Just had a lovely holiday with family at this hotel. First mention should be the AMAZING staff, they are really hard working, polite and very friendly. They do everything they can to ensure you have a great holiday and that includes every single one of them no matter what their job is. The rooms are very large and comfortable, we had a beautiful pool and sea view with a kettle and fridge in our room. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices and was of a very high standard. Enjoyed sitting at the pool bar and eating at the street food area, also spending time at the island bar and beach during the day. Last thing to mention the hotel was spotless, thanks for a really great stay to all of the staff and l hope you all get a pay rise because you deserve it

We absolutely loved this hotel, had everything you need on site, and was close to a shopping centre and pub (if you wanted to have a walk).
The service was brilliant, rooms cleaned every day, plenty of places to eat, and food was lovely and cooked in front of you.
Bar service was great with plenty to choose from.
The staff are friendly and helpful, even tho they didn't speak much english they tried to understand.
The pools are clean and had lifeguards, great for kids with the splash zone.

Beautiful hotel! All the staff very nice and accommodating! The place was spotless everywhere! The only slight downfall was the food as it was out with the season time so most of it was cold but I can't fault anything else in the hotel it was beautiful!!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, the guests are mostly German, they are so rude, they don’t have any manners, they have come to a Muslim country, yet they treat other Muslim guest with Malice. I had a couple of guests shout at my children who are only seven and 10 and staff didn’t do anything. The front of staff One of the young gentleman was very rude, not even a smile on his face, just as attitude was not very friendly. My daughter had an accident and needed to go to the hospital, first I took her to the in-house doctor and all they were interested in was getting insurance. He didn’t even want to help me or help my daughter with a wheelchair. He had a smirk on his face and he was very upset that I didn’t go to the hospital he suggested. When I came back from hospital, the taxi driver got the wheelchair from him, after five minutes, he came to my room with a bodyguard demanding the wheelchair back. What kind of behaviour is this? is this definitely a Muslim country? I do not expect to be treated like this by a fellow Muslim so I’m assuming the doctor is not a Muslim. I think Marmaris is 1000 times better, the people are better. The shops are better. The location is better. I will never return to this hotel again. The food is okay after three days you get bored it’s repetitive

We spent 7 nights at the hotel at the end of October as a group of five (2 adults and 3 children). The hotel itself was wonderful, consistently kept clean, with numerous staff members working to ensure guests’ comfort and service.
Besides the main building's restaurants and bars, snack and drink bars were located within 50 meters almost everywhere on the hotel grounds. This well-established system supporting the all-inclusive package meant we rarely had to wait in line, and nothing ever ran out. Upon check-in, we received an A4 sheet detailing what services were available and when. Ice cream, pizza, gyros, and burgers were available at various times at the poolside and island dining areas. Drinks were practically available at all times. The main building housed a 24-hour burger and drink bar, so even when we arrived at the hotel early in the morning, we could eat and drink.
The island belonging to the Eftalia hotel chain was accessible through a tunnel and had the same facilities and services as the hotel itself, so there was no shortage of anything there either. The island featured multiple pools, slides, bars, and restaurants, as well as both sandy and stoney beaches. Cleanliness was maintained by the pools and the beach as well. Items not included in the all-inclusive package were, for example, cocktails, freshly squeezed orange juice, and entertainment services (like mini-golf). Everything else was included, and we practically did not need money within the hotel and island, as everything we needed was covered by the all-inclusive package.
Every evening, the island hosted high-quality theater performances.
What greatly diminished the experience was the behavior and dining habits of some guests in the main restaurant. It was unpleasant to see the restaurant one hour after opening. The meticulously presented dishes and the restaurant prepared for guests would be left in disarray. Food leftovers were everywhere, dishes were mixed up, and there was an enormous amount of waste. Despite the staff's dedicated efforts, these went unnoticed by many guests. This, of course, is not a critique of the hotel, as they did their utmost and continuously tried to clear the "mess." The quality of the coffee could be improved, as the machine coffee was terrible.
Apart from the main meals, there was an option to enjoy cakes and coffee at the patisserie during designated hours. Additionally, with prior registration, those who booked 7 nights could dine once at any of the hotel's 6 themed à la carte restaurants, which provided a different experience compared to the crowded main restaurant. Moreover, if anyone was still hungry, the non-stop restaurant was available.
Drink service operated with hard plastic cups, and cup collection points were set up on almost every corner, although not all guests used them properly ☹. The number of pools and slides was more than sufficient, dispersing guests well so that there was never a crowd or long lines. However, due to the nighttime cooling, the shallow pools were quite cold, and the daytime temperature of 30 degrees wasn’t enough to warm them up. To my knowledge, the pools weren’t heated, which slightly reduced their enjoyment but was not the hotel’s fault, just a circumstance. Other than that, the selection of slides catered to all, from the smallest to the largest. It was odd, however, that the slides were only open between 10-12 and 14-17. I would recommend reconsidering the operating times of the slides.
The Wi-Fi performance was inconsistent. While a network was available almost everywhere, even directly on the beach of the island, which was commendable, the service was not stable and could use improvement. The weather at the end of October was ideal, with temperatures reaching 29°C during the day and cooling to 12°C at night.
Overall, we had an enjoyable and fulfilling holiday at Eftalia Ocean. We definitely recommend the hotel, though, unfortunately, you cannot choose the guests...
