Absolutely fantastic hotel. We can not rate it highly enough. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is first class, especially the sweets, delicious 😋. Rooms are spacious, towels changed every day. There are shampoos, conditioner, shower gel all provided. The animation team were so friendly and tried to get everyone involved. There were so many activities we couldn't fit it all in. Lastly, the beach is probably one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been on. The sea crystal clear with lovely fine sand. I can highly recommend a visit to this lovely hotel.

The hotel is lovely and clean, the team do an amazing job maintaining it!! All staff are welcoming and love to interact with our little daughter which has made our trip special. The animation team go above and beyond, always full of energy and making sure to interact with all guests.

Everything about the resort was phenomenal. The food was incredible. The entertainment was unmatched. The workers couldn’t be more helpful, they are so cheerful and inviting. The entertainment staff had so much energy and filled the entire trip with joy. I cannot stress enough how amazing they truly are. They remember you and engage with you throughout your entire visit. The cleaning staff leave the most incredible towel designs everyday. I would come back in a heartbeat! This place is incredible and so magical. This is the perfect place to be both insanely busy or equal just to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I would recommend this place to friends, family or just couples. This is favourite holiday and I will be coming back.

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each day. Every meal felt like a culinary adventure, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an incredible job of maintaining a high standard throughout our stay. The entire property was well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
However, what really made our stay unforgettable was the animation team. They were full of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, making sure that guests of all ages had an incredible time. From morning activities to evening entertainment, the team went above and beyond to keep everyone engaged and entertained. Their passion and dedication truly set this hotel apart!
Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a hotel with great food, spotless facilities, and a top-notch animation team, this is the place to be!

Stayed here for three weeks all inclusive as a couple. In summary the hotel is listed as 5 star luxury. If you compare it to the same European or USA 5* then it’s not there but for a North Africa 5* then it certainly is. A lot of reviews don’t account for its location against other hotels in the region it is definitely a five star experience.
The staff need a special mention as they are unbelievable happy courteous and make you feel very special indeed. It is worth visiting on this basis alone. I did not meet anyone here that wasn’t brilliant and went the extra mile for you.
The hotel has a full activity program from archery to aerobics with a dedicated live in entertainment team who are always there encouraging you.
The beach is literally on the hotel and is the best one in North Africa something they are rightly very proud of.
A spa is attached to the hotel and this was a mixed experience Mohamed the bookings guy is great makes good package deals and can highly recommend the Haman experience and the reflexology sessions. Most of the staff good but did have a bit of an odd vibe there sometimes from odd staff. Overall well worth going though.
There are 5 pools as well and a small nightclub for the night owls. Temps in end November were around 21-25 degrees each day and only saw rain for an hour once during the three weeks we were there.
Plenty of sunbeds and staff attentive to ensure that you always had a drink to hand even on the beach.
Top tip - get to know your staff you will usually see the same people each day and they will ensure that you are well looked after a small gratuity is greatly appreciated and is small price for the superb service you will receive!
The overall vibe at the hotel is a relaxed one not pretentious at all a lot of German visitors here plus I would say around 25% British.
