lot of the rooms look like they have not been updated since the 1970s. Not only this but they're very dirty and the cleaners don't clean whatsoever, despite getting left tips. I would say this is a 5 star resort, I'd give it 4 stars at best.

First things first...please dont book trips with your resort guide you will be charged a lot more. Just outside opposit the resort theres a lovely guy along the row of shops that has lots of trips at really good prices to offer. Id recommend the snorkeling trips with lunch included on the boat and quad biking. You can get a bus to Farsha lounge (1 hour) and old market (45 mins) opposite side of the street just ask the driver and pay him £2 pp. Or £20 return in a cab 20 mins. Weather was good for 28th to beginning of November around 28 degrees. Pools are not warm here lol. But strangely when your deeper out in the snorkeling areas the sea is quite warm. Room = Okay so ....Room was 3-4 star not 5. But they did upgrade us to a sea view room from standard. Beds are very 'firm'. We asked for softer pillows. Just showers there is a bath also but can't fill it. I suppose they just want you to shower. Found out that they have newly renovated rooms and they did show us but we decided to stay where we were because of the view and location. Place= Huge place, stunning surroundings, gardens, mini rivers extremely well maintained. The look of the place was beautiful. Food= Snack time was a bit limited on the food front. Lunch and dinner had very good options for all. They made ice cubes from mineral water and all the drinking water was mineral water so fear not no belly problems :)))) Entertainment = not very much entertainment or good entertainment im afraid. I'd recommend the massage but do hagle or you could get a cheaper one outside the resort. Had a nice relaxing break. 😌

I had the best experience in this hotel. It was my first time visiting Sharm el Sheikh and I am glad I chose to stay here. The staff is AMAZING. Very friendly and polite and the service is 10/10. I was amazed. Also I want to thank the animation team who were so fun all the time and so cute. All of you made me feel very comfortable. The food is soooo good. Had a variety to choose from everything and I wish my stomach was big enough to try them all. The rooms were minimalist but cute. Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights and loved it here! We plan on returning next year! The room we stayed in didn't have air con but we survived and the bed was two singles out together but it wasn't too bad. The views from our balcony were amazing though! We had all inclusive food and drink and it was so worth it, the food was well cooked and freshly topped up regularly. The drinks were all self service, including the alcohol!

went on a seven day all inclusive holiday with my parents, little brother and partner in August 2024 and I was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. This hotel was absolutely amazing. Before going I saw some not so great reviews and my experience proved them review wrong. The buffet was always fully stocked with all foods during the meal times and there were many options to choose for especially for my partner who is a very picky eater. Between meals you have a snack bar which is also set up buffet style. The view from both pools and rooms was absolutely beautiful. The bar was all self service when all inclusive so no need to wait in long lines when wanting a drink. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and were cleaned regularly, unless asked otherwise. The staff were very respectful when you didn’t want them to go into the room and still offered clean towels and to take the bins out for you. Overall our experience as a family was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be returning.

We've stayed here for a week and I can honestly say we've had a lovely time. Rooms are clean and towels changed every day apart from 2 days which we were told about. Bed linen was charged mid week, which was nice as it was so hot! No air conditioning but we had 2 good ceiling fans and they are midway installing air con. Food was average but a good choice each day for breakfast and dinner. All staff are pleasant and friendly especially the waiters, who were constantly tidying and making sure we were ok. All in all a pleasing stay! 😁 We were informed before our holiday that they were having building work done but we didn't hear anything and it didn't affect our stay at all.

Our experience with Altamar was horrendous. We arrived 22:30 and were told there was no room for us due to construction. We were never informed about this before arrival. They put us in their sister hotel, where the breakfast was cold and the grapes were mouldy. We paid extra for a sea view, which the other hotel didn’t have. We had to spend hours trying to get back into the other hotel. When we finally got back, the air conditioning didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. We chose a self catering apartment, no washing up liquid or a sponge was provided. We were woken every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 with building work. Didn’t get a relaxed lie in once while we were away. The cleaners came around at 8:30 one morning, knocking on the window three times and peeping in the bedroom window - very inappropriate. We were never given anything to say ‘do not disturb’. Took 3 days to receive any sort of an apology, and at that we had to go looking for it. We were ‘compensated’ with free breakfast. Very poor customer service skills from the manager. Spoke to us badly and argued with everything we said. Save your well earned and go elsewhere, plenty more beautiful hotels on the island.

I went to this hotel with my family and it is one of the best places I have ever stayed it, the location is lovely and I love the way that the hotel is build as the views are lovely too. One of my favourite parts of the hotel are the balcony’s as they are massive and always gets sun. The entertainment is brilliant as they have stuff on for all ages which we all enjoyed. The food is good and it has wasn’t too busy. For us we managed to get a sun bed everyday which wasn’t a struggle, There is a lot of steps in this hotel but there is a lift for anyone who needs to use it, the lift can be busy but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Europa centre is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel if you fancy going out for a meal which we did some nights and it was great as they have shops there aswell. Overall I would definitely go again and I would recommend this hotelto anyone considering going to Gran Canaria.

Situated on Montana Clara, the views are spectacular..very peaceful, beautiful, warm pool with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing at this wonderful location. Restaurant serves tasty meals, worth a visit. Our apartment had everything our family of four needed with great Aircon, a must in the warm temperature 😍 we had a late flight so were provided with a left luggage area and shower ffacilities after a last few hours at the pool..definitely worth a visit if you want a perfect break away in Gran Canaria

Rooms are large, with nice kitchen area, plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable, good big TV, and the shower was very good. The balcony cones furnished with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. The pool area was nice wirh enough beds to go around and had great views over Amadores beach. Downsides, the apartments don't get any sun that I could see, there are some north facing ones looking out over the road, these in particular get zero sun, and if you are unlucky enough (like me) may end up in a ground floor one. The entrance is directly via the terrace doors which just left me feeling insecure, and we had no vista. In fairness the lady at reception did what she could to move us. Area wise, there's a few bars a short 5-10 minute walk away, but a fair hike down to the beach, not for the fainthearted. A car is a must, there is street parking right outside. A better situated apartment and I think this would be a comfortable option.

Amazing apartments, with incredible views, lovely pool area, plenty of sunbeds, spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, great air conditioning, plenty of storage space and really clean. Lovely staff, has pool and table tennis. Slight negatives - no air con in the gym, the bar isn’t great, expensive drinks and the beds are quite hard. But apart from that amazing and would totally recommend.

Hotel Sunshine Rhodes We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Rhodes and had a lovely experience, which I would rate as 4 stars. The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area. If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight. Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional. The variety was impressive, with fresh and tasty options that catered to all tastes. We especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt dips and the dessert section, which included delicious ice cream; we indulged in them every day! We stayed in room 105, situated in the first block. While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes. My husband suffered from the bites so severely we had to visit the pharmacy; installing a net on the balcony door would definitely help. Next time we'll know to be prepared. Despite these room issues, the staff made our stay memorable. From the cleaning ladies, who were always accommodating, to the reception team, who were incredibly patient and helpful despite the constant complaints from guests about the hotel's dated facilities, their friendliness truly stood out. Dining at the Mama Mia restaurant (part of the hotel experience included in the price of the hotel) was a mixed experience. While the food was okay, it wasn't as good as the main restaurant, and we had to ask for extra drinks. However, the desserts were delightful, and we ended up having a fun evening thanks to the company of a lovely English couple we met. The poolside snack bar was a pleasant surprise, offering great options served until 4:30 PM, which was perfect for lazy days by the water. The hotel provided plenty of activities, including darts, water aerobics, mini-golf, tennis, and more. The hotel bars offered stunning sea views, and the location is ideal, with many local markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Plus, bus connections to Rhodes Old Town and cheap car rentals made exploring easy. I only rate it 4 stars due to the room conditions, as the photos on the website can be misleading, showcasing newer buildings instead of the existing ones. While I understand the marketing strategy, it doesn't accurately reflect the present condition and has led to this negative review and disappointment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, returning relaxed and happy, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Just keep in mind that while it's not a luxury hotel, it has plenty of charm and benefits. I hope this review helps others in their decision-making!

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu. Overall an excellent place!

More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer. Great location and is ideal for a quiet get away, if you want to explore the island you need to rent a vehicle.

In the fifth block of rooms, the rooms are nothing like the hotel photos. Mine was very spartan, which I wouldn’t have mind if it was comfortable and clean. But you can feel the coils in the beds (very uncomfortable). There is no mattress protector, just a sheet right on top of mattress. The bed linens and towels are worn down, faded, torn, and old. There are no hangers in the closet. The bathroom is gross, toilet is broken, and the shower and faucet must have been skipped in the cleaning. The buffet food bland; at minimum, in Greece, one would expect Greek salads to be fresh, tasty and bright in color. (It is not here.) They don’t tell you there is a cut-off time for pool/beach towels (5 pm). It’s not posted anywhere or conveyed at check-in. This is maybe a two star hotel but listed as a four star. That it is definitely not.

Stunning location Right near the strip. Full of beautiful restaurants bars and plenty of shops We had a family room The room was plenty big enough with a sea view. The bathroom needs tidying up. Sealant on the shower is full of mold. It rained for 2 days and the room got flooded. They font seem to fix the cracks and water damage. Just dry it out. Service is mostly very good. There are the odd ones that are rude. Especially one lady in the mama Mia restaurant. She was impatient and took our plates away while we were eating. Food was really terrible in there. The main breakfast lunch tea restaurant was lovely. Plenty on offer every day and lovely staff. Pool bar is lovely Set on the beach its a beautiful location.

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel! The service was excellent , they fulfilled all our requests and were very serviceable. Although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation. The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. The hotel beach is just beautiful ! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our stay here! Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic! The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!

We had a lovely stay at The Princess Andriana. The hotel is beautifully appointed, offering an all-inclusive experience that exceeded expectations. This wasn’t our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. There’s so much space and plenty of activities to enjoy, yet it never feels too crowded. The food is decent, everything is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is always vibrant and uplifting. What really stood out to us this time, even more than before, was just how hard the staff works to make your holiday as perfect as possible - everyone. They truly go above and beyond. Just one of examples - we had a minor issue when our daughter twisted a muscle, but the spa staff immediately found an available slot and worked their magic—she was back on her feet like nothing ever happened. You had to see how dedicated they are !!! Everyone in hotel deserves a big thank you for their dedication and effort. The only downside was the behavior of some hotel guests who were leaving a mess behind them. It's disappointing to see such disregard for others. However, they are minority. Despite that, we’re certain we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Please always smile to people who work hard there, and you will see the magic back !

Just spent the last 10 days at the Auramar beach resort and we loved it. We seen alot of reviews saying it was outdated and yeah it's not exactly modern but that didn't bother us because it was so clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly , rooms were clean and had a small fridge with we found very helpful. Food was standard but good variety. The best part was the pool and location , plenty of space and sun loungers and great pool bar with access right down onto the beach. They also did a beach towel rental service and supplied fresh clean towels every day which was nice and a free shuttle bus in and out to old town albufeira every day. Overall we really enjoyed it here! We would definitely return and recommend

Rooms were adequate although a bit old. Very noisy sometimes during the night. Airco was placed on the balcony facing the chairs and table, very awkward. Large and kid-friendly main pool. Staff was very friendly. Food was as good as it gets for an all inclusive regime. There was always something good to eat during the main courses. The food in between however was not great at all. Nor were the alcoholic beverages but again that's something to be expected. Location was great. Direct access to a large beach.

We’ve just come back from our holiday staying at this hotel and had the most wonderful time, cannot fault it at all. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was absolutely delicious and such an enormous choice, the room was spacious and very clean as was the hotel itself. The pool was great for the children and the beach is not even 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The location is very quiet as far from the road. Can’t comment on the entertainment as we didn’t participate but our children went twice to the kids club and loved it. A bottle of sparkling wine was left in our room on my husbands birthday which was a nice touch! We would definitely recommend. Special thank you to Amandeep and Gerson who were truly adorable :)

We spent a fantastic week here with my family. The resort was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the buffet on most days but found that there were not many chicken options. The evenings were filled with fun and laughter thanks to the amazing entertainment. The animators went above and beyond. Kids club was fantastic and a great opportunity for little ones to make friends and parents to have a few relaxing hours.

I took my wife for 5 days for her birthday, We stayed in the adult only part of the resort, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and there was a nice variety of food to choose from. The whole resort was so clean and tidy. all the staff were friendly and smiling. There were 3 different forms of entertainment each evening at the 3 different bars. We booked a spa treatment, which was very reasonably priced and It was fantastic. We only wish we would have booked longer, so much so we are booking again for next year and taking the whole family. The only negative thing we experienced was the mosquitos, but that is just nature and is no fault of the resorts whatsoever. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. It was absolutely amazing.. Thank you once again and see you next year.

The hotel is huge and a perfect location with an amazing beach and large pool. Unfortunately that’s the only good parts of the stay. The hotel itself is very tired and run down, we had 4 rooms and every room had maintenance issues, bathrooms stink of sewage and 2 of us had to swap rooms due to broken showers and mouldy mattresses. A la carte restaurants were fully booked for our 5 night stay so only option was the buffet which is awful. Very difficult to get a table, then when you do finally get one, good luck finding a staff member to clean it. The food itself is horrid, only positive is that I lost weight in n an all inclusive holiday because the food is not tempting whatsoever. On terms of the drinks you have a plastic token you have to keep all week to redeem for a plastic glass at the bars. Only local beers and spirits included. You can’t even get a decent coffee anywhere, the coffee machines in the buffet are terrible and the only bars that serve a decent coffee are charged. Would recommend to avoid this hotel in honesty. Such a shame as the location and beach are beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay at Sandy Beach Resort in Corfu. The beachfront location is stunning, and being away from the city added to the charm. It’s a quiet, peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The resort staff, especially the reception and guest relations team, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There are lots of reviews of this hotel which are low in stars. Sometimes people do not bear in mind the price they would need to pay to get the service they would desire! Place was clean and tidy, room was comfortable with safe, fridge, kettle etc. AC very good. Bait was INSANE good for an all inclusive, yes people have said it's repetitive, there is always salad, bread, chips etc. but the variety is there for the main meals, I loved the food. Would 10/10 come back here, facilities excellent overall.

A nice hotel set off from the main road, making it less busy than those on the main promenade. The seaview rooms offer a stunning outlook and are worth the extra premium. The hotel itself could do with a re vamp, but our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. The staff were always pleasant and courteous. For the price, you really can't go wrong!

Nice hotel, self catering, good location extremely close to the sea, has a separate outdoor pool, gym, spa and an indoor pool. We visited at the end of September so it wasn't very busy. The temperature in Malta at that time of the year is perfect, still hot, all day sunshine and warm evenings. The hotel isn't luxurious but perfectly good standard. A few shops across the road and plenty of restaurants and drinking venues along the sea front. It's a close walk into the St Paul's area which is the main town. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you want peace and quiet and to be away from the busy areas.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and responded quickly to any request or inquiry. The resort has two swimming pool outdoor and indoor allowing you to enjoy swimming especially the indoor swimming pool was very nice as a Muslim woman the indoor swimming pool was very comfortable for me. The hotel was always clean, whether it was the room, the elevators, or other areas. What I really appreciated was the large kitchen in the room, which allowed us to buy food and cook it ourselves, making it very convenient. The location is perfect. I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel, from the room cleaners to the receptionists, for their great efforts and all the staff were smiling and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and happy. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and anyone looking to have an enjoyable vacation. Next time, I will certainly book the same room again as I really liked it. We're a family of 5 and got back last week and stayed 11 days at the Sunny Coast Resort. We stayed in the apartment with what they call a partial sea view. It was a generous upgrade that we were not expecting. It's a maybe a side view of the sea, but a brilliant view none the less. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sofabed is also good and even pulled out the living area had plenty of space. The kitchen facilities had all the basics we needed (and we like to cook). We loved our stay in Malta and were out every day, but the idea of coming 'home' every day was lovely. The apartment was spacious, and all 3 kids quickly found their corner and took ownership. We took full use of the facilities with our daughter preferring the pool (i think a mix of chlorinated and sea water) and older boys and hubby walking through to swim in the sea. We all enjoyed the spa, although only discovered it in later days 🙈 our own fault. It was a lovely hideaway in the indoor pool (chlorinated) after a day in the sun. Hubby even booked a session in the sauna with our boys. On our walk, we discovered an automated laundry mate, literally next door from the main road, so we made use of that. It was clean and easy to use. We loved our stay and will be back.

It was okay, clean room, friendly service, good base for trips. The sea view was amazing as others options will be with quite noisy street. Service is really supported. My AC was broken and they fixed it just immediately. For bad things, poor equipment in the kitchen. My toaster was broken. A few pots but without frying pan. In the area there are only a couple of parking spots.

We started coming to Kos in 1996. We still come back. In 2020 the hotel we usually stay at closed so we came here. We have returned three times and all I can say is it is what a fantastic place. The animation team are fantastic. The bar staff fantastic. The Maids kept our room spotless and the receptionists are so polite and helpful. The bus into town is punctual and very handy I will dare yogi to .not be impressed with the whole hotel. Ultra clean, food is so Good and drinks are great. Tonight the show put on was the best and I would recommend anyone comes to this beautiful place and enjoys their holiday. I wish we could stay longer. Two weeks of pure happiness and fun. Thank you thank you for the best time again.

Positives first We were in a suite with an upstairs downstairs and it was immaculate, cleaned everyday and the air con worked fab. The view was just beautiful and we got to hear the entertainment at night from our balcony watching the sunset. There was a whole variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner which meant most days the kids and adults were happy. Drinks are good measures 😂 too good maybe haha. The animator team are just awesome! My 4yr old son can be very challenging and they kept him entertained no problem, he fell in love with Miguel and Kevin and was so sad to leave them!! I'll be singing the sunshine song for the foreseeable! Plenty shaded areas for the kids, lots of shallow kids pools and snacks ice cream served throughout the day for them. The staff can never do enough for you apart from the old grumpy man who serves on the bar at the animator pool! Which brings us onto the negatives .... this man is so rude and grumpy it actually made us switch what pool we sat at because no one wanted to ask him for drinks, he huffed and puffed at us every time we asked for a drink, and God forbid you ask him if he was having a cigarette! I got my drinks slammed on the bar! The hotel shop is quite expensive but we found the shop down by the beach to be much more affordable so started using that. The drinks machines kept going out of order so had to walk up and down the dining room to find one that worked. But honestly they are the only negatives I could pick out of our 2weeks there. All in all it was a fabulous resort and we will most definitely be back!

my biggest complaint about the hotel is one. it is generally dirty and you can see that the hotel needs renovation. a lot of flies in the restaurant, tables stick from dirt. ants in the rooms. traditional and Chinese food is good, other dishes especially the imitations of European average.

The hotel is far away from everything and the service at the reception is not good. Only some of them can speak English and they how can speak English doesn't speak well. The service at the reception is not so well the information is not clear, sometimes incorrect and not at the acutall stand of time. The service at the restaurant is okay mostly the waiters are fast to take the dishes but it's quite normal that some people can't eat when they want because there are no seats left. The pools aren't heated and at a temperature around 15°C (the lake is warmer than the pools).

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

First of all we had a private pool and all of the pools are a clear blue colour, the pools are very clean. They do food pretty much 24-7 do you don't need to worry about missing food too much. There is a kids pool with slides a general swimming pool and if you have a one a small private pool, it is very cold and there is a button at the back for bubbles but it doesn't warm up the pool. Everything looks really pretty and it has amazing vegetation. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to stay in kos!

Great staff, buffet too expensive, restaurant menu not too diverse, breakfast too repetitive (always the same) but they make you enjoy your stay no matter what. Always friendly, ready, super professional, and let's not forget the cleanliness. Very old hotel but very well maintained, despite some small issues. Overall 9.8/10. Just don't stay there too long unless you are willing to have breakfast elsewhere sometimes. :)

We attended a wedding here. All I can say about this hotel is in direct comparison to the Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel where we were staying. The Constantinos the Great is great in size. Immense and impersonal. The food was on a par with the Leonardo.....does that mean that our hotel was as good as a 5* or that this 5* didn't do so good? That's a difficult question. The ground floor was immense and the area set aside for the ceremony was quite a walk away from where we enjoyed drinks at a reception bar. Main problem for me is that I am disabled and get down stairs to the only toilet up at the ceremony end of the hotel. So, each time that I needed the bathroom I had to walk all the way back to reception again! Despite the size of the hotel and how many people were there, I found it incredible that there was only one toilet for women and one for the men. Not only that but it smelled vile and certainly not clean. The wedding was planned perfectly but I think that was to the credit of the planner and not the hotels. I wouldn't be interested in staying at this hotel.

I have 3 issues tho Room Towels - if you cant keep them white dont use white use blue/taupe or grey. Sun Lounger Pads grubby and some torn. Overall Experience The hotel has a stylish lobby with great views, but I’d rate it 6/10. For a 5-star, it fell short of expectations, especially considering I’ve stayed in 200+ 4-5 star hotels over the years. Location Perfect location in Protaras, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Public transport is a short walk away, and parking is free. Airport transfer was easy, and the area feels safe, though it can get noisy at night. Check-in/Check-out Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Staff were professional and friendly, with our room ready early. Room Initially assigned a twin room, but we were moved after requesting a double. The room was dated, with poor cleanliness and worn linens. The fridge needed replacing (twice), and the safe had a daily fee. Amenities like the TV were minimal and in poor condition. Bathroom Poorly maintained with soap stains, sand in corners, and a barely working hairdryer. Towels weren’t replaced until requested. Dining Options Breakfast was decent, mostly English-style, but the dinner was disappointing. Meat was dry, and while the salads were good, the overall quality did not meet expectations. Service Friendly reception and spa staff, with a nice birthday gesture. However, housekeeping and maintenance were unresponsive, with slow resolution of issues. Facilities Didn’t use the pool or spa, but they looked poorly maintained. Gym equipment was outdated, and Wi-Fi was unreliable. Value for Money For a 5-star, the value was disappointing. It felt more like a 3-star hotel, especially considering the prime location can be found at more affordable places nearby. Final Thoughts The hotel did not meet its 5-star promise. With improvements to housekeeping, maintenance, and facilities, it could be much better. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current state.

I usually don't say my opinion especially bad comment but this time I think it is necessary. I should mention that the comments you see here as much as the positive ones but also as the negatives are true and represent the truth. As far as my own experience at this this hotel is concerned, I have the following: Starting first with the positives, I would like to point out that the location of the hotel is exceptional. There is direct access to many facilities and it is in city ​​center, close to restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and etc. Based on this and reading the reviews about the location are interested to book otherwise no other good reason for staying at this hotel.Regarding the staff, I have to say that they were very friendly and available for pleasant service. As for the negatives on which my review is based, I will say the following. The hotel does not represent 5 stars at all, maybe 20 years ago but for today's data it is a maximum of 3! There is the modern element but in most of them the old one especially in the restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch needs an immediate upgrade and change of the furniture, it is very old. In terms of cleanliness it still needs work, there was not that smell of freshness. We had chosen the all inclusive package which was far from what we expected. And now to the most important part the food. The food was tasteless, not fresh and from the taste it must have been reused in many dishes. From the appearance of the dishes it was enough to understand that it doesn't taste good. From a 5-star hotel, you have the idea that at least the food will be excellent, but unfortunately we did not meet what we expected, with the result that we had to take food from outside because the choices that the buffet had were not only not enough, but the food was not eaten, very bad. The management of the hotel should start taking into account the comments of its customers, otherwise if it continues like this, it will also affect people who have expectations from what the hotel says it offers. In closing, I would like to say the following comparing price-quality-services is not worth spending your money at this hotel!

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! Had a great time! Animation team is fabulous! EDIT: The animation team will hound you to leave a 5 star review and wait with you so they can take a picture once you've completed it. The animation team will also not stop trying to get you to take part in the hotels activities (zumba, step class, etc) throughout the day - I just wanted to relax with my friends and the constant interruptions through the week were a little frustrating. They also do review nights at the hotel where they go all out and it is good but will refuse to serve you drinks until you've left a 5 star review. The hotel was really nice and I enjoyed my stay, the dolphin trip you can book was great we saw lots of dolphins. I have removed 1 star from my original review because of the points above. I also think it's worth saying that the drinks are poured very freely so be careful they are STRONG! The food was very good! New food in the buffet everyday - There was a lot of flies in the buffet and in the snack bar, not necessarily the hotels fault but worth noting.

Lovely hotel, brilliant country, everyone smiles! In particular the animation team are so friendly and have a great variety of activities, especially Ramos! If you get to meet him ask him to do card tricks! There’s a great variety of dishes in the restaurant daily, something for all tastes, but if you really cannot find something that suits you the chefs will prepare something else. Drinks service to the table for lunch and dinner instead of the typical bun fight at the beer or taps as with some all-inclusive locations. Would recommend this hotel and location.
