Review of the Worst Hotel Ever: A Nightmare Experience
My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. As a heavily pregnant woman, I was expecting a basic level of comfort and hygiene, but what I encountered was absolutely appalling.
Health and Safety Issues
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel had severe health and safety issues. There was visible asbestos in the ceiling and walls, and mould was rampant in the bathroom and bedroom. This is not just a matter of discomfort; it is a serious health hazard, especially for someone in my condition.
Lack of Cleanliness
The room we were assigned had not been cleaned in months. This wasn’t just a feeling; it was confirmed by the staff who outright stated that they hadn’t cleaned the room for a long time. Dust and grime coated every surface, and there was no toilet roll provided. The bed linens were stained and smelled foul, making it impossible to get any rest.
Food Poisoning
The hotel restaurant served food that looked and tasted questionable. Unfortunately, I ended up with severe food poisoning, which made my stay even more unbearable. This is a serious issue that needs immediate attention to prevent others from suffering the same fate.
Rude and Unhelpful Staff
The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. No one spoke English, making communication difficult and frustrating. When I requested assistance, I was met with hostility. The manager was particularly rude and disgusting, showing no empathy or willingness to help. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
No Help Available
Despite my obvious need for a safe and clean environment due to my pregnancy, there was no help available. My requests for a room change or any form of assistance were ignored. This lack of care and consideration is shocking and inexcusable.

The Hotel from Hell
In summary, this hotel is the epitome of a horror stay. With severe health hazards like asbestos and mould, a complete lack of cleanliness, food poisoning incidents, and extremely rude staff, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. It is not just a bad hotel; it is a dangerous and disgusting establishment that should be shut down immediately.

, the holiday I booked with you not only was false advertisement but also a huge disappointment throughout the holiday.
On arrival we was shown to our room, from a quick inspection my partner and I realised a few issues that made us feel unsafe staying in room 2214.
. There was mould throughout the shower
. The toilet seat was stained and dirty
. The phone cable was hanging out of the wall by the sink in the bathroom.
. The door to our room DID NOT LOCK!! So the first night we had to put our suitcase against the door.
We told management and they relocated us to room 4419 the next day.
When moved we was placed in a smaller room with only two beds. Had to request another bed as there was 4 people. On inspection it was a lot cleaner but again there was problems, such as an exposed wire with electrical tape wrapped around it above the kids heads. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut as it had been broken from the hinges.
When it comes to room service/cleaning. We was not provided with fresh towels or toilet paper, water and sparking water for 3 days. We had to speak to the manger and later that evening they brought towels and toilet paper, no fresh bottled water. I went back to reception late evening and a worker at reception told me it was only provided for the first day. Even though it stated different on the leaflet given on entry.
Entertainment and facilities had problems aswell. The water slides inside the hotel was not on for most of the 7 days we was there. Only two days it was on and for one hour only each time. The entertainment was based on polish and Dutch people that was there. Kids entertainment was on for an hour. Also a photo of a gym was advertised, when asked at reception they said no and smiled whilst shaking their heads. Overall i will never booking this again!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is a disaster. First of all, there was no hot water in the room. After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to a hot shower, but instead, I had to endure a freezing cold one. On top of that, the AC was leaking constantly when it was on, leaving a puddle in the room and making the air feel humid and uncomfortable.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mould was everywhere, and the stench was unbearable. When I brought this up to the receptionists, they were rude and unhelpful, acting as if I was the problem. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel manager was arrogant and dismissive when I tried to escalate my complaints. The entire hotel has a horrible smell a mix of mildew and filth. It felt like nothing in this place was cleaned properly. I also got food poisoning from the hotel's restaurant, which ruined the rest of my stay. The rooms and common areas were filthy, and the pool was never cleaned. There are no lifeguards at the pool, which is a huge safety risk, especially for kids and adults who can't swim. The drinks they serve were warm, which was not what I expected when ordering a cold beverage by the pool. The pictures of the hotel online are completely misleading. What you see in person is a rundown, dirty, and poorly maintained facility. They also charge for WiFi, but after paying, they tell you it’s not working and refuse to refund your money. They even lie about there being free WiFi in the lobby there's none! This place is a total rip-off and a health hazard. Please avoid this hotel at all costs! It ruined my vacation and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Personally had a lovely holiday, plenty about, decent enough place to have a good time. Staff are spot on (minus the flirts who tried to get my girlfriends Instagram and proceed to ask her to be “summer friends” when she informed them she was with me.) Luckily I didn’t knock them out. All in all tho alright place. Food is horrendous, we ate out every night for that reason. Did I have a good time? Yes I did. Is it as bad as what some of the reviews say? No. That being said, I wouldn’t stay here again

Worst customer service. The people here do not care about the customers at all. The rooms are not safe for children, my 2 year old could cmget onto balcony and out the front door, I requested not to be on 4th floor for safety they said not rooms but would look at the locks, they did nothing. The cleaners rude even when you tip her and 1 week in the room has bin emptied and fresh towels no actual cleaning of floors etc. The queues for food and drink are ridiculous, queuing for 40mins for bbq food in the evening which is mainly fat and bones, queues for soft drinks, queue 45mins for ice cream. The place is severly understaffed and then the customers take the brunt. only 1 bar open in the evening. Hardly any of the drinks machines work. If you want an easy holiday do not book this hotel
