I have never experienced better service in my life ever! Even though it is an all inclusive hotel services up to its peak!
You will not hear a NO is an answer in this facility they use bamboo straws in their cocktails and worth to mention have all the premium liquor that is also included such as Blue Label😂

Maxx Royal is a great family-friendly hotel. The rooms are spacious, although the decor is a bit outdated, but everything works well, which is the most important. Cleaning is quick and thorough, and all essentials are provided. The bed is large and comfortable. The food is delicious, diverse, and fresh, with almost anything you can think of available. The hotel is massive and can feel crowded, but the all-inclusive format is very convenient. There are plenty of activities for kids. Personally, I preferred Maxx Royal Kemer for a more enjoyable experience.

We recently spent our Autumn holiday at Maxx Royal Belek from October 12-20, 2024, with my wife, our son, and myself, and it truly exceeded every expectation. Having stayed at numerous top-tier, 5-star hotels worldwide, we can confidently say that this was the most remarkable and memorable experience we’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, the Maxx Royal team treated us like royalty, and the level of personal attention we received was unlike anything we've ever experienced. Our Personal Assistants, Esra and Pellin, were simply outstanding, attending to our every need with incredible warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care. They ensured every detail was perfect, making us feel relaxed and pampered at every step. We’d also like to extend a huge thank you to F&B Manager Cihangir Aydın, who curated a dining experience that surpassed all our expectations.

The views, the comfort, and the elegance of the space created a sanctuary for us each day. It’s rare to find rooms that offer so much room and beauty, and they truly added to the joy of our stay.
Delicious Food & Drinks Like No Other
Every meal was a new adventure, with the most delicious, fresh, and well-prepared dishes we have ever tasted. The variety and quality of cuisine available were simply amazing, and it was clear that each meal was crafted with exceptional skill and care. And of course, a huge thank you to Anıl Erdem, the best bartender we’ve ever met! His expertise and passion for his craft were evident in every drink he served, adding a special touch to each evening.

Considering the level of service, the beauty of the accommodations, and the unforgettable culinary experiences, the price is more than fair for the value you receive. We were so thrilled with our stay that we immediately booked to return in October 2025.

Unfortunately the buffet allergens are not correctly labelled
Informed general manager and Oussama(assistant) after confirming with chef and both of them that items not correctly labelled for egg. Luckily family member escaped a bad reaction however the general manager at the buffet restaurant response was poor, uninterested and item was still not labelled correctly a week after . Really poor
Hotel “apparently” did not have any information about this on response to my trip advisor review, shows they are not taking allergens seriously. It will be on their internal app message service as Oussama was our max assistant and we messaged about this.

I working on one of largest company in the word. I tried to take a tour in the resort for future reservation of my company . No answer in the WhatsApp and try to visit them but the security in the resort didn’t allowed me to go inside to reception and no help to contact any body from sales or reception?!! I knew the reply on this message that we are welcome all visitors to take tour in the resort. But the fact they don’t care about new customers
