Whilst the hotel isn’t a 5 star it really isn’t as awful as reviews make out. The rooms are cleaned daily and any issues are resolved almost straight away. Most staff are helpful, however the language barrier does make it hard to communicate at times. The food was repetitive but the freshly grilled section was nice and we never went hungry. However, the buffet section in general was very busy and they couldn’t always keep up with tidying tables. For a week’s stay you get one visit to the restaurant on site and I would definitely recommend the barbecue. Lunch at the beach bar, pool bar and kingdom bar was all the same but would recommend the pizza as these are cooked fresh. Drinks were fine- 6 cocktails, local spirits and wine (if you tip you got nicer drinks in a glass.) The pools were lovely and we never had issues getting a sun lounger, in fact beds were still available at midday. The area around the pool was cleaned constantly and there was many activities throughout the day- although these were quite loud. The mini disco was fun for the children and although the evening entertainment wasn’t for us it was nice that they put it on.
Overall, this hotel was fine for our stay! If you have booked please don’t be put off by all the awful reviews and make your mind up for yourself.

1. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned only for the first three days. After that, I had to request cleaning services specifically to have the floor mopped. The balcony was not cleaned at all.
2. Food: The variety of food was limited, with an excessive amount of dips like tzatziki and pickled vegetables, which seemed unsuitable for adults and children, especially in the 32-degree heat with high humidity. The fruit selection was poor, with only watermelon, melon, and apples available, and occasionally oranges and pears. There were no bananas or other vegetables. Snacks between meals were mostly fries, hamburgers, and onion rings, though there was one traditional dish that was very tasty. Additionally, there were no labels on the cheeses, olives, sauces, or salads, except for the meat dishes.
3. Service: My children fell ill during our stay, and there was no doctor available after 6:00 PM. Due to insurance constraints, we had to seek medical attention off-site to get the necessary prescriptions. The following day, a nurse visited to introduce herself but didn’t actually enter the room to check on the children. Additionally, her English was very limited, which was quite disappointing for a large hotel.
4. Pools: The pools and the surrounding area were very clean and well-maintained. However, the food and snacks available were mostly fried items, with only one traditional dish that was suitable for children.

Worst hotel ever had the pleasure of staying at.
Staff are rude.
Food is not good and is mostly cold even though your in first.
Beer and cocktails served in paper cups.
Hotel massively under staffed .
Mini bar in bedroom does not get restocked.
No reps here at all and reception is a joke.
This is not a 5 star hotel as advertised more like a 2.5/3 at best. Total waste of money.
Would never come back here even for free.

Hotel is max 3 stars. Rooms 3 star decent and bathrooms are old. Towels all stained …
Spirits and alcoholic beverages all local and of the lowest quality possible.
Food is simply horrible. Mainly Turkish dishes and some french fries. Can’t really eat anything from the buffet. Everything is of the lowest quality and at room temperature. Nothing is at the required temperature.
We have been here for 1 day and already want to leave. THIS IS NOT 5 STARS
Avoid like plague….

Lovely and clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities great. Private beach.
Food is the same most days with some variation on themed nights, this is usual for all inclusive.
The area isn't fantastic as there isn't alot around the hotel.
