The resort is beautifully kept, with a warm and welcoming team that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the bathrooms could use a little updating.
There’s a great variety of food and drinks, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes.
The pools and slides are in top-notch condition and provide endless fun!
The beach is lovely, with plenty of loungers and shaded areas. It’s a bit rocky, so bringing water shoes is a smart idea.
There’s no shortage of activities for kids, and the animation team is friendly and engaging without ever being too much.
The hair salon has a fantastic team that really goes above and beyond!
We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back.

Very nice accomodation, beautiful surroundings full of green grass, trees, flowers. Swimming pools, nice beach. Everything you expect. Food is also good, available all day long, even in the night time. The only minus for me is that food (served as a buffet) is not so fune tuned. Sometimes it needs more salt, sometimes the meat is too dry...But generally we are very satisfied

First of all hotel is not 5☆ the rooms need to be renovated, outdated and old, not property maintained.
NEGATIVE;
-rooms are not property cleaned
-very old interior
-staff is very very unpleasant, not professional, never smiles.
-private beach is nice but it's open until 18h.
-almost no fish on the menu (only filets) only 1 type each day.
- lunch and dinner to short, only 2 hours.
- 2 a la carte restaurant, but you're allowed 1 to visit for free 1 time only. ( as all inclusive ) and in fish restaurant u have 4 types of fish filets.
- staff are starting to remove everything before lunch is even finished, 2 times they started to remove everything 15 min before!
-far away from airport and nothing around resort.
POSITIVE:
-Bar to drink is open 24/7
-very nice buildings and around them, full with flowers.
-pools very clean
-beach is beautiful ( open 08-18h )

Hotel territory is green with lot of care of colored flowers/ Trees and highly maintained which makes it super attractive along with villas shape.
Available languages: Turkish, English, German, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, starting from the reception, restaurant, and housekeepers.
The top animation team who entertained us for the 10 days with different games and programs, starting from the kids club to water polo, darts, adult/ kids pool games, aqua gym, and many other things done by katya, varia, ahmed, amir, amin, youssef, mokhtar. This team stays around everyone to make sure everybody is happy. Without them it will be boring.

We are happy that we stayed in this hotel. The room was cosy and clean. Hotel swimming pools were in a very good condition, and there was a lot of water slides for the children. The food was delicious, and the evening events attracted a lot of guests. I highly recommend this hotel.
