Recently stayed 7 nights in an apartment with hot tub room 455. Can not fault many things, the location was great for us as we don’t like hustle and bustle, the hill everyone talks about is quite steep however we had a car so wasn’t affected by this much. If you do hire a car and try to park at the top of Haciendas V at the dead end, please be mindful of where you park, there is not many spots and locals tend to park alongside of the road. One night we parked the same as about 8 locals and woke up on the morning and the car had been towed… The complex is a near a 24 hour shop and a couple of restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean upon arrival and a bottle of wine and water was left for us. The apartment was 2 bed, 2 bath and had a sofa bed that we didn’t use. It was nice and quiet and didn’t often hear any other guests. The staff were on hand via WhatsApp for any questions and replied promptly. Everything you need is in the apartment. The hot tub was cleaned during our stay and had fresh towels and sheets once. The pool in V was clean and not many guests used this but it was a bit nippy. We didn’t use the pool near reception so cannot comment on that. 100% would recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you 😉

Its beautiful here , felt like a home from home could move in tomorrow with my 3 children. Nice and quiet surroundings but not dead there's shops and restaurants very close by and aqualand its the perfect locations. Yes it is up a hill we walked it every night with a buggy its good for you but taxis are everywhere so not hard to get back if you don't want to walk. I loved that there were 2 little pools right near my room yes they were cold but its very hot in tenerife the cold water didn't bother me at all its refreshing. No windows looking onto the pool felt very secure and safe at night. Couldn't hear loads of people partying was a couple if groups on various nights but nothing too wild was just a nice holiday atmosphere. Main pool was lovely and great views from the day beds. Staff were really lovely too.

The staff, particularly Lora at the reception desk, was incredibly helpful, assisting me with all my inquiries in the days leading up to my arrival. Their responses were swift, and the staff was exceedingly friendly. The apartment was very clean and considerately equipped for guests, providing basic dishes, pots, and cutlery for those who wish to cook.
Moreover, the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking.
Additionally, visiting at the end of April and the beginning of May meant enjoying fantastic weather throughout my stay.

We stayed for almost four weeks and had the most wonderful time. It's a very well-maintained and clean resort. Apartments are spacious and have a fabulous view over the seaside. We enjoyed the heated pool as well as the spectacular sunsets from the terrace the most. The ladies at reception are extremely helpful and friendly. It's a little bit of a walk up the hill from the beach/town but absolutely doable.

Lovely clean spacious apartments. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet area. The apartments are up a steep hill, and there are lots of steps, but expected considering you are in the quiet part of adeje, up away from the main tourist area and noise! Swimming pool was very quiet during our time, so felt very private, and the separate sunbathing area with the canopy beds and swing chairs are a lovely addition. There are convenience stores within a 5-10 mins walk away, and a big supermarket within a 20 min walk, and taxis right outside to get everything back. Good tip is you can walk around the harbour side to walk back up to the apartments, which is far less of a hill to walk up rather than the vertical hill opposite the supermarket, which is definitely a good work out for the legs! Lovely walks down to the harbour and along to the livelier Playa.
Have recommended these apartments to friends and family, and am already looking at when I can come back again.
