I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. This hotel is very peaceful and it was such a nice place to relax on. The food is high quality, the service is great, you can feel that the staff really cares about you feeling comfortable. The staff were always kind and smiling, the hotel itself has a very positive and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is very big and there’s a lot of things to do there. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with the best staff and food! Everything is on point! Staff is super polite and helpful, Chiefs there should all have a Michelin star! Rooms are very romantic and the view is superb! Beach bar is one of the coolest places, you just can't have enough! The DJ is spectacular (I shazamed quite a few songs so I can enjoy them back home😅)

Myself and a group ladies stayed here in late August for our first girls holiday and it did not disappoint. The hotel is so gorgeous! A highlight is the Boho beach bar, which looks out directly onto the beach. The food is great. An extensive salad bar is on offer everyday with delicious protein choices every night as well as good options for vegetarians (with sides on offer, including hot rice and chips, which we definitely indulged too much in as they weee delicious). The drinks are prepared quickly and are well made by staff. My only comment is that the inclusive menu could include sweeter/fruity drinks e.g. drinks including more fruit purées.
The true highlight of the hotel is the staff. I have never encountered such warm and welcoming staff at a hotel and the staff are a credit to the establishment.
Big shout out to Tugba and Ezra in Guest Relations, Chala, Alper and Hatice who worked in the bar/dining area as well as Dil and Chivan at the spa (big thank you to Chivan for the lovely conversations we had with you during our stay!)
Highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

I wanted to love the hotel, it's beautiful and impressive and a lot of the staff are pleasant and helpful. This is a long review, sorry and 3 star was for our first room.
We had a lake house room, which, when we arrived we were blown away by. It's incredibly picturesque, even at night. The swim up rooms were the reason we paid a lot more money than any other holiday we have been on.
However little things let it down, and then a big thing almost ruined the whole holiday.
The lake house rooms don't have any bar or food options near to them (without paying for room service). So to go and get a drink, you need to get out the pool, dry off, so you can walk through your room, walk up to the hotel, down to the pool bar, grab 2 small takeaway cocktails to take back to the room (because you don't want to have to do the same again in 20 mins). When you have paid all this money to have such a beautiful room, we wanted to spend as much time there as we could and it seems like a design flaw.
When you went to get food or drink, there was a QR code that let you see the menu and place an order, however in the week that we were there, it worked once! We didn't know if the orders had gone through.
The location of the pool attached to the room we stayed in, was much more sheltered from the sun, which meant the water was actually uncomfortably cold, even in 30° heat. I would say another design flaw.
Now to the big thing. Unfortunately our room was right on the corner (1008) and had no sound protection from the busy car park right next to it, which is not far from a very busy road. We were rudely awoken at 4.15am with the council collecting several bins, the lorry running the entire time, whilst interrupted intermittently with the clang, clang, clang of the bin reaching the top and them making sure it was empty. It went on for about 10 mins the first time and was so loud it felt like it was in the room!
There is also a wooden walkway that runs alongside the room, which makes a horrendous racket, like a heavy piece of furniture being dragged over it, when people arrive at 2/3am. The access of the rooms has a layer to dampen the sound, maybe this could be used on the wooden ramp walkway too?
We spoke with reception after the first bin collection, and were advised there was nothing they could do, the council organise bin collection times. The person in question did not apologise, nor seem apologetic. However we were told it would be every 2 nights, not every night. Not overly happy, we went away hoping for a peaceful nights sleep the next night. You guessed it, the very next night it happened again, this time about 1.30am. We spoke with reception again, a different staff member, who was at least apologetic but again advised there was nothing they could do. All through the day, there were vehicles coming and going, beeping, hissing, things clanking, trolleys being rolled about, the longer it went on, the more it grated and started to ruin what was meant to be a relaxing holiday. It took speaking to our Jet2 rep, to get it sorted, we were moved to another room within minutes! Thank you Onur!
This room was much nicer, there were other rooms in between this one and the car park, which buffered the sound. The pool location, exposed to the sun more, meant the water was a more enjoyable temperature.
Unfortunately, being brutally honest, I don't think room 1008 is fit for purpose, and is definintely not up to the standards of the luxury you expect to get with the lake house prices, and the lack of action from the hotel was disappointing. We were pleasant, weren't rude or try to demand anything. It felt like that would have had a different, possibly quicker outcome!
I liked the hotel and had we started off in a different room, I think my outlook on our stay would have been different, although my thoughts on missed design opportunities would be the same. We did feel robbed of half our holiday, because we weren't moved when we initially complained, twice.
Overall I feel that 4/5 is a fair score.

5 star differs much from UK to Turkish standards that judge by size , room , pools etc. Definitely not the 5 star we’re used to in Turkey previously. Staff were awesome but hotel is dated and lack of attention to detail is poor.
Lack of interest in staff around adult pool to encourage water polo, pool fitness / aerobics , yoga etc is also poor. Gym is aged and everything needs updating. Broken machinery, missing pegs or broken cables. Staff sat in gym looking bored and chomping away on their mobiles.
Our Txt updates of events didn’t happen as apparently the persons allocated to look after certain rooms was off work. Missed out on evening entertainment as wasn’t made aware. Schedule listed in reception doesn’t add up to what actually goes on.
Couldn't arrange meal booking due to limited availability. Couldn’t book the Chinese restaurant any day for the week we were there even though this was included in the price/ room we paid for.
Bed duvets didnt match the size of bed. Badly fitted in Bed covers. Floors very dirty and not cleaned.
This hotel needs a lot of work to meet a true 5 star Turkish hotel. Dirty rooms, drinks with lack of alcohol, mini bars only filled with Tea or Coke cans. Food is substandard , but ok. Myself and partner both had sickness and back end bug on last day. Its also been mentioned by many previously.
Piano bar is feels like an airport lounge. Lack of atmosphere and all seats face towards a piano that was never played lol. Entertainment or atmosphere was non existent and boring.
Awaiting standard cut and paste reply from hotel. Management need to understand where they are loosing out. 5 star Tui Blue knocks socks off this place. Lesson learnt . Won’t be back sorry.
