We are coming towards the end of our trip and it has been really good, despite the wet weather. It is a lovely place for families with young children. The kids club is very good and all the staff are really nice, specially the more older ladies who work in the food areas are just so sweet and warm! We love all the cats and it's so nice to see the staff being loving towards them too it really warmed our heart. Some of the cats are so friendly and loving! The goats are really cute and friendly too!

End of November early December with my 4 sisters and friends we chose to stay in this hotel for 6 nights We like the resort because its not a massive property.
Very impressive with the services on the whole. Guests relation extremely helpful. Check in service was top notch .A special mention to Mr. Baha for arranging taxi service and giving sightseeing tips.
Because it's off season we understand that less choices in the buffet offered. Now and then there was some good dishes.
Love the beach facilities.
We will not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

I traveled to this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we faced extremely poor conditions and a lack of responsiveness from the staff. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and racist.
After being denied check-in, no one assisted us, and we had to wait outside for hours. None of the officials addressed our complaints or provided any response to our issues. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also insulting.
Unfortunately, we still have not received the money we paid for our stay. We were told that the hotel bears no responsibility for refunding our money, which further demonstrates the lack of commitment and professionalism of this establishment.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are looking for a positive and respectful experience, it is better to choose other options.

Thank you for your response; however, unfortunately, your explanation is not satisfactory to us. We had carefully planned our holiday and made a reservation through a reputable site, but ultimately, we were denied entry to the hotel solely because of our Iranian nationality. We were even left waiting outside the hotel for hours, without access to basic necessities such as water, which is entirely unacceptable.
We are also disappointed to hear that no refund is available. As guests, we expected more support and cooperation from the hotel in the event of an issue, rather than having the responsibility entirely shifted to the booking agency. We still hope that the hotel will take responsibility and work towards resolving this issue and refunding our expenses.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in late November, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience, despite the staff being very kind and polite.
We were informed that the water park was heated and operational in the fall, but that wasn’t the case. The main water park was closed during our stay, and while the children’s section was open, the water was extremely cold.
The food was another disappointment. The variety and quality were lacking, especially when it came to meat options. Most dishes were repetitive and often seemed stale.
Additionally, the hotel had only one functioning bar, and even the café inside the hotel only offered basic drinks like tea and coffee.
An important issue to note is that the hotel does not have a designated parking space. On the first day, due to the hotel being busy, they parked our car outside the premises. Later, we received a call from the police asking us to move the car, even though we had no knowledge of its condition or location. This caused significant inconvenience.
Another critical issue is the presence of cats all over the hotel, including the restaurant. If you have a phobia of animals, this hotel is definitely not suitable. The cats were a constant presence, sometimes even aggressive, which is particularly concerning in the dining areas due to potential health risks. I strongly suggest that the hotel keep animals out of these spaces.
The hotel’s spa facilities were also disappointing. They were cold and practically unusable in the morning when we attempted to use them.
Additionally, if you stay at this hotel, I recommend bringing your own shampoo and soap, as the hotel provides very low-quality, cheap products.
Overall, this stay didn’t meet our expectations, and I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

Simply excellent. I can only say positive things of this hotel. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. The kids and baby clubs are well equipped, and the staff working there are incredibly enthusiastic with their work and taking care of the children. The food: another level; great variety of food, and the quality is brilliant (desserts are delicious!). There are many activities for adults and children, you cannot get bored! Thanks for the experience.
