Stayed at Hotel Palia Don Pedro for a week from the 5th August and safe to say I was given the room from hell (Room 582) I was greeted by 15 cockroaches on the terrace as well as 8 in the room on the first night. I complained in the morning for the hotel staff to only provide me with a can of cockroach killer to take care of the matter. That night I spent 3 hours killing cockroaches and there was roughly 50 on this eve, inside and outside of the room. I complained again on day 3 and they came and used a special spray which was supposed to prevent them from coming, once again that eve I had a total of 20+ on the terrace and in my room. I complained a third time on day 4 and they finally moved my room which I then did not see another cockroach following this. I spoke to plenty of people who were staying on the resort and they all said the same thing, they had seen either none or 1. Due to the sheer amount of cockroaches I did not sleep much during this holiday and have come out with a throat infection from the use of the spray. Other than this the food was good and pool was nice, the local area was decent for a walk as well! So was overall a negative holiday but made the most out of it even if I didn't get any sleep!

This is a very low-budget resort. I don’t like the location and amenities as well. Nothing was renovated or maintained over the years. Costa del Silencio is like a town from the mid-’80s. Don’t go there if you prefer more vibrant life and something in better shape. Good for low-budget vacations.

Sceptical after reading the reviews, but it is what it is, it's a budget all inclusive hotel, so people writing reviews because it wasn't 5 star quality, for minimal money... We couldn't fault the place, yes rooms are a bit dated, but again, you get what you pay for. The room was large, bedroom, balcony, separate lounge area with sofa, kitchenette with a fridge/freezer that was ideal for keeping cold drinks, and separate bathroom. It did what we expected of it for the price we paid. Food, standard all inclusive mass cooked, designed to feed a few hundred in a short space of time. Again, people expecting Michelin star quality food, for minimal money should look elsewhere. It was edible, it tasted ok, we never went and found there was anything we didn't like. Just your standard all inclusive buffet food. It did for us what we expected at the price. The staff were brilliant, all friendly, the bar staff were great, the animacion we didn't really get involved as we were out, but from what we saw, they were doing a great job of getting people involved and having fun. Location, there isn't much to do around, but the staff kindly pointed us to the bus stop around the corner, €1.50 for a half hour ride into Los christianos with its nice sandy beach. And they're regular. Overall we cannot fault this place, the price we paid, we got exactly what we expected, so there is no complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely holiday here! Wouldn’t recommend all inclusive as the food wasn’t always the nicest but apart from that absolutely no faults! Reception and the entertainment especially were absolutely amazing! Never a struggle for sunbeds, lovely wee apartments.

We had an absolutely wonderful 7-night stay at Labranda Bahía Fañabé & Villas! From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a lovely outside seating area that was perfect for relaxing. The food was amazing, with a great selection of freshly cooked meals, and the drinks selection was decent too. The restaurant and pool staff were always friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is very peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and we loved the fact that it’s so close to local shops and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our kids had a fantastic time enjoying the pools, which had different depths suitable for all ages. A special mention goes to Marta, who provided excellent entertainment in the evenings, always making everyone smile. Overall, Labranda Bahía Fañabé & Villas exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly holiday!

We had a lovely 9 nights at your hotel, so lovely that we will be returning one day. Your staff were so accommodating, from the front receptionist to the meal time supervisor and our lovely cleaner who was the star of the show. We have never felt so well looked after.

Came here with partner and son for a week's holiday. Location is brilliant and close to town and beach. On arrival we were told we could not have our booked room due to water damage. We got given a completely different room but did get upgraded to the premium all inclusive bands, which were pretty useless as my partner does not drink, son is 15 so couldn't take advantage on it. I did not use it much as the bar was useless and didn't know what drinks were included. Food is basic but well prepared. Lobby bar always had a really long line and only 1 staff member on. So by the time you get to the bar to get told something isn't included in the band it was quite frustrating. We generally sat by the middle pool during the day. One day we did find a mouse in the pool even though they had just cleaned. It took me going to get a cup and my partner fishing it out as the lifeguard had no idea what we were saying. On the other days all we could hear was building work which wasn't very relaxing considering one of the reasons we came away was to get away from the noise of drills and building. Our room definitely was big enough but had some fabrication issues, shower never drained. Broken tiles and bits all around, Rust, air conditioning in room was just randomly loud, we were right by the strip of path down to the beach and all you could hear all day was the shop opposite asking if people wanted a massage. On the last day I felt pushed out of our room early as the trolley was waiting outside from 8am even though checkout was at 12. A couple of times they did knock to see if we were going. On checkout they were very helpful and asked if we wanted lunch and said we can have drinks up until we left. I don't think I would stay here again. Staff were very polite as friendly, we just had a bad experience.

It's one of the best hotel. The room are big and every day cleaning. They have animator for kids , 6 or 7 pools . The staff was amazing and the food delicious. Definitely we come back. Well done

Me and my family had a fab time here, it was perfect. Staff were perfectly friendly and was brilliant with our 3year old. They made us feel so welcome and everything was easily accessible. The rooms were perfectly clean and cleaning staff came very often. Big shout out to Ricardo and Marta who was amazing to our family , made us laugh all night long and very very patient with our mithering 3year old not just during the activities but throughout the day. The animation team was absolutely amazing. Another thankyou to making my mums birthday extra special when they sang happy birthday and left a letter and bottle of wine for her. They took the time and effort to learn all five of our names and was absolutely top notch. Will definitely be rebooking here :)

we spent here 12 days and were satisfied. sure it's not a 4-star hotel, basic and not new, but for the money it was a good option. the rooms were clean, the sheets and towels are changed once in a week. the reception is open very rare, but if you call them on phone, they are helpful. I just don't recommend the washing machine, clothes didn't get clean. The village is dirty and doesn't look good at all, so better to have a car and explore other beaches. If you don't rent a car, it's not an ideal place to stay, we also just came to the apartment to sleep.. But the island has so much to offer, that you shouldn't stay in one place anyway..

Just spent 3 nights at Parque Carolina. I must admit after reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned. I got there at 10pm, there was a note on door with my name and 2 phone numbers. Called the 1st and a guy answered straight away, I told him my name "oh hello Stephen, did you have a good journey here? If you look on wall by door find box "D" the code is ****, if you have any issues then reception will be maned from 10am tomorrow". Found my room, ok it was like stepping back to the late 1990's but it was lovely and clean, the bathroom was spotless, if not maybe a little tired. And the bedding was fresh n clean. I was on ground floor and the Security Gate behind the patio door was strong and locked and I had to key to open it. The kitchen was well equipped. Ok the safe would not open, but I've travelled enough to find places around the room to hide things!! All in all for the price it was fine. Very little noise from other rooms.

We been here over 5 days on holiday and there are pro and cons. Pro: - kind staff and management, helpfully and respectful, if you need anything they always look to help - just be advised that this is not a Hotel is a flats park so it may be that they are not always there but they are available on phone. -towel every 2 days and all waste collected. - General area and pool was clean. -parking available around the complex Cons: - No fan or AC. -Little bit noisy but that depends of other guests I suppose. -Cockroach and ants in toiles and kitchen. - The complex is quite close to sea so is very windy, expect windows to whistle quite loudly.

I’m giving 5star rating cause it was totally value for money. We arrived on the afternoon and the main fort was closed so be sure that you ll be able to call them via phone or WhatsApp to open the locker on the side to get your key. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also a kitchen , well-equipped. The place is very close to Playa Montaña Amarilla which is very cute and instagramable. I read the comment about the difficulty to find a park spot , but for us was very very easily almost outside the room (April month ).

The reception unmanned. Room basic seemed clean ifound mine a little noisy ay night. but having no basic essentials of soap or washing up liquid. No micro wave no uk tv. A dirty balcony with no view. 1 large double mirrowed warddobe. Lifts dont work and no poolside bar with swimming pool gate locked with no access key. No aircon or fan. Closse to a rocky beach and close to bus stop. Close to mni super market. Most bars locally closed with no entertainment. Bars that are open appear to be supporting belgium tourist. If you book direct with host reception then can be as low as 250 euro a week or 800 euro a month 30% less than with a booking site.

Have a nice day, thank you for a great stay. We were there for 11 days. We arranged the stay ourselves with a super winter discount against travel agencies. Moving around the hotel was challenging, but again you keep fit. The rooms are clean, just would like to take the rubbish out of the toilet more often if you are not allowed to put paper in the bowl, it smells. The rooms are large - the great thing is that there is a living room and a bedroom (4 people). I also liked the kitchen and fridge, which is not usual. You can see that the furniture remembers something. The food was always a little different but similar - it was good - I might have differentiated the desserts more. I would also suggest more frequent cleaning of toilets by the pools, tables in the bar and around the pools. And I would also recommend no smoking by the pools, there are cigarette butts, cups with butts, there is a smell from smoking. There are noisy English groups flying around. Great staff, I suggest you respect them and pay them a lot!!!

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was older, but nice and adequate. The food was good and there is always plenty to choose from. Overall we have a good feeling about the hotel. The only thing that spoils the atmosphere are the British guests who don't know how to behave. Especially the younger ones, they make noise and eat like pigs, but that's not the hotel's problem. Everything else was fine.

Rooms have no air con. Had to pay €40 to rent a fan for 7 days! Mattress’s are solid. Used to twin beds being pulled together to make a double but ended up sleeping separately because the beds completely separated as soon as you got into them. Have to pay €1 for a cup, you do get it back unless you loose the cup. Find this a good idea but then seem to look confused when you want a fresh cup?! Food is extremely basic. Would hardly class rice, chips and chicken as “Spain local food” but that might be me. Entertainment is absolutely shocking. Not sure if I’m just being overly picky but after staying in a fair few all inclusive in my time this has to be worst. Not to mention been woken up almost every night with people jumping in the pool at midnight and being in there till 1am!!! This hotel is 100% not suitable for anyone who struggles with lots of walking or has a wheelchair/ push chair. There are stairs absolutely everywhere. Just to get to the restaurant I either had to go down a very steep hill or go down over 80 steps to come back up again Positives are lots of sun beds free so don’t need to get up early to get them. The option of three pools is quite nice because I’m not a fan of loud music. Location is perfect but despite lots of restaurant being around I think I found a total of about 3/4 places that do breakfast as everywhere is closed till later in the day. Lastly, In the little shop there are lots of information about activities outside the hotel with transport included and the women is very helpful explaining everything

All services were good except room cleaning services. When going for breakfast to the restaurant cleaner came into apartment, ignored tag on door "do not disturb ". Returned from restaurant cleaner was in apartment ,that was inforcomtabble for us. After that, we noticed we lost cash from our valets. The next cleaning day tag was on the door again, and we were in room when the cleaner came in with no knock or bell ring.

Hi. I don't write reviews but today I have to. I have compared with many hotels. But this is the first time I've encountered such crap. The rooms are old, but relatively clean. The area surrounding the area is a garbage dump, an old unfinished construction site, a garbage dump, and dead palm trees. But the worst thing is the restaurant and food. Boring and tasteless food. My son said that prisoners probably eat better. There are no free tables in the restaurant, for lunch or dinner. You have to wait up to 30 minutes. When there was a table, there were no plates or forks. And inside there are groups of workers renovating the hotel rooms (I appreciate that the workers can eat there), but something is wrong when the hotel guests are standing in front of the entrance, waiting, and the construction workers are eating lunch. Bar and drinks failure, Vodka, Whiskey, beer and Coco Rum, nothing else. All other drinks are charged. I rate the three pools 3/5, but nothing special. We stayed in the Magnolia II House and had to climb 124 steps to get to the restaurant. If you are in poor condition or have mobility problems, you won't be able to live like this. We talked to a couple from the UK, they had cockroaches in the room, luckily we didn't. No music, no animation for children or adults. Boring. This is not a budget vacation, it is a waste of money. No more Blue Sea, second visit to this hotel chain and another failure. We came back yesterday.

A solid 4.5 star place. Very spacious rooms and quiet, the place was very clean and crisp. The enormous saltwater pool was amazing and the view of the sunset over the cliff was pretty as well. Cleaning service is only if you stay more than 7 days but if you’re not making a huge mess I don’t see why you would need daily cleaning so that was fine for me. Parking is close right across the hotel and plentiful as well. Good location for nearby activities too. I saw a hoopoe bird that was my target species so this place has a higher review in my heart. The only bad thing was the weird smell in front of the hotel but that was fairly irrelevant. All the other bad reviews are probably from people who didn’t research the area first. The place is indeed under construction but it was fairly ignorable and so it didn’t bother us. In a few years this place might be really popular.

The rooms are spacious, you have a nice apartment with kitchen and everything. However though, there were couple of reasons why I do not recomende it, nor will be back. Firstly, in 10 days, the apartment was cleaned only once and when we asked for a towels (on a day other than the cleaning one), we were charged. Also, we look forward for the pool area but, we were let disappointed because, certain parts are 'under construction', thus not in use (such as the bar, restaurant, entrances to the pool...). Last but not least, they seriously over charged us for the late check out. Overall, the Las Galletas is very nice neighborhood with very cheap bars and restaurants so, for sure will be back there... Just not in Ona Alborada...

Every morning at 5 am, workers (I think out of envy of tourists) roll a cart that rattles throughout the entire hotel. Apparently it is vitally important at this time and the noisier the better. And then at 8 am the cleaners gather in their assigned room and They have breakfast, sharing everything in their life, the sound of their cackling and noise spreads throughout the entire territory. In short, if you are not a fan of waking up early, then the place is not calm.

Don't be fooled by the photos! Outside looks like a 1970s car park. The pool area and bottom of the pool is a cesspit, couldn't have been cleaned for weeks ! Dirty sunbeds, towels (you pay for) are worn out and one had a rip in. We are hoping the nappy has been recovered from the bottom of the pool! Paint peeling off walls, rusty fence, rubbish all around outside. The show pools along the path to the main pool that look fantastic in the photos, have no water in them and look terrible! The location is great if you like going on a litter pick and you like the smell of decaying physical matter. A stay in a NCP car park in Birmingham would have more class. We tried to complain but unless they had Nick Knowles on standby with 200 keen DIY enthusiasts working 24/7 and a fleet of Dysons at the ready wasn't going to be sorted. Thank the lord himself for the WiFi was a dream, managed to move hotels in a few clicks. A swift retreat and a £30 euro taxi and we returned to the land of living away from the apocalyptic Hotel. On the plus side we are all upto date with tetanus injections, no permanent harm done.

From an 11 year olds point of view, all these reviews are a bit misleading the cockroaches are very few we only saw 2 and we stayed here for a week . For the room, no air conditioning I was annoyed at because it gets pretty warm in late September. The location is quite annoying when you are going out every night for food and activities because of the steep hill and can be hard work in this type of heat. Reception didn’t seem happy when we wanted more towels and told us to talk to house keeping where we eventually got some from the following day. The pool was huge with some salty water but not too strong, the floor of the pool was slippy and food was decent in the grounds. Overall, the apartments are decent at best but could do with air conditioning to ensure a better sleep

After reading some reviews of this hotel before coming here I was very nervous and it put me off, however after arriving I was put at ease as we had no major problems whatsoever. You get what you pay for, it’s basic and has everything you need in the rooms, we were lucky to have a balcony and the view was amazing especially the sunsets in the evening. The rooms were clean, cleaners came every two days to clean our room gave us fresh towels, bedding and cleaned the floors. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel, reception were helpful at calling taxis for us. The food is basic, but we only went half board so ended up eating out most the time. The location is very convenient as it’s close to lots of nearby attractions and has a shop right next door. The hotel is on a big hill which was probably the biggest negative it can be hard to walk back up the steep hill in the heat but there are scooters available if anyone would prefer that.

Don't listen to reviews about how dirty it is, how rude the staff are, how poor the food is etc.. we experienced none of that. We visited in July this year and actually don't have a bad thing to say about the resort. Pool was great, nice and clean. Food was fine, no issues. You pay for what you get. Rooms were basic but clean and the amount of time you spend in the room anyway, it makes no difference. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. The entertainment at night is a bit 'dated', bingo and karaoke every night but lots to do down in adeje.

This saddens me to leave a bad review because the place was lovely it was clean , the views were beautiful and should have been a great time ! But on our first full day our youngest child stepped onto the pool step whilst trying to get out of the pool , this pool step was badly damaged and this resulted in it slicing his foot open and us having to rush him to the hospital for treatment and stitches ! There was no help from anyone in the hotel at this time staff were no where to be seen and when we did get him to reception the lady who was working was to busy trying to check customers in even when asked where is a doctor and a taxi she didn’t even look up and just said outside , there was no one to go to at all for first aid ! we asked for days about how to fill in a complaint form and got told there’s no point completing it as nothing will happen , also when asked for a manager kept getting told not one in ! When we did finally speak to a manager (the day before we were leaving ) she was actually quite lovely but the damage was done as his holiday was ruined and no one was there to help ! What makes this worse is we complained about the pool step in order for others not to get injured and it took days for them to even look at it and on the last day they finally changed it ! Since returning to the uk we have tried to contact the hotel and have left emails and answerphone messages and have had no reply

The beds are awful. the sheets are stained. cockroaches everywhere. Facilities are generally poor all round. the pool is slippery and freezing. The staff aren't very helpful. And I hope you enjoy wearing a wristband for your entire holiday, because that's a requirement here, you can't take it off. Don't go here, it might be cheaper than other places but it's not worth it.

Good location - 20 minutes away from the ocean. Would be great to have swimming pool to be heated until late evening rather then just 20:00. Flats are fitted with washing machine, fridge and freezer, kitchen, large TV.

Great place to stay. Nice staff, great heated pool ( winter ). Went self catering room has all you need for a short stay. Great restaurant on site with other restaurants and bars within a short walk. It is at the back of Los Cristianos at the top of the hill. Just over 4 euros for a taxi down to the beach. A walk along the front with some great views and also a lot of very good restaurants to choose from. Average price for a meal for 2 with a couple of drinks is about 40 to 60 euros.

There are cameras in the rooms see pictures attached, I messaged booking.com about this and got no reply. One of the cameras you can see from the bed so it can 100% see you in bed, avoid this place

Place is lovely, staff are wonderful and the food and drinks are great. We loved it here. The only thing is there’s no air con in any of the rooms, just fans. It was hot but we knew before hand! The hotel is up a hill, which was fine for us, we just walked down and got a taxi back up, however if you struggle with hills it’s worth thinking about. Overall we loved it!

Although the hotel seems fine at first glance, be careful as the service is way below par. During the first night, this became clear in no time when it turned out that the mattress base was torn, causing the mattress to sag and making sleeping virtually impossible. When we made this known in the morning, we were promised that this would be resolved the same day and the bed base would be replaced. However: at the end of the afternoon nothing appeared to have been arranged and at that moment it turned out that nothing more could be arranged. To be continued... Ultimately, when nothing appeared to have been arranged (the maintenance engineer apparently "forgot") we had no other option the following night than to put the mattresses on the floor to sleep. The next morning, when we were sitting on the balcony early, the hotel door was suddenly opened and quickly closed again when it became clear that we were there. That wasn't very pleasant either! Was there nothing positive to report about the hotel? Yes: the swimming pool on the 4th floor with cocktail bar was nice and cozy and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. The WiFi, on the other hand, barely worked. In short: quite a nice hotel in a nice location, but the less than customer-friendly service largely ruins that.

Advantages: Nearest beach was about 10 minutes by feet, Lidl and other groceries were in a close proximity to the aparthotel. The breakfast was really good, especially churros. The air conditioner worked in both rooms. Disadvantages: At first, we supposed to have swimming pool view, but at the beginning we have received beach views on the first floor right above rubbish bins, which had a disgusting smell. We were forced to make an argument with the hotel stuff to get a suitable room. The second, the cleaning was not good enough, towels were not fresh with yellow spots and hols. Cleaning is scheduled 3-4 times a week, depends from season. Cleaning service does not provide any cleaning for cooking tools and dishes. Also the bed sheets were replaced once per three days, which is abnormal in this region with such weather conditions (high temperatures). All this information was available on the paper inside the room, but It was not provided before reservation. The third, sometimes the personal was not friendly and responsible specially when we asked for a towel exchange. At the morning the personal at the reception did not greet us intentionally. We were greeting them but they stayed silent. The fourth, sometimes access cards for room doors did not work properly. We were forced to refresh access card two times and avoid gathering them together with our mobile phones. It was necessary to slightly kick the door to close it. The fifth, there was a huge problem with a parking places. It was very complicated to find parking place close to the hotel, especially on weekends and every day after 8 pm. Do not recommend.

This hotel is so disappointing. The beds aren’t confortable at all. The price is pretty high for the quality offered. I don’t recommend it. The AC make so much noise. We took a suite with two rooms. One room was so tiny that even one person couldn’t sleep in it (not that much air on it)…

Lovely hotel would give 100 but no English TV anymore. Up until March 24 all 5 English channels then disappeared. We were given many excuses but no real reason. Went back Sept 24 after emails being told TV would be restored by then again still no English TV. Very disappointed. Have now cancelled xmas stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We really enjoyed the room. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, though a bit hard. The rooms were quiet. The pool’s pretty good. The pool bar is okay, not too special. We were very surprised by the quality of the breakfast. There was a big variety of foods and there were plenty of fresh, healthy options. The location was nice. The town’s pretty small, but it’s cute. The neighboring town didn’t have a nice atmosphere, so this was a good choice. Nice to have a car. From here it’s easy to go to Masca, los Gigantes, de Teide, etc!

Always a lovely stay. The pool area is great and peaceful being tucked away from the crowds. We were here at the beginning of September and it was very quiet, no problems getting sun beds. Basic rooms but some have modern updates. The staff on reception are very friendly and always willing to help. The only downside is the walk back up to the hotel which is quite steep, but a taxi from Fañabe town is roughly €5.50. Despite the walk, the location gives beautiful views of Fañabe and the ocean. This is our second time staying here and would recommend.

Stayed here for 12 days and enjoyed every minute. Staff are very friendly at reception, very helpful and attentive. We arrived early and got to check in earlier than usual. Rooms are nice, big and spacious. Bathrooms lovely too. Only issue is we had a pull out couch for a bed, but we didn’t mind just wasn’t expecting it🤣 rooms cleaned daily and towels changed every other day. Can be an issue with sun beds. Up around 8 most mornings to find 95% of the beds reserved with towels. Although it states you can’t reserve them? Towels for sun beds can be rented at reception. Entertainment was super. Special mention to Alex and Marta on animation team, really good!! Food in restaurant is lovely, cocktails and beers tasty too. On site bakery and shop which is reasonable and has everything you really need. 2 other supermarkets in walking distance. This hotel is located at the top of a hill, which may be an issue for some people. We used ‘hoppy’ scooters or ordered taxis which was only a few euro to Fanabe area. Overall would recommend coming here and would definitely return!!

The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful suggesting places to visit and local restaurants. We asked for advice several times and were very happy with the staff’s local knowledge. The apartment had a comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage and a lounge area for watching the TV. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook, make coffee and iron clothing. The shower was good with plenty of hot water but tended to wet the bathroom floor a bit. The large terrace had a sturdy dining table and chairs with areas of shade and sunlight. A small garden at the end would benefit from a little weeding and perhaps some cacti planted as these would be fairly low maintenance. The hotel pool and grounds are beautiful, very well maintained with lots of places to relax/sunbathe. The hotel has beautiful gardens with many flowers in bloom. A spa and gym are also available. I would have given 5 stars but the WiFi stopped working on the second day. I asked for it to be fixed three times but this did not happen until our last evening. Hopefully the next guests will enjoy a more seamless experience now it is fixed.

The staff are all fantastic, very friendly and accommodating, the 'hotel' is let down by its location and the rooms which are dated and in need of a spruce up. Firstly: Location - it is well away from any of the night life/restaurants, prepare to take a taxi to and from the centre (expect to pay between €5.50/8.50) or walk (downhill the way there, steep on the way back!). Secondly: The Rooms - We booked a studio apartment to find the sleeping arrangement was either a small camp style fold out bed, or perched on the edge of the sofa. Not ideal. The bathrooms are clean enough but the shower had very little water flow and the water tank was only really big enough for one person to have a shower, the other has to wait a short while for the tank to refill. The rooms are quite well equipped, having an oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer which is good and the balcony was large with comfy chairs and a table. The pool area can also be very noisy with music blasted out from the pool bar and generally the music consists of several songs played on a loop which is very annoying. Pool bar is very overpriced, a small walk to the shop outside the 'hotel' is recommended. The pool attendant also seems to stick to some of the pool rules when it suits him, signs up saying no ball games, no lilos etc but one day I noticed a group of young lads playing with a football in the pool, nothing said, next day me and my wife throwing a small waboba ball between each other, got told to stop. Pool was also full of lilos and when I asked was he going to remove them he just looked straight at me and said nothing. I don't mind following rules if they are adhered to at all times! On reflection we would return to Costa Adeje again but would definitely chose apartments closer to where all the bars/restaurants are.

The rooms are okay, but if you get a studio these are only suitable for 1 person. It's up 2 very steep hills from the main area but taxi back up is about 5 euro. All staff are friendly and the bakery is wonderful. Only downside was the pool was full of algae the sides of the pool were green and all swimming costumes and everything the water touched was instantly stained green.

Loved it, was a great place to stay. The room we had was huge. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids and we had a 2 storey room, so the kids had their own space and bathroom. Balcony was a little small but was fine. We had breakfast included, it was good. Good selection if different things. We only ordered food once for lunch, it want the best but was edible. Reasonably priced, loads of sun loungers, pool is a great size too. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Location was a little but far out, straight walk down into the main resort centre but took about 15-20 mins. Was fine walking down but we got taxis back, that being said taxis were pretty cheap too so I'd definitely recommend staying here. Shop on site too and massive supermarket directly across the road

Little further out from the strip than most, swing side is, it's quiet on a night. Staff are pleasant and friendly. We're bed and breakfast, lots of choice. Full English, continental, cereals, fruit. Can't fault it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Ours is a self catering apartment so kitchen has fridge, kettle toaster, microwave two rings and all you need to prep food,( bring your own corkscrew though).

Cool place if you are on a low budget and also works for families. Dont expect too much though. There is a large supermarket opposite and Siam park isn't too far. The pool is reasonable. If you need an aircondition, order one at the reception on time. I don't know if they have a washing machine in some rooms but not on mine, so you may consider finding out if you intend to stay long. You can pay for a safe to keep your valuables. Anyways its a great place for those on a budget

Some of the reviews on here 😂🤣 Staying here now with my family. 2 days left of our holiday. First impressions, very clean and staff very friendly at reception. Given a complimentary upgrade on arrival so in my opinion we had the best room in the place... ground floor corner room, 2 bedrooms and a private garden overlooking the pool. Had our own sunbeds so no need to reserve one round the pool (you could literally jump in the pool from our room 😂) the only downside to having the ground floor room is we did see a couple of cockroaches on our first 2 days in the living room area. I mentioned it to reception and after 10mins someone came to the room with a spray. We havnt seen one since 🤞obviously there's cockraches all over tenerife so this is not the fault of the hotel or the staff. Room cleaned every day with fresh bedding, really couldn't fault it. The hotel itself is quite quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. 20min walk from the main busy parts and the beach but we don't mind walking so this wasn't an issue for us. Taxi 7 euros if you didn't want to walk. Overall a brilliant family holiday and we wouldn't definitely stay here again

We spent 10 days at this resort. Loved the room 122. It was a ground floor room. Very spacious and clean. 3 down sides to it, first the breakfasts were boring, towards the end I didn’t bother eating anything as I was sick of the same food available. Second We did like facing the public garden area but people kept smoking weed there and it stunk day and night. Last bad point and a big point is it was a half an hour walk to the beach, In the heat we had to keep stopping the stay in the shade. If you stay here be prepared for the walk at the end of walking around down the beach and then have to have a half an hour walk back all up hill is tiring. Be prepared.

Accommodation in need of updating and cleaning could be improved. Staff were helpful in fixing air conditioning but were unable to improve water pressure for the shower! The entertainment gets worse each year. Prices have gone up...much cheaper to eat and drink elsewhere and much better quality and quantity . We've have been before and thoroughly enjoyed it but were very disappointed this year. I doubt we will return.

We had a great stay at this hotel for one week in Christmas time. The staff are friendly, helpful and present with a welcoming smile. The rooms are spacious and comfort and cleaning staff are doing a great job everyday. The pool is clean and quiet and combined with the gym is a great opportunity for doing exercise. The garden has a nice architecture and interesting for kids to play around. We will definitely come back.

What I really didn't like was the staff at the dinner - she seated me with very nervous voice , deliberately in the middle of the dinning room ( the worst place - it was very hot there) , where people passed you on both sides (the entire dinner and they looked into my plate and some of them commented ) - I didn't like the location, the hotel is right on a narrow road where you have to pass cars (no pedestrian path) - small village is 1 mile away. It's very "quiet" in the evening and you can't sit outside - the hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach - concrete walls everywhere - but the staff at the dining room is very unpleasant - they treat you as if you're inferior - the dining is moderately good (slightly disappointed). The best of this stay was my room which was very big with amazing balcony with ocean view and a nice kitchen.

Great stay! Very friendly and service minded staff in reception, cleaning and restaurant. Will also mention Nelson at the pool, very helpful and on alert all the time. Pool area very nice with heated pool, good size apartments with balcony with all you need. Great gym, walking distance to restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Beautiful walks just outside the door. Very quiet at night, no noise or traffic. We had half board and thought it was good variations with both breakfast and dinner, good value. Only one negative thing, too hard pillows. All in all, will absolutely recommend this place. We felt very welcome and at home here.

Arrived on 28th of August. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms and balcony were lovely and spacious although bathroom was a bit dated The towels were changed frequently and rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays. The meals in the bar restaurant was excellent. There were 3 lovely pool areas. The Life guard was very pleasant to talk to. Only a 15 minute walk to the sea front. Also plenty of bars and cafes with entertainment They also have a market which is held on Tuesdays and Sundays. The only complaint we had was that our apartment was up two flights of stairs and unfortunately there was no lift and carrying up two heavy cases was not pleasant There was no air conditioning in the rooms but you could hire a fan which made things more bearable We paid 26 euros for WiFi which only worked at the pool area. We will certainly be back and hopefully be able to get an apartment on the ground floor 😊

absolutely a disgrace this hotel is not only do you get treated like a child but you get told if you have your towel on your sunbed it can then be thrown off to be reserved ? disgusting , staff do not help or sort problems out , cleaners do not clean floors properly also you cant jump in the pool without the life guard moaning at you every 2 minutes , the only good thing about this hotel is the food :)

Perfect location. Friendly helpful staff. The spa staff gave my mum a massage to help with sciatica. Very knowledgeable and really helped her pain. Cleaning staff are so lovely. The only down side is the sun bed situation. We managed 2 days of 7 to get a sun bed n that was only because another family saw my suffering sat on an inflatable crocodile and kindly let me have one of theres. as everyone goes down before 7( pool doesn't open til 9) to reserve but some don't even use them. $10 to siam Park from this hotel. Food in restaurant downstairs is fantastic and a very good price point.

Location is good for tourism, but located right next to local bars and tourists screaming on all night are bound to keep you awake, I am writing this review at 1am as I am sat on the balcony listening to a group of tourists practically shouting at eachother. Photos are far from actual rooms and not as advertised. Seemingly no food available from hotel, bear minimum provided in rooms with no air conditioning. Pool and drinks are unavailable after 7pm and no floaters or balls allowed in the pool. Just to top it off, the beds and couches are riddled with bed bugs, had woken up with a rash and bites every night I spent here. It’s a shame as it’s the only downside to an otherwise lovely holiday. would highly recommend paying slightly more for a nicer hotel in the area, even if this means a shorter stay.

I took the "superior studio with solarium" which cost me 298.80€ for two nights. It's not expensive, but also is not cheap..... but it's far away from the photos they are showing on the website. All the furniture is super old from the 80-ies, the studio was not cleaned properly and had some strange odor, and the breakfast is served in another hotel... It's not that terribly bad, but I don't plan on coming back.

For us we had a group of 8 friends and family and we needed to be close by to the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants which we found Udalla Park was in a great location and a short walk to all of these! The rooms were cosy but still very spacious as well has having our own roof space for sunbathing and relaxing. Very good value for money and the staff were very helpful across the whole holiday! No issues with sleep at all comfy and clean rooms!

Perfect location but that was where the positives ended. Rooms dated, WiFi barely worked, no air con and the rooms didn’t look like the pictures online. Wish we had read the reviews. Paid a lot more than we usually pay when we go to Tenerife (we go every year) and felt really disappointed. Room only got cleaned once when we were there for an entire week, despite having the please clean our room sign on every day. We asked at reception if they even had a little fan for the room because it was so hot but they didn’t. No kettle or iron either.

We couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. Our apartment was basic, but it was spotless and offered plenty of space to relax and unwind, making it the perfect home away from home. There is a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a nice shower, kitchenette and lounge, and a wee balcony looking over the pool. AC: There is no air-conditioning, only a fan option, which you need to request a remote for from reception which requires a 50 euro refundable deposit. Bed: The beds are quite firm but we’re a bit heavier then we should be, so like a firm mattress. Safe: There is a safe which you need to purchase a card for, it was cheap, like 2 euros a day. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their tips and recommendations enhanced our visit, making us feel truly welcomed. A good feature of Apartamentos Marola Park is its prime location. Just 300 meters from the beach, we could easily enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wished. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of virtually everything in Los Cristianos and Los Americas, making it super convenient for exploring the area’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Note: There are steep hills and plenty of steps. However, there are also plenty of Motability options, electric scooters (which are great fun), Motability carts for rent and assisted bicycles. There’s also an amazing little shop next door! The charming lady who runs it has lived in the area for many years, and she shared wonderful local insights and stories. We stayed at this hotel for 1 week. For reference we are 3 adults. We arrived on Saturday night at around 2:30am due too flight delays. Upon arrival was greeted by the staff who was relatively friendly. We were given a room but informed that we must check out of this room the following morning by 11am as we needed to move rooms as the hotel had double booked the room we had booked. Upon arrival you are forced to sign a list of rules, not something I've ever had to do at a hotel before. Upon entering the room discovered that there is NO AIRCON in any of the rooms. They do have fans mounted to the ceiling that can be operated via an app [which doesn't work] or by leavingn a €50 deposit which is later returned. The rooms themselves are nice size but are roasting hot unless you order a portal aorcon unit from a local company costing around €80/90 for a week. The next day we were forced out of our room at 11am and told we could not check into the new room till 4pm! We asked for the air con unit to be arranged for our arrival but staff refused to do this until we had checked in. We approached staff rasing a complaint about the hassel they had caused due to poor room management and requested free use of the safe as compensation for there mistake however this was laughed at and the manager could not be more intrested in this request or the hassel caused. The rooms were cleaned daily and new towels and bedding was provided. Staff also complained to a family that the children in the pool were making too much noise at lunch time playing. This was simply not true as they weren't. Whilst here we have heard/seen several other guests having to wait till late in the day to check in as rooms were not ready. We did not have the breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. I'd be cautious booking this hotel as it's not been as streamline stay as I would expect.

Personally I would not stay here again, firstly when we arrived the staff were extremely blunt and told us that we had to wait for our room even though check in was 2pm. We were told that they were unsure on the time the room would be ready and we had to wait until 4pm with no shower and had to change in the luggage cupboard. Most importantly, the staff would knock on our doors every morning and let themselves in to our room to wake us up. I had signed a piece of paper to say we didn’t want the room cleaned as my friend was suffering bad hip pain and didn’t want to be disturbed. 3 members of staff let themselves into our room two days in a row whilst we were asleep in bed! barely any clothes!! And stood there until we woke up to demand to clean the room. I was shocked and very scared. I asked them to leave as I had no clothes on and they brought a translator into the room to tell us we had 15 mins to get dressed before they came into clean. I honestly do not think the staff had any respect for us whatsoever and recommended that if you are young girls do not stay here !!

Great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice. The receptionist Ivan was a saint. He went above and beyond with our queries and help. The pool was very nice with a shallow kiddie pool in the corner. It was cute that we would come back to our rooms cleaned with different animal shapes made with the towels. The only issue we had with the room was with the beds, the were on wheels so kept moving around when we turned over in our sleep and was just very annoying as it kept hitting off the headboard when sitting or asleep on the bed. The location is a bit far from the main strip if you have young kids or are a young couple so I would take that into consideration

We have been visiting here for around 10 years and it is always excellent. Clean rooms, 2 good sized pools & staff are brilliant. There’s a fair sunbed allocation system which stops the usual rush - you can book your bed for 1-2 days in advance. If you havent booked, you can take any available beds after 10am. The pool bar is superb for breakfast & lunch. On our most recent stay we had an issue with the shower drain which was reported in the evening and fixed the next morning. There are some rooms being renovated currently but you can’t hear this throughout the day. The resort consists of 2 different managements (Pueblo Torviscas & Sunset Harbour) which can be a little confusing as reception redirect you sometimes. We initially believed air-con was included with the premium studio but this wasn’t the case, its an extra €10 per day. However they did provide a fan which has done the job. Highly recommend as its a great resort in a fantastic location.

We loved it so much last year that we're booked to go back again this summer and have recommend to friends, who have also loved it. Pueblo Torviscas is a lovely hotel with clean, comfortable apartments; two pools, one with a bar and kids activities; a mini mart with fresh pastries in the morning; fan and safe hire; and two restaurants on site with others just outside the gates. The staff at the hotel are helpful and attentive, and can offer assistance with bookings or local info. There are kids activities during the day, we did see adults joining in too though! It's in the perfect location with steps down to the front directly across the road or access to the main strip of restaurants just a few meters down the road- and the beach is a few meters beyond that. Whilst it's nearby everything, it's also tucked away in a quiet spot so no noise at night. This is our little Tenerife haven, I can see us coming back year after year; I'd highly recommend staying at Pueblo Torviscas!

Staying here Oct 24 , Rooms are very ,very dated now with No aircon which nowadays is a must In my opinion. Beds are very uncomfortable and I think we seen most having new mattresses last year ! All kitchen facilities are good though. Bathroom in D05 the wc is squashed in between end of bath and wall and if your of a certain age would be very difficult to use . Our room Terrace when it rains had no drainage so when it rains the water gathers to end of your patio as its no where to go stays here and is a haven for mosquito's in stood water ! Pool area and sunbeds well there is a 1 bed 1 person rule which I suppose in reality should work but it's so crowded and does not seem no where near enough sunbeds for folk. Pool is ok but only 1 meter deep ! Pool bar and eating and very good with friendly staff and the food /drinks are lovely this is 5star... Reception area and staff are also brilliant and very informative and can't do enough for you. For me it's just the uncomfortable room ie:Beds /bathroom that really let this place down .

Lovely place just a massive hill to walk up from the beach and shops. Taxi from Beach to hotel is just over €6. Staff are very friendly and polite. Don’t waste your money on paying for your room extension when you leave €40, there are free showers and a locker to store your belongings. Draw back is that the pool bar doesn’t serve food you have to go to the bar by main reception for burger and chips. Food very nice. We were in room 1023 and on the other side of the road is a villa which has a dog that constantly barks all night. Glad we had our ear plugs. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Adult pool and child’s pool. Room had an iron, hairdryer and a connection for you to charge your electronics just remember to take your European plugs. Only draw back was the internet. You have a ticket a day for one electronic device only, as there were 2 of us not really practical. Internet worked well though.

Room 2016, located on the 3rd floor and advertised as self-catering, did not have a HOB, just a microwave and toaster. As a chef, I like the challenge of cooking with the basics with the use of local produce. (not a skinflint). All the staff we very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Located up a hill but there is a lift at the end of the complex making it easy access to all levels. Overall good hotel, The rooms need some maintenance i.e. kitchen unit doors need realigning as they don't shut, and maybe downgrading this particular room to Room Only as you are paying for a service that is not usable.

A great 2 weeks stay at Malibu Park in September 2024. We upgraded to a newly renovated apartment. It was a beautiful apartment and so spacious. Walk-in shower and wardrobe in the bathroom. Beds so comfortable. Fully fitted kitchen. Balcony with pool view. Just had to step over the wall to your sun lounger. Sun loungers are plentiful. No need to leave towels out at the early hours! Pool bar fine but staff in the bar always on her phone! Front bar very good. Selling snacks and takeaway food. Back entrance via lift to lower floor cuts out the hill to reception. 2 bottles of wine and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Lovely touch. Loved our stay and will definitely return.

Very nice apartment, spacious and clean. Nice view from balcony. 20-25 minutes walk to city center. Pool area very nice, clean, sunbeds are 2€ per day, but it’s plenty of them and you don’t need to reserve early in the morning. Only downside was the fact that during our stay pool bar was closed , and also there’s no music by the pool which could be improved. We arrived late in the evening and only security was there to welcome us so we didn’t receive any info about the place and rules (like check out time, pool opening times etc). Overall we had a good stay and would recommend.

Our favourite place to stay in Los Christianos. I love that you can come and go as you please without having to walk through the pool area or even a reception. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We have tried other hotels over the years but we keep going back to Paloma Beach. Stayed at Paloma for 10nights with my two teenage sons. The apartment was a good size and allowed for the 2 boys to sleep in the living area giving me the bedroom. Bathroom had a good shower, space for toiletries and kitchen area had all necessary equipment. Towels were changed regularly along with tea towels and toilet roll. No air con in apartment was only downside, although we hired a fan from reception for a nominal fee, did not make much difference as was roasting, however air con is not mentioned on booking so this is my error. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful and the wee cafe beside was convenient for drinks and food with friendly team. Poolside was not very busy and could hire sunlounger for 2E from 1000-1900. A rocky beach across the road which I used as quiet and refreshing - busy beach with loungers located around 10min walk. Location is excellent for short walk to supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, gym, bars and the strip walk to Las America's etc. We had a great holiday here and I would certainly return. Ps. Apartment was spotless :)

AMAZING! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ramada residences the accommodation is absolutely fabulous very clean and plenty of space and storage our balcony was absolutely amazing the views where one of the best I’ve ever had from a hotel room! The staff are very helpful and always happy to help with with directions or whatever you need the adults only pool was also great 😊 very relaxing and very far from the kids pool (even better) the bar is also great especially on the 2 for 1 offer in evenings air con is free and so is the safe we personally put the air con on in the master and shut The door which really helps cooling the room down do be aware that this hotel is not suited for those with mobility issues walking up to this hotel at peak afternoon times can be very hot and uncomfortable but luckily a taxi is €5 from the centre I don’t recommend the bus as much as you still have to walk some of the way but a taxi will drive you straight to the door! The hotel was very good. We stayed in a 1 bedroom which had everything you needed. The beds were fairly comfortable. Good air conditioning. There was even a washing machine and dishwasher which was really helpful. We stayed for two weeks. Our towels were changed 3 times and the room fully cleaned one week in. There is a great kids pool which is all the same depth - really shallow so even small kids can play in it and its warm. Bigger pool for adults and also a cordoned off section for kids where tjeu can also play with inflatables like boats etc. Mini market in the hotel which is pretty good although only open 10-4 and a bit more expensive than the nearest supermarket which is probably only a 10 minute walk albeit down a pretty steep hill. Kids club on during the day Saturday to Thursday. Staff in there are amazing and do loads of fun stuff with the kids. Adult activities too. Two restaurants although one is more like a snack bar but food is good and staff are pleasant. Not any evening activities on which was the only thing. Hotel does sit up a hill which can be pretty tiring in the heat. Plenty of restaurants and shops within 20-30 minute walk. Overall would recommend and will probably be back.

Returned over the weekend from a weeks stay. Apartment was excellent, as were the facilities around the site. The restaurants on site were particularly excellent. Service was not so good though, particularly with being woken up early one morning by repair works to the apartment above ours. This was not advised to us in advance and it disturbed the morning. No genuine apology was received from reception when this was reported to them. Senior receptionist on duty was smirking when this was reported to the front desk and was quite unprofessional. That was unexpected from a resort with these expected standards.

the room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom was very clean and modern (which is very important to me), and the balcony was huge - all for a very affordable price!! the view was stunning as well. they've got a nice pool, restaurants, and a mini market which was very convenient. the layout of the entire complex is really confusing at first but you'll quickly get used to it. they also let us use all the facilities on our last day past check out which was very nice. only reason i'm not giving it five stars is because during my three night stay, they did not clean our room once. this wasn't a big deal to us as it was a very short trip and we barely stayed in the hotel, but this is something worth looking into if you're planning on a longer stay.

A bit far out of the way 30 min walk to the beach about 25 to shops , restaurants and bars. Staff not overly friendly from the get go on reception except for the paradise pool bar very nice staff can’t do enough for ya. But complete opposite next door in Zachary’s “bar” and restaurant between our group we spent over €1000 there but they were very rude and gave a dirty look anytime we asked for something plus the look of distain you get off them if you just want a drink and not food while they clear cutlery from the table and they close at 11

We've been to Tenerife many times but never to this hotel. After reading some of the reviews, I was apprehensive. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, my apprehension disappeared. Great location, clean rooms, the staff were very helpful. We were self-catering, so I can't comment on the restaurant. There's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and you're spoilt for choice. We stayed in room.306, the beds were comfortable, and the room was adequate for our stay. The rooms aren't cleaned on a Wednesday or Thursday, but the bins are emptied daily. The pool area is cleaned every morning, and it is entertaining watching people congregate waiting for the beds to be unchained at 10.00am. There really isn't any need as there's enough beds for everyone. Check out is midday, but there are shower and luggage rooms you can use. We'd certainly visit Aguamar again. Thank you for a pleasant stay 😎

We come to tenerife every year for the sunshine and warm hospitality fortunately for us it's the first time in this hotel as we're not sure we'd be so enthusiastic about coming. Positives - big rooms for 2 people. Kitchenette. Sunbeds aren't unlocked until 10am so stops the towel warriors. Nice walk into town. Good friendly bars and restaurants all around. Negatives - rooms to small for 4 people despite the bed settee. You have to pay 3 euro per day for the cushioned mat to go on the sunbed frame. You have to pay 2 euro per day for an umbrella by the pool. You have to pay 20 euro for a weeks wifi! There are no pool towels. There is only basic toiletries for 2 nights (we were told this). We stayed 8 nights and didn't have maid service for 3 nights (we were told no clean towels etc for 2 nights). Bathroom looks older than my youngest child, he's 25. Shower over the bath and a shower curtain which needs a good wash (photo attached). Whoever is managing the staff should work out why they are so unhappy, from cleaning staff, restaurant, pool, reception there is a struggle for a cheery welcome. I understand some rooms have been refurbished so pot luck which you get however a warm welcome costs nothing and charging for WiFi is again dated.

rooms are basic but clean cleaners and staff are exellent hotel is spotless dissapointing bar cloed at about 10 45 pm evey night with no entertainment local bars outside average lager price 2.50 euros with sports tv and bingo english chip shop outside hotel kiddies pool and medium pool in hotel no shortage of beds but a charge for cushions and parasol if needed breakfast o k but the cook needs lessons in how to fry an egg shrivelled up on the out side evening meals were very dissapointing thanfully plenty of local restaurants nearby at affordable prices eg cod chips and mushy peas for around 12 euros

If your holidaying with children then this hotel is great , but for couples who want a quiet relaxing time around the pool then NO this hotel is not for you ,, The rooms are a good size and the bathroom we had was larger than ours in the UK . The downside to staying here is it's far to noisy around the pool with all the kids and they charge you for a parasol to go with your sunbed which is a joke after all the money you pay to get out here !!!

Rooms are lovely. Only issue is we had 2 singles beds pushed together as opposed to a double bed. 95% of staff are amazing, just a couple are quite abrupt. Food is lovely, although choices are limited. Views are great and strongly recommend booking a sea view room Only negative point is that we arrived in time for lunch on our first today and weren't leaving til after lunch on our last day. We weren't told about the courtesy room when we asked ar first about the situation and were only told about this the night before and all suitable time had already been taken. We also had our bands taken off us before the checkout time and were unable to enjoy any food or drink on our last day. Food had been going to waste at the pool bar all week

Had an absolute amazing stay in this lovely place. We stayed in a self catering apartment in the complex. The apartment was massive, very clean and that balcony view (see pictures) If you are looking for a nice quiet area to stay in Tenerife I highly recommend staying here. The staff were all so lovely. The pool area can be busy but there's a total suntrap of a roof terrace that's really quiet and fully equipped with loungers and parasols. It also has a cold shower to help you cool down. The rooms don't have air conditioning but the provided fan is ample to help you get to sleep at night. If your are wanting that amazing view we were staying in room 111. There's lots of great restaurants in the area too, we can highly recommend the Tapas Boutique and Nebula, amazing food at very reasonable prices. We would definitely go back and stay in this lovely quiet place.

Myself and my mum stayed in a panoramic view room in mid May. Our purpose for the holiday was purely to unwind by the pool with a book and that's exactly what we got with this hotel. We arrived late at night, the security guard waited for us and gave us a lovely platter of food and drinks to take to the room. He was so welcoming and helpful, it really set our holiday off to a great start. It's in such a quiet part of town and the hotel itself is very quiet, perfect for adults. The room was better than we ever could have thought, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and all the appliances we needed. There was no air con but personally we preferred that, there was also a fan provided. We were half board and the food and general service was absolutely outstanding, we particularly liked the waiter service for dinner. It was also nice that as half board guests, we didn't need to carry our money around with us to the restaurant as you pay the bill at the end of the stay. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful and they really seem like they love their jobs. The pool was really nice and when we stayed, it wasn't busy so you always found a sunbed no matter what time of day you got to the pool, and they have a separate kids pool and play area as well. It's a no smoking area which we found really refreshing as non-smokers. My mum and I have been going away together for about 5 years now and this was our favourite hotel, we'll be booking to go back next year.

Our 10-day stay at the Atlantic Hotel is coming to an end. We were here on a family vacation with a child. We decided to go for the self-catering option. The kitchenette is great for this, basic dishes and kitchen accessories are available. The apartment with an ocean view exceeded our expectations, it is the most beautifully located hotel. You can enjoy the sound and view of the crashing waves all day and night. We used the hotel restaurant several times. The service is very nice and friendly. The hotel is kept clean, every toilet is fragrant and well-kept. The rooms are spacious and the breeze from the ocean compensates for the lack of air conditioning. We will definitely come back here and I recommend it with all my heart.

We are here for 7 days already and we still have 7 more to go:) Not much to say about food service as we decided this time to go self catering and the studio we have It's just right,fully equipped so we can sort ourselves out a light breakfast/dinner.Plenty of restaurants around to fit all budgets. We are so happy with our choice,honestly! We had a 10 day stay here from the 15th of October to the 25th and we had a lovely time. I was with my daughter (4 months and partner) All staff are extremely lovely and polite - reception staff, maids, and all lifeguards. The lifeguards are very vigilant and extremely helpful. They do ensure no-one is disturbing others by splashing / being nosey in the pool but they do use discretion! For example if people are being loud and having fun they let them carry on but if people are being a nuisance etc they will ask them to tone it down. Rooms were basic but very clean. WiFi was excellent for me at all times. They even provided us with a travel cot (I emailed in advance to confirm) Ten minute walk max to the beach. 24 hr shop next door. Would definitely visit again. Areas for improvement: bathrooms could do with a refresh of grout etc but very clean. Air con would be nice but we made do with the fan. There is a sun terrace on the top of the hotel (7th floor) with lovely views

Very clean everywhere and the personnel wonderful. Not so far from the beach. Just need a deep upgrade like, furniture, TV's Chanells, the kitchen. The WiFi is for free but has a poor and slow connection. Whit a few solar panels can be worm up the water in the pool. The pool showers not working. The lights in the apartment is poor. Across the wall you can hear your neighbours especially in the night.

Had a great time here. Excellent value with a package for two at £600 including flights with Jet2. Possibly this cheap because of covid. Just a few mins walk to the beach. The building was quite old but our room had new sink, loo, and kitchen stuff. Cleaning was excellent. Pool was nice. In summary, recommended but don't expect a wow factor.

This hotel is an absolute joke stay well clear they changed my son €150 for a room deposit for him and his friend otherwise they wouldn't be getting in the room. It clearly states on there policy deposit is for room and damages.... Then on check out the women who claims to be a manager told my son he wasn't getting his deposit back because of noise at the pool on a few occasions. We tried calling a few times only to be greeted by a screaming Cat on the other end who disconnected on a few occasions trying to say thats the rules well I'm afraid to say your rules say different on booking.com if I'm being honest 25 years ago they tried the same way us me and my 4 mates thought it was bad then. Let's just say security backed dowm rather sharp and they had to give us our deposit back as it was a traveller check. Please stay clear especially younger ones keep your money go elsewhere your not even allowed inflatables at the pool speaks for itself really ...

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location, close to everything and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful and Claire Louise from the entertainment team is great fun! We are enjoying the hotel pool area with games and poolside beer. Definitely recommend the Santa Maria.

Hotel is good however, the rooms could use air con. U can get decent fans at the reception so not a massive problem. Clair Louise, the chief entertainer was phenomenal. Made us feel pure welcome and kept the kids entertained all day long. She was a good laugh with the adults as well and kept everyone entertained constantly. Amazing job Claire 👏

Rooms are very spacious, cleaned regularly , just want we wanted. The service in the hotel is amazing , any help needed the staff are there to help. We had a problem with our toilet flush and it was sorted within 10 minutes. Great location we always come to the same area. In the middle of everything, great resturants and beach front is just 5 minute walk. Extra praise to claire she did amazing, always so friendly and helpful

I was very satisfied with the hotel, considering that it only has 3 stars. The location is excellent, very close to the sea, shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The studio was of a satisfactory size, as was the balcony, the only thing I would recommend in the case of a view of the tennis courts is to choose a room on a higher floor, as I think that the view from the lower floor would not be pleasant. The bed is comfortable, but I would be more satisfied if there was one big one instead of two small ones, because they constantly moved apart, I almost fell off it several times because of the distance between them, because they could not be pushed together more securely. The bathroom was very nice and renovated and clean, the only problem was that the shower has no door and can splash a lot of water on the floor. Overall, the room was clean for the first week, the beds were made and towels changed every day, but only every other day for the second week of my stay. I would also be more satisfied if the floor could be cleaned at least once during our two-week stay. The food was excellent, the dinners were never repeated. Because they don't put so much on the quantity of the offer but rather focus on the quality, the food is consequently very tasty. Only the breakfasts were a bit monotonous, but okay (after two weeks you can get tired of the same food). The pool is quite small, but I don't mind because we swim mostly in the sea, the only thing that really annoyed me is that people leave towels on the sunbeds as soon as the pool opens even though they are not there for a long time after that, so it is also in the afternoon. Parking is great, because it is located under the hotel, which means constant shade, but it costs 4e per day, they also have free parking in front of the hotel (about 15 parking spaces), but they are always occupied. The only problem we had was the TV, which broke, although we informed the reception, it was not repaired. In general, I'm quite satisfied, but I'm giving a lower rating because of the separate beds, the shower without a door, the lack of floor cleaning, the broken TV and the monotonous breakfasts.

The pool should open earlier - the WiFi is not consistent - and the only rooms with air conditioning are the basement. However staff are lovely especially cleaners and waitresses. The reception staff could be friendlier and sometimes don't seem to know what they are doing - but she may have been learning. I have been many times before and will most likely come again. I know it doesn't sound like it but I have had a great stay!

I've just come back from 10 nights here. Great location, only a couple of minutes walk to beach, shops, market, etc, and has a bus stop right outside for Siam Park, Siam Mall, and many other trips pick up there .The hotel is big and can be quite busy at times but the staff are brilliant and make sure you are happy. The food for an all-inclusive is actually really good, well cooked and lots of variety. The pool, in my opinion, is slightly small for the size of the hotel. Never had an issue using it or getting seats. The bar staff are great. One in particular Ruben, he's very friendly, funny and great with kids. The rooms are big and cleaned daily only thing is no air con but if you keep the windows open you get a nice breeze so no big deal. Overall they do a great job will definitely return !!!

The highlight of our visit was the animation team. They offered a great variety of activities throughout the day, from pool games to evening entertainment. The shows were lively and engaging, perfect for guests of all ages. The facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms, a beautiful pool area, and easy access to the beach. Dining at the hotel was a treat, with diverse and delicious options available at every meal. Overall, Sol Arona exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere. We highly recommend it for a memorable vacation experience !

Going to try and be as detailed and as honest as possible to give the best non biased review. I have just returned home from what has been a fantastic weeks stay at Sol Arona Tenerife. I used to come here every year as a child but hadn’t returned since 2019 due to covid and wanting to explore other countries. Me and my partner decided we would come here for this reason. Reading all the reviews online I was a bit worried my partner wouldn’t be pleased with the hotel. I knew that as long as there was a bed in the room I would be happy as I hold this place dear to my heart but most of the reviews are incredibly dramatic. We stayed on the 14th floor with a view of the greater tenerife island, (not the pool/ocean view) so I suppose maybe the rooms on the lower floors are not of the same standard due to being older. Our room was incredibly clean. The floors must have been at least swept daily as items such as headphones which I had left half under my bed by mistake were picked up and left on the table. As for mopping I’m not sure as my partner left her case on the floor and it didn’t appear to move during the stay. Fresh sheets and towels were prepared every day and my partners pjs were even neatly laid out on top of them. In the bathroom, there was admittedly some staining on the floor of the bath and the shower took a little while to heat up and struggled to stay in position but again I could look past it. There did also seem to be somewhat of a sewage-y smell coming from the bathroom but nothing that affected us to complain, just was unpleasant in the odd occasion we smelt it. The pool appeared to have been cleaned on the bottom from photographs I had seen before coming away which I found relieving as I worried my partner would be put off. The sun beds are a little sunken in but do seemed to be washed it at least wiped as we didn’t notice any marks when moving to different locations beside the pool. The token system is a bit inconvenient but if you just use your brain it’s incredibly easy and shouldn’t have a detrimental affect on holidays. The activities for adults at least seemed to lack. On one day I was particularly excited for the water polo as it’s always a good way to get to know people and good fun. The nets were brought out and then left for 20 minutes before being taken back in without any organised game which I was a little gutted about. Thankfully the dart tournament did go ahead which made up for it. In terms of the food, it’s decent. They have a wide array of salad options on the one side of the restaurant and on the other side the cooked food is alright. You’re going to find something you like but the food on offer is a bit basic and repetitive. I think I had pizza pasta and chips of some form every day but as someone who is incredibly fussy with food I was overjoyed. If you’re quite into your food you’re better going out of a nighttime to eat at the restaurants just minutes away near the beach. The lobby area is clean and well kept although it’s a shame to see the sports ‘bar’ no longer operates as much of a bar anymore. They used to show live football and that’s where you’d congregate on a rare rainy day but it appears to have just become an arcade. The evening entertainment seems to have dropped off a little and also seems to go on much later than it had before which if you’re on that side of the hotel with your room must have been a little annoying. As for location you can’t get much better. There’s a free bus to Siam park on the door step, the beach is a minutes walk down the hill (but good luck getting back up, it’s like Everest) and the markets down the other hill are always good fun. Our room was ready when we arrived at 12pm and the receptionists seemed incredibly polite and attentive. All in all I had a fantastic holiday. I cannot speak for the experience of others but the reviews I have seen seem incredibly over exaggerated although some do make some key points. As others have mentioned there does appear to be plans to refurbish next summer as to be fair it is an old hotel.

Absolutely disgusting hotel! Staff at the front desk have a serious attitude problem and extremely mean, the hotel rooms have no air conditioning and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everybody including the neighbours smoking, chatting and coughing repeatedly at 3am, the beds are so uncomfortable that you’d be more comfortable sleeping on a park bench with how hard and stiff they are, the lockers don’t work in the room and are so old you could probably open it just by tapping on it, there are no plug sockets in the room to put any device on charge, the food and service in the restaurant is unclear and awful, and the whole building has a proper dirty and outdated look to it as soon as you step inside with the dark and uninviting reception area. Overall this hotel is a joke to be open in 2024 and you should not, I repeat, should not spend your money here. Go spend your money wisely and pick another hotel on the island!

Just back from a week at sunset bay apartments. The apartments were clean and huge we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and had everything we needed, there are english channels on the TV and everything you need for self catering also aircon In each room and filtered drinking water on tap. The staff at the pool bar are excellent and so friendly. The lifeguard is also brilliant he doesn't take his eye off the pool all day. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Its just a short stroll to the beach and there are loads of restaurants around the area. Would recommend and would stay again. The only negative is the sunbed wars in the morning!

First time staying here last week. Room was above 6 or more different bars and restaurants surrounding the back and front of the room (that another reviewer aptly named the Diagon Alley of boozers, it really is!) where loud music noise went on till at least 11pm and drunk people noise went on and on through the day and night until 2am at least. We could also hear a singer in a bar every night that was at least 5 streets away near the Dino supermarket until 11pm or so. If you want to come here and have a holiday where you want to go bed early and get up early for daytime activities that don't include drinking and sitting around the pool, beach and bars all day (like hiking, self drive tours, sightseeing etc) then don't stay here as you will get no rest or sleep. Shame because reception and other staff were friendly and attentive and the room was a decent size with good aircon in the bedroom and lounge. The terrace/balcony we had was also large with 2 sun beds, an umbrella and had good views. Parking was 8 euros a day underneath the complex which was good too. Maids cleaned room/changed sheets/emptied bins on our second to last day, rather than mid way through the holiday. Overall, I doubt I will coming back to stay here purely due to the noise from all directions at night and being unable to go to bed early for early morning starts, It seems like it is very hit and miss whether you get given a room in this part of the complex and I'm not taking the chance again. Upon checkout I said it was too noisy for us, and the reception staff said next time we can email to ask not to stay in D block/near the bars, but I wouldn't want to book then email to find out they don't have any other rooms available, so I would email prior to booking and paying

Sunset Bay is a huge complex but well laid out and lots of staff on hand for any assistance needed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a generous sized balcony with a second inner balcony that we used just for drying clothes after the pool. There are 2 pools each with pool and snack bar. The complex is designed around a square with shop, cafes and bars. There's a great friendly, community atmosphere there and weekly entertainment. Walking distance to beach, marina and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Great stay here.

Great hotel for kids, some rooms can be a struggle if your located at the top of the hill, but plenty of ground floors to ask for. Lovely hotel in a perfect location. We stayed in the updated rooms with sea view which were perfect and had everything we needed. Originally we were in a pool view room but asked if there was any chance to move to a sea view and they did this at no cost. The rooms are fan operated and no air con. The balconies are not enclosed and all look onto walkways. Staff were polite and the life guard was chilled and not strict. We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was perfect. Good choice of everything you need to eat and drink. We were lucky enough to get a sea view room which was great.

Fantastic location and base! Superior rooms are worth the upgrade. Would not bother will AI as there are so many places to eat outside and reasonably priced. Pool area is a good size and I like the sitting area around the bar it’s nice and spacious and lots of cover from the sun when needed. Can’t wait to return this year!

We had a lovely stay here. Room was self catering with a balcony view, beautiful. Location is perfect as everything you need or would love to experience is within walking distance from the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying, especially for the kids.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our experience was disastrous from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were poorly received by unfriendly and unwelcoming staff, particularly Juani, Carmen, Denise, and the blonde manager. To top it off, the room we had reserved was not available, and we were given another room in poor condition. The hotel is extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest. There is no respect for the customer or the contract. A true nightmare—I recommend you look elsewhere. We will never set foot in this hotel again.

Good Service

It’s the peak of the season, and we came here hoping for relaxation away from the city noise. However, the hotel is undergoing a massive renovation. There are no available parking spaces because the hotel is essentially a construction site. Construction machinery is constantly moving around, transporting building materials. From morning until evening, there’s noise from drilling, hammering, and other construction sounds. It’s baffling that the manager would choose to carry out such a major renovation during the peak season. On top of that, there’s nowhere to park our cars in the hotel, and the parking area is tiny. We do not recommend it.

If you are a windsurfer, kiter or foiler, Playa Sur is for sure the best place to stay in El Medano. The remodeling of the facilities and rooms are almost finished & its got a brand new, modern look now. The rooms are super nice, almost all of them with seaview. Breakfast is flawless with lots of options. We loved the pool area to relax, well sheltered from the wind. One step out of the door & you find yourself at the perfect spot on the beach to start into wind/surf/kite adventures 😉 The durf station that belongs to the hotel is right next door & you get a discount as a hotel guest. All in all a fantastic spot to spend your holidays! Ah one morr thing: the staff was super nice and friendly. We will be back! 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Stayed for 10 days in March. Such a gem of a hotel, perfect location the the hotel breakfast buffet was a highlight. The hotel communal areas are beautifully finished in a modern, surf boutique style and it is very very clean. You walk right out on the beach and nature reserve with lots of walking trails. There is a secure room to store your bike and surf equipment. The staff are really friendly. Was sad to find out when we arrived that we were staying on the 3rd floor, the only floor that hadn't yet been renovated to the beautiful new interior like the rest of the hotel. BUT it was still great. The interior of the room was a bit old fashioned, but everything was still spotlessly clean so it didn't matter to us. Great views from the balcony. I think they plan to renovate the 3rd floor later this year. Only thing was there was no air-conditioning in the room, unsure if the renovated rooms are the same or not. The reception gave us a couple of fans which helped, but not sure how great it would be in the hotter months.

Great appartments, location couldn't be any better. We stayed bed and breakfast the food was good quality buffet food with a varied choice. Snack bar food again was fresh and reasonably priced. Rooms cleaned daily Staff were all friendly and polite The lifeguard is strict with people playing with balls and no inflatables in the pool ( not a bad thing ) meaning people could swim and enjoy the pool.

Booked through booking.com and got room 211. Search 'duplex in complex andorra'. This was not on classed as Hotel Andorra but the private apartments and it was amazing. But coming back to what we seen to this hotel seemed good, the receptionist was so happy to help us get to our apartment when he maybe didn't have to, happy staff and such a well kept outside. Alcohol price was decent too

Let us start well, the staff was kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is nice and in no time you are at a (quiet )beach. The hotel itself is clean but the rooms feel dated and could use an upgrade/ update. The food is not great ( large quantities kitchen), but don't expect a ( top) restaurant experience. I would recommend this hotel for those on a budget or those who just need a bunk to sleep.

Rooms are clean. Sofa beds could do with an upgrade. They are OK for young children. But not suitable for an adult. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Food in restaurant plentiful. Its mainly local food. If you like beige food then the pool snack bar I'd open from 11am to 6pm serving, pizza,chips,hot dogs and chips. There are family restaurants in the area.

Really happy 5 night stay at this hotel. Its a 3 star hotel so my review is based on that and the excellent value for money. I booked directly and right from the first contact the staff were responsive and helpful. The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and we arrived from a late flight to a nice chilled supper in the fridge in our room. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant very much, there was a lot of variety and plenty of healthy options for me, as well as pancakes and nutella for kids! Its a great place to base yourself for a visit to Siam Park water park. We also swam in the bay of La Caleta and had lunches at a very nice Tapas place nearby. Evenings were nice and we did watch some entertainment in the bar including an amazing guitar player. Overall, a lovely feel here and we recommend for families.

Had a week's stay in a third floor excellence room which had a good sea view (308). We enjoyed our stay and the room was spotless and well maintained. Room was nice and quiet, blocking out most noises. We stayed half board. Food was generally quite varied and decent quality. Beer prices reasonable. Our room had air con, I gather some do not. Truffle chocolates on our pillows each evening and free bubbly for my birthday was a nice surprise (we didn't mention anything but had some cards). Location is good, the old sea front of caleta is great - fab restaurants/bars but quiet. My main grumble would be that the pool was very deep, only a small amount of it was less than 1.5m. The hotel reception booked a car for us one day which was about £70, drove up to the volcano which was probably the highlight for us.

Stayed here for a week during August. Staff on reception were very pleasant and always helpful. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Always managed to get a sun lounger around the pool. Location is excellent it is on the beach and many restaurant around the hotel. We had breakfasts included, the breakfast was very good and had a selection of food. Would stay here again but we Booked a ground floor room without aircon and the fan is not the best during the heat in August, so defiantly worth paying the extra for an aircon room.

Great location close to the beach and promenade where all the restaurants and nightlife is. the resort is a bit dilapidated, it could do with some good maintenence or a refurbishment to modernise it a little. breakfast is provided at the sister resort adjacent. the breakfast was ample with good selection of hot food with some cold options too. the coffee is good but there are not enough machines for all of the people. the breakfasts area is extremely busy catering for 2 resorts but the staff just about manage to keep it going without too many issues. overall, if you're looking for some budget type accommodation. this place won't disappoint.

We stayed in a gold plus apartment so had a roof terrace so one direction was sea view (literally a minute walk to the beach) and the opposite direction was the volcano and mountains it was breathtaking! Pool was lovely, prices for food and drinks was decent. Will definitely be coming back!

Great location beside the beach and resteraunts. Rooms were basic but clean. The rooms are not cleaned everyday. The clean towels given every second day didnt feel clean and were always stained. We travelled as a family of 4 with two small children and grandparents. We stayed for two weeks. We asked in advance and during the time of booking to put our elderly parents in a room that was accessible and not on the higher hills of the property. They put both my elderly parents on the highest and most hilliest part of the hotel. We asked every day for nearly a week if they could change rooms because it was so hard for them to go to and from their room. We gave up after going to reception everyday for 6 days asking for a more ground/ flat level room. It was so cruel, they didnt do anything to accomadate their elderly guests. We may as well have been talking to the wall. Very disappointing because we saw many young people arriving everyday in rooms on flatter surfaces or near the pool while my parents in thier late 70s were hiking up hill to their room. My parents were even willing to accept a downgrade in their gold room to avoid the steps and hills. Very disappointed to see hotel treat eldery guests in that way, there were no efforts made to accomadate them. The pool area was dirty, if wasnt cleaned at the end of the day, there were so many paper cups and rubbish there at the end of the day and in the morning. The breakfast was nice, good selection of food and cooking stations and the staff were friendly.

The view from our apartment of the mountains was beautiful. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the bed were very comfortable had extra pillow and blankets and the bottom of the wardrobe. The hotel complex is lovely and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and main shopping areas, making it very convenient. Unfortunately, I had an upsetting experience with one of the night receptionists. Our apartment faced the street, directly in front of a bar that hosted a massive outdoor party on our first night. With two DJs, a laser show, and dry ice effects, it felt like the party was happening right in our room. My husband and I were exhausted from a long journey and hoping to rest. At midnight, I went to the reception to ask about the situation. The receptionist asked if I was British. When I said I wasn’t, he rudely informed me that parties are common here, and, smiling, added that the party would last all night. His tone was mocking, as if he enjoyed my frustration. He added that the hotel caters to "happy British people," and sarcastically wished me a good stay, which I felt was quite xenophobic. I returned to my room in tears, thinking the party would last all night. It didn’t, it ended at 1 a.m. when the bar closed, but his unkind behavior left a lasting negative impression on us. The following day, my husband approached reception to ask about a room change. Miguel, another receptionist, was extremely helpful and understanding. He explained that the party was not a nightly event and offered us a quieter room for a small fee. Thanks to his professionalism, our stay was much more enjoyable. The other staff members were pleasant, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere was generally positive. I understand the hotel cannot control what happens at nearby bars, and it wasn’t their fault that the party took place. However, a simple, reassuring response from the night receptionist, such as “We’ll find a solution,” would have made a world of difference. His unkind behavior is the reason we’ll likely choose elsewhere when we come back to Adeje. However, don’t let our situation discourage you from staying at an otherwise nice hotel.

Excellent family friendly resort. 2 saltwater pools. The main pool with the pool bar is shallow and 1.4m deep at the deepest so very suitable for not confident swimmers. We have just had a wonderful 10 night stay in Sunset Harbour Club. The location is perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars around. Siam park is a few minutes drive, as is the mall. The Golden mile is about 10 minutes in a taxi (around €11-€14) and even more variety or restaurants. The local beach is beautiful and there’s lots to do, including giant inflatables in the sea. The restaurants in the hotel are great too. We didn’t use them for dinner, as we like to try something new every night but breakfast and lunch was lovely. The rooms, although a little outdated, were clean and had everything we needed. Would be great for those self catering - a big fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave etc. I wanted to take the bed and the mattress with me at the end of my holiday, but it wasn’t doable unfortunately 😂. So comfy! The water pressure from the shower is great and the air con works well. We were lucky enough to have a large terrace leading from our room, but I understand the rooms with balconies are great too. There is also a filtered tap in the kitchen. All staff we came across were lovely! Checking in was so easy and we had access to our room from 1.30pm (although not guaranteed), meaning we could use the pool on our first day. The man who checked us in was delightful and explained things so well. Everyone from the pool staff, the life guard, those working in the restaurants, to the animation team made us feel so welcome. The sun bed booking system worked really well for us. They take bookings for 2 days in advance from 11am each day. Although be warned, people start queuing from around 10.15. It’s a small break in the shade to have a coffee and you know you’re guaranteed enough beds for the next 2 days, avoiding the early morning rush for the beds. The staff are as accommodating as possible to where you’d prefer to be. There are 2 pools. One is more a kid’s pool, with music and entertainment throughout the day. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool mat and water polo. There is also a swim up bar in this pool. There is a second deeper pool that is more chilled and mostly used by adults. Both are a great size. I don’t see how this is a 3 star hotel. It exceeded our expectations and we will be returning in future.

Suitable for couples looking for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely spotless hotel with the most amazing views. Very quiet and exclusive which could very well be because we went in late August. All the staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Pool is very clean and temperature is well regulated. Food is good and reasonably priced, drinks and cocktails are nice however I feel the spirits are slightly overpriced. Location is a slight issue. The hotel is okay for people who don’t plan on going outside Los Gigantes but for those who want to see Costa Adeje or Las Americas it is a one hour (bumpy) bus journey away from these places and a very pricy taxi too (found that out the hard way). The hotel is situated at the top of a fairly steep hill and being asthmatic was a difficult task, I could see that being a major issue for people with mobility issues. Local taxis are very cheap, therefore it is quite easy to walk down to the local restaurants, bars and shops, stay there for a bit and take a taxi back up. They have live music on Wednesdays and Fridays. Happy hour every day between 4-5. Pool beds are never an issue as there are only 30 rooms and around 40 beds, plus they are staunchly against reserving beds. Rooms are fantastic. They have everything you need for self catering. Beds are comfortable are cleaned thoroughly every day excluding Sundays. Overall a very clean, well run hotel with exceptional views, great staff and some minor location issues.

Lovely hotel, up the hill so be ready for a walk. Hotel has no facilities for late flights and you can only get a room on the day you leave( at a cost). This causes an anxiety which isn’t conducive to ending the holiday in a relaxing manner. Check on line before you try and get the room, they told us they only had 1 room available but were offering 4 rooms on their website.

We can only sing praises for this very well-run and hospitable apartment Hotel. We were here for ten days as a couple in September. And we had a great time. Treat yourself to this diamond experience. Apartment 5 stars Each apartment has a modern sleeping room, bathroom and kitchen plus living room. Plus a fully furnished wide balcony with ravishing view on the sea, harbor and Gigantes rock outcrop. There is a double airco. Staff 5 stars All the staff have professional attitude, friendly and working hard to give you a nice holiday. Cleaning of the room, towels and dishes is done every day. Really clean, everywhere. Pool 4 stars The 1,5 meter deep pool is about 20 metres long, also houses the bar with soft music, and is adjacent to the breakfast restaurant. The view to La Gomera, 30 kilometers away, and sometimes La Palma, over 90 kilometers, is beautiful and always changing. But beware of the slippery pool side when wet. Not many kids when we were there, luckily. The poolside beds are simple but okay. Breakfast 5 stars Excellent choice of tasty food in the small restaurant, most tables with view over the sea. The buffet is ranging from hearty to yoghurt and sweet. Several drinks. Lovely start of the day. Location 5 stars The hotel is in the best part of Los Gigantes in walking distance from the little village that has everything you need. Many restaurants, many souvenir shops and grocery stores. Facilities 5 stars There is a complete library and children playing corner, not used during our stay because of the after season. Also there is a free cloths washing room with washer and dryer. Soap is 1 euro. Reception very helpful with trips etc. Parking 3 stars Parking in the small and steep street next to the hotel is free. We always had a spot. Additional information Whale watching 4 stars The small harbour is home to at least four different companies that leave for whale watching thrice a day. You can choose from a fast rib (cheapest), a semi-electric Eco boat to a motorized sailing vessel. Every morning, afternoon and evening you can see a host of small boats leave in southern direction to watch the resident short finned pilot whales. Or sometimes dolphins and turtles. If you want to see larger whales, you need to go somewhere else. NB. If you book a rental car, do not use the smallest cars with small engines as the roads on Tenerife can be very steep for very long! The combination with airco can slow you down. The comfort of a mid-size engine is worth the extra cost.

My husband and I just spent 3 months at Diamond Aparthotel and we enjoyed every moment. We stayed in Tenerife last year at another hotel and happened on Diamond during one of our walks. We were so happy we did. The staff from reception (shoutout to Adolfo), housekeeping, maintenance to the restaurant and bar were so helpful and pleasant. Very nice ,well mentaind and well positioned from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the main street just few min walk distance. The apartment we stay was very nice, with a nice view of the ocean. Nice big room's, full equipped kitchen. Very friendly personal, starting with Julia from reception until the house keeping lady on our floor. Everyone doing everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The only down points will be about the TV size, ( in our apartment was like laptop display) and not even straight. And the second was the air con in the bedroom. Quite simple one with not to many options to control. Each 20 min or soo, you feel the cold air on you no matter the temp you set up. They should review this time to time. Overall we will definitely recommend with pleasure, and we will definitely consider for our next holiday.

Well what can I say Vista Sur are simply the BEST apartments we have ever stayed in!!! Location is fantastic literally a minutes walk to the beach,shops,restaurants and bars,we had a sea view apartment and the view was amazing!! The apartment itself was extremely clean and well furnished(in fact the whole complex was decorated to a really high standard and super clean) and really well equipped with plates glasses cutlery etc all of which was in excellent condition. There is daily housekeeping and the staff were very friendly and thorough cleaning the apartment daily. Reception staff were extremely professional and helpful especially Juliia who went out of her way to accommodate us. As we had a relatively late flight home it was no problem to leave our luggage in a secure area which had a small lounge and toilet/shower facilities so we could return there and prepare for our flight home. I truly cannot recommend Apartamentos Visa Sur enough and have already recommended it to family and friends should they want a self catering holiday you really won’t beat Apartmentos Visa Sur and we will definitely be returning….it’s 5* all the way for me!!

Great place to stay, we had perfect holiday. Customerservice just perfect, always happy to help. Apartments are clean and aircondition in both rooms was happy surprise. Good location, in the middle of everything. Parking wasn’t expencive for our rentalcar. Bakery downstairs, where you can go buy fresh bread in the morning, lots of great places to eat near. Endless shopping opprtunities, we came home bags full of souveniers and clothes. Swimmingpool was good, big enough and kids loved it. Beach is perfect with kids, nice soft sand and safe to play or have fun in the waves. We are planning already our next trip, absolutely going back!

super beach front and surprisingly quiet for its super central location. I paid for the ocean view (room 206/207) and it’s well worth it as many of the other units looked to face the mall or a wall. The major issue for me was/is the lack of efficient wifi. If you are coming here expecting to work or jump on video calls as a remote worker you will constantly be disconnected or unable to connect. The apartment itself was super minimal but clean and fine. No dishwasher or washing machines were in the unit however. Amazing views and overall would return without hesitation

As a Diamond Owner we choose to stay here quite regularly, as the location is perfect! Lots of very good restaurants opposite and the beach is 30 seconds away. The hotel was clean, friendly and we had no complaints. The room was big enough for us and had everything we needed. Would definitely be back again.

I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel in any way! We had the best week here visiting Tenerife for the first time. We’re both in our 20s (25&27) and if you’re looking for a quieter hotel but still in an amazing location then this is ideal. We loved our room which was right in front of the pool on the ground floor. Had everything you could need on holiday. Room come with 2 chairs on the balcony sort of bit and then 2 sun loungers just down from that so never had any issues trying to get one even if waking up at gone 10/11am. Lovely pool and was quiet and always lots of space too, sun loungers available all day right by pool too if fancied lying slightly closer (we were happy to dip in pool and then go back to our loungers by our room as not far at all). Very strong, tasty cocktails at the pool side bar and reasonable priced food, which was ok but preferred to eat out every night. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Everything you need then right on your doorstep, supermarket next door was so handy, then bars and restaurants within a minute walk. Loved every second and would definitely be back and recommend to anyone. As for the deposit, we had it back in our bank less than 24 hours after leaving.

We booked our holiday a year ago so when we arrived we'd forgotten a lot of what made this place special. When we checked in we were greeted by a member of staff who was simply incredible. He sorted everything, set us up on WhatsApp if we needed anything from reception and provided links for everything including how the hob worked, which was very handy. Our room is fantastic and has everything we need. The pool is a decent size, they only allow ring inflatables so bear that in mind. There's a kids mini club that we will get the kids to try tomorrow, entertainment at night has been great. There's none on a Friday as it's their day off. Absolutely delighted with our choice, a terrific hotel with an amazing location for the beach and shops, and a supermarket just a minute away.

Superb modern one bedroom apartment in a prime location for the beach, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area, great poolside bar serving good value food and drinks. 2nd visit, wouldn't hesitate to return. Been to 2 diamond resorts now in adeje and can't fault them.

With a couple of days to go before leaving to go back home my wife and I are pleasantly enjoying life here. The area is nice and quiet , the staff are very friendly and understanding. The rooms throughout are of an adequate size and kept clean and tidy. From our apartment a taxi which can be called by reception will take less than ten minutes to get to the seafront and shops . 👍

Was quite a surprise when we got there. As instead of 4 beds, we got 2 beds and a foldable sofa. Now the sofa bed wasn't that bad. But the fact that we paid a lot of money for it i was not that happy. Room service was ok. We only got it 7 out of the 10 days we were here, but that didn't really matter. Location wise, the apartments are located on a steep hill, which was a small pain to climb, but otherwise, it's set in a beautiful location surrounded by beautiful views. So vibrant and colourful, not like the average grey UK sky. It's about 20-30 minute walk from the big supermarkets like tŭ-trebol and Marcadona so you can get cheap food, but its abit of a walk. There is a mountain , montina chayofita , where you can see the whole of los-crystianos it was well worth it. It was only an hours walk. Overall, the apartments themselves and the location it was in, plus the non-stop sun, made it well worth it. We also made a visit to the dormant volcano. It's a 2 hours bus ride to the volcano, but the views are lovely. We didn't take the cable cars to the peak of the volcano, but if you have the money, it's definitely an option. The pool here was amazing for the first week of our holiday it was quiet, but im guessing August is going to be very busy. The water is clear, and the pool itself is quite large. Overall, I would recommend it despite its drawbacks.

Just spent a wonderful week at granada park. Our room was basic but had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Lovely big balcony over looking the pool. My only issue was the beds are quite firm which I dislike. The staff were lovely very easy to talk to especially the staff in the snack bar who always made the kids smile. The snack bar itself is very reasonably priced and the food is good we ate breakfast here most days. There was some building work happening which was barely noticeable and in the night it's so quiet. the pools were big and alot of the time empty so we had the area to ourselves. Absolutely loads of sunbeds and parasols. I'd love this hotel to maybe have had some entertainment so we could enjoy the pool area a little more. The hotel was about 20 mins walk into the center of Los cristianos and taxi took less than 5 and was usually around 6-8 euros. Overall a very pleasantly surprising budget holiday and I'd happily return.

We ended up at this hotel by chance due to a sudden change of destination, and this place happened to have availability. After reading the reviews, I thought everything would be terrible, but our family was pleasantly surprised. The hotel fully matches its 3-star rating. The buildings with the rooms are arranged in a triangle, and there are pools inside. As for the pools, it's hard to say much since we didn’t swim there even once—we walked to the nearest beach, which takes about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean; the staff mops the floors a few times a day, and the room is cleaned every two days. We had no issues with cleanliness. Regarding the food, many people write that it’s inedible, but I will say this: if you are going to a 3-star hotel expecting lobsters and a 2-kilometer-long buffet, then no, this is not the place for you. The selection is not huge, but there are always vegetables, three types of salad, paella, soup, chicken, meat, and potatoes. There were also shrimp and mussels a couple of times. The beer is good, the cocktails are a bit diluted, but we often bought something from the store, where prices are low, so there were no issues. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. We had a problem with noisy neighbors once, and after notifying reception, there was a quick response, and everything was resolved immediately—thank you very much. The waitstaff clears tables quickly, sets them up efficiently, and always with a smile. The rooms are actually quite spacious, with a mini-kitchen and a refrigerator. There is no air conditioning, but since we're visiting in October, there are ceiling fans, which is sufficient. I can't say how they handle it in the summer :) Overall, we were satisfied—thank you very much :)

As a solo traveller I wouldn’t recommend, I should have done more research when booking. This hotel caters to families so if you’re wanting peace and quiet, don’t book here. The rooms were clean and the balcony was sun facing from 1pm which meant I could avoid the pool and get some sun without going near the pool. Good location, in the busier part of Costa Adeje. Staff were lovely!!

The apartments are very spacious and there is a good view of the pool. the pool itself is very big and deep. my only issue is that there were a couple of cockroaches around the complex but we only really saw 5/6 during our stay. there are pool activities throughout the day for the young kids with things like slides and water polo. I would highly recommend only complaint was there was not a freezer in our apartment

They also charge you 10 euros for the tv remote never mind the cleaning charges they charge you for having your room cleaned! Well where do I start, Do not take an early flight out here because your rooms will not be ready before 4pm! Which isn't advertised anywhere, even when travelling with children and babies. Also BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS they are not included!! This isn't advertised either. Ridiculous!! Only 1 lady on reception speaks broken English which is super hard given the amount of problems you have during a week long stay. Apartments are basic but clean - however there is cockroaches in all rooms! And this isn't a one off, the whole place has them on floor, tables & in your Apartments especially at night. Not ok! And when you tell staff they just do very little if anything as they see it as "normal" for the area. All inclusive is NOT all inclusive!! You're limited to 2 drinks per person at anytime, ice cream is extra €s, alcohol is extra €s, other than 1 beer type. Food and drink is time limited - NOT ALL DAY ! we paid in excess of £4000+ for a weeks package and were left highly disappointed with this place. The food is nothing more than "Slop" and I mean utterly Vile - do not go all inclusive here. Eat out if you do book here or go self catering - local food is gorgeous and not overpriced. The local Victoria steak house is fab - TBone steak meal €25 absolutely gorgeous and locals cater for us bitts very well. No A/C , rooms are BOILING !! you can rent a fan or an AC unit but it's very Very costly, it's not a comfortable stay by any means, a TV remote is an extra €10 per room and if you don't pay it you can't use your TV at all. Everything with this place is EXTRA €€s and it shouldn't be. It's very clearly a poor "All inclusive" place to be, it should be nothing more than self catering and left at that. Sunbeds are not meant to be reserved and warnings are everywhere however the staff do not uphold their own rules at all, it was day 6 before our family got the full 5 beds we needed as by 7am they are all taken by towels and people go out for the day leaving the beds taken but unused, totally ridiculous and just a lack of staffing keeping to rules in such a big complex. Would I recommend staying here - it's a NO. Is it worth the money - NO. During our stay we know of 3 other families who's children took unwell by eating the food here on day 1. I would never come back to this hotel. The area is OK , pretty basic , shops are good, restaurants are good, but you're also in a loud part of Adeje , music until late, strip bars, lapdancing club opposite the hotel, just not for families really unless you wish to travel far to other parts of the island I'd pick somewhere else. It's a shame because the local waterparks are insanely good. Apartments all smell of urine & drainage daily !! And by midday in the heat it is absolutely disgusting and only gets worse. Our apartment was only cleaned once during our stay and that's only because I chased the cleaners on day 4 that they hadent been in and done their Job - very poor service! All in all, Cockroaches , vile food, Apartments that smell of weed, drainage issues, and poor area. Not recommended when you spend so much on a family holiday. Won't ever come back and recommend you book elsewhere.

Excellent location that is close to beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and have a fully equipped kitchen (we went self catering, but starting to wonder whether we should've gone all inclusive, as the meals, snacks and drinks looked great.) and separate bedroom. The sofa is also a pull out bed. Good sized balcony also. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool, and there is a lifeguard on duty at all times. It can be difficult to find a lounger next to the pool in busy months. But if you're not too bothered about being next to the pool, there are two other, quieter, lounger areas to soak up the sun.

Great hotel 5 stars... i would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples (if you like kids). The location is great. On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who checked us in and gave us directions to the nearest supermarket (5 minutes walk). The room (pool view) was clean and modern. There is no air con in the room, and as we have a 5 and 1 year old with us, we opted to hire an air con unit through the hotel (€60 per week), this was a good investment as it kept the room extra cool.in the day/night. The cleaners were friendly and very helpful. We had no issues getting sun loungers, there are plenty round the pool and in the sun terraces, also if people leave unattended towels for longer than 1 hour they are removed, which I think is only fair. The pool was good. There were plenty of activities to do in the day, including inflatable slides, gladiators, water polo, volly ball, and more. There is a kids' playground and activity room on site, and lilly was very friendly and made my son feel welcome and happy. Night entertainment was good. However, we only stopped on site 2 times out of 14 nights. Only improvements we could recommend to the hotel would be slightly more storage in the room and a freezer compartment in the Fridge would of been perfect for ice cubes and ice lollies for the kids. Overall great stay and will be returning again.

Hotel is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Could not fault the cleanliness of our apartment which was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The Staff were so friendly and work so hard keeping the hotel immaculate. Excellent location close to amenities and short walk to the Beach. Pool was a nice temperature, plenty of sun beds and also lots of peaceful sunbathing areas around the Hotel. We were self catering so didn’t experience the food, however our apartment was fully equipped with a mini hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Plenty of places close by to eat out. Would definitely return.

Excellent location close to beach, bars, shops and bus routes. Hotel exceptionally clean, rooms cleaned daily and beds changed every 3 days. Food is good, a wide buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal, never found choices repetitive. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Christina in the restaurant and Davide in the poolside bar. Never any issues getting a sunbed and pool, although small for size of hotel, is warm and safe due to lifeguard station always manned. Always recommend this hotel especially as rooms are all self catering apartments ie lounge, fully equipped kitchen area plus separate bedrooms.

We had a great stay here. We stayed for 1 week bed and breakfast. On arrival we had been upgraded to a duplex apartment with a terrace. The apartment was huge! It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were worried about not having air con however the fans cooled the apartment down well enough and we never had a problem. The balcony was amazing with a big sofa bed and even an outside shower. The view was lovely overlooking the pool and strip. Once the door was shut there was no outside noise. We were so impressed with the rooms, they were clean and modern. The breakfast was okay, the usual you would expect. However worth noting that it says breakfast finishes at 10.30 however this is actually when the restaurant closes! We were very rudely made to leave the restaurant at 10.30 despite having food still on our plates. We found this member of staff to be very rude. The Pool area was good with lots of loungers around. As a group of 5 we never struggled to get loungers together, even when going down late morning after breakfast, or returning in the afternoon having been out. There is a terraced area at the back by the pool bar and liked it up here as it seemed to be a bit quieter. Also noticed another area of loungers away from the pool on the 2nd floor, which was always empty. The Pool was a good size however a bit chilly! There was advertised entertainment around the pool area however when we waited for the aerobics they weren't on, may have been worth announcing this change. This hotel was in a perfect location and short walk to everything you could need, lovely beaches, nice bars and restaurants, and shops and supermarkets. Also close to a meeting point for many tours and transfers including siam park. Overall we would definitely return here, and would also recommend to anyone looking for a great base in Tenerife.

We stayed in this hotel in August for a week. Me, my husband, my 2 children and 2 of their friends. We had an amazing time. I wasn’t sure on the hotel to start with as it was quite small. But after a day spent there, seeing the variety of food and entertainment I was soon more than happy. The bungalows were lovely and cleaned daily. The pool was great and were always able to get a sun bed. I always struggle with food on all inclusive but the food here was amazing. So much choice and cooked to a beautiful standard. The entertainment staff were great. My kids don’t usually join in with entertainment but they loved it all and also took part. Would happily visit here again

Stayed here for 9 nights and I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The staff are very friendly, the food is AMAZING with so much choice! Perfect for fussy children! We could always get a sun lounger by the pool and they had entertainment for kids (such as a pool carpet for them to run on) my son loved that! The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. Would definitely stay here again!! Side note: I left one of my phones at the room and I emailed the hotel when I got home and they said they had recovered it. Thank you so much!

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to expressing the happiness my husband and I have experienced staying at this hotel for 2 weeks. For a 3* hotel, this has to be one of the best 3* holidays we have ever experienced. As a couple, the bungalows are amazing - plenty of space for all our clothes & the whole bungalow set up is fantastic. A powerful shower & fantastic air con. Result! The safe costs €18 a week to use - this is easily sorted at reception. From the moment we arrived, all the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Every morning, noon & night my husband and I have received a friendly hello from housekeeping, to the maintenance team, the bar staff, activity team and restaurant staff. The staff work so incredibly hard to keep the hotel looking its best and it shows. The wristbands with the automatic key fob inside for the bungalow is genius - was great not having to triple check we had a key every night we left. We received housekeeping every day who were brilliant. And finally - a holiday where I’ve not had to get up to reserve sunbeds!!! The beds are a little wedged around the pool but there’s plenty there along with tables & parasols. The drinks choice is plentiful - cocktails, self serve beer, Irish cream, cava, fizzy drinks. Loads! And the food is some of the best 3* hotel food we’ve had. Always loads of choice with cooking stations doing fish, chicken, pork etc. I never plated up a single chip once! The restaurant area is one of the nicest areas I’ve seen on holiday before. Although I said earlier that all the staff were amazing, I’d like to make a special mention to Jonathan and Cris who looked after us every day at the bar during our stay. They are 2 of the nicest staff we have ever come across during a holiday and went above and beyond to make our stay special. There are also a couple of ladies & gents who work the restaurant area too who were fantastic with us (I never caught their names!) What an absolutely brilliant holiday we have had and money well spent. If you’re thinking about booking it - just do it. If you’re expecting 5* for 3* prices then it’s not the place for you… but if you want a 4*+ for a 3* price then this is it. I researched hundreds of holidays and I am so grateful I chose to spend our 2 week 2024 holiday here!

This is a truly wonderful hotel. I chose this for myself, my partner, son, and sons friend for a holiday, as I could include unlimited access to Siam Park . I also liked the fact that the apartments were single storey bungalows. I wasn't disappointed . The rooms are very clean with maid service 6 out of 7 days. The beds are comfortable. There is a walk-in shower. Note that the water only gets above warm after a sunny day as I assume it's solar heated. We went all-inclusive, which I highly recommend as the food is very good, fresh salad and fruit and meats cooked fresh. We enjoyed the sangria, which was included along with unlimited coffee, hot water for teas, and cold drinks. The pools look clean and well tended with a lifeguard. I haven't used it yet. (2nd day) Location wise, it's at the end of the town and a short walk down to the seashore. There are a variety of shops close by. It caters well for families with entertainment and an enclosed small football pitch. The free Wi-Fi is excellent.

Good location, food and people are good. Rooms are dated and falling apart. The beds are uncomfortable. Didnt get more than 4 hours sleep per night. Ac broke and took days to fix. Toilet was running water constant which never got repaired. The general areas are okish. Not much in way of slides etc for kids. Its a 3 star resort for a reason but not 3 star price......

Myself and my partner stayed 7 nights in hotel. Location is perfect, rooms very good and very very clean but most importantly the food was magnificent!! From loads of meat, fish, vegetables, salads, sides, fruits, deserts, barbecue, we couldn't decide where to start and it's very delicious, even my very fussy partner was very happy! Hotel is offering loads of activities suchlike tennis, football, gym, pool, pool with salty water as well, animation every night. Bar is also lovely with many choices of drinks. Hotel is large, rooms are basic, unfortunately no aircon in our room. Food is normal quality as you’d expect for this price range, pizza was very nice. Bar staff are understaffed and very rude, the cocktails come from a machine with very little alcohol in. Pool is very good, and ample sun beds available. Hotel is clean and the animals there are good. Location is 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the clubs. Loads of people, of all ages, 3/5 star.

Park club europe is amazing! Definitely not a “3-star hotel” at all! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 7 days and enjoyed every day, the food is okay, the rooms are cosy and lovely, the staff are friendly ( especially the animation team and francisco at reception). The cocktails and beer included is great and all in all we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately i suffered from a medical emergency where my knee slipped and dislocated and needed treatment and my boyfriend had to inform reception. They gave advice on ringing our travel insurance and supplied me with some crutches to get about, and were genuinely concerned for me. Nothing was too much to ask for these guys and i definitely recommend going, especially if you have children who like doing things in the day :) Thank you x

We spent 5 days here and it was great ! The barman was really helpful and lovely to both myself and my girlfriend we stopped at the pool bar most days because of his kindness. The reception staff was also helpful and kind helping me to phone a taxi on the last day and storing our bags was amazing. The room was nothing special but our sheets were changed constantly and fresh towels were always supplied. I enjoyed my stay over all.

I stayed in the apartments/hotel for 4 nights (leaving today) the hotel it’s self walking in is clean and the staff are fab and very friendly, however my room was infested with bugs/ cockroaches, after speaking to the receptionist I was given a spray to use which didn’t help at all, in the space of 4 days I seen around 20 cockroaches in my room, the location of the hotel is fab but I recommend staying else where due to the bugs, sleeping was very uncomfortable worrying and also the pillows are neck killers lol! I slept on my towel in my bed the full time as I have heard others mention bed bugs also. It’s a shame as the hotel is located in a perfect area and the staff are very friendly. Pool is basic but does the job.

I regret to say that my experience with this service was highly disappointing. Firstly, there was a lack of transparency regarding the deposit for the air conditioning remote, with no mention of the need to retain the receipt. Despite presenting a bank statement as proof, the staff member refused to return our deposit. Additionally, the rooms were infested with cockroaches and insects, making for an uncomfortable stay. The overall customer service was unsatisfactory, leaving much to be desired.

This is the worst hotel in Tenerife. We stayed here for two weeks. Every room is full with large cockroaches, rats and bed bugs. People have sex in the pool . The whole hotel is unhygienic. In the food there are also bugs and rotten.The water in the toilet doesn’t flush properly. The sheets on the bed never get changed and they are stained.The staff are very mean, unprofessional and disrespectful .On the last day they stole my documents, electronics and money.. They didn’t take us seriously after many complaints. On front door there is a sticker which says that there are cameras but there aren’t any. I do not recommend this hotel!

First stay at this hotel and it won't be the last. We loved that it was quiet yet there are a number of good places close to hand for food and a beer or a cocktail or two. The hotel is located out of the centre of Los Cristianos, which was what we were looking for, and the views are lovely, especially to watch the sunset in the evening from the balcony. This is a well established hotel, and it's well run, everything in the room, while not brand spanking new, worked well and most of all the room, bathroom and kitchen area were spotless, and cleaned every three days with towel and bedding change. Although we were room only the breakfast option looked good and we would probably the that next time.

The hotel is nice and the reception seemed more like a four star hotel. I was impressed by the food waiting for us as we arrived late at night. It was much appreciated. The room was big enough, clean and comfortable with good ac. The staff were excellent. The food in the restaurant was good. The rooftop pool was small for a hotel this size and had a strange rule of having to not make noise! Seemed odd considering there was a separate area below with sun loungers. Surely that could be the quiet area? The hotel is close to a small beach and about a 15 minute walk to the gorgeous town centre of Puerta de la Cruz . The hotel was about 80% Spanish with 10% British and 10% German. We also had a nice sea view and mountain view.

Brilliant hotel with brilliant service and rooms. When me and my family first came to the hotel, they gave us a bag with food and drink (we arrived at midnight) which showed that they care and show decorum for guests. The food was good and a variety to choose from which is also good for fussy eaters. Would recommend this hotel. However, the pool was a bit disappointing in that you had to be quiet in the pool just because people wanted to read a book (why couldn't they go on the seperate sunbeds? Why couldn't they be in their hotel room?). Only letdown for me was the pool; it was like a mortuary.

We have loved our stay at GF Noelia. We came for our honeymoon and they left us out a fruit platter and a towel display with petals. It was also my husband’s birthday during our stay and I put up a sign saying happy birthday and when we came back they left him a note with sweets wishing him a happy birthday. The service and small touches are amazing, would recommend!!! Rooms are a little dated but overall very good condition.

Recently stayed 7 nights in an apartment with hot tub room 455. Can not fault many things, the location was great for us as we don’t like hustle and bustle, the hill everyone talks about is quite steep however we had a car so wasn’t affected by this much. If you do hire a car and try to park at the top of Haciendas V at the dead end, please be mindful of where you park, there is not many spots and locals tend to park alongside of the road. One night we parked the same as about 8 locals and woke up on the morning and the car had been towed… The complex is a near a 24 hour shop and a couple of restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean upon arrival and a bottle of wine and water was left for us. The apartment was 2 bed, 2 bath and had a sofa bed that we didn’t use. It was nice and quiet and didn’t often hear any other guests. The staff were on hand via WhatsApp for any questions and replied promptly. Everything you need is in the apartment. The hot tub was cleaned during our stay and had fresh towels and sheets once. The pool in V was clean and not many guests used this but it was a bit nippy. We didn’t use the pool near reception so cannot comment on that. 100% would recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you 😉

The staff, particularly Lora at the reception desk, was incredibly helpful, assisting me with all my inquiries in the days leading up to my arrival. Their responses were swift, and the staff was exceedingly friendly. The apartment was very clean and considerately equipped for guests, providing basic dishes, pots, and cutlery for those who wish to cook. Moreover, the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, visiting at the end of April and the beginning of May meant enjoying fantastic weather throughout my stay.

Lovely clean spacious apartments. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet area. The apartments are up a steep hill, and there are lots of steps, but expected considering you are in the quiet part of adeje, up away from the main tourist area and noise! Swimming pool was very quiet during our time, so felt very private, and the separate sunbathing area with the canopy beds and swing chairs are a lovely addition. There are convenience stores within a 5-10 mins walk away, and a big supermarket within a 20 min walk, and taxis right outside to get everything back. Good tip is you can walk around the harbour side to walk back up to the apartments, which is far less of a hill to walk up rather than the vertical hill opposite the supermarket, which is definitely a good work out for the legs! Lovely walks down to the harbour and along to the livelier Playa. Have recommended these apartments to friends and family, and am already looking at when I can come back again.

We stayed for almost four weeks and had the most wonderful time. It's a very well-maintained and clean resort. Apartments are spacious and have a fabulous view over the seaside. We enjoyed the heated pool as well as the spectacular sunsets from the terrace the most. The ladies at reception are extremely helpful and friendly. It's a little bit of a walk up the hill from the beach/town but absolutely doable.

Had a brilliant week at Haciendas Village. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with hot tub, table tennis, bbq, day bed, hammock, etc. Apartment was spotlessly clean with everything in there for self-catering including iron, towels, washup liquid, sponges, toilet roll, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo. Room was cleaned half way through our week. Communication from the reception team through WhatsApp was excellent throughout our stay. Location for this room is right at the top of the complex, ok if you are fit, or hiring a car. Two water fall swimming pools on this side of the complex and the reception with a heated pool, with snack bar, toilet and luggage storage at the other side of the complex. 20 mins walk to the beach. Wifi was great too for the teens!! 20 mins walk to siam Park There are local shops but we walked a little further to mercadona supermarket which had more variety. Would not hesitate to return here, so peaceful. But close enough to walk into the busier parts.

We recently stayed 14 days at Coral Teide Mar. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean. On our first day we had a leak in the bathroom but it was quickly fixed. The hotel is quiet with nice views and it’s within walking distance of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We loved the location and if we return to Tenerife we will be staying at this hotel for sure. Thank you for your service:)

Just back from a 1 week stay, the hotel is lovely. Very friendly cleaning staff, pool area very clean and pool staff very friendly! No complaints about the hotel except the fact there is no bar from 6pm when the pool shuts down but the location has nothing around it. There is maybe 2/3 pubs all close at 12 at night and the restaurants are the same, not a great choice for food as everything is pasta and pizza. You can go down to the town it’s roughly a 10 minute walk downhill but again it’s 2/3 bars that are also restaurants that close around 11/12 pm and you need to get a taxi back as it’s all uphill but taxis cost roughly €4/€5. Would not recommend for anyone under 50 as there is zero entertainment in the area.

Place needs a revamp as does the pool. Studios are tired but well designed good selection of equipment. Bathroom shower could do with a clean and deep clean the tiles. Fairly central with good eateries nearby. Good supermarket within walking distance and reasonably priced.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were a good size and cleaned most days, and most of the staff were lovely. No fight for a sun bed. We had nice views from our balcony but the outside noise early in the morning was unbearable. No air conditioning and expensive to rent a fan. Cockroaches were a huge problem in our room, coming out of the headboard of the bed and crawling on my face in the night. I asked reception for a spray and was told by the manager that it was our fault because there were suitcases and toys on the floor and a piece of chocolate left out. Despite explaining that my son is autistic so moving his toys causes huge issues, and that the cockroaches seemed to only be in one place, the manager continued to not accept any responsibility (despite other reviews suggesting this is clearly a common issue). This resulted in me becoming extremely emotional because she just would not listen and her then issuing me a warning! She then told cleaners not to enter my room for the rest of our stay resulting in a build up of rubbish and no clean linen. Thankfully the weekend staff were very sympathetic and got my room cleaned. Holiday rep did organise a change of room for the last couple of nights but honestly I think it would have been the same problem there so I ended up paying €10 for a spray at the supermarket which did really help around the bed. That was all I wanted to start with! The other main problem was the Spanish residents who own rooms at the hotel. So rude and intimidating. We didn’t even bother with the pool by the end of our stay because we didn’t feel safe. They splash kids in the face and swear at them as well as blocking the steps into the pool. Total bullies and ruined it for everyone else. Police had to be called at one point! Would not return to this hotel purely based on the negative experiences and how they were dealt with.

Warning it was over a year ago that we stayed, but the place just came up in conversation, and I was amazed to find out it’s still open and inflicting nightmares on new victims(guests)... no wait,I deffo mean victims. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever found myself in. It’s like sadness and regret decided to have a child, and out popped an 80’s dive hotel. Food was terrible. The staff are angry because they work there, and you get to leave. The facilities are non existent. It’s noisy all the time. The coach driver that dropped us off warmed us not to be out and about in the area at night. What was meant to be a 7 day holiday turned into 2 nights and then an early flight home. If I won the lottery, I’d buy it and raise it to the ground, just so no other human needs to experience it. *shiver*

Currently about to leave after a 4 day stay. The hotel is dated but very clean and tidy. We were all inclusive the food was good with a good variety only once did I struggle as I don't eat fish . Pool clean only downside uphill walk back from the front 20 min no cafes shops really close by but a bus is free apart from Sundays and a taxi 4 euros. All staff were great ty for a lovely break x

Stayed here a few times in the last 15 years. Set on the side of a picturesque ravine it's a nice setting. We've seen goat herds passing by. Using their free shuttle bus gets you into Puerto quickly, although we often choose to walk as we know the area well. All inclusive is good value. Food is good and nicely laid buffet style, plenty of choice too. Evening entertainment is not Palladium but can be easy going and fun. With Brits getting along with. Spanish, Germans and French. Free dancing, karaoke and bingo are the usual pastimes.

We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my father’s birthday, and overall, we had a lovely experience. A special thanks to Patricia, the Reception Manager, who went above and beyond to arrange a wonderful surprise for us upon arrival in our room—your thoughtfulness made our stay extra special! The staff at the hotel were truly outstanding—always smiling, kind, and eager to help. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Cathaysa, a lovely receptionist who made us feel very welcome. While the hotel is nice, the bathrooms do feel a bit dated, and the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to the standard we expected. As for the food, it was decent but lacked variety, especially at dinner, where the menu seemed repetitive. The breakfast selection was also a bit underwhelming—there was no fresh fruit, no gluten-free options, and not many sweet choices. That said, aside from the food and the cleanliness, everything else was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the wonderful team for making it such a memorable experience!

We enjoyed our stay in Hovima. The place is amazing, very warm welcome by the two front staff ( the two ladies there), explained everything we need to know about our half board stay. They upgraded our room to the ground floor which is closest to the swimming pool as we have a 4 year old boy. The room is good, cot is provided. Pillow is comfy and the bed is not too soft, we had a good sleep! Room is clean and water pressure is strong enough for shower. The breakfast and dinner buffet has a good variety of choices, especially the dinner BBQ ( but just once a week sadly). The swimming pool is clean and you don’t need to fight for a bed for sunbathing. Our son enjoyed the pool so much. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. They are professional, except we met a male staff which he is quite rude and didn’t understand our question about the dinner. You can enjoy music from the pool bar everyday which is quite good, but we were staying in the first room near the pool bar so the music is quite loud everyday until about 10pm, you can get some quiet sleep. Overall our stay was really good and we would definitely recommend to everyone and families, we would love to come back again.

From start to finish, I can’t fault one bit of the experience of staying here! We arrived in the early hours and the member of staff at check in was lovely, we’d been left food in our apartment fridge in case we were hungry (we were!) and bottles of water. The apartment was spotless and the air con was deliciously cold (but could regulate to turn down or off if needed). During our stay , all staff were amazingly helpful and friendly - just warm, kind people. We’d booked half board and the food choices were great, lots for everyone to choose from from local cuisine, to international dishes and the usual pizza and chips if you’re not as adventurous! The recent renovations to the pool bar area look fresh and modern and it’s such a nice place to eat lunch or relax in the evening - highly recommend the stone baked pizzas on the pool bar menu and the poke bowls - yum! The location of Hovima Panorama is really good, it’s quiet, but a ten minute stroll takes you to shops, bars and restaurants, also beaches should you want to get covered in sand! Highly recommend staying here for couples and families.

Loved the hotel straight away.Check in was fast and such a friendly receptionist, With only 5 minutes till closing we were allowed to get some food from dining room then to the bar for a drink. The rooms were lovely and spacious with a bed settee if needed, the only let down for us was no view on ground floor but as we booked a standard room that was probably why although our friends booked the same room they did get a view. As for location it was really good, nice and quiet but with lots of places to eat and drink.After dinner at night we stayed at the hotel pool bar which you pay for on checkout and was very reasonably priced. The pool area was good and could get a subbed if we wanted one, the pool itself was a decent size for a small hotel. I think the best thing about this place are the staff there was nothing to much trouble for them even when the England v Spain match was on it was all taken in good fun. We will definitely be back

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough ! Honestly I have told all my friends and family about this hotel ! Rooms are clean & spacious. Very safe area with security. Cleaners very friendly and left the room spotless every second day. The hotel supplies a big hairdryer in reception for the guests and also can rent a curler & hair straightener. Only down fall of this place is that there is no air con . Only a fan in the ceiling. This didn’t effect us as we came in April but may affect on hotter months during the summer.

Ants in the rooms. The hotel staff knows about it, but don't do much. First, they started to blame us for bringing food into the room, while the kitchen was part of their amenities. Then that we are living food leftovers all over the place (at that moment we spent only one night and didn't leave any leftovers). Then they said they would apply some gel against ants. When we returned there was no trace of any gel applied and ants still were there. Eventually, they moved us to another room and applied gel right in front of us. The ants still were there but just a few, compared to the first room where ants were everywhere including the bed and us during the night. The lady manager was rude, had no empathy, and referred to our nationality and country of origin stating that we don't have insects, which is absolute nonsense. In her words, it's OK to live when ants crawl on you when you sleep.

My recent stay at Los Cardones Boutique Village in Las Americas turned into a nightmare due to the shocking behavior of the hotel manager, Joaquin. On our second day, when we encountered issues with our room, including a broken door that wouldn't open, Joaquin had the audacity to blame us for the problem. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, he chose to deflect responsibility and hurl accusations at us, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment. Adding insult to injury, Joaquin's unprofessionalism reached a new low when he resorted to swearing at us and started accusing us of taking drugs, further demonstrating his complete lack of respect for guests. His behavior was utterly unacceptable and made our stay at Los Cardones Boutique Village an experience we would rather forget. Moreover, Joaquin's intimidating demeanor left us feeling scared to leave our hotel room, robbing us of the sense of security and comfort that should accompany any hotel stay. To top it off, Joaquin attempted to charge us 50 Euros in cash for the broken door, a fee we believe would have gone straight into his pocket, highlighting his unethical conduct. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address the reprehensible behavior of their manager and prioritize guest satisfaction over baseless accusations, verbal abuse, fear-inducing behavior, and unethical charges.

Perfect little spot in Playas, a real little gem. 10 minute walk to the strip (or 2 minutes if you hire an electric scooter) 30 second stroll to the beach. The rooms were nice and modern and surprisingly quiet given the location. The staff were pleasant and didn’t bother us at all throughout the stay. 12 of us stayed here on a stag do recently and spent most of the daytime around the pool listening to our own music and drinking beers with no complaints from staff, couldn’t ask for much better to be honest, definitely prefer a set up like this to a hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Positive points: beautiful place, very good breakfast, friendliness of the staff always ready to help. Negative points: despite the apparent cleanliness, we found cockroaches in the apartment which made us uncomfortable to continue in the accommodation. Some guests went against the rules to be in the pool, marking chairs with towels without being there, eating and drinking in the pool. Despite that, we enjoyed the experience overall.

Stayed here on holiday with my husband. The environment was beautiful and well maintained. The accommodation was very comfortable. We had both sea and mountain views, which were beautiful. Some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance to buy food and necessities. There's also a taxi rank nearby to take you to other areas of South Tenerife where you can join the tours if interested (although taxis are quite expensive). The resort is walking distance to the Marina (Jet ski and boat rides) and a golf course also. The resort staff were very helpful and friendly but sadly didn't speak English. My only reservation was that our flat didn't have WiFi although this is clearly stated when booking and we made our own Internet arrangements. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Tenerife South.

Great location, so close to everything you’ll need. Supermarket across the street and shopping centre underneath. Beach is through the back gate. Breakfast was usually holiday buffet, does the job. Pool is huge and saltwater which is a bonus. Lots of sun loungers available. You can put towels down from 8AM (9 on Mondays). Rooms are a good size and clean. Kettle, toaster oven, hob, cutlery and crockery included. Only downfall is no air con. Rooms have fans which do the job but if you’re a light sleeper you might have some trouble.

Hotel is located right on the coast, along which there is a very long promenade, perfect for walks, especially for parents with strollers. Guests have at their disposal 2 medium-sized swimming pools and a lot of greenery around. We were outside the main season (end of April) and there were no big crowds, so it was easy to find free sunbeds. For us, a big advantage was the lack of animation or music in the pool area. The room was clean, we had a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony with a great view of the ocean. A few minutes away from nice public beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. The only downside was breakfast in the hotel next door, 5 minutes away, but it was compensated by a beautiful tropical garden where we could eat and large selection of dishes that we liked very much. A hotel worth recommending.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Of course, you should note that the hotel is in the desert and dry part of the island. You can easily use bus number 40 to reach the hotel from the southern airport. They charged for the safe deposit box which is a bit strange and unacceptable. The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast is fair. The proximity of the hotel to the beach is a big plus. Cleaning the rooms is done almost every two days, but sometimes they need to be reminded if it is not done. With the explanation that cleaning the room does not include cleaning the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. By using this kitchen, you can save a lot of money instead of going to restaurants. If you arrive at the hotel before 3 pm, you can use the hotel's swimming pool before entering the room. This option is great for hot summer days. I strongly recommend that you ask for a room with a beach view, although they are a little more expensive.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, the rooms were clean and accommodating. Breakfast was surprisingly great! we looked forward to it each morning, the hotel is tucked away in beautiful plants and flowers, it’s a great atmosphere to be in, not to mention the bar in the evenings was always top class. The walk is very steep, but it’s not bad to get your steps in after all the food we ate! Don’t let some negative reviews put you off, British people always think they’re the centre of the universe and the world must bend to their needs. For the price, this is a fantastic hotel, we highly recommend!!

I visited this hotel with my boyfriend in September 2024. We liked many things: the thoughtful and friendly staff, the tidy room with a mountain view and a wide balcony, the stable Wi-Fi, and the variety of fresh food offered for breakfast. Our room had a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, a stove, and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking. In the yard, there was a pool table, tennis courts, a ping-pong table, and a swimming pool. If you want to play tennis, don't forget to bring your own equipment, as it cannot be rented, unlike the ping-pong equipment. Dance parties take place on the fifth floor every evening. The only disadvantage is the hotel's location. It is situated on hilly terrain, so getting to it can be a bit challenging due to the steep climb. However, there is a shuttle to the city center that runs according to a schedule.

Would definitely revisit but only with a room upgrade Building work going on in daytime but doesn’t start to later and finishes early enough. Making all the rooms stylish and more comfortable

Stayed here for a week, great rooms, great pool area, never hard to get a sunbed! Stayed half board, food was good, breakfast has plenty of choice for all, and evening meal rotates some very nice options too. Staff are all friendly, drinks are competitively priced too 👍🏻 Great location for all The well known and rated bars and restaurants if you fancy a little something different! On the beach virtually.

Excellent location for everything bars restaurants shops beach etc. Room we had was quite large for a studio decent amenities in the room. The poolside is nice and plenty of sunbeds on the terraces which is very large if you don't want poolside and some have excellent views . The pool bar is very limited in what it serves i e crisps etc but no food. It s also pay by card only. We did wonder why in such a very large resort why it was so quiet (early September)!!!. The downside to this place (for us) was the fact they didn't allow mobility scooters in, although everywhere is accessible and there is nowhere to charge them (bear this in mind if you need to have one). Although we didn't use the restaurant on the resort we did check it out and again it was smallish for such a large place. We can't comment on the food as we didn't have any. All in all we will use this place again.

Our room was great we had view of sea and street our room was checked every day. The pool was very relaxing area and the location of apartments was fab. Positives: • The rooms are extremely clean and tidy. • Our apartment was very spacious • The balcony was very large and a nice space to spend time. • The staff were friendly and polite • The apartments are in a prime location on the front. • The view from the balcony was pleasant looking out to sea. • Spacious fridge. • Tidy, well kept pool area. • No competition for sunbeds. • Breakfast buffet included with the price of the room. • Personalised message in the room upon arrival (parents' anniversary). Negatives: • Only the main living area is air-conditioned. The bedrooms are not. • The ceiling fans in both bedrooms required servicing or replacing as they could only spin slowly at full speed. This, paired with the lack of air-conditioning, leads to warm bedrooms. • One of the sinks was missing a plug, meaning it couldn't be used for wet shaving. • One of the showers was draining slowly. This was fixed by the maintenance team whilst we were staying. • There is only one lift for the building, which is also used as a service lift for staff. This means the lift often took a while to arrive and was scratched on the interior. • The lift was also noisy and juddering, which didn't inspire confidence. • There were also several tiles missing from the swimming pool floor, which have the potential to cut your feet on. Overall, I would recommend these apartments as the price was reasonable with included breakfast, the room spacious and clean, and the balcony had a fantastic view. The location is also a big positive

We stayed in a 2 bed appartment 23nd April- 2nd May 24. The location of the actual resort is perfect! 5 min walk to all amenities and beach. Parking was avaliable out the front (if your lucky to catch a spot) Supermarket local as well as Taxi rank. The resort of Yucca park is immaculate and very well maintained! Daily maintenence seen and pool is ideal. Very clean, plenty of beds with a pool table and bar facilities. The Scotsman bar is very friendly, reasonable priced and feels private. Toilet facilities on site also. Our appartment was facing the main road (mostly quiet) with a beautiful sea view from the main balcony. Second smaller balcony faced the sunrise and mountains. Good size rooms with one bathroom, contained all you would need including hairdryer, iron, washing machine, airers and addtional towels. We felt the room was a little tired and has potential to be more comfy with just a little TLC. Bedding was tired and old throws and cushions on furniture took away a 'cozy' feel. With a little spending on soft furnishings I'd happily give the appaetmant another star. Overall, the resort felt safe, and externally pleasing to the eye. We would return as it was value for money and ideal location!

Airbnb apartment,host Stuart. Stuart responds to enquiries promptly. Apartment perfect,has everything I need for my 10 night stay. Great location and friendly bar on site. Nice pool,plenty loungers and parasols so no need to put down towels early like in some resorts. Definitely recommend.

Only negative I have is the room only had 1 air conditioning unit which was upstairs so didn't help to cool the bedroom downstairs. All other aspects of the holiday were excellent including location, the nearby shops and not least the 2 boys at the pool bar who were very friendly and they also serve good snack food.

Very convenient and quiet apartment complex. We’ve stayed here 3 times and this time for 4 weeks. Clean, quiet, nice pool with loungers and umbrellas, a pool bar is now open too. Less than 5 minutes walk from Fañabe beach, supermarket and many restaurants and bars. There are no seaview rooms but very nice place to stay.

Another lovely stay. Enjoyed our days at the pool and had a lovely time up at the bar having lunch and a few drinks. Dylan and Stuart are very friendly and served a nice lunch and fab champagne sangria.
