The staff here is always ready for help, however, maybe it is now the off-season, quite some staff are not well trained so they do not understand guests' need neither in English nor in German.
The food here is very poor. The soup is thin, no freshly grilled meat. I was expecting a Deluxe experience, but the reality hit me hard...
The sea view is unbeatable.

Lovely hotel, great value for money. Just wished the rooms were somewhat nicer. But the views we had of the hotel made it worth it 😍 would definitely come back. The staff was lovely and loads of veggies options

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely appalling service from the staff. We ended up leaving the hotel after the first night due to the hostile behaviour. Day 1, 3 members of staff came up to us and asked us to leave in under an hour with 3 children as the hotel management did not want us there due to complaints we raised about the rooms. We were locked inside with a technician as the doors stopped working and another room had no air conditioning, they could not move us or even downgrade the room so sent in a technician at 3am. When our provider questioned why they wanted us to leave they completely rejected what they said. Insulted us in front of other guests. Will be taking legal action against this hotel! If you fancy embarrassing yourself go ahead and book it! We have video evidence of the incident that occurred where they came up to us whilst we were having breakfast and telling us to leave. I’m happy to share.

Wonderful, caring staff. They tried to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
The animators were cool , i loved them .
In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone.
What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros). We work on our own in Albania with this job and the price was a maximum of 50 euros, we did not like that value.
We don't think of going back to that Hotel as it seemed like a scam to us.

On Monday there were to many people came in the hotel and the cleaning lady did not make to clean my room, i had to do it myself . She also told me that there was no pillow cover ,and this was not good for a 5 star hotel. But on the other days they cleaned my room every day

The lifeguard was not available all the time. One of us risked drowning and I had to save her myself, fearing that I wouldn't make it, but I did.
Food
There wan NO suitable food for babies . Only 1 kind of HIPP , my son did not like it . He ate only yogurt for 7 days , the all day . I really appreciate the chef , he tried to cook something for him , but he did not like it , it didn't have the thin, creamy texture for a baby , but i appreciate that he tried
There was to much spicy food (i can not eat spicy) , but there was a lot to choose

We visited the hotel late November and the number of guest staying in the hotel were minimal but the experience of the staff and the facilities was fantastic. Hassan and the other staff members were always happy to help and despite being small number of guests they still made sure the choice of food was adequate and plenty for you to choose. I would recommend this hotel and if I am in alanya I would be happy to stay at this hotel again
